Mode for Carrying Out the Invention

[0019] Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.

[0020] The partition panel P of this embodiment is formed by fixing the stabilizer legs 3 to the lower frame 7 of the panel body 1 with bolts BB via spacers 2 as shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, FIGS. 5 to 6, FIGS. 8 to 10, FIG. 12, and FIGS. 15 to 16. The stabilizer leg 3 is a hollow body having a cavity 3s on the inner surface side of the upper wall 33. The bolt BB passes through a backing plate 9 attached to the inner surface of the upper wall 33 of the stabilizer leg 3, its upper wall 33, and the spacer 2 and is screwed to a nut (plate nut 76) provided on the lower frame 7. Details will be described below.

[0021] As mainly shown in FIGS. 6 to 8 and FIG. 12, the panel body 1 includes an outer frame portion 4 having a lower frame 7 having grounding bodies at both ends and left and right side frames 8 erected from both left and right ends of the lower frame 7. On the inner side of the outer frame portion 4, front and back facing front and back plates 5 and 6 are arranged.

[0022] As shown in FIGS. 8 and 9, the lower frame 7 is a square pipe shape having a top wall 71, a front wall 72, a back wall 73, and a bottom wall 74. On the inner surface side of the top wall 71, it has three partial cylindrical portions 711 in which a central female screw 712 and both side female screws 713 located on both sides of the central female screw 712 are respectively formed. On the inner surface side of the bottom wall 74, it has one partial cylindrical portion 741 in which a central female screw 742 is formed. Further, rail portions 75 for holding nuts are formed on the inner surfaces of the front wall 72 and the back wall 73, and plate nuts 76 are slidably fitted to these rail portions 75. This plate nut 76 is for screwing the stabilizer leg 3 to the lower frame 7 and is locked in a state positioned by a resin rivet 78 at the central position in the longitudinal direction of the lower frame 7. The lower frame 7 is made, for example, by cutting an extruded product made of aluminum to a predetermined length and then performing female screw forming processing and the like at necessary locations, and both left and right ends are connected to the lower ends of the side frames 8 via brackets B.

[0023] As shown in FIGS. 10 to 11 and FIGS. 13 to 14, the side frame 8 is a hollow columnar member having a flat inner wall 81 and an outer wall 82 that bulges outward. A notch 82a for inserting a tool, which is open downward and outward, is formed at the lower end of the outer wall 82. The bracket B for connecting the side frame 8 and the lower frame 7 integrally includes a horizontal portion B1 that is screwed to the lower surface of the bottom wall 74 of the lower frame 7, and a vertical portion B2 that extends upward from the outer end of the horizontal portion B1. The inner wall 81 of the side frame 8 is clamped by the vertical portion B2 of the bracket B and the end face of the lower frame 7. That is, screw insertion holes B2a and 81a corresponding to the upper and lower central female screws 712 and 742 opened in the end face of the lower frame 7 are respectively formed in the vertical portion B2 of the bracket B and the inner wall 81 of the side frame 8. By screwing and tightening a fastening screw SN that penetrates the vertical portion B2 of the bracket B and the inner wall 81 of the side frame 8 into the central female screws 712 and 742 of the lower frame 7, the side frame 8 is rigidly connected to the end of the lower frame 7. Reinforcing screws HN are pre-screwed into the both-side female screws 713 of the lower frame 7, and the positioning of the side frame 8 with respect to the lower frame 7 and the tilting regulation in the front-rear direction are performed by the heads of these reinforcing screws HN. That is, fitting holes B2b and 81b into which the heads of the reinforcing screws HN are fitted are formed in the vertical portion B2 of the bracket B and the inner wall 81 of the side frame 8. By fitting the heads of the reinforcing screws HN into these fitting holes B2b and 81b, the tilting of the side frame 8 in the panel thickness direction with respect to the lower frame 7 is regulated. A first cover 77 screwed from the lower surface side is attached to the horizontal portion B1 of the bracket B, and a second cover 83 is fitted to the lower end portion of the side frame 8 from the lower side. A nut B3 is rigidly connected to the horizontal portion B1 of the bracket B, and a screw portion AJ1 of an adjuster AJ, which is a grounding body, is screwed through the first cover 77 into the nut B3. 84 is an upper end cap made of synthetic resin fitted to the upper end portion of the side frame 8.

[0024] Inside the outer frame portion 4 including the lower frame 7 and the left and right side frames 8 as described above, as described above, the front and back facing front and back plates 5 and 6 are arranged, and on the edge of at least one of the front plates 5, horizontal frames 51 and 52 spanned between the left and right side frames 8 are integrally provided. Here, the outer surface 5a of one of the front plates 5 and the outer surfaces 51a and 52a of the horizontal frames 51 and 52 that are continuously connected to the outer surface 5a without a break form a writing surface. That is, this front plate 5 can be used as a whiteboard.

[0025] In this embodiment, one of the front plates 5 is made of sheet metal integrally provided with the horizontal frames 51 and 52, and the other front plate 6 is formed by stretching a cloth 62 over a lightweight core material 61. That is, one of the front plates 5 and the horizontal frames 51 and 52 are integrally made of a common sheet metal material. And the inner surfaces of both front plates 5 and 6 are adhesively bonded to each other via a paper core CC.

[0026] Specifically, as shown in FIGS. 7, 12 and 13, one of the front plates 5 includes a flat plate-shaped front plate body 50 having a rectangular shape in a front view, and upper and lower horizontal frames 51 and 52 are integrally formed on the upper and lower edge portions thereof, and mounting plates 53 that are attached to the inner side walls of the side frames 8 are integrally formed on the left and right edge portions.

[0027] As shown in FIGS. 7, 12 and 13, the upper horizontal frame 51 includes a top plate portion 511 that extends from the upper edge of the front plate body 50 in the back surface direction, an upper back plate portion 512 that hangs downward from the extending end of the top plate portion 511, and an upper folding-back portion 513 that extends forward from the hanging lower end of the upper back plate portion 512. The upper horizontal frame 51 functions as a drip edge integrally provided on the upper edge portion of one of the front plates 5 as shown in FIG. 4, and both left and right ends of this drip edge (upper horizontal frame 51) are fitted into upper end caps 84 attached to the upper ends of the left and right side frames 8.

[0028] As shown in FIGS. 13 and 14, the upper cap 84 includes a cap body 841 having a substantially semi-circular shape in plan view that covers the upper end of the side frame 8, a hanging cylinder portion 842 that protrudes downward from the lower surface of the cap body 841 and fits into the inner circumference of the upper end portion of the side frame 8, an inward extension portion 843 that extends inward from the inner surface of the cap body 841, a reinforcing rib 844 that integrally connects the lower surface of the inward extension portion 843 and the inward surface of the hanging cylinder portion 842, and a rib connection wall 845 that connects between the tips of these reinforcing ribs 844. The inward extension portion 843, the reinforcing rib 844, and the rib connection wall 845 are inserted into the inner circumference of the end portion of the horizontal frame 51 on the panel 5. A notch portion 8x into which the reinforcing rib 844 is fitted is formed at the upper end portion of the side frame 8.

[0029] As shown in FIGS. 7 and 12, the lower horizontal frame 52 includes a lower plate portion 521 that extends from the lower edge of the panel body 50 in the back surface direction, a lower back plate portion 522 that stands up upward from the extending end of the lower plate portion 521, and a lower folding-back portion 523 that extends forward from the tip of the lower back plate portion 522.

[0030] As shown in FIG. 12, the left and right mounting plates 53 extend from both side edges of the panel body 50 in the back surface direction respectively and are fixed to the inner wall 81 of the side frame 8 using rivets r.

[0031] As shown in FIGS. 7 and 12, the other panel 6 has a cloth 62 stretched on one side of a lightweight core material 61 such as lauan material as described above, and is fitted between the upper folding-back portion 513 of the upper horizontal frame 51 and the lower folding-back portion 523 of the lower horizontal frame 52 in one panel 5. A paper core CC is adhered to the inner surface 6b of the other panel 6 using an adhesive. After attaching one panel 5 to the outer frame portion 4 with rivets r, the other panel 6 is adhered to one panel 5 via the paper core CC by adhering the paper core CC to the inner surface 5b of one panel 5 using an adhesive.

[0032] As shown in FIGS. 8 to 10 and FIGS. 15 to 17, the leg body 31 of the stabilizing leg 3 is fixed to the lower frame 7 of the panel body 1 described above via a spacer 2 using, for example, two bolts BB. The stabilizing leg 3 is in the shape of a hollow body having a cavity 3s on the inner surface side of the upper wall 33, and the bolt BB passes through a backing plate 9 attached to the inner surface of the upper wall 33 of the stabilizing leg 3, its upper wall 33, and the spacer 2 and is screwed to a nut (plate nut 76) provided on the lower frame 7.

[0033] Specifically, as shown in FIGS. 8 to 10, the stabilizing leg 3 includes a leg body 31 made of an extruded material and leg tip caps 32 attached to both ends of the leg body 31. The leg body 31 is, for example, made of an extruded molding material integrally provided with a planar upper wall 33, a bottom wall 34, and both side walls 35. This leg body 31 has a hollow shape with a cavity 3s on the inner surface side of the upper wall 33 as described above, and grounding members 36 that can slide on the floor surface F are provided at both longitudinal ends of the lower surface of the bottom wall 34. Further, on the inner surface side of both side walls 35, rails 37 are provided protruding to support the backing plate 9 so that it can slide in a state of being in contact with the inner surface of the upper wall 33. A hole 33a is provided at the central portion in the longitudinal direction of the upper wall 33 to allow the lower engaging portion 2B of the spacer 2, which will be described later, to pass through. The lower engaging portion 2B of the spacer 2 passing through this hole 33a positions the backing plate 9 with respect to the stabilizing leg 3. On the other hand, the leg tip cap 32 is, for example, made of synthetic resin, and as shown in FIG. 8, an R is provided at the tip end portion 32a of the lower surface.

[0034] The backing plate 9 is slidably held along the inner surface of the upper wall 33 of the stabilizing leg 3 and is made of, for example, a metal plate. The backing plate 9 is substantially rectangular in plan view. A first locking portion 9a that engages with a first protrusion 23 of a spacer, which will be described later, is formed at one end in the sliding direction, and a second locking portion 9b that engages with a second protrusion 24 of the spacer, which will be described later, is formed at the other end in the sliding direction. Further, a screw insertion hole 9x for inserting the bolt BB is formed in the backing plate 9.

[0035] As shown in FIGS. 8, 9, and 15 to 24, the spacer 2 is provided with upper and lower engaging portions 2A and 2B that engage with the lower frame 7 and the stabilizing leg 3 respectively to restrict the relative horizontal rotation between the lower frame 7 and the stabilizing leg 3. As described above, the lower engaging portion 2B that engages with the stabilizing leg 3 also positions the contact plate 9 with respect to the stabilizing leg 3.

[0036] As shown in FIGS. 8, 9, and 15 to 17, this spacer 2 includes a plate-shaped spacer body 21 having a certain thickness, and a cover portion 22 that is non-rotatably externally fitted to the outside of the spacer body 21 and integrally has the upper and lower engaging portions 2A and 2B. The spacer body 21 is made of a metal plate, and the cover portion 22 is made of a synthetic resin. A screw insertion hole 21x corresponding to the screw insertion hole 9x of the contact plate 9 is formed in the spacer body 21. 21a and 21b are notches for allowing the first and second protrusions 23 and 24 of the lower engaging portion 2B to pass through respectively.

[0037] As shown in FIGS. 8 and 16 to 17, the upper engaging portion 2A is formed by projecting a pair of standing walls 25 in parallel on the upper surface of the cover portion 22, and the lower part of the lower frame 7 is fitted between these standing walls 25. On the other hand, as shown in FIGS. 8 and 15 to 24, the lower engaging portion 2B has the first protrusion 23 and the second protrusion 24 drooping from the lower surface of the cover portion 22, and the lower ends of these first and second protrusions 23 and 24 penetrate the upper wall 33 of the stabilizing leg 3 and enter the stabilizing leg 3.

[0038] Specifically, as shown in FIGS. 8 and 15 to 24, the lower engaging portion 2B includes a first protrusion 23 that penetrates a hole 33a provided in the upper wall 33 of the stabilizing leg 3 and abuts against the first locking portion 9a on one end side in the sliding direction of the contact plate 9, and a second protrusion 24 that penetrates a hole 33a provided in the upper wall 33 of the stabilizing leg 3 and abuts against the second locking portion 9b on the other end side in the sliding direction of the contact plate 9. The first protrusion 23 has a protruding dimension longer than that of the second protrusion 24.

[0039] As shown in FIGS. 19 to 21, this spacer 2 is configured to be able to take an intermediate mounting position (P) where only the first protrusion 23 can contact the contact plate 9 and a final mounting position (Q) where both the first protrusion 23 and the second protrusion 24 can contact the contact plate 9 with respect to the stable leg 3.

[0040] The method for assembling such a partition panel P includes a step I of assembling the spacer 2 to the stable leg 3 up to the intermediate mounting position (P), a step II of sliding the contact plate 9 inserted into the stable leg 3 along the upper wall 33 and bringing the first locking portion 9a on one end side thereof into contact with the first protrusion 23, a step III of assembling the spacer 2 up to the final mounting position (Q) with the contact plate 9 kept in contact with the first protrusion 23 and bringing the second locking portion 9b on the other end side of the contact plate 9 into contact with the second protrusion 24, and a step IV of passing bolts BB through the contact plate 9 and the spacer 2 and screwing them into the plate nut 76 of the lower frame 7.

[0041] In Step I, starting from the initial state shown in Fig. 18, the tip of the first protrusion 23 of the spacer 2 is inserted into the hole 33a formed in the leg body 31 of the stabilizing leg 3 with at least one end open, so as to adopt the intermediate mounting position (P) as shown in Figs. 19 and 22. In Step II, while keeping the spacer 2 stopped at the intermediate mounting position (P), the contact plate 9 is inserted from one end of the leg body 3. At this time, if one end side of the leg body 31 is held higher than the other end side, the contact plate 9 will slide inwardly of the leg body 31 due to gravity, and the first locking portion 9a on its one end side (the slide movement tip side) will abut against and be locked to the first protrusion 23 as shown in Figs. 20 and 23. In Step III, after confirming that the contact plate 9 is locked to the first protrusion 23, the spacer 2 is further pressed in the direction of the leg body 31 to shift to the final mounting position (Q) as shown in Figs. 21 and 24. At this final mounting position (Q), both tips of the first and second protrusions 23, 24 will penetrate into the internal space of the stabilizing leg 3, and the contact plate 9 will be positioned at that position. Note that this positioning is performed in a state allowing an error within a range that does not hinder the screw mounting operation. That is, the contact plate 9 is positioned in a state allowing some play near the longitudinal center of the stabilizing leg 3. In the state where the spacer 2 is inserted to the final mounting position (Q), the elastic claws 23a, 24a provided on the first and second protrusions 23, 24 will elastically engage with the inner surface side opening end of the hole 33a formed in the upper wall 33 of the stabilizing leg 3 as shown in Figs. 8 and 24. Therefore, the spacer 2 will be stably supported by the upper wall 33 of the stabilizing leg 3. Step IV is a step for screwing the leg body 31 to the lower frame 7 of the panel body 1 via such a spacer 2. First, the screw BB is inserted into the cavity 3s of the leg body 31 through the screw passing hole 34x formed in the bottom wall 34 of the leg body 31. Then, as shown in Figs. 15 and 16, the screw BB is screwed and tightened with the screw insertion hole 9x of the contact plate 9, the screw insertion hole 33x of the upper wall 33 of the leg body 31, and the screw insertion hole 7x of the lower frame 7 to be engaged with the plate nut 76 held in the lower frame 7, so that the stabilizing leg 3 is fixed to the lower frame 7 of the panel body 1 via the spacer 2.

[0042] As described above, this partition panel P includes a panel body 1 having adjusters AJ, which are grounding members, at both ends of the lower frame 7, and stabilizing legs 3 provided in a crossed state in the middle of the lower frame 7. The upper wall 33 of the stabilizing leg 3 is substantially horizontal, and there is a height difference corresponding to the thickness of the spacer body 21 of the spacer 2 between the upper wall 33 and the lower frame 7 of the panel body 1. Therefore, a gap S into which the stabilizing legs 3 of other partition panels P having the same structure can be inserted is formed between the lower frame 7 of the panel body 1 and the floor surface F. That is, according to the partition panel P having such a structure, as shown in FIG. 25, the stabilizing legs 3 of the front partition panel P can be inserted into the gap S formed between the lower frame 7 of the partition panel P arranged in the back and the floor surface F, and a plurality of panels can be sequentially stacked. The partition panel P is provided with a perspective window W for facilitating the stacking operation. That is, as shown in FIGS. 1, 2, and 25, the partition panel P is provided with a perspective window W in the lower region of the panel body 1 for visually recognizing the floor surface F on the other side from one side of the panel body 1. The perspective window W only needs to have translucency and may be equipped with a glass plate or the like. In the partition panel P of the present embodiment, from the viewpoint of weight reduction, the perspective window W is an opening without a member having a shielding function.

[0043] Here, FIG. 1 is an overall perspective view of the partition panel P of the present embodiment. FIG. 2 is a front view thereof. FIG. 3 is a left side view thereof. FIG. 4 is a plan view thereof. FIG. 5 is a bottom view thereof. FIG. 6 is a cross-sectional view taken along line A-A in FIG. 5, showing the partition panel P in the vertical direction. FIG. 14 is an exploded perspective view showing the connection mode of the end cap 84 to the side frame 8. FIG. 15 is a bottom-side exploded perspective view showing the mounting mode of the stabilizer leg 3 to the lower frame 7 via the spacer 2. FIG. 16 is an enlarged view of the main part in FIG. 15. FIG. 17 is an exploded perspective view showing the mounting mode of the spacer 2 to the stabilizer leg 3. FIG. 18 is a schematic view showing the initial state. FIG. 19 is a schematic view showing the state with the spacer 2 at the intermediate mounting position (P). FIG. 20 is a schematic view showing the state where the contact plate 9 is in contact with the first protrusion 23 of the lower engaging part 2B. FIG. 21 is a schematic view showing the state with the spacer 2 at the final mounting position (Q). In FIGS. 18 to 21, the spacer 2 shows a cross-section along line F-F in FIG. 17, and the contact plate 9 shows a cross-section along line G-G in FIG. 17. FIG. 22 is a cross-sectional view taken along line X-X in FIG. 19. FIG. 23 is a cross-sectional view taken along line Y-Y in FIG. 20. FIG. 24 is a cross-sectional view taken along line Z-Z in FIG. 21. FIG. 25 is a perspective view showing the stacking mode of the partition panel P.

[0044] With such a configuration, since the stabilizing leg 3 has a cavity 3s on the inner surface side of the upper wall 33, a significant weight reduction can be achieved compared to the case where the stabilizing leg 3 is made of solid die-casting or the like. Moreover, when screwing the upper wall 33 of the stabilizing leg 3 having the cavity 3s to the lower frame 7 of the panel body 1, a backing plate 9 is interposed between the head of the screw BB and the upper wall 33 of the stabilizing leg 3. Therefore, even if the stabilizing leg 3 itself is made thinner, deformation of its upper wall 33 can be effectively suppressed. As a result, even if the constituent materials are made thinner to reduce the weight, it is possible to finish the connection portion between the lower frame 7 of the panel body 1 and the stabilizing leg 3 into a strong structure with high rigidity.

[0045] Also, since the spacer 2 is provided with upper and lower engaging portions 2A and 2B, it can assume not only the original space forming function described later but also the function of preventing the stabilizing leg 3 from horizontally rotating with respect to the panel body 1, making it possible to suppress an increase in the number of parts and promote weight reduction. Moreover, by devising the lower engaging portion 2B of the spacer 2, positioning of the backing plate 9 with respect to the stabilizing leg 3 is also performed, so that in particular, the number of parts can be reduced. Note that if a spacer 2 is interposed between the lower frame 7 of the panel body 1 and the upper surface of the stabilizing leg 3 like this partition panel P, a height difference can be formed between the lower frame 7 and the upper surface of the stabilizing leg 3 without difficulty. Therefore, it becomes easy to secure a relatively large gap S between the lower surface of the lower frame 7 and the floor surface F, and even if the leg body 31 of the stabilizing leg 3 is constituted by a member having a simple shape such as an extruded product, it is possible to realize a stackable partition panel as shown in Fig. 25.

[0046] Furthermore, the lower engaging portion 2B of the spacer 2 is constituted by first and second protrusions 23 and 24 having different lengths, and these protrusions 23 and 24 are sequentially inserted into the stabilizing leg 3 to lock the backing plate 9. Therefore, the backing plate 9 can be simply and surely positioned at a predetermined position without using special locking parts, and from this point as well, the number of parts and the assembly structure can be reduced.

[0047] Then, the spacer 2 is configured to include a plate-shaped spacer body 21 having a constant thickness, and a cover portion 22 that is non-rotatably fitted on the outside of the spacer body 21 and integrally includes the engaging portions 2A and 2B. Therefore, each part can be made of an optimal material, and the selection of materials and processing methods can be easily performed compared to the case of making them integrally.

[0048] Also, this partition panel P is formed by disposing front and back facing panel boards 5 and 6 between the left and right side frames 8. Horizontal frames 51 and 52 that are horizontally spanned between the left and right side frames 8 are integrally provided at the upper and lower edge portions of one of the panel boards 5. Therefore, it is possible to improve the design while achieving weight reduction. That is, if the panel boards 5 and 6 are provided on both the front and back sides, the distance between the outer surfaces of the two panel boards 5 and 6 and the distance between the outer surfaces of the side frames 8 can be set to a close value, and the entire panel body 1 can be formed into a simple shape without a large step on the surface. In particular, as in this embodiment, if the horizontal frames 51 and 52 are integrally provided at the upper and lower edge portions of one of the panel boards 5, the outer surface 5a of the panel board 5 will be continuously connected to the outer surfaces 51a and 52a of the upper and lower horizontal frames 51 and 52 without a step. As a result, the appearance is particularly good and the design is improved. And according to such a form without a step, it is also possible to facilitate the wiping operation when cleaning the outer surface 5a of the panel board 5 including the horizontal frames 51 and 52.

[0049] In particular, as in this embodiment, a whiteboard type having the outer surface 5a of the panel board 5 and the outer surfaces 51a and 52 of the horizontal frames 51 and 52 that are continuously connected to the outer surface 5a without a break as a writing surface can, in addition to the above-described functions and effects, make the writable area as wide as possible and improve the usability as a whiteboard.

[0050] And in this embodiment, the horizontal frame 51 provided at the upper edge of one of the panel boards 5 has the function of a drip edge. Therefore, compared to the case of providing a special drip edge separately from the panel board 5, the appearance can be made simple, the number of parts can be reduced, and weight reduction can be promoted.

[0051] According to such a configuration, since one face plate 5 and the horizontal frames 51 and 52 can be integrally formed from a common sheet metal material, the man-hours required for manufacturing can be reduced. That is, a structure with such a configuration can be easily manufactured by performing punching, bending, etc. on a common sheet metal material. Therefore, the man-hours required for part manufacturing can be reduced, and the number of parts can be decreased to reduce the assembly man-hours as well. Moreover, when the face plate 5 and the horizontal frames 51 and 52 are integrated, it becomes possible to achieve weight reduction while maintaining the rigidity of the entire panel body 1.

[0052] In particular, in this embodiment, only one face plate 5 is made of sheet metal having horizontal frames 51 and 52, and the other face plate 6 is formed by stretching a cross 62 over a lightweight core material 61. Therefore, compared with the case where both face plates are made of sheet metal, weight reduction can be effectively promoted. Moreover, since both sides of the panel body 1 are covered by the face plates 5 and 6, the appearance can be maintained in a good state.

[0053] Also, in this embodiment, a structure is adopted in which the inner surfaces 5b and 6b of both face plates 5 and 6 are adhered to each other via a paper core CC. Therefore, while ensuring rigidity, the number of parts can be reduced, and weight reduction can be promoted without difficulty. That is, according to such a configuration, after securing the rigidity of the entire panel body 1 by fixing one sheet-metal face plate 5 to the left and right side frames 51 and 52, the other face plate 6 is adhered to the inner surface 5b of this face plate 5 via a paper core CC to complete the panel body 1 having a certain thickness. At this time, the other face plate 6 can be mounted at a predetermined assembly position simply by being inserted and pressed between the upper and lower horizontal frames 51 and 52 and the left and right side frames 8. Therefore, there is no need to connect the other face plate 6 to the one face plate 5 or the upper, lower, left, and right frames 7 and 8 via connecting parts. Therefore, the number of parts can be reduced without sacrificing rigidity to promote weight reduction, and the man-hours required for manufacturing can also be significantly reduced.

[0054] Note that the present invention is not limited to the embodiments described above.

[0055] For example, embodiments such as those described below can be considered with reference to FIGS. 26 and 27.

[0056] The partition panel P2 according to this embodiment is formed by disposing front and back facing panel plates A5 and A6 between upper and lower horizontal frames A11 and A12 that extend horizontally. On the edge of one of the panel plates A5, side frames A54 and A55 that are provided between the ends of the upper and lower horizontal frames A11 and A12 are integrally provided. Further, this partition panel P2 is formed by fixing a stabilizing leg A3 via a spacer A2 below a panel body A1 that includes the upper and lower horizontal frames A11 and A12 and both panel plates A5 and A6. Hereinafter, the differences from the partition panel P of the embodiment described with reference to FIGS. 1 to 25 will be mainly described.

[0057] As shown in FIGS. 26 to 27, the panel body A1 includes a panel part A10 that functions as a coping and includes an upper horizontal frame A11 that extends horizontally, a lower horizontal frame A12 that is located below the upper horizontal frame A11 and extends horizontally, and front and back facing panel plates A5 and A6 that are disposed between the upper horizontal frame A11 and the lower horizontal frame A12, and a lower support frame A13 that supports the panel part A10 from below.

[0058] Hereinafter, each part of the panel part A10 will be described in detail.

[0059] As shown in FIG. 27, one of the panel plates A5 is made of sheet metal integrally provided with left and right side frames A54 and A55, and the other panel plate A6 is formed by stretching a cloth A62 over a lightweight core material A61. That is, one of the panel plates A5 and the left and right side frames A54 and A55 are integrally made of a common sheet metal material. And the inner surfaces A5b and A6b of both panel plates A5 and A6 are adhered to each other via a paper core ACC. Further, the outer surface A5a of one of the panel plates A5 and the outer surfaces A54a and A54a of the left and right side frames A54 and A55 that are continuously connected to the outer surface A5a without interruption form a writing surface. That is, this panel plate A5 can be used as a whiteboard.

[0060] Specifically, as shown in FIGS. 26 to 27, one face plate A5 includes a flat face plate body A50 having a rectangular shape in front view, and left and right side frames A54 and A55 are integrally formed on both left and right side edges thereof. On the upper edge portion, a mounting plate (not shown) that abuts against the bottom wall of the upper horizontal frame A11 is integrally formed. And on the lower edge portion, a mounting plate (not shown) that abuts against the top wall of the lower horizontal frame A12 is integrally formed.

[0061] As shown in FIGS. 26 to 27, the left side frame A54 includes a side plate portion A541 that extends from the upper edge of the face plate body A50 in the back surface direction, a left back plate portion A542 that extends inward (right side in front view) from the extending end of this side plate portion A541, and a left folding portion A543 that extends forward from the extending end of this left back plate portion A542.

[0062] As shown in FIGS. 26 to 27, the right side frame A55 includes a side plate portion A551 that extends from the upper edge of the face plate body A50 in the back surface direction, a right back plate portion A552 that extends inward (left side in front view) from the extending end of this side plate portion A551, and a right folding portion A553 that extends forward from the extending end of this right back plate portion A552.

[0063] The mounting plates at the upper and lower edge portions extend from the upper and lower edges of the face plate body A50 in the back surface direction respectively, and are fixed to the bottom wall of the upper horizontal frame A11 and the top wall of the lower horizontal frame A12 respectively using rivets (not shown).

[0064] The other face plate A6, as shown in FIG. 27 and as described above, has a cloth A62 stretched on one side of a lightweight core material A61 such as lauan. The left folding portion A543 of the left side frame A54 and the RightIt is fitted between the folding part A553. On the inner surface A6b of the other face plate A6, a paper core ACC is adhered using an adhesive. After attaching one face plate A5 to the upper horizontal frame A11 and the lower horizontal frame A12 with rivets (not shown), the paper core ACC is adhered to the inner surface A5b of one face plate A5 using an adhesive, so that the other face plate A6 is adhered to one face plate A5 via the paper core ACC.

[0065] And such a face plate part A10 is supported by the lower support frame A13.

[0066] This lower support frame A13 includes left and right vertical frames A14, A15 that are arranged directly below the left and right side frames A54, A55 of the face plate part A10 and support the left and right ends of the face plate part A10 from below, and a lower frame A16 that connects the lower ends of these vertical frames A14, A15. These left and right vertical frames A14, A15 and the lower frame A16 are all in the shape of square prism pipes. Near the left and right ends of the lower frame A16, adjusters AAJ which are grounding bodies are provided. Also, a stabilizer leg A3 is attached below this lower frame A16 via a spacer A2. In the lower region of the panel body A1, more specifically, between the lower frame A16 of the lower support frame A13 and the lower horizontal frame A12 of the face plate part A10, a perspective window AW is provided to make the floor surface F on the other side visible from one side of the panel body A1. The perspective window AW only needs to have light transmissivity and may be equipped with a glass plate or the like. Also, in the partition panel P2 of this embodiment, from the perspective of weight reduction, the perspective window AW is made into an opening without a member having a shielding function. Note that the description of the joining between the face plate part A10 and the lower support frame A13, and the joining between the vertical frames A14, A15 and the lower frame A16 of the lower support frame A13 is omitted. Also, the manner of attaching the spacer A2 and the stabilizer leg A3 to the bottom frame A16 is also omitted from the detailed description.

[0067] Here, the left side frame A54 of one face plate A5 and the left vertical frame A14 of the lower support frame A13 cooperate to function as the left support column A17 of the panel body A1. However, the left side frame A54 is longer than the left vertical frame A14 of the lower support frame A13. Also, the right side frame A55 of one face plate A5 and the right vertical frame A15 of the lower support frame A13 cooperate to function as the right support column A18 of the panel body A1. However, the right side frame A55 is longer than the right vertical frame A15 of the lower support frame A13. That is, both the left and right side frames A54 and A55 form the main parts of the left and right support columns A17 and A18 of the panel body A1.

[0068] As described above, the partition panel P2 of this embodiment is formed by disposing face plates A5 and A6 that form a front and back pair between the upper and lower horizontal frames A11 and A12 that extend horizontally. On the edge of one face plate A5, side frames A54 and A55 that are interposed between the ends of the upper and lower horizontal frames A11 and A12 are integrally provided. Therefore, compared with the conventional one in which the outer frame portion having support columns on the left and right and the face plate are separate bodies, it is possible to improve the design and reduce the weight. That is, if face plates A5 and A6 are provided on both the front and back surfaces, the distance between the outer surfaces of both face plates A5 and A6 and the distance between the outer surfaces of the upper and lower horizontal frames A11 and A12 can be set to a close value, and the entire panel body A1 can be made into a simple form without a large step on the surface. In particular, as in this embodiment, if side frames A54 and A55 are integrally provided on the left and right edges of one face plate A5, the outer surface A5a of the face plate A5 will be continuously connected to the outer surfaces A54a and A55a of the left and right horizontal frames A54 and A55 without a step. Therefore, the appearance is particularly good and the design is improved. And according to such a form without a step, it is also possible to smooth the wiping operation when cleaning the outer surface of the face plate 5 including the side frames A54 and A55.

[0069] In addition, since the outer surface A5a of the panel A5 and the outer surfaces A54a and A55a of the side frames A54 and A55 that are continuously connected to the outer surface A5a without interruption form a writing surface, a writable area can be ensured as widely as possible beyond the boundaries between the panel A5 and the side frames A54 and A55, and the usability as a whiteboard can be improved.

[0070] Furthermore, since both the left and right side frames A54 and A55 form the main parts of the left and right support columns A17 and A18 of the panel body 1, the proportion of the left and right side frames A54 and A55, which are formed by lighter sheet metal processing, in the support columns A17 and A18 is higher than the proportion of the vertical frames A14 and A15, which are formed by prismatic pipe-shaped members, in the support columns A17 and A18. Therefore, the weight reduction of the support columns A17 and A18 of such a partition panel P2 can be achieved without difficulty.

[0071] In addition, the following aspects can also be considered.

[0075] The partition panel according to the present invention is not limited to functioning as a whiteboard. That is, the outer surface of the panel and the outer surface of the horizontal frame or side frame that is continuously connected to the outer surface without interruption do not necessarily have to form a writing surface.

[0076] Any material, shape, and other configurations of the panel may be adopted.

[0077] For example, one panel may be made of sheet metal with an integral horizontal frame or side frame, and the other panel may also be formed using a metal plate. In this case, the upper horizontal frame or the left side frame may be integrally provided on one panel, and the lower horizontal frame or the right side frame may be integrally provided on the other panel. When the other panel is also formed using a metal plate, it is also conceivable that the outer surface of the other panel can be used as a writing surface.

[0078] Furthermore, as for the mode of joining the paired face plates, various modes other than the one in which the inner surfaces are adhered to each other via a paper core as in the above-described embodiment may be adopted. For example, a mode in which locking holes are provided in the horizontal frame or side frame of one face plate, and locking claws provided on the other face plate are engaged with these locking holes can be considered.

[0079] In addition, it is not always necessary to provide stabilizing legs, and any attachment location and attachment mode may be adopted.

[0080] And whether to provide a perspective window for making the floor surface visible from one side to the other side of the face plate below the lower edge of the face plate may also be arbitrarily selected. In other words, the face plate may be provided over substantially the entire height dimension of the panel.

[0081] In addition, various modifications may be made within a range not departing from the gist of the present invention.
