Summary of the Invention
Problems to be Solved by the Invention
[0006] However, in the above-described conventional band stopper, when the rod is folded back and inserted into the loop of the band, the rod may come out of the loop due to the repulsive force of the connecting portion. Therefore, it is necessary to hold it with a fingertip or the like until the band is wound around the rod, and the operation is troublesome.
[0007] In addition, the conventional band stopper has been used only as a stopper for the band that fastens the article packing box, and has been discarded as garbage after use.
[0008] In view of the current situation where such value as "goods" is not fully utilized and is wasted, the inventor has focused on making it possible to use the article that has finished its role as a stopper for another purpose without discarding it, thereby aiming at effective utilization of resources. That is, an object of the present invention is to provide a band stopper that can solve the above-described conventional problems as a band stopper and efficiently fasten the band, and can increase the value of the product by being reusable for another use even after finishing the role as a stopper.
Means for Solving the Problems
[0009] In order to solve the above problems, the present invention takes the following technical means. That is, the band stopper of the present invention is composed of a synthetic resin material, and includes a frame body formed of a substantially rectangular annular body having a band insertion hole inside, and a rod that is connected to the upper surface of the frame body via a connecting portion on one side of the frame body so as to be foldable. The tip of the rod Claw pieces extend from it in the longitudinal direction of the rod, and inclined pieces extend from the side of the frame body opposite to the side where the connecting portion of the frame body is provided upward from the upper surface of the frame body, and engaging portions are provided by through holes formed on the inclined pieces. is configured such that when the rod is folded back on the upper surface of the frame body, the claw piece elastically engages with the engaging portion. Here, it is preferable that there are two rods, which are formed in parallel with a space therebetween.
Effects of the Invention
[0010] Since the present invention has the above configuration, when used as a band stopper, the folded posture of the rod can be stably held by the engagement between the claw piece and the engaging portion. As a result, it is no longer necessary to continuously hold down the rod with a fingertip or the like, thereby improving the work efficiency. After finishing the role as a stopper, it can be reused as a clip for sealing the mouth of a bag formed of a thin resin sheet such as a plastic bag. Thus, it is possible to provide a valuable band stopper that eliminates waste as a "thing".
[0011] In the present invention, it is preferable to provide anti-slip protrusions on the upper and lower surfaces of the rod and on the upper and lower surfaces of the sides of the frame parallel to the rod. Thereby, when used as a band stopper, in the state where the band is tightened, the slack of the band sandwiched between the rod and the frame can be suppressed, and the tightened state can be surely maintained. Also, when used as a clip for the mouth of the bag body, the mouth of the bag body can be more surely sandwiched and held between the rod and the frame.

Modes for Carrying Out the Invention
[0013] Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. 1 to 3.
[0014] The band stopper A of the present invention is an integrally molded product made of a synthetic resin material, and includes a frame body 2 formed in a substantially square annular shape having a band insertion hole 1 inside, and two rod bars 4, 4 connected to one side surface 2a of the substantially square frame body 2 via a connecting portion 3 so as to be foldable onto the upper surface of the frame body. The two rod bars 4, 4 including the connecting portion 3 extend in a direction perpendicular to the side surface 2a of the frame body 2 and are formed in parallel with a space therebetween.
[0015] Furthermore, claw pieces 5, 5 are formed at the tips of the rod bars 4, 4. When the rod bar 4 is folded back onto the upper surface of the frame body 2 via the connecting portion 3, an engaging portion 6 is formed on the frame body 2 in which the tips of the claw pieces 5 elastically engage to hold the folded posture of the rod bar 4.
[0016] The engaging portion 6 is provided on an inclined piece 7 that rises integrally obliquely outward from the side surface 2b of the frame body 2 opposite to the side surface where the rod bar 4 is provided, preferably at an angle of approximately 45°. Note that the engaging portion 6 is formed by a hole penetrating the inclined piece 7.
[0017] Also, anti-slip tooth-shaped protrusions 8, 9 are provided on the upper and lower surfaces of the rod bar 4 and the upper and lower surfaces of the frame body 2.
[0018] As the synthetic resin material that is the material of the band stopper A, a heat-meltable resin to which a molding method using an injection molding machine can be applied, such as a polyolefin-based resin such as polyethylene or polypropylene, a polyester-based resin, or a polylactic acid-based biodegradable resin, can be used. A composite composition in which various organic and inorganic fillers and additives are blended with these resin base materials can also be used. Examples of components expected to modify and improve the performance and physical properties of the hand stopper by blending include silica-based, talc, metal salts, and cellulose-based fine powders. In this embodiment, in the plan view of FIG. 2, the length L1 of the short side of the frame body 2 portion is 25 mm, the length L2 of the long side is 29, the total length L3 is 75 mm, and the plate thickness is 3.8 mm, but the dimensions are not limited thereto.
[0019] When using this band stopper A as a stopper (fastener) for a band, the same procedure as in the case of the conventional stopper described above is performed. That is, as shown in FIG. 3(a), with one end portion of the band 10 folded in half with the edge 10a facing upward, it is inserted through the band insertion hole 1 from below the frame body 2 to form a loop 10b that rises upward. Then, one of the rod bars 4 is folded back and inserted into this loop with a fingertip or the like, and the claw piece 5 is engaged with the engaging portion 6 to hold the folded-back posture. In that state, the lower band is pulled and tightened as shown in FIG. 3(b). Next, a part on the opposite side of the band that has been wound around the box body to be packaged is wound around the other rod bar in the same manner as above. As shown in FIG. 3(c), after pulling and tightening the upper band 10c in the direction of the arrow, the band 10c is cut with scissors, a cutter, or the like from the portion of the dotted line T to complete the fastening operation.
[0020] In this band stopper A, in the above operation process, the folded-back posture of the rod bar 4 is stably held by the engagement between the claw piece 5 and the engaging portion 6, so there is no need to continuously hold down the rod bar with a fingertip or the like, and the operation can be performed easily. Further, in the state where the band is tightened, tooth-shaped protrusions 8 and 9 are provided on the upper and lower surfaces of the rod bar and the frame body, so slippage is suppressed, the slack of the band is eliminated, and the fastened state can be surely maintained.
[0021] After the band stopper A of the present invention has finished its role as a band stopper, it can be used as a clip for sealing the mouth of a bag formed of a thin resin sheet such as a plastic bag. FIG. 6 shows an example of its use. By sandwiching the opening portion at the upper part of the bag B between the rod 4 and the frame body 2 and engaging the rod 4 with the claw piece 5 and the engaging portion 6 to clamp it, the mouth portion of the bag B can be sealed. Further, in the state where the bag B is clamped, tooth-shaped protrusions 8 and 9 are provided on the opposing surfaces of the rod and the frame body, so that the bag B can be held more securely.
[0022] As described above, according to the present invention, when used as a band stopper, since the folded posture of the rod is stably held by the engagement between the claw piece 5 and the engaging portion 6, there is no need to continuously press the rod with a fingertip or the like, and the work efficiency can be improved. Also, after finishing the role as a stopper, it can be reused as a clip for sealing the mouth portion of a bag formed of a thin resin sheet such as a plastic bag. Thus, a valuable band stopper that eliminates waste as an "object" can be provided.
[0023] As described above, representative embodiments of the present invention have been described. However, the present invention is not necessarily limited to the above-described embodiments. For example, as shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, it can also be applied to a band stopper that has only one rod 4 and hooks only one end of the band. Also, although not shown, the engaging portion 6 can be formed as a recess or a stepped portion that receives the tip of the claw piece 5 instead of a hole. In addition, in the present invention, within the scope of achieving the object of the present invention and not departing from the scope of the claims, appropriate modifications and changes can be made as appropriate.
Industrial Applicability
[0024] The present invention can be used as a clip for sealing the mouth portion of a plastic bag or the like in addition to a stopper (fastener) for a band that tightens and packs the periphery of an article storage box such as a cardboard box.
