Abstract

To provide a curved crystal having a crystal shape variable mechanism capable of deforming and correcting a crystal structure into an arbitrary shape such as an ellipse, a cylinder, a plane, a parabola, and a hyperbola by applying a voltage using a crystal substrate for X-ray spectroscopy.SOLUTION: A lamellar crystal substrate for X-ray spectroscopy in which at least a surface side has spectral performance of X-ray and a piezoelectric element are bonded or adhered, and a crystal material for X-ray spectroscopy is curved by applying a voltage to a piezoelectric element.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
