To provide a hot water supply system, a server, and a hot water supply device that cause an overdue use charge to be paid by a user easily.SOLUTION: A hot water supply system 1 includes a hot water supply device 10 that can be used when a use charge is paid and a server 50 that can communicate with the hot water supply device 10 through an external communication network 40. The hot water supply device 10 transmits use state information on a use state of the hot water supply device 10 to the server 50, and a use charge is determined on the basis of the use state information. The server 50 includes a notification information transmission part 501a for transmitting notification information for causing a notification part of the hot water supply device 10 (a display part 121 and a display input part 131) to execute notification for urging payment of the use charge to the hot water supply device 10 in which the use charge is overdue.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
