Abstract
To suppress accuracy deterioration of a final measured value when one of a plurality of measured values is determined as the final measured value.SOLUTION: A measured value acquisition method for determining one of measured values of physical quantities, which are obtained in a plurality of measurement positions of an actuator controlled by a prescribed control device, as a final measured value used in controlling the actuator includes the steps of: setting determination of an operation state parameter for suggesting an operation state of the actuator correlated to the measured values of the physical quantities; and performing selection control for selecting one measured value of the physical quantity to be the final measured value and determining the final measured value by referring to the operation state parameter.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
