An article holding structure 1 for a vehicle according to this embodiment is provided in a luggage compartment 11 located behind a rear seat 12 of a vehicle 10 such as a four-wheeled automobile, for example, as shown in Figures 6 and 7. As shown in Figure 1, the article holding structure 1 for a vehicle has a trim member 2, a frame member 3, a perforated board 4, a protector member 5, and a sealing member 6.
