Strontium titanate particles, photocatalytic materials, multilayer ceramic capacitors

By heat-treating strontium titanate particles at 800°C after wet synthesis to maintain dispersibility, the particles achieve high crystallinity and dispersibility, addressing the limitations of existing methods and improving their performance in photocatalytic materials and multilayer ceramic capacitors.
