Abstract

To provide a cutting tool and a cutting device capable of facilitating a pulling cut operation with a simplified structure.SOLUTION: In a cutting tool 1, a pair of blade bodies 10 and 20, each having blade portions 11 and 21 on the distal side and operating portions 12 and 22 on the proximal side, are rotatably coupled to each other between the blade portions 11 and 21 and the operating portions 12 and 22. The cutting tool 1 is configured to open and close the blade portions 11 and 21 through operation of the operating portions 12 and 22, thereby cutting a target material. The pair of blade bodies 10 and 20 respectively rotate around different rotation shafts 31 and 32, and each of the blade bodies 10 (20) is provided with a relief portion 16 (26) for avoiding interference, during rotation, with the rotation shaft 32 (31), which differs from the rotation shaft 31 (32) acting as the rotational center.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
