Abstract

The resonant circuit 5 has a resonant capacitor Cr connected in series with the primary winding N1, a resonant inductance Lr connected in series with the resonant capacitor Cr, a winding capacitance Cp1, and a winding capacitance Cp2. The resonant frequencies of the resonant circuit 5 include a first resonant frequency based on the resonant capacitor Cr and the resonant inductance Lr, and a second resonant frequency based on the resonant capacitor Cr, the resonant inductance Lr, and the winding capacitances Cp1 and Cp2 and higher than the first resonant frequency. The inverter control circuit 4 controls the inverter at a first drive frequency that follows the first resonant frequency in the case of a heavy load, and at a second drive frequency that is higher than the first drive frequency and between the first resonant frequency and the second resonant frequency in the case of a light load.
