Claims

Claim 1 A tree access prevention device for a power distribution line, comprising: a pair of crossbar fastening parts connected to adjacent crossbars of utility poles; a pair of vertical support parts assembled to each of the crossbar fastening parts; a pair of protection net fastening parts assembled to each of the vertical support parts; and a tree protection net assembled to the pair of protection net fastening parts. Claim 2 A tree access prevention device for a power distribution line according to claim 1, wherein the above-described crossbar fastening part comprises a fastening member coupled to a crossbar; and an assembly connecting part extending from the fastening member. Claim 3 A tree access prevention device for a power distribution line according to paragraph 2, wherein the fastening member comprises a pair of fastening plates that surround a crossarm, each having a bolt hole formed therein; a fastening bolt inserted into the pair of bolt holes and the bolt hole of the crossarm; and a fastening nut mounted on the fastening bolt. Claim 4 A tree access prevention device for a power distribution line according to paragraph 3, wherein the fastening member further includes an anti-detachment projection that is coupled to protrude from the inner side of a pair of fastening plates. Claim 5 In paragraph 4, the above-mentioned anti-detachment protrusion comprises a rubber material, a device for preventing trees from approaching a power distribution line. Claim 6 In paragraph 5, the above-mentioned fastening bolt has a head shape that can be grasped by a grab stick, a tree access prevention device for a power distribution line. Claim 7 In paragraph 6, the above-mentioned fastening bolt and the above-mentioned fastening nut are capable of being fastened with a socket, forming a tree access prevention device for a power distribution line. Claim 8 A tree access prevention device for a power distribution line, wherein the fastening member further comprises a detachment prevention pin inserted into the fastening bolt. Claim 9 A device for preventing tree access to a power distribution line according to paragraph 2, wherein the assembly connection comprises: a connecting body coupled to the fastener; at least one connecting plate coupled to the connecting body and having a connecting hole formed therein; an assembly bolt inserted into the connecting hole; and an assembly nut fastened to the assembly bolt. Claim 10 A tree access prevention device for a power distribution line according to claim 9, wherein one connecting plate is coupled to the center of the connecting body and multiple connecting holes are formed in the connecting plate. Claim 11 In item 10, the assembly bolts have a number corresponding to the number of connection holes, a tree access prevention device for a power distribution line. Claim 12 A tree access prevention device for a power distribution line, wherein, in paragraph 11, the assembly bolts and assembly nuts have a number smaller than the number of connecting holes. Claim 13 A tree access prevention device for a power distribution line according to claim 12, wherein the vertical support comprises: a support bar; a first assembly connection part coupled to one side of the support bar; and a second assembly connection part coupled to the other side of the support bar. Claim 14 In paragraph 13, the first assembly connecting part is positioned on the support bar in a manner that surrounds the connecting plate of the cross-arm fastening part, and includes a pair of connecting plates having connecting holes formed therein, a tree access prevention device for a power distribution line. Claim 15 In Clause 14, the assembly connection part of the above-mentioned steel fastening part and the assembly connection part of the above-mentioned vertical support part are fixed to each other by fastening assembly bolts and assembly nuts into the connection holes formed in the above-mentioned connection plates, a tree access prevention device for a power distribution line. Claim 16 In item 15, the second assembly connecting part is positioned in the center of the support bar and includes a connecting plate having a connecting hole formed therein, a tree access prevention device for a power distribution line. Claim 18 A tree access prevention device for a power distribution line according to claim 17, wherein the above-mentioned prevention net fastening part comprises a horizontal bar; a third assembly connecting part disposed on one side of the horizontal bar and coupled to the second assembly connecting part and having a pair of connecting plates having connecting holes formed therein; and a pair of branching bars branching from the other side of the horizontal bar. Claim 19 A tree access prevention device for a power distribution line, wherein, in paragraph 18, the above-mentioned prevention net fastening portion further comprises fastening bolt holes formed through each of the pair of branch bars so that a fixing bolt for fixing the tree prevention net is inserted. Claim 20 A tree access prevention device for a power distribution line, comprising: a pair of pole fastening bands connected to adjacent poles; a pair of protection net fastening parts assembled to each of the pole fastening bands; and a tree protection net assembled to the pair of protection net fastening parts. Claim 21 A tree access prevention device for a power distribution line according to claim 20, wherein the pole fastening band comprises a pair of separated bands separated from each other; and a band connecting plate provided on at least one of the two ends of the pair of separated bands facing each other while wrapping around the pole, to which the prevention net fastening part is assembled. Claim 22 In Clause 21, the band connecting plate is a device for preventing tree access to a power distribution line, having a plurality of connecting holes formed therein. Claim 23 A tree access prevention device for a power distribution line according to claim 22, wherein the above-mentioned prevention net fastening part comprises a horizontal bar; a third assembly connecting part disposed on one side of the horizontal bar and coupled with the band connecting plate and having a pair of connecting plates with connecting holes formed therein; and a pair of branching bars branching from the other side of the horizontal bar. Claim 24 A tree access prevention device for a power distribution line, wherein, in paragraph 23, the above-mentioned prevention net fastening portion further includes fastening bolt holes formed through each of the pair of branch bars so that a fixing bolt for fixing the tree prevention net is inserted. Claim 25 A device for preventing tree access to a power distribution line, wherein, in any one of claims 1 to 24, the tree prevention net is made of a mesh-shaped metal net. Claim 26 A tree access prevention device for a power distribution line, comprising: a fixing assembly fixed to a crossbar, the fixing assembly having a crossbar fastening part that is fastened to the crossbar fastening part, a vertical support part assembled to the crossbar fastening part, and a prevention net fastening part assembled to the vertical support part; and a tree prevention net assembled to the pair of fixing assemblies installed on an adjacent utility pole. Claim 27 A tree access prevention device for a power distribution line, comprising: a fixing assembly fixed to a utility pole, having a fixing band fastened to a utility pole and a prevention net fastening part assembled to the fixing band; and a tree prevention net assembled to a pair of fixing assemblies installed on an adjacent utility pole.
