Abstract

A hybrid transformer according to one embodiment comprises: a low-frequency transformer; and an AC / AC converter, wherein the AC / AC converter comprises: a first leading leg operating with a first pulse signal and a first lagging leg operating with a second pulse signal delayed from the first pulse signal, and a first full bridge circuit generating a primary side voltage from an AC input using the first leading leg and the first lagging leg; a high-frequency transformer transmitting a secondary side voltage delayed by a phase difference from the primary side voltage; and a second full bridge circuit comprising a second leading leg operating with a third pulse signal and a second lagging leg operating with a fourth pulse signal delayed from the third pulse signal, and transmitting an AC output from the secondary side voltage using the second leading leg and the second lagging leg. The control circuit may include a first pulse signal and a second pulse signal based on PI control for a first DC voltage based on the first full-bridge circuit, and a third pulse signal and a fourth pulse signal based on PI control for an output voltage based on the low-frequency transformer and the AC / AC converter, so that the phase difference between the first side voltage and the second side voltage reaches a target phase difference.
