Technological support system for product repair

Abstract

This utility model relates to the repair and maintenance of mechanical engineering products, specifically to systems for technologically supporting their repair. The system includes a three-dimensional scanning device (1) connected to a computing module (2) via a data transfer interface. The computing module (2) comprises a module for constructing a digital three-dimensional model with the generation of a point cloud (3) and a polygonal model (4), a reverse engineering module with the generation of a solid parametric model (5), a module for analyzing geometric deviations, and a module for generating design documentation (6). The technical result is an increase in the accuracy of generating a digital model of a product and a reduction in the time required to prepare design documentation for product repair.
