Abstract
This utility model relates to the building materials industry, specifically, it can be used for the production of decorative facing wall bricks. These bricks can be successfully used for cladding walls and facades of residential and public buildings. The technical result consists of reducing the amount of raw materials and increasing the strength and frost resistance of the products. The raw mix for the production of hyper-pressed bricks contains, by weight: %: white Portland cement grade M500 - 12-24; waste from the processing of marbled limestone (WML) from the Ekpendy deposit (Almaty region) - 70-85 and water - 3-6. To prepare the mixtures, WML was used without additional processing after sifting through 5-0.16 mm sieves. Fractions larger than 5 mm are not used. After dosing, the OOM and cement are mixed dry for 3 minutes, then the required amount of water is added and mixed for another 2-3 minutes until a homogeneous mass is achieved in a laboratory concrete mixer. The finished mixture is placed in a mold and pressed into shape using a hydraulic press at a pressure of 40 MPa. The hyper-pressed bricks are cured in a humid environment for 5-7 days. If necessary, hyper-pressed bricks can be cured using heat and moisture treatment in a steam chamber. The steam temperature is raised to 70-75°C within an hour and held for 6.5-7 hours. The bricks are then allowed to cool gradually over the course of 24 hours to a temperature of at least 15-20°C.
