Abstract

The present invention discloses a correction device and a correction method for a deformation of a square steel ventilating duct, and relates to the technical field of metal plate correction. During rolling walking, a negative pressure is generated in negative pressure suction cavities of magnetic rings, and since an air inlet of a suction cup is attached to a recessed surface of the duct in a sealing mode, gas cannot enter to compentrate for the negative pressure. Therefore, the negative pressure quickly generated in the negative pressure suction cavities can only be compensated by the displacement generated by forcibly pulling up the recessed surface by the suction cup, so that when the negative pressure is generated, a positioning frame, the suction cup and the recessed surface of the duct adsorbed by the suction cup can generate proximal displacement together, and then an adsorption arching correction effect is generated on the recessed surface of the duct. Next, the suction cup moves away from the adsorption point along with rolling of the magnetic ring to make contact with adsorption sealing. Therefore, the effects of adaptive detection of the surface depression in the walking period and rapid depression correction in a negative pressure mode are achieved in this way.
