Abstract

The invention concerns an adapter for a balcony drain, which balcony drain has a housing with an inlet opening and an outlet opening, in which a grate is fitted, in which a vent is provided for a riser pipe for connection with a balcony drain of a higher balcony, where the adapter comprises: - a tubular housing with a connector at one end for connection to a riser pipe and where the cross-section of the other end corresponds to the vent of a balcony drain, such that the other end of the tubular housing can be inserted into the vent, and where inlet openings are provided in the wall of the tubular housing;- a funnel fitted in the tubular part, whereby the upper edge of the funnel-shaped part rests against the inner wall of the tubular housing between the first end and the inflow openings, and whereby the outlet of the neck of the funnel extends beyond the inflow openings in the wall of the tubular housing.;
