The invention relates to a novel coconut water energy gel produced to provide rapid energy replenishment and hydration for athletes. The gel is formulated using coconut water concentrate, maltodextrin, natural electrolytes, sea salt, and natural flavorings to combine the hydrating properties of coconut water with the energyboosting benefits of an easily digestible carbohydrate source. This portable and easy-to-use product addresses the dual needs of hydration and energy restoration during intense physical activities.
