Abstract
The present utility model relates to the method of producing chicken (Gallus gallus domesticus) feet gummy candy, which provides a fun and convenient way for consumers to enjoy the benefits of collagen while indulging in a candy-like experience. The method comprises of boiling chicken feet in low heat for 1-2 hours, combining milk, honey, clear agar gel, vitamin C powder, gelatin powder, and citric acid into water to produce milk mixture, adding the melted milk mixture into the collagen broth, simmering the mixture for 15-25 minutes, removing chicken feet from the mixture, adding food coloring and pouring the mixture into a silicone mold, letting the molded mixture rest to room temperature, and refrigerating it for at least 2-3 hours. Chicken feet gummy candy offers an innovative twist on traditional collagen supplements by incorporating chicken feet broth as the primary source of collagen and has a shelf life of 3-5 days when refrigerated.
