Abstract

A method for manufacturing prefabricated elements that reduce railway noise, comprising: in a first stage, a reinforcing frame is inserted into a steel mould with a plastic matrix placed at its bottom for shaping a grooved profile on the open surface of the element; then, in a second stage, the mould is filled with a known concrete mix with porous aggregate while subjecting the concrete mix to a vibration process and manually spreading and leveling it; in a third stage, the open surface of the prefabricated element is covered with a polyethylene foil to carry out the concrete curing process; in a fourth stage, the prefabricated element is demolded, rotated by 180° and transferred to a surface treatment station, characterized in that in a fifth stage of manufacturing the prefabricated element (1), the prefabricated element (1) is vertically mounted on a surface treatment station;in the sixth stage of manufacturing the prefabricated element (1), the pores (3) of the aggregate are exposed by rotary longitudinal grinding of the prefabricated element (1), removing the outer layer to a depth of 1 - 3 mm, to expose the closed pores (3) of the porous aggregate;
