Abstract

The subject of the application is a biofunctionalized organic coating, which is characterized in that it consists of from 0.5% to 10% by mass of a layer of reduced diazonium salt with a thickness of 10 nm to 200 nm covered with a layer of poly-L-lysine with a thickness of 1 µm to 20 µm, which constitutes 90% to 99.5% by mass. The second subject of the application is a method for producing a biofunctionalized organic coating, which consists in subjecting an acetonitrile solution containing 1 mM to 10 mM of diazonium salt and 10 mM to 1000 mM of electrolyte to an electrochemical reduction process in the potential range from -1.0 V to 0.5 V relative to the reference electrode, at a scanning rate from 0.01 V / s to 0.2 V / s in the range from 5 to 100 voltammetric cycles, after which the coating thus obtained is covered with a layer of poly-L-lysine with a thickness of 1 µm to 20 µm by immersing it in an aqueous solution of poly-L-lysine with a concentration of 0.01 - 10% w / v for a time from 10 min to 120 min.The application also covers the use of the biofunctionalized organic coating defined above as a pro-adhesive coating for modifying the surface of implants used in biomedical engineering and veterinary medicine.
