Abstract

The subject of the application is a preparation accelerating the mineralization of crop residues in the soil, especially after maize cultivation, enriching the soil with phosphorus and inhibiting the growth of phytopathogens in the soil, which is a mixture of cells and spores of five spore-forming strains from the Bacillaceae and Paenibacillaceae families isolated from the soil: Paenibacillus amylolyticus, Bacillus velezensis, Bacillus subtilis, Bacillus icheniformis and Priestia megaterium, suspended in the post-culture medium after culturing these strains, containing cells and spores of cells of individual strains in a quantitative ratio of 1:1:1:1:1.Furthermore, the application also covers the use of a preparation with the composition presented above in accelerating the mineralization of crop residues in the soil, especially after maize cultivation, enriching the soil with phosphorus and inhibiting the growth of phytopathogens in the soil, which consists in the fact that the preparation is used in such an amount that from 2.0 x 1012 to 2.5 x 1014 cfu / ha of cells of each bacterial strain and from 3.6 x 109 to 1.5 x 1013 cfu / ha of spores of cells of each bacterial strain are introduced into the soil.
