Method for obtaining chitin-MOF hybrid nanofibers using electrospinning technique

Abstract

The subject of the application is a method for obtaining chitin-MOF hybrid nanofibers using the electrospinning technique from an ionic liquid (i.e. 1-butyl-3-methylimidazolium acetate) to obtain a solution with a chitin concentration of 1%, after which a weighed amount of metal-organic structures (MOF) in the amount of 40 - 150 mg, preferably 100 mg, and 1 ml of DMSO dimethyl sulfoxide are added to 10 ml of such a solution, after which the electrospinning process is carried out under specific process conditions.
