Abstract
Claims
OCR09WP21 / 09 / 25691. A bone-preserving, guide-hole bone-reconstruction plate consisting of a bridge and a leg, where the bridge is a transverse metal rod with lengths of 5 to 30 mm, widths of 2 to 6 mm, and heights of 3 to 8 mm. The top surface is straight (1), the bottom surface is flat and concave (2), and there is a hole at the center for inserting a guide wire (cannulated hole) (3). The hole size is 1.2 to 2.0 millimeters in the middle of the weld pipe, there is a widening section that extends diagonally to the sides (shelf)(4). If you look at a cross-section of this widening section, each side will have the shape of a triangle. The ends of the weld pipe on both sides are notched diagonally, with the lower angle aligned with the highest point of the concave section of the lower surface(5). The two ends of this weld pipe are connected to the legs, and the legs extend from the two ends of the weld pipe, with a length of 12 to 35 millimeters and a width of 2 to 6 millimeters. The top part is the same width as the weld pipe, and the next part gradually tapers. The inner surface of each leg is smooth and parallel to the bottom, while the outer surface has a wavy, inward and outward appearance almost all the way and tapers slightly to the end(6). The very end tapers down to a sharp point(7).
