Description

FIELD OF THE INVENTION

[0001] The present invention generally relates to the field of mobile phone accessories. More specifically, the present invention relates to protective cases for mobile phones designed with additional functionality, such as the incorporation of a holder for personal care items like chapstick.BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

[0002] There is a growing need for protective cases for mobile phones that also offer extra features, such as holders for personal care items like chapstick. The present invention relates to mobile phone accessories, specifically a mobile phone case that includes a built-in holder for a standard-sized tube of chapstick.

[0003] Mobile phone cases are commonly used to protect phones from damage such as drops, scratches, and impacts. At the same time, many users carry chapstick to keep their lips healthy and comfortable, particularly in dry or cold weather. However, chapsticks are small items that can be easily misplaced or forgotten. Since most people carry their mobile phones daily, it would be advantageous to have a convenient way to store chapstick alongside the phone.

[0004] Therefore, the present invention aims to address these issues by combining the protective features of a mobile phone case with the convenience of a chapstick holder. It intends to solve the problems associated with conventional devices and enhance their functionality.SUMMARY

[0005] This summary is provided to introduce a selection of concepts in a simplified form, that are further described below in the Detailed Description. This summary is not intended to identify key features or essential features of the claimed subject matter. Nor is this summary intended to be used to limit the claimed subject matter's scope.

[0006] The present invention provides a mobile phone case that accommodates standard-sized smartphone models and is made from durable materials such as thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) or polycarbonate (PC).

[0007] In one embodiment, the case includes a holder located at the top of the protective enclosure, specifically designed to securely hold a standard-sized tube of chapstick. The holder comprises a bottom surface and two side surfaces, which create a top opening allowing for flexible movement of the side surfaces. This feature ensures a secure retention of the chapstick through a mechanism that may employ a friction fit, snap lock, or cover flap, enabling easy insertion and removal through a circular opening. This innovative design enhances user convenience by providing ready access to chapstick while effectively protecting the smartphone.BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS

[0020] As shown in FIGS. 1-4, the present invention provides a mobile phone case that not only protects the phone but also includes a specialized holder for a standard size tube of chapstick. The holder is positioned at the top of the case, a location typically free from buttons or ports, ensuring it does not obstruct the phone's normal operations.

[0021] In preferred embodiment, the present invention provides a phone device that comprises a Mobile Phone Case, an Attached Chapstick Holder having an Opening for Chapstick Insertion and Removal, and a ChapstickMobile Phone Case:

[0022] In one embodiment, the mobile phone case can be designed to fit standard-size smartphone models. The mobile phone case can be made from durable materials such as thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU), polycarbonate (PC), or a combination of both, providing strong protection against impacts, scratches, and wear.

[0023] The case can be configured to cover the back and sides of the smartphone, offering comprehensive protection while allowing access to all essential ports and buttons.Attached Chapstick Holder:

[0024] In one embodiment of the present invention, the chapstick holder is integrated at the top of the mobile phone case. In certain embodiments, the chapstick holder may be configured as a cylindrical compartment specifically designed to securely hold a standard size tube of chapstick. The placement of this holder can be strategically chosen to be in an area typically devoid of buttons or ports, thereby ensuring that it does not interfere with the normal operation and functionality of the mobile phone.

[0025] The chapstick holder is equipped with a retention mechanism to maintain the chapstick securely in place. This retention mechanism may include, but is not limited to, a friction fit, a snap fit, or a small cover flap equipped with a closure. These mechanisms ensure that the chapstick remains securely housed within the holder during normal use, while still permitting easy removal when access to the chapstick is required.

[0026] In one embodiment, as shown in FIG. 2, the chapstick holder may include an opening for chapstick insertion and removal. In such an embodiment, the opening is strategically located at the top of the mobile phone case, facilitating straightforward insertion and removal of the chapstick tube by the user as required. The opening may be meticulously designed to provide a snug fit, ensuring that the chapstick tube can be securely positioned within the chapstick holder while allowing for ease of access and removal by the user.Chapstick:

[0027] The chapstick refers to a standard-sized tube commonly used for lip care. This tube is designed to fit snugly within the integrated holder of the mobile phone case, thereby ensuring the chapstick is readily accessible at all times. The retention mechanism incorporated within the holder is specifically engineered to prevent the chapstick from dislodging or falling out during normal use conditions.

[0028] In some embodiments, the present invention may provide a mobile phone case comprising: a protective enclosure designed to fit standard-sized smartphone models, made from durable materials such as thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) or polycarbonate (PC); and a holder positioned at the top of the protective enclosure, securely designed to hold a standard size tube of chapstick, wherein the holder includes a bottom surface and two side surfaces attached to the bottom surface, which define a top opening that allows flexible movement of the side surfaces to securely hold the chapstick with a retention mechanism, along with a circular opening for chapstick insertion and removal.

[0029] Combining the functions of a phone case and a chapstick holder, this invention offers users a convenient way to carry their chapstick along with their mobile phone. It ensures their chapstick is always within easy reach while providing necessary phone protection.

[0030] Although the invention has been explained in relation to its preferred embodiment, it is to be understood that many other possible modifications and variations can be made without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention.
