Abstract
Description
FIELD OF TECHNOLOGY
[0001] The present invention relates to the field of footwear, and particularly relates to a shoe sole component and an anti-skidding assembly.BACKGROUND
[0002] Shoes are used in people's lives, and shoe soles serve as a part of the shoes. Existing shoe soles often use different patterns as anti-skidding portions to enhance the dynamic friction factor between the shoe soles and the ground, so as to achieve a certain anti-skidding effect. However, once water emerges on the ground, there will exist a water layer between the shoe sole and the ground. The water layer separates the shoe sole from the ground, resulting in failure in full contact between the shoe sole and the ground, which reduces the force of friction, and finally, the anti-skidding performance of the shoe sole is greatly reduced.SUMMARY
[0003] To solve the problem that the anti-skidding performance of a shoe sole is reduced as the shoe sole and the ground are separated by a water layer, an object of the present invention is to provide a shoe sole component.
[0004] The present disclosure provides the technical solution as follows:
[0005] A shoe sole component used in an anti-skidding assembly includes a sheeted anti-skidding main body, where a plurality of guide grooves are formed in the anti-skidding main body. The guide grooves include first drainage slots and second drainage slots. The first drainage slots are disposed in a width direction, the second drainage slots are disposed in a length direction, and the second drainage slots and the first drainage slots are connected to separate a surface of the anti-skidding main body into a plurality of anti-skidding portions. A plurality of anti-skidding slot bodies are disposed on each of the anti-skidding portions and are connected to the guide grooves.
[0006] As a further optional solution of the shoe sole component, X arc angles are disposed at intersections of side walls of the first drainage slots and the second drainage slots, X is an integer and 0≤X≤8, and the arc angles are used to guide water to be transferred between the first drainage slots and the second drainage slots.
[0007] As a further optional solution of the shoe sole component, a width of the anti-skidding slot body is less than a width of the guide groove, and a depth of the anti-skidding slot body is less than a depth of the guide groove.
[0008] As a further optional solution of the shoe sole component, a density of the anti-skidding slot bodies is less than a density of the guide grooves.
[0009] As a further optional solution of the shoe sole component, lengths of the first drainage slots are inconsistent, and lengths of the second drainage slots are inconsistent.
[0010] As a further optional solution of the shoe sole component, areas of the anti-skidding portions are inconsistent.
[0011] As a further optional solution of the shoe sole component, the width direction is perpendicular to the length direction.
[0012] As a further optional solution of the shoe sole component, each of the anti-skidding slot bodies includes a first anti-skidding slot and a second anti-skidding slot, the first anti-skidding slot is disposed in the width direction, the second anti-skidding slot is disposed in the length direction, and the second anti-skidding slot and the first anti-skidding slot are connected.
[0013] As a further optional solution of the shoe sole component, the first anti-skidding slots have different densities in the length direction, and the second anti-skidding slots have different densities in the width direction.
[0014] Another object of the present invention is to provide an anti-skidding assembly.
[0015] The present disclosure provides the technical solution as follows:
[0016] Anti-skidding assembly includes the shoe sole component.
[0017] An embodiment of the present invention has the following advantages:
[0018] The guide grooves in the shoe sole component mainly play a drainage role. The anti-skidding portions mainly play a ground grabbing role. The anti-skidding slot bodies disposed on the anti-skidding portions can effectively improve the dynamic friction factor between the anti-skidding portions and the ground. When water emerges on the ground, with movement of the shoe sole component toward the ground, the water will enter the anti-skidding slot bodies and the guide grooves preferably. Because the anti-skidding slot bodies and the guide grooves are connected, water in the anti-skidding slot bodies will further enter the guide grooves. On the one hand, the guide grooves can guide the water to areas except the shoe sole component to discharge the water; and on the other hand, the first drainage slots disposed in the width direction and the second drainage slots disposed in the length direction are interconnected to form a channel inside the shoe sole component; in consideration of water on the ground which may no distributed in all areas or the shoe sole component is not in full contact with the ground, in this case, the water entering the guide grooves can also be dispersed and transferred to areas of the shoe sole component without water through the guide grooves. In a word, the guide grooves can effectively discharge the water between the anti-skidding portions and the ground, such that the water is unlikely to be left between the anti-skidding portions and the ground, which facilitates friction between the anti-skidding portions and the ground, thereby guaranteeing the anti-skidding performance of the shoe sole.
[0019] To make the above objects, features and advantages of the present invention more apparent and understandable, preferred embodiments of the present invention are listed below and detailed description is made below in combination with the attached drawings.BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS

[0030] Referring to FIGS. 1 and 2 together, the embodiment provides a shoe sole component, including an anti-skidding main body 1, where the anti-skidding main body 1 is rectangularly sheeted with a thickness of 2.5 mm. The anti-skidding main body 1 is a main body portion of the shoe sole component.
[0031] In this case, the anti-skidding main body 1 provided with a plurality of guide slots 11. Specifically, the guide slots 11 include a group of first drainage slots 111 and a group of second drainage slots 112, which is not limited herein. Moreover, the group of first drainage slots 111 and the group of second drainage slots 112 are disposed in different directions, respectively, so that the space of the anti-skidding main body 1 is fully utilized. During use, the guide slots 11 are used for drainage. The anti-skidding portions 12 are used for grabbing the ground. In the presence of the anti-skidding slot bodies 13, the dynamic friction factor of the anti-skidding portions 12 in contact with the ground are greatly increased.
[0032] The first drainage slots 111 are disposed in the width direction, the second drainage slots 112 are disposed in the length direction, and they are interconnected. Separated by the first drainage slots 111 and the second drainage slots 112, a plurality of anti-skidding portions 12 are formed on a lower surface of the anti-skidding main body 1. A plurality of anti-skidding slot bodies 13 are disposed on a surface of each of the anti-skidding portions 12, and the anti-skidding slot bodies 13 are connected to the guide slots 11.
[0033] Optionally, when water (such as rainwater and sewage) emerges on the ground, with the movement of the shoe sole component toward the ground, water under the shoe sole component will enter the anti-skidding slot bodies 13 and the guide grooves 11 first, and the water entering the anti-skidding slot bodies 13 will further flow into the guide grooves 11 to be guided along the guide slots 11, so that the water entering the anti-skidding slot bodies 13 is guided, thereby, achieving the drainage function.
[0034] The guide slots 11 can directly guide the water in areas except for the shoe sole component to be discharged from the lower side of the shoe sole component, so that an influence of the water on the anti-skidding main body 1 is reduced. Moreover, the shape of the guide grooves 11 can be adjusted according to an actual scenario.
[0035] Optionally, as the first drainage slots 111 and the second drainage slots 112 are interconnected, in consideration of water on the ground which may no distributed in all areas or the shoe sole component is not in full contact with the ground, in this case, the water entering the guide grooves 11 can also be dispersed and transferred to areas of the shoe sole component without water through the guide grooves 11. On this basis, the water can be either temporarily deposited in the guide slots 11 here or discharged to the areas except for the shoe sole component through the guide slots 11 here, so that the guide slots 11 on the shoe sole component is fully utilized.
[0036] In a word, the guide grooves 11 can effectively discharge the water between the anti-skidding portions 12 and the ground, such that the water is unlikely to be left between the anti-skidding portions 12 and the ground, which facilitates friction between the anti-skidding portions 12 and the ground, thereby guaranteeing the friction effect between the anti-skidding portions 12 and the ground, so as to guarantee the anti-skidding performance of the shoe sole.
[0037] Referring to FIGS. 3 and 4 together, since the primary function of the guide slots 11 is drainage, the width of the guide slots 11 is large, and the depth also reaches 1.5-3 mm. In comparison, for the anti-skidding slot bodies 13 having an anti-skidding function, the width is far less than that of the guide slots 11, and the depth is only 1-1.5 mm.
[0038] Compared with the guide slots 11, the width and depth of the anti-skidding slot bodies 13 are less, and the influence on the self-strength of the anti-skidding main body 1 is small as well when the anti-skidding slot bodies 13 are disposed. Therefore, the density of the anti-skidding slot bodies 13 is far higher than the density of the guide slots 11, which not only can increase the dynamic friction factor of the anti-skidding portions 12 in contact with the ground, but also guarantee that the anti-skidding portions 12 have enough strength and non-deformability. In comparison, the density of the guide slots 11 is less to prevent damaging the strength of the shoe sole component, so that the stability of the shoe sole component is guaranteed.
[0039] As described above, by virtue of the first drainage slots 111 and the first drainage slots 112 interconnected and perpendicular to each other, water can be dispersed and transferred among the areas on the shoe sole component. To guarantee such smooth process, arc angles 113 are disposed at intersections of side walls of the first drainage slots 111 and the second drainage slots 112.
[0040] Guided by the arc angles 113, the water can smoothly flow into the second drainage slots 112 from the first drainage slots 111 or flow into the first drainage slots 111 from the second drainage slots 112. In the presence of the arc angles 113, the speed of the water transferred between the first drainage slots 111 and the second drainage slots 112 is greatly accelerated, so that the water can be rapidly diffused to areas not in contact with water on the shoe sole component, which accelerates water discharged out of the shoe sole component.
[0041] When the water between the anti-skidding portions 12 and the ground is discharged through the guide slots 11, the anti-skidding portions 12 can rub with the ground rapidly and smoothly, and grab the ground instantaneously when a user steps on a shoe.
[0042] To consider both the ground grabbing capacity and the non-deformability of the anti-skidding portions 12, the anti-skidding slot bodies 13 disposed on the anti-skidding portions 12 include a group of first anti-skidding slots 131 and a group of second anti-skidding slots 132.
[0043] The first anti-skidding slots 131 are disposed in the width direction, both ends of each of the first anti-skidding slots 131 are connected to the two second drainage slots 112 respectively, and the water entering the first anti-skidding slots 131 further flows into the second drainage slots 112.
[0044] The second anti-skidding slots 132 are disposed in the length direction, both ends of each of the second anti-skidding slots 132 are connected to the two first drainage slots 111 respectively, and the water entering the second anti-skidding slots 132 further flows into the first drainage slots 111. Besides, the second anti-skidding slots 132 and the first anti-skidding slots 131 are connected.
[0045] Because the width direction is perpendicular to the length direction, the first anti-skidding slots 131 and the second anti-skidding slots 132 separate the surfaces of the anti-skidding portions 12 into a plurality of small blocks arranged in arrays. The widths of the first anti-skidding slots 131 and the second anti-skidding slots 132 are less, i.e., the distance between the small blocks is small, so that the first anti-skidding slots and the second anti-skidding slots can support each other. In this case, when the anti-skidding portions 12 are subjected to action forces in any directions, they are unlikely to deform, thereby forming a powerful support.
[0046] In an actual using process, if there exists water on the ground, with the movement of the shoe sole component toward the ground, a part of water directly enters the first drainage slots 111 and the second drainage slots 112, another part of water enters the first anti-skidding slots 131 first and then flows into the second drainage slots 112 from the first anti-skidding slots 131, and yet another part of water enters the second anti-skidding slots 132 first and then flows into the first drainage slots 111 from the second anti-skidding slots 132.
[0047] The water is gathered and flows in the first drainage slots 111 and the second drainage slots 112, a part of water is directly discharged to the areas except for the shoe sole component from left and right sides of the shoe sole component through the first drainage slots 111, another part of water is discharged to the areas except for the shoe sole component from front and back ends of the shoe sole component through the second drainage slots 112, and yet another of water continuously flows into the second drainage slots 112 from the first drainage slots 111 or flows into the first drainage slots 111 from the second drainage slots 112, are dispersed to the area not in contact with the water on the shoe sole component, and are transferred in the shoe sole component.
[0048] The water transferred in the shoe sole component is temporarily stored in the first drainage slots 111 and the second drainage slots 112, or is discharged out of the shoe sole component from the first drainage slots 111 and the second drainage slots 112 in the final area.
[0049] After the water originally located between the shoe sole component and the ground is rapidly discharged, the anti-skidding portions 12 rub with the ground, are secured to the ground and are unlikely to slide.
[0050] In an actual using process, as a user walks in different scenarios, ground media often change. Different ground media have different surface textures. Therefore, a dynamic friction factor between the ground and the anti-skidding portions 12 will change, too.
[0051] Besides, based on walking gait analysis, in a normal walking process of the user, points, lines and surfaces of the shoe sole in contact with the ground are in dynamic changes, i.e., an exertion area of the shoe sole ever changes in terms of exertion angle, direction, amplitude, and the like.
[0052] In addition to non-uniform distribution of the water on the ground, there are various contacts between the shoe sole component and the ground. For a shoe sole component with a single anti-skidding portion, it can be suitable for a certain special environment well, but can be far away from meeting variable conditions between the shoe sole component and the ground.
[0053] On this basis, various combined anti-skidding portions are formed on the shoe sole component in this embodiment, which can be attached to the ground from all angles, thereby providing supporting forces in various directions.
[0054] Specifically, the lengths of the first drainage slots 111 are inconsistent. For example, a part of first drainage slots 111 penetrate through left and right sides of the anti-skidding main body 1; the length of the part of first drainage slots 111 is about a half of the width of the anti-skidding main body 1 and the part of first drainage slots is connected to the left side or the right side of the anti-skidding main body 1; and the length of yet another part of first drainage slots 111 is about ¼ of the width of the anti-skidding main body 1, and the another part of first drainage slots is connected to the left side or the right side of the anti-skidding main body 1 or is disposed within the anti-skidding main body 1 and is not connected to both sides of the anti-skidding main body 1.
[0055] The first drainage slots 111 are arranged in the length direction as a whole, and the separation distances between two adjacent first drainage slots 111 are equal in the length direction. Moreover, the part of first drainage slots 111 with the length being the half of the width of the anti-skidding main body 1 and the part of first drainage slots 111 with the length being ¼ of the width of the anti-skidding main body 1 are collinear.
[0056] Specifically, the lengths of the second drainage slots 112 are inconsistent. For example, a part of second drainage slots 112 penetrate through front and back ends of the anti-skidding main body 1; the length of the part of second drainage slots 112 is about a half of the width of the anti-skidding main body 1; the length of another part of second drainage slots 112 is about ⅓ of the length of the anti-skidding main body 1; and the length of yet another part of second drainage slots 112 is about ⅙ of the length of the anti-skidding main body 1. The second drainage slots 112 with the length less than that of the anti-skidding main body 1 are connected to the front end of the anti-skidding main body 1 or are connected to the back end of the anti-skidding main body 1 or are located within the anti-skidding main body 1 and are only connected to the first drainage slots 111.
[0057] The second drainage slots 112 are arranged in the width direction as a whole, and the separation distances between two adjacent second drainage slots 112 are equal in the width direction. Moreover, the part of second drainage slots 112 with the lengths being the half, ⅓ or ⅙ of the width of the anti-skidding main body 1 are collinear.
[0058] The first drainage slots 111 and the second drainage slots 112 different in length are intersected in a T shape or “cross” shape. In a case that no arc angles 113 are disposed, there are two straight angles at the T-shaped intersection, and two arc angles 113 can be disposed; there are four straight angles at the “cross” shaped intersection, and four arc angles 113 can be disposed.
[0059] Actually, there are zero to four arc angles 113 at the intersections of the first drainage slots 111 and the second drainage slots 112. For the areas where the arc angles 113 are disposed, the water can be transferred rapidly between the first drainage slots 111 and the second drainage slots 112 corresponding to both ends of the arc angles 113. For the areas kept at straight angle, the water is unlikely to be transferred between the first drainage slots 111 and the second drainage slots 112 on both sides of the angle, but only can flow continuously forward along the first drainage slots 111 or the second drainage slots 112 where the water is originally located.
[0060] Therefore, arrangement of the arc angles 113 greatly affects the flowing directions of the water in the first drainage slots 111 and the second drainage slots 112. Therefore, different numbers of arc angles 113 are disposed at the intersections of the first drainage slots 111 and the second drainage slots 112, so that the water has various different flowing paths within the anti-skidding main body 1.
[0061] Specifically, separated by the first drainage slots 111 and the second drainage slots 112 different in length, areas of the anti-skidding portions 12 formed are inconsistent.
[0062] Because the first drainage slots 111 and the second drainage slots 112 are perpendicular to each other, the anti-skidding portions 12 are rectangular as a whole, and the anti-skidding portions 12 are different in length and width. Based on the length and width of the minimum anti-skidding portion 12 as respective unit length, the length or width of the part of anti-skidding portions 12 is two unit lengths, and the length and the width of the part of anti-skidding portions 12 are two unit lengths.
[0063] In another embodiment of the present application, the length or width of the part of anti-skidding portions 12 can also be more than two unit lengths.
[0064] Specifically, the first anti-skidding slots 131 are uniformly arranged on the anti-skidding portions 12 in the length direction. As far as different anti-skidding portions 12 are concerned, the arrangement intervals of the first anti-skidding slots 131 thereon are different in the length direction. Similarly, the second anti-skidding slots 132 are uniformly arranged on the anti-skidding portions 12 in the width direction. As far as different anti-skidding portions 12 are concerned, the arrangement intervals of the second anti-skidding slots 132 thereon are different in the width direction.
[0065] To sum up, the anti-skidding portions on the anti-skidding main body 1 are formed by combining a plurality of patterns and grooves with specifications and sizes, so that the anti-skidding portions can be attached to the ground from all angles, thereby providing the supporting forces in various directions.
[0066] In another embodiment of the present application, provided is an anti-skidding assembly, including the shoe sole component. The anti-skidding assembly can rapidly discharge water between the shoe sole and the ground and grab the ground instantaneously.
[0067] In all the illustrated and discussed examples, any specific value should be explained as be exemplary merely rather than be restrictive. Therefore, other examples of exemplary embodiments can have different values.
[0068] It is to be noted that similar mark numbers and letters represent similar items in the drawings below, such that once a certain item is defined in a drawing, it is unnecessary to further define and explain it in the subsequent drawings.
[0069] The above examples only express several embodiments of the present invention, are described in more detail, but are not to be construed as a limitation to the scope of the present invention. It shall be pointed out that several variations and modifications may also be made by those of ordinary skill in the art without departing from the spirit of the present invention, which all fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
