Abstract

A size-free brassiere providing under-bust support comprises an underband and two bra cups, and the two bra cups are arranged side by side on the same side of the underband. The underband is fixedly connected to the two bra cups; the underband and the bra cups are both made of a stretchable, shape-retaining material, and the underband and the two bra cups are integrally formed. The present disclosure not only provides stretchability to ensure wearer comfort, but also addresses the problem in existing market styles, which often cause breast sagging and the formation of wrinkles and folds at the lower edge of the bust due to insufficient support, thereby enhancing breast support and presenting an uplifted contour.

[0003] Conventional methods for designing bra cups often adopt support structures such as steel underwires or plastic underwires to provide the necessary shape retention and breast support. However, such designs may cause discomfort to a wearer in certain cases, especially in the underwear market that emphasizes a wireless and non-restrictive wearing experience. Wireless bra cups are favored for their comfort and natural fit, but they often present limitations in terms of support. In particular, for bases formed merely by fabric extension, such a design may, after prolonged wear, lead to breast sagging and formation of wrinkles at the lower edges of the bra cups, thereby affecting both aesthetics and wearing experience.

[0004] Conventional wireless bra cup designs generally have a single extension fabric at the bottom, lacking sufficient structural strength to evenly distribute the weight of the breasts, thereby resulting in inadequate support during wearing a brassiere. This is visually showed as breast sagging and wrinkles at the lower end of the bust, thereby reducing both the wearing effect and functional performance of the underwear.

[0005] Although attempts have been made to enhance the support of wireless bra cups by incorporating various types of support elements, such as elastic materials or improved structural designs, these solutions often sacrifice the stretch and size-free comfort that characterize wireless bra cups. Accordingly, how to enhance the support function of wireless brassieres while maintaining their comfort, and to reduce the breast sagging and formation of wrinkles at the bust, has become a technical challenge to be urgently addressed.SUMMARY

[0006] To this end, the present disclosure provides a size-free brassiere providing under-bust support, so as to solve the problem of insufficient support in wireless brassieres in the prior art.

[0008] A size-free brassiere providing under-bust support, comprising an under band and bra cups, two bra cups being provided and being arranged side by side on the same side of the under band, wherein the under band is fixedly connected to the two bra cups; the under band and the bra cups are both made of a stretchable, shape-retaining material, and the under band and the two bra cups are integrally formed.

[0009] Optionally, the size-free brassiere comprises a lining and a covering fabric, the covering fabric being provided on one side of the lining, the covering fabric completely fitting the lining and being fixedly connected to the lining, and the shape and position of the lining being corresponding to those of the covering fabric.

[0015] In the present disclosure, the size-free brassiere manufactured by means of an integral forming process in which the bra cups and the under band are connected into one piece not only provides stretchability to ensure wear comfort, but also addresses the problem in existing market styles, which often cause breast sagging and the formation of wrinkles and folds at the lower edge of the bust due to insufficient support, thereby enhancing breast support and presenting an uplifted contour.

[0038] Then, the set sponge sheet is either first subjected to a lamination treatment and then trimmed into a brassiere having an underband 1 and being single-faced adhesive, or first trimmed into a brassiere having an underband 1 and being single-faced adhesive and then subjected to a lamination treatment.

[0039] Then, the extension fabric 5 is placed on the side of the lining 3 facing away from the covering fabric 4 and is adhered in place, and the whole is placed into a mold for heat setting, thereby forming a complete brassiere.

[0040] Finally, the extension fabric 5 can be cut into different shapes according to customer requirements.

Claims

1. A size-free brassiere providing under-bust support, comprising an underband (1) and bra cups (2), two bra cups (2) being provided and being arranged side by side on a same side of the underband (1), wherein the underband (1) is fixedly connected to the two bra cups (2); the underband (1) and the bra cups (2) are both made of a stretchable, shape-retaining material, and the underband (1) and the two bra cups (2) are integrally formed.

The size-free brassiere providing under-bust support according to claim 1, further comprising a lining (3) and a covering fabric (4), the covering fabric (4) being provided on one side of the lining (3), the covering fabric (4) completely fitting the lining (3) and being fixedly connected to the lining (3), and a shape and a position of the lining (3) being corresponding to those of the covering fabric (4).

The size-free brassiere providing under-bust support according to claim 2, wherein a side of the lining (3) facing away from the covering fabric (4) is provided with an extension fabric (5), and the lining (3) completely fits the extension fabric (5) and is fixedly connected to the extension fabric (5); the extension fabric (5) has an area greater than that of the lining (3), and an entire edge of the extension fabric (5) extends beyond the edge of the lining (3).

4. The size-free brassiere providing under-bust support according to claim 2, wherein the lining (3) is made of sponge.

5. The size-free brassiere providing under-bust support according to claim 3, wherein the lining (3) is respectively fixed to the covering fabric (4) and the extension fabric (5) through a bonding process.

6. The size-free brassiere providing under-bust support according to claim 1, wherein the underband (1) and the bra cups (2) are made by a heat setting process.
