Description

[0001] The present application is the national phase of International Application No. PCT / CN2024 / 107019, titled “COMBINED BOTTOM STOP, ZIPPER, AND ZIPPER PRODUCT”, filed on Jul. 23, 2024, which claims the priority to Chinese Patent Application No. 202310972982.X, titled “COMBINED BOTTOM STOP, ZIPPER, AND ZIPPER PRODUCT”, filed on Aug. 3, 2023 with the China National Intellectual Property Administration, which are incorporated herein by reference in their entirety.FIELD

[0002] The present application relates to the field of clothing and accessories, and in particular to a bottom stop assembly, a zipper and a zipper product.BACKGROUND

[0003] A zipper is a highly important accessory used in clothing and bags, basically consisting of a slider, tapes, zipper teeth, a box and insertion pin (including a bottom stop box and a movable pin) and other components. When an invisible zipper is used on a garment, the slider is hidden behind the tapes and the garment fabric, hence the name “invisible zipper”. When the zipper is used on garment plackets, the conventional zipper may disrupt the continuity of the fabric and damage the integrity of the garment. In contrast, with the invisible zipper, the fabrics on both sides of the zipper teeth are closely bonded, thus leading to better continuity between the fabrics.

[0004] Since the zipper tapes of the invisible zipper and the fabric of the garment are at the forefront, the bottom stop end of the zipper needs to be hidden behind the slider, making it more difficult to determine if the insertion pin is inserted to the correct position. If the user forcibly pulls up the slider without inserting the movable pin to the predetermined position, it may cause the bottom stop box and the movable pin to separate from each other, resulting in the zipper teeth bursting open. Existing invisible zippers are mostly closed-end zippers. For those that are open-end, the box and pin are often made of metal, with a relatively simple insertion and mating structure. This requires the user to insert multiple times to align the bottom stop box and the movable pin, making the process of closing the invisible zipper inconvenient. Additionally, the metal bottom stop box can easily injure the user when it is opened.

[0005] Therefore, how to improve the convenience of closing the invisible open-end zipper is a problem to be solved in the art.SUMMARY

The “and / or” herein is only an association relationship that describes associated objects, which means that there may be three kinds of relationships. For example, A and / or B means that there are three cases: A alone, both A and B, and B alone. In addition, in the description of the embodiments of the present application, “multiple” refers to two or more.

[0045] The terms “first”, “second” and the like are merely for purpose of description, and should not be construed as indicating or implying relative importance or implying the number of the indicated features. Therefore, a feature defined by “first” and “second” may explicitly or implicitly include one or more such features.

[0046] A bottom stop assembly according to the embodiment of the present application may be applied to invisible zippers, and may be named invisible zipper bottom stop assembly, hereinafter referred to as the bottom stop assembly.

[0047] Referring to FIGS. 1 and 2, the bottom stop assembly disclosed in the embodiment of the present application includes a bottom stop fixing part 100 and a movable pin 200. The bottom stop fixing part 100 includes a box fixing part 110 and a box connecting part 120. The box fixing part 110 is provided with a pin accommodating groove 113. One end of the box connecting part 120 is connected to the box fixing part 110, and the other end of the box connecting part 120 is connected to a first tape 300.

[0048] Referring to FIG. 9, a first end of the movable pin 200 is configured to be inserted into and mated with the pin accommodating groove 113, and a second end of the movable pin 200 is used for connection to a second tape 310. A pin guide part 123 is provided at an end of the box connecting part 120 facing the movable pin 200. The pin guide part 123 is a sloped structure inclined relative to a direction from a bottom of the pin accommodating groove 113 towards an opening of the pin accommodating groove 113.

[0049] During the process of inserting the movable pin 200 into the pin accommodating groove 113, the pin guide part 123 serves as a guide, facilitating the smooth insertion of the movable pin 200 into the pin accommodating groove 113 in cooperation with a slider, thereby completing the assembly of the movable pin 200 and the bottom stop fixing part 100.

[0050] Compared with the conventional technology, the bottom stop assembly disclosed in the embodiment of the present application incorporates the pin guide part 123 as a guide structure during the insertion of the movable pin 200, making the insertion and removal of the movable pin 200 smoother and thus enhancing the convenience of closing the invisible open-end zipper.

[0051] In one embodiment, as shown in FIG. 5, the movable pin 200 includes an insertion pin 210 and a pin fixing member 220. The insertion pin 210 is configured to be inserted into and mated with the pin accommodating groove 113, serving as a guide during the insertion process to achieve the insertion of the movable pin 200 into the bottom stop fixing part 100.

[0052] The pin fixing member 220 is connected to the insertion pin 210, and there is a pin gap between the insertion pin 210 and the pin fixing member 220 for sliding engagement with the slider 500. This sliding engagement between the slider 500 and the pin gap allows the movable pin 200 to smoothly pass through the slider tape gap of the slider 500 to be inserted into the pin accommodating groove 113 of the bottom stop fixing part 100. The pin fixing member 220 is used to connect to the second tape 310, and second teeth 410 are provided on the second tape 310, thereby achieving the connection of the second teeth 410, the second tape 310, and the movable pin 200.

[0053] Further, to restrict the specific position where the movable pin 200 is inserted into the pin accommodating groove 113, a pin limiting part 221 is provided on the pin fixing member 220. As shown in FIG. 5, the pin limiting part 221 is a functional surface facing the pin accommodating groove 113. When the movable pin 200 is inserted into a designated position in the pin accommodating groove 113, the pin limiting part 221 is stopped by an outer wall of the pin accommodating groove 113, ensuring precise positioning of the movable pin 200 relative to the bottom stop fixing part 100.

[0054] In one embodiment, as shown in FIG. 7, a side wall of the box fixing part 110 away from the box connecting part 120 is an insertion limiting part 114. An end surface of the insertion limiting part 114 away from the bottom of the pin accommodating groove 113 is configured to abut against and cooperate with the pin limiting part 221 for limiting purposes.

[0055] Since the movable pin 200 needs to pass through the slider 500 before being inserted into and mated with the box fixing part 110, the pin gap is open on both sides. To further guide the insertion process of the movable pin 200, as shown in FIG. 7, a sliding guide part 112 is provided on a side wall of the pin accommodating groove 113 and is configured to be inserted into the pin gap. When the movable pin 200 passes through the slider 500 and enters the pin accommodating groove 113, the pin gap aligns with and slides along the sliding guide part 112, thereby guiding the movable pin 200.

[0056] Referring to FIG. 7, the pin accommodating groove 113 has limiting side walls that restrict the movable pin 200 in three lateral directions, while the sliding guide part 112 provides a limiting function that restricts the movable pin 200 in the fourth lateral direction. Together, the pin accommodating groove 113 and the sliding guide part 112 form lateral limitations to the sliding guide part 112.

[0057] As shown in FIG. 8, as the sliding guide part 112 extends to the bottom of the pin accommodating groove 113, its width gradually decreases, to save material and reduce the product weight without compromising its guiding function.

[0058] The box fixing part 110 and the box connecting part 120 are formed integrally or separately. If the bottom stop fixing part 100 has separate structures, during production, the box connecting part 120 can be assembled with the first tape 300 and first zipper teeth 400 first, followed by the assembly of the box fixing part 110, to reduce production difficulty. If the bottom stop fixing part 100 has an integrated structure, it will be more difficult to assemble it with the first tape 300 and the first zipper teeth 400 due to its large size.

[0059] To achieve a fixed connection between the box fixing part 110 and the box connecting part 120, as shown in FIG. 10, the box fixing part 110 is provided with a mounting groove 116 that is in communication with the pin accommodating groove 113. Side walls of the mounting groove 116 are provided with insertion grooves, and two sides of the box connecting part 120 are provided with engagement protrusions 122 that are configured to be inserted into the insertion grooves.

[0060] Through the insertion fit between the engagement protrusions 122 and the insertion grooves, the connection between the box fixing part 110 and the box connecting part 120 can be achieved. The box connecting part 120 may be directly formed on the box fixing part 110 by injection molding. As shown in FIG. 10, the engagement protrusion 122 is L-shaped (with a part perpendicular to the extension direction of the box connecting part 120 being closer to a bottom of the mounting groove 116 than another part parallel to the box connecting part 120). The engagement protrusion 122 may alternatively be T-shaped or have other shapes.

[0061] The engagement protrusion 122 may be provided only on one side surface of the box fixing part 110, as long as the connection function can be achieved. Higher connection strength can be achieved with bilateral arrangement.

[0062] When the box fixing part 110 and the box connecting part 120 are separate structures, as shown in FIG. 9, they can be combined through a secondary molding process. In one embodiment, the box fixing part 110 and the box connecting part 120 are combined through ultrasonic welding.

[0063] The box fixing part 110 and the box connecting part 120 may be combined by snap fit. For example, a mounting groove 116 is provided on the box fixing part 110, and a connecting block slightly larger than the mounting groove 116 is provided on the box connecting part 120. By pressing the connecting block into the mounting groove 116, the box fixing part 110 and the box connecting part 120 can be snap-fitted with each other.

[0064] Referring to FIGS. 6 and 8, an extension part 115 is arranged at an end of the box fixing part 110 facing the slider 500. A sliding gap 121 for sliding engagement with the slider 500 is formed between a side of the box connecting part 120 away from the movable pin 200 and the extension part 115. When the box connecting part 120 is fixed to the box fixing part 110, the sliding gap 121 is formed between the box connecting part 120 and the extension part 115, which can accommodate a base board of the slider and thereby being engaged with the slider 500 in a slidable manner.

[0065] As shown in FIG. 6, the extension part 115 is connected to the first tape 300. As illustrated in FIG. 10, a side of the extension part 115 facing the movable pin 200 also has a pin guide part / bevel for guiding the movable pin 200.

[0066] As shown in FIG. 3, a positioning hole 111 is provided on the box fixing part 110, which allows an end part of the box connecting part 120 to be inserted into and balances the pressure inside and outside the pin accommodating groove 113 during the insertion process of the movable pin 200.

[0067] In use, the insertion pin 210 of the movable pin 200 passes through the slider 500 along the slider entrance and is inserted into the box fixing part 110. The insertion pin 210 is secured to the box fixing part 110 by the pin accommodating groove 113 and the sliding guide part 112 of the box fixing part 110. The insertion limiting part 114 (the end surface of the box fixing part 110 facing the slider 500) restricts the movement of the movable pin 200 in the depth direction of the pin accommodating groove 113. The positioning hole 113 can also prevent the movement of the movable pin 200 in the horizontal direction of the pin accommodating groove 113, thereby significantly enhancing the stability of the insertion pin 210.

[0068] As shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, both of the first tape 300 and the second tape 310 are processed using a bending technique.

[0069] The bottom stop fixing part 100 and the movable pin 200 disclosed in the embodiment of the present application may both be prepared by injection molding. Injection molding simplifies the production process of the bottom stop assembly, improves the physical properties of the invisible zipper, makes the product lighter, facilitates the insertion of the movable pin 200, and allows the invisible zipper to be opened and closed more smoothly.

[0070] The zipper disclosed in the embodiment of the present application includes the bottom stop assembly described above, and therefore has the aforementioned advantages, which will not be repeated herein.

[0071] In an embodiment, the box fixing part 110 is connected to the first tape 300, and the box connecting part 120 is connected to the first zipper teeth 400. The insertion pin 210 of the movable pin 200 is connected to the second zipper teeth 410, and the pin fixing member 220 is connected to the second tape 310.

[0072] The zipper product disclosed in the embodiment of the present application includes the zipper described above, and therefore has the aforementioned advantages, which will not be repeated here.
