Description

TECHNICAL FIELD

[0001] This utility patent relates to the technical field of fabric drying equipment, and specifically, to an electrically liftable and expandable fabric heating or drying cylinder.TECHNICAL BACKGROUND

[0002] A fabric drying cylinder, commonly referred to as a drying cylinder in the textile printing and dyeing industry, is one of main components of a cylinder drying machine. A main function of the fabric drying cylinder is to efficiently dry the fabric after washing or printing and dyeing. Heat is generated inside the drying cylinder through electric or steam heating. With rotation of the drying cylinder, the fabric tumbles continuously to ensure uniform heating. In addition, hot air comes into full contact with the fabric, to effectively remove moisture from the fabric, thereby improving drying efficiency.

[0003] To ensure that interiors of existing fabric drying cylinders can accommodate a large amount of fabric or be suitable for fabric with large sizes, the existing fabric drying cylinders are usually designed to have relatively large volumes, which are characterized by a considerable cylinder heights. Such large and tall structural design causes high transportation costs, occupies large space when not in use, making it inconvenient for storage. Therefore, in view of the foregoing problems, an electrically liftable and expandable fabric heating or drying cylinder is proposed.SUMMARY

[0004] To resolve technical problems, this utility patent provides an electrically liftable and expandable fabric heating or drying cylinder, a liftable cylinder body of the fabric drying equipment includes an upper cylinder and a lower cylinder, and the upper cylinder is slidably disposed in the lower cylinder. This structure endows the liftable cylinder body with a characteristic of expansion after being lifted. That is, during packaging for storage, the upper cylinder is lowered, to reduce an overall height of the liftable cylinder body, thereby reducing occupied space, further reducing transportation costs and facilitating storage. When in use, the upper cylinder is lifted, so that large accommodation space can be obtained. The electric lifting mechanism can drive the upper cylinder to automatically descend or ascend. Specifically, the electric lifting slide moves vertically along the lifting rail cylinder, to drive the lifting rod to lift and further jack up or lower the upper cylinder, thereby resolving technical problems in the prior art where fabric drying cylinders typically feature excessive bulkiness, leading to elevated transportation costs and user storage difficulties.

[0005] Technical solutions adopted to resolve the technical problems in the embodiments of this application are as follows:

[0006] An electrically liftable and expandable fabric heating or drying cylinder includes a heating cylinder bottom mounted with a liftable cylinder body, where a cylinder cover is rotatably connected to the liftable cylinder body, a drying rod is disposed in the liftable cylinder body, the liftable cylinder body includes an upper cylinder and a lower cylinder, and the upper cylinder is slidably disposed in the lower cylinder. The liftable cylinder body of the fabric drying equipment includes the upper cylinder and the lower cylinder, the upper cylinder is slidably disposed in the lower cylinder, and therefore, this structure endows the liftable cylinder body with a characteristic of expansion after being lifted.

[0007] In addition, the electrically liftable and expandable fabric heating or drying cylinder further includes an electric lifting mechanism mounted on an outer wall of the lower cylinder and configured to drive the upper cylinder to slide vertically in the lower cylinder, where the electric lifting mechanism includes a lifting rail cylinder in which a lifting rod is slidably disposed, a top end of the lifting rod is connected to the upper cylinder, and an electric lifting slide is disposed at a bottom end of the lifting rod. The electric lifting slide moves vertically along the lifting rail cylinder, to drive the lifting rod to lift and further jack up or lower the upper cylinder.

[0008] In a possible implementation, a transmission gear is mounted in and rotatably connected to the electric lifting slide, a drive motor is mounted on a lower end surface of the electric lifting slide, an output shaft of the drive motor is in a transmission connection with the transmission gear, and a lifting rack is fixedly disposed in an inner wall of the lifting rail cylinder, where the transmission gear meshes with the lifting rack. When the drive motor works, the transmission gear can be driven to rotate, and the entire electric lifting slide can be driven to move vertically along the lifting rack in the lifting rail cylinder under a meshing effect between the transmission gear and the lifting rack, to complete lifting work of the upper cylinder.

[0009] In a possible implementation, the lower cylinder includes a lower thermal insulation shell whose top end is fixedly connected to a lower cylinder frame and whose outer cover is provided with a lower cylinder shell, and the upper cylinder includes an upper thermal insulation shell whose top end is fixedly connected to an upper cylinder frame and whose outer cover is provided with an upper cylinder shell. The foregoing structure can form a liftable cylinder body with a stable structure. [0016] The liftable cylinder body of the fabric drying equipment includes the upper cylinder and the lower cylinder, the upper cylinder is slidably disposed in the lower cylinder, and therefore, this structure endows the liftable cylinder body with a characteristic of expansion after being lifted. Specifically, the electric lifting slide moves vertically along the lifting rail cylinder, to drive the lifting rod to lift and further jack up or lower the upper cylinder.BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS
