[0017] FIG. 1 shows an interweaving diagram of warp and weft yarns in the present disclosure.DESCRIPTION OF EMBODIMENTS
[0018] In order to facilitate the understanding of technical personnel in this field, further explanation of the present disclosure is provided below in combination with embodiments and accompanying drawings. The content mentioned in the embodiments is not limited to the present disclosure.
[0019] As shown in FIG. 1, this embodiment discloses a cow tendon lining, which includes a warp yarn and a weft yarn. The warp yarn and weft yarn are interwoven by mutual floating and interweaving; the warp yarn is composed of a first warp yarn and a second warp yarn. The first warp yarn is polyester monofilament, the second warp yarn is twisted from several polyester yarns, and the weft yarn is polyester monofilament. This cow tendon lining has advantages of strong three-dimensional sense, strong support, good resilience, good manufacturing density, and low manufacturing cost.
[0020] In this embodiment, the weft yarn is divided into an inner layer of polyester and an outer layer of polyester. The inner layer of polyester is a high-temperature polyester monofilament, and the outer layer of polyester is a low-temperature polyester monofilament. Low temperature polyester is a soluble fiber with a low molecular weight, short molecular chain, and low melting point. It can quickly dissolve under low temperature conditions. By utilizing the characteristics of the outer layer of polyester, contact points between warp yarn and weft yarn can be fused together, rendering the cowhide lining less prone to yarn shedding.
[0021] In this embodiment, the first warp yarn has a specification of 0.31, the color of the first warp yarn is transparent, the first warp yarn has a weight of 0.203 kg / m, and the first warp yarn has a count of 1 / 9.75. Through the above settings, the support of the cow tendon lining in the warp direction can be effectively improved.
[0022] In this embodiment, the second warp yarn has a specification of 20 / 2, the color of the second warp yarn is white, the second warp yarn has a weight of 0.216 kg / m, and the second warp yarn has a count of 1 / 10s. Through the above settings, it is possible to avoid applying slurry on the warp yarn and save the cost of using slurry yarn.
[0023] In this embodiment, the weft yarn has a specification of 0.3 mm, the color of the weft yarn is semi-transparent, the weft yarn has a weight of 0.131 kg / m, and the weft yarn has a count of 1 / 10s. Through the above settings, the adhesion of the cow tendon lining can be improved, and the cow tendon lining can be shaped without using resin liquid, thereby saving the cost of using resin liquid.
[0024] In this embodiment, the cow tendon lining has a longitudinal density of 73.5 strands / inch, and the cow tendon lining has a latitudinal density of 20 strands / inch.
[0025] In this embodiment, a width in reed of the cow tendon lining is 62 inches, and the cow tendon lining has a fabric width of 58 inches.
[0026] In this embodiment, the machining process parameters for the cow tendon lining are:
[0027] order of threading is 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6; a total number of meridians is 4560;
[0028] reed threading: 2 / 98, 1 in, −1 reed +2 in, −1 reed; 2 / 98 refers to the steel reed used on the cow tendon lining machine, which contains 98 reed teeth every 2 inches; 1-in, −1 reed refers to each reed threading one first warp yarn; 2-in, −1 reed refers to each reed threading two second warp yarns. By setting the above machine process parameters, the fabric style of the cow tendon lining has been effectively improved.
[0029] The above provides a detailed introduction to the technical solution provided by the embodiments of the present disclosure. This specification applies specific examples to explain the principles and implementation modes of the embodiments of the present disclosure. The above embodiments are only applicable to help understand the principles of the embodiments of the present disclosure. Meanwhile, for those skilled in the art, there may be changes in the specific implementation modes and application scope according to the embodiments of the present disclosure. In summary, the content of this specification should not be understood as a limitation on the present disclosure.
