[0023] To make the objectives, technical solutions, and advantages of the embodiments of the present disclosure clearer, the following clearly and completely describes the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present disclosure with reference to the attached figures in the embodiments of the present disclosure. Apparently, the described embodiments are some but not all of the embodiments of the present disclosure. Based on the embodiment in the present disclosure, all other embodiments obtained by the ordinary technical staff in the art under the premise of without contributing creative labor belong to the scope protected by the present disclosure.
[0024] The present disclosure provides a rotary steam ironing device. Referring to FIG. 1 to FIG. 4, the rotary steam ironing device includes an ironing head 10, a main body 20, a water tank 30 and a power cord 40. The ironing head 10 is rotatably connected with the main body 20. The ironing head 10 is internally provided with a heating element. Steam holes 110 are formed in one surface, away from the main body 20, of the ironing head 10. The main body 20 includes a rotary motor (the figure is not shown), a pump machine (the figure is not shown) and a first water pipe (the figure is not shown). One end of the first water pipe (the figure is not shown) is arranged at the heating element. The main body 20 is electrically connected with the power cord 40. The rotary motor is configured to drive the ironing head 10 to rotate relative to the main body 20. The water tank 30 is provided with an accommodation space, a second water pipe (the figure is not shown) and a communicating hole formed in a surface of the water tank 30. One end of the second water pipe is fixed into the communicating hole (the figure is not shown), and the other end of the second water pipe is arranged in the accommodation space (the figure is not shown). After the water tank 30 is connected with the main body 20, the first water pipe communicates with the second water pipe.
[0025] By using the rotary steam ironing device in the embodiment, the pump machine acts on the first water pipe, the first water pipe communicates with the second water pipe, and one end of the second water pipe is in the accommodation space in the water tank 30. There is a lot of water in the accommodation space, and finally the water is introduced to the heating element (the figure is not shown). Water is heated and gasified by the heating element to be discharged from the steam holes 110. The rotary motor can drive the ironing head 10, so that the ironing head 10 can rotate relative to the main body 20 to avoid the operation that the wrist or arm of a user flips. According to the rotary steam ironing device in the present disclosure, a portable and handheld garment steamer with a rotation function can be realized.
[0026] The ironing head 10 can rotate by 360° forward and backward, and can pause when rotating to every angle. Similar to a mobile phone holder, the ironing head 10 can make a clicking sound when stuck to every angle.
[0027] What needs illustration is that the water tank 30 and the main body 20 are detachably connected. By separating the water tank 30 from the main body 20, water can be poured into the accommodation space at one end of the second water pipe, and then the water tank 30 and the main body 20 can be mounted together. The water tank 30 and the main body 20 are generally connected by buckles, magnetic attraction, threads, ultrasonic waves, glue and other manners.
[0028] For example, the water tank 30 is provided with an external thread. The main body 20 is provided with an internal thread. The internal thread and the external thread are adapted to achieve a detachable connection between the water tank 30 and the main body 20. The joint of the first water pipe and the second water pipe is usually provided with a waterproof gasket to prevent water leakage at the joint of the first water pipe and the second water pipe.
[0029] The rotary motor has a high rotation speed generally, but has a small torque. Therefore, the rotary motor is generally equipped with a gear mechanism. The rotation speed of the ironing head 10 is relatively slow through the gear mechanism.
[0030] In one embodiment, a wire slot 310 is formed in the water tank 30, and the power cord 40 can be put in the wire slot 310.
[0031] For the ironing device, the heating element therein is generally a PTC (Positive Temperature Coefficient) heater. The PTC heater, also called a PTC heating element, is composed of a PTC ceramic heating element and an aluminum tube. The PTC heater is an automatic constant temperature and power-saving electric heater, and has the advantages of small thermal resistance and high heat exchange efficiency. The principle of the PTC heater is based on the characteristics of a PTC thermistor. After the PTC thermistor is powered up, the resistance value enters a jump zone by self-heating and heating, and the surface temperature remains constant. This temperature is only related to the Curie temperature and external voltage of the PTC thermistor, but basically has nothing to do with the ambient temperature. Even in the case of abnormal operation, due to the adjustment of the PTC element, the input power can be reduced very low, but unexpected situations do not occur.
[0032] The power cord 40 can supply power to the main body 20, and the main body 20 generally has a control board (the figure is not shown). The pump machine, the rotary motor the heating element and the like are controlled by the control board. Since the water tank 30 and the main body 20 are detachably connected, the power cord 40 is connected to the main body 20. However, during actual operation, the power cord 40 may hinder the handheld experience of the user.
[0033] In general, it is desirable to draw the power cord 40 from one end, away from the main body 20, of the water tank 30, so that the main body 20 and the water tank 30 together constitute a handheld part. The wire slot 310 is generally disposed along the length of the water tank 30, and the power cord 40 can be placed in the wire slot 310. The wire slot 310 generally has a certain elastic deformation ability, and the power cord 40 can be relatively fixed in the wire slot 310.
[0034] In one embodiment, one surface, away from the main body 20, of the ironing head 10 is in the shape of a rounded rectangle.
[0035] The ironing surface in the shape of a rounded rectangle has no sharp edges and corners, and the user is not easy to scratch when using an iron, so that the risk of accidents in the using process is reduced. Furthermore, since the ironing head 10 is rotatable, a rounded corner can prevent clothes from being pierced during rotating. The ironing surface in the shape of a rounded rectangle can slide more smoothly glides the surface of the clothes in the ironing process, and the resistance during ironing is reduced, so that the ironing efficiency is improved.
[0036] In addition, the ironing surface is substantially in the shape of a rectangle, so that different ironing areas can be provided when the ironing head 10 rotates. If the ironing surface is circular, the rotating ironing head 10 can only play a role in simulating to move back and forth on the clothes by the user.
[0037] For ironing of clothes, the ironing device cannot smooth wrinkles only by being located at the wrinkles, and the ironing device needs to move back and forth at the wrinkles, so that the purposes of smoothing the wrinkles and avoiding the clothes from being burned are achieved. The rotation of the ironing head 10 may also simulate the movement back and forth at the wrinkles.
[0038] In one embodiment, the ironing head 10 is provided with a direction indication part 120.
[0039] In the embodiment, the ironing head 10 is provided with the direction indicating portion 120, so that the user can easily know the angle at which the ironing head 10 actually rotates with respect to the main body 20. The direction indication part, also known as the beauty tip, is configured to iron all corners of clothes, such as sharp corners, included angles and details at the bottom of buttons.
[0040] In one embodiment, the water tank 30 may also be connected to the other end of the ironing head 10 or the main body 20. Since the water tank 30 is filled with liquid, on the one hand, the heating element can be cooled down. On the other hand, the liquid in the water tank may be preheated by waste heat of the heating element.
[0041] In one embodiment, the second water pipe is a hose, and one end, arranged in the accommodation space, of the second water pipe is provided with a gravity ball (the figure is not shown).
[0042] In the actual ironing process, since the water in the accommodation space is variable with gravity, it is necessary to arrange the second water pipe as a hose. When the rotary steam ironing device in the present disclosure is inverted, the gravity ball is always below the liquid level, thereby facilitating the pump machine to pump out the water from the accommodation space.
[0043] Specifically, a stainless steel ball is arranged at an water inlet at an upper end of the water pipe. The water outlet pressure of the water pump is increased. The stainless steel ball is close to the water outlet to prevent water from overflowing from the water outlet. A metal filter screen is arranged at a lower end of the water pipe to prevent impurities at the bottom from entering the inside of the machine.
[0044] In one embodiment, one surface, away from the main body 20, of the ironing head 10 is made of metal materials.
[0045] Metal is a material with high thermal conductivity, which can evenly disperse the heat of steam and the heating element to the whole ironing surface. This can not only prevent clothes from being damaged due to local overheating of the ironing surface, but also pre-condense water vapor into liquid droplets to hang on the ironing surface. The surface, away from the main body 20, of the ironing head 10 is sprayed with ceramic paint.
[0046] In one embodiment, the ironing head 10 also includes an electric slip ring, and the electric slip ring (the figure is not shown) is electrically connected with the main body 20.
[0047] The heating element is arranged in the ironing head 10, and the heating element requires a power supply to generate heat. The electric slip ring, also known as an electric brush, a carbon brush, a collector ring, a current collector ring, a bus ring, a rotary communication part, a rotating electrical joint and the like, is an electrical component configured to transmit a power supply and a signal power supply during unlimited continuous rotation. The electric slip ring is mainly composed of a rotating part (rotor) and a static part (stator). The rotor is connected to the rotating structure of the equipment and rotates accordingly, and the stator is connected to an energy source of a fixed structure of the equipment.
[0048] In one embodiment, the main body head 20 is also provided with a display screen 210.
[0049] The display screen 210 may display some information, such as a heating gear of the heating element, whether the water tank 30 is short of water or not, the rotation direction of the ironing head 10, the temperature of the steam, and the like.
[0050] In one embodiment, the main body 20 also includes keys 220.
[0051] The keys 220 play a role in controlling the main body 20, and the control for the rotary steam ironing device in the present disclosure is realized by pressing the keys 220. Generally, the keys include three keys 220, such as a rotation key, an on-off key and a mode key (switching among dry ironing, wet ironing and mist spray gear).
[0052] In one embodiment, the main body 20 also includes a battery (the figure is not shown).
[0053] The battery is arranged in the main body 20, and portability of the garment steamer can be completely realized. The battery enables the rotary steam ironing device in the present disclosure to be completely free from the restriction of a power socket, and can be carried around. Moreover, the restriction of the power cord 40 is completely avoided during ironing.
[0054] What needs illustration is that the battery is generally a secondary battery, and the power cord 40 can charge the battery or directly supply power to the main body 20.
[0055] Finally, what needs illustration is that the ironing head of the garment steamer can also be manually driven to rotate.
