Description

[0001] Invention Title: MK-07 Electromagnetic Brushless Generator Unit "For Continuously and Efficiently Generates Electromagnetic, Mechanical and Electrical Energy" ^ Generating Eco-friendly Renewable Energy ^ Enhancing Renewable Energy Productivity ^ Expanding Photovoltaic Applications and Enhancing Solar Cell Efficiency ^ Combating Climate Change ^ Reducing the Effects of Global Warming ^ Mitigating Greenhouse CO2Emissions The MK-07 Electromagnetic Brushless Generator Unit finds its scientific foundation in the second part of the Law of conservation of energy, which proclaims, "Energy cannot be created or destroyed, but it can be transformed from one form to another." This ingenious invention embodies this principle, meticulously transforming solar energy into electromagnetic energy, setting it in a state of repulsion and attraction with natural magnetic forces, which converting it into continuous kinetic energy. Then seamlessly integrating the same with the Potential energy, amplifying the resulting kinetic energy and transforming the same into electrical energy of varying capacities. The MK-07 Invention effectively, by meticulously leveraging the unique strengths of each energy form, mitigates the inherent limitations of each, culminating in an unparalleled peak in energy production efficiency. Invention Functional: The MK-07 Electromagnetic Brushless Generator Unit serves as an integrated powerhouse, meticulously generating three distinct forms of energy: 1. Electromagnetic Energy 2. Kinetic Energy 3. Electrical Energy The driving force behind this remarkable invention is the Light energy. ^ Eco-friendly Renewable Energy ^ Enhanced Solar Energy Output ^ Flexible Design for Market Needs ^ Suitable for a wide range of motor and engine applications ^ Integrated Power Generation Unit ^ Generate (electromagnetic - kinetic - electrical energy) simultaneously ^ 7 / 24 Operation ^ Adaptability to both natural sunlight and artificial light sources ^ Continuous Development Potential ^ Easy Maintenance Components: The MK-07 Electromagnetic Brushless Generator Unit consists of the following: 1. Rotor Solar Panel 2. Stator Permanent Magnet N52 3. Rotor Motor Coils 4. Rotor Permanent Magnet N52 Generator Disk 5. Stator Generator Coils 6. Flywheel Rotor 7. Magnetic Bearing Coupling 8. Rotating Axis The MK-07 Electromagnetic Brushless Generator Unit is seamlessly divided into two distinct yet interdependent components: a) Stator: o Motor Permanent Magnet N52 o Generator Coils o Magnetic Bearing Coupling b) Rotor: o Rotating Axis o Solar Panel o Motor Coils o Permanent Magnet N52 Generator Disk o Flywheel o Magnetic Bearing Coupling Assembly Process: ^ Secure the Solar Panel(1)firmly at the canter of the rotating axis(8),and then arrange the solar Panel(1)in a configuration of multiple opposing faces. ^ The number of faces adorned with Solar Panels(1)can be configured as 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, or 16, catering to diverse energy requirements. ^ Mount the Motor Coils(3)on the right side of the rotating axis(8), and establish a secure electrical connection between the Motor Coils(3)and the Solar Panel(1). ^ Surround the Motor Coils(1)with the Motor Permanent Magnet N52(2). ^ Mount the Permanent Magnet N52 Generator disk(4)on the left side of the rotating axis(8). ^ Surround the Permanent Magnet N52 Generator disk(4)with the Generator Coils(5). ^ Mount the Flywheel(6)on the left side of the rotating axis(8). ^ Mount the Magnetic Bearing Coupling(7)on the end of the rotating axis(8)and the stator(a). Assembly Ensure that each Solar Panel(1)is paired with a facing Panel of opposite electrical polarity. Determine the number of Motor Coils(3)based on two key variables: 1. Number of Solar Panel(1)Faces: 2. Motor Permanent Magnet N52(2)Positioning: A. The number of Motor Coils(3)equals the number of Solar Panel(1)faces if the Motor Coils(3)surround the Motor Permanent Magnet N52(2), and each Coil(3)shall be connected to its corresponding Panel(1). B. If the Motor Permanent Magnet N52(2)surrounds the Motor Coils(3), the number of Motor Coils(3)equals half the number of Solar Panel(1)faces, and each Coil(3)shall be connected to two opposing faces(1). In this configuration, the Coil(3)angle shall be vertical to the Panel(1). Due to the repulsive force between the magnetic poles at the extremities of the rotating axis(8)and the stator in a magnetic bearing coupling(7), levitation of the rotating axis(8)occurs. This grants the rotating axis(8)enhanced freedom of movement and eliminates friction, thereby minimizing kinetic energy loss. Mechanism of Operation otating Axis(8)Levitation: ^ The rotating axis(82)floats due to the repulsive force generated by the magnetic bearing coupling(7). ^ The upward repulsive magnetic force in the Z+ direction counteracts the downward force of gravity (G) and the weight of the object (Wg) in the Z- direction, achieving levitation at height (h). ^ The magnetic bearing coupling(7). restricts the rotating axis's(8). movement along the Z and Y axes while permitting free rotation about the X axis.^This levitation creates substantial potential energy (PE) stored in the flywheel(6). ^ When the rotating axis(8)is initiated to rotate, the potential energy (PE) contributes to enhancing the kinetic energy. itiation of Rotation: ^ Solar panels(1)capture light and transform it into electromagnetic forces, and the Motor coils(3)linked to the panels(1)acquire magnetic polarity, producing their own magnetic fields. ^ A repulsive and attractive force emerges between the magnetic poles of the electromagnetic forces generated by the motor coils(3)and the magnetic poles of the N52 motor permanent magnets(2). ^ Kinetic energy is produced, and the rotating axis(8)begins to rotate around its axis in the X direction. ^ As the panels rotate, their angle shifts, obstructing them from light, causing the coils to lose their electromagnetic force. ^ This mechanism ensures unidirectional and constant rotation. ^ This process repeats with the subsequent panel(1)and the one following, and so on, indefinitely. ^ Kinetic energy is generated, resulting in continuous rotation. lectricity Generation: ^ The N52 permanent magnet generator disk(4)affixed to the rotating axis(8)maintains continuous rotation. ^ The magnetic flux lines are severed within the generator coils(5), triggering the electricity generation process. ^ Uninterrupted motion and rotation ensure the continuous generation of electricity. ^ The generated electricity can be either alternating current (AC) or direct current (DC), depending on the system's design. ^ Increased RPM (revolutions per minute) translates to a higher voltage output. ^ A stronger magnetic field generated by more powerful magnets results in a higher current output. ^ The energy produced can be up to 30 times greater than that generated by the employed solar panels. Comparison between MK07 Invention Vs Other Motors and Power Generators a) MK07 Invention vs. Stationary Solar Panels: ^ Limited energy production per panel, demanding extensive areas for practical power generation. ^ MK07 Invention generates 30 times more energy from the same panels compared to fixed panels. ^ Incapable of directly handling electrical loads, mandating the use of batteries. ^ Invention can generate kinetic energy, electrical energy, and electromagnetic energy simultaneously. ^ Solar Panels can generate electrical energy only. ^ Invention can generate direct AC current generation without the need for an inverter, charger, or batteries. ^ Solar Panels requires an inverter, charger, and batteries are to produce AC current. ^ Solar Panels functioning solely during daylight hours with sunlight availability. ^ Invention operates 24 / 7, utilizing both sunlight during the day and artificial light at night. Note: ^ This comparison focuses on the utilization of solar panels in their conventional fixed form versus their application within the MK07 invention under identical conditions. ^ While solar panels in a hybrid solar-wind turbine system can contribute to increased energy production, they retain the inherent drawbacks of fixed panels, including: ^ Limited electricity output ^ Restricted energy generation as their primary function is confined to generating electrical energy directly. ^ Electricity production is limited to daylight hours, rendering them ineffective at night, adding unnecessary weight to the wind turbine. ^ Solar panels serve as an auxiliary energy source, not a standalone system, unlike the invention. ^ Solar panels necessitate an inverter, charger, and batteries to produce AC current. b) MK07 Invention vs. Magnetic Motors: ^ Permanent magnets exhibit fixed polarity, leading to alternating repulsion and attraction, causing the rotor to oscillate back and forth instead of rotating continuously. Practical experiences have demonstrated that 98% of motors with permanent magnet rotors and stators fail to function due to this inherent limitation. ^ The MK07 Unit utilizes coils(3)on the rotor and permanent magnets on the stator(2). The rotor coils(3)acquire magnetic polarity in fractions of a second, enabling a cycle of repulsion, attraction, and neutral polarity. This mechanism circumvents the fixed polarity constraint of permanent magnets, achieving continuous rotation in one direction. c) MK07 Invention vs. Perpetual Motion Machines: ^ Perpetual motion machines, based on the principles of inertia and gravity, rely on perpetual motion to generate energy. However, these devices are inherently flawed, as any friction or applied mechanical or electrical loads would cause them to cease functioning. As a result, perpetual motion machines are impractical and unsuitable for real-world applications ^ Unlike perpetual motion machines, the MK07 Unit can generate kinetic energy, electrical energy, and electromagnetic energy simultaneously. ^ Moreover, it is capable of withstanding mechanical and electrical loads, making it a viable energy solution. Mathematical rules and equations used in the invention ^ ^^ P N ^^ A ɻ ^ Ek= 0.5 If* ωf2 Theoretical Proof and Practical Experiments Note: ^ This comparison examines the electrical energy generated from conventional fixed solar panels compared to the electrical energy produced by the invention (employing the same panels within the invention under identical conditions). ^ The comparisons will be conducted between three models of the invention and the same panels used in each model.
