Description

Locking device and flow control device including same

[0001] The present invention relates to a locking device and a flow control device including the same, and more particularly, to a locking device for controlling the amount of fluid passing through and a flow control device including the same.

[0002] Unless otherwise indicated herein, the contents described in this identifier are not prior art to the claims of this application, and their description in this identifier is not deemed to be prior art. When injecting intravenous fluids into a human body using an intravenous infusion set that is generally used to directly administer intravenous fluids to a patient, a flow control device is used to inject a fixed amount of fluid into the human body. Although the flow control device has the advantage of conveniently controlling the amount of fluid injected into the human body by rotating a portion of the flow control unit, it has the disadvantage of increasing the possibility of excessive drug abuse by the patient or administrator administering the fluid or a high possibility of malfunction by others.

[0003] In addition, in the process of combining an existing locking device with a flow control unit, the position for pushing out the locking device was not specified, so the convenience of combining the locking device and the flow control unit was low, and in the process of separating the locking device from the flow control unit, the upper and lower lengths of the locking device's detachable member were short, so there was a disadvantage in that the locking device was difficult to detach.

[0004] In addition, the existing method of restricting the rotation of the flow control unit by compressing the upper and lower parts of the flow control unit with the elastic force due to deformation of the locking device while the locking device and the flow control unit are combined with each other has the disadvantage that the function of inhibiting the rotation of the flow control unit is reduced after repeated use.

[0005] In addition, the existing locking device was manufactured to be combined with a flow control part having a specific shape of protrusion formed therein, so there was a disadvantage that the entire locking device had to be redesigned when there was a change in the shape of the outer surface of the flow control part.

[0006] Therefore, when using a flow control device, it is necessary to develop a component that locks the control function of the flow control device or controls the flow only within a certain range depending on the environment while maintaining the convenience of controlling the flow through a rotational drive.

[0007] In addition, development is required to improve the convenience of coupling with the flow control unit, ease of attachment and detachment, fixing force to suppress rotation of the flow control unit, and compatibility with other types of flow control units compared to existing locking devices.

[0008] In this regard, Korean Patent Publication No. 10-2409806 discloses a locking device and a flow control device including the same, and Korean Patent Publication No. 10-1352683 discloses an improved sealing device for controlling the flow rate of medical liquid directed toward a patient. However, these prior inventions do not disclose technologies for improving the bonding strength between the locking device and the flow control unit, the fixing strength of the locking device, or the compatibility.

[0009] The present invention provides a locking device and a flow control device including the same, which can be used in various types of flow control parts by replacing elastic members, and which effectively stops the flow control function of the flow control part.

[0010] In addition, it is obvious that the technical tasks are not limited to the technical tasks described above, and that other technical tasks may be derived from the following description.

[0011] According to one embodiment of the disclosed content, a locking device (300) coupled to a flow control unit (200) including a lower body part (210) formed in a form in which an internal space is opened downwards and an upper body part (220) formed in a form in which an internal space is opened upwards and is rotatably coupled to the upper portion of the lower body part (210) described above, one end of which is fitted into the rear of the lower body part (210) described above, a central part extends upwards from one end, and a surface facing the lower body part (210) described above is formed to protrude forward with an elastic material, and the other end extends from the central part and is formed to be detachably coupled to the upper body part (220) described above.

[0012] In addition, the locking device (300) may include a slot member (310) that is in close contact with the inner surface of the lower body part (210) described above, a lower support member (320) that extends rearward from the lower portion of the slot member (310) described above, a fixing member (330) that extends upward from the rear portion of the lower support member (320) described above, a deformation member (340) that extends upward and rearward from the fixing member (330) described above, an elastic member (350) that is detachably coupled to the deformation member (340) described above, and a detachable member (360) that is connected to the upper portion of the deformation member (340) described above and a portion of which extends to the upper body part (220) described above and is formed to be engaged with a catch.

[0013] In addition, the elastic member (350) described first can be formed to be in close contact with the upper body part (220) described first while surrounding the outer surface of the upper body part (220) described first or the protruding portion on the outer surface of the upper body part (220) described first, while the detachable member (360) described first and the upper body part (220) are coupled to each other.

[0014] In addition, the elastic member (350) described first may include a first elastic body (352) formed in the shape of a square pad with grooves formed in the front, a lower protruding member (354) formed such that a portion of the first elastic body (352) described first, which is convex at the bottom and has a cut-off portion formed at the top, protrudes rearward and is inserted into the deformation member (340) described first, and an upper protruding member (355) formed such that a portion of the first elastic body (352) described first, which extends upwardly past the cut-off portion described first from the center of the lower protruding member (354) described first, protrudes rearward and is inserted into the deformation member (340) described first.

[0015] In addition, a portion of the front of the previously described fixed member (330) is sunken to form a fastening groove or fastening hole (331a), and a portion protruding from the outside of the previously described lower body part (210) can be inserted and fixed into the previously described fastening groove or fastening hole (331a).

[0016] In addition, the detachable member (360) described first may be connected to the deformable member (340) described first and may be formed to extend in a hook shape toward the upper body part (220) described first and be coupled to the upper body part (220) described first.

[0017] In addition, the detachable member (360) described first may include a detachable plate (361) that extends upwards by a first length and is connected to the deformable member (340) described first, a catch member (362) that extends from the detachable plate (361) described first toward the upper body part (220) described first by a second length that is equal to or relatively shorter than the first length described first, and a hook (363) that protrudes downward from the end of the catch member (362) described first.

[0018] In addition, the extension direction from one side to the other side of the upper contact surface (363b) of the hook (363) described first, which is in close contact with the upper body part (220) described first, may be different from the extension direction from one side to the other side of the lower contact surface (310a) of the slot member (310) described first, which is in close contact with the lower body part (210) described first.

[0019] In addition, the first described fixing member (330) may include a fixing plate (331) formed in an arch shape surrounding a first protrusion (212) protruding from the outside of the first described lower body part (210) and connected to the first described lower support member (320), and a fitting member (332, 333) protruding from the first described fixing plate (331) toward the first described lower body part (210).

[0020] According to another embodiment of the disclosed content, it includes a lower body part (210) formed in a form in which the internal space is opened downward, and an upper body part (220) formed in a form in which the internal space is opened upward and is rotatably coupled to the upper portion of the lower body part (210) described above, and a flow control part (200) in which the amount of fluid passing through the rotation of the lower body part (210) described above is controlled, and a locking device (300) in which one end is fitted and coupled to the rear of the lower body part (210) described above, a central part extends upward from one end, and a surface facing the upper body part (220) described above is formed to protrude forward with an elastic material, and the other end extends from the central part and is formed to be detachably coupled to the upper body part (220) described above.

[0021] According to one embodiment disclosed in the present specification, the locking device (300) has the advantage of reducing the volume and weight of the locking device (300) because the rotation between the lower body (211) and the upper body (221) of the flow control unit (200) is limited by the elastic force for restoration to the original state generated by the expansion deformation of the deformation member (340) between the lower support member (320) and the catch member (362) of the locking device (300).

[0022] In addition, the locking device (300) has the advantage of effectively stopping the rotation of the upper body (221) or lower body (211) through an elastic member (350) with a high coefficient of friction that is in close contact with the outer surface of the upper body (221) in addition to the elasticity of the deformation member (340).

[0023] In addition, since one end of the elastic member (350) is arranged on a horizontal line relatively lower than the second protrusion (222) on the inner surface of the deformation member (340), there is an advantage in that the deformation member (340) is prevented from being excessively expanded upwardly during the process of the detachable member (360) being repeatedly engaged with the upper body portion (220), thereby improving durability so that the deformation member (340) can maintain its original shape for a long period of time.

[0024] In addition, the lower protrusion member (354) of the elastic member (350) is formed in a knitted shape, so that the pressure applied to the lower protrusion member (354) during the process of the detachable member (360) being repeatedly engaged with the upper body part (220) is effectively dispersed, thereby improving the durability of the lower protrusion member (354).

[0025] In addition, since the lower protrusion member (354) and the upper protrusion member (355) of the elastic member (350) are inserted into and fixed in the second and third insertion grooves (341b, 341c) of the deformation member (340), respectively, the phenomenon of the first elastic body (352) in close contact with the upper body (221) being twisted or separated from the deformation member (340) due to the rotation of the upper body (221) is effectively prevented.

[0026] The locking device (300) is detachably attached or coupled to the flow control unit (200) that controls the amount of fluid passing through, thereby limiting the flow control function of the flow control unit (200) or limiting the flow control to only be possible within a certain range, thereby having the advantage of preventing drug abuse.

[0027] In addition, the locking device (300) is coupled to a flow control unit having various shapes of protrusions regardless of the shape of the protrusion protruding from the outside of the flow control unit (200), thereby limiting the movement of the protrusions described above, and thus has the advantage of improved compatibility that can be used with various shapes of flow control units.

[0028] In addition, since the effects of the present invention described as such are naturally exerted by the composition of the described contents regardless of whether the inventor is aware of them, the above-described effects are only a few effects according to the described contents and should not be recognized as describing all effects that the inventor has recognized or actually had. In addition, the effects of the present invention should be additionally recognized by the entire description of the specification, and even if not described in an explicit sentence, if a person with ordinary skill in the technical field to which the described contents belong can recognize such an effect through the specification, it should be regarded as an effect described in the specification.

[0035] Hereinafter, with reference to the attached drawings, the configuration, operation, and effect of a locking device and a flow control device including the same according to a preferred embodiment will be described. For reference, in the drawings below, each component is omitted or schematically illustrated for convenience and clarity, and the size of each component does not reflect the actual size. In addition, the same reference numerals refer to the same components throughout the specification, and drawing numerals for the same configuration are omitted in individual drawings.

[0036] As illustrated in FIGS. 1 to 4, the flow control device (100) includes a flow control unit (200) and a locking device (300). The flow control device (100) is arranged between the fluid tubes respectively connected to the upper and lower portions of the flow control unit (200), and is configured to control the amount of fluid moving inside the fluid tubes described above by adjusting the rotation of the flow control unit (200). In addition, the flow control device (100) can maintain a constant flow rate of the fluid passing through the flow control unit (200) by restricting the rotation of the flow control unit (200) by means of a locking device (300) that is detachably or attachably coupled to the side of the flow control unit (200).

[0037] With reference to the attached drawings, the flow control unit (200) and the locking device (300) coupled to the flow control unit (200) are described based on the state in which the locking device (300) is coupled to the rear of the flow control unit (200), but in actual use, the locking device (300) is not limited to the rear direction of the flow control unit (200) and can be coupled to the flow control unit (200) in various directions.

[0038] Specifically, as illustrated in FIGS. 1, 2, and 5, the flow control unit (200) includes a lower body unit (210) and an upper body unit (220). The lower body unit (210) includes a lower body (211), a first protrusion (212), a first connection pipe (213), and a flow control plate (216). The lower body unit (210) is formed in a container shape in which a first space (10) therein is opened downward, and a first connection pipe (213) communicating with a first through hole (215) penetrating the upper portion of the lower body unit (210) is formed to extend downward.

[0039] Specifically, one end of the lower body (211) is formed in a cylindrical shape with the first space (10) open toward the bottom and top, and the other end is formed in a circular plate shape that is combined with the upper edge of the one end to cover the upper part of the first space (10), and a first hollow (211a) that connects the first space (10) and the upper space is formed in the center of the other end. One end of the first protrusion (212) is formed in an inverted triangular plate shape, and the other end is formed in an isosceles trapezoidal plate shape in which the upper part of the one end extends upward so that the upper side is relatively longer than the lower side and protrudes upward in an arc shape.

[0040] Each of the plurality of first protrusions (212) is spaced apart from each other by an equal distance along one side surface of the lower body (211) and is surface-coupled with the outer surface of the lower body (211). One end of the first connecting pipe (213) is formed in a tubular shape extending upward and downward and is coupled to the lower body (211) so as to be in communication with the first through hole (215) described above in the first space (10), and the other end is extended downward from one end by a predetermined distance and is connected to a liquid tube arranged downward.

[0041] The flow control plate (216) is formed in the form of a washer-shaped plate surrounding the periphery of the rotary pipe (224), and the bottom surface is surface-bonded with the lower body (211) at the bottom of the upper body (221). A plurality of circular through holes communicating with the second through hole (226) are formed in the flow control plate (216), and the liquid flowing in through the second through hole (226) passes through the circular through hole and the first through hole (215) described above and moves to the liquid pipe connected to the first connecting pipe (213) in the first space (10).

[0042] First, each of the plurality of circular through holes described above is formed to have a different diameter, and each of the circular through holes having a different diameter is connected to the second through hole (226) according to the rotation of the lower body (211), and the flow rate of the liquid flowing into the first connecting pipe (213) from the second connecting pipe (223) increases in proportion to the increase in the size of the diameter of each of the circular through holes described above.

[0043] As illustrated in Fig. 3, the upper body portion (220) includes an upper body (221), second protrusions (222), a second connecting tube (223), and a rotating tube (224). The upper body portion (220) is formed in a container shape in which a second space (20) inside is opened upward, and a second connecting tube (223) communicating with a second through hole (226) penetrating the lower portion of the upper body portion (220) extends upward and is connected to a liquid tube arranged at the upper portion.

[0044] Specifically, one end of the upper body (221) is formed in a cylindrical shape with a second space (20) opening toward the bottom and the top, and the other end is extended with an outer diameter gradually decreasing from one end toward the bottom, and a circular plate combined with a lower edge of the other end is formed at the bottom to cover the lower part of the second space (20), and a rotating tube (224) is formed at the center of the bottom surface of the other end with a second hollow (227) formed therein.

[0045] One end of the second protrusion (222) is formed in the shape of an equilateral trapezoidal plate in which the lower side is relatively longer than the upper side and the portion corresponding to the lower side protrudes downward in an arc shape. The other end of the second protrusion (222) is formed in the shape of a triangular plate and extends a predetermined distance from one end to a horizontal line corresponding to the upper surface of one end of the upper body (221), and is manufactured so that the thickness gradually becomes thinner along the extending direction.

[0046] Each of the plurality of second protrusions (222) is arranged to be spaced apart from each other at the same distance along the side surface of one end of the upper body (221) on the same horizontal line and is surface-bonded with the outer surface of the upper body (221). One end of the second connecting pipe (223) is formed in the shape of a pipe extending upward and downward and is connected to the upper body (221) so as to be in communication with the second through hole (226) in the second space (20), and the other end is extended upward from one end by a predetermined distance and is connected to the fluid pipe.

[0047] One end of the rotary pipe (224) is formed by extending downwards in a tube shape a portion of the upper body (221) corresponding to the periphery of the second hollow (227), and the other end protrudes outward and is rotatably coupled with a catching member formed inside the other end of the lower body (211) in the shape of a catching member. One end of the rotary pipe (224) is connected to the lower part of the upper body (221) so that the second hollow (227) communicates with the second space (20), and the other end of the rotary pipe (224) is formed so that the second hollow (227) and the first space (10) communicate with each other by extending from one end to the first space (10).

[0048] In a state where the lower body (211) and the upper body (221) are connected to each other so as to be rotatable through the rotation pipe (224), an outer groove (250) having a sunken shape toward the first and second hollows (211a, 227) is formed on the outer side of one end of the lower body (211) and the outer side of the other end of the upper body (221).

[0049] As illustrated in FIGS. 1 to 7, the locking device (300) includes a slot member (310), a lower support member (320), a fixing member (330), a deformation member (340), an elastic member (350), and a detachable member (360). One end of the locking device (300) is formed to be slot-coupled with the lower body part (210) and coupled with the first protrusion (212), and the other end is coupled with a catch so as to be detachable or attached to the upper body part (220) by extending upwards by a predetermined distance from the one end.

[0050] When one end of the locking device (300) is moved toward the second space (20) while the other end of the locking device (300) is coupled with the lower body part (210), the other end of the locking device (300) is coupled with the edge of one end of the upper body (221) and the catch. In the state where the flow control part (200) and the locking device (300) are coupled to each other, the position of the first protrusion (212) is fixed by the tension exerted by one end and the other end of the locking device (300) and the upper contact surface (363b) of the hook (363) that is in close contact with the flow control part (200) at an angle with respect to the slot member (310), and the rotation of either the lower body part (210) or the upper body part (220) is restricted.

[0051] Specifically, one end of the slot member (310) is formed in the shape of an equilateral trapezoidal plate in which the lower side is relatively longer than the upper side, and the other end is extended by a predetermined distance while shrinking upward from one end. As illustrated in FIGS. 1 to 5, when the slot member (310) is inserted into the first space (10), the lower contact surface (310a) is in close contact with the inner surface of the lower body (211), and guides the movement of the lower body (211) in the process in which the first protrusion (212) or the side wall of one end of the lower body (211) is inserted into the slot groove (335). The lower support member (320) is formed in the shape of a plate that extends in a fan shape toward the rear from one end of the slot member (310), and the upper surface of the lower support member (320) supports the bottom surface of the edge of one end of the lower body (211) when the lower body (211) is inserted into the slot groove (335).

[0052] The fixed member (330) includes a fixed plate (331), a first fitting member (332), a second fitting member (333), a stopper (334), and a slot groove (335). One end of the fixed member (330) is formed in an arch shape surrounding a fastening hole (331a) and is connected to an upper surface corresponding to the rear of the lower support member (320), and the other end is extended in a plate shape while being reduced upward by a predetermined distance from the upper end of the one end to be connected to the deformation member (340). One of the first protrusions (212) is inserted into the fastening hole (331a) formed on the inner surface of one end of the fixed member (330), and both sides of the first protrusion (212) are in close contact with the inner surface of the fixed member (330) located in the fastening hole (331a).

[0053] When the slot member (310) is inserted into the first space (10) and the lower contact surface (310a) is in close contact with the inner surface of the lower body (211), the inner surface of one end of the fixing member (330) is in close contact with the outer surface of the lower body (211).

[0054] Specifically, one end of the fixed plate (331) is formed in an arch shape surrounding a fastening hole (331a) that connects the slot groove (335) and the outer space of the fixed member (330). The other end of the fixed plate (331) is connected to the lower part of the deformation member (340) by extending a predetermined distance upward from the other side of the upper part of one end, and a curved surface is connected between one end of the fixed plate (331) and one side surface of the other end of the fixed plate (331).

[0055] One side and a portion of the other side of the fixed plate (331) are bent toward the front, and the front is formed in a curved shape so as to be in close contact with the outer surface of the lower body (211). When the lower body (211) is inserted into the slot groove (335), the lower body (211) surrounds the outer surface of the lower body (211) and is in close contact with the lower body (211).

[0056] The first fitting member (332) is formed by protruding a portion of the front end of one end of a square-shaped fixed plate (331) located at the lower side of one side of the fastening hole (331a) toward the front by a predetermined distance, and a first inclined surface is formed at the upper part thereof that extends obliquely toward the front and lower side from the fixed plate (331).

[0057] The second fitting member (333) is formed by protruding a predetermined distance toward the front of a square-shaped fixed plate (331) located at the lower side of the other side of the fastening hole (331a), and a second inclined surface is formed on the upper part thereof in a shape that extends obliquely toward the front and lower side from the fixed plate (331).

[0058] When the lower body (211) and the first protrusion (212) are inserted into the slot groove (335) formed between the slot member (310) and the fastening hole (331a), the first protrusion (212) is inserted into the fastening hole (331a). In a state where the first protrusion (212) is inserted into the fastening hole (331a), a part of the lower body (211) corresponding to one side of the first protrusion (212) is fitted between the slot member (310) and the first fitting member (332), and a part of the lower body (211) corresponding to the other side of the first protrusion (212) is fitted between the slot member (310) and the second fitting member (333).

[0059] The stopper (334) is formed by protruding a portion of one end of the fixing plate (331) located above the fastening hole (331a) in a forward and downward direction, and a third inclined surface is formed at the upper portion thereof in a downward direction from the fixing plate (331). In the process of inserting the lower body (211) into the slot groove (335), the lower body (211) is guided to move toward the slot groove (335) along the third inclined surface of the stopper (334) described above. When the first protrusion (212) is inserted into the slot groove (335), the lower surface of the stopper (334) is brought into close contact with the upper surface of the other end of the first protrusion (212), and the first protrusion (212) is fixed to the slot groove (335).

[0060] The deformation member (340) includes a first deformation plate (341) and a second deformation plate (342). One end of the deformation member (340) is formed in a plate shape extending upwardly and downwardly and is connected to the other end of the fixed member (330), and the other end is connected to the detachable member (360) so as to be elastically bent by extending a portion of one end corresponding to one side and the other end upwardly. Specifically, one end of the first deformation plate (341) is formed in a plate shape extending obliquely upwardly and rearwardly, and the other end is bent at one end and extends upwardly vertically to the ground and is formed to cover the outer surface of one end of the second protrusion (222) or the upper body (221).

[0061] One end of the first deformation plate (341) is elastically deformed as it moves toward the upper body part (220) during the process of the detachable member (360) being engaged with the upper body part (220), and at the moment when the detachable member (360) is detached from the upper body part (220), the detachable member (360) is moved forward and downward by the elastic restoring force.

[0062] The other end of the first deformation plate (341) is deformed to move forward and upward in the process of the detachable member (360) being engaged with the upper body part (220), and the angle between the inner surface of one end and the other end of the first deformation plate (341) is relatively increased compared to before the deformation, and the upper and lower lengths of the first deformation plate (341) are relatively extended.

[0063] Referring to FIG. 3, the first insertion groove (341a) is formed by recessing a portion of the inner surface of the first deformation plate (341) in a square shape toward the rear by a predetermined distance, and the second elastic body (353) of the first elastic body (352) is inserted.

[0064] The second insertion groove (341b) is in the shape of a slit that is convex toward the bottom and has a cut-off portion located at the top, and a part of the inner surface of the first deformation plate (341) located in the first insertion groove (341a) is sunken toward the rear by a predetermined distance to connect the outer space of the first deformation plate (341) and the flow control unit (200).

[0065] The third insertion groove (341c) is formed by extending a portion of the inner surface of the first deformation plate (341) from the inner center of the second insertion groove (341b) through the disconnected portion of the second insertion groove (341b) to the upper portion of the second insertion groove (341b), and is recessed toward the rear by a predetermined distance to connect the outer space of the first deformation plate (341) and the flow control unit (200).

[0066] The lower groove (341d) is formed by a portion extending long on both sides and located on the inner side of the other end of the first deformation plate (341) being sunken toward the rear by a predetermined distance, and has a structural advantage of facilitating deformation during the process of detaching or combining the detachable member (360) with the upper body portion (220).

[0067] The second deformation plate (342) is connected to the lower part of the detachable member (360) by extending upwards on one side and the other side of the upper part of the other end of the first deformation plate (341), and an upper through hole (344) is formed between the second deformation plate (342) and the detachable member (360).

[0068] The upper through hole (344) is formed in a hexahedral shape in the center of the second deformation plate (342) at a position corresponding to the upper portion of the lower groove (341d), and the rear space of the detachable member (360) is connected to the upper body part (220) by the upper through hole (344).

[0069] The upper part of the second deformation plate (342) is bent and deformed toward the front together with the detachable member (360) or bent and deformed toward the rear during the process of the detachable member (360) being combined with or detached from the upper body portion (220).

[0070] Referring to FIGS. 3 to 5, the elastic member (350) includes a first elastic body (352), a second elastic body (353), a lower protruding member (354), and an upper protruding member (355).

[0071] One end of the elastic member (350) is formed in the shape of a square pad made of an elastic material with a high coefficient of friction, and the other end is formed such that a portion of one end protrudes rearward by a predetermined distance and penetrates the deformation member (340), and is connected to the deformation member (340) so that a portion of the other end of the elastic member (350) protrudes rearward of the deformation member (340) so that it can be attached or detached from the deformation member (340).

[0072] Depending on the type or manufacturing quality of the flow control unit (200), if the thickness between the back surface of the second protrusion (222) and the inner surface of the upper body (221) is relatively thick, the engagement of the detachable member (360) and the upper body unit (220) with the catch may be restricted by the elastic member (350).

[0073] At this time, when the elastic member (350) is detached from the deformation member (340), the distance by which the elastic member (350) can move forward increases, and there is an advantage in that the detachable member (360) and the upper body part (220) become capable of engaging with the catch.

[0074] In addition, the first groove (352a) and the second groove (352b) formed in the elastic member (350) are formed to extend long in the upper and lower portions, and have the advantage of increasing the coefficient of friction of the elastic member (350) that is in close contact with the outer surface of the upper body (221) when the detachable member (360) and the upper body portion (220) are coupled to each other.

[0075] In addition, when the locking device (300) is combined with a flow control unit including another type of upper body part having a projection formed long and extending upward and downward on the outside of the upper body (221), the first groove (352a) and the second groove (352b) formed in the elastic member (350) are formed so that the projection described above is inserted, and there is an advantage of effectively limiting the rotation of the upper body part through this structure.

[0076] In addition, the upper surface of one end of the elastic member (350) is arranged on a horizontal line that is relatively lower than the lower surface of the second protrusion (222) in a state where the upper surface of the lower support member (320) and the lower surface of the lower body part (210) are arranged on the same horizontal line before the locking device (300) and the flow control part (200) are combined.

[0077] In addition, the upper surface of one end of the elastic member (350) is in close contact with the lower surface of one end of the second protrusion (222) which is positioned adjacent to the front while the locking device (300) and the flow control member (200) are combined, and the second protrusion (222) is fitted between the upper surface of one end of the elastic member (350) and the lower surface of the catching member (362) which will be described later.

[0078] In a state where the locking device (300) and the flow control unit (200) are combined, the lower support member (320) presses the lower body part (210) upwards by the elastic restoring force of the deformation member (340), and the detachable member (360) presses the upper body part (220) downwards, while the locking device (300) primarily suppresses the rotation of either the lower body part (210) or the upper body part (220).

[0079] In addition, when the locking device (300) and the flow control unit (200) are combined, one end of the elastic member (350) is in close contact with the back surface of the upper body part (220) and the rotation of the upper body part (220) is restricted by frictional force, thereby secondarily suppressing the rotation of either the lower body part (210) or the upper body part (220).

[0080] In addition, when the locking device (300) and the flow control unit (200) are combined, the upper surface of one end of the elastic member (350) is in close contact with the lower surface of one end of the second protrusion (222), thereby limiting the rotation of the second protrusion (222) and tertiarily suppressing the rotation of either the lower body unit (210) or the upper body unit (220).

[0081] Accordingly, the locking device (300) has the advantage of significantly increasing the rotational restraint force of the flow control unit (200) compared to existing locking devices because it additionally restrains the rotation of either the lower body part (210) or the upper body part (220) by the locking device (300) up to the second and third stages through the elastic member (350).

[0082] In addition, if the thickness between the back surface of the second protrusion (222) and the inner surface of the upper body (221) is relatively thin depending on the type or manufacturing quality of the flow control unit (200), the engagement of the catch between the detachable member (360) and the upper body unit (220) may become loose.

[0083] At this time, if the second protrusion (222) is fitted and connected between the upper surface of one end of the elastic member (350) and the lower surface of the catch member (362), there is an advantage in that the second protrusion (222) is fixed by the elastic member (350) even if the catch member connection of the detachable member (360) and the upper body part (220) becomes loose.

[0084] Specifically, the first elastic body (352) is formed in the shape of a square pad that extends upward and backward at an inclined distance, and is in close contact with the outer surface of the upper body (221) while the locking device (300) and the flow control unit (200) are coupled to each other, thereby increasing the frictional force between the upper body (221) and the first elastic body (352).

[0085] In a state where the locking device (300) and the flow control unit (200) are coupled to each other, the upper surface of the first elastic body (352) is in close contact with the lower part of one end of the second protrusion (222), and the second protrusion (222) is fitted between the first elastic body (352) and the catch member (362).

[0086] The first groove (352a) is formed by recessing a portion extending upwardly and downwardly on one side of the front of the first elastic body (352) toward the rear by a predetermined distance, and the coefficient of friction of the front of the first elastic body (352) is increased through the corners formed by the first groove (352a).

[0087] The second groove (352b) is formed by recessing a portion extending upwardly and downwardly on the front side of the first elastic body (352) toward the rear by a predetermined distance, and the friction coefficient of the front side of the first elastic body (352) is increased through the corners formed by the second groove (352b).

[0088] In the case of a flow control unit (200) and other types of flow control units, products having protrusions formed on the outside that extend upward and downward are commercially available, and the protrusions formed on this type of flow control unit can be inserted into and fixed in the first groove (352a) or the second groove (352b).

[0089] The second elastic body (353) is manufactured in the same shape as the first insertion groove (341a) by protruding a portion of the outer surface of the first elastic body (352) in the shape of a square rearward by a relatively smaller length than the second elastic body (353), and is inserted into the first insertion groove (341a) and fitted into the first deformation plate (341).

[0090] When the upper body part (220) is rotated while the locking device (300) and the flow control part (200) are coupled to each other, the outer surface of the second elastic body (353) inserted into the first insertion groove (341a) has the advantage of being restricted from rotating around the front and rear axes by the first deformation plate (341), and also preventing the first elastic body (352) from rotating due to the rotation of the upper body part (220).

[0091] The lower protruding member (354) is a part of the outer surface of the second elastic body (353) in the shape of a saddle, which is convex toward the bottom and has a cut-off portion positioned at the top, and protrudes relatively longer than the thickness between the inner and outer surfaces of the deformation member (340) toward the rear.

[0092] When the upper body part (220) is rotated while the detachable member (360) and the upper body part (220) are connected to each other, the lower protruding member (354) has the advantage of being restricted from rotating in place while inserted into the second insertion groove (341b), and preventing the first elastic body (352) from rotating in place due to the rotation of the upper body part (220).

[0093] In addition, in the process of the detachable member (360) and the upper body part (220) being coupled to each other, a deformation occurs in which one end of the first deformation plate (341) moves forward, and since the upper end of one end of the first deformation plate (341) is slightly bent toward the rear based on an axis extending to both sides of the center of one end of the first deformation plate (341), the pressure member (341e) formed at the center of one end of the first deformation plate (341) is slightly moved downward by a predetermined distance.

[0094] When the pressure member (341e) formed at the center of one end of the first deformation plate (341) is lowered, the lower protruding member (354) that is in close contact with the lower portion of the pressure member (341e) is pressed downward, and the pressure of the pressure member (341e) is effectively distributed through the lower protruding member (354).

[0095] In addition, in the process of the detachable member (360) and the upper body part (220) being coupled to each other, the first deformation plate (341) moves upward and forward, and in the process of the upper protrusion member (355) moving upward along the first deformation plate (341), the pressing member (341e) presses the lower protrusion member (354), so there is an advantage in that the lower protrusion member (354) is prevented from being detached from the second insertion groove (341b).

[0096] Accordingly, the lower protrusion member (354) improves the durability of the first deformation plate (341) by dispersing the pressure of the pressure member (341e) during the process in which the detachable member (360) and the upper body portion (220) are coupled to each other, and prevents the lower protrusion member (354) of the elastic member (350) from being detached from the second insertion groove (341b) due to deformation of the deformation member (340), thereby improving the usability and stability of the locking device (300).

[0097] The lower protrusion member (354) is inserted into the second insertion groove (341b) and is fitted into the first deformation plate (341), and an adhesive may be used to strengthen the bonding strength between the lower protrusion member (354) and the first deformation plate (341).

[0098] The upper protruding member (355) is formed so that a portion of the outer surface of the second elastic body (353) protrudes from the inner center of the lower protruding member (354) through the cut-off portion of the upper portion of the lower protruding member (354) to the upper portion of the lower protruding member (354) and protrudes toward the rear with the same length as the lower protruding member (354).

[0099] When the upper body part (220) is rotated while the detachable member (360) and the upper body part (220) are connected to each other, the upper protruding member (355) is fixed so that rotation is limited based on an axis extended forward and backward while inserted into the third insertion groove (341c), and there is an advantage in that the phenomenon of the first elastic body (352) being rotated by the rotation of the upper body part (220) is blocked.

[0100] Accordingly, the lower protrusion member (354) and the upper protrusion member (355) have the advantage of preventing the elastic member (350) from being twisted, changing position, or being separated from the deformation member (340) even if the upper body part (220) is rotated due to incorrect operation by the user or patient.

[0101] In addition, since the lower protruding member (354) and the upper protruding member (355) externally indicate the connected state of the power source that generates standby power, there is an advantage in that a dangerous situation in which patients mistakenly believe that the locking device (300) is connected to power or attempt to detach the locking device (300) from the flow control unit (200) is prevented.

[0102] Meanwhile, the upper protrusion member (355) is inserted into the third insertion groove (341c) and is fitted into the first deformation plate (341), and an adhesive may be used to strengthen the bonding strength between the upper protrusion member (355) and the first deformation plate (341).

[0103] Additionally, the lower protrusion member (354) and the upper protrusion member (355) may include a fluorescent material to indicate externally that they are connected to power, and may be made of a natural or polymeric material with a high coefficient of friction and elasticity.

[0104] In a state where the elastic member (350) and the deformation member (340) are coupled to each other, the second elastic body (353) is fitted into the first insertion groove (341a) and is in close contact with the front surface of the first deformation plate (341), the lower protruding member (354) protrudes toward the rear of the first deformation plate (341) through the second insertion groove (341b), and the upper protruding member (355) protrudes toward the rear of the first deformation plate (341) through the third insertion groove (341c). In a state where the second elastic body (353) is inserted into the first insertion groove (341a), a portion of the back surface of the first elastic body (352) adjacent to the outer side of the second elastic body (353) is surface-coupled with the front surface of the first deformation plate (341) corresponding to the outer side of the first insertion groove (341a).

[0105] In a state where the elastic member (350) and the deformation member (340) are coupled to each other, a portion of the second elastic body (353), the lower protruding member (354), and the upper protruding member (355) that are in close contact with the first deformation plate (341) can be coupled to the first deformation plate (341) through adhesion. The locking device (300) can be replaced with an elastic member (350) of a structure that has been changed so that it can be applied to a flow control unit (200) manufactured in a different form, and thereby has the advantage of being able to maintain the frictional force between the elastic member (350) and the upper body (221) at a constant level.

[0106] Specifically, the shape of the first and second elastic bodies (352, 353) can be manufactured in a different structure suitable for the shape of the upper body part (220) depending on the type of the flow control part (200), and when a third protrusion that protrudes in a different shape from the second protrusion (222) is formed on the outer side of the upper body part (220), a third groove into which the third protrusion described above is inserted can be formed on the inner side of the first elastic body (352).

[0107] Referring to FIGS. 3 to 5, the detachable member (360) includes a detachable plate (361), a catch member (362), and a hook (363). One end of the detachable member (360) is formed in a plate shape extending upward or downward and connected to the upper part of the other end of the deformable member (340), and the other end is formed such that a portion of one end extends forward to engage with the catch member and the upper body part (220). When the slot member (310) and the fixing member (330) are tightly coupled with the lower body part (210), and the elastic member (350) is pressed to move the detachable member (360) toward the upper body part (220), the hook (363) formed at the other end of the detachable member (360) engages with the catch member and the upper body part (220).

[0108] The detachable member (360) is positioned on a different vertical line from the slot member (310) so that a portion of it intersects with the slot member (310) when viewing the detachable member (360) and the slot member (310) from above. The inner surface of the upper body portion (220) that is in close contact with the upper contact surface (363b) formed on the detachable member (360) is positioned on a different vertical line from the inner surface of the lower body portion (210) that is in close contact with the lower contact surface (310a) of the slot member (310).

[0109] Accordingly, when the locking device (300) is combined with the flow control unit (200), the movement direction of the slot member (310), the lower support member (320), and the fixed member (330) due to the rotation of the lower body part (210) is different from the movement direction of the deformation member (340) and the detachable member (360), so even if the lower body (211), the slot member (310), the lower support member (320), and the fixed member (330) are rotated, the movement of the upper contact surface (363b) is restricted by the inner surface of the upper body (221), and the rotation of the lower body part (210) is restricted.

[0110] Conversely, when the locking device (300) is coupled with the flow control unit (200), the movement direction of the deformation member (340) and the detachable member (360) due to the rotation of the upper body part (220) is different from the movement direction of the slot member (310), the lower support member (320), and the fixed member (330), so that even if the upper body (221), the deformation member (340), and the detachable member (360) are rotated, the rotation of the lower contact surface (310a) is restricted by the inner surface of the lower body (211), and the rotation of the upper body part (220) is also restricted.

[0111]

[0112] *When the detachable member (360) is pushed forward while the slot member (310) and the fixed member (330) are fitted and connected to the lower body (210), the second deformation plate (342) is deformed and the detachable member (360) is engaged with the upper body (221) by a catch. Specifically, the detachable plate (361) is formed in the shape of a plate that extends upward and backward at an angle of a first length, and the other end of the second deformation plate (342) is connected to the lower surface of the detachable plate (361) and is arranged on a horizontal line that is relatively higher than one end of the upper body (221).

[0113] It is preferable that the first length of the detachable plate (361) be made equal to or relatively longer than the second length of the catch member (362) to be described later, so that the catch member (362) coupled to the upper body (221) can be easily separated from the upper body (221) by moving the upper portion of the detachable plate (361) toward the rear with a finger.

[0114] The catch member (362) includes an extension plate (362a) and a reinforcing plate (362b). One end of the catch member (362) is formed in the form of a channel with an internal space open toward the top and is coupled to the inner surface of the detachable plate (361), and the other end extends forward by a second length that is equal to or relatively shorter than the first length described above.

[0115] Specifically, referring to FIG. 6, one end of the extension plate (362a) is formed in a plate shape that is horizontal to the ground and is connected to the inner surface of the detachable plate (361), and the other end is formed to extend forward a predetermined distance from one end toward the upper space corresponding to the upper part of the upper body (221). Each of the reinforcing plates (362b) is formed in a stick shape that extends along the extension plate (362a), and is connected to the inner surface of the detachable plate (361) and the extension plate (362a) while being spaced apart from one side and the other side of the upper part of the extension plate (362a), respectively. The reinforcing plates (362b) suppress the extension plate (352a) from being deformed by the pressure applied to the extension plate (352a) from the upper body (221) when the flow control unit (200) and the locking device (300) are coupled to each other.

[0116] The hook (363) is formed in the shape of a triangular prism in which a part of the lower surface of the other end of the catch member (362) extends downward and is long on both sides, and has a cross-sectional structure of a right triangle in which the upper and lower parts at the rear are relatively longer than the front, and a contact surface (363b) that is in close contact with the inner surface of the upper body (221) is formed at the rear. The contact groove (363a) is formed at the rear of the contact surface (363b), and a part of the upper body (221) is inserted when the flow control unit (200) and the locking device (300) are coupled. The hook (363) extends downward so as to be arranged on the same horizontal line as the upper end of the upper body unit (220) when the fixing member (330) and the lower body unit (210) are coupled to each other, and an inclined surface is formed at the front and the bottom.

[0117] The upper contact surface (363b) formed at the rear of the hook (363) is arranged on a different vertical line from the lower contact surface (310a) formed on the outer side of the slot member (310). When the detachable member (360) is coupled to the upper body part (220), the lower contact surface (310a) and the upper contact surface (363b) are each in contact with the lower body part (210) and the upper body part (220) on a different vertical line.

[0118] When a part of the lower body (211) is inserted into the slot home (335) and the first protrusion (212) is inserted into the fastening hole (331a), and the deformation member (340) and the elastic member (350) are pressed and moved toward the flow control member (200), the inclined surface formed at the bottom of the hook (363) comes into close contact with the upper edge of the upper body (221).

[0119] At this time, the first and second deformation plates (341, 342) corresponding to the lower groove (341d) and the upper through hole (344) are deformed and moved and expanded upward by the pressure applied to the hook (363), and the catch member (362) and the hook (363) are tilted toward the upper part of the upper body (221) and moved toward the upper body (221) by a predetermined distance.

[0120] When the hook (363) is moved a predetermined distance and the upper contact surface (363b) is positioned on the same vertical line as the second space (20), the hook (363) is elastically lowered by the elastic force that causes the first and second deformation plates (341, 342) to contract and return to their original state at the upper portion of the second space (20), and the upper contact surface (363b) is brought into contact with the inner surface of the upper body (221) and is engaged with the upper body (221) by the catch.

[0121] Referring to FIGS. 6 and 7, the upper contact surface (363b) is positioned on a different vertical line from the lower contact surface (310a) that is in contact with the inner surface of the lower body (211), and when looking at the cross sections of each of the upper contact surface (363b) and the lower contact surface (310a), they extend obliquely in different directions along the rotational direction of the flow control unit (200).

[0122] Meanwhile, the fastening hole (331a) formed in the fixed plate (331) can be manufactured in the form of a fastening groove in which a portion of the inner surface of the fixed plate (331) is sunken toward the rear by a predetermined distance instead of the fastening hole (331a), and in this case, when the first protrusion (212) is inserted into the fastening groove described above, the outer surface of the first protrusion (212) is covered by the fixed plate (331).
