Abstract
Description
Self-managed water purifier
[0001] The present invention relates to a water purifier, and more particularly, to a self-management type water purifier with enhanced user convenience.
[0002] In general, a water purifier is a device that purifies raw water supplied from a raw water source such as a tap or a water tank. It is a device that removes heavy metals and other harmful substances contained in the raw water through physical or chemical methods such as sedimentation, filtration, and sterilization, and supplies purified water to the user.
[0003] These water purifiers have a structure that allows the supplied raw water to flow sequentially through different filtering elements provided inside the filter, ultimately supplying purified water to the user.
[0004] Meanwhile, these water purifiers require regular cleaning or replacement after a certain period of use to prevent bacteria or microorganisms from growing inside the filter, pipe, or faucet.
[0005] However, conventional water purifiers have the disadvantage that a water purifier specialist (usually called a water purifier coordinator) must visit the site to clean or replace the filter, pipe, or faucet, and must use a disinfectant such as chlorine or steam to clean the filter, pipe, and faucet, or replace the filter or pipe.
[0006] On the other hand, there is the inconvenience of having to have a water purifier company's expert technician come to the place where the water purifier is installed to inspect the filter, pipe, and faucet, etc., which raises concerns about the invasion of personal privacy and can also cause security issues.
[0007] To solve these problems, a water purifier structure has been developed that modularizes the components that make up the water purifier to make replacement easier and allows users to manage it directly.
[0008] For example, Korean Patent Publication No. 10-2003-0078433 “Storage tank for water purifier,” Korean Patent Registration No. 10-1987942 “One-touch type euro replacement modular water purifier,” and Korean Patent Publication No. 10-2019-0024760 “Self-management water purifier” have been disclosed.
[0009] However, Korean Patent Publication No. 10-2003-0078433 relates to a structure that allows the user to separate and clean only the storage tank provided in the water purifier from the water purifier, and Korean Patent Registration No. 10-1987942 only considers the replacement of the water outlet passage (purified water passage), and does not disclose the structure and arrangement of modules for securing convenience of self-management in the overall water purification system.
[0010] Meanwhile, Korean Patent Publication No. 10-2019-0024760 only considers filter replacement and does not mention management related to the flow path through which raw water and purified water flow. Therefore, it still contains the problem of requiring specialized technicians from water purifier companies to manage the flow path inside the water purifier.
[0011] Meanwhile, in a modular water purifier structure, functional components mounted on the euro, such as a sensor module or a water outlet (faucet) module, must be replaced or separated when they become old or defective. In order to prevent the raw water (purified water) from being sprayed out by water pressure, the raw water supplied to the water purifier must be cut off or all water stored in the tank must be drained.
[0012] However, there were many difficulties for users to perform the prerequisites for replacing such parts, and there was a frequent problem of attempting to replace them without blocking the water source or emptying the water stored in the tank.
[0013] In other words, in conventional water purifiers, when replacing a sensor connected to the tank or a water outlet valve (solenoid valve) connected to the tank, the water contained in the tank had no choice but to pour out through the removed hole (hole) as the sensor or water outlet valve was removed.
[0014] To prevent water from draining through the holes in the tank when replacing parts like this, you must empty the water in the tank before replacing the parts.
[0015] However, emptying the water in the tank is not only time-consuming, but also very likely to be overlooked or unaware of the fact that the user (consumer) must empty the water in the tank before replacing parts if the user is performing self-maintenance.
[0016] The present invention is intended to solve the above problems, and the purpose of the present invention is to provide a self-management water purifier that facilitates the replacement of a tank coupling module part connected through a tank discharge port in a water purifier including a tank and can be replaced simply and easily without prior action to prevent the leakage of raw water.
[0017] Another object of the present invention is to provide a self-management water purifier that can simply and easily replace a water discharge module having a connection portion with a water discharge port without any prior action to prevent leakage of raw water in a direct-type water purifier including a water discharge port that discharges filtered water.
[0018] Another object of the present invention is to provide a self-management type water purifier that can more easily perform replacement of a tank coupling module by automatically blocking leakage of purified water through a valve portion even if the user (consumer) overlooks the fact that the water in the tank must be emptied before replacing parts when directly managing the water purifier.
[0019] The tasks of the present invention are not limited to the tasks mentioned above, and other tasks not mentioned will be clearly understood by those skilled in the art to which the present invention pertains from the description below.

[0038] A self-managing water purifier comprises: a housing; a purified water discharge port accommodated in an internal space of the housing and discharging purified water filtered through a filter portion; a frame portion accommodated in an internal space of the housing; a water discharge module portion detachably coupled to the frame portion and fluidly communicating with the purified water discharge port and discharging purified water from the purified water discharge port to the outside; and a valve portion coupled to the purified water discharge port and opening the purified water discharge port when the purified water discharge module portion is coupled to the purified water discharge port and closing the purified water discharge port when the purified water discharge module portion is separated from the discharge port; and a front cover portion detachably coupled to a front plate constituting a front portion of the housing with a size and shape capable of covering the purified water discharge module portion and selectively exposing the purified water discharge module portion to the outside.
[0039] At this time, in one embodiment, the water outlet module unit includes: a water outlet module unit body having an internal accommodation space; a water outlet module unit flow pipe communicating with the internal accommodation space and extending to the rear of the water outlet module unit body and connected to the valve unit; a faucet connected to the water outlet module unit flow pipe in the internal accommodation space and extending to the outside of the water outlet module unit body; a solenoid valve connecting the water outlet module unit flow pipe and the faucet in the internal accommodation space; and a substrate electrically connected to the solenoid valve and provided on the internal accommodation space so that a contact terminal protrudes outward from the water outlet module unit body.

[0041] Meanwhile, the front cover part has a lower part that comes into contact with the front plate and is rotatably connected to the front plate through a rotating member, and the upper part is tilted forward around the lower part as an axis, thereby exposing the water discharge module part to the outside.
[0042] And, the above-mentioned purified water discharge port includes at least two of a purified water discharge port that discharges purified water at room temperature, a purified water discharge port that discharges purified water at high temperature, or a purified water discharge port that discharges purified water at low temperature.

[0072] Hereinafter, a self-management water purifier (1) according to one embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
[0073]
[0074] FIGS. 1 to 11 are drawings illustrating a self-management water purifier and each module and component configured therein according to one embodiment of the present invention.
[0075] Referring to these drawings 1 to 11, a self-management water purifier (1) according to one embodiment of the present invention facilitates the replacement of a tank coupling module (300) that is fluidly connected to a tank (200) through a tank discharge port (201) in a water-storage water purifier including a tank (200), and enables simple and easy replacement without prior action to prevent leakage of raw water (purified water).
[0076] To this end, a self-management water purifier (1) according to one embodiment of the present invention largely includes a housing (100), a tank (200), a tank combination module (300), a valve (400), a frame (500), and a front cover (600).
[0077] At this time, the tank coupling module (300) is configured as an assembly that can be installed in fluid communication with the tank (200) inside the housing (100) when necessary.
[0078] First, the housing (100) determines the size of the self-management water purifier (1), and has a body shape that includes an outer plate (110) and a front plate (120) and has an internal space (S) in which each component can be placed.
[0079] And, the tank (200) is accommodated in the internal space (S) of the housing (100) and serves to store purified water. And, the tank (200) includes a tank discharge port (201) on one side that can discharge purified water to the outside.
[0080] These tanks (200) include at least two of a water tank (210), a cold water tank (220), and a hot water tank (230). However, this is not limited to this, and it goes without saying that only one tank may be provided as needed.
[0081] Meanwhile, the tank coupling module (300) is detachably coupled to the outside of the tank (200) and is fluidly connected to the tank (200) through the tank discharge port (201).
[0082] For example, the tank coupling module (300) has a structure including a main body (301) having an internal receiving space and a flow pipe (302) extending to the rear of the main body (301) while communicating with the internal receiving space.
[0083] This tank coupling module (300) may be a sensor module (310) for checking the temperature, water quantity, etc. inside the tank (200), or a discharge module (320) for discharging water stored in the tank (200) to the outside according to the control operation of the control unit.
[0084] Meanwhile, the tank coupling module (300) may be configured in a form in which the sensor module (310) and the outlet module (320) are each composed of independent individual modules, or may be configured in an integrated module form in which the sensor module (310) and the outlet module (320) are included in one main body.
[0085] This tank coupling module (300) has a structure that can be detachably coupled to the front of the self-management water purifier (1) according to the user's needs.
[0086] At this time, when the tank coupling module (300) is detachably coupled and separated, a valve unit (400) is included to prevent the purified water stored in the tank (200) from arbitrarily leaking out.
[0087] This valve part (400) has a form that is connected to the tank discharge port (201) while connecting the tank coupling module part (300) and the tank (200).
[0088] In addition, the valve unit (400) opens the tank discharge port (201) when the tank coupling module unit (300) is coupled to the tank (200), and closes the tank discharge port (201) when the tank coupling module unit (300) is separated from the tank (200), thereby preventing external leakage of purified water stored in the tank (200).
[0089] Meanwhile, this valve part (400) may be a check valve having a mechanical blocking method using an elastic means, depending on the method of the blocking structure of the tank discharge port (201), or may be a solenoid valve of an electrical blocking method that opens and closes the valve by electrically detecting the combination or separation of the tank coupling module part (300), or, of course, a valve of a magnetic blocking method that detects the combination or separation of the tank coupling module part (300) using a magnet or the like may be applied.
[0090] In a self-management water purifier (1) according to one embodiment of the present invention, an embodiment is shown in which a check valve structure is applied to increase the water purification blocking effect while allowing the tank coupling module (300) to be easily attached and detached and replaced, but the present invention is not limited thereto.
[0091] Referring to FIGS. 8 to 11, the valve part (400) applied to the self-management water purifier (1) according to one embodiment of the present invention will be examined in more detail as follows.
[0092] In one embodiment of the present invention, the valve part (400) has a check valve shape that performs valve opening and closing by a mechanical blocking method using an elastic means.
[0093] Specifically, the valve part (400) includes a body (410), an elastic spring (420), a euro coupling member (430), and an opening / closing member (440), and the flow of purified water is opened / closed by compressing or releasing the opening / closing member (440).
[0094] The body (410) has a tubular shape formed such that a first flow path (401) is formed through which the flow path (302) of the tank coupling module (300) is inserted.
[0095] And, the elastic spring (420) is accommodated in the rear region of the body (410).
[0096] And, the euro joint member (430) is joined to the body (410) by supporting the rear of the elastic spring (420) on one side, and is joined by being inserted into the tank discharge port (201) on the other side. And, the euro joint member (430) is formed with a second euro hole (402) to communicate with the first euro hole (401). Preferably, the euro joint member (430) has a pipe shape.
[0097] The opening / closing member (440) is provided at the front end of the elastic spring (420), and opens or blocks the first euro hole (401) by using the elastic force of the elastic spring (420).
[0098] In other words, the valve part (400) applied to the present invention opens and closes the flow of purified water by compressing or releasing the opening and closing member (440).
[0099] For example, the opening / closing member (440) may be configured such that the front part is in the shape of the letter '+', and when pushed backward by a physical force as in FIGS. 8 and 10 (squeezing is released), the first flow path (401) is opened to form a flow path laterally so that the purified water (W) can flow through the second flow path (402) to the first flow path (401) through the tank discharge port (201), and when the physical force is removed and the member is squeezed forward as in FIGS. 9 and 11, the first flow path (401) is blocked to close the flow path so that the purified water (W) is not discharged to the outside.
[0100] Meanwhile, the body (410) further includes a connecting protrusion (411) formed to protrude laterally from the outer surface.
[0101] The connecting protrusion (411) of the body (410) is supported by being fitted into a mounting hole (510) formed in the frame portion (500) described later. That is, the valve portion (400) can be prevented from being dislodged forward from the frame portion (500) by the connecting protrusion (411).
[0102] Meanwhile, the body (410) can be divided into a first pipe (410a) extending toward the tank coupling module (300) in front of the coupling protrusion (411), and a second pipe (410b) extending toward the tank (200) in the rear of the coupling protrusion (411).
[0103] The first euro pipe (302) of the tank coupling module (300) is inserted and placed into the first euro hole (401) of the first pipe (410a).
[0104] Meanwhile, the frame part (500) constituting the self-management type water purifier (1) according to one embodiment of the present invention is accommodated on the internal space (S) of the housing (100) and serves to support the tank coupling module part (300). To this end, the frame part (500) has a module mounting groove (501, 502) corresponding to the shape of the tank coupling module part (300) so that the tank coupling module part (300) can be mounted.
[0105] And the frame part (500) is supported by the tank (200) or other components inside the housing (100).
[0106] Meanwhile, the front cover part (600) blocks the tank coupling module part (300) from being exposed to the outside of the housing (100), while exposing the tank coupling module part (300) to the outside when replacement of the tank coupling module part (300) is required, thereby facilitating replacement.
[0107] To this end, the front cover part (600) is detachably attached to the front plate (120) constituting the front of the housing (100) in a size and shape that can cover the tank coupling module part (300). In addition, the front cover part (600) selectively exposes the tank coupling module part (300) to the outside.
[0108] The front cover part (600) may be a body shape that protrudes forward of the front plate (120), or it may be a structure that opens as part of the front plate (120).
[0109] Meanwhile, the front panel (120) includes an opening hole (121) of a size that allows the tank coupling module part (300) to be exposed to the outside. Through the opening hole (121), the module mounting grooves (501, 502) of the frame part (500) are exposed to the outside, and the user can couple or separate the tank coupling module part (300) from the tank (200).
[0110] In one embodiment of the present invention, the front cover part (600) is shown as having a structure that covers the opening hole (121) of the front plate (120) in a body shape with an open rear side and is coupled to the front of the front plate (120).
[0111] The front cover (600) has an operation button (601) that allows the user to select the operation of the self-management water purifier (1), and has a structure including a water outlet (602) so that the faucet (323) through which purified water is discharged externally protrudes downward.
[0112] Referring again to FIGS. 4 and 5, the front cover portion (600) is axially rotatably connected to the front plate (120) through a rotating member (610) at the lower portion that comes into contact with the front plate (120).
[0113] At this time, preferably, the faucet (323) has a structure that does not get caught on the front cover part (600) when the front cover part (600) rotates.
[0114] For example, the radius of the outlet hole (602) of the front cover part (600) is formed to be larger than the radius of the faucet (323), the faucet (323) is configured to have a front-to-back width smaller than a left-to-right width, and the downward protrusion of the faucet (323) can be configured so that it does not interfere with the rotational path of the outlet hole (602).
[0115] And the front cover part (600) exposes the tank coupling module part (300) to the outside as the upper part is folded forward with the lower part as an axis.
[0116] The upper part of the front cover (600) that comes into contact with the front plate (120) has a structure that allows the user to separate it by a hook coupling method or a magnetic coupling method, as needed.
[0117] As described above, the self-management water purifier (1) according to one embodiment of the present invention has a structure that does not perform a prerequisite such as blocking the inflow of raw water or completely emptying the purified water in the tank (200).
[0118] In other words, the tank coupling module (300) is detachably coupled by the valve unit (400), and when the tank coupling module (300) is separated by the valve unit (400), the tank discharge port (201) is automatically closed, so that the tank coupling module (300) in fluid communication with the tank (200) can be easily replaced.
[0119] In addition, the front cover part (600) has a structure that is hinged forward and tilted downward, and the tank coupling module part (300) has a structure that is exposed forward so that the user can easily replace it.
[0120] Accordingly, when the tank coupling module (300) is separated forward, it is possible to easily replace it without being caught by other structures.
[0121] Meanwhile, this front cover part (600) can also serve as a kind of workbench by temporarily settling and supporting the tank coupling module part (300) when replacing parts of the tank coupling module part (300) in a hinged, downwardly rotated state.
[0122] At this time, it goes without saying that a separate safety plate (not shown) or waterproofing material may be provided on the preferably wet front cover portion (600) to prevent water from penetrating.
[0123] Meanwhile, in the above description, the front cover part (600) is depicted as having a structure that folds down while rotating the hinge, but it is of course possible to configure the front cover part (600) to be completely removed / separated for easy replacement of the tank coupling module part (300) as needed.
[0124] Meanwhile, referring again to FIGS. 6 and 7, the tank coupling module (300) constituting the self-management water purifier (1) according to one embodiment of the present invention may have a modularized structure in which various configurations requiring fluid communication with the tank (200) are formed.
[0125] For example, the tank coupling module (300) may be a sensor module (310) including a sensor for measuring the temperature of the purified water inside the tank (200) or measuring the amount of purified water.
[0126] For example, the tank coupling module (300) may be a water discharge module (320) including a faucet (323) that discharges purified water inside the tank (200) to the outside so that the user can drink it under control.
[0127] First, referring to FIGS. 8 and 9 along with FIG. 6, the sensor module (310) constituting the tank coupling module (300) will be examined in more detail as follows.
[0128] The sensor module (310) is detachably coupled to the front of the tank (200) while being supported by the frame portion (500). Then, the sensor module (310) comes into contact with purified water flowing in through the valve portion (400) and detects the purified water temperature or purified water level inside the tank (200).
[0129] Referring again to FIG. 6, as an example, the sensor module (310) includes a sensor module body (311), a sensor module piping (312), a sensing piping (313), and a substrate (314).
[0130] The sensor module body (311) has a body shape with an internal storage space.
[0131] The sensor module euro pipe (312) is connected to the internal receiving space of the sensor module body (311) and extends to the rear of the sensor module body (311) and is connected to the valve unit (400).
[0132] The sensing tube (313) has a structure in which one side is supported in the internal receiving space of the sensor module body (311) and the other side is arranged to penetrate the sensor module flow tube (312) while sealing it. At this time, a sensor (313a, Fig. 8) for measuring temperature or checking the amount of water may be provided inside the sensing tube (313).
[0133] These sensors (313a) may have confidentiality as needed and may be in a form protruding to the outside of the sensing tube (313), or may be in a form provided inside the sensing tube (313) as in FIG. 8.
[0134] For example, if the sensor (313a) performs the function of a temperature sensor, it may be installed on the outside of the sensing tube (313) to check the temperature of the purified water through direct contact with the purified water, but it may also be installed on the inside of the sensing tube (313) to check the temperature of the purified water through a temperature change transmitted to the inside of the sensing tube (313).
[0135] The configuration of the sensing tube (313) and sensor (313a) is not limited to any one, and its shape can be changed according to various sensing methods through contact or non-contact of the water.
[0136] Meanwhile, the substrate (314) is electrically connected to the sensor (313a) and is provided on the internal receiving space of the sensor module body (311) so that the contact terminal (314a) protrudes outward from the sensor module body (311).
[0137] At this time, it would be desirable to seal the electrically connected substrate (314) so that the water does not come into contact with it.
[0138] Meanwhile, the sensor module (310) constituting the tank coupling module (300) applied to one embodiment of the present invention is configured to sense the purified water flowing into the valve unit (400) rather than directly sensing the purified water inside the tank (200).
[0139] In other words, when coupled to the module mounting groove (501) of the sensor module (310), the sensing tube (313) of the sensor module (310) is not positioned so as to be inserted into the interior of the tank (200), but is positioned inside the valve unit (400).
[0140] Referring again to FIG. 8, the sensing tube (313) physically pushes the opening / closing member (440) of the valve part (400) to allow purified water to flow, and is positioned on the space of the first flow path (401) of the valve part (400) to sense purified water flowing into the space formed by the first flow path (401).
[0141] In this way, the sensor module (310) of the tank coupling module (300) is not connected so that the sensing tube (313) is inserted into the tank (200) through the tank discharge port (201), but is placed in the valve section (400) to sense the purified water drawn into the valve section (400).
[0142] Accordingly, since the length of the sensing tube (313) only needs to be formed up to the valve section (400), the length of the sensing tube (313) can be adjusted, making it easier to replace and separate the sensor module (310).
[0143] And, of course, at least one or more sensor module pipes (312) and sensing pipes (313) constituting the sensor module (310) can be formed as needed.
[0144] A sensor module piping (312) including multiple sensing pipes (313) in a single tank (200) may be configured to be fluidly connected through a tank discharge port (201).
[0145] Alternatively, it is of course possible for a plurality of tanks (200), i.e., a water tank (210), a cold water tank (220), or a hot water tank (230) to have a sensor module flow pipe (312) including a sensing pipe (313) respectively, to be fluidly connected to each other through a tank discharge port (201).
[0146] Meanwhile, a handle (316) that can be gripped by a user is formed in the front of the sensor module body (311) that constitutes the sensor module (310).
[0147] In addition, the sensor module body (311) is formed with a mounting member (315) protruding laterally on both sides, and the mounting member (315) is detachably coupled to a hook member (530a) rotatably arranged on the frame portion (500).
[0148] The detachable coupling structure of the mounting member (315) and the hook member (530a) can be applied to various known coupling methods, such as a hook coupling method. However, the specific structure and function are omitted in order to avoid obscuring the gist of the present invention.
[0149]
[0150] Meanwhile, referring to FIGS. 10 and 11 along with FIG. 7, the discharge module (320) constituting the tank coupling module (300) will be examined in more detail as follows.
[0151] The water discharge module (320) is detachably connected to the front of the tank (200) while being supported by the frame (500). In the city, the water discharge module (320) is placed below the sensor module (310), but is not limited thereto, and of course, it can be placed at a convenient location on the front side of the self-management water purifier (1).
[0152] The discharge module (320) includes a faucet (323) and discharges purified water inside the tank (200) that flows in through the valve unit (400) to the outside.
[0153] At this time, it is obvious that the purified water in the tank (200) may be purified water at room temperature from the purified water tank (210), purified water at low temperature from the cold water tank (220), or purified water at high temperature from the hot water tank (230).
[0154] Referring again to FIG. 7, the outlet module (320) includes an outlet module body (321), an outlet module piping (322), a faucet (323), a solenoid valve (324), and a substrate (325).
[0155] The discharge module body (321) has a body shape that forms an internal receiving space.
[0156] The outlet module flow pipe (322) extends to the rear of the outlet module body (321) while communicating with the internal receiving space of the outlet module body (321). In addition, the outlet module flow pipe (322) is connected to the first flow hole (401) of the body (410) of the valve unit (400).
[0157] The faucet (323) is connected to the outlet module euro pipe (322) in the internal receiving space and has a tubular shape extending to the outside of the outlet module body (321).
[0158] The solenoid valve (324) connects the outlet module flow pipe (322) and the faucet (323) in the internal receiving space of the outlet module body (321). Then, according to an electrical control signal, the purified water flowing into the outlet module flow pipe (322) through the tank discharge port (201) and the valve unit (400) is discharged to the outside toward the faucet (323).
[0159] Meanwhile, the substrate (325) is electrically connected to the solenoid valve (324) and is provided on the internal receiving space so that the contact terminal (325a) protrudes outwardly from the outlet module body (321).
[0160] At this time, it is desirable that the electrically connected substrate (325) be sealed so that it does not come into contact with water.
[0161] And, of course, at least one or more of the outlet module euro pipe (322) and faucet (323) constituting the outlet module (320) can be formed as needed.
[0162] When the tank (200) is equipped with at least two tanks including a water tank (210), a cold water tank (220), or a hot water tank (230), each of the water outlet module pipes (322) and faucets (323) has a structure in which it is fluidly connected to each corresponding tank.
[0163] Meanwhile, a handle (327) that can be gripped by a user is formed in the front of the discharge module body (321) that constitutes the discharge module (320).
[0164] In addition, the main body of the discharge module (321) is formed with a mounting member (326) that protrudes laterally on both sides, and the mounting member (326) is detachably coupled to a hook member (530b) that is rotatably arranged on the frame portion (500).
[0165] The detachable coupling structure of the mounting member (326) and the hook member (530b) can be applied to various known coupling methods, such as a hook coupling method. However, the specific structure and function are omitted in order to avoid obscuring the gist of the present invention.
[0166]
[0167] As described above, the tank coupling module (300) applied to the self-management water purifier (1) according to one embodiment of the present invention includes a sensor module (310) and a water discharge module (320), and the sensor module (310) and the water discharge module (320) are fluidly connected to the purified water inside the tank (200) through the compression or decompression of the opening / closing member (440) of the valve unit (400).
[0168] Meanwhile, referring again to FIGS. 3, 8, and 10, the point (a, FIG. 3) where the sensor module (310) physically pushes the opening / closing member (440) of the valve unit (400) is located closer to the tank (200) than the point (b, FIG. 3) where the water discharge module (320) physically pushes the opening / closing member (440).
[0169] The discharge module (320) is configured for the purpose of communicating purified water within the tank (200) and discharging water to the outside. Since the length of the flow pipe (322) increases, the remaining water increases when removed. Therefore, the length of the flow pipe (322) is made as short as possible and the valve part (400) is opened and closed relatively close to the front side of the housing (100).
[0170] In addition, the sensor module (310) is configured to maintain the properties (temperature, water level, etc.) of the purified water in the tank (200) in the valve unit (400) so that sensing is easy, and the length of the flow pipe (322) or the sensing pipe (313) is increased to open and close the valve unit (400) relatively close to the tank (200).
[0171]
[0172] Meanwhile, the frame portion (500) is provided with a terminal portion (520) that is electrically connected to the sensor module (310) through contact with a terminal (314a), and has a sensor module mounting groove (501) so that the sensor module (310) is accommodated while being mounted from the front to the rear.
[0173] In addition, the frame portion (500) is provided with a terminal portion (520) that is electrically connected to the outlet module (320) through contact with a terminal (325a), and has an outlet module mounting groove (502) so that the outlet module (320) is accommodated while being mounted from the front to the rear.
[0174] At this time, the terminal portion (520) of the frame portion (500) may be the same terminal portion as the terminal portion (520) electrically connected to the outlet module (320) to be described later, and, of course, may be in a form that is separated into a first terminal portion that contacts the sensor module (310) and a second terminal portion that contacts the outlet module (320) as needed.
[0175] Meanwhile, as described above, the self-management water purifier (1) according to one embodiment of the present invention includes at least two of the applied tanks (200) including a water tank (210), a cold water tank (220), or a hot water tank (230).
[0176] And, at this time, the tank coupling module (300) is detachably coupled to at least two of the water tank (210), the cold water tank (220), or the hot water tank (230).
[0177] As described above, a self-management water purifier (1) according to an embodiment of the present invention has been described through FIGS. 1 to 11. The self-management water purifier (1) illustrated through FIGS. 1 to 11 is a water storage type water purifier, and has a structure in which purified water is stored in a tank (200) including a tank discharge port (201) and then discharged to the outside through a faucet (323) of a discharge module (320) according to a control signal.
[0178]
[0179] Meanwhile, FIG. 12 is a drawing showing an example of a self-management water purifier according to another embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 13 is a drawing showing an exemplary state of a water discharge module provided in the self-management water purifier according to another embodiment of the present invention of FIG. 12.
[0180] A self-management water purifier (1') according to another embodiment of the present invention discloses a structure including a purified water discharge port (140) that discharges purified water filtered through a filter unit (130), and a water discharge module unit (700) that is in fluid communication with the purified water discharge port (140).
[0181] Even in a direct-type water purifier including a purified water discharge port (140) that discharges filtered purified water, the water discharge module (700) having a connection portion with the purified water discharge port (140) can be simply and easily replaced without any prior action to prevent leakage of raw water.
[0182] In Fig. 12, a self-management water purifier (1') according to another embodiment of the present invention is a direct-flow water purifier, and a filter unit (130) including at least two filters for purifying foreign substances contained in the incoming raw water is provided inside a housing (100').
[0183] The purified water filtered through the filter unit (130) is connected to the purified water discharge port (140) through the internal passage and is selectively discharged externally according to a control signal through the discharge module unit (700) including the faucet (730).
[0184] The structure and function of this direct-flow water purifier include known functions and structures, and thus a detailed description thereof will be omitted in order to avoid obscuring the gist of the present invention.
[0185] However, referring to FIGS. 12 and 13, the self-management water purifier (1') according to the embodiment of the present invention is configured to facilitate replacement of the water discharge module (700) from the front.
[0186] For this purpose, the self-management water purifier (1') largely includes a housing (100'), a purified water discharge port (140), a valve part (400'), a frame part (500'), and a front cover part (600').
[0187] First, the housing (100') determines the size of the self-managing water purifier (1') and has a body shape with an internal space so that each component can be placed inside.
[0188] And the frame part (500') is accommodated inside the housing (100') and supports the outlet module part (700) and the valve part (400'). At this time, the frame part (500') has an outlet module part mounting groove (502') for the outlet module part (700) to be mounted and is arranged in a bent plate shape inside the housing (100'). The shape of the frame part (500') is not limited to a single shape, and various shapes can be applied as long as they can stably support the outlet module part (700).
[0189] And, the water discharge module (700) is detachably coupled to the frame (500') and fluidly communicates with the water discharge port (140). And, the water discharge module (700') discharges the water from the water discharge port (140) to the outside.
[0190] This water discharge module (700') has a structure that can be detachably connected to the front of the self-management water purifier (1') according to the user's needs.
[0191] At this time, when the detachable coupling is separated from the water discharge port (140) of the water discharge module (700'), a valve part (400') is included to prevent the water from randomly leaking out.
[0192] This valve part (400') has a form that is connected to the water discharge port (140) while connecting the water discharge module part (700) and the water discharge port (140).
[0193] And, the valve part (400') opens the purified water discharge port (140) when the discharge module part (700) is coupled to the purified water discharge port (140), and closes the purified water discharge port (140) when the discharge module part (700) is separated from the purified water discharge port (140).
[0194] Meanwhile, this valve part (400') may be a check valve having a mechanical blocking method using an elastic means, depending on the method of the blocking structure, or may be a solenoid valve of an electrical blocking method that opens and closes the valve by electrically detecting the coupling or separation of the discharge module part (700), or, of course, a valve of a magnetic blocking method that detects the coupling or separation of the tank coupling module part (300) using a magnet or the like may be applied.
[0195] In the self-management water purifier (1') according to the embodiment of the present invention, an embodiment is shown in which a check valve structure is applied to increase the water purification blocking effect while allowing the water discharge module (700) to be easily attached and detached and replaced, but the present invention is not limited thereto.
[0196] Specifically, the valve part (400') includes a body (410'), an elastic spring (420'), a euro coupling member (430'), and an opening / closing member (440'), and the flow of purified water is opened / closed by compressing or releasing the opening / closing member (440').
[0197] The body (410') has a tubular shape formed through which a first flow path hole (720) of the flow path module (700) is inserted.
[0198] The structure and function of this valve part (400') are the same as those of the valve part (400) described in detail through FIGS. 8 to 11, and thus, a detailed description thereof will be omitted in order not to deviate from the gist of the present invention.
[0199] Meanwhile, the front cover part (600') blocks the water outlet module part (700) from being exposed to the outside of the housing (100'), but when the water outlet module part (700) needs to be replaced, it exposes the water outlet module part (700) to the outside, making it easy to replace.
[0200] To this end, the front cover part (600') is detachably connected to the front plate (120') constituting the front of the housing (100') in a size and shape that can cover the outlet module part (700). In addition, the front cover part (600') selectively exposes the outlet module part (700) to the outside.
[0201] The front cover part (600') may be a body shape that protrudes forward of the front plate (120'), or it may be a structure that opens as part of the front plate (120').
[0202] Meanwhile, the front panel (120') includes an opening hole sized to allow the water outlet module (700) to be exposed to the outside. Through the opening hole, the water outlet module mounting groove (502') of the frame (500') is exposed to the outside, and the user can attach or detach the water outlet module (700) to or from the water purification discharge port (140).
[0203] In one embodiment of the present invention, the front cover part (600') is illustrated as having a structure in which the front plate (120') is extended upwards and covers the opening hole, thereby forming a part of the front plate (120').
[0204] The front cover (600') has an operation button (601') that allows the user to select the operation of the self-management water purifier (1'), and has a structure in which a faucet (730) through which purified water is discharged externally protrudes downward.
[0205] The front cover part (600') is connected to the lower part so that it can rotate around an axis through a rotating member. Then, the upper part of the front cover part (600') is tilted forward with the lower part as an axis, thereby exposing the water discharge module part (700) to the outside.
[0206] As described above, the self-management water purifier (1') according to the embodiment of the present invention has a structure that does not perform a preceding step of blocking the inflow of raw water.
[0207] In other words, the water discharge module (700) is detachably connected to the water discharge port (140) by the valve portion (400'), and when the water discharge module (700) is separated by the valve portion (400'), the water discharge port (140) is automatically closed, thereby providing a structure that makes it easy to replace the water discharge module (700).
[0208] The front cover part (600') has a structure that folds downward while rotating the hinge forward, and the water discharge module part (700) has a structure that is exposed forward so that the user can easily replace it.
[0209] Accordingly, when the discharge module (700) is separated forward, it is possible to easily replace it without being caught by other structures.
[0210] Meanwhile, referring to FIG. 13, in one embodiment, the outlet module (700) has a structure including an outlet module body (710), an outlet module flow pipe (720), a faucet (730), a solenoid valve (740), and a substrate (750).
[0211] The main body (710) of the discharge module has a body shape with an internal receiving space.
[0212] In addition, the outlet module part euro pipe (720) has a structure in which it is connected to the internal receiving space of the outlet module part main body (710) and extends to the rear of the outlet module part main body (710) and is connected to the valve part (400').
[0213] In addition, the faucet (730) is connected to the outlet module part euro pipe (720) and the internal receiving space of the outlet module part main body (710), and has a tube shape that extends to the outside of the outlet module part main body (710).
[0214] Meanwhile, the solenoid valve (740) connects the outlet module main body (710) to the outlet module pipe (720) and the faucet (730) in the internal receiving space, and discharges purified water toward the faucet (730) according to an electrical control signal.
[0215] Meanwhile, the substrate (750) is electrically connected to the solenoid valve (740) and is provided on the internal receiving space of the outlet module body (710) so that the contact terminal (750a) protrudes outward from the outlet module body (710).
[0216] Meanwhile, in a self-management type water purifier (1') according to another embodiment of the present invention, the purified water discharge port (140) may have a structure including at least two of a purified water discharge port that discharges purified water at room temperature, a purified water discharge port that discharges purified water at high temperature, or a purified water discharge port that discharges purified water at low temperature.
[0217] At this time, the water discharge module (700) has a structure that is detachably connected to at least two of a water discharge port that discharges room temperature water, a water discharge port that discharges high temperature water, or a water discharge port that discharges low temperature water.
[0218] For this purpose, the outlet module (700) may be provided with at least two outlet module pipes (720) and faucets (730).
[0219] Meanwhile, a handle (770) that can be gripped by a user is formed in the front of the main body (710) of the outlet module (700).
[0220] In addition, the main body (710) of the water discharge module is formed with mounting members that protrude laterally on both sides, and the mounting members are detachably coupled with a hook member that is rotatably arranged on the frame part (500'). The detachable coupling structure using the mounting member and hook member is the same as that of the tank coupling module part (300) of FIGS. 1 to 11, and thus a detailed description thereof will be omitted.
[0221]
[0222] As described above, the self-management water purifier (1, 1') according to the embodiments of the present invention facilitates the replacement of the tank coupling module (300) connected through the tank discharge port (201) in a storage-type water purifier and the water discharge module (700) connected through the purified water discharge port (140) in a direct-type water purifier, and can be replaced simply and easily without any prior action to prevent the leakage of raw water.
[0223] When the tank coupling module (300) or the water discharge module (700) is replaced by the valve unit (400, 400'), the tank discharge port (201) or the purified water discharge port (140) can be automatically closed.
[0224] The front cover part (600, 600') is hingedly rotated forward and tilted downward, thereby inducing external exposure of the tank coupling module part (300) or the water outlet module part (700), so that the user can easily hold the tank coupling module part (300) or the water outlet module part (700) from the front and easily replace it.
