[0002] This application claims priority to Chinese patent application No. 202310798138.X, filed on June 30, 2023, entitled “Bracket, Bracket Assembly, and Vehicle,” the entire contents of which are incorporated herein by reference. Technical Field
[0003] The present application relates to the technical field of new energy vehicles, and in particular to a bracket, a bracket assembly, and a vehicle. Background Art
[0004] New energy vehicles have become an important part of the sustainable development of the vehicle industry due to their energy-saving and environmentally friendly advantages. With the development of new energy vehicles, people's requirements for the cruising range of new energy vehicles are also increasing. In order to meet the needs of new energy vehicles to replenish power loss in time during driving, solutions such as battery replacement and timely replenishment of power loss have emerged.
[0005] For new energy vehicles, how to reduce the cost of battery replacement is a technical problem that needs to be solved urgently.
[0006] Summary of the Invention
[0007] The present application provides a bracket, a bracket assembly and a vehicle, which can effectively reduce the cost of battery replacement.
[0008] This application is achieved through the following technical solutions:
[0009] In a first aspect, the present application provides a bracket for installation on a vehicle frame, wherein a plurality of mounting portions are provided on the bracket, and each mounting portion is used for detachably connecting a battery.
[0010] In the above solution, the bracket can be installed on the vehicle frame. By providing multiple sets of mounting parts on the vehicle frame, the vehicle can adjust the number of batteries that need to be replaced based on different endurance requirements (that is, battery replacement on demand, for example, when the required endurance is shorter, a smaller number of batteries can be installed on the corresponding number of mounting parts in the multiple sets of mounting parts; when the required endurance is longer, a larger number of batteries can be installed on the corresponding number of mounting parts in the multiple sets of mounting parts), thereby saving the cost of additional batteries and effectively reducing the cost of battery replacement for the vehicle.
[0011] According to some embodiments of the present application, the bracket has a plurality of accommodating spaces, the plurality of accommodating spaces are arranged along a first direction, each accommodating space is used to accommodate a battery, and each accommodating space is correspondingly provided with a group of mounting parts.
[0012] In the above solution, by setting multiple accommodating spaces in the first direction, and each accommodating space is correspondingly provided with a group of mounting parts, each battery can be installed in the corresponding accommodating space in an orderly manner, and the batteries do not interfere with each other, thereby improving the battery replacement efficiency.
[0013] According to some embodiments of the present application, the accommodation space has an opening that opens downward, and the opening is used for allowing the battery to enter or leave the accommodation space.
[0014] In the above solution, by providing a downwardly open opening, the battery can easily enter or leave the storage space from the bottom of the frame, which can save space above the frame and reduce the risk of interference with the vehicle and damage to the vehicle caused by the battery swap mechanism occupying the space above the frame during battery swapping.
[0015] According to some embodiments of the present application, the mounting portion is disposed at at least one end of the accommodating space along the first direction.
[0016] In the above solution, by arranging the mounting portion at at least one end of the accommodating space in the first direction, the connected battery can be effectively constrained in the first direction, thereby reducing the risk of battery detachment and improving the driving reliability of the vehicle.
[0017] According to some embodiments of the present application, the mounting portions are disposed at opposite ends of the accommodating space along the first direction.
[0018] In the above solution, by arranging the mounting portion at the opposite end of the accommodating space in the first direction, the connected battery can be effectively constrained in the first direction, so that the battery is evenly stressed, the risk of battery detachment is reduced, and the driving reliability of the vehicle is improved.
[0019] According to some embodiments of the present application, the accommodating space has a first end and a second end opposite to each other along the first direction, and the mounting portion arranged at the first end and the mounting portion arranged at the second end are staggered.
[0020] In the above solution, by staggering the mounting parts at opposite ends of the accommodating space, on the one hand, it has a fool-proof effect on the installation of the battery and reduces the risk of incorrect installation of the battery; on the other hand, it has a fool-proof effect on the installation of the bracket and reduces the risk of incorrect installation of the bracket.
[0021] According to some embodiments of the present application, the mounting portions at ends of two adjacent accommodating spaces that are close to each other are staggered.
[0022] In the above scheme, when swapping batteries, multiple battery swapping execution terminals (such as battery swapping heads) can simultaneously act on the locations where multiple mounting parts and batteries are connected. Two adjacent accommodating spaces are close to each other in the first direction. To this end, by staggering the mounting parts at one end of the two adjacent accommodating spaces that are close to each other, the risk of interference between the two adjacent battery swapping execution terminals can be reduced, allowing multiple battery swapping execution terminals to work simultaneously and improve battery swapping efficiency.
[0023] According to some embodiments of the present application, a size of the accommodating space along the first direction is smaller than a size along the second direction, and the first direction, the second direction, and the direction of gravity are perpendicular to each other.
[0024] In the above solution, the size of the accommodation space along the first direction is smaller than its size along the second direction. This can be understood as meaning that the size of the battery cell accommodated in the accommodation space along the first direction is smaller than its size along the second direction. In other words, the size of the battery in the second direction can be the length of the battery. Therefore, when the mounting portion is provided at at least one end of the accommodation space along the first direction, it can be understood that the mounting portion corresponds to the shorter side of the battery, rather than the longer side. This can reduce the risk of the middle of the battery collapsing due to gravity, thereby improving the stability of the connection between the battery and the bracket.
[0025] According to some embodiments of the present application, the bracket includes a plurality of mounting beams, which are arranged at intervals along a first direction, each mounting beam extends along a second direction, and an accommodating space is formed between two adjacent mounting beams. The mounting portion is arranged on the mounting beam, and the second direction is perpendicular to the first direction.
[0026] In the above scheme, on the one hand, by arranging the mounting part on the mounting beam and arranging multiple mounting beams at intervals along the first direction, so that the multiple mounting beams can jointly bear the weight of the battery, the risk of the battery falling off can be effectively reduced; on the other hand, by arranging multiple mounting beams at intervals along the first direction, multiple batteries can be carried in an orderly manner in the first direction, thereby improving the battery replacement efficiency.
[0027] According to some embodiments of the present application, the bracket further includes a connecting portion, which is connected to the mounting beam and is used to be connected to the longitudinal beam of the frame.
[0028] In the above solution, by providing a connecting portion, the mounting beam can be effectively connected to the longitudinal beam of the frame, so that the mounting beam can effectively carry the battery through the mounting portion, reducing the risk of battery falling off and improving the driving reliability of the vehicle.
[0029] According to some embodiments of the present application, each mounting beam is provided with two connecting parts, which are spaced apart along the second direction. The two connecting parts and the mounting beam together form an upwardly open groove, which is used for the frame to pass through.
[0030] In the above scheme, by setting two connecting parts, on the one hand, a groove that avoids the longitudinal beam of the frame can be formed; on the other hand, the connecting part can be connected to the outer side surface of the corresponding longitudinal beam, that is, the two longitudinal beams of the frame are respectively connected by the corresponding connecting parts, so that there is a stable connection relationship between the mounting unit and the frame, reducing the risk of battery falling off and improving the reliability of vehicle driving; on the other hand, since there are two connecting parts, and the two connecting parts are arranged at intervals along the transverse direction of the frame, that is, the mounting beam can be provided with more mounting parts to mount larger batteries, thereby effectively improving the vehicle's endurance; on the other hand, the groove is a part for the frame to pass through, so the second direction can be regarded as the arrangement direction of a pair of longitudinal beams of the frame, that is, the transverse direction of the frame, so the battery can be arranged according to the transverse direction of the frame, and multiple batteries can be arranged according to the longitudinal direction of the frame, so that the center of gravity of the battery is as close to the center of the vehicle as possible, thereby improving the driving reliability of the vehicle.
[0031] According to some embodiments of the present application, the bracket further includes a rib plate, which is located on a side of the connecting portion away from the groove, and the rib plate connects the connecting portion and the mounting beam.
[0032] In the above scheme, by providing ribs on the outside of the frame, on the one hand, the space between the connecting part and the mounting beam can be reasonably utilized, and on the other hand, the structural strength of the connecting part and the mounting beam can be improved, thereby reducing the risk of battery detachment and improving the driving reliability of the vehicle.
[0033] According to some embodiments of the present application, a bending portion is provided at one end of the rib plate close to the mounting beam, and the rib plate is connected to the mounting beam through the bending portion.
[0034] In the above solution, by providing a bent portion at the end of the rib plate close to the mounting beam, the connection area between the rib plate and the mounting beam can be increased, thereby improving the connection stability between the rib plate and the mounting beam.
[0035] According to some embodiments of the present application, a notch is formed at one end of the rib plate close to the mounting beam, and the notch is arranged corresponding to the mounting portion.
[0036] In the above solution, a notch is provided at one end of the rib plate close to the mounting beam to free up space above the mounting portion, thereby reducing the risk of interference by the rib plate when the battery is mounted on the mounting portion.
[0037] According to some embodiments of the present application, the ribs and the mounting beams are integrally formed.
[0038] In the above solution, the ribs and the mounting beams are integrally formed (for example, the ribs and the mounting beams are made by a rolling process), so the ribs and the mounting beams have high structural strength, can effectively carry the battery, reduce the risk of battery detachment, and improve the driving reliability of the vehicle.
[0039] According to some embodiments of the present application, the mounting beam and the rib plate are separate structures.
[0040] In the above solution, the mounting beam and the rib plate can be a separate structure, and the two can be connected by a simple process (such as welding, riveting, screw connection or other connection methods), which can effectively reduce the manufacturing difficulty and manufacturing cost of the bracket.
[0041] According to some embodiments of the present application, a plurality of mounting beams include a first mounting beam and a second mounting beam located in the middle, a plurality of connecting portions are arranged on the first mounting beam at intervals along the second direction, and a plurality of connecting portions are arranged on the second mounting beam at intervals along the second direction, and a channel for the frame to pass through is formed between the connecting portions on the first mounting beam and the connecting portions on the second mounting beam, and the connecting portions are used to connect to the longitudinal beams of the frame.
[0042] In the above scheme, by providing a plurality of connection parts arranged at intervals along the second direction on the first mounting beam and a plurality of connection parts arranged at intervals along the second direction on the second mounting beam, and forming a channel for the frame to pass through between the connection parts on the first mounting beam and the connection parts on the second mounting beam, it is defined that the first direction can be the transverse direction of the frame (that is, the arrangement direction of a pair of longitudinal beams of the frame), thereby defining that the battery is arranged along the longitudinal direction of the frame and the plurality of batteries are arranged along the transverse direction of the frame, providing more options for the layout of the battery, and thereby improving the compatibility of the bracket.
[0043] According to some embodiments of the present application, the bracket further includes a first connecting beam, which extends along a first direction and connects two adjacent mounting beams.
[0044] In the above solution, a first connecting beam is provided to connect two adjacent mounting beams to each other, thereby improving the structural stability of the two adjacent mounting beams, effectively carrying the battery, reducing the risk of battery falling off, and improving the driving stability of the vehicle.
[0045] According to some embodiments of the present application, the bracket further includes a rib plate, which is located on a side of the connecting portion facing away from the channel, and the rib plate connects the connecting portion and the first connecting beam.
[0046] In the above solution, by providing ribs on the outside of the frame, on the one hand, the space outside the frame can be reasonably utilized, and on the other hand, the structural strength of the connecting portion and the first connecting beam can be improved, thereby improving the structural strength of the mounting beam, reducing the risk of battery detachment, and improving the driving reliability of the vehicle.
[0047] According to some embodiments of the present application, the connecting portion extends along the direction of gravity.
[0048] In the above solution, by setting the connecting part to extend along the direction of gravity, the connecting part has a larger area in the direction of gravity to be connected to the longitudinal beam, thereby improving the connection stability between the mounting beam and the longitudinal beam, reducing the risk of battery falling off, and improving the driving reliability of the vehicle.
[0049] According to some embodiments of the present application, the connecting portion is a flange of the rib, and the rib and the connecting portion are arranged perpendicular to each other.
[0050] In the above solution, the connecting part can be the flange of the rib plate, that is, the connecting part and the rib plate are integrally formed, which can make the connecting part and the rib plate have higher structural strength, effectively provide the structural strength of the mounting beam, thereby effectively carrying the battery and reducing the risk of the battery falling off.
[0051] According to some embodiments of the present application, the rib includes a first rib and a second rib arranged in a stacked manner, and the connecting portion includes a first sub-connecting portion and a second sub-connecting portion, the first sub-connecting portion is the flange of the first rib, and the second sub-connecting portion is the flange of the second rib.
[0052] In the above scheme, the rib plate can be a double-layer plate structure. Since the rib plate is a double-layer plate structure, the rib plate can form two flanges facing opposite directions, that is, forming a first sub-connection part and a second sub-connection part, so that there is a larger connection area between the rib plate and the longitudinal beam, thereby improving the connection stability between the rib plate and the longitudinal beam, thereby improving the structural strength of the mounting beam, allowing the mounting beam to effectively carry the battery and reduce the risk of the battery falling off.
[0053] According to some embodiments of the present application, the bracket further includes a second connecting beam connecting two adjacent connecting portions.
[0054] In the above solution, by providing a second connecting beam to connect two adjacent connecting parts, the structural stability of the connecting parts can be improved, thereby improving the structural stability of the bracket, reducing the risk of battery detachment, and improving the driving stability of the vehicle.
[0055] According to some embodiments of the present application, a reinforcement sheet is provided on the connecting portion, and the reinforcement sheet is used to connect to the vehicle frame.
[0056] In the above solution, by providing a reinforcing sheet, the structural strength of the connecting portion can be effectively improved, and the connection stability between the connecting portion and the frame can be improved, thereby improving the structural stability of the bracket, reducing the risk of battery detachment, and improving the driving stability of the vehicle.
[0057] According to some embodiments of the present application, the mounting beam is a square tube beam.
[0058] In the above solution, by setting the mounting beam as a square tube beam, on the one hand, the material cost is low, and on the other hand, the material structure strength is high, which can effectively carry the battery and reduce the risk of the battery falling off.
[0059] According to some embodiments of the present application, two rows of mounting portions are provided on two middle mounting beams of the plurality of mounting beams, and the two rows of mounting portions are staggered.
[0060] In the above scheme, when swapping batteries, multiple battery swapping execution terminals (such as battery swapping heads) can simultaneously act on the parts where multiple mounting parts connect to the battery. The two mounting beams in the middle can mount two batteries. By staggering the two rows of mounting parts on the two mounting beams, the risk of interference between two adjacent battery swapping execution terminals can be reduced, allowing multiple battery swapping execution terminals to work simultaneously and improve battery swapping efficiency.
[0061] According to some embodiments of the present application, the mounting portion includes a mounting hole formed on the mounting beam; the mounting hole passes through the mounting beam along the direction of gravity.
[0062] In the above scheme, on the one hand, the mounting part has a simple structure and is easy to manufacture; on the other hand, because the mounting part has a simple structure, the connection method between the battery and the mounting part is also simple, which can effectively improve the battery replacement efficiency.
[0063] According to some embodiments of the present application, the mounting portion further includes a mounting sleeve, which is disposed in the mounting hole.
[0064] In the above solution, by providing a mounting sleeve in the mounting hole, the structural strength of the mounting portion can be improved, so that the battery can be stably connected to the bracket, reducing the risk of the battery falling off and improving the driving stability of the vehicle.
[0065] In a second aspect, some embodiments of the present application further provide a bracket assembly, comprising the bracket of any one of the first aspects and a plurality of first connectors. The plurality of first connectors are disposed on the bracket, the number of first connectors being equal to the number of mounting portions, and each first connector being configured to connect to a second connector of a battery.
[0066] In the above scheme, by setting multiple first connectors and multiple groups of mounting parts on the bracket, the number of batteries that need to be replaced can be adjusted based on the battery life requirements (that is, battery replacement on demand, for example, when the required battery life is shorter, a smaller number of batteries can be installed on the corresponding number of mounting parts in the multiple groups of mounting parts, and the second connector of each battery is connected to the corresponding first connector; when the required battery life is longer, a larger number of batteries can be installed on the corresponding number of mounting parts in the multiple groups of mounting parts, and the second connector of each battery is connected to the corresponding first connector), thereby saving the cost of additional batteries and effectively reducing the cost of battery replacement.
[0067] In a third aspect, some embodiments of the present application further provide a vehicle comprising the bracket assembly provided in the second aspect and at least one battery, wherein each battery is detachably connected to a set of mounting portions.
[0068] In the above scheme, a vehicle is provided, in which the vehicle can replace batteries on demand, that is, according to its own endurance requirements, the number of replacement batteries is adjusted to achieve the purpose of reducing the cost of battery replacement.

The appearance of this phrase in various places in the specification does not necessarily refer to the same embodiment, nor does it constitute an independent or alternative embodiment that is mutually exclusive of other embodiments. It is understood, both explicitly and implicitly, by those skilled in the art that the embodiments described in this application may be combined with other embodiments.
[0087] In the description of this application, it should be noted that, unless otherwise expressly specified or limited, the terms "mounted," "connected," "connected," and "attached" should be understood in a broad sense. For example, they may refer to fixed connections, detachable connections, or integral connections; they may refer to direct connections, indirect connections through an intermediate medium, or internal connections between two components. Those skilled in the art will understand the specific meanings of the above terms in this application based on specific circumstances.
[0088] The term "and / or" in this application simply describes an association between related objects, indicating that three possible relationships exist. For example, A and / or B can represent: A exists alone, A and B exist simultaneously, and B exists alone. In addition, the character " / " in this application generally indicates that the related objects are in an "or" relationship.
[0089] The term "multiple" in this application refers to more than two (including two). Similarly, "multiple groups" refers to more than two groups (including two groups), and "multiple pieces" refers to more than two pieces (including two pieces).

[0093] At present, new energy vehicles often use battery replacement to timely supplement the power loss of new energy vehicles during driving. For new energy vehicles, how to reduce the cost of battery replacement is a technical problem that needs to be solved urgently. At present, new energy vehicles are equipped with a whole battery. The capacity of this whole battery is fixed, that is, the cruising range of this new energy vehicle is fixed. When replacing the battery, the whole battery will be replaced. However, for different cruising range requirements, the required battery capacity is different. If a shorter cruising range is required, only a battery with a smaller capacity is needed. If a larger battery is configured, it is necessary to pay the battery cost brought by the additional capacity, and then when replacing the battery, the cost of battery replacement is higher.
[0094] In view of this, in order to solve the problem of high battery replacement costs due to different battery life requirements, some embodiments of the present application provide a bracket for installation on the vehicle frame. The bracket is provided with multiple sets of mounting parts, each set of mounting parts is used to detachably connect a battery.
[0095] In the above scheme, by arranging multiple groups of mounting parts on the vehicle frame, the vehicle can adjust the number of batteries that need to be replaced based on different endurance requirements (that is, replace batteries on demand, for example, when the required endurance is shorter, a smaller number of batteries can be installed on the corresponding number of mounting parts in the multiple groups of mounting parts; when the required endurance is longer, a larger number of batteries can be installed on the corresponding number of mounting parts in the multiple groups of mounting parts), thereby saving the cost of additional batteries and effectively reducing the cost of battery replacement.
[0096] The bracket disclosed in the embodiments of the present application can be installed on, but not limited to, the frame of a passenger vehicle, the frame of a commercial freight vehicle, and other vehicle frames. [0107] The bracket 100 is provided with a mounting portion 11 capable of mounting a battery 2000. In some embodiments, the bracket 100 has a certain structural strength to be able to mount the battery 2000. In some embodiments, the material of the bracket 100 can be the same as that of the frame 200. In some embodiments, the material of the bracket 100 can be aluminum alloy, steel, cast iron, or reinforced plastic.
[0108] The mounting portion 11 is a component provided on the bracket 100 for detachably connecting to the battery 2000. The mounting portions 11 are arranged in groups, and each group of mounting portions 11 corresponds to a battery 2000, and is used to detachably install a corresponding battery 2000 on the bracket 100. The bracket 100 is provided with multiple groups of mounting portions 11, that is, the bracket 100 can be detachably connected to a corresponding number of batteries 2000 through multiple groups of mounting portions 11 to achieve the battery replacement function of multiple batteries 2000. In some embodiments, the mounting portion 11 includes but is not limited to mounting holes 110, mounting screws and other structures that can achieve detachable connection with the battery 2000. In some embodiments, the number of groups of mounting portions 11 of the bracket 100 can be two, three, four or more groups.
[0109] In the above solution, the bracket 100 can be installed on the frame 200 of the vehicle 10000. By providing multiple groups of mounting parts 11 on the frame 200, the vehicle 10000 can adjust the number of batteries 2000 that need to be replaced based on the endurance requirement (that is, replace batteries on demand, for example, when the endurance is shorter, a smaller number of batteries 2000 can be installed on the corresponding number of mounting parts 11 in the multiple groups of mounting parts 11; when the endurance is longer, a larger number of batteries 2000 can be installed on the corresponding number of mounting parts 11 in the multiple groups of mounting parts 11), thereby saving the cost of additional batteries 2000 and effectively reducing the battery replacement cost of the vehicle 10000.
[0110] According to some embodiments of the present application, the bracket 100 has a plurality of accommodating spaces 100a arranged along a first direction x, each accommodating space 100a is used to accommodate a battery 2000 , and each accommodating space 100a is correspondingly provided with a set of mounting portions 11 .
[0111] In some embodiments, the bracket 100 has a plurality of receiving spaces 100a arranged along a first direction x, and the plurality of receiving spaces 100a are independent of each other. Each receiving space 100a can be used to accommodate a battery 2000, and the battery 2000 located in the receiving space 100a can be connected to a set of mounting portions 11 in the receiving space 100a.
[0112] Arranging the plurality of accommodation spaces 100 a along the first direction x can be understood as arranging the plurality of batteries 2000 along the first direction x.
[0113] In some embodiments, the sizes of the accommodating spaces 100a may be the same so that the bracket 100 can mount multiple batteries 2000 of the same specifications. In other embodiments, the sizes of the accommodating spaces 100a may be different so that the bracket 100 can mount multiple batteries 2000 of different specifications.
[0114] In the above scheme, by setting multiple accommodating spaces 100a in the first direction x, and each accommodating space 100a is correspondingly provided with a group of mounting parts 11, each battery 2000 can be installed in the corresponding accommodating space 100a in an orderly manner, and the batteries 2000 and 2000 do not interfere with each other, thereby improving the battery replacement efficiency.
[0115] According to some embodiments of the present application, the accommodation space 100 a has an opening that opens downward, and the opening is used for allowing the battery 2000 to enter or exit the accommodation space 100 a.
[0116] “The accommodating space 100a has an opening that opens downward” can be understood as the accommodating space 100a having an opening facing the ground. For example, when the vehicle 10000 is supported on the ground, the opening of the accommodating space 100a faces the ground.
[0117] In some embodiments, the battery 2000 can enter or exit the accommodation space 100 a through the opening.
[0118] In some embodiments, a trench may be provided at the battery exchange site, and the battery exchange mechanism may be provided in the trench. When the vehicle 10000 is in the battery exchange position, the trench may be located below the vehicle 10000, and the battery 2000 may enter or leave the accommodation space 100a through the battery exchange mechanism in the trench.
[0119] In the above solution, by providing a downwardly open opening, the battery 2000 can be easily entered into or left the accommodating space 100a from the bottom of the frame 200, thereby saving space above the frame 200 and reducing the risk of interference with the vehicle 10000 and damage to the vehicle 10000 caused by the space above the frame 200 occupied by the battery swapping mechanism during battery swapping.
[0120] According to some embodiments of the present application, the mounting portion 11 is disposed at at least one end of the accommodating space 100 a along the first direction x.
[0121] “The mounting portion 11 is provided at at least one end of the accommodating space 100a along the first direction x” can be understood as that, in the first direction x, the mounting portion 11 is provided at one end of the accommodating space 100a, or the mounting portions 11 can be provided at opposite ends of the accommodating space 100a respectively.
[0122] In the above solution, by arranging the mounting portion 11 at at least one end of the accommodating space 100a in the first direction x, the battery 2000 can be effectively constrained and connected in the first direction x, thereby reducing the risk of the battery 2000 falling off and improving the driving reliability of the vehicle 10000.
[0123] According to some embodiments of the present application, the mounting portions 11 are disposed at opposite ends of the accommodating space 100 a along the first direction x.
[0124] In the first direction x, both opposite ends of the accommodation space 100a are provided with mounting portions 11. In some embodiments, the number of mounting portions 11 provided at the opposite ends of the accommodation space 100a can be the same or different.
[0125] “The mounting portions 11 are disposed at opposite ends of the accommodating space 100 a along the first direction x” can also be understood as the opposite ends of the battery 2000 in the first direction x are mounted and connected by the mounting portions 11 , respectively.
[0126] In the above scheme, by arranging the mounting portion 11 at the opposite end of the accommodating space 100a in the first direction x, the connected battery 2000 can be effectively constrained in the first direction x, so that the battery 2000 is evenly stressed, reducing the risk of the battery 2000 falling off and improving the driving reliability of the vehicle 10000.
[0127] According to some embodiments of the present application, referring to FIG. 2 , the accommodating space 100a has a first end 100b and a second end 100c opposite to each other along the first direction x, and the mounting portion 11 disposed at the first end 100b and the mounting portion 11 disposed at the second end 100c are staggered.
[0128] The first end 100b and the second end 100c are two opposite portions of the accommodation space 100a in the first direction x. In some embodiments, the first end 100b and the second end 100c correspond to two opposite edges of the battery 2000 in the first direction x.
[0129] The phrase "the mounting portion 11 disposed at the first end 100b is offset from the mounting portion 11 disposed at the second end 100c" can be understood as meaning that, along the first direction x, the projection of the mounting portion 11 disposed at the first end 100b and the projection of the mounting portion 11 disposed at the second end 100c do not overlap. In other words, translating the mounting portion 11 disposed at the first end 100b to the second end 100c along the first direction x does not interfere with the mounting portion 11 disposed at the second end 100c.
[0130] In the above scheme, by staggering the mounting portions 11 at opposite ends of the accommodating space 100a, on the one hand, a fool-proofing effect is achieved for the installation of the battery 2000, thereby reducing the risk of incorrect installation of the battery 2000; on the other hand, a visual fool-proofing effect is achieved for the installation of the bracket 100 (that is, when the bracket 100 is installed on the frame 200), thereby reducing the risk of incorrect installation of the bracket 100.
[0131] According to some embodiments of the present application, the mounting portions 11 at the ends of two adjacent accommodating spaces 100 a that are close to each other are staggered.
[0132] "The mounting portions 11 at the ends of two adjacent storage spaces 100a that are close to each other are staggered" can be understood as the mounting portions 11 corresponding to the portions of the two adjacent storage spaces 100a where the two batteries 2000 are close to each other being staggered. Referring to Figure 2 , if the mounting portion 11 disposed at one end of one storage space 100a close to the other storage space 100a is translated along the first direction x to the end of the other storage space 100a close to the one storage space 100a, it will not interfere with the mounting portion 11 originally disposed at the end of the other storage space 100a close to the one storage space 100a. In other words, the mounting portions 11 at the ends of two adjacent storage spaces 100a that are close to each other are staggered so that they are not only spaced apart from each other in the first direction x, but also have a distance in a direction perpendicular to the first direction x.
[0133] In the above scheme, when replacing the battery, multiple battery replacement execution ends (such as battery replacement heads) of the battery replacement mechanism can simultaneously act on the parts where multiple mounting parts 11 are connected to the battery 2000. The two adjacent accommodating spaces 100a are close to each other in the first direction x. To this end, by staggering the mounting parts 11 at the ends of the two adjacent accommodating spaces 100a that are close to each other, the risk of interference between the two adjacent battery replacement execution ends can be reduced, so that multiple battery replacement execution ends can work simultaneously, thereby improving the battery replacement efficiency.
[0134] According to some embodiments of the present application, a size of the accommodating space 100a along the first direction x is smaller than a size along the second direction y, and the first direction x, the second direction y and the gravity direction z are perpendicular to each other.
[0135] The first direction x can be the direction in which the multiple accommodation spaces 100a are arranged, and the second direction y can be a direction perpendicular to the first direction x and perpendicular to the direction of gravity z. In some embodiments, the vehicle frame 200 may include a pair of longitudinal beams. The transverse direction of the vehicle frame 200 can be the direction in which the pair of longitudinal beams are arranged, and the longitudinal direction of the vehicle frame 200 can be the direction in which the longitudinal beams extend. When the first direction x is the longitudinal direction of the vehicle frame 200, the second direction y can be the transverse direction of the vehicle frame 200. When the first direction x is the transverse direction of the vehicle frame 200, the second direction y can be the longitudinal direction of the vehicle frame 200.
[0136] In some embodiments, the accommodating space 100a can be a rectangular space, and the size of the accommodating space 100a in the first direction x is smaller than the size in the second direction y. The accommodating space 100a can accommodate a long or rectangular battery 2000, and the size of the battery 2000 in the first direction x can be smaller than the size in the second direction y.
[0137] In the above solution, the dimension of the accommodating space 100a along the first direction x is smaller than the dimension along the second direction y. This can be understood as meaning that the dimension of the battery 2000 cells accommodated in the accommodating space 100a along the first direction x is smaller than the dimension along the second direction y. In other words, the dimension of the battery 2000 along the second direction y can be the length of the battery 2000. Therefore, when the mounting portion 11 is disposed at at least one end of the accommodating space 100a along the first direction x, it can be understood that the mounting portion 11 corresponds to the shorter side of the battery 2000, rather than the longer side of the battery 2000. This can reduce the risk of the middle portion of the battery 2000 collapsing under gravity, thereby improving the stability of the connection between the battery 2000 and the bracket 100.
[0138] According to some embodiments of the present application, referring to Figures 2 and 3, the bracket 100 includes a plurality of mounting beams 10, the plurality of mounting beams 10 are arranged at intervals along a first direction x, each mounting beam 10 extends along a second direction y, and an accommodating space 100a is formed between two adjacent mounting beams 10, the mounting portion 11 is arranged on the mounting beam 10, and the second direction y is perpendicular to the first direction x.
[0139] The first direction x can be the direction in which the multiple accommodation spaces 100a are arranged, and the second direction y can be a direction perpendicular to the first direction x and perpendicular to the direction of gravity z.
[0140] The mounting beam 10 is a beam structure, which may be in the shape of a rod, a stick, a plate, or a tube, etc. Referring to FIG2 , the mounting beam 10 may extend along the second direction y. In some embodiments, as shown in FIG2 , a portion of the mounting beam 10 may be located between a pair of longitudinal beams of the frame 200, and a portion of the mounting beam 10 may be on both sides of the frame 200 along the transverse direction of the frame 200. In some embodiments, the mounting beam 10 may be located on the outside of the frame 200. In some embodiments, the mounting beam 10 may be between a pair of longitudinal beams of the frame 200. In other embodiments, part of the mounting beam 10 of a plurality of mounting beams 10 may be located on the outside of the frame 200, and part of the mounting beam 10 of a plurality of mounting beams 10 may be between a pair of longitudinal beams of the frame 200. In other embodiments, referring to FIG4 , FIG4 is a schematic diagram of the bracket 100, the battery 2000, and the frame 200 in other embodiments of the present application, and FIG5 is a schematic diagram of the bracket 100 in other embodiments of the present application. Along the transverse direction of the vehicle frame 200 , some of the mounting beams 10 may be located on opposite sides of the vehicle frame 200 , and another part of the mounting beams 10 may be located between a pair of longitudinal beams of the vehicle frame 200 .
[0141] In some embodiments, "a mounting portion 11 is provided on the mounting beam 10" can be understood as being provided on the mounting beam 10 with a mounting portion 11 for detachably connecting the battery 2000. For example, it can be understood that one mounting beam 10 can be provided with a set of mounting portions 11 to mount one battery 2000. Alternatively, it can be understood that one mounting beam 10 can be provided with a portion of a set of mounting portions 11, which can be used in conjunction with other mounting beams 10 to mount one battery 2000. Alternatively, it can be understood that one mounting beam 10 can be provided with a portion of a set of mounting portions 11 (e.g., two sets of mounting portions 11), which can be used in conjunction with other mounting beams 10 to mount a battery 2000.
[0142] In some embodiments, the mounting beam 10 can be used to connect directly or indirectly to the frame 200. For example, the mounting beam 10 can be connected to the frame 200 by welding, riveting, screw connection or other methods, or other components are connected to the frame 200, and the mounting beam 10 is connected to the frame 200 by connecting with the other components.
[0143] In some embodiments, two mounting beams 10 are spaced apart along a first direction x to form a receiving space 100a. When the bracket 100 is installed on the vehicle frame 200, the receiving space 100a can accommodate a battery 2000. In the first direction x, batteries 2000 can be mounted on both sides of the receiving space 100a through the mounting beams 10.
[0144] In some embodiments, the number of the mounting beams 10 is at least three, so as to form at least two batteries 2000 in the first direction x. The batteries 2000 can be accommodated in corresponding accommodation spaces 100 a.
[0145] Referring to Figure 2 , there are four mounting beams 10, spaced apart along a first direction x to form three accommodating spaces 100a for mounting three batteries 2000. In the first direction x, the two outermost mounting beams 10 each have a partial mounting portion 11 of a group of mounting portions 11. The two middle mounting beams 10 each have a partial mounting portion 11 of two groups of mounting portions 11.
[0146] In the above scheme, on the one hand, by setting the mounting part 11 on the mounting beam 10, and arranging multiple mounting beams 10 at intervals along the first direction x, so that the multiple mounting beams 10 can jointly bear the weight of the battery 2000, the risk of the battery 2000 falling off can be effectively reduced; on the other hand, the multiple mounting beams 10 are arranged at intervals along the first direction x, so that the multiple batteries 2000 can be carried in an orderly manner in the first direction x, thereby improving the battery replacement efficiency.
[0147] According to some embodiments of the present application, please refer to Figures 6 and 7. Figure 6 is a perspective view of the bracket 100 in some embodiments of the present application, and Figure 7 is an enlarged view of point A in Figure 6. The bracket 100 also includes a connecting portion 20, which is connected to the mounting beam 10 and is used to connect to the longitudinal beam of the frame 200.
[0148] In some embodiments, the connection portion 20 can be connected to the outer side of a longitudinal beam of the vehicle frame 200. The side of the longitudinal beam facing the other longitudinal beam can be the inner side, and the side of the longitudinal beam facing away from the other longitudinal beam can be the outer side. In some embodiments, the connection portion 20 can be connected to the vehicle frame 200 by welding, screw connection, or other connection methods.
[0149] The mounting beam 10 is directly or indirectly connected to the connecting portion 20, so that the mounting beam 10 can be connected to the vehicle frame 200. In some embodiments, the mounting beam 10 can be connected to the connecting portion 20 by welding, riveting, screwing, or other connection methods. In some embodiments, the mounting beam 10 and the connecting portion 20 can be integrally formed.
[0150] In the above scheme, by providing the connecting portion 20, the mounting beam 10 can be effectively connected to the longitudinal beam of the frame 200, so that the mounting beam 10 can effectively carry the battery 2000 through the mounting portion 11, reducing the risk of the battery 2000 falling off and improving the driving reliability of the vehicle 10000 body.
[0151] According to some embodiments of the present application, please refer to Figure 8, which is a schematic diagram of the mounting beam 10 and the connecting portion 20 in some embodiments of the present application. Each mounting beam 10 is provided with two connecting portions 20, which are spaced apart along the second direction y. The two connecting portions 20 and the mounting beam 10 together form an upwardly open groove 21 (see Figure 8), which is used for the frame 200 to pass through.
[0152] In some embodiments, each mounting beam 10 is provided with two connecting portions 20, and the two connecting portions 20 are spaced apart in the second direction y so that the two connecting portions 20 can be respectively connected to a pair of longitudinal beams of the vehicle frame 200, for example, the outer side surfaces of the pair of longitudinal beams. In other words, it can be understood that the two connecting portions 20 on each mounting beam 10 are respectively located on the outer side of the vehicle frame 200.
[0153] “The groove 21 is used for the frame 200 to pass through” can be understood as the longitudinal beam of the frame 200 can pass through the groove 21 formed between the two connecting parts 20 on each mounting beam 10, that is, the second direction y can be the transverse direction of the frame 200, that is, the first direction x can be the longitudinal direction of the frame 200, that is, multiple batteries 2000 can be arranged along the longitudinal direction of the frame 200, that is, the batteries 2000 can be arranged along the transverse direction of the frame 200.
[0154] In the above scheme, by providing two connecting parts 20, on the one hand, a groove 21 can be formed to avoid the longitudinal beam of the frame 200; on the other hand, the connecting part 20 can be connected to the outer side of the corresponding longitudinal beam, that is, the two longitudinal beams of the frame 200 are respectively connected by the corresponding connecting parts 20, so that a stable connection relationship is established between the mounting unit and the frame 200, reducing the risk of the battery 2000 falling off and improving the reliability of the vehicle 10000. On the other hand, since there are two connecting parts 20, and the two connecting parts 20 are arranged at intervals along the lateral direction of the frame 200, that is, the mounting beam 1 0 can be provided with more mounting portions 11 to mount larger batteries 2000, thereby effectively improving the endurance of the vehicle 10000; on the other hand, the groove 21 is a portion for the frame 200 to pass through, so the second direction y can be regarded as the arrangement direction of a pair of longitudinal beams of the frame 200, that is, the transverse direction of the frame 200. Therefore, the batteries 2000 can be arranged in the transverse direction of the frame 200, and multiple batteries 2000 can be arranged in the longitudinal direction of the frame 200, so as to make the center of gravity of the battery 2000 as close to the center of the vehicle 10000 as possible, thereby improving the driving reliability of the vehicle 10000.
[0155] According to some embodiments of the present application, referring to FIG. 6 to FIG. 8 , the bracket 100 further includes a rib 30 , which is located on a side of the connecting portion 20 away from the groove 21 , and connects the connecting portion 20 and the mounting beam 10 .
[0156] In some embodiments, the rib 30 may be a component connecting the connection portion 20 and the mounting beam 10. In some embodiments, the rib 30 may be a component used to reinforce the structural strength of the connection portion 20, the mounting beam 10, and the vehicle frame 200. In some embodiments, the rib 30 may be a reinforcing rib, a reinforcing beam, or a reinforcing rib disposed between the connection portion 20 and the mounting beam 10. In some embodiments, the rib 30 may be made of a material such as aluminum alloy, steel, or cast iron. In some embodiments, the rib 30, the connection portion 20, and the mounting beam 10 may be made of the same or different materials.
[0157] In some embodiments, the ribs 30 can be connected to the connection portion 20 by welding, screwing, or other connection methods. Alternatively, in some embodiments, the ribs 30 can be integrally formed with the connection portion 20. In some embodiments, the ribs 30 can be connected to the mounting beam 10 by welding, screwing, or other connection methods. Alternatively, in some embodiments, the ribs 30 can be integrally formed with the connection portion 20 and the mounting beam 10.
[0158] In the above scheme, by arranging the ribs 30 on the outer side of the frame 200, on the one hand, the space between the connecting portion 20 and the mounting beam 10 can be reasonably utilized, and on the other hand, the structural strength of the connecting portion 20 and the mounting beam 10 can be improved, thereby reducing the risk of the battery 2000 falling off and improving the driving reliability of the vehicle 10000 body.
[0159] According to other embodiments of the present application, please refer to FIG. 9 , which is a schematic diagram of the partial structure of the rib 30 and the mounting beam 10 in other embodiments of the present application.
[0160] A bent portion 31 is provided at one end of the rib 30 close to the mounting beam 10 , and the rib 30 is connected to the mounting beam 10 via the bent portion 31 .
[0161] The bent portion 31 is located at one end of the rib 30 near the mounting beam 10. The bent portion 31 may be formed by bending the rib 30 and may be perpendicular to the main portion of the rib 30. The bent portion 31 has a surface facing the mounting beam 10 and capable of connecting to a surface of the mounting beam 10.
[0162] In some embodiments, the rib 30 may be a double-layer plate structure, which may be composed of two stacked plate structures, one of which is bent to form a bent portion 31 connected to the mounting beam 10, and the other is bent to form a bent portion 31 connected to the mounting beam 10. The bent portions 31 of the two plate structures are bent in opposite directions, for example, along the thickness direction of the rib 30, toward both sides of the rib 30.
[0163] In the above solution, by providing the bent portion 31 at the end of the rib 30 close to the mounting beam 10 , the connection area between the rib 30 and the mounting beam 10 can be increased, thereby improving the connection stability between the rib 30 and the mounting beam 10 .
[0164] According to some embodiments of the present application, please refer to Figures 7 and 9 , a notch 32 is formed on one end of the rib 30 close to the mounting beam 10 , and the notch 32 is arranged corresponding to the mounting portion 11 .
[0165] The notch 32 may be a recessed structure (or a groove-shaped structure) formed at the end of the rib 30. The notch 32 is provided corresponding to the mounting portion 11 and can provide space above the mounting portion 11. In some embodiments, the mounting portion 11 includes a mounting hole 110 formed on the mounting beam 10. In the second direction y, the size of the notch 32 may be greater than or equal to the size of the mounting hole 110. In some embodiments, the battery 2000 has a mounting member corresponding to the mounting hole 110, and the mounting member is inserted into the mounting hole 110 to achieve connection between the battery 2000 and the bracket 100. In the height direction, the size of the mounting member extending beyond the upper surface of the mounting beam 10 is less than or equal to the distance from the bottom of the notch 32 to the upper surface of the mounting beam 10.
[0166] In the above solution, a notch 32 is provided at one end of the rib 30 close to the mounting beam 10 to free up space above the mounting portion 11 , thereby reducing the risk of interference by the rib 30 when the battery 2000 is mounted on the mounting portion 11 .
[0167] According to some embodiments of the present application, the rib 30 and the mounting beam 10 are integrally formed.
[0168] Roll forming refers to a process that relies on the plastic movement characteristics of materials and uses the principle of rolling extrusion to form various complex parts. In some embodiments, as shown in Figure 8, the ribs 30 and the mounting beam 10 can be formed from a single plate-like material through a roll forming process. The connecting portion 20 can also be a portion of the plate-like material. The connecting portion 20 can be formed by bending the end of the rib 30. As shown in Figure 8, the connecting portion 20 can include a plurality of sub-connecting blocks 24. The multiple sub-connecting blocks 24 are arranged in a spaced relationship along the direction of gravity z, and two adjacent sub-connecting blocks 24 can be located on opposite sides of the rib 30. The sub-connecting blocks 24 can be formed by shearing the rib 30 and bending it.
[0169] In other embodiments, the ribs 30 and the mounting beams 10 may also be integrally formed through a casting process.
[0170] In the above solution, the rib plate 30 and the mounting beam 10 are integrally formed (for example, the rib plate 30 and the mounting beam 10 are made by a rolling process), so the rib plate 30 and the mounting beam 10 have high structural strength, can effectively carry the battery 2000, reduce the risk of the battery 2000 falling off, and improve the driving reliability of the vehicle 10000.
[0171] According to some embodiments of the present application, the mounting beam 10 and the rib plate 30 are separate structures.
[0172] Please refer to FIG. 9 . The mounting beam 10 and the rib plate 30 may be independent structures, that is, the mounting beam 10 and the rib plate 30 may be separate structures, and the two may be manufactured independently.
[0173] In the above solution, the mounting beam 10 and the rib 30 can be a separate structure, and the two can be connected by a simple process (such as welding, riveting, screw connection or other connection methods), which can effectively reduce the manufacturing difficulty and manufacturing cost of the bracket 100.
[0174] According to other embodiments of the present application, please refer to Figures 4, 5 and 10. Figure 10 is a top view of the bracket 100 in other embodiments of the present application.
[0175] Multiple mounting beams 10 include a first mounting beam 10a and a second mounting beam 10b located in the middle. Multiple connecting parts 20 are arranged on the first mounting beam 10a at intervals along the second direction y, and multiple connecting parts 20 are arranged on the second mounting beam 10b at intervals along the second direction y. A channel 10c for the frame 200 to pass through is formed between the connecting parts 20 on the first mounting beam 10a and the connecting parts 20 on the second mounting beam 10b. The connecting parts 20 are used to connect to the longitudinal beams of the frame 200.
[0176] In some embodiments, the vehicle frame 200 may include a pair of longitudinal beams, such as a first longitudinal beam 201 and a second longitudinal beam 202 . The first longitudinal beam 201 and the second longitudinal beam 202 are spaced apart in a transverse direction of the vehicle frame 200 , and the first longitudinal beam 201 and the second longitudinal beam 202 extend in a longitudinal direction of the vehicle frame 200 .
[0177] The first mounting beam 10a may be provided corresponding to the first longitudinal beam 201, and the second mounting beam 10b may be provided corresponding to the second longitudinal beam 202. The mounting beam 10 may extend longitudinally along the vehicle frame 200, and a plurality of mounting beams 10 may be arranged at intervals transversely along the vehicle frame 200.
[0178] Referring to Figures 4 and 5 , the phrase "a plurality of connection portions 20 are spaced apart on the first mounting beam 10a along the second direction y" can be understood as meaning that the first mounting beam 10a is provided with multiple connection portions 20 in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle frame 200, such as two, three, four, or any other number of connections. These multiple connection portions 20 can be used to connect to the first longitudinal beam 201. Referring to Figures 4 and 5 , the phrase "a plurality of connection portions 20 are spaced apart on the second mounting beam 10b along the second direction y" can be understood as meaning that the second mounting beam 10b is provided with multiple connection portions 20 in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle frame 200, such as two, three, four, or any other number of connections. These multiple connection portions 20 can be used to connect to the second longitudinal beam 202.
[0179] The “channel 10 c ” is composed of a plurality of connecting portions 20 on the first mounting beam 10 a and a plurality of connecting portions 20 on the second mounting beam 10 b . The channel 10 c may extend along the longitudinal direction of the vehicle frame 200 to allow the vehicle frame 200 to pass through.
[0180] The first mounting beam 10a and the second mounting beam 10b are the two mounting beams 10 located in the middle of the plurality of mounting beams 10. That is, at least one mounting beam 10, such as one, two, or three mounting beams 10, may be further disposed on the side of the first mounting beam 10a facing away from the second mounting beam 10b. That is, at least one mounting beam 10, such as one, two, or three mounting beams 10, may be further disposed on the side of the second mounting beam 10b facing away from the first mounting beam 10a. In some embodiments, as shown in FIG5 , there are four mounting beams 10, which are spaced apart in the transverse direction of the vehicle frame 200 to form three accommodating spaces 100a. In other words, the batteries 2000 in the three accommodating spaces 100a are arranged in the transverse direction of the vehicle frame 200, and each battery 2000 may be arranged in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle frame 200.
[0181] In the above scheme, by providing a plurality of connecting portions 20 arranged at intervals along the second direction y on the first mounting beam 10a, and providing a plurality of connecting portions 20 arranged at intervals along the second direction y on the second mounting beam 10b, and forming a channel 10c for the frame 200 to pass through between the connecting portions 20 on the first mounting beam 10a and the connecting portions 20 on the second mounting beam 10b, it is defined that the first direction x can be the transverse direction of the frame 200 (that is, the arrangement direction of a pair of longitudinal beams of the frame 200), thereby defining the battery 2000 to be arranged along the longitudinal direction of the frame 200, and the plurality of batteries 2000 to be arranged along the transverse direction of the frame 200, providing more options for the layout of the battery 2000, thereby improving the compatibility of the bracket 100.
[0182] According to some embodiments of the present application, referring to FIG. 5 and FIG. 10 , the bracket 100 further includes a first connecting beam 40 . The first connecting beam 40 extends along a first direction x and connects two adjacent mounting beams 10 .
[0183] The first connecting beam 40 is a beam structure that can extend along a first direction x, for example, in the transverse direction of the vehicle frame 200. The first connecting beam 40 connects two adjacent mounting beams 10, and its function may include improving the structural stability of the two adjacent mounting beams 10. It may also function to combine the two adjacent mounting beams 10 into a single unit.
[0184] In some embodiments, the first connecting beam 40 may be in the shape of a plate, a tube, or a rod.
[0185] In some embodiments, the first connecting beam 40 can connect two adjacent mounting beams 10 by bonding, welding, riveting or screwing. In some embodiments, the first connecting beam 40 and the mounting beam 10 can be integrally formed.
[0186] In the above solution, a first connecting beam 40 is provided to connect two adjacent mounting beams 10 to each other, thereby improving the structural stability of the two adjacent mounting beams 10, effectively carrying the battery 2000, reducing the risk of the battery 2000 falling off, and improving the driving stability of the vehicle 10000.
[0187] According to some embodiments of the present application, referring to FIG. 5 , the bracket 100 further includes a rib 30 . The rib 30 is located on a side of the connecting portion 20 away from the channel 10 c . The rib 30 connects the connecting portion 20 and the first connecting beam 40 .
[0188] In some embodiments, the rib 30 may be a component connecting the connecting portion 20 and the first connecting beam 40. In some embodiments, the rib 30 may be a component used to reinforce the structural strength of the connecting portion 20, the first connecting beam 40, and the vehicle frame 200. In some embodiments, the rib 30 may be a reinforcing rib, a reinforcing beam, or a reinforcing rib disposed between the connecting portion 20 and the first connecting beam 40. In some embodiments, the rib 30 may be made of a material such as aluminum alloy, steel, or cast iron. In some embodiments, the rib 30, the connecting portion 20, and the first connecting beam 40 may be made of the same or different materials.
[0189] In some embodiments, the ribs 30 can be connected to the connecting portion 20 by welding, screwing, or other connection methods. Alternatively, in some embodiments, the ribs 30 can be integrally formed with the connecting portion 20. In some embodiments, the ribs 30 can be connected to the first connecting beam 40 by welding, screwing, or other connection methods. Alternatively, in some embodiments, the ribs 30 can be integrally formed with the connecting portion 20 and the first connecting beam 40.
[0190] In the above solution, by providing the ribs 30 on the outside of the frame 200, on the one hand, the space outside the frame 200 can be reasonably utilized, and on the other hand, the structural strength of the connecting portion 20 and the first connecting beam 40 can be improved, thereby improving the structural strength of the mounting beam 10, reducing the risk of the battery 2000 falling off, and improving the driving reliability of the vehicle 10000 body.
[0191] According to some embodiments of the present application, referring to FIG. 5 , the connecting portion 20 extends along the gravity direction z.
[0192] In some embodiments, the gravity direction z is perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the frame 200 and the lateral direction of the frame 200 .
[0193] “The connecting portion 20 extends along the gravity direction z” can be understood as that the connecting portion 20 has a surface parallel to the gravity direction z, and the surface can be attached to the outer side surface of the longitudinal beam of the vehicle frame 200 .
[0194] In the above scheme, by setting the connecting part 20 to extend along the gravity direction z, so that the connecting part 20 has a larger area in the gravity direction z to be connected to the longitudinal beam, the connection stability between the mounting beam 10 and the longitudinal beam is improved, the risk of the battery 2000 falling off is reduced, and the driving reliability of the vehicle 10000 body is improved.
[0195] According to some embodiments of the present application, the connecting portion 20 is a flange of the rib 30 , and the rib 30 and the connecting portion 20 are arranged perpendicular to each other.
[0196] The phrase "connecting portion 20 is a flanged edge of rib 30" can be understood as meaning that connecting portion 20 is formed by bending rib 30, i.e., connecting portion 20 and rib 30 are an integral structure. The phrase "rib 30 and connecting portion 20 are arranged perpendicular to each other" can be understood as meaning that connecting portion 20 is formed by bending rib 30 90 degrees.
[0197] In the above scheme, the connecting part 20 can be the flange of the rib 30, that is, the connecting part 20 and the rib 30 are formed as one piece, which can make the connecting part 20 and the rib 30 have higher structural strength, and can effectively provide the structural strength of the mounting beam 10, thereby effectively carrying the battery 2000 and reducing the risk of the battery 2000 falling off.
[0198] According to some embodiments of the present application, please refer to Figure 9, the rib 30 includes a first rib 33 and a second rib 34 that are stacked, and the connecting portion 20 includes a first sub-connecting portion (not shown in the figure) and a second sub-connecting portion (not shown in the figure), the first sub-connecting portion is the flange of the first rib 33, and the second sub-connecting portion is the flange of the second rib 34.
[0199] In some embodiments, the rib 30 can be a double-layer plate structure. For example, the rib 30 can be formed by stacking two plate structures. For another example, the rib 30 can be formed into a two-layer plate structure by bending or other processes through a plate structure.
[0200] 9 , the rib 30 includes a first rib 33 and a second rib 34 stacked on top of each other in the thickness direction of the rib 30 .
[0201] The first sub-connection portion is a flange formed by bending the first rib 33, and the second sub-connection portion is a flange formed by bending the second rib 34. In the thickness direction of the rib 30, the first sub-connection portion and the second sub-connection portion are respectively located on opposite sides of the rib 30.
[0202] In the above scheme, the rib plate 30 can be a double-layer plate structure. Since the rib plate 30 is a double-layer plate structure, the rib plate 30 can form two flanges facing opposite directions, that is, forming a first sub-connection portion and a second sub-connection portion, so that there is a larger connection area between the rib plate 30 and the longitudinal beam, thereby improving the connection stability between the rib plate 30 and the longitudinal beam, thereby improving the structural strength of the mounting beam 10, so that the mounting beam 10 can effectively carry the battery 2000 and reduce the risk of the battery 2000 falling off.
[0203] According to some embodiments of the present application, referring to FIG. 4 , the bracket 100 further includes a second connecting beam 50 , which connects two adjacent connecting portions 20 .
[0204] The second connecting beam 50 is a beam structure. In some embodiments, the second connecting beam 50 can extend longitudinally along the vehicle frame 200. The second connecting beam 50 connects two adjacent connecting portions 20 and can improve the structural stability of the two adjacent connecting portions 20. In some embodiments, the second connecting beam 50 can be in the form of a plate, a tube, or a rod.
[0205] In some embodiments, the second connecting beam 50 can connect two adjacent connecting portions 20 by bonding, welding, riveting or screwing. In some embodiments, the second connecting beam 50 and the connecting portion 20 can be integrally formed.
[0206] In the above solution, by providing a second connecting beam 50 to connect two adjacent connecting parts 20, the structural stability of the connecting part 20 can be improved, thereby improving the structural stability of the bracket 100, reducing the risk of battery 2000 detachment, and improving the driving stability of the vehicle 10000.
[0207] According to other embodiments of the present application, referring to FIG. 9 , a reinforcing sheet 60 is provided on the connecting portion 20 , and the reinforcing sheet 60 is used to connect to the vehicle frame 200 .
[0208] In some embodiments, the reinforcement sheet 60 can be used to strengthen the structural strength of the connecting portion 20 and improve the stability of the connection between the connecting portion 20 and the vehicle frame 200. In some embodiments, the reinforcement sheet 60 can be a sheet-like structure, that is, the reinforcement sheet 60 is relatively thin, and the reinforcement sheet 60 can be attached to the surface of the connecting portion 20 and connected to the vehicle frame 200. In some embodiments, the reinforcement sheet 60 can be connected to the vehicle frame 200 by welding, riveting, or screwing.
[0209] Referring to FIG. 9 , the mounting unit may further include a reinforcement sheet 60, which includes a first portion 61, a second portion 62, and a third portion 63. The first portion 61 is connected to the top surface of the longitudinal beam, and the ends of the second portion 62 and the third portion 63 are connected to the first portion 61. The second portion 62 and the third portion 63 are disposed opposite each other in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle frame 200. A clearance gap is formed between the second portion 62 and the third portion 63. The clearance gap can avoid the rib 30 so that the second portion 62 and the third portion 63 can be located on opposite sides of the rib 30. The second portion 62 can contact a portion of the connecting portion 20, that is, a portion of the connecting portion 20 is located between the second portion and the vehicle frame 200. The third portion 63 can contact a portion of the connecting portion 20, that is, a portion of the connecting portion 20 is located between the third portion 63 and the vehicle frame 200. In some embodiments, the first portion 61 is fixed to the top surface of the longitudinal beam of the frame 200 by a screw, the second portion is connected to the outer side surface of the frame 200 by a screw passing through the portion of the connecting portion 20, and the third portion 63 is connected to the outer side surface of the frame 200 by a screw passing through the portion of the connecting portion 20.
[0210] In the above solution, by providing the reinforcing sheet 60, the structural strength of the connecting portion 20 can be effectively improved, and the connection stability between the connecting portion 20 and the frame 200 can be improved, thereby improving the structural stability of the bracket 100, reducing the risk of the battery 2000 falling off, and improving the driving stability of the vehicle 10000.
[0211] According to some embodiments of the present application, the mounting beam 10 is a square tube beam.
[0212] In some embodiments, the mounting beam 10 may be a tubular structure having a cavity therein.
[0213] In the above solution, by setting the mounting beam 10 as a square tube beam, on the one hand, the material cost is low, and on the other hand, the material structure strength is high, which can effectively carry the battery 2000 and reduce the risk of the battery 2000 falling off.
[0214] According to some embodiments of the present application, referring to FIG2 , two mounting beams 10 located in the middle of the plurality of mounting beams 10 are provided with two rows of mounting portions 11 , which are staggered. In FIG2 , part of the mounting portions 11 is blocked by the crossbeams of the vehicle frame 200 .
[0215] The phrase "two rows of mounting portions 11 are provided on the two middle mounting beams 10 of the plurality of mounting beams 10" can be understood as meaning that the two middle mounting beams 10 can each be provided with two rows of mounting portions 11. One row of mounting portions 11 in the two rows of mounting portions 11 represents a portion of mounting portions 11 in one group of mounting portions 11, while the other row of mounting portions 11 represents a portion of mounting portions 11 in the other group of mounting portions 11. The phrase "the two rows of mounting portions 11 are staggered" can be understood as meaning that the projections of the two rows of mounting portions 11 along the first direction x do not overlap.
[0216] Two rows of mounting portions 11 are provided on the two mounting beams 10 in the middle, and can respectively mount portions of two adjacent batteries 2000 .
[0217] In the above scheme, when swapping batteries, multiple battery swap execution ends (such as battery swapping heads) can simultaneously act on the interconnected parts of multiple mounting parts 11 and batteries 2000. The two mounting beams 10 in the middle can mount two batteries 2000. By staggering the two rows of mounting parts 11 on the two mounting beams 10, the risk of interference between two adjacent battery swap execution ends can be reduced, allowing multiple battery swap execution ends to work simultaneously and improve battery swap efficiency.
[0218] According to some embodiments of the present application, please refer to FIG7 . The mounting portion 11 includes a mounting hole 110 formed on the mounting beam 10 .
[0219] In some embodiments, the mounting hole 110 may be a through-hole structure penetrating the mounting beam 10 along the gravity direction z. In some embodiments, the battery 2000 has a mounting member, which can pass through the mounting hole 110 and be mounted on the mounting beam 10.
[0220] In the above scheme, on the one hand, the mounting part 11 has a simple structure and is easy to manufacture; on the other hand, since the mounting part 11 has a simple structure, the connection method between the battery 2000 and the mounting part 11 is also simple, which can effectively improve the battery replacement efficiency.
[0221] According to other embodiments of the present application, please refer to FIG11 , which is a schematic diagram of the mounting portion 11 in other embodiments of the present application.
[0222] The mounting portion 11 further includes a mounting sleeve 111 , which is disposed in the mounting hole 110 .
[0223] In some embodiments, the mounting sleeve 111 can be disposed within the mounting hole 110. The mounting sleeve 111 can be disposed within the mounting hole 110 by bonding, welding, screwing, or other methods. In some embodiments, the material of the mounting sleeve 111 can be the same as or different from the material of the mounting beam 10. In some embodiments, the material of the mounting sleeve 111 can be aluminum alloy, steel, or reinforced plastic.
[0224] In the above solution, by arranging the mounting sleeve 111 in the mounting hole 110, the structural strength of the mounting portion 11 can be improved, so that the battery 2000 can be stably connected to the bracket 100, reducing the risk of the battery 2000 falling off and improving the driving stability of the vehicle 10000.
[0225] According to some embodiments of the present application, please refer to Figure 12, which is a schematic diagram of a bracket assembly 1000 in some embodiments of the present application. A bracket assembly 1000 is also provided, comprising the bracket 100 described above and a plurality of first connectors 1001. The plurality of first connectors 1001 are disposed on the bracket 100, with the number of first connectors 1001 being equal to the number of groups of mounting portions 11, and each first connector 1001 being configured to connect to a second connector of a battery 2000.
[0226] The bracket assembly 1000 is a component for mounting the battery 2000. In the vehicle 10000, the bracket assembly 1000 may be disposed at the bottom of the vehicle 10000. In some embodiments, the bracket assembly 1000 may include a vehicle frame 200, or the bracket assembly 1000 may be mounted on the vehicle frame 200.
[0227] In some embodiments, the first connector 1001 is a component that connects to the second connector of the battery 2000, and one first connector 1001 is used to connect to the second connector of one battery 2000. In some embodiments, the first connector 1001 may include, but is not limited to, a high- or low-voltage connector for connecting to the battery 2000 or a liquid cooling connector for connecting to the battery 2000. In some embodiments, the high- or low-voltage connector can be electrically connected to the battery 2000 to enable input or output of the battery 2000, as well as input or output of electrical signals. The liquid cooling connector can be used to input or output a heat exchange medium from the battery 2000 to provide thermal management for the battery 2000.
[0228] "The number of first connectors 1001 is equal to the number of groups of mounting parts 11" can be understood as that the vehicle 10000 can replace the battery on demand. No matter how many batteries 2000 are mounted on the bracket assembly 1000 through the mounting part 11, each battery 2000 can be connected to the corresponding first connector 1001, so that each battery 2000 can work normally and charge and discharge normally. For example, based on the endurance requirements of the vehicle 10000, it can be divided into short-distance endurance requirements, medium-distance endurance requirements and long-distance endurance requirements. Short-distance endurance requirements can correspond to one battery 2000; medium-distance endurance requirements correspond to two batteries 2000; long-distance endurance requirements correspond to three batteries 2000. For this reason, the bracket 100 of the bracket assembly 1000 can be provided with three groups of mounting parts 11, so as to be able to mount up to three batteries 2000 to meet the longest endurance requirements. When short-distance battery life is required, only one battery 2000 can be mounted, and the second connector of the battery 2000 is connected to one first connector 1001. When medium-distance battery life is required, only two batteries 2000 can be mounted, and the second connectors of the two batteries 2000 are respectively connected to two first connectors 1001. When long-distance battery life is required, three batteries 2000 can be mounted, and the second connector of each battery 2000 is connected to the corresponding first connector 1001.
[0229] In the above scheme, by setting multiple first connectors 1001 and setting multiple groups of mounting parts 11 on the bracket 100, the number of batteries 2000 that need to be replaced can be adjusted based on the battery life requirements (that is, battery replacement on demand, for example, when the required battery life is shorter, a smaller number of batteries 2000 can be installed on the corresponding number of mounting parts 11 in the multiple groups of mounting parts 11, and the second connector of each battery 2000 is connected to the corresponding first connector 1001; when the required battery life is longer, a larger number of batteries 2000 can be installed on the corresponding number of mounting parts 11 in the multiple groups of mounting parts 11, and the second connector of each battery 2000 is connected to the corresponding first connector 1001), thereby saving the cost of additional batteries 2000 and effectively reducing the battery replacement cost.
[0230] According to some embodiments of the present application, a vehicle 10000 is provided, comprising the bracket assembly 1000 provided above and at least one battery 2000. Each battery 2000 is detachably connected to a set of mounting portions 11.
[0231] In the above solution, a vehicle 10000 is provided. By setting the bracket assembly 1000 provided above, the vehicle 10000 can replace batteries on demand, that is, according to its own endurance requirements, the number of battery replacement batteries 2000 can be adjusted to achieve the purpose of reducing battery replacement costs.
[0232] According to some embodiments of the present application, a bracket 100 is provided, as shown in FIG. 1 to FIG. 11 .
[0233] Bracket 100 is mounted on a vehicle frame 200 of a vehicle 10000, specifically a heavy truck frame 200. Bracket 100 can be installed on the vehicle frame 200 of vehicle 10000 when the vehicle 10000 leaves the factory. Bracket 100 can also be retrofitted to the vehicle frame 200 of vehicle 10000 after the vehicle 10000 leaves the factory.
[0234] In some embodiments, the frame 200 may be that of a heavy truck. Heavy trucks require different capacities of batteries 2000 when transporting different cargoes or along different transport routes. For example, a 200-degree battery 2000 (e.g., one battery 2000) is required for short-distance driving, a 400-degree battery 2000 (e.g., two batteries 2000) is required for medium-distance driving, and a 600-degree battery 2000 (e.g., three batteries 2000) is required for long-distance driving. To save on battery replacement costs, the bracket 100 is provided with multiple mounting portions 11, each mounting portion 11 being used to detachably connect a battery 2000.
[0235] The bracket 100 includes multiple mounting beams 10. For example, the bracket 100 includes four mounting beams 10, which are spaced apart in a first direction x to define three accommodating spaces 100a. Each accommodating space 100a is used to accommodate a battery 2000. This means that by installing the bracket 100, three batteries 2000 can be mounted, or at least one battery 2000 can be mounted. In other words, a vehicle 10000 equipped with the bracket 100 can replace one to three batteries 2000.
[0236] A plurality of mounting portions 11 can be provided on each mounting beam 10. For example, referring to FIG2 , along the first direction x, the two outermost mounting beams 10 are each provided with a row of mounting portions 11. One mounting portion 11 has six mounting portions 11, and the six mounting portions 11 in each row of mounting portions 11 can be arranged along the second direction y. The second direction y, the first direction x, and the direction of gravity z are perpendicular to each other. The two mounting beams 10 in the middle are each provided with two rows of mounting portions 11, that is, 12 mounting portions 11 are provided (in FIG2 , some mounting portions 11 are blocked by the crossbeams of the frame 200). In the first direction x, every two rows of mounting portions 11 form a group of mounting portions 11, that is, a battery 2000 can be mounted on the bracket 100 through 12 mounting portions 11. The staggered arrangement of the mounting portions 11 in the two rows of mounting beams 10 in the middle can reduce the risk of interference between two adjacent battery swapping terminals, allowing multiple battery swapping terminals to operate simultaneously and improving battery swapping efficiency. In some embodiments, the mounting portion 11 can include a mounting hole 110 formed on the mounting beam 10 and a mounting sleeve 111 disposed within the mounting hole 110.
[0237] The vehicle frame 200 includes a pair of longitudinal beams, including a first longitudinal beam 201 and a second longitudinal beam 202. The transverse direction of the vehicle frame 200 may be the arrangement direction of the first longitudinal beam 201 and the second longitudinal beam 202. The longitudinal direction of the vehicle frame 200 may be the extension direction of the first longitudinal beam 201 and the second longitudinal beam 202.
[0238] In some embodiments, referring to FIG. 3 , the first direction x can be the longitudinal direction of the frame 200, i.e., the plurality of batteries 2000 are arranged longitudinally along the frame 200. A plurality of mounting beams 10 are spaced apart longitudinally along the frame 200. Each mounting beam 10 is provided with two connecting portions 20, which are spaced apart transversely along the frame 200. The two connecting portions 20 and the mounting portion together form an upwardly opening groove 21 for the frame 200 to pass through.
[0239] A rib plate 30 is further provided between the connecting portion 20 and the mounting beam 10 , and the rib plate 30 is used to strengthen the structural strength of the connecting portion 20 and the mounting beam 10 .
[0240] 4 and 5 , the first direction x may be the transverse direction of the vehicle frame 200 , that is, the plurality of batteries 2000 are arranged transversely of the vehicle frame 200 . The plurality of mounting beams 10 are spaced apart transversely of the vehicle frame 200 .
[0241] The four mounting beams 10 include a first mounting beam 10a and a second mounting beam 10b located in the middle. A plurality of connecting portions 20 are arranged on the first mounting beam 10a at intervals along the longitudinal direction of the frame 200, and a plurality of connecting portions 20 are arranged on the second mounting beam 10b at intervals along the longitudinal direction of the frame 200. A channel 10c for the frame 200 to pass through is formed between the connecting portions 20 on the first mounting beam 10a and the connecting portions 20 on the second mounting beam 10b, and the connecting portions 20 are used to connect to the longitudinal beams of the frame 200.
[0242] In the transverse direction of the vehicle frame 200, a plurality of first connecting beams 40 are disposed between two adjacent mounting beams 10.
