DETAILED DESCRIPTION
[0071] In order to make the purpose, technical solutions and advantages of this application more clearly understood, the present application is further described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are only used to explain this application and are not intended to limit this application.
[0072] The hydraulic module is used to exchange heat between the refrigerant in the refrigerant flow channel and the water in the water delivery channel, thereby heating the water, or cooling the water, thereby outputting water at a set temperature and delivering it to water storage devices such as water tanks, or to heat release devices such as floor heating pipes and radiators.
[0073] The inventors discovered that the layout of the hydraulic module's heat exchanger, small water tank heater, water pump, expansion tank, temperature controller, and electronic control box and other components within the box is inappropriately designed, which can easily lead to moisture remaining in the internal space of these devices. The residual moisture can easily cause corrosion to the internal structure of the components. For example, when the hydraulic module is inspected, the moisture inside the hydraulic module is drained. If there is still moisture remaining, it will take a long time for the hydraulic module to be put into use in the user's home, and the residual moisture is likely to cause corrosion to the internal structure of the components. Therefore, it is necessary to set the layout of the components inside the hydraulic module so that the water in the internal space of the hydraulic module components can be more fully discharged. Based on this, the embodiment of the present application provides a hydraulic module and a heat pump system.
[0074] The hydraulic module provided in the embodiment of the present application can be used in air-energy water heaters, as well as in home heating equipment such as floor heating and radiators, which are not specifically limited here. As shown in Figures 1 to 3, the structural diagrams of the hydraulic module 10 provided in one embodiment of the present application are shown.
[0075] The hydraulic module 10 provided in the embodiment of the present application includes multiple functional components, for example, the functional components include an expansion tank 200, a heat exchange device 300, a water tank 400 and a water pump 500, etc.
[0076] The heat exchange device 300 has a water channel and a refrigerant channel, each of which carries fluids of different temperatures. The fluid in the water channel exchanges heat with the fluid in the refrigerant channel to regulate the temperature of the fluid in the water channel. The heat exchange device 300 includes a temperature probe assembly extending into the water channel. The temperature probe assembly is used to detect the temperature of the fluid in the water channel, thereby regulating the temperature of the fluid in the refrigerant channel based on the temperature of the fluid in the water channel, and further regulating the temperature of the fluid output from the water channel to within a preset temperature range.
[0077] A first water inlet 310a is formed at one end of the water supply channel, and a first water outlet 320a is formed at the other end. The first water inlet 310a is used to connect to an external water source. The water flow transported by the external water source enters the water supply channel from the first water inlet 310a and is output from the first water outlet 320a. The flow direction of the fluid in the water supply channel is opposite to the flow direction of the fluid in the refrigerant channel, so as to improve the heat exchange efficiency between the fluid in the water supply channel and the fluid in the refrigerant channel. The temperature detection component is used to detect the temperature of the water flow at and near the first water inlet 310a and the first water outlet 320a, so as to obtain the temperature state of the water flow in the water supply channel. The heat exchange device 300 includes a plate heat exchange device 300, a sleeve heat exchange device 300, etc.
[0078] The water tank 400 has a water storage chamber. It also has a second water inlet 410a and a second water outlet 420a in communication with the water storage chamber. Water enters the water tank 400 through the second water inlet 410a and exits the water storage chamber through the second water outlet 420a. Part of the water that enters the water tank 400 is buffered within the water storage chamber. The water tank 400 has a heater that heats the water stored in the water storage chamber to regulate the temperature of the water flowing out of the second water outlet 420a of the water tank 400.
[0079] The water pump 500 has a water intake end 510 and a water delivery end 520. The water intake end 510 of the water pump 500 is used to communicate with at least one of the water tank 400 or the heat exchange device 300, while the water delivery end 520 of the water pump 500 is used to communicate with the outside. Water flows from the water intake end 510 into the water pump 500 and is output from the water delivery end 520 to an external structure. The water pump 500 is used to provide water delivery power, allowing the water in the hydraulic module 10 to flow within the internal spaces of the water tank 400 and the heat exchange device 300.
[0080] The expansion tank 200 has an expansion port 210 for communicating with at least one of the water tank 400 and the heat exchanger 300. The expansion tank 200 is used to balance pressure fluctuations in the water system caused by temperature changes. As the water temperature rises, its volume expands, increasing the pressure within the water pipes. The expansion tank 200 allows the expanded water in the system to be squeezed into the expansion tank 200, thereby achieving pressure balance within a certain range.
[0081] The first water outlet 320a is connected to the second water inlet 410a, and the second water outlet 420a is connected to the water drawing end 510 of the water pump 500. When the water pump 500 runs, it drives the water flow from the first water inlet 310a into the water delivery channel, flows from the first water outlet 320a to the second water inlet 410a and flows into the water storage chamber. The water in the water storage chamber is pumped from the second water outlet 420a to the water drawing end 510 of the water pump 500, and the water in the water pump 500 is then supplied to the external structure from the water delivery end 520. For example, the water delivery end 520 is connected to the floor heating pipe of the floor heating.
[0082] As shown in Figure 2, in the direction of gravity G, the water pump 500 is located below the water tank 400, the expansion tank 200 is located above the heat exchange device 300, the first water inlet 310a is lower than the first water outlet 320a, the first water outlet 320a is connected to the second water inlet 410a, and the first water outlet 320a is lower than the second water inlet 410a, or, the first water outlet 320a is flush with the second water inlet 410a, the second water inlet 410a is lower than the second water outlet 420a, and the second water outlet 420a is connected to the water drawing end 510 of the water pump 500. In this way, when the water inside the hydraulic module 10 needs to be drained, gravity allows the water in the water storage chamber of the water tank 400 to flow out sequentially through the second water inlet 410a, the first water outlet 320a, the water delivery channel, and the first water inlet 310a. Furthermore, the second water outlet 420a, which is connected to the water pump 500, is located above the water pump 500 in the direction of gravity G. This allows the water inside the structural member connecting the second water outlet 420a and the water pump 500's water intake end 510 to be more fully drained under the action of gravity. Furthermore, the water tank 400 employs a bottom-in, top-out water supply method. When the water in the water storage chamber is heated, water is stored in the lower area of the water storage chamber, reducing the risk of water drying out and improving safety.
[0083] The expansion port 210 of the expansion tank 200 is connected to the first water inlet 310a. This allows the expansion tank 200 to communicate with the water supply channel of the heat exchange device 300 and the water storage chamber of the water tank 400, thereby balancing the pressure within these channels. In the direction of gravity G, the first water inlet 310a is located relatively below the hydraulic module 10. The spacious area below the hydraulic module 10 facilitates the placement of components for detecting and regulating the pressure within the water supply channel of the heat exchange device 300. This makes the overall layout of the hydraulic module 10 compact and facilitates maintenance and installation.
[0084] In the horizontal direction, the first water inlet 310a and the first water outlet 320a are both opened toward the side where the water tank 400 is located, and the second water inlet 410a and the second water outlet 420a are both opened toward the side where the heat exchange device 300 is located, so as to facilitate the communication between the first water outlet 320a and the second water inlet 410a, and to reduce the number of reversals of the structural parts connecting the first water outlet 320a and the second water inlet 410a. In addition, such an arrangement can also enable the structural parts connected to the first water inlet 310a, the first water outlet 320a, the second water inlet 410a and the second water outlet 420a to be more located between the water tank 400 and the heat exchange device 300, so that the overall layout of the hydraulic module 10 is compact, which facilitates reducing the thickness of the hydraulic module 10.
[0085] The heat exchange device 300 includes a heat exchange box having a water flow channel and a refrigerant flow channel therein. The heat exchange device 300 also includes a first water inlet port 310 and a first water outlet port 320. The first water inlet port 310 has a first water inlet 310a, and the first water outlet port 320 has a first water outlet 320a. Both the first water inlet port 310 and the first water outlet port 320 are protruding from the outer surface of the heat exchange box, so that structural components can be connected to the first water inlet port 310 and the first water outlet port 320, thereby establishing communication between the first water inlet port 310a and the first water outlet port 320a and the corresponding structural components.
[0086] In the direction of gravity G, the first water inlet 310a and the first water outlet 320a are arranged side by side along the first straight line A, so that the first water inlet 310a and the first water outlet 320a are arranged on the same straight line, which is convenient for arranging the positions of the structural parts connected to the first water inlet 310a and the first water outlet 320a, and at the same time prevents these structural parts from interfering with the structural parts connecting the refrigerant flow channel, so that the structural parts connected to the heat exchange device 300 are arranged in order, which is convenient for maintenance and installation.
[0087] The water tank 400 includes a water tank body, which has a water storage cavity. The water tank 400 also includes a second water inlet interface 410 connected to the second water inlet 410a and a second water outlet interface 420 connected to the second water outlet 420a. The second water inlet interface 410 and the second water outlet interface 420 are both protruding from the outer surface of the water tank 400 so that structural parts can be set on the second water inlet interface 410 and the second water outlet interface 420 to achieve communication between the second water inlet 410a and the second water outlet 420a and the corresponding structural parts.
[0088] In the direction of gravity G, the second water inlet 410a and the second water outlet 420a are arranged side by side along the second straight line B, so that the second water inlet 410a and the second water outlet 420a are arranged on the same straight line, so as to further improve the compactness of the water tank 400 and the structural parts connecting the head to the water tank 400, which helps to reduce the size of the hydraulic module 10.
[0089] The hydraulic module 10 also includes an integrated piping subsystem, which includes multiple connecting pipes. Two functional components of the hydraulic module 10 are connected via at least one connecting pipe. For example, the first water outlet 320a of the heat exchanger 300 is connected to the second water inlet 410a of the water tank 400 via one or two connecting pipes; the second water outlet 420a of the water tank 400 is connected to the water intake end 510 of the water pump 500 via one or two connecting pipes. This application does not limit the number of connecting pipes connecting two functional components; the number can be selected based on actual needs.
[0090] Optionally, one of the connecting pipes of the integrated piping subsystem is a transition pipe 610, which connects the first water outlet 320a and the second water inlet 410a. Specifically, one end of the transition pipe 610 is connected to the first water outlet interface 320 to connect with the water supply channel, and one end of the transition pipe 610 is connected to the second water inlet interface 410 to connect with the water storage chamber.
[0091] The transition pipe 610 is a transition straight pipe, the axial direction of which is perpendicular to the first straight line A and the second straight line B. The first water outlet 320a and the second water inlet 410a are connected through the transition straight pipe, which facilitates the smooth flow of water between the first water outlet 320a and the second water inlet 410a, so that the pipeline connecting the first water outlet 320a and the second water inlet 410a occupies less space.
[0092] Furthermore, the central axis of the transition straight pipe is located in the plane defined by the first straight line A and the second straight line B, that is, the central axes of the first water outlet 320a, the first water inlet 310a, the second water outlet 420a and the second water inlet 410a are coplanar, so that the water tank 400 and the heat exchange device 300 can be coplanar, which facilitates the compact structure of the hydraulic module 10 and also facilitates the smooth flow of water in the water tank 400, the heat exchange device 300 and the connecting pipeline.
[0093] At least one connecting pipe in the integrated piping subsystem forms a water tank flow conduit 620. One end of the water tank flow conduit 620 is connected to the second water outlet interface 420, and the other end of the water tank flow conduit 620 is connected to the water intake end 510 of the water pump 500. The water tank flow conduit 620 connects the second water outlet 420a and the water intake end 510 of the water pump 500. In the direction of gravity G, the water pump 500 is located below the water tank 400, so that the second water inlet 410a and the second water outlet 420a are both higher than the water pump 500. Therefore, the water tank flow conduit 620 connecting the second water outlet 420a and the water intake end 510 of the water pump 500 needs to be designed to be relatively long. For ease of assembly, the water tank flow conduit 620 can be constructed by splicing two or three connecting pipe sections.
[0094] When the water tank flow guide pipe 620 connects the second water outlet 420a and the water intake end 510 of the water pump 500, the water tank flow guide pipe 620 can optionally be set to extend from the second water outlet 420a to pass through the outside of the transition pipe 610 and then extend to connect with the water intake end 510 of the water pump 500. This allows the water tank flow guide pipe 620 to be relatively concentrated between the water tank 400 and the heat exchange device 300, making full use of the installation space. The water tank flow guide pipe 620 designed in this way has a multi-section bending structure. Optionally, the water tank flow guide pipe 620 includes a first straight pipe 621, a second straight pipe 622, and a third straight pipe 623 connected in sequence. The first straight pipe 621 and the third straight pipe 623 are respectively arranged at an angle to the second straight pipe 622.
[0095] Specifically, as shown in FIG3 , the axis of the first straight pipe 621 is perpendicular to the second straight line B, and the first straight pipe 621 is connected to the second water outlet 420a. For example, the second water outlet interface 420 is protruding from the outer surface of the water tank body, and the axis of the second water outlet interface 420 is parallel to the axis of the transition straight pipe. The first straight pipe 621 is connected to the second water outlet interface 420, and the axis of the first straight pipe 621 is perpendicular to the axis of the second water outlet interface 420. The second straight pipe 622 is connected to the first straight pipe 621. The second straight pipe 622 extends from the first straight pipe 621 in a direction parallel to the second straight line B, passes outside the transition pipe 610, and extends to connect with the third straight pipe 623. For example, the axes of the first straight pipe 621, the second straight pipe 622, and the second water outlet interface 420 are angled relative to each other. The third straight pipe 623 extends from the second straight pipe 622 in a direction at an angle to the second straight line B, and connects to the water intake end 510 of the water pump 500. In this way, the water tank guide pipe 620 is formed into a two-section bent structure, and the bending angle of the water tank guide pipe 620 at the bending portion can be made larger, thereby facilitating the flow of water and enabling smooth drainage.
[0096] The first straight pipe 621, the second straight pipe 622, and the third straight pipe 623 of the water tank flow conduit 620 can each be formed by a single connecting pipe. Alternatively, the water tank flow conduit 620 can be formed by splicing two connecting pipes. For example, a portion of one connecting pipe forms the first straight pipe 621, another portion mates with a portion of another connecting pipe to form the second straight pipe 622, and the remaining portion of the other connecting pipe forms the third straight pipe 623. This application does not limit the number of connecting pipes spliced together to form the water tank flow conduit 620, and the number can be selected based on actual needs.
[0097] In addition, one end of the second straight pipe 622 is directly connected to the first straight pipe 621, and the other end of the second straight pipe 622 is directly connected to the third straight pipe 623. Alternatively, the water tank flow guide pipe 620 also includes a first connecting pipe section (not shown) connected between the first straight pipe 621 and the second straight pipe 622, and a second connecting pipe section (not shown) connected between the second straight pipe 622 and the third straight pipe 623. The first connecting pipe section can be a straight pipe or a curved pipe, and the second connecting pipe section can be a straight pipe or a curved pipe. When the first connecting pipe section is a straight pipe, the first connecting pipe section is arranged at an angle to the first straight pipe 621 and the second straight pipe 622, respectively; when the second connecting pipe section is a straight pipe, the second connecting pipe section is arranged at an angle to the second straight pipe 622 and the third straight pipe 623, respectively.
[0098] The hydraulic module also includes a housing 100, which includes a top wall 110, a bottom wall 120, and a peripheral sidewall 130. The peripheral sidewall 130 is connected between the top wall 110 and the bottom wall 120. The peripheral sidewall 130, the top wall 110, and the bottom wall 120 collectively define a housing chamber 100a. The peripheral sidewall 130 includes a front sidewall and a rear sidewall 131. The front sidewall can be opened or closed to facilitate installation and maintenance of components installed in the housing chamber 100a. The second straight pipe 622 is disposed between the transition pipe 610 and the rear sidewall 131.
[0099] One of the connecting pipes in the integrated piping subsystem forms an expansion conduit 630. The first end of the expansion conduit 630 is connected to the expansion port 210 of the expansion tank 200, the second end is connected to the first water inlet 310a of the heat exchange device 300, and the third end is connected to an external water source. External water enters the water flow channel through the first water inlet 310a of the expansion conduit 630. The first water inlet 310a and the expansion port 210 of the expansion tank 200 are connected to the same expansion conduit 630. This allows the expansion tank 200 to balance the pressure in the water flow channel and the space connected to the water flow channel.
[0100] Optionally, the expansion conduit 630 comprises a first section 631 and a second section 632. The second section 632 is disposed within the first section 631, and the internal flow paths of the first section 631 and the second section 632 are interconnected. The second section 632 is connected to the first water inlet 310a. One end of the first section 631 is connected to the expansion port 210 of the expansion tank 200, and the other end is disposed on the bottom wall 120 of the housing 100 and connected to an external water source. The expansion conduit 630 comprises two sections, facilitating integral molding of the expansion conduit 630. Optionally, the first section 631 and the second section 632 are integrally injection molded.
[0101] Both the first pipe section 631 and the second pipe section 632 are straight pipes, and the axial direction of the second pipe section 632 is at an angle to the axial direction of the first pipe section 631. For example, the axial direction of the second pipe section 632 is perpendicular to the axial direction of the first pipe section 631; or, the axial direction of the second pipe section 632 is at an acute angle to the axial direction of the part of the first pipe section 631 that is connected to the expansion port 210 of the expansion tank 200.
[0102] Optionally, the axial direction of the first pipe segment 631 is arranged along the gravity direction G, the lower end of the first pipe segment 631 is used to communicate with an external water source, and the upper end is used to communicate with the expansion port 210 of the expansion tank 200. The axial direction of the second pipe segment 632 is perpendicular to the axial direction of the first pipe segment 631, and the open end of the second pipe segment 632 is arranged toward the first water inlet 310a.
[0103] The expansion port 210 of the expansion tank 200 is in communication with the expansion flow guide pipe 630. Optionally, the hydraulic module 10 further includes an expansion pipe 701, which is connected to the expansion port 210. The expansion pipe 701 extends from the expansion port 210 to pass through the outside of the transition pipe 610 and continues to extend to connect with the first pipe section 631 of the expansion flow guide pipe 630. For example, the expansion pipe 701 extends through the side of the transition pipe 610 away from the second straight pipe 622 to connect with the first pipe section 631 of the expansion flow guide pipe 630.
[0104] In the gravity direction G, the expansion port 210 of the expansion tank 200 is opened toward the side where the heat exchange device 300 is located, so that the expansion pipe 701 is arranged to connect the expansion port 210 and the expansion guide pipe 630 to reduce the number of bends of the expansion pipe 701.
[0105] The hydraulic module 10 also includes a pressure gauge 702, which is located within the expansion flow conduit 630. The pressure gauge 702 is used to measure the pressure within the flow channel of the expansion flow conduit 630, thereby measuring the pressure within the water flow channel and the cavity connected to the water flow channel. For example, the pressure gauge 702 is located in the portion of the first pipe section 631 that is connected to the expansion port 210 of the expansion tank 200.
[0106] The hydraulic module 10 also includes a pressure relief valve 703, which is located within the expansion conduit 630. This valve is designed to relieve pressure within the expansion conduit 630 when the pressure gauge 702 detects that the pressure within the conduit 630 exceeds a preset pressure, thereby improving operational safety. For example, the pressure relief valve 703 is located at the end of the first conduit section 631 that is connected to an external water source.
[0107] Optionally, the pressure gauge 702 and the pressure relief valve 703 are arranged on the first pipe section 631 and are arranged on the side where the second pipe section 632 is located, so as to prevent the pressure gauge 702, the pressure relief valve 703 and the second pipe section 632 from being installed at the same position, which makes it inconvenient to disassemble and assemble the pressure gauge 702 and the pressure relief valve 703.
[0108] One end of the refrigerant flow channel of the heat exchange device 300 forms a refrigerant inlet, and the other end forms a refrigerant outlet. The refrigerant inlet is arranged adjacent to the first water outlet 320a, and the refrigerant outlet is arranged adjacent to the first water inlet 310a, so that the flow direction of the fluid in the refrigerant flow channel is opposite to the flow direction of the fluid in the water supply channel. In the horizontal direction, the refrigerant inlet and the refrigerant outlet are both opened toward the side where the water tank 400 is located. In the direction of gravity G, the refrigerant inlet and the refrigerant outlet are arranged side by side along the third straight line C. The refrigerant inlet, refrigerant outlet, first water inlet 310a, and first water outlet 320a are opened toward the same side, which facilitates the orderly arrangement of the structural components connecting the refrigerant inlet, refrigerant outlet, first water inlet 310a, and first water outlet 320a, resulting in a compact structure.
[0109] The heat exchanger 300 includes a refrigerant input port 330 and a refrigerant output port 340. The refrigerant input port 330 has a refrigerant inlet, and the refrigerant output port 340 has a refrigerant outlet. Both the refrigerant input port 330 and the refrigerant output port 340 are protruding from the outer surface of the heat exchanger body. The refrigerant input port 330, the refrigerant output port 340, the first water inlet port 310, and the first water outlet port 320 are axially parallel.
[0110] The hydraulic module 10 also includes a refrigerant inlet pipe 704 and a refrigerant output pipe 705. One end of the refrigerant inlet pipe 704 is connected to the refrigerant inlet and the other end is connected to the refrigerant system. One end of the refrigerant output pipe 705 is connected to the refrigerant outlet and the other end is connected to the refrigerant system. Specifically, the refrigerant inlet pipe 704 is connected to the refrigerant input interface 330, and the refrigerant output pipe 705 is connected to the refrigerant output interface 340. The refrigerant system is used to regulate the temperature of the fluid delivered to the refrigerant flow channel.
[0111] The hydraulic module 10 also includes a pressure relief pipe 706, one end of which is connected to the pressure relief valve 703 and the other end is connected to the external atmosphere. For example, one end of the pressure relief pipe 706 is connected to the part of the first pipe section 631 adjacent to the pressure relief valve 703; or, the pressure relief pipe 706 is connected to the pressure relief valve 703.
[0112] The bottom wall 120 and top wall 110 of the housing 100 are disposed opposite each other in the direction of gravity G and connected to opposite ends of the peripheral sidewall 130 to define an accommodating chamber 100a. The bottom wall 120 has multiple pipe installation openings, and the water pump 500 also has a water delivery end 520. The water delivery end 520 of the water pump 500, the refrigerant input pipe 704, the refrigerant output pipe 705, and the expansion guide pipe 630 are each provided with a corresponding pipe installation opening for communication with an external system. The ends of the integrated piping subsystem that communicate with the external system are integrated into the bottom wall 120, facilitating installation and maintenance and resulting in a compact structure.
[0113] The plurality of pipeline installation openings are spaced apart in a plane perpendicular to the gravity direction G to prevent the pipelines from interfering with each other when passing through the bottom wall 120 and communicating with the external system.
[0114] In the embodiment of the present application, the areas between the multiple functional components and the housing 100 form a pipeline accommodating space, and at least a portion of the pipeline accommodating space is located between at least two functional components. The areas between at least one of the front sidewall, rear sidewall 131, top wall 110, and bottom wall 120 and the multiple functional components form a pipeline accommodating space. For example, the areas between the expansion tank 200, heat exchange device 300, water tank 400, water pump 500, front sidewall, rear sidewall 131, top wall 110, and bottom wall 120 form a pipeline accommodating space. At least a portion of the connecting pipelines are disposed in the pipeline accommodating space, for example, the transition pipe 610, water tank guide pipe 620, and expansion guide pipe 630 are disposed in the pipeline accommodating space.
[0115] Among them, when the connecting pipe is set in the pipe accommodating space, due to the small and irregular pipeline accommodating space, the direction design of the connecting pipe is difficult, it is inconvenient to disassemble and repair the connecting pipe, and it is difficult to install the connecting pipe in place.
[0116] As shown in FIG4 , the hydraulic module 10 of the embodiment of the present application further includes a pipe docking assembly 20, which is provided at the connection between the connecting pipe and the functional device in the pipe accommodating space to form a group of pipe docking assemblies 20; or, it is provided at the connection between two adjacent connecting pipes in the pipe accommodating space to form a group of pipe docking assemblies 20. The embodiment of the present application realizes the docking of two connecting pipes or the docking of the connecting pipe and the functional device through the pipe docking assembly 20, and can realize the splicing and disassembly of complex connecting pipes even in a narrow and irregular pipe accommodating space. In addition, it is also possible to install each functional device in place first and then assemble each connecting pipe, which makes the assembly method of the hydraulic module simpler and helps to improve assembly efficiency.
[0117] The pipe docking assembly 20 at the connection between connecting pipes is a component that enables the connecting pipes to dock with each other; or the pipe docking assembly 20 at the connection between two adjacent connecting pipes is a component that enables the connecting pipes to dock with functional devices, for example, the docking method includes at least one of plug-in and clip-on connection. In this way, the connection between connecting pipes and functional devices, as well as the connection between two adjacent connecting pipes, can be completed directly using the docking assembly method, which is convenient to assemble and suitable for assembling connecting pipes installed in confined spaces.
[0118] As shown in Figure 5, the pipe docking assembly 20 includes a sleeve portion 21, a plug portion 22, and a stopper 23. The sleeve portion 21 and the plug portion 22 are nested, and the stopper 23 is provided at the connection between the sleeve portion 21 and the plug portion 22 to fix the sleeve portion 21 and the plug portion 22.
[0119] Specifically, the sleeve portion 21 has an insertion hole 21a and a limiting hole 21b, wherein the extending direction of the limiting hole 21b forms an angle with the axial direction of the insertion hole 21a, for example, the extending direction of the limiting hole 21b is perpendicular to the axial direction of the insertion hole 21a. The limiting hole 21b is spaced apart from the insertion hole 21a, or the limiting hole 21b extends to communicate with the insertion hole 21a.
[0120] The plug-in portion 22 is inserted into the plug-in hole 21a and seals the plug-in hole 21a. Specifically, the plug-in portion 22 extends axially along the plug-in hole 21a into the plug-in hole 21a and seals the plug-in hole 21a. The plug-in portion 22 has a limiting groove 20a. When the plug-in portion 22 is inserted into the plug-in hole 21a, the limiting hole 21b mates with the limiting groove 20a. The limiting member 23 passes through the limiting hole 21b and is inserted into the limiting groove 20a, thereby fixing the limiting member 23 in the limiting hole 21b and simultaneously fixing the plug-in portion 22 to the sleeve portion 21, making assembly simple.
[0121] The hydraulic module 10 implemented in the present application utilizes a pipe docking assembly 20 at the joints between connecting pipes and between connecting pipes and functional components, facilitating assembly, particularly assembly at two angled sections. This allows for a separate design of the pipes connecting the two functional components, resulting in a compact pipe structure and preventing large bends and bulky pipes from occupying a large space. This also allows for a more flexible design of the internal piping structure of the hydraulic module 10, allowing for flexible assembly of pipes based on the locations of the various functional components within the hydraulic module 10, thus accommodating the placement of various functional components.
[0122] When the pipe docking assembly 20 is provided at the interface between the connecting pipe and the functional device, the end of the connecting pipe can optionally form a sleeve portion 21, and the interface between the functional device and the connecting pipe can form a plug portion 22. During assembly, the end of the connecting pipe forming the sleeve portion 21 can be directly sleeved onto the interface of the functional device to facilitate assembly. In other embodiments, the end of the connecting pipe can also form the plug portion 22, and the interface between the functional device and the connecting pipe can form the sleeve portion 21.
[0123] Optionally, the locations where the functional components and the connecting pipelines form the pipeline docking assembly 20 include: the docking point between the first water inlet interface 310 and the expansion guide tube 630, the docking point between the first water outlet interface 320 and the transition tube 610, the docking point between the second water inlet interface 410 and the transition tube 610, the docking point between the second water outlet interface 420 and the water tank guide tube 620, the docking point between the water pump 500's water intake end 510 and the water tank guide tube 620, the docking point between the expansion guide tube 630 and the pressure relief valve 703, and the docking point between the expansion guide tube 630 and the pressure gauge 702. The above is merely an example of the locations where the functional components and the connecting pipelines form the pipeline docking assembly 20. The locations where the functional components and the connecting pipelines form the pipeline docking assembly 20 include but are not limited to the above-mentioned locations. Other functional components and connecting pipelines in this application can also form the pipeline docking assembly 20 of the embodiments of this application.
[0124] When the pipeline docking assembly 20 is arranged at the docking point between the connecting pipelines, optionally, one end of one connecting pipeline forms a plug-in portion 22, and one end of the other connecting pipeline forms a sleeve portion 21.
[0125] Optionally, the positions where the connecting pipes and connecting pipes form the pipe docking assembly 20 include: when the first straight pipe 621, the second straight pipe 622 and the third straight pipe 623 of the water tank guide pipe 620 are respectively a connecting pipe, the first straight pipe 621 and the second straight pipe 622 form a group of pipe docking assemblies 20, and the second straight pipe 622 and the third straight pipe 623 form a group of pipe docking assemblies 20; or, when the water tank guide pipe 620 is formed by splicing two sections of connecting pipes, the two sections of connecting pipes form a group of pipe docking assemblies 20. The above is only an exemplary introduction to the positions where the connecting pipes and connecting pipes form the pipe docking assembly 20. The positions where the connecting pipes and connecting pipes form the pipe docking assembly 20 include but are not limited to the above positions. The other connecting pipes and connecting pipes in the present application can form the pipe docking assembly 20 of the embodiment of the present application.
[0126] As shown in Figure 5, a limiting groove 20a is provided on the outer peripheral wall of the plug-in portion 22 so that when the plug-in portion 22 is plugged into the plug-in hole 21a, the limiting groove 20a corresponds to the limiting hole 21b, making it easier for the limiting member 23 to pass through the limiting hole 21b and be plugged into the limiting groove 20a.
[0127] Optionally, the limiting groove 20a is an annular limiting groove 20a arranged around the outer periphery of the plug-in portion 22, which facilitates the limiting member 23 to be inserted into the limiting groove 20a at multiple angles, and facilitates the multi-angle splicing of the plug-in portion 22 and the sleeve portion 21, making the assembly more flexible.
[0128] Optionally, the sleeve portion 21 has two limiting holes 21b, one of which is located on one side of the insertion hole 21a and the other on the other side of the insertion hole 21a, in a direction perpendicular to the axial direction of the insertion hole 21a. One end of the limiting member 23 is inserted into one of the limiting holes 21b and the other end is inserted into the other limiting hole 21b, thereby improving the insertion stability of the limiting member 23 in the limiting groove 20a and improving the connection stability between the insertion portion 22 and the sleeve portion 21. The sleeve portion 21 is prevented from rotating relative to the sleeve portion 21 about the axial direction of the insertion hole 21a.
[0129] The limiting member 23 is arranged around the outer circumference of the sleeve portion 21. During assembly, the two ends of the limiting member 23 correspond to the two limiting holes 21b and are inserted into the two limiting holes 21b, which is convenient for one-step insertion and easy disassembly.
[0130] The plug-in portion 22 includes a rigid support portion 221 and a sealing ring (not shown). The sealing ring is sleeved around the rigid support portion 221 and abuts against the outer wall of the rigid support portion 221 and the inner wall of the sleeve portion 21, sealing the gap between the plug-in portion 22 and the sleeve portion 21. The rigid support portion 221 provides support for the sealing ring, ensuring the stability of the plug-in portion 22 when inserted into the sleeve portion 21. A retaining groove 20a is formed on the outer surface of the rigid support portion 221.
[0131] An annular sealing groove 20c is formed on the outer peripheral wall of the rigid support portion 221. A sealing ring is disposed within the annular sealing groove 20c, confining the sealing ring therein and preventing it from moving relative to the rigid support portion 221 when the plug-in portion 22 is inserted into the insertion hole 21a. Within the annular sealing groove 20c, the sealing ring abuts against the rigid support portion 221 and the wall of the sleeve portion 21 defining the insertion hole 21a, respectively, providing a good sealing effect.
[0132] The outer surface of the plug portion 22 includes a first end wall 20b, which is the surface of the plug portion 22 that extends deepest into the insertion hole 21a. When the plug portion 22 is inserted into the insertion hole 21a, the first end wall 20b, the retaining groove 20a, and the annular sealing groove 20c are all located within the insertion hole 21a. The distance from the annular sealing groove 20c to the first end wall 20b is smaller than the distance from the retaining hole 21b to the first end wall 20b. This allows a larger portion of the hard support portion 221 to extend into the insertion hole 21a, improving the stability of the plug portion 22 when inserted into the sleeve portion 21 and maintaining a good sealing effect of the sealing ring.
[0133] The hydraulic module of the embodiment of the present application also includes an insulation support member, which is used to provide support for the functional components of the hydraulic module 10. The insulation support member has heat insulation properties and is arranged on the periphery of the functional components to prevent water vapor from condensing on the surface of the functional components and reduce the humidity inside the box 100 of the hydraulic module 10.
[0134] Horizontally, the expansion tank 200 and the heat exchange device 300 are located on the same side of the water tank 400. In the direction of gravity G, the expansion tank 200 is located above the heat exchange device 300, which is mounted on the housing 100. The water pump 500 is located below the water tank 400 and mounted on the housing 100. A thermal insulation support member is provided on the housing 100. Referring to Figures 6 and 7 , the thermal insulation support member has a first contoured space 30a for mounting the expansion tank 200 and a second contoured space 30b for mounting the water tank 400.
[0135] This application arranges the positions of the expansion tank 200, heat exchange device 300, water pump 500, and water tank 400. The heat exchange device 300 and water pump 500 are installed in the lower area of the housing 100 in the direction of gravity G, while the expansion tank 200 and water tank 400 are located in the upper area of the housing 100 in the direction of gravity G. This eliminates the need for the expansion tank 200 and water tank 400 to be directly mounted on the housing 100, simplifies the structure for fixing the expansion tank 200 and water tank 400, and makes the hydraulic module 10 simple and compact. Furthermore, by providing thermal insulation support members to support the expansion tank 200 and water tank 400, the thermal insulation support members have thermal insulation properties, which can at least reduce the amount of water vapor gelling on the surfaces of the expansion tank 200 and water tank 400, effectively increasing the air humidity within the housing 100.
[0136] The thermal insulation support member includes a first plate 31, which defines a first contoured space 30a and a second contoured space 30b. The first contoured space 30a is a first contoured groove adapted for the expansion tank 200. Optionally, the expansion tank 200 is snap-fitted into the first contoured space 30a. The second contoured space 30b is a second contoured groove adapted for the water tank 400. Optionally, the water tank 400 is snap-fitted into the second contoured space 30b. Furthermore, the portions of the expansion tank 200 and water tank 400 facing away from the first plate 31 contact the wall of the tank 100 or other structural components of the hydraulic module 10, thereby enhancing the installation stability of the expansion tank 200 and water tank 400.
[0137] The thermal insulation support member includes a first plate 31 and a second plate 32. The first plate 31 and the second plate 32 together define a first contoured space 30a and a second contoured space 30b. In the direction of gravity G, the first and second plates 31 and 32 are located above the accommodating chamber 100a of the housing 100. The first and second plates 31 and 32 can also cover other components located above the accommodating chamber 100a of the housing 100 to provide thermal insulation for these components.
[0138] At least one of the first plate 31 and the second plate 32 is disposed on the housing 100 to prevent the first plate 31 and the second plate 32 from moving relative to the housing 100, thereby maintaining the installation stability of the expansion tank 200 and the water tank 400. For example, the first plate 31 is fixed to the housing 100, and the second plate 32 is snapped onto the first plate 31 to secure the first and second plates 31 and 32 together; or, the first and second plates 31 and 32 are both abutted against the inner wall of the housing 100 to secure the positions of the first and second plates 31 and 32 relative to the housing 100; or, the first and second plates 31 and 32 are mounted on other structural members within the housing 100 to secure the positions of the first and second plates 31 and 32 relative to the housing 100.
[0139] The thermal insulation support member also includes a third plate body 33, which is arranged below the first plate body 31 in the gravity direction G. The third plate body 33 is connected to the first plate body 31 to define a guide tube profiling groove 30c for accommodating the water tank guide tube 620. The thermal insulation support member is used to insulate the water tank guide tube 620 to prevent water vapor from condensing on the surface of the water tank guide tube 620. At the same time, the first plate body 31 and the third plate body 33 can provide support for the water tank guide tube 620, thereby improving the connection stability of the water tank guide tube 620 with the second water outlet interface 420 and the water intake end 510 of the water pump 500 respectively.
[0140] Among them, when the water tank guide pipe 620 includes a first straight pipe 621, a second straight pipe 622 and a third straight pipe 623, the second straight pipe 622 of the water tank guide pipe 620 is accommodated in the guide pipe profiling groove 30c. Optionally, at least part of the first straight pipe 621 and the third straight pipe 623 are accommodated in the guide pipe profiling groove 30c, thereby improving the support stability of the thermal insulation support member on the water tank guide pipe 620.
[0141] When the water pump 500 transports the fluid in the water tank 400, condensation may also form on the outer surface of the water pump 500 due to the temperature difference. Optionally, the third plate 33 has a pump body contoured groove 30h for accommodating the water pump 500. The third plate 33 insulates the water pump 500 and provides support for the water pump 500, thereby improving the installation stability of the water pump 500 during operation.
[0142] The thermal insulation support member also includes a fourth plate 34, which is disposed below the first plate 31 in the direction of gravity G. The fourth plate 34 and the third plate 33 are joined to define an input tube-shaped channel 30d for accommodating the refrigerant input pipe 704 and an output tube-shaped channel 30e for accommodating the refrigerant output pipe 705. This more comprehensively insulates the refrigerant input pipe 704 and the refrigerant output pipe 705, reducing heat loss of the refrigerant before entering the refrigerant flow path and saving energy. Optionally, a portion of the fourth plate 34 is overlapped with the third plate 33 on a side of the third plate 33 facing away from the water pump 500, and the overlapping portion of the third plate 33 and the fourth plate 34 defines the input tube-shaped channel 30d and the output tube-shaped channel 30e.
[0143] The fourth plate 34 is also connected to the first plate 31. The fourth plate 34 can provide support for the first plate 31 below the first plate 31, and make the thermal insulation support cover a larger area, thereby having a better thermal insulation effect.
[0144] The thermal insulation support member also includes a fifth plate 35 and a sixth plate 36. The fifth plate 35 is disposed on the side of the heat exchanger 300 facing away from the water pump 500. The sixth plate 36 is connected to the fourth plate 34 and the fifth plate 35. The fourth, fifth, and sixth plates 34, 35, 36 define a heat exchange space 30f for accommodating the heat exchanger 300. This provides more comprehensive protection for the heat exchanger 300, reduces heat loss from the heat exchanger 300, and reduces condensation on the outer surface of the heat exchanger 300.
[0145] Optionally, the sixth plate 36 includes a first insulation portion, which is located on the side of the heat exchange device 300 facing away from the fifth plate 35 and has openings that avoid the first water inlet port 310, the first water outlet port 320, the refrigerant input port 330, and the refrigerant output port 340. The sixth plate 36 also includes a second insulation portion, which is located on the side of the heat exchange device 300 facing away from the fourth plate 34 and is connected to the first insulation portion. The end of the second insulation portion away from the first insulation portion contacts the fifth plate 35. The first insulation portion, the second insulation portion, the fourth plate 34, and the fifth plate 35 collectively define a heat exchange space 30f for accommodating the heat exchange device 300.
[0146] Furthermore, the sixth plate 36 also includes a third insulation portion, which is located on the side of the heat exchange device 300 facing away from the bottom wall 120 and is connected to the first insulation portion and the second insulation portion. The sixth plate 36 also includes a fourth insulation portion, which is located on the side of the heat exchange device 300 facing the bottom wall 120 and is connected to the first insulation portion and the second insulation portion. The third insulation portion and the fourth insulation portion are in contact with the fourth plate 34 and the fifth plate 35, respectively. The first insulation portion, the second insulation portion, the third insulation portion, the fourth insulation portion, the fourth plate 34, and the fifth plate 35 together define a heat exchange space 30f, providing more comprehensive thermal insulation protection for the heat exchange device 300.
[0147] In some other embodiments, the sixth plate body 36 may also be provided to include only the first insulation part, the third insulation part and the fourth insulation part, extending from the second plate body 32 to cover the side of the heat exchange device 300 away from the fourth plate body 34, and the heat exchange space 30f is defined by the second plate body 32, the first insulation part, the third insulation part, the fourth insulation part and the fifth plate body 35.
[0148] The individual plates of the thermal insulation support member (including the first plate 31, the second plate 32, the third plate 33, the fourth plate 34, the fifth plate 35, and the sixth plate 36) abut against the surfaces of the corresponding functional devices to define the positions of the functional devices and provide support for the functional devices. For example, the individual plates of the thermal insulation support member may be connected to adjacent plates to fix the positions of two adjacent plates; or, the individual plates of the thermal insulation support member may abut against the inner wall surface of the box 100 to fix the positions of two adjacent plates; or, the individual plates of the thermal insulation support member may be installed in a combination of connecting adjacent plates and abutting against the inner wall surface of the box 100 to fix the positions of two adjacent plates.
[0149] The hydraulic module 10 also includes an electrical control box 800, which contains a conductive element. In the direction of gravity G, the distance between the electrical control box 800 and the top wall 110 is shorter than the distance between the electrical control box 800 and the bottom wall 120. Positioning the electrical control box 800 in the upper region of the housing 100's accommodating chamber 100a prevents short circuits in the moist bottom region of the accommodating chamber 100a. The electrical control box 800 is positioned outside the thermal insulation support member and abuts against the support member, for example, abutting against the second plate 32, or abutting against both the second plate 32 and the sixth plate 36, thereby improving the installation stability of the individual plates of the thermal insulation support member.
[0150] The front sidewall can be opened or closed. Optionally, an electrical control box 800 is located on the front sidewall and can move with the front sidewall. After opening the front sidewall, the second plate 32, the fifth plate 35, or other plates of the insulation support can be removed to conveniently inspect and repair the components within the box 100.
[0151] The thermal insulation support member is a polypropylene foam board, which has good structural strength, can provide stable support for functional components, and has good thermal insulation effect. Alternatively, in some other embodiments, the thermal insulation support member includes a rigid support shell and a thermal insulation material layer filling the interior space of the rigid support shell.
[0152] The integrated piping subsystem includes multiple piping interfaces 640 for docking with external systems. For example, the piping interfaces 640 of the integrated piping subsystem include but are not limited to interfaces corresponding to the refrigerant input pipe 704, the refrigerant output pipe 705, the expansion guide pipe 630, the water delivery end 520 of the water pump 500 and other pipelines.
[0153] The hydraulic module 10 also includes a mounting plate 140, which is mounted to the sidewall 130. As shown in FIG8 , the central region of the mounting plate 140 has a plurality of docking openings 140a for docking with a plurality of pipe interfaces 640. Referring again to FIG3 and FIG4 , the pipe interfaces 640 include interface flanges 64. When the pipe interfaces 640 are docked with an external system through the docking openings 140a, the interface flanges 64 contact the mounting plate 140, thereby transferring at least a portion of the stresses experienced by the integrated piping subsystem to the mounting plate 140. For example, stresses experienced by the integrated piping subsystem include stresses generated during connection piping vibration, connection piping assembly, and connection piping deformation. The interface flanges 64 transfer stresses experienced by the integrated piping subsystem to the mounting plate 140, reducing damage to the integrated piping subsystem caused by these stresses and improving the installation stability of the integrated piping subsystem. Furthermore, the interface flanges 64 transmit vibrations of the integrated piping subsystem to the mounting plate 140, effectively reducing noise.
[0154] Each pipe interface 640 passes through one of the docking openings 140a, and each pipe interface 640 is fixed to the mounting plate 140. The liquid condensed on the outer surface of the device of the integrated pipe subsystem remains at the pipe interface 640 under the action of gravity and flows along the surface of the pipe interface 640 into the mounting plate 140. Among them, the multiple docking openings 140a of the mounting plate 140 are opened in the middle area of the mounting plate 140, and the multiple pipe interfaces 640 of the integrated pipe subsystem are concentratedly installed in the corresponding middle area of the mounting plate 140 to prevent the pipe interfaces 640 from contacting the inner wall surface of the box body 100, causing the liquid condensed on the surface of the device of the integrated pipe subsystem to flow along the inner wall surface of the box body 100 to the bottom wall 120 and fail to be discharged from the bottom wall 120. The mounting plate 140 can more comprehensively collect water droplets dripping from the surface of the functional device and the surface of the device of the integrated pipe subsystem, so that more water vapor can be discharged through the mounting plate 140, thereby reducing the humidity of the internal space of the box body 100.
[0155] The mounting plate 140 includes a water receiving main body 142 and a raised portion 141. There are multiple raised portions 141, and the raised portions 141 are protruded from the surface of the water receiving main body 142. Each raised portion 141 has a docking opening 140a. When the pipe interface 640 is installed corresponding to the docking opening 140a, water can flow through the surface of the pipe interface 640 and the surface of the raised portion 141 in sequence to the water receiving main body 142, preventing water from flowing to the docking opening 140a.
[0156] The pipe interface 640 is fixed to at least one of the raised portion 141 and the water receiving body 142. For example, the pipe interface 640 is fixed to the raised portion 141 to improve the stability of the pipe interface 640 fixed to the mounting plate 140 and improve the sealing performance of the connection between the pipe interface 640 and the mounting plate 140.
[0157] The hydraulic module 10 also includes an interface sealing gasket, which is arranged between the pipe interface 640 and the raised portion 141. The interface sealing gasket seals the gap between the pipe interface 640 and the raised portion 141 to prevent water vapor from entering the docking opening 140a through the gap between the pipe interface 640 and the raised portion 141.
[0158] The mounting plate 140 has a water collection trough 140c and a drain port 142a. The drain port 142a is located on the bottom wall 120 of the water collection trough. Water flowing into the water collection trough is discharged to the outside through the drain port 142a. In the direction of gravity G, the drain port 142a is lower than the docking opening 140a, further preventing water from flowing into the docking opening 140a. For example, the drain port 142a may be located on the surface of the water receiving body 142.
[0159] Among them, the pressure relief pipe 706 connected to the pressure relief valve 703 passes through the drain port 142a to communicate with the external atmosphere. The opening for the pressure relief pipe 706 to pass through is the same opening as the drain port 142a, which simplifies the structure of the mounting plate 140, reduces the number of openings on the mounting plate 140, and thereby reduces the occurrence of water falling from the openings of the mounting plate 140 to the bottom wall 120 of the box body 100.
[0160] Optionally, the outer diameter of the pressure relief pipe 706 is smaller than the inner diameter of the drain port 142a, allowing water in the sump 140c to flow out from between the outer surface of the pressure relief pipe 706 and the wall of the mounting plate 140 defining the drain port 142a. In other embodiments, the outer surface of the portion of the pressure relief pipe 706 that passes through the drain port 142a is provided with an opening or groove, allowing water in the sump 140c to be discharged through the opening or groove on the outer surface of the pressure relief pipe 706.
[0161] Optionally, the pipe interface 640 extends through one of the docking openings 140a, and the interface flange 64 at least partially covers the corresponding docking opening 140a and is connected to the surface of the mounting plate 140. For example, the interface flange 64 covers the corresponding docking opening 140a to seal the docking opening 140a. The interface flange 64 can also guide water flow into the water collection tank 140c of the mounting plate 140. The interface flange 64 has at least one of a block, a sheet, or a columnar shape.
[0162] Among them, the interface flange portion 64 extends in a direction away from the central axis of the docking opening 140a. Optionally, the interface flange portion 64 is fixed to the mounting plate body 140, and the interface flange portion 64 is used to increase the contact area between the pipeline interface 640 and the mounting plate body 140, thereby improving the installation stability of the pipeline interface 640.
[0163] Alternatively, the interface flange 64 covers the raised portion 141 and is fixed to the raised portion 141. Alternatively, the interface flange 64 covers the raised portion 141 and extends to connect to the water receiving body 142. This increases the distance between the outer edge of the interface flange 64 and the docking opening 140a, further reducing the probability of water flowing into the docking opening 140a. For example, the portion where the interface flange 64 connects to the water receiving body 142 is fixed by screws.
[0164] Optionally, the pipe interface 640 includes a main body 65, which is provided with a docking opening 140a and is mounted on the mounting plate 140. The interface flange 64 is provided on the outer periphery of the main body 65 and contacts the mounting plate 140, or the interface flange 64 is fixed to the mounting plate 140. The interface flange 64 and the main body 65 are integrally formed; or the interface flange 64 is detachably mounted on the main body 65.
[0165] Among them, the main body 65 is provided with a docking opening 140a from the accommodating cavity 100a to extend out of the box body 100 to dock with the external system; or, the main body 65 is arranged in a split body, specifically, one section of the main body 65 is arranged in the accommodating cavity 100a, and the other section is outside the box body 100 to dock with the external system, so as to facilitate the docking of the pipe interface 640 with the external system.
[0166] As shown in FIG3 , when the main body 65 is provided in a split manner, the main body 65 includes two sections for docking. Specifically, the pipeline interface 640 includes a first interface 6401 and a second interface 6402. The first interface 6401 is provided in the accommodating cavity 100a, and the second interface 6402 is provided on the outside of the box body 100 corresponding to the docking opening 140a. The first interface 6401 includes a first tube body 643 and a first flange portion 641 provided on the outer periphery of the first tube body 643. The second interface 6402 includes a second tube body 644 and a second flange portion 642 provided on the outer periphery of the second tube body 644. The first tube body 643 and the second tube body 644 are docked to form The main body 65 passes through the docking opening 140a and is installed on the mounting plate 140; the first flange portion 641 and the second flange portion 642 are respectively arranged on two opposite sides of the docking opening 140a, and the first flange portion 641 and the second flange portion 642 are both in contact with the mounting plate 140, and the first flange portion 641 and the second flange portion 642 form an interface flange portion 64, so that the contact area of the interface flange portion 64 on the mounting plate 140 is larger, which helps to improve the installation stability of the pipeline interface 640 installed at the docking opening 140a, and has a better buffering effect on the stress of the integrated pipeline subsystem.
[0167] Optionally, the second tube 644 passes through the docking opening 140a and is inserted into the flow channel of the first tube 643. The first flange portion 641 and the second flange portion 642 respectively abut against the mounting plate 140. The first flange portion 641 and the second flange portion 642 can increase the contact area, thereby improving the installation stability of the pipeline interface 640 at the docking opening 140a and better absorbing stress.
[0168] The mounting plate 140 includes a folding portion 143, which is connected to the outer periphery of the water receiving main body 142, and the folding portion 143 is in contact with the inner wall surface of the side wall 130. The folding portion 143, the water receiving main body 142 and the raised portion 141 define a water collecting trough 140c. The water collecting trough 140c has a depth in the gravity direction G so that the water collecting trough 140c can buffer a certain volume of accumulated water to prevent the accumulated water in the water collecting trough 140c from overflowing the water collecting trough 140c.
[0169] The edge area of the mounting plate 140 contacts the inner wall surface of the side wall 130. Specifically, the folded portion 143 of the mounting plate 140 contacts the inner wall surface of the side wall 130, so that the mounting plate 140 corresponds to more functional components in the lower area of the box body 100, thereby more comprehensively collecting water droplets dripping from the functional components.
[0170] The folding portion 143, the water receiving main portion 142 and the raised portion 141 are integrally arranged. For example, the folding portion 143, the water receiving main portion 142 and the raised portion 141 are integrally injection molded or integrally vacuum molded. The process is simple, and the overall thickness of the mounting plate 140 is thin. The mounting plate 140 occupies a small space in the box body 100, which facilitates the miniaturized design of the hydraulic module 10.
[0171] Optionally, the mounting plate body 140 is the bottom wall 120; or, the mounting plate body 140 includes a first mounting plate body 1401 and a second mounting plate body 1402, the second mounting plate body 1402 is the bottom wall 120, the first mounting plate body 1401 is arranged in the accommodating cavity 100a, and the first mounting plate body 1401 is installed on the bottom wall 120, adopting a split design, which helps to further buffer the stress of the integrated pipeline subsystem.
[0172] When the mounting plate 140 includes a first mounting plate 1401 and a second mounting plate 1402, each of the first mounting plate 1401 and the second mounting plate 1402 has a plurality of first openings. The plurality of first openings of the first mounting plate 1401 correspond one-to-one with the plurality of first openings of the second mounting plate 1402, and each first opening of the first mounting plate 1401 and the corresponding first opening of the second mounting plate 1402 together form a docking opening 140a. The first mounting plate 1401 and the second mounting plate 1402 both have a second opening. The second opening of the first mounting plate 1401 corresponds to the second opening of the second mounting plate 1402 and together form a drain port 142a. The first mounting plate 1401 and the second mounting plate 1402 both include a straight portion. The straight portions of the first mounting plate 1401 and the second mounting plate 1402 overlap and together form the main water receiving portion 142. The first mounting plate body 1401 includes a first protrusion that protrudes toward the side away from the second mounting plate body 1402, and the first protrusion forms the protrusion 141; or, the first mounting plate body 1401 includes a first protrusion and the second mounting plate body 1402 includes a second protrusion. When the straight portion of the first mounting plate body 1401 and the straight portion of the second mounting plate body 1402 are stacked, the second protrusion corresponds to the first protrusion and together form the protrusion 141. Furthermore, the second protrusion and the first protrusion protrude toward the side where the functional component is located in the accommodating cavity 100a, and the second protrusion contacts the first protrusion.
