[0028] The present application provides a cooling unit and a control method thereof.
[0029] The dotted lines in FIG. 2 to FIG. 10 indicate the direction of air flow.
[0030] In the first embodiment, as shown in Figures 1 to 3, the cooling unit 100 includes a shell 10, an inner circulation air duct and an outer circulation air duct are formed in the shell 10, the inner circulation air duct and the outer circulation air duct are arranged crosswise and a heat exchange core 20 is arranged at the intersection; the inner circulation air duct includes a first air intake 111 and a first air outlet 122, and a refrigerator 30 is arranged in the inner circulation air duct; the outer circulation air duct includes a second air intake 112, a second air outlet 132 and a bypass air outlet 133, and a spray device is arranged in the outer circulation air duct. 50, the bypass vent 133 is provided with a condenser 60; the indoor air enters the inner circulation air duct from the first air intake 111, and after heat exchange through the heat exchange core 20, is discharged directly to the indoor through the first air outlet 122 or passes through the refrigerator 30 and then discharged to the indoor through the first air outlet 122; the outdoor air enters the outer circulation air duct from the second air intake 112, and after heat exchange through the heat exchange core 20, is discharged directly to the outdoors through the second air outlet 132 or passes through the condenser 60 and then discharged to the outdoors through the bypass vent 133.
[0031] The inner circulation duct and the outer circulation duct are arranged to intersect, and a heat exchange core 20 is provided at the intersection of the inner circulation duct and the outer circulation duct. The inner circulation duct includes a first air intake 111 and a first air outlet 122. The first air intake 111 and the first air outlet 122 are both used to communicate with the indoor environment. The hot air in the room enters the cooling unit 100 from the first air intake 111 and is discharged into the room from the first air outlet 122 after being cooled by the cooling unit 100. The outer circulation duct includes a second air intake 112, a second air outlet 132, and a bypass vent 133. The second air intake 112, the second air outlet 132, and the bypass vent 133 are all connected to the outdoor atmosphere. The cold air from the outdoor environment enters the cooling unit 100 from the second air intake 112 and is discharged from the second air outlet 132 and the bypass vent 133 after heat exchange in the cooling unit 100. The heat exchange core 20 cools the indoor air by exchanging heat between the hot air inside the room and the cold air outside. A spray device 50 is provided within the external circulation duct to spray the air within the external circulation duct, lowering the air temperature therein and improving the cooling efficiency of the cooling unit 100.
[0032] The operation mode of the cooling unit 100 is determined according to the temperature information of the indoor and outdoor sides of the cooling unit 100 and the target temperature. The operation mode is one of a dry mode, a wet mode and a mixed mode.
[0033] Please refer to Figure 2 , where the dotted line indicates the airflow direction. When the operating mode is dry, the spray device 50, refrigerator 30, and condenser 60 are turned off, allowing indoor air to enter the inner circulation duct through the first air intake 111 and, after heat exchange through the heat exchange core 20, be discharged indoors through the first air outlet 122. Outdoor air enters the outer circulation duct through the second air intake 112 and, after heat exchange through the heat exchange core 20, be discharged outdoors through the second air outlet 132 and the bypass vent 133.
[0034] When the operating mode of the cooling unit 100 is dry mode, the cooling demand can be met by heat exchange between the internal and external circulation airflows through the heat exchange core 20, without opening the spray device 50, the refrigerator 30, and the condenser 60. The indoor air enters the internal circulation air duct from the first air intake 111. After passing through the heat exchange core 20 and exchanging heat with the external circulation airflow, most of the airflow is directly discharged into the room from the first air outlet 122. A small part of the airflow passes through the refrigerator 30 and is then discharged into the room from the first air outlet 122. The outdoor air enters the external circulation air duct from the second air intake 112. After passing through the heat exchange core 20 and exchanging heat, most of the airflow is discharged to the outside through the second air outlet 132 with less resistance. A small part of the airflow passes through the condenser 60 and is discharged to the outside through the bypass air outlet 133.
[0035] Please refer to Figure 2 , where the dotted line indicates the direction of airflow. When the operating mode is wet mode, the spray device 50 is turned on and the refrigerator 30 and condenser 60 are turned off, so that the indoor air enters the inner circulation duct through the first air intake 111 and is discharged indoors through the first air outlet 122 after heat exchange through the heat exchange core 20. The outdoor air enters the outer circulation duct through the second air intake 112 and is discharged outdoors through the second air outlet 132 and the bypass vent 133 after heat exchange through the heat exchange core 20 and spraying through the spray device 50.
[0036] When the cooling unit 100 operates in wet mode, the cooling demand can be met by the heat exchange core 20 and the spray device 50, without turning on the refrigerator 30 and the condenser 60. The indoor air enters the inner circulation duct from the first air intake 111, and after passing through the heat exchange core 20 and exchanging heat with the outer circulation airflow, most of the airflow is directly discharged into the room from the first air outlet 122, and a small part of the airflow passes through the refrigerator 30 and is then discharged into the room from the first air outlet 122. The outdoor air enters the outer circulation duct from the second air intake 112, exchanges heat through the heat exchange core 20, and the spray device 50 sprays the outer circulation duct, reducing the temperature of the airflow in the outer circulation duct and the heat exchange core 20, thereby improving the cooling efficiency. Then, most of the airflow is discharged to the outside through the second air outlet 132 with less resistance, and a small part of the airflow passes through the condenser 60 and is discharged to the outside through the bypass vent 133.
[0037] Please refer to Figure 3 , where the dotted line indicates the direction of airflow. When the operating mode is the mixed mode, the spray device 50 , the refrigerator 30 , and the condenser 60 are turned on, so that the indoor air enters the inner circulation duct through the first air intake 111 , exchanges heat with the heat exchange core 20 , passes through the refrigerator 30 , and is discharged indoors through the first air outlet 122 . The outdoor air enters the outer circulation duct through the second air intake 112 , exchanges heat with the heat exchange core 20 , is sprayed by the spray device 50 , passes through the condenser 60 , and is discharged outdoors through the bypass vent 133 .
[0038] When the operating mode of the cooling unit 100 is a mixed mode, the cooling demand is met through the combined action of the heat exchange core 20, the spray device 50, the refrigerator 30, and the condenser 60. The indoor air enters the inner circulation duct from the first air intake 111, exchanges heat with the outer circulation airflow through the heat exchange core 20, and the refrigerator 30 supplements the cooling of the airflow to reduce the temperature of the airflow. All airflows flow through the refrigerator 30 and are then discharged to the indoor through the first air outlet 122. The outdoor air enters the outer circulation duct from the second air intake 112, exchanges heat with the heat exchange core 20, and the spray device 50 sprays the outer circulation duct to reduce the temperature of the airflow in the outer circulation duct and the heat exchange core 20, thereby improving the cooling efficiency. The condenser 60 discharges the heat in the inner circulation airflow. All airflows flow through the condenser 60 and are then discharged to the outdoors through the bypass vent 133.
[0039] This application utilizes a heat exchange core 20, a spray device 50, a chiller 30, and a condenser 60 to switch between dry, wet, and mixed modes depending on the indoor and outdoor temperatures. This allows for rapid indoor cooling, improving the cooling capacity and year-round energy efficiency of the cooling unit 100. Furthermore, in both dry and wet modes, the chiller 30 and condenser 60 can be bypassed, reducing system resistance and energy consumption.
[0040] In some feasible embodiments, the refrigerator 30 can be an evaporator or a surface cooler, and the cooling unit 100 also includes a compressor 70 to realize the circulation of the refrigerant. The bypass vent 133 is provided with a second bypass valve 135, and the second exhaust vent 132 is provided with an external circulation exhaust valve 134. When the cooling unit 100 operates in dry mode or wet mode, the external circulation exhaust valve 134 and the second bypass valve 135 are both opened, and most of the airflow is discharged to the outside from the second exhaust vent 132 with less resistance, and a small part of the airflow passes through the condenser 60 and is discharged to the outside from the bypass vent 133. When the cooling unit 100 operates in mixed mode, the external circulation exhaust valve 134 is closed, the second bypass valve 135 is opened, and all the airflow flows through the condenser 60 and is discharged to the outside from the bypass vent 133.
[0041] In the first embodiment, please refer to Figures 2 and 3. The dotted lines in Figures 2 and 3 indicate the direction of airflow. The housing 10 includes a first chamber 11, a second chamber 12, and a third chamber 13. The first chamber 11 is provided with a heat exchange core 20. The first chamber 11 is formed with a first air intake 111 and a second air intake 112. The first chamber 11 is connected to the second chamber 12, and an internal circulation fan 121 is provided at the connection point. The first chamber 11 and the second chamber 12 form an internal circulation air duct, and a first exhaust port 122 is provided on the wall of the second chamber 12. The first chamber 11 is connected to the third chamber 13, and an external circulation fan 131 is provided at the connection point. The first chamber 11 and the third chamber 13 form an external circulation air duct, and a second exhaust port 132 and a bypass air port 133 are provided on the wall of the third chamber 13.
[0042] The heat exchange core 20 is arranged in the first chamber 11, and the first chamber 11 is located between the second chamber 12 and the third chamber 13. The first chamber 11 is formed with a first air intake 111 and a second air intake 112. The first air intake 111 is connected to the indoor environment, and the second air intake 112 is connected to the outdoor atmosphere.
[0043] The second chamber 12 is connected to the first chamber 11 and is located below the first chamber 11. An internal circulation fan 121 is provided at the connection point between the second chamber 12 and the first chamber 11. The cooling unit 100 forms an internal circulation air duct through the first chamber 11 and the second chamber 12. A first exhaust port 122 is provided on the wall of the second chamber 12. The first exhaust port 122 is used to discharge the cooled airflow into the room. The internal circulation fan 121 is used to provide power to draw the hot air flow from the room into the internal circulation and send the cooled airflow back into the room, thus achieving internal circulation.
[0044] The first air intake port 111 can be selected to be on the same side or on the opposite side as the first air outlet 122 according to the installation scenario. FIG4 shows the first air intake port 111 and the first air outlet 122 on the same side, and FIG5 shows the first air intake port 111 and the first air outlet 122 on opposite sides.
[0045] The third chamber 13 is connected to the first chamber 11 and is located above the first chamber 11. An external circulation fan 131 is installed at the connection point between the third chamber 13 and the first chamber 11. The cooling unit 100 forms an external circulation air duct through the first chamber 11 and the third chamber 13. A second exhaust port 132 and a bypass vent 133 are provided on the wall of the third chamber 13. The second exhaust port 132 and the bypass vent 133 are used to discharge the heat-exchanged airflow outdoors. The external circulation fan 131 is used to provide power, draw the outdoor cold airflow into the external circulation, and discharge the heat-exchanged airflow outdoors, thus achieving external circulation.
[0046] Condenser 60 is located within third chamber 13. Positioning condenser 60 above external circulation fan 131 allows for bypassing of condenser 60 during both dry and wet modes, reducing system resistance and energy consumption of external circulation fan 131. Furthermore, this prevents corrosion of condenser 60 by water sprayed from spray device 50, improving its reliability. Condenser 60 is located within third chamber 13, at the top of cooling unit 100, making it easily accessible for cleaning, replacement, and maintenance.
[0047] In the first embodiment, referring to Figures 2 and 3 , where the dashed lines indicate the direction of airflow, a first bypass valve 123 is disposed within the second chamber 12, and the refrigerator 30 is located within the second chamber 12. Air from the indoor side enters the internal circulation duct through the first air intake 111, exchanges heat with the heat exchange core 20, passes through the first bypass valve 123, and is discharged into the room through the first air outlet 122, or passes through the refrigerator 30 and then is discharged into the room through the first air outlet 122.
[0048] The first bypass valve 123 is located in the second chamber 12 , and the refrigerator 30 is also located in the second chamber 12 .
[0049] Please refer to Figure 2, where the dotted line indicates the direction of airflow. When the cooling unit 100 is in dry or wet mode, the first bypass valve 123 opens, and the air from the indoor side enters the internal circulation air duct from the first air inlet 111. After heat exchange through the heat exchange core 20, the centrifugal action of the internal circulation fan 121 provides the air circulation power. Due to the flow resistance difference caused by the opening of the first bypass valve 123, most of the airflow passes through the first bypass valve 123 with less resistance and is discharged into the room from the first exhaust port 122. A small part of the airflow passes through the refrigerator 30 with greater resistance and is then discharged into the room from the first exhaust port 122.
[0050] Please refer to Figure 3 , where the dotted line indicates the direction of airflow. When the cooling unit 100 is in mixed mode, the first bypass valve 123 is closed, and indoor air enters the internal circulation duct through the first air intake 111. After heat exchange through the heat exchange core 20, the entire airflow is cooled by the refrigerator 30 before being discharged into the room through the first air outlet 122.
[0051] In this embodiment, the first bypass valve 123 is provided to bypass the refrigerator 30 during operation in the dry mode and the wet mode, thereby reducing system resistance and energy consumption of the internal circulation fan 121.
[0052] In the second embodiment, referring to Figures 6 and 7 , where the dashed lines indicate the direction of airflow, the heat exchange core 20 includes a first air inlet 21 connected to the first air intake 111 and a first air outlet 22 connected to the internal circulation fan 121 . The refrigerator 30 is movably disposed at the first air outlet 22 . The cooling unit 100 also includes a drive device 40 , the output end of which is connected to the refrigerator 30 . The drive device 40 is used to drive the refrigerator 30 to separate from or attach to the first air outlet 22 .
[0053] The heat exchange core 20 includes a first air intake 111 and a first air outlet 22. The first air intake 111 is connected to the first air inlet 21, and the first air outlet 22 is connected to the internal circulation fan 121. The refrigerator 30 is movably disposed at the first air outlet 22 and is connected to the output end of the drive device 40. The drive device 40 is used to drive the refrigerator 30 to separate from or attach to the first air outlet 22.
[0054] Please refer to Figure 6, in which the dotted line indicates the direction of airflow. Before the cooling unit 100 is started, the refrigerator 30 is in a state of being separated from the first air outlet 22 under the control of the drive device 40. When the operating mode of the cooling unit 100 is dry mode or wet mode, the refrigerator 30 still remains separated from the first air outlet 22. The air on the indoor side enters the internal circulation air duct from the first air intake 111 and enters the heat exchange core 20 from the first air intake 111. After heat exchange in the heat exchange core 20, the air flow does not flow through the refrigerator 30. The centrifugal action of the internal circulation fan 121 provides air circulation power. All air flows through the first air outlet 22 and is then directly discharged into the room from the first exhaust port 122, reducing the internal circulation wind resistance and improving the energy efficiency of the cooling unit 100 throughout the year.
[0055] Please refer to Figure 7 , where the dotted line indicates the direction of airflow. When the cooling unit 100 is in the mixed mode, the drive device 40 drives the refrigerator 30 to move, and the refrigerator 30 is aligned with the first air outlet 22. The air from the indoor side enters the internal circulation air duct from the first air intake 111, and then enters the heat exchange core 20 from the first air intake 111. After heat exchange in the heat exchange core 20, all the airflow is cooled by the refrigerator 30 at the first air outlet 22 before being discharged into the room through the first air outlet 122.
[0056] In this embodiment, a driving device 40 is provided to drive the refrigerator 30 to separate from the first air outlet 22 , so that the refrigerator 30 is bypassed during operation in the dry mode and the wet mode, thereby reducing system resistance and energy consumption of the internal circulation fan 121 .
[0057] In some feasible embodiments, the driving device 40 can drive the refrigerator 30 to slide or rotate to achieve the separation or adhesion of the refrigerator 30 and the first air outlet 22. Please refer to Figures 6 and 7, which show that the driving device 40 drives the refrigerator 30 to rotate to achieve the separation or adhesion of the refrigerator 30 and the first air outlet 22. Figure 6 is a schematic diagram of the state when the refrigerator 30 is separated from the first air outlet 22, and Figure 7 is a schematic diagram of the state when the refrigerator 30 is adhered to the first air outlet 22.
[0058] In this embodiment, the first air intake port 111 can be selected to be on the same side or different side as the first air outlet 122 according to the installation scenario. Figure 8 shows the first air intake port 111 and the first air outlet 122 on the same side, and Figure 9 shows the first air intake port 111 and the first air outlet 122 on different sides.
[0059] In the first embodiment, referring to FIG. 2 , where the dotted line indicates the direction of airflow, the first air inlet 21 is provided with an internal circulation filter 211. By providing the internal circulation filter 211 to filter impurities and dust from the indoor airflow, the indoor air freshness is improved, impurities and dust are prevented from damaging the heat exchange core 20, and the service life of the cooling unit 100 is extended.
[0060] In the first embodiment, referring to FIG. 2 , the dashed line in FIG. 2 indicates the direction of airflow. The second air intake 112 is provided with an external circulation filter 113 . By providing the external circulation filter 113 , impurities and dust in the airflow outside the room are filtered out, thereby preventing impurities and dust from damaging the heat exchange core 20 , extending the service life of the cooling unit 100 , and improving the stability and reliability of the cooling unit 100 .
[0061] In the first embodiment, referring to FIG2 , the dotted line in FIG2 indicates the airflow direction. The spray device 50 includes a mist precooler 51 , which is disposed at the second air inlet 112 and sprays toward the heat exchange core 20 .
[0062] The second air intake 112 is provided with a mist precooler 51. The outdoor airflow enters the external circulation air duct from the second air intake 112. The mist precooler 51 precools the outdoor airflow, reducing the temperature of the outdoor airflow and improving the heat exchange efficiency. In addition, the mist precooler 51 uses a nozzle with a smaller opening to spray droplets of micro-particle size. The mist precooler 51 sprays the precooled airflow in a direction close to the heat exchange core 20. The spray direction of the nozzle of the mist precooler 51 is consistent with the direction of airflow movement, which accelerates the efficiency of the airflow circulation, thereby reducing the energy consumption of the external circulation fan 131 and improving the cooling efficiency of the cooling unit 100.
[0063] In the first embodiment, referring to Figure 2 , where the dashed line indicates the airflow direction, the heat exchange core 20 further includes a second air inlet 23 connected to the second air intake 112 and a second air outlet 24 connected to the second air outlet 132 and the bypass vent 133 . The mist pre-cooler 51 sprays toward the second air inlet 23 . The spray device 50 further includes a sprayer 52 , which sprays toward the second air outlet 24 .
[0064] The heat exchange core 20 also includes a second air inlet 23 and a second air outlet 24. The second air inlet 23 is connected to the second air intake 112, and the second air outlet 24 is connected to the second air outlet 132 and the bypass vent 133. In some feasible embodiments, the second air outlet 24 is connected to the external circulation fan 131. The mist precooler 51 sprays in the direction close to the second air inlet 23. The spraying direction of the mist precooler 51 is consistent with the direction of air flow movement, which speeds up the efficiency of air flow circulation. The sprayer 52 is arranged between the second air outlet 24 and the external circulation fan 131. The sprayer 52 sprays in the direction close to the second air outlet 24. The spraying direction of the sprayer 52 is opposite to the direction of air flow movement. The sprayer is used to cool the heat exchange core 20 and the air flow in the heat exchange core 20 to improve cooling efficiency.
[0065] The spraying device 50 further includes a spraying water pump 55 to circulate the spraying water so that the spraying device 50 can continuously spray water.
[0066] In the first embodiment, referring to FIG. 2 , the dashed line in FIG. 2 indicates the direction of airflow. The spray device 50 further includes a water collector 53, which is disposed corresponding to the spray device 52. The water collector 53 is used to prevent liquid droplets from being blown out of the cooling unit 100 by the external circulation fan 131, thereby reducing water consumption of the cooling unit 100 and effectively preventing water blow-off. This makes the cooling unit 100 more convenient to use and improves its stability and reliability.
[0067] In the third embodiment, referring to FIG10 , the dotted line in FIG10 indicates the airflow direction. The spraying device 50 further includes a sprayer 54 disposed between the second air inlet 112 and the second air inlet 23 , and the sprayer 54 sprays toward the second air inlet 23 .
[0068] The sprayer 54 is located between the second air intake 112 and the second air inlet 23. The sprayer 54 sprays in a direction close to the second air inlet 23. The spray direction of the sprayer 54 is consistent with the direction of the airflow, which accelerates the efficiency of the airflow circulation, thereby reducing the energy consumption of the external circulation fan 131. The sprayer 54 is configured to cool the heat exchange core 20 in a bottom spray downstream manner, thereby improving the cooling efficiency of the cooling unit 100. The sprayer 54 uses a nozzle with a slightly larger opening to spray fine droplets, cooling the airflow entering the heat exchange core 20. The droplets are fully evaporated within the heat exchange core 20 under the action of the airflow. The provision of the sprayer 54 improves the energy efficiency of the cooling unit 100 in the wet mode.
[0069] In addition, please refer to Figure 11. The present application also provides a control method for a cooling unit 100. The control method is applied to the cooling unit 100 as described above. The specific structure of the cooling unit 100 refers to the above embodiment. Since the control method adopts all the technical solutions of the above embodiment, it at least has all the beneficial effects brought by the technical solutions of the above embodiment, which will not be repeated here.
[0070] The control method includes step S10 of acquiring temperature information of the indoor side and the outdoor side of the cooling unit.
[0071] The temperature information of the indoor side and the temperature information of the outdoor side of the cooling unit 100 are obtained by setting sensors.
[0072] The control method further includes step S20, determining an operating mode of the cooling unit according to the temperature information of the indoor and outdoor sides of the cooling unit and the target temperature, wherein the operating mode is one of a dry mode, a wet mode and a mixed mode.
[0073] The operating mode of the cooling unit 100 is determined by comprehensively considering the indoor temperature information, outdoor temperature information and target temperature of the cooling unit 100, thereby reducing the energy consumption of the cooling unit 100 and improving the cooling capacity and annual energy efficiency of the cooling unit 100.
[0074] The control method further includes step S30 of controlling the cooling unit to operate according to the operating mode.
[0075] In one embodiment, step S30, the step of controlling the cooling unit to operate according to the operating mode includes step S31, when the operating mode is the dry mode, closing the spray device, the refrigerator and the condenser, so that the wind on the indoor side enters the inner circulation air duct from the first air suction port, and is discharged to the indoor from the first exhaust port after heat exchange through the heat exchange core; the wind on the outdoor side enters the outer circulation air duct from the second air suction port, and is discharged to the outdoors from the second exhaust port and the bypass air port after heat exchange through the heat exchange core.
[0076] When the operating mode of the cooling unit 100 is dry mode, the cooling demand can be met by heat exchange between the internal and external circulation airflows through the heat exchange core 20, without opening the spray device 50, the refrigerator 30, and the condenser 60.
[0077] In some feasible embodiments, the refrigerator 30 can be bypassed by opening the first bypass valve 123, or the refrigerator 30 can be driven to separate from the first air outlet 22 of the heat exchange core 20 by the driving device 40, thereby bypassing the refrigerator 30, reducing the internal circulation wind resistance, and improving the energy efficiency of the cooling unit 100 throughout the year.
[0078] Step S30 also includes step S32. When the operating mode is the wet mode, the spray device is turned on and the refrigerator and condenser are turned off, so that the wind on the indoor side enters the inner circulation air duct from the first air suction port, and is discharged to the indoor side from the first exhaust port after heat exchange by the heat exchange core; the wind on the outdoor side enters the outer circulation air duct from the second air suction port, and is discharged to the outdoors from the second exhaust port and the bypass air port after heat exchange by the heat exchange core and spraying by the spray device.
[0079] When the cooling unit 100 operates in wet mode, the cooling demand can be met by the heat exchange core 20 and the spray device 50, without turning on the refrigerator 30 and the condenser 60.
[0080] Step S30 also includes step S33. When the operating mode is a mixed mode, the spray device, the refrigerator and the condenser are turned on to allow the indoor wind to enter the inner circulation air duct from the first air suction port, and after heat exchange through the heat exchange core, pass through the refrigerator and be discharged to the indoor from the first air outlet; the outdoor wind enters the outer circulation air duct from the second air suction port, and after heat exchange through the heat exchange core and spraying by the spray device, pass through the condenser and be discharged to the outdoors from the bypass air outlet.
[0081] When the operating mode of the cooling unit 100 is a mixed mode, the cooling demand is met through the combined action of the heat exchange core 20, the spray device 50, the refrigerator 30, and the condenser 60.
[0082] In some feasible embodiments, the first bypass valve 123 can be closed, or the driving device 40 can drive the refrigerator 30 to fit into the first air outlet 22 of the heat exchange core 20, so that all air flows through the refrigerator 30 and then is discharged into the room from the first air outlet 122.
[0083] The cooling unit can choose to operate in dry mode, wet mode or mixed mode according to different needs, so that the airflow can choose different paths according to different modes to meet the user's cooling needs and improve the cooling efficiency of the cooling unit.
[0084] The above are merely optional embodiments of the present application and do not limit the patent scope of the present application. All equivalent structural transformations made based on the contents of the present application specification and drawings, or direct / indirect applications in other related technical fields, are included in the patent protection scope of the present application.
