Description

Manufacturing information management device and manufacturing information management method

[0001] The present disclosure relates to a manufacturing information management device and a manufacturing information management method that link manufacturing instructions for equipment with manufacturing performance at the equipment.

[0002] A system is known in which industrial machines such as machine tools and robots operate based on manufacturing instructions from a production management system and collect results in response to the instructions. For example, see Patent Document 1.

[0003] Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2007-172522

[0004] However, if the production management system and industrial machinery do not have the functionality to operate based on manufacturing instructions or are not designed to do so, it is impossible to automatically collect manufacturing performance data corresponding to the manufacturing instructions unless they are modified. In this case, for example, workers must record the performance on paper manufacturing instructions. Even if workers record the performance, the content may not always be accurate and the recording process may be time-consuming. Furthermore, when it comes to numerical control devices, if the numerical control device cannot receive workpiece information (i.e., if it does not have such functionality or is not linked to the production management system), it is difficult to link the manufacturing instructions with the processing data obtained from the numerical control device.

[0005] Therefore, it is desirable to easily link and organize manufacturing instructions from the production management system with manufacturing performance at the facility.

[0006] One aspect of the manufacturing information management device disclosed herein includes a manufacturing instruction acquisition unit that acquires manufacturing instructions for equipment, a manufacturing performance acquisition unit that acquires manufacturing performance at the equipment, and a linking unit that links the manufacturing instructions with the manufacturing performance based on predetermined linking conditions.

[0007] One aspect of the manufacturing information management method disclosed herein is a manufacturing information management method for causing a computer to function as a manufacturing information management device, and includes a manufacturing instruction acquisition step for acquiring manufacturing instructions for equipment, a manufacturing performance acquisition step for acquiring manufacturing performance at the equipment, and a linking step for linking the manufacturing instructions with the manufacturing performance based on predetermined linking conditions.

[0009] <One embodiment> A manufacturing performance management system according to one embodiment will be described in detail below with reference to the drawings. Here, a manufacturing performance management system in a metal processing factory using job shop production, in which multiple pieces of equipment, such as industrial machines including machine tools and robots, are installed, is illustrated. Note that the present invention is not limited to metal processing factories, and can be applied to any factory having multiple pieces of equipment. Furthermore, the present invention can also be applied to various types of industrial machines, such as machine tools, industrial robots, service robots, forging machines, laser processing machines, and injection molding machines.

[0010] FIG. 1 is a diagram illustrating an example of the configuration of a manufacturing performance management system according to an embodiment. As illustrated in FIG. 1 , the manufacturing performance management system 100 includes, for example, a manufacturing information management device 10, two pieces of equipment 20A and 20B, and a production management system 30. The manufacturing performance management system 100 may include two or more pieces of equipment. The manufacturing information management device 10, the pieces of equipment 20A and 20B, and the production management system 30 are interconnected and communicate with each other via a network (not shown) such as a local area network (LAN) or the Internet. In this case, the manufacturing information management device 10, the pieces of equipment 20A and 20B, and the production management system 30 each include a communication unit (not shown) for communicating with each other via such a connection. The manufacturing information management device 10, the pieces of equipment 20A and 20B, and the production management system 30 may also be directly connected to each other via a connection interface (not shown).

[0011] The production management system 30 is, for example, a server, and as will be described later, transmits manufacturing instructions for the facilities 20A and 20B to the manufacturing information management device 10 and monitors the operating status of the facilities 20A and 20B.

[0012] The facilities 20A and 20B are, for example, known industrial machines such as machine tools and robots. The facilities 20A and 20B operate by a numerical control device or a robot control device (not shown) executing a machining program and outputting control instructions based on manufacturing instructions from the production management system 30. The facilities 20A and 20B output manufacturing data, including at least time-series data related to manufacturing based on the control instructions, to the manufacturing information management device 10 (described later). Note that, hereinafter, the facility 20A will also be referred to as "facility A" and the facility 20B will also be referred to as "facility B."

[0013] The manufacturing information management device 10 is a known computer device or the like, and acquires manufacturing data from each of the facilities 20A and 20B, which operate based on manufacturing commands from the production management system 30. Based on preset manufacturing record creation conditions, the manufacturing information management device 10 creates and manages manufacturing records for each manufacturing management unit, which indicates the process for each workpiece type, using the acquired manufacturing data. Based on preset linking conditions, the manufacturing information management device 10 also links the created manufacturing records for each manufacturing management unit with the manufacturing instructions from the production management system 30. As shown in FIG. 1 , the manufacturing information management device 10 includes a control unit 11, a memory unit 12, an input unit 13, and a display unit 14. The control unit 11 also includes a manufacturing command acquisition unit 110, a manufacturing data acquisition unit 111, a record creation condition setting unit 112, a manufacturing record creation unit 113, a manufacturing record acquisition unit 114, a linking condition setting unit 115, and a linking unit 116.

[0014] <Memory Unit 12> The memory unit 12 is a read-only memory (ROM), a random access memory (RAM), a solid state drive (SSD), a hard disk drive (HDD), or the like. The memory unit 12 may store a manufacturing performance management program, a linking processing program, or the like. The memory unit 12 also includes a manufacturing instruction 120, manufacturing data 121, manufacturing performance creation conditions 122, manufacturing performance 123, linking conditions 124, and linking results 125. The manufacturing instruction 120 includes manufacturing instructions for the facilities 20A and 20B from the production management system 30 acquired by the manufacturing instruction acquisition unit 110 (described later). FIGS. 2A to 2C are diagrams illustrating an example of a manufacturing instruction. FIGS. 2A and 2C illustrate manufacturing instructions for "processes 1 and 2 of work type A." FIG. 2B shows a production instruction for "Process 1 of Work Type B." The production instruction 120 is information about the production plan for each production management unit, and has storage areas for information such as "ID," "Work Type," "Quantity," "Delivery Date," "Scheduled Start Time," and "Person in Charge." The "ID" storage area in the production instruction 120 stores, for example, identification information that identifies the production instruction (e.g., a combination of work type "A" or "B" and a serial number). Note that the "ID" is not limited to a combination of work type and serial number, and may be only a serial number, etc. The "Work Type" storage area in the production instruction 120 stores information about the product, such as "A" or "B," indicating the work type. The "Quantity" storage area in the production instruction 120 stores the number of products to be produced according to the production instruction. The "Scheduled Start Time" storage area in the production instruction 120 stores the scheduled start time for each process of the work type as information about the production time. The storage area for "Person in Charge" in the production instruction 120 stores information about the production person, such as the name and person in charge ID of the person who issued the production instruction in the production management system 30. The production instruction 120 may also include information about the production method, the production location and equipment, etc.

[0015] The manufacturing data 121 includes at least time-series data related to manufacturing acquired from each of the equipment 20A and 20B by the manufacturing data acquisition unit 111 (described later). FIG. 3 is a diagram illustrating an example of the manufacturing data 121. The upper part of FIG. 3 shows manufacturing data acquired from the equipment 20A (equipment A), and the lower part shows manufacturing data acquired from the equipment 20B (equipment B). As illustrated in FIG. 3, the manufacturing data 121 includes time-series data of a machining program executed to cause the equipment 20A to perform manufacturing operations and time-series data of door-open and door-close signals for the door of the equipment 20A. The manufacturing data 121 also includes time-series data of a torque command for the equipment 20B to perform manufacturing operations and time-series data of A and B signals for the equipment 20B. The manufacturing data 121 may also include video data, audio data, data manually entered by an operator, and the like related to manufacturing.

[0016] The production history creation conditions 122 include production history creation conditions set by the production history creation condition setting unit 112, which will be described later. FIG. 4 is a diagram illustrating an example of the production history creation conditions 122. As shown in FIG. 4, the production history creation conditions 122 have storage areas for "production control unit," "classification," "creation data," and "conditions." The storage area for "#" stores a number assigned to each "production control unit," a subnumber assigned to the "classification" for each production control unit based on the number, and subnumbers assigned to the "creation data" and "conditions" for each classification. The storage area for "production control unit" in the production history creation conditions 122 stores production control units such as "process 1 for work type A," "process 2 for work type A," and "process 1 for work type B." FIG. 5 is a diagram illustrating an example of the relationship between processes for each work type and facilities 20A and 20B. In FIG. 5, process 1 for work type A and work type B is performed in facility A, and process 2 for work type A is performed in facility B. Furthermore, process 1 for workpiece type A and workpiece type B includes pre-setup work (such as workpiece attachment / detachment and tool preparation) performed by an operator. Process 2 for workpiece type A includes pre-setup work and post-setup work performed by an operator. The storage area for "classification" in the manufacturing history creation conditions 122 stores, for example, "manufacturing history creation," "processing," "pre-setup," "post-setup," etc. for each storage area for "manufacturing control unit." As shown in FIG. 5 , post-setup work may be omitted depending on the workpiece type or equipment. Therefore, the storage area for "classification" in the manufacturing history creation conditions 122 omits "post-setup" in process 1 for workpiece type A and workpiece type B. The storage area for "creation data" in the manufacturing history creation conditions 122 stores, depending on the storage area for "manufacturing control unit," "manufacturing history creation (trigger)," "ID," "manufacturing control unit," "equipment," "number of processed pieces," "manufacturing history completion," "start time," "end time," "correction value," "tools used," etc. The storage area for "conditions" in the manufacturing performance creation conditions 122 stores conditions for acquiring the manufacturing data for each storage area for "manufacturing data." Note that the manufacturing performance creation conditions in FIG. 4 may include a condition regarding the presence or absence of a manufacturing instruction from the production management system 30.Furthermore, as will be described later, the manufacturing performance record creation conditions can be newly created, edited, or deleted by the performance record creation condition setting unit 112 based on instructions input by an operator via the input unit 13, which will be described later.

[0017] The manufacturing record 123 includes manufacturing records that are manufacturing data created for each arbitrary manufacturing management unit from the manufacturing data 121 based on manufacturing record creation conditions 122 by the manufacturing record creation unit 113 described later.

[0018] The linking conditions 124 include linking conditions for linking the manufacturing instruction 120 and the manufacturing performance 123, which are set by the linking condition setting unit 115 (described later). FIG. 6 is a diagram illustrating an example of the linking conditions 124. As shown in FIG. 6, the linking conditions 124 have storage areas for a "condition name," a "linking condition classification," a "priority," and a "condition." The storage area for the "condition name" in the linking conditions 124 stores a manufacturing control unit such as "process 1 of work type A," "process 1 of work type B," "work type C," or "work type D." Note that the "common condition" is a preset condition, and the linking unit 116 (described later) may attempt linking under this condition if none of the individual conditions are met. The storage area for the "linking condition classification" in the linking conditions 124 stores an object to be compared to link the manufacturing instruction 120 and the manufacturing performance 123 (e.g., manufacturing control unit, time, equipment, quantity, lot ID, work type, etc.). The storage area for "priority" in the linking condition 124 stores a priority order (for example, "1" or "2") for comparing the targets stored in the storage area for "linking condition classification." Note that, although a smaller numerical value indicates a higher priority, a larger numerical value may also indicate a higher priority. The storage area for "condition" in the linking condition 124 stores a condition for comparing the targets stored in the storage area for "linking condition classification." Note that the linking condition 124 preferably includes at least one of information on the product, information on the number of products manufactured, information on the time of product manufacturing, information on the manufacturing method, information on the manufacturing location and equipment, information on the person in charge of manufacturing, etc.

[0019] The linking result 125 includes the linking result between the manufacturing instruction and the manufacturing performance by the linking unit 116 described later.

[0020] <Input Unit 13> The input unit 13 is, for example, a keyboard or a touch panel disposed on the display unit 14 (described later), and receives input from the worker.

[0021] <Display Unit 14> The display unit 14 is, for example, a liquid crystal display. As will be described later, the display unit 14 may display a user interface (UI) for setting the production history creation conditions 122 by the production history creation condition setting unit 112, and a UI for setting the linking conditions 124 by the linking condition setting unit 115. The display unit 14 may also display a UI for checking the production history 123 created by the production history creation unit 113, which will be described later. The display unit 14 may also display a UI for the linking results by the linking unit 116, which will be described later, and a UI for modifying the linking results.

[0022] <Control Unit 11> The control unit 11 includes a CPU (Central Processing Unit), ROM (Read Only Memory), RAM, CMOS (Complementary Metal-Oxide-Semiconductor) memory, and other components that are configured to communicate with each other via a bus and are well known to those skilled in the art. The CPU is a processor that controls the entire manufacturing information management device 10. The CPU reads system programs and application programs stored in the ROM via the bus and controls the entire manufacturing information management device 10 in accordance with the system programs and application programs. As a result, as shown in FIG. 1 , the control unit 11 is configured to implement the functions of a manufacturing instruction acquisition unit 110, a manufacturing data acquisition unit 111, a performance creation condition setting unit 112, a manufacturing performance creation unit 113, a manufacturing performance acquisition unit 114, a linking condition setting unit 115, and a linking unit 116. The RAM stores various data, such as temporary calculation data and display data. The CMOS memory is backed up by a battery (not shown) and is configured as a non-volatile memory that retains its stored state even when the power to the manufacturing information management device 10 is turned off.

[0023] For example, the manufacturing instruction acquisition unit 110 acquires manufacturing instructions for the facilities 20A and 20B from the production management system 30. The manufacturing instruction acquisition unit 110 outputs the acquired manufacturing instructions to the facilities 20A and 20B. The manufacturing instruction acquisition unit 110 also stores the acquired manufacturing instructions in the manufacturing instruction 120.

[0024] The manufacturing data acquisition unit 111 acquires manufacturing data including at least the time-series data related to manufacturing shown in Fig. 3 from each of the equipment 20A and 20B. The manufacturing data acquisition unit 111 stores the manufacturing data acquired from each of the equipment 20A and 20B in manufacturing data 121 for each of the equipment 20A and 20B.

[0025] The track record creation condition setting unit 112 sets the manufacturing track record creation conditions shown in FIG. 4 based on, for example, an input operation by an operator via the input unit 13. Specifically, when the track record creation condition setting unit 112 receives, for example, an instruction to set the manufacturing track record creation conditions from an operator via the input unit 13, the track record creation condition setting unit 112 displays a track record creation condition list screen for setting the manufacturing track record creation conditions on the display unit 14. FIG. 7 is a diagram showing an example of a track record creation condition list screen 200. As shown in FIG. 7, the track record creation condition list screen 200 is a user interface having a track record creation condition list 210, a new creation button 220, an edit button 230, and a delete button 240. The track record creation condition list 210 displays a list of existing manufacturing track record creation conditions and has display areas for "condition name," "track record creation trigger classification," and "operation switch." The "condition name" display area in the track record creation condition list 210 displays the workpiece type name and process name for each manufacturing management unit for which the manufacturing track record creation conditions are set. The display area for "Result Creation Trigger Classification" in the list of result creation conditions 210 displays the classification of conditions (e.g., "machining program" or "torque command") that trigger the creation of manufacturing results. For example, in the manufacturing data 121 shown in FIG. 3 , for "Workpiece Type A Process 1" and "Workpiece Type B Process 1," the start of execution of the machining programs "O1000" and "O2000" triggers the creation of results. Therefore, "machining program" is displayed in the display area for "Result Creation Trigger Classification" in the list of result creation conditions 210. Furthermore, for "Workpiece Type A Process 2," the creation of results is determined based on the torque command, so "torque command" is displayed in the display area for "Result Creation Trigger Classification" in the list of result creation conditions 210. The display area for "Operation Switch" in the list of result creation conditions 210 displays a "Running" button or a "Stopped" button that switches the creation operation of manufacturing results for the workpiece type and process displayed in the display area for "Condition Name." For example, when the "Operation Switch" display area displays the "In Operation" button, it indicates that production records for the work type and process are being created, and when the "In Operation" button is pressed by an operator via the input unit 13, it switches to the "Stopped" button, and the creation of production records for the work type and process is stopped.Furthermore, when the "Operation Switch" display area displays the "Stopped" button, it indicates that the creation of production records for the work type and process has stopped, and when the "Stopped" button is pressed by an operator via the input unit 13, it switches to the "Operating" button and production records for the work type and process are created.

[0026] When the operator presses the New button 220 via the input unit 13, the track record creation condition setting unit 112 displays a New Creation screen on the display unit 14 for creating new production track record creation conditions. FIG. 8 is a diagram showing an example of the New Creation screen 300. FIG. 8 illustrates an example of creating a new production track record creation condition for the production management unit in FIG. 4 , "Work Type A, Process 1." As shown in FIG. 8 , "Work Type A, Process 1" is entered in the "Condition Name" field on the New Creation screen 300 based on the operator's input operation. Here, the production track record creation condition consists of a track record creation condition (trigger) for starting the creation of the production track record itself and other conditions (e.g., "processing" and "pre-setup"). The track record creation condition (trigger) includes the creation of a production track record (i.e., the start of production track record creation), the completion of production track record creation, and the creation data. Furthermore, the "Facility," "Trigger Classification," and "Condition" are set for the production track record creation (trigger) and the completion of production track record. Furthermore, the created data includes an "ID" (identification information assigned to the created production record to identify the production record), a "production management unit" and "equipment" indicated by the production record, and the like. An operator may press a plus (+) button to add items for the production record creation (trigger), the production record completion, and the conditions for the created data. An operator may press a trash can button to delete items for the conditions of the created data. The "ID" of the created data is a combination of a fixed value (e.g., "A_01") and a serial number, but it may also be just a serial number, or a combination of a fixed value and a date and time, etc.

[0027] For other conditions, conditions / creation values are set for each category, such as "processing" and "pre-setup." The category names of the conditions / creation values may be prepared in advance and selected by the worker, or may be freely entered by the worker. The conditions / creation values may be described by the worker, describing what conditions and what values are to be set for each piece of production data. The data used to set the conditions / creation values may be selected and specified by the worker from a list of the manufacturing data 121. When the worker presses the "Create" button on the new production screen 300 via the input unit 13, the production record creation condition setting unit 112 stores the production record creation conditions set on the new production screen 300 in the production record creation conditions 122.

[0028] When an operator selects one row in the list of production history creation conditions 210 via the input unit 13 and presses the edit button 230, the production history creation condition setting unit 112 displays an edit screen for editing the selected production history creation conditions on the display unit 14. The edit screen is similar to the new creation screen 300 in FIG. 8 , and detailed description thereof will be omitted. When an operator selects one or more production history creation conditions in the list of production history creation conditions 210 via the input unit 13 and presses the delete button 240, the production history creation condition setting unit 112 deletes the selected production history creation conditions from the production history creation conditions 122.

[0029] The manufacturing history creation unit 113 creates manufacturing data for each arbitrary manufacturing management unit from the manufacturing data 121 as manufacturing history, for example, based on preset manufacturing history creation conditions 122. Specifically, for example, the manufacturing history creation unit 113 confirms the start of the machining program "O1000" at facility A at time t3 in the manufacturing data 121 in FIG. 3 . Then, based on the manufacturing history creation conditions for the manufacturing management unit "work type 1, process 1" among the manufacturing history creation conditions 122 in FIG. 4 , the manufacturing history creation unit 113 confirms that the door open signal is "ON" at time t1 just before time t3 and that the door close signal is "ON" at time t2. Based on the manufacturing history creation conditions for the manufacturing management unit "work type 1, process 1" in FIG. 4 , the manufacturing history creation unit 113 confirms the end of the machining program "O1010" at time t4. 9, the production history creation unit 113 creates a production history for "production history 1" with an "ID" of "A_01_00001," "production management unit" of "work type A" and "process 1," "equipment" of "equipment A," "pre-setup time" of "t1 to t2," "processing time" of "t3 to t4," "correction value" of the value of variable 100 at the processing start point t3 of "0.2," and "tools used" of "T1, T2." The production history creation unit 113 stores the created production history in the production history 123.

[0030] 3, the production history creation unit 113 confirms that signal A of equipment B turns "ON" at time t6 and that the torque command has been equal to or greater than a certain value for a certain period of time thereafter. Based on the production history creation conditions for the production management unit "work type 1, process 2" in the production history creation conditions 122 in FIG. 4, the production history creation unit 113 confirms that signal B turns "ON" at time t5, just before time t6. Based on the production history creation conditions for the production management unit "work type 1, process 2" in FIG. 4, the production history creation unit 113 also confirms that the torque command has fallen below a certain value at time t7. As a result, the production history creation unit 113 creates a production history "production history 2" with an "ID" of "A_02_00001," "production management unit" of "work type A" and "process 2," "equipment" of "equipment B," "pre-setup time" of "t5 to t6," "processing time" of "t6 to t7," and "post-setup time" of "none," as shown in FIG. 10 . The production history creation unit 113 stores the created production history in the production history 123. The production history creation unit 113 determines the post-setup time by executing a determination program pre-stored (registered) in the storage unit 12. Then, based on the determination result, the production history creation unit 113 determines that the post-setup time is "none (0)," and therefore sets "none" to the "post-setup time" in the production history in FIG. 10 .

[0031] 3, the production history creation unit 113 confirms the start of the machining program "O2000" at facility A at time t10. Then, based on the production history creation conditions for the production management unit "process 1 of workpiece type B" among the production history creation conditions 122 in FIG. 4, the production history creation unit 113 confirms that the door open signal is "ON" at time t8 just before time t10 and that the door close signal is "ON" at time t9. Furthermore, based on the production history creation conditions for the production management unit "process 1 of workpiece type 2" in FIG. 4, the production history creation unit 113 confirms the end of the machining program "O2000" at time t11. 11, the manufacturing history creation unit 113 creates a manufacturing history for "manufacturing history 3" in which the "ID" is "B_01_00001," the "manufacturing control unit" is "work type B" and "process 1," the "equipment" is "equipment A," the "pre-setup time" is "t8 to t9," and the "processing time" is "t10 to t11." The manufacturing history creation unit 113 stores the created manufacturing history in the manufacturing history 123.

[0032] Next, the production record creation unit 113 creates production records based on the production record creation conditions, and then calculates an index (score) indicating the likelihood of each created production record. Below, the score (up to 100) indicating the likelihood of creation of production records will be described using examples of (a) a case where the score is calculated from a comparison with the standard lead time, and (b) a case where the score is calculated from the similarity of the torque command.

[0033] (a) Calculation from Comparison with Standard Lead Time The production history creation unit 113 pre-sets the standard lead time S and its standard deviation σ for each time (time type) for which a score is to be calculated, such as the "processing time" of "process 1 of work type A" in the production history shown in FIG. 9 . Then, the production history creation unit 113 may calculate the score by the following equation: Score = 100 - (|S - t| / σ) × α, where t (= end time - start time) is the processing time of the created production history and α is an arbitrary constant. Note that when there are multiple times for which calculation is to be performed, the production history creation unit 113 may calculate the score by the average of the respective scores.

[0034] (b) Calculation from Similarity of Torque Command In this case, for example, it is assumed that model patterns of torque commands for each time type of the manufacturing management unit are stored (registered) in advance in the storage unit 12. When creating the manufacturing history, the manufacturing history creation unit 113 acquires time-series data of torque commands for each time type (e.g., machining time) from the manufacturing data 121 based on the set manufacturing history creation conditions. The manufacturing history creation unit 113 calculates the similarity between the acquired time-series data and the stored (registered) model pattern. Then, the manufacturing history creation unit 113 may calculate the score by normalizing the calculated similarity using a known technique (e.g., CCF (Cross-Correlation Function) or DTW (Dynamic Time Warping)).

[0035] The manufacturing record creation unit 113 displays a manufacturing record list screen on the display unit 14, which shows a list of the created manufacturing records, the manufacturing record creation conditions, and the calculated score. FIG. 12 is a diagram showing an example of the manufacturing record list screen 400. As shown in FIG. 12, the manufacturing record list screen 400 has display areas for "manufacturing record," "manufacturing record creation conditions," and "score," and is a user interface that allows users to narrow down the manufacturing records to be displayed based on any conditions, such as period, work type, score, etc. The "manufacturing record" display area in the manufacturing record list screen 400 displays information about the created manufacturing records. The "manufacturing record creation conditions" display area in the manufacturing record list screen 400 displays the manufacturing record creation conditions under which the manufacturing record was created. The "manufacturing record creation conditions" display area displays "automatic creation" if the manufacturing record was automatically created based on the manufacturing record creation conditions, and displays "manual creation" if the manufacturing record was manually entered by an operator. Note that the manufacturing record creation unit 113 may exclude manually created manufacturing records from the score calculation. Furthermore, if the manufacturing control unit is unknown at the time of creating the production history, the production history creation unit 113 may display the manufacturing control unit as "unknown" and a warning mark M to prompt the worker to confirm the manufacturing control unit, etc. In this case, the production history creation unit 113 may correct the manufacturing control unit, etc. based on the confirmation results when the worker presses an "edit" button via the input unit 13. The "score" display area on the production history list screen 400 displays a score indicating the likelihood calculated by the production history creation unit 113. The production history creation unit 113 may prompt the worker to confirm the correspondence between the production history and the manufacturing data 121 and the production history creation conditions 122, etc., by displaying a warning mark M for production history with a low score, for example, 60 or less. In this case, the production history creation unit 113 may correct the production history, etc. based on the confirmation results when the worker presses an "edit" button via the input unit 13.

[0036] The manufacturing record acquiring unit 114 acquires, for example, manufacturing records such as those shown in FIGS. 9 to 11 from the manufacturing record 123.

[0037] The linking condition setting unit 115 sets, for example, linking conditions 124 that are used by the linking unit 116 (described later) to link a manufacturing instruction included in the manufacturing instruction 120 with the manufacturing performance acquired by the manufacturing performance acquisition unit 114. Specifically, when the linking condition setting unit 115 receives, for example, an instruction to set linking conditions from an operator via the input unit 13, the linking condition setting unit 115 displays a linking condition list screen for setting the linking conditions on the display unit 14. FIG. 13 is a diagram showing an example of the linking condition list screen 500. As shown in FIG. 13, the linking condition list screen 500 is a user interface having a linking condition list 510, a new creation button 520, an edit button 530, and a delete button 540. The linking condition list 510 displays a list of existing linking conditions and has display areas for a "condition name," a "condition summary," and an "operation switch." The "Condition Name" display area in the linking condition list 510 displays the work type name and process name for each manufacturing control unit for which a linking condition is set, the work type name, "common conditions," etc. The "Condition Summary" display area in the linking condition list 510 displays the comparison targets (e.g., manufacturing control unit, setup start time, registration order, equipment, quantity, work type, etc.) set to link manufacturing instructions and manufacturing results for each priority. The "Operation Switch" display area in the linking condition list 510 displays an "Operating" button or an "Stopped" button that switches the linking operation between manufacturing instructions and manufacturing results for the work type and process displayed in the "Condition Name" display area. For example, when the "Operation Switch" display area displays the "Operating" button, a determination based on the linking condition is automatically made from the manufacturing instructions and manufacturing results entered in real time for the work type and process, and if there is a match, it indicates that the manufacturing instructions and manufacturing results are linked. When an operator presses the "In Operation" button via the input unit 13, the button changes to the "Stopped" button, and the linking of the production instructions for the work type and process with the production results is stopped. Also, when the "Stopped" button is displayed in the "Operation Switch" display area, it indicates that the linking of the production instructions for the work type and process with the production results is stopped. When the worker presses the "Stopped" button via the input unit 13, the button changes to the "In Operation" button, and the manufacturing instructions for the work type and process are linked to the manufacturing results.

[0038] When the worker presses the new creation button 520 via the input unit 13, the linking condition setting unit 115 displays a new creation screen for creating a new linking condition on the display unit 14. FIG. 14 is a diagram showing an example of the new creation screen 600. FIG. 14 illustrates an example of creating a new linking condition for "Work Type A, Process 1" in FIG. 6. As shown in FIG. 14, "Work Type A, Process 1" is entered in the "Condition Name" field on the new creation screen 600 based on the worker's input operation. Then, the worker presses the plus (+) button via the input unit 13 to add a "Priority" and a "Condition," and a "Condition" is set for each "Priority" based on the worker's input operation. Then, when the worker presses the "Create" button on the new creation screen 600 via the input unit 13, the linking condition setting unit 115 stores the linking condition set on the new creation screen 600 in the linking condition 124.

[0039] The linking unit 116 links the manufacturing instructions included in the manufacturing instructions 120 with the manufacturing results included in the manufacturing results 123, for example, based on preset linking conditions 124. The following describes an example of linking to a manufacturing instruction corresponding to the manufacturing result "Manufacturing Results 1" shown in FIG. 9 based on the linking conditions of FIG. 6 . However, linking to manufacturing instructions corresponding to other manufacturing results is similar to the case of the manufacturing results and manufacturing instructions in FIG. 9 . Specifically, the linking unit 116 extracts multiple manufacturing instructions, including the manufacturing instructions shown in FIGS. 2A and 2C , from the manufacturing instructions 120 based on a linking condition with a priority of "1" among the linking conditions in FIG. 6 that matches the manufacturing results in FIG. 9 , for example, the condition for "workpiece type A" with a priority of "1." The linking unit 116 links, for example, the manufacturing instruction in FIG. 2A with the manufacturing performance record in FIG. 9 , whose planned start time for process 1 is closest to the start time t1 of pre-setup in the manufacturing performance record in FIG. 9 , based on the extracted multiple manufacturing instructions and the condition of priority "2" among the linking conditions in which the condition for "work type A" is priority "1." Then, the linking unit 116 stores the IDs of the manufacturing instruction in FIG. 2A and the manufacturing performance record in FIG. 9 together in the linking result 125. Furthermore, the linking unit 116 updates the linking result 125 by setting the linking status of the manufacturing performance record in FIG. 9 to "linked."

[0040] Next, the linking unit 116 links the manufacturing instructions and the actual production results based on the linking conditions 124, and then calculates an index (score) indicating the likelihood of each linking result. Specifically, the linking unit 116, for example, sets a score (up to 100) indicating the likelihood of linking between the manufacturing instructions and the actual production results for each time period to be managed in the manufacturing management unit. The linking unit 116 pre-sets a standard deviation time S', which is the average time difference between the scheduled start time of the manufacturing instructions and the actual production results, and its standard deviation σ', for each time period to be managed in the manufacturing management unit. The linking unit 116 may then calculate the score as follows: Score = 100 - (|S' - t| / σ') × β, where t (= |Scheduled start time of the manufacturing instructions - Start time of the actual production results|) is the time difference between the linked manufacturing instructions and the actual production results, and β is an arbitrary constant. Note that if there are multiple time periods to be calculated, the linking unit 116 may calculate the score as the average of the respective scores.

[0041] The linking unit 116 references the linking result 125 and displays a linking result list screen on the display unit 14, showing a list of linked manufacturing instructions and manufacturing results. FIG. 15 is a diagram showing an example of the linking result list screen 700. As shown in FIG. 15, the linking result list screen 700 has display areas for "manufacturing instructions" and "manufacturing results," and is a user interface that allows users to narrow down the linking results to be displayed based on arbitrary conditions such as period and work type. The "manufacturing instructions" display area in the linking result list screen 700 displays information on linked manufacturing results. The "manufacturing instructions" display area displays the "ID," "work type," "quantity," and "delivery date" of the manufacturing instruction. The "manufacturing results" display area in the linking result list screen 700 displays information such as the ID and equipment of the linked manufacturing results for each manufacturing instruction displayed in the "manufacturing instructions" display area, for each process (manufacturing control unit). Note that the linking unit 116 may display a blank field when it is not possible to link a production record to "Process 2" of a production instruction with an "ID" of "A_00002," a "Work Type" of "Work A," a "Quantity" of "2," and a "Delivery Date" of "xx / xx." Furthermore, the linking unit 116 may display a mark M prompting confirmation of the linking between the production instruction and the production record when the score calculated for the linked production instruction and the production record is equal to or less than a predetermined value (e.g., 60). In this case, the linking unit 116 may display other linking candidates for the production record on the linking result list screen 700 by having the operator position the cursor on the mark M via the input unit 13. Then, on the linking result list screen 700, when a worker clicks on mark M in a manufacturing instruction where, for example, "ID" is "C_00001," "Work type" is "Work C," "Quantity" is "2," and "Delivery date" is "xx / xx," or on a display area for linking candidates for other manufacturing results, the linking unit 116 may display a manufacturing results linking change screen on the display unit 14.

[0042] FIG. 16 is a diagram showing an example of a production performance linking change screen 800. As shown in FIG. 16 , the production performance linking change screen 800 displays a list of linking candidates for production performance for a production instruction having an "ID" of "C_00001," a "work type" of "Work C," a "quantity" of "2," a "delivery date" of "xx / xx," and the like, and is a user interface for selecting and changing a production performance to be linked to the production instruction from the linking candidates. The production performance linking change screen 800 has display areas for "production candidate," "linking conditions," and "score." The "production performance" display area in the production performance linking change screen 800 displays information about each of the production performances of the linking candidates (e.g., ID, equipment, quantity, setup time, processing time, etc.). The "linking conditions" display area in the production performance linking change screen 800 displays the linking conditions linked to each of the production performances of the linking candidates. The "score" display area in the production performance linking change screen 800 displays the scores of each of the production performances of the linking candidates calculated by the linking unit 116. When an operator selects a more appropriate production performance for the production instruction as indicated by a thick rectangle on the production performance linking change screen 800 and presses the "change" button, the linking unit 116 changes the production performance linked to the production instruction and updates the linking result 125.

[0043] <Operation of Manufacturing Information Management Apparatus 10> Next, the operation of the manufacturing information management apparatus 10 will be described with reference to Fig. 17 and Fig. 18. Fig. 17 is a flowchart illustrating the manufacturing performance creation process of the manufacturing information management apparatus 10. Fig. 18 is a flowchart illustrating the linking process of the manufacturing information management apparatus 10. Note that the process shown in Fig. 17 and the process shown in Fig. 18 may be processed sequentially or in parallel.

[0044] First, the manufacturing performance creation process of the manufacturing information management device 10 will be described with reference to Fig. 17. In step S1, the manufacturing data acquisition unit 111 acquires manufacturing data including at least the time-series data related to manufacturing shown in Fig. 3 from each of the equipment 20A and 20B. The manufacturing data acquisition unit 111 stores the manufacturing data acquired from each of the equipment 20A and 20B in the manufacturing data 121 for each of the equipment 20A and 20B.

[0045] In step S2, the performance record creation condition setting unit 112 determines whether an instruction to create, edit, or delete a production performance record creation condition has been received from the operator via the input unit 13. If an instruction to create, edit, or delete a production performance record creation condition has been received, the process proceeds to step S3. On the other hand, if an instruction to create, edit, or delete a production performance record creation condition has not been received, the process proceeds to step S4.

[0046] In step S3, the result creation condition setting unit 112 creates, edits, or deletes a manufacturing result creation condition based on an input operation by the operator via the input unit 13.

[0047] In step S4, the production history creating unit 113 creates production data for each production management unit from the production data 121 based on the production history creating conditions 122 as production history.

[0048] In step S5, the production history creation unit 113 calculates a score for each production history created in step S4, and displays a production history list screen 400 on the display unit 14. The production history creation unit 113 corrects the production history based on input operations from the worker via the input unit 13.

[0049] Next, the linking process of the manufacturing information management device 10 will be described with reference to Fig. 18. In step S10, the manufacturing instruction acquisition unit 110 acquires manufacturing instructions for the facilities 20A and 20B from the production management system 30.

[0050] In step S11 , the manufacturing record obtaining unit 114 obtains manufacturing records from the manufacturing record 123 .

[0051] In step S12, the linking condition setting unit 115 determines whether or not an instruction to create, edit, or delete a linking condition has been received from the worker via the input unit 13. If an instruction to create, edit, or delete a linking condition has been received, the process proceeds to step S13. On the other hand, if an instruction to create, edit, or delete a linking condition has not been received, the process proceeds to step S14.

[0052] In step S13 , the linking condition setting unit 115 creates, edits, or deletes a linking condition based on an input operation from the worker via the input unit 13 .

[0053] In step S14, the linking unit 116 links the manufacturing instruction with the manufacturing performance based on the linking conditions 124, and calculates a score indicating the likelihood of the linked manufacturing instruction and manufacturing performance.

[0054] In step S15, the linking unit 116 displays a linking result list screen 700 between the manufacturing instructions and manufacturing performance linked in step S14 on the display unit 14. The linking unit 116 corrects the linking between the manufacturing instructions and manufacturing performance based on an input operation from the worker via the input unit 13.

[0055] As described above, the manufacturing information management device 10 according to one embodiment can easily link and organize manufacturing instructions from a production management system with manufacturing performance data at facilities. Furthermore, the manufacturing information management device 10 links manufacturing instructions and manufacturing performance data in random order (asynchronously) based on preset linking conditions (i.e., there is no need to consider manufacturing performance data at the time of issuing a manufacturing instruction, and performance data can be generated without considering the manufacturing instruction). This allows accurate manufacturing performance data linked to manufacturing instructions. The manufacturing information management device 10 can also handle cases where there are multiple pieces of equipment capable of processing a manufacturing instruction, and it is not yet determined which equipment will be used at the time the instruction is issued. Furthermore, because the linking of the organized data can be referenced in real time, progress against manufacturing instructions can be monitored in real time. The organized data can also be used as traceability data linked to workpieces. The organized data can also be used to accurately collect information such as setup time and machine operating time, which are necessary for confirming work time for each workpiece, understanding variance, and calculating the cost price of each workpiece.

[0056] <Modification 1> In one embodiment, the manufacturing information management device 10 acquires manufacturing data from the facilities 20A and 20B, but is not limited to this. For example, the manufacturing information management device 10 may acquire various data related to the workpiece, such as data from sensors installed in the facilities 20A and 20B or observations by workers, and associate the data with manufacturing instructions.

[0057] <Modification 2> In the above-described embodiment, the manufacturing information management device 10 displays the linking results between the manufacturing instructions and the manufacturing performance on the linking result list screen 700. However, this is not limiting. For example, the manufacturing information management device 10 may display, on the linking result list screen 700, a score indicating the likelihood of the linking results together with the linking results between the manufacturing instructions and the manufacturing performance.

[0058] In the first embodiment, each function included in the manufacturing information control device 10 can be realized by hardware, software, or a combination of these. Here, "realized by software" means that the function is realized by a computer reading and executing a program.

[0059] The program can be stored and supplied to a computer using various types of non-transitory computer-readable media. Non-transitory computer-readable media include various types of tangible storage media. Examples of non-transitory computer-readable media include magnetic recording media (e.g., flexible disks, magnetic tapes, hard disk drives), magneto-optical recording media (e.g., magneto-optical disks), CD-ROMs (Read Only Memory), CD-Rs, CD-R / Ws, and semiconductor memories (e.g., mask ROMs, PROMs (Programmable ROMs), EPROMs (Erasable PROMs), flash ROMs, and RAMs). The program may be provided to the computer by various types of transient computer-readable media. Examples of transient computer-readable media include electrical signals, optical signals, and electromagnetic waves. The transient computer-readable media can provide the program to the computer via a wired communication path such as an electrical wire or optical fiber, or via a wireless communication path.

[0060] The step of writing a program to be recorded on a recording medium includes not only processes that are performed in chronological order, but also processes that are not necessarily performed in chronological order but are executed in parallel or individually. The step of writing the program may also be performed by cloud computing.
