Each of the circuit breaker CB2 and circuit breaker inspection earthing switches ESO3 and ESO4 is operated by the above-mentioned operating device housed in the operation box 70.

[0042] The connection pipe 50b is a pipe provided for connection to the connection unit 4. The communication pipe 50c is a pipe for communicating between the main body 50a and the operation box 70.

[0043] The connection unit 4 has a bushing BS for connecting the transformer unit 3 to the transformer 200. The bushing BS is provided between one end of the circuit breaker CB2 and the transformer 200.

[0044] The connection unit 4 also has a connection unit container 60 that forms the outer shell of the connection unit 4. The connection unit container 60 has a cylindrical shape and is arranged so that its central axis faces the direction in which the first unit 11, the second unit 12, and the transformer 200 are aligned (see FIG. 5). One end of the connection unit container 60 is connected to the connection pipe 50b of the transformer unit container 50. As shown in FIG. 4, the other end of the connection unit container 60 is connected to the connection portion 201 of the transformer 200. A bushing BS is housed inside the connection unit container 60.

[0045] An insulating gas is sealed inside the first unit container 20, the second unit container 30, the bus container 40, the transformer unit container 50, and the connection unit container 60. The first unit container 20, the second unit container 30, the bus container 40, the transformer unit container 50, and the connection unit container 60 are isolated from one another to prevent the insulating gas from circulating. An insulating gas with a low environmental impact and low insulating performance is used as the insulating gas. Specifically, dry air, G-cube, nitrogen gas, etc. are used as the insulating gas.

[0046] In the gas-insulated switchgear 101 of this embodiment, the service pipes 20c, 20d are arranged at positions on the side surface of the first unit 11 that do not face the transformer 200. As a result, in this embodiment, the service pipes 20c, 20d do not obstruct connection of the transformer 200 to the gas-insulated switchgear 101, and the transformer 200 can be arranged close to the gas-insulated switchgear 101. Therefore, in this embodiment, the installation area of the power receiving and substation equipment 300 can be reduced.

[0047] Furthermore, in this embodiment, the service pipes 20c and 20d are arranged so as to face in a direction perpendicular to the direction in which the transformer 200 is arranged relative to the first unit 11, and the service pipes 20c and 20d are arranged at positions facing each other on the side surface of the first unit 11, i.e., on the outer circumferential surface of the main body 20a. As a result, in this embodiment, either the service pipes 20c and 20d can be appropriately selected and used depending on the usage situation of the gas-insulated switchgear 101.

[0048] In addition, in this embodiment, the container forming the outer shell of the power receiving unit 1 is divided into two (plural) units: a first unit container 20 and a second unit container 30. As a result, in this embodiment, the devices constituting the power receiving unit 1 can be individually arranged in the divided first unit container 20 and second unit container 30 according to their functions, and a sufficient insulation distance between the devices can be ensured. Therefore, in this embodiment, an insulating gas with low insulation performance and low environmental load can be used.

[0049] Specifically, the power receiving unit 1 has a large number of devices such as a lightning arrester LA, a voltage detection device VD, a line-side earthing switch ES1, a line-side disconnecting switch DS1, a circuit breaker CB1, and circuit breaker inspection earthing switches ESO1 and ESO2. Therefore, in order to ensure the insulation of each device, conventional gas-insulated switchgears use SF 6 However, such insulating gases are generally greenhouse gases and have a high environmental impact.

[0050] In contrast, the insulating gas used in the gas-insulated switchgear 101 of the present disclosure has a low environmental load and low insulating performance. Therefore, when such an insulating gas is used in a conventional gas-insulated switchgear, it is difficult to arrange the above-mentioned devices in close proximity. As a result, when an insulating gas with a low environmental load and low insulating performance is used in a conventional gas-insulated switchgear, it is difficult to increase the size and complexity of the structure of the gas-insulated switchgear, unlike the gas-insulated switchgear 101 of the present disclosure.

[0051] Furthermore, in this embodiment, the lead-in pipes 20c, 20d are arranged on the side surface of the first unit container 20, i.e., on the outer peripheral surface of the main body 20a, so that the space above the connection unit 4 can be used for leading in the line L through the lead-in pipes 20c, 20d. As a result, in this embodiment, the limited space in which the gas-insulated switchgear 101 is installed can be effectively used. Furthermore, in the power receiving and substation equipment 300 of this embodiment, the transformer 200 can be arranged close to the gas-insulated switchgear 101. Therefore, the installation area of the power receiving and substation equipment 300 can be reduced.

[0052] Here, an example of the internal configuration of the busbar chamber 2 in the gas-insulated switchgear 101 of the present disclosure will be specifically described with reference to FIGS. 6 and 7 . FIG. 6 is a diagram illustrating an example of the internal configuration of the busbar chamber 2 shown in FIG. 1 . FIG. 7 is a diagram illustrating the connection structure C shown in FIG. 6 . Note that FIG. 6 corresponds to a cross-sectional view of the busbar chamber 2 taken along a cross section perpendicular to the front-rear direction, but hatching has been omitted to simplify the drawing (the same applies to FIGS. 8 to 10 , which will be described later). Note that the position of the cross section in the front-rear direction corresponds to the position at which the W-phase busbar-side disconnector DS2W, transformer-side disconnector DS3W, etc., which will be described later, are cut. Also, in FIG. 7 , to simplify the drawing, the first and second movable-side electrodes provided for each phase are omitted, and only the holes through which the first and second movable-side electrodes are inserted are shown.

[0053] In the bus chamber 2 of the gas-insulated switchgear 101 of this embodiment, for example, devices for three phases, U-phase, V-phase, and W-phase, are provided inside the bus vessel 40. Specifically, as shown in Fig. 6 , a W-phase bus-side disconnector (first disconnector) DS2W and a W-phase transformer-side disconnector (second disconnector) DS3W are provided to face each other in the vertical direction (second direction).

[0054] Furthermore, within the bus room 2, V-phase and U-phase bus-side disconnectors (not shown) are provided in sequence from the bus-side disconnector DS2W along the front-to-rear direction (first direction), which is a direction perpendicular to the plane of Fig. 6. Similarly, within the bus room 2, V-phase and U-phase transformer-side disconnectors (not shown) are provided in sequence from the transformer-side disconnector DS3W along the front-to-rear direction, which is a direction perpendicular to the plane of Fig. 6. These V-phase and U-phase bus-side disconnectors and V-phase and U-phase transformer-side disconnectors are provided so as to face each other in the up-down direction, similar to the W-phase bus-side disconnector DS2W and the W-phase transformer-side disconnector DS3W.

[0055] 6, the bus-side disconnector DS2W includes a first fixed-side electrode 2WKD, a first movable-side electrode 2WMD, and a first movable-side electrode rod 2WMR. The first fixed-side electrode 2WKD and the first movable-side electrode 2WMD are supported by a first insulating spacer 40d and a first support member 40f, respectively. The first movable-side electrode rod 2WMR is supported by the first movable-side electrode 2WMD so as to be movable in the left-right direction (third direction).

[0056] In the bus-side disconnector DS2W, the right end of the first movable-side electrode 2WMR comes into contact with the first fixed-side electrode 2WKD, causing the bus-side disconnector DS2W to be in a closed (closed) state, as shown in Fig. 6. On the other hand, in the bus-side disconnector DS2W, the right end of the first movable-side electrode 2WMR moves leftward in Fig. 6 and separates from the first fixed-side electrode 2WKD, causing the bus-side disconnector DS2W to be in an open (open) state.

[0057] Similarly, the transformer-side disconnector DS3W includes a second fixed-side electrode 3WKD, a second movable-side electrode 3WMD, and a second movable-side electrode rod 3WMR. The second fixed-side electrode 3WKD and the second movable-side electrode 3WMD are supported by a second insulating spacer 40e and a second support member 40g, respectively. The second movable-side electrode rod 3WMR is supported by the second movable-side electrode 3WMD so as to be movable in the left-right direction.

[0058] In the transformer-side disconnector DS3W, the right end of the second movable-side electrode 3WMR comes into contact with the second fixed-side electrode 3WKD, thereby closing the transformer-side disconnector DS3W, as shown in Fig. 6. On the other hand, in the transformer-side disconnector DS3W, the right end of the second movable-side electrode 3WMR moves leftward in Fig. 6 and separates from the second fixed-side electrode 3WKD, thereby opening the transformer-side disconnector DS3W.

[0059] In addition, in the bus-side disconnector DS2W and the transformer-side disconnector DS3W, an operating mechanism (not shown) is connected to the left ends of the first and second movable electrodes 2WMR and 3WMR. This operating mechanism is also connected to the left ends of the first and second movable electrodes (not shown) of the V-phase and U-phase, respectively, and by operating the operating mechanism in response to the operation of the operating device, the bus-side disconnectors and transformer-side disconnectors for three phases can perform a circuit-closing operation or a circuit-opening operation all at once.

[0060] The first and second insulating spacers 40d, 40e are insulating members for leading the corresponding bus-side disconnector DS2W and transformer-side disconnector DS3W to the outside of the busbar room 2, and are provided to face each other in the second direction. Specifically, the first insulating spacer 40d is provided with a line having one end connected to the first fixed-side electrode 2WKD of the busbar-side disconnector DS2W and the other end connected to the circuit breaker CB1. The second insulating spacer 40e is provided with a line having one end connected to the second fixed-side electrode 3WKD of the transformer-side disconnector DS3W and the other end connected to the circuit breaker CB2.

[0061] Furthermore, as shown in FIG. 6, the first and second insulating spacers 40d, 40e are positioned away from the center in the left-right direction, and in the gas-insulated switchgear 101 of the present disclosure, the positions at which the first and second insulating spacers 40d, 40e are pulled out to the outside of the bus chamber 2 are positioned away from the center that is symmetrical in the left-right direction, thereby making it possible to make the gas-insulated switchgear 101 more compact (details will be described later).

[0062] Although these first and second insulating spacers 40d, 40e are provided for each of the three phases, the first and second insulating spacers for the three phases may each be provided integrally and attached to the bus container 40.

[0063] The first and second support members 40f, 40g are configured using, for example, insulators and are provided to face each other in the second direction. The first support member 40f supports the first movable electrode 2WMD in an electrically insulated state within the bus chamber 2 so that the first movable electrode 2WMD is aligned with the first fixed electrode 2WKD in the left-right direction within the bus chamber 2. The second support member 40g supports the second movable electrode 3WMD in an electrically insulated state within the bus chamber 2 so that the second movable electrode 3WMD is aligned with the second fixed electrode 3WKD in the left-right direction within the bus chamber 2.

[0064] Although these first and second support members 40f, 40g are provided for each of the three phases, the first and second support members for the three phases may each be provided integrally and installed within the busbar chamber 2.

[0065] As described above, in the bus chamber 2, the three-phase first movable-side electrodes and the three-phase second movable-side electrodes are located in the left half of the bus chamber 2, and the three-phase first fixed-side electrodes and the three-phase first fixed-side electrodes are located inside the bus chamber 2. As a result, in this embodiment, it is possible to easily reduce the vertical dimension of the gas-insulated switchgear 101.

[0066] In the bus room 2, three-phase bus conductors BDU, BDV, and BDW are provided at a vertically intermediate position between the bus-side disconnector DS2W and the transformer-side disconnector DS3W. Specifically, as shown in Fig. 7 , the bus conductors BDU, BDV, and BDW are each constructed using a straight metal conductor and are arranged along the vertical center line C1 so as to be equidistant from one another in the left-right direction of Fig. 6 . Furthermore, the bus conductors BDU, BDV, and BDW are each made of a metal conductor having the same dimensions in the front-to-rear direction, and are arranged along the front-to-rear direction in the bus room 2. One end and the other end of each of the bus conductors BDU, BDV, and BDW are connected to the power-receiving-side bus BUS1 and the transformer-side bus BUS2, respectively.

[0067] In the above description, one end and the other end of each of the bus conductors BDU, BDV, and BDW are connected to a bus bar. However, in the gas-insulated switchgear 101 of the present disclosure, either one end or the other end of each of the bus conductors BDU, BDV, and BDW may be connected to a bus bar, or in some cases, none of the ends may be connected to a bus bar.

[0068] Furthermore, in the gas-insulated switchgear 101 of the present disclosure, the connection structure C electrically connects each of the three-phase bus-side disconnectors to the corresponding bus conductors BDU, BDV, and BDW, and each of the three-phase transformer-side disconnectors to the corresponding bus conductors BDU, BDV, and BDW.

[0069] Specifically, as shown in Figure 7, the connection structure C includes a linear first connecting conductor C2U that connects the bus conductor BDU and the first movable side electrode 2UMD, a linear first connecting conductor C2V that connects the bus conductor BDV and the first movable side electrode 2VMD, and a linear first connecting conductor C2W that connects the bus conductor BDW and the first movable side electrode 2WMD.

[0070] Furthermore, as shown in Figure 7, the connection structure C includes a linear second connecting conductor C3U that connects the bus conductor BDU and the second movable side electrode 3UMD, a linear second connecting conductor C3V that connects the bus conductor BDV and the second movable side electrode 3VMD, and a linear second connecting conductor C3W that connects the bus conductor BDW and the second movable side electrode 3WMD.

[0071] 6, the first connecting conductors C2U, C2V, and C2W and the second connecting conductors C3U, C3V, and C3W are each provided along an oblique direction that is inclined at an angle within a predetermined angle range with respect to the vertical direction. Specifically, in order to maintain the insulation distances Z2 to Z5 (described below) at the necessary insulation distances and to minimize the dimension H1 (described below), it is desirable that the first connecting conductors C2U, C2V, and C2W and the second connecting conductors C3U, C3V, and C3W are each angled at an angle within the above-mentioned predetermined angle range, for example, within a range of 10° to 60°, with respect to the vertical direction.

[0072] In the connection structure C, among the three-phase first connecting conductors C2U, C2V, and C2W, the first connecting conductors for two phases, for example, the first connecting conductors C2V and C2W for the V and W phases, are made of members having the same shape. Furthermore, among the three-phase second connecting conductors C3U, C3V, and C3W, the second connecting conductors for two phases, for example, the second connecting conductors C3V and C3W for the V and W phases, are made of members having the same shape. As described above, among the first and second connecting conductors C2U, C2V, C2W and C3U, C3V, and C3W, the first and second connecting conductors C2V, C2W and C3V, C3W for two phases are made of members having the same shape. This makes it possible to reduce the number of parts of the gas-insulated switchgear 101, and facilitates maintenance and management of the gas-insulated switchgear 101.

[0073] 6 and 7, in connection structure C, of the first and second connecting conductors C2U, C2V, C2W and C3U, C3V, C3W of the three phases, for example, the first and second connecting conductors C2U and C3U of the U phase as the first phase are provided on either side in the front-to-rear direction shown in Fig. 7. Furthermore, these first and second connecting conductors C2U and C3U have a longer dimension than the first and second connecting conductors C2V, C2W and C3V, C3W of the other two phases, i.e., the V phase and the W phase.

[0074] In addition, in connection structure C, as shown in Figure 6, the bus conductor BDU of the U phase as the first phase is located between the first fixed side electrode 2WKD and the second fixed side electrode 3WKD in the vertical direction.

[0075] In connection structure C, as shown in FIG. 6, within the bus chamber 2, the first connecting conductors C2V and C2W of the V and W phases, the second connecting conductors C3V and C3W of the V and W phases, and the bus conductors BDV and BDW of the V and W phases, which are adjacent in the fore-and-aft direction, are arranged so as to be mirror-symmetrical with respect to a plane perpendicular to the fore-and-aft direction (a plane along the center line C2 in FIG. 6).

[0076] In other words, the first connecting conductors C2V, C2W are arranged symmetrically with respect to a center line C2 that connects the center positions of the first and second support members 40f, 40g in the left-right direction, as shown in Fig. 6. The second connecting conductors C3V, C3W are arranged symmetrically with respect to the center line C2, as shown in Fig. 6. The bus conductors BDV, BDW are arranged symmetrically with respect to the center line C2, as shown in Fig. 6.

[0077] The gas-insulated switchgear 101 of this embodiment configured as described above includes the bus chamber 2, first and second insulating spacers 40d, 40e arranged at positions away from the center of the bus chamber 2 in the left-right direction and supporting the first and second fixed-side electrodes 2WKD, 3WKD of the bus-side disconnector DS2W and the transformer-side disconnector DS3W, respectively. The gas-insulated switchgear 101 also includes first and second support members 40f, 40g supporting the first and second movable-side electrodes 2WMD, 3WMD, respectively, so as to be aligned with the first and second fixed-side electrodes 2WKD, 3WKD in the left-right direction, and first and second linear connecting conductors C2W, C3W connecting the bus conductor BDW and the first and second movable-side electrodes 2WMD, 3WMD, respectively.

[0078] With the above-described configuration, in the gas-insulated switchgear 101 of this embodiment, the internal structure of the bus enclosure 40 and the positions of the first and second insulating spacers 40d, 40e can be made asymmetric in the left-right direction without increasing the dimensions in the front-rear and left-right directions. Therefore, in the gas-insulated switchgear 101 of this embodiment, a connection structure C can be used in which the required insulation distance between two phases is inclined obliquely with respect to the up-down direction within the bus enclosure 40.

[0079] As a result, in the gas-insulated switchgear 101 of this embodiment, in three phases, for example, the W phase, the bus conductor BDW can be connected to the first and second movable-side electrodes 2WMD, 3WMD of the bus-side disconnector DS2W and the transformer-side disconnector DS3W, respectively, using the first and second linear connecting conductors C2W, C3W configured to have the shortest dimensions, as shown in Fig. 6. Therefore, in this embodiment, the vertical dimension can be reduced, and a gas-insulated switchgear 101 that can be made compact can be configured. Furthermore, in this embodiment, since the gas-insulated switchgear 101 that can be made compact is used, a power receiving and substation facility 300 that can be made compact can be configured.

[0080] In the gas-insulated switchgear 101 of this embodiment, the first connecting conductors C2U, C2V, C2W and the second connecting conductors C3U, C3V, C3W are each provided along the oblique direction, which is a direction inclined at a predetermined angle with respect to the vertical direction. As a result, in this embodiment, the vertical dimension of the gas-insulated switchgear 101 can be reduced, and the gas-insulated switchgear 101 can be reliably made compact.

[0081] Furthermore, in the gas-insulated switchgear 101 of this embodiment, for example, the first connecting conductor C2U and second connecting conductor C3U of the U phase provided on either side in the front-to-rear direction have dimensions longer than those of the other two phases, i.e., the first connecting conductor C2V and second connecting conductor C3V of the V phase and the first connecting conductor C2W and second connecting conductor C3W of the W phase. As a result, in this embodiment, the first and second connecting conductors C2U, C2V, C2W and C3U, C3V, C3W for three phases can be compactly arranged in the bus chamber 2, making it easier to make the gas-insulated switchgear 101 more compact.

[0082] In the gas-insulated switchgear 101 of this embodiment, for example, the U-phase bus conductor BDU provided on either side in the front-to-rear direction is located between the first fixed-side electrode 2WKD and the second fixed-side electrode 3WKD in the up-down direction. This allows the three-phase bus conductors BDU, BDV, and BDW to be compactly arranged in the bus chamber 2, making it easier to make the gas-insulated switchgear 101 more compact.

[0083] 6, in the gas-insulated switchgear 101 of this embodiment, the V-phase and W-phase first connecting conductors C2V, C2W, the V-phase and W-phase second connecting conductors C3V, C3W, and the V-phase and W-phase bus conductors BDV, BDW, which are adjacent in the fore-and-aft direction, are arranged so as to be mirror-symmetrical with respect to a plane perpendicular to the fore-and-aft direction. This makes it possible to more reliably make the gas-insulated switchgear 101 compact.

[0084] 8 and 9, differences between the gas-insulated switchgear 101 of this embodiment and a gas-insulated switchgear of a comparative example will be specifically described. Fig. 8 is a diagram illustrating the height dimension of the busbar chamber 2 and the insulation distance inside the busbar chamber 2. Fig. 9 is a diagram illustrating the height dimension of the busbar chamber 102 of a gas-insulated switchgear according to the comparative example and the insulation distance inside the busbar chamber 102.

[0085] First, a bus room 102 of a conventional gas-insulated switchgear as a comparative example will be described with reference to Fig. 9. In Fig. 9, in a bus enclosure 140 constituting the bus room 102, three-phase bus-side disconnectors and three-phase transformer-side disconnectors are arranged facing each other in the vertical direction along the front-to-rear direction (the direction perpendicular to the plane of Fig. 9). In other words, as shown in Fig. 9, the W-phase bus-side disconnector D12W and transformer-side disconnector D13W are arranged on one side in the front-to-rear direction within the bus enclosure 140, and the V-phase and U-phase bus-side disconnectors and transformer-side disconnectors are arranged sequentially along the front-to-rear direction.

[0086] 9, insulating spacers 140d and 140e for leading the W-phase bus-side disconnector D12W and the transformer-side disconnector D13W to the outside are provided facing each other in the vertical direction in the bus enclosure 140. The movable electrode 12WMD of the bus-side disconnector D12W and the movable electrode 13WMD of the transformer-side disconnector D13W are fixed to the insulating spacers 140d and 140e.

[0087] In addition, the bus side disconnector D12W, like the bus side disconnector DS2W of this embodiment, has a fixed side electrode 12WKD and a movable side electrode rod 12WMR that is supported on the movable side electrode 12WMD so as to be movable in the left-right direction and is configured to be detachable from the fixed side electrode 12WKD.

[0088] Furthermore, like the transformer side disconnector DS3W of this embodiment, the transformer side disconnector D13W has a fixed side electrode 13WKD and a movable side electrode rod 13WMR that is supported on the movable side electrode 13WMD so as to be movable in the left-right direction and is configured to be detachable from the fixed side electrode 13WKD.

[0089] As in the present embodiment, these bus-side disconnectors D12W and transformer-side disconnectors D13W are configured so that the three-phase bus-side disconnectors and transformer-side disconnectors can perform closing or opening operations collectively by operating an operating mechanism not shown.

[0090] In addition, in the busbar room 102, similar to the busbar room 2, three-phase busbar conductors BDU, BDV, BDW, each using a straight metal conductor, are provided at a midpoint in the vertical direction between the busbar side disconnector D12W and the transformer side disconnector D13W, as illustrated in Figure 9.

[0091] In addition, in the bus chamber 102, the insulating spacers 140d, 140e are provided so as to coincide with the center position of the bus container 140 in the left-right direction, and these insulating spacers 140d, 140e are arranged symmetrically about the dashed dotted line C3 in Fig. 9 , unlike in this embodiment. In other words, in the bus chamber 102 of the comparative example, its internal structure and the insulating spacers 140d, 140e are configured to be symmetrical in the left-right direction, the front-rear direction, and the up-down direction. On the other hand, in the bus chamber 2 of this embodiment, its internal structure and the first and second insulating spacers 40d, 40e are configured to be symmetrical in the front-rear direction and the up-down direction, and are configured to be asymmetrical in the left-right direction.

[0092] Furthermore, in the busbar chamber 102, a connection structure CP connects the busbar-side disconnectors of each phase to the busbar conductors of each phase, and also connects the transformer-side disconnectors of each phase to the busbar conductors of each phase. Specifically, the connection structure CP includes first and second connecting conductors C12U and C13U of the U phase, first and second connecting conductors C12V and C13V of the V phase, and first and second connecting conductors C12W and C13W of the W phase.

[0093] 9, each of the first and second connecting conductors C12W and C13W is formed in a crank shape having a linear long portion parallel to the left-right direction and two linear short portions parallel to the up-down direction, which are provided continuously at one end and the other end of the long portion. One short portion of the first connecting conductor C12W is connected to the bus conductor BDW and the other short portion is connected to the fixed-side electrode 12WKD of the bus-side disconnector D12W, and one short portion of the second connecting conductor C13W is connected to the bus conductor BDW and the other short portion is connected to the fixed-side electrode 13WKD of the transformer-side disconnector D13W.

[0094] Like the first and second connecting conductors C12W and C13W, the first and second connecting conductors C12V and C13V are each formed in a crank shape having a linear longitudinal portion parallel to the left-right direction and two linear short portions parallel to the up-down direction, respectively, provided continuously at one end and the other end of the longitudinal portion. One short portion of the first connecting conductor C12V is connected to the bus conductor BDV and the other short portion is connected to a fixed electrode of a bus-side disconnecting switch (not shown). Meanwhile, one short portion of the second connecting conductor C13V is connected to the bus conductor BDV and the other short portion is connected to a fixed electrode of a transformer-side disconnecting switch (not shown). However, the left-right lengths of the longitudinal portions of the first and second connecting conductors C12V and C13V are shorter than the left-right lengths of the longitudinal portions of the first and second connecting conductors C12W and C13W, respectively.

[0095] The first and second connecting conductors C12U and C13U have linear longitudinal portions that are parallel to the vertical direction. One end of the longitudinal portion of the first connecting conductor C12U is connected to the bus conductor BDU and the other end is connected to a fixed electrode of a bus-side disconnecting switch (not shown), and one end of the longitudinal portion of the second connecting conductor C13U is connected to the bus conductor BDU and the other end is connected to a fixed electrode of a transformer-side disconnecting switch (not shown).

[0096] As described above, in the connection structure CP of the comparative example, unlike the connection structure C of this embodiment, the first and second connection conductors C12U, C12V, C12W, C13U, C13V, and C13W have different shapes and sizes for each phase, U phase, V phase, and W phase.

[0097] 9 , it was necessary to arrange the three-phase bus-side disconnectors, the three-phase bus conductors BDU, BDV, and BDW, and the three-phase transformer-side disconnectors while ensuring insulation distances Z11 to Z18 within the bus enclosure 140. Specifically, it was necessary to arrange the fixed electrodes of the bus-side disconnectors and the fixed electrodes of the transformer-side disconnectors against the inner wall surface of the bus enclosure 140 while ensuring insulation distances Z11 and Z18, respectively, as the insulation distances to ground within the bus enclosure 140.

[0098] In the comparative example, it was necessary to ensure an insulation distance Z12 between poles, for example, between the W-phase first connecting conductor C12W and the movable electrode of the V-phase bus-side disconnector. It was also necessary to ensure an insulation distance Z17 between poles, for example, between the W-phase second connecting conductor C13W and the movable electrode of the V-phase transformer-side disconnector.

[0099] In the comparative example, for example, it was necessary to arrange the W-phase first connecting conductor C12W and the V-phase bus conductor BDV while ensuring an insulation distance Z13 as the relative insulation distance. Also, for example, it was necessary to arrange the W-phase first connecting conductor C12W and the U-phase bus conductor BDU while ensuring an insulation distance Z14 as the interphase insulation distance.

[0100] In the comparative example, for example, it was necessary to arrange the W-phase second connecting conductor C13W and the V-phase bus conductor BDV while ensuring an insulation distance Z15 as the relative insulation distance. Also, for example, it was necessary to arrange the W-phase second connecting conductor C13W and the U-phase bus conductor BDU while ensuring an insulation distance Z16 as the interphase insulation distance.

[0101] As described above, in the comparative example, it was necessary to arrange the three-phase bus-side disconnectors, the three-phase bus conductors BDU, BDV, BDW, and the three-phase transformer-side disconnectors in the vertical direction within the bus enclosure 140, taking into consideration the insulation distances Z12 to Z17 equivalent to six layers as the necessary insulation distance between two phases other than the insulation distances Z11 and Z18 (insulation distance to ground) determined by the rated voltage.

[0102] In contrast, the bus enclosure 40 of this embodiment uses a connection structure C in which the required insulation distance between two phases is inclined with respect to the vertical direction, as shown in Fig. 8. Specifically, within the bus enclosure 40, it is necessary to ensure insulation distances Z1 and Z6 as insulation distances to ground, and to arrange the fixed electrodes of the bus-side disconnector and the transformer-side disconnector against the inner wall surface of the bus enclosure 40. Note that if the rated voltage of the gas-insulated switchgear 101 is the same as that of the comparative example, these insulation distances Z1 and Z6 have the same values as the insulation distances Z11 and Z18.

[0103] In this embodiment, for example, the first U-phase connecting conductor C2U and the first fixed-side electrode 2WKD of the W-phase bus-side disconnector DS2W must be arranged with an insulation distance Z2 between the poles. Also, for example, the second U-phase connecting conductor C3U and the second fixed-side electrode 3WKD of the W-phase transformer-side disconnector DS3W must be arranged with an insulation distance Z5 between the poles.

[0104] In this embodiment, for example, the U-phase first connecting conductor C2U and the V-phase bus conductor BDV must be arranged with an insulation distance Z3, which is the relative insulation distance. Also, for example, the U-phase second connecting conductor C3U and the V-phase bus conductor BDV must be arranged with an insulation distance Z4, which is the interphase insulation distance.

[0105] As described above, in this embodiment, the three-phase bus-side disconnectors, the three-phase bus conductors BDU, BDV, and BDW, and the three-phase transformer-side disconnectors may be arranged in consideration of the insulation distances Z2 to Z5 for four layers as the necessary insulation distance between two phases other than the insulation distances Z1 and Z6 (insulation distance to ground) determined by the rated voltage in the vertical direction inside the bus enclosure 40. As a result, in this embodiment, the vertical (height) dimension can be made smaller than in the comparative example.

[0106] Specifically, in this embodiment, the height dimension of the busbar chamber 2, indicated by H1 in Fig. 8, can be reduced by approximately 7 / 11 of the height dimension of the busbar chamber 102 of the comparative example, indicated by H2 in Fig. 9. As a result, in the comparative example, depending on the rated voltage of the gas-insulated switchgear, the height dimension of the gas-insulated switchgear, including the height dimension H2, may exceed the height limit when transported by a normal truck, which may require, for example, the use of a special vehicle such as a low-floor trailer or the disassembled transportation of the gas-insulated switchgear.

[0107] In contrast, in the present embodiment, by reducing the height of the busbar chamber 2, the overall height of the gas-insulated switchgear 101 can be reduced, and as a result, the overall height of the gas-insulated switchgear 101 can be set to or below the height limit, and the gas-insulated switchgear 101 incorporating the busbar chamber 2 can be transported without using the special vehicle or disassembly for transportation. As a result, the present embodiment can achieve the effect of simplifying the transportation of the gas-insulated switchgear 101 including the busbar chamber 2. Specifically, in the present embodiment, the gas-insulated switchgear 101 can be transported in an assembled state, so that on-site installation is possible after the completion of the shipping inspection process. This makes it possible to omit disassembly, on-site assembly, on-site gas treatment, on-site inspection, etc., and provides significant advantages in terms of transportation, construction period, quality, etc.

[0108] [Modification] A modification of the present disclosure will be specifically described with reference to Fig. 10. Fig. 10 is a diagram illustrating an example of the internal configuration of the bus chamber 2 of a gas-insulated switchgear 101 according to a modification. For ease of explanation, members having the same functions as those described in the above embodiment are denoted by the same reference numerals, and their description will not be repeated.

[0109] The main difference between the modified example and the first embodiment is that the phase order of the U-phase and W-phase in the left-right direction within the busbar chamber 2 is reversed.

[0110] As shown in Figure 10, in the bus room 2 of this modified example, the U-phase bus-side disconnector DS2U and the U-phase transformer-side disconnector DS3U are arranged on the front side in the front-to-rear direction, facing each other in the up-down direction. In addition, in this modified example, V-phase and W-phase bus-side disconnectors (not shown) are arranged in succession along the front-to-rear direction from the bus-side disconnector DS2U. Similarly, in this modified example, V-phase and W-phase transformer-side disconnectors (not shown) are arranged in succession along the front-to-rear direction from the transformer-side disconnector DS3U. These V-phase and W-phase bus-side disconnectors and V-phase and W-phase transformer-side disconnectors are arranged in succession along the front-to-rear direction, similar to the U-phase bus-side disconnector DS2U and the U-phase transformer-side disconnector DS3U.

[0111] 10, the bus-side disconnector DS2U includes a first fixed-side electrode 2UKD, a first movable-side electrode 2UMD, and a first movable-side electrode rod 2UMR. The first fixed-side electrode 2UKD and the first movable-side electrode 2UMD are supported by a first insulating spacer 40d and a first support member 40f, respectively. The first movable-side electrode rod 2UMR is supported by the first movable-side electrode 2UMD so as to be movable in the left-right direction.

[0112] In the bus-side disconnector DS2U, the right end of the first movable-side electrode 2UMR comes into contact with the first fixed-side electrode 2UKD, causing the bus-side disconnector DS2U to be in a closed (closed) state, as shown in Fig. 10. On the other hand, in the bus-side disconnector DS2U, the right end of the first movable-side electrode 2UMR moves leftward in Fig. 10 and separates from the first fixed-side electrode 2UKD, causing the bus-side disconnector DS2U to be in an open (open) state.

[0113] Similarly, the transformer-side disconnector DS3U includes a second fixed-side electrode 3UKD, a second movable-side electrode 3UMD, and a second movable-side electrode rod 3UMR. The second fixed-side electrode 3UKD and the second movable-side electrode 3UMD are supported by a second insulating spacer 40e and a second support member 40g, respectively. The second movable-side electrode rod 3UMR is supported by the second movable-side electrode 3UMD so as to be movable in the left-right direction.

[0114] In the transformer-side disconnector DS3U, the right end of the second movable-side electrode 3UMR comes into contact with the second fixed-side electrode 3UKD, thereby closing the transformer-side disconnector DS3U, as shown in Fig. 10. On the other hand, in the transformer-side disconnector DS3U, the right end of the second movable-side electrode 3UMR moves leftward in Fig. 10 and separates from the second fixed-side electrode 3UKD, thereby opening the transformer-side disconnector DS3U.

[0115] In addition, in the bus-side disconnector DS2U and the transformer-side disconnector DS3U, an operating mechanism (not shown) is connected to the left ends of the first and second movable electrodes 2UMR and 3UMR. This operating mechanism is also connected to the left ends of the first and second movable electrodes (not shown) of the V-phase and W-phase, respectively, and by operating the operating mechanism in response to the operation of the operating device, the bus-side disconnectors and transformer-side disconnectors for three phases can perform a circuit closing operation or a circuit opening operation collectively.

[0116] In addition, in the modified example, the three-phase bus conductors BDU, BDV, and BDW are provided at an intermediate position between the bus-side disconnector DS2U and the transformer-side disconnector DS3U in the vertical direction.

[0117] Furthermore, in the connection structure C of the modified example, among the three-phase first connecting conductors C2U, C2V, and C2W, the first connecting conductors for two phases, for example, the first connecting conductors C2U and C2V for the U and V phases, are identical to each other. Furthermore, among the three-phase second connecting conductors C3U, C3V, and C3W, the second connecting conductors for two phases, for example, the second connecting conductors C3U and C3V for the U and V phases, are identical to each other. As such, among the first and second connecting conductors C2U, C2V, C2W and C3U, C3V, C3W, the first and second connecting conductors C2U, C2V and C3U, C3V for two phases are identical to each other. Therefore, the number of parts of the gas-insulated switchgear 101 can be reduced, and maintenance of the gas-insulated switchgear 101 can be facilitated.

[0118] 10, in the modified connection structure C, among the first and second connecting conductors C2U, C2V, C2W and C3U, C3V, C3W of the three phases, for example, the first and second connecting conductors C2W and C3W of the W phase as the first phase are provided on either side in the front-to-rear direction. Furthermore, these first and second connecting conductors C2W and C3W are formed larger so as to have longer dimensions than the first and second connecting conductors C2U, C2V and C3U, C3V of the other two phases, i.e., the U phase and the V phase.

[0119] Furthermore, in the modified connection structure C, as shown in Figure 10, the W-phase bus conductor BDW as the first phase is located between the first fixed side electrode 2UKD and the second fixed side electrode 3UKD in the vertical direction.

[0120] Furthermore, in the modified connection structure C, as shown in Figure 10, within the busbar chamber 2, the first connecting conductors C2U and C2V of the U and V phases that are adjacent in the front-to-back direction, the second connecting conductors C3U and C3V of the U and V phases, and the busbar conductors BDU and BDV of the U and V phases are each arranged symmetrically in the left-to-right direction.

[0121] In other words, the first connecting conductors C2U and C2V are arranged symmetrically with respect to a center line connecting the left-right centers of the first and second support members 40f and 40g, as shown in Fig. 6. Similarly, the second connecting conductors C3U and C3V are arranged symmetrically with respect to the center line.
