Abstract
Description
METHOD FOR ESTIMATING AMOUNT OF MACROSTICKIES IN PAPER MANUFACTURING AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING PAPERThe present invention relates to a method for estimating the amount of macrostickies in paper manufacturing, a paper manufacturing method and the like.Pitch is contained in pulp-containing water in paper manufacturing and causes a pitch obstacle. Generally, pitch refers to a hydrophobic pressure-sensitive adhesive substance mainly containing an organic substance that is derived from a pulp-derived resin component, a synthetic pressure-sensitive adhesive substance in recycled waste paper or an additive chemical that is used in a papermaking process. Pitch being contained and accumulated in pulp-containing water that is used as a paper making raw material acts as a cause of pitch troubles such as the frequent occurrence of spots in paper products or paper break due to agglomerated pitch lumps and product quality degradation, production efficiency decrease, dewaterability deterioration or the like due to attached pitch that has been attached to paper machines, papermaking tools, facilities in papermaking processes or the like. With respect to the pitch troubles, pitch trouble countermeasures such as coating or screening of facilities with a resin or removal of a pitch contaminant with a cleaner; a mechanical countermeasure such as miniaturization of pitch lumps with a kneader or a refiner or a countermeasure using a chemical such as an externally added chemical such as a tool cleaning agent or an internally added chemical such as a fixing agent, a dispersant, an anti-tackifying agent or a degrading enzyme; a countermeasure by the adjustment or control of an operation condition such as regular machine cleaning or the amount of surplus white water or a rejected slurry externally discharged are implemented. For example, in Patent Literature 1 to 5, methods for ascertaining and continuously measuring the amount of pitch using a fluorescent dye in paper manufacturing have been proposed.WO2007 / 082376WO2008 / 104576Published Japanese Translation No. 2012-521009 of the PCT International PublicationJapanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2017-009564Published Japanese Translation No. 2016-535244 of the PCT International PublicationHowever, the present inventors consider that, in the methods for ascertaining and continuously measuring the amount of pitch using a fluorescent dye as in Patent Literature 1 to 5, since there are many cases where a filtration process is required on the occasion of using the methods, the fact that a hydrophobic substance that is not pressure-sensitive adhesive such as a plastic resin and a water-soluble hydrophobic substance such as a surfactant are also measured and the fact that a difference in the quality (component) of pitch in paper manufacturing is not perceived are problems in terms of performing pitch countermeasures. Therefore, a main objective of the present invention is to provide a technique of a more appropriate pitch countermeasure in a paper manufacturing process. As a result of intensive studies, the present inventors found that an acrylate-based polymer that is one main pitch component derived from waste paper is not detected from finely dispersed pitch in process water in a raw material process or a primary circulation system of a paper machine but detected only from macrostickies. Based on this fact, the present inventors considered that, regarding a pitch obstacle mainly related to the acrylate-based polymer, a countermeasure specialized in macrostickies is effective and considered that a pitch countermeasure is effectively performed by controlling the implementation level of a macrostickies countermeasure depending on an increase or decrease in the acrylate-based polymer in a management target (spots, an attached substance or the like) in paper manufacturing.Furthermore, as a result of intensive studies, the present inventors found that an increase or decrease in the acrylate-based polymer in the target can be more favorably determined from the IR spectrum analysis result of the target. More specifically, the present inventors found that an increase or decrease in the acrylate-based polymer in the target can be determined from the intensity of absorption at a wavenumber of 1160 cm-1, which is unique to the acrylate-based polymer among pitch components derived from a waste paperboard raw material, and nearby wavenumbers thereof and, furthermore, can be more accurately and more simply detected and measured using the percentage of [the area or height of a peak at a wavenumber of 1160 cm-1and nearby wavenumbers thereof] with respect to [the area or height of all absorptions in an IR spectrum].In addition, the present inventors considered that, as a macrostickies countermeasure, it is preferable to use one or more selected from removal with a screen or a cleaner (an increase in the rejection rate); enhanced cleaning such as expansion of tool cleaning showers or an increase in the pressure or temperature of shower water; an enhanced externally added chemical such as a cleaning agent or an anti-attachment agent that is used for tools such as a wet part or a dry part; an enhanced treatment with an internally added chemical such as an anti-tackifying agent for macrostickies; and the like.As described above, as a result of intensive studies, the present inventors paid attention to the relationship between an acrylate-based polymer in pitch and macrostickies and were capable of clarifying the relationship therebetween and thus newly found that the amount of macrostickies in a management target can be estimated based on an acrylate-based polymer in the management target in paper manufacturing and the use of this relationship makes it possible for a macrostickies countermeasure in paper manufacturing to be more favorable. In addition, this makes it easy to perform the management of a product, a device or the like (for example, quality control, cleaning management or the like) in paper manufacturing. That is, the present invention is as described below. The present invention makes it possible to provide a method for estimating the amount of macrostickies in paper manufacturing based on the amount of an acrylate-based polymer that is contained in a management target in paper manufacturing. The present invention makes it possible to provide a method for manufacturing paper in which a macrostickies countermeasure in paper manufacturing is controlled to reach a certain level based on an increase or decrease in the amount of an acrylate-based polymer that is contained in a management target in paper manufacturing.According to the present invention, it is possible to provide a technique of a more appropriate pitch countermeasure in a paper manufacturing process.Fig. 1 is an IR absorption spectrum of an acrylate-based pressure-sensitive adherend.Fig. 2 is an IR absorption spectrum of EVA.Fig. 3 is an IR absorption spectrum of a SBR-based latex.Fig. 4 is an IR absorption spectrum of a rosin sizing agent.Fig. 5 is an IR absorption spectrum of a raw material slurry solvent extract.Fig. 6 is an IR absorption spectrum of macrostickies.Fig. 7 is a view showing a relationship between an acrylate content rate (%) and an absorption peak area rate at a wavenumber of 1160 cm-1in an IR absorption spectrum.Fig. 8 is a view showing a relationship between the amount of raw material macrostickies and the number of pitch spots. The embodiments to be described below will show one example of a typical embodiment of the present invention, and this does not make the scope of the present invention be interpreted to be limited. An upper limit value (expressed with “or less or the like”) and a lower limit value (expressed with “or more or the like”) of a numerical range (expressed with “or the like”) can be arbitrarily combined together as desired.1. Technique for controlling macrostickies according to present inventionIn recent years, improvement in the reuse rate of waste paper has made low-grade waste paper containing a large amount of a contaminant be reused more frequently. Examples of a typical contaminant in waste paper raw materials include pressure-sensitive adherends such as a label or seal stuck to waste paper, pressure-sensitive adherends derived from tape, a pressure-sensitive adhesive or an adhesive that is used for the formation of a box or the like, and the like. Such a pressure-sensitive adhesive contaminant is contained in process water for paper manufacturing or attached to a paper manufacturing facility (a device, a tool, a manufacturing area or the like) and acts as a main cause of a pitch trouble that occurs particularly in paper machines.Conventional main components of pitch were mainly a resin acid derived from pulp, rosin derived from a sizing agent, which is an internally added chemical, latex containing, as a main component, AKD (alkyl ketene dimer), ASA (alkenyl succinic anhydride) or SBR (styrene butadiene rubber) derived from a coated article and the like. However, recently, the main components of pitch have been derived from a pressure-sensitive adhesive contaminant in waste paper, and for example, EVA (ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymers), acrylate-based polymers and the like have become dominant as such components derived from a pressure-sensitive adhesive contaminant.Generally, “pitch trouble” refers to the product quality degradation of paper or the operation efficiency decrease of paper machines being brought about due to pitch becoming a cause of the increased occurrence of spots or paper break or contaminating paper machines to degrade the performance of a tool such as a wire, felt or canvas. In some cases, the pitch trouble due to the contamination of a paper machine may also arise from slime, scale or the like, not from pitch; however, in paperboard having a high rate of waste paper blended in, a contaminant derived from waste paper significantly varies in quality and amount, and a pitch trouble derived from a contaminant is thus said to be most difficult to control among troubles derived from paper machine contamination.Generally, a variety of countermeasures such as one or more selected from coating of a facility with a resin; a countermeasure using a facility such as removal of a pitch contaminant with a screen or a cleaner or the breakdown of pitch lumps with a kneader or a refiner; a countermeasure using a chemical such as an externally added chemical such as a tool cleaning liquid, a fixing agent, a dispersant, an anti-tackifying agent or a degrading enzyme; a countermeasure by the adjustment of an operation condition such as regular machine cleaning or an increase in the amount of surplus white water or a rejected slurry externally discharged are implemented on pitch troubles. As described above, in paper manufacturing sites, a variety of facilities, chemicals, operation condition adjustment and the like for pitch countermeasures are prepared, and pitch countermeasures are implemented. However, pitch countermeasures are accompanied by disadvantages such as an increase in cost such as capital investment, a power cost or a chemical cost, an increase in the amount of a raw material spilled, extension of the hours of non-operation and a decrease in the strengths of paper products, and the pitch countermeasures are thus desirably implemented to the minimum necessary.Furthermore, pitch derived from a waste paper raw material significantly varies in quality (component) and amount, but there are many cases where a cause of the variation cannot be sufficiently grasped, and a monotonous countermeasure is implemented in many cases. Particularly, since it is difficult to simply and rapidly perceive the quality (component) of pitch, it has been difficult to say that a pitch countermeasure suitable for the quality (component) of pitch is being implemented on a real-time basis. Therefore, an objective of the present technique is to provide a technique of a new pitch countermeasure, more preferably, a macrostickies countermeasure. In addition, an objective of the present technique may be to provide a pitch countermeasure that enables an appropriate countermeasure to be implemented when needed instead of a monotonous pitch countermeasure and is capable of coping with even a variation derived from waste paper. In addition, an objective of the present technique may be to provide a new technique for analyzing the amount of pitch to implement a pitch countermeasure more appropriately in a paper manufacturing process. Furthermore, an objective of the present technique may be to provide a technique capable of more simply and rapidly ascertaining an increase or decrease in the amount of an acrylate-based polymer in paper manufacturing and a technique enabling a variety of responses (preferably, a real-time response and an automatically controlled response) with respect to a pitch trouble derived from an acrylate-based polymer.Pitch that occurs in a process of paper manufacturing is broadly classified into fine pitch and macrostickies. A papermaking raw material of paperboard containing waste paper as a main raw material contains an acrylate-based component, a SBR-based component, a natural rubber-based component, an urethane-based component, a silicon-based component and the like as a component of a pressure-sensitive adhesive for pressure-sensitive adhesive tape or label that is not easily miniaturized due to processes being shared. However, the present inventors found that there is a large amount of an acrylate-based component in a paper use and almost all of the pressure-sensitive adherends in macrostickies are acrylate-based. That is, the present inventors found that almost all of the macrostickies that are contained in a slurry, dewatered cake or process water in paper manufacturing where waste paper is used as a raw material, an involved process and an involved facility are an acrylate-based pressure-sensitive adherend.Furthermore, an acrylate-based polymer has not only high pressure-sensitive adhesiveness but also high elasticity and is thus not easily dispersed finely and is not detected from fine pitch dispersed in papermaking process water. Furthermore, there are many cases where the acrylate-based polymer is contained in spots that act as a cause of the quality degradation of paper or in a substance attached to a tool that acts as a cause of productivity degradation. Furthermore, macrostickies are different from fine pitch dispersed in process water in terms of not only a different component but also a large size and large pressure-sensitive adhesiveness or elastic force, and there is thus a need to implement a countermeasure different from countermeasures against other pitch components as an appropriate countermeasure for macrostickies.Based on what has been described above, the present inventors estimated that a macrostickies countermeasure is effective for acrylate-based polymer-dominant pitch. In addition, the present inventors paid attention to the presence of an acrylate-based polymer in a target and thereby provided a technique of a more appropriate macrostickies countermeasure against macrostickies in a paper manufacturing process based on the presence of the acrylate-based polymer in the target.Furthermore, the present inventors found that, as means or method for confirming an acrylate-based polymer in a management target that is present in paper manufacturing, the acrylate-based polymer can be selectively detected and quantitatively measured by IR analysis. The present inventors found that this makes it possible to estimate the amount of macrostickies, which are a pressure-sensitive adhesive foreign matter that has been present or generated in paper manufacturing, from the amount of the acrylate-based polymer in the management target in paper manufacturing. In addition, the present inventors found that the content of macrostickies in the target is perceived from the amount of the acrylate-based polymer in the target, more preferably, an increase of a risk due to macrostickies is perceived from an increase in the acrylate-based polymer content proportion. In addition, the present inventors came to understand that, since the amount of the acrylate-based polymer in the target is more rapidly perceived, it is possible to more appropriately implement a macrostickies countermeasure, more preferably, the management control of the macrostickies state in paper manufacturing, an involved process and a paper manufacturing site including a facility. In the present technique, it is preferable to use the acrylate-based polymer as an index. In the present technique, “acrylate-based polymer” is also referred to as an acrylate-based polymerized body and includes an acrylate homopolymer that is polymerized from the same component (a monomer, an oligomer or a polymer) and a copolymer that is obtained by polymerizing two or more kinds of different copolymerizable components (monomers, oligomers or polymers), and in the polymerization of the copolymer, a copolymerizable component other than acrylates may also be used together therewith. In the present technique, it is preferable to adjust the implementation level of a countermeasure effective for macrostickies, which are a main supply source of the acrylate-based polymer, depending on an increase or decrease in the acrylate-based polymer that is contained in the target (for example, determination of a paper product or a substance attached to a paper machine). This makes it possible to implement an efficient countermeasure against pitch-derived spots or paper break, the contamination of a paper machine or the like. The present technique is capable of providing a technique of a more appropriate pitch countermeasure in a paper manufacturing process. In the present technique, attention is paid to, among contaminants, an acrylate-based polymer as a cause of a pitch trouble for which a pitch countermeasure is required, and this makes it possible to estimate the amount of macrostickies that are contained in a target. Furthermore, in the present technique, attention is paid to the relationship between the acrylate-based polymer and macrostickies, which makes it possible to appropriately implement a pitch countermeasure capable of coping with a variation derived from a waste paper raw material when needed in case of such a variation instead of a monotonous pitch countermeasure. In addition, the present technique is capable of simply and rapidly ascertaining an increase or decrease in the amount of the acrylate-based polymer. The simple and rapid ascertaining of an increase or decrease in the amount of the acrylate-based polymer makes it possible to enable a real-time response and / or an automatically controlled response with respect to a pitch trouble derived from the acrylate-based polymer. In addition, according to the present technique, it is possible to convert the degree of contribution of the acrylate-based polymer in pitch components into a number. According to the present technique, the use of data of the degree of contribution of the acrylate-based polymer in pitch components in a management target, which is obtained by continuous measurement, makes it possible to automatically adjust the level of a macrostickies countermeasure. According to the present technique, in a case where a pitch obstacle derived from an acrylate-based polymer has occurred, it becomes possible to implement an efficient pitch obstacle countermeasure by intensively treating a macrostickies countermeasure.2. Method for estimating amount of macrostickies in paper manufacturing according to present inventionThe present embodiment is capable of providing a method for estimating the amount of macrostickies in paper manufacturing based on the amount of an acrylate-based polymer that is contained in a management target in paper manufacturing. In addition, the present embodiment may be used as a method for estimating a macrostickies contamination state, a method for measuring the amount of macrostickies or a method for judging the amount of macrostickies. In addition, the present embodiment can also be used as an index of a macrostickies countermeasure or a pitch countermeasure. In addition, the present embodiment is capable of converting the degree of contribution of an acrylate-based polymer in pitch components into a number.<Management target in paper manufacturing>“Management target in paper manufacturing” that is used in the present embodiment is not particularly limited as long as the target is a thing possibly containing an acrylate-based polymer that is present in paper manufacturing, an involved process and a paper manufacturing site such as a facility (a device, a part tool or the like) (hereinafter, also refers to as “thing on site”). Examples thereof include a raw material slurry, dewatered cake, a variety of kinds of process water, a pulp-containing substance that is used, generated or formed in the process (for example, pulp-containing water, a pulp-containing sheet or the like), an attached substance (for example, a substance attached to a variety of processes, a variety of devices, the tool or a facility in the area or the like of the process or the like), a paper product, solvent extracts thereof and the like, and one or more can be selected from them. The management target is preferably a target substance that can be used as an index of the quality control of a product (quality control target), but may be a target substance that can be used as an index of the cleaning management of a facility or the like (cleaning management target) or may be a monitoring target for monitoring the degree of macrostickies. A target substance that seemingly contains macrostickies depending on the situation may be appropriately set as the management target, and the management target is not particularly limited. In addition, the target that is used in the present embodiment may be a substance derived from the same site or different sites and may be a single substance or a plurality of substances. The target is more preferably one or more selected from one or more kinds of raw material slurries selected from a preparation process, a paper making process and a water recovery process, dewatered cake, process water, a substance attached to a facility (for example, a device, a tool an area or the like), a final paper product, solvent extracts thereof and the like. In addition, examples of a management target in a papermaking process include a variety of kinds of process water, a device that is used in a variety of processes and a tool thereof, and, in the papermaking process, a stock preparation process (preparation process) and / or the paper making process is preferable. The target is still more preferably one or more selected from a raw material slurry, dewater cake, process water of the paper making process, a substance attached to a paper machine, a spot in a final paper product and solvent extracts thereof.Normally, a pulp-containing substance contains pitch such as macrostickies, and it is thus preferable to use a pulp-containing substance that is present in a paper manufacturing process as the target. In addition, a pulp-containing substance containing macrostickies comes into contact with a device that is used in a variety of processes in the papermaking process and this tool, and it is thus preferable to use the device and this tool as the target. In addition, since the generation of spots due to macrostickies, spots due to macrostickies in a substance attached to a paper machine or a process facility, paper break, product quality degradation, dewaterability deterioration and the like occur, it is preferable to use pulp-containing water that is generated or formed in the paper making process and / or a pulp-containing sheet and / or a final paper product as the target. Generally, pulp-containing water that is used as a pulp raw material in the papermaking process is said to have a pulp concentration of approximately 0.1% to 5%.A solvent extract can be produced using one or a plurality of the targets. A solvent that is used on the occasion of producing the solvent extract from the target is not particularly limited, but it is preferable that an organic solvent is more preferable and a hydrophobic organic solvent is still more preferable from the viewpoint of easily dissolving and extracting (meth)acrylate that is contained in the target. It is preferable to use a method for extracting a lipid component, which is generally used, examples thereof include an ether extraction method, a method for extracting an organic solvent containing chloroform (for example, a chloroform extraction method, a chloroform-benzene extraction method, a chloroform-methanol extraction method or the like) and the like, and liquid-liquid extraction (water-hydrophobic solvent or the like) may be used as appropriate. As the organic solvent, it is possible to use, for example, one or more selected from a hydrocarbon-based solvent such as normal hexane; an aromatic solvent such as benzene; an alcoholic solvent such as ethanol; a ketone-based solvent such as acetone; an ether-based solvent such as ethyl ether; an alkyl halide-based solvent such as chloroform; and mixtures thereof. The extraction temperature is not particularly limited, but is preferably 10°C to 60°C and more preferably 20°C to 40°C.<Device or method enabling confirmation of acrylate>A device or method enabling the confirmation of acrylate that is used in the present embodiment is not limited as long as it is possible to perceive an increase or decrease in the amount of an acrylate-based polymer and to confirm that macrostickies are related with this with the device or by the method. For example, one or more selected from visual observation, image, odor, pressure-sensitive adhesiveness, elasticity, electrical conduction, vibration conduction, heat transfer, attachment amount, color, thermal decomposition, chemical analysis, instrumental analysis, attachment place and the like can be used. The device or method enabling confirmation may be well-known or may be means or a method that will be completed in the future.Among these, a device or method capable of analyzing an increase or decrease in the amount of an acrylate-based polymer is more preferable from the viewpoint of being more rapid and simpler and may be any of a contact type or a non-contact type. At this time, the amount of an acrylate-based polymer may be converted into a number or the like with automatic calculation software that is provided in a variety of devices. In addition, as the device or method capable of analyzing an increase or decrease in the amount of an acrylate-based polymer, from the viewpoint of reproducibility and simplicity, a measuring instrument is preferably used, and furthermore, a device or method for optical analysis is preferable. The optical analysis is not particularly limited, is, for example, one or more selected from Raman analysis, ultraviolet analysis, visible light analysis, infrared analysis and the like and may be a transmission type or a reflection type.Among the above-described optical analyses, infrared analysis is preferable and infrared spectroscopy (also referred to as “IR”) is more preferable since it is easy to more favorably detect and quantitatively measure an acrylate-based polymer and an amount thereof. Among means or methods for confirmation that are used in the present embodiment, a method for evaluating a spot, an attached substance, a solvent extract thereof or the like in paper manufacturing as a target using the IR spectrum of the target is preferable due to high versatility. The infrared spectroscopy is classified into a dispersion type and a Fourier transform type based on a difference in the optical system mechanism, any of these types may be used, and the Fourier transform type is preferable. In addition, the infrared spectroscopy may be a reflection type, more preferably, a non-contact reflection type from the viewpoint of being capable of rapidly and simply measuring the target such as a substance attached to a paper machine or the like on a papermaking site.A measurement method for the infrared spectroscopy is not particularly limited, examples thereof include transmission measurement methods such as the Nujol method, a liquid film method and a tablet method; reflection measurement methods such as a reflection absorption method, an external reflection method and an attenuated total reflection method; and the like, and one or more can be selected from these. The acrylate-based polymer that is used as an index in the present embodiment has absorption peaks at a wavenumber of 1160 cm-1and nearby wavenumbers in an IR absorption spectrum, and the absorption peaks at a wavenumber of 1160 cm-1and nearby wavenumbers are absorption peaks that are not shown from a raw material that is used for paper, particularly, other pitch components that are contained in a waste paper raw material. Therefore, that characteristic absorption peak region is suitable as an index of the acrylate-based polymer in paper manufacturing and the amount thereof, and it is thus more preferable to use the absorption peak amount (for example, height, area or the like) at a wavenumber of 1160 cm-1and nearby wavenumbers in the IR absorption spectrum in the case of performing determination or estimation based on the amount of the acrylate-based polymer. In addition, it is more preferable that the amount of the acrylate-based polymer can be measured from the absorption peak amount (for example, height, area or the like) at a wavenumber of 1160 cm-1and nearby wavenumbers in the IR absorption spectrum. The present inventors found that the acrylate-based polymer has characteristic absorption peaks at a wavenumber of 1160 cm-1and nearby wavenumbers in the IR absorption spectrum, and the characteristic absorption peaks at a wavenumber of 1160 cm-1and nearby wavenumbers are peaks that are not shown from a raw material that is used for paper, particularly, a pitch component that is contained in a waste paper raw material. Therefore, the present inventors found that the detection or measurement of the characteristic absorption peaks at a wavenumber of 1160 cm-1and nearby wavenumbers and the amount thereof and the result thereof are suitable as an index of the detection or measurement of the acrylate-based polymer and the amount thereof. Furthermore, the present inventors also found that there is a relationship (more preferably a correlation) between the amount of the acrylate-based polymer in the target and the amount of macrostickies in the target and thus found that the amount of the acrylate-based polymer in the target is suitable as an index of the amount of macrostickies.Furthermore, the present inventors found that the proportion of “the characteristic absorption peak amount at a wavenumber of 1160 cm-1and nearby wavenumbers” in “the total value of the absorption peak amounts at specific wavenumbers in the IR absorption spectrum” shows a relationship with the proportion of the acrylate-based polymer with respect to other components, particularly, other pitch components and can also be thus used as an index of an increase or decrease in acrylate. Therefore, in the present embodiment, the proportion of “the characteristic absorption peak amount at a wavenumber of 1160 cm-1and nearby wavenumbers” in “the total value of the absorption peak amounts at specific wavenumbers in the IR absorption spectrum” can be more preferably used as “the index of an increase or decrease in acrylate.” “Nearby” of the 1160 cm-1is preferably ±30 cm-1, more preferably ±20 cm-1, still more preferably ±10 cm-1and far still more preferably ±5 cm-1.The proportion of “the characteristic absorption peak amount at a wavenumber of 1160 cm-1and nearby wavenumbers” in “the total value of the absorption peak amounts at specific wavenumbers in the IR absorption spectrum” may be considered as, in other words, [the characteristic absorption peak amount at a wavenumber of 1160 cm-1and nearby wavenumbers / the total value of the absorption peak amounts at specific wavenumbers in the IR absorption spectrum], and the proportion may be considered as “the absorption peak area rate or height rate at specific wavenumbers in the IR absorption spectrum.” In addition, the total value may be a plurality of total values including the characteristic absorption peak amount or a plurality of total values excluding the characteristic absorption peak amount. In addition, “total value” may be considered as “total amount.”In the present technique, “peak amount” can be the peak height, the peak area and / or the like and may be the absolute value of data value obtained upon this calculation, but is substantially a value of a difference from the base (for example, the absolute value of the obtained data value - the base value) that is obtained with automatic calculation software embedded in a device for measurement or the like, which is general and desirable. In the present technique, as the number of “peaks”, any of a singular number or a plural number may be selected. In addition, regarding the acquisition of peak-related data such as the peak shape, the peak height, the peak amount, the peak area, the peak number, peak selection, the peak intensity and the relative peak intensity, the data can be obtained using automatic measurement software that is provided in a general IR measuring instrument. The fact that the amount of macrostickies can be estimated using the automatic calculation software that is provided in a general IR measuring instrument is also an advantage of the present technique. In IR analysis, it is general that relative strength and weakness such as relative intensity are shown. In the present technique, “the number of peaks” that are selected from “absorption peaks at specific wavenumbers” may be any of a singular number or a plural number. In the present technique, “specific” regarding “absorption peak amount at specific wavenumbers” is not particularly limited and can be the case of all of the detectable absorption peaks, the case of an arbitrary number of absorption peaks selected in decrement order, the case of a single or a plurality of absorption peaks for which a target substance is assumed and the absorption peak amount is not necessarily large or the like, but is not particularly limited thereto and may be a case where the wavenumber is essentially determined or otherwise. Such “specific” may be selected with the automatic measurement software that is provided in the IR measuring instrument.Examples of the kinds of the specific wavenumber (cm-1) include one or more selected from 670, 700, 720, 800, 880, 1000 to 1050, 1240, 1260, 1380, 1400 to 1450, 1470, 1700 to 1740, 2800 to 3000 and the like, but the specific wavenumber is not limited thereto. It is preferable that the amount of the acrylate-based polymer can be detected or measured from the relative intensity of the largest absorption peak amount that is shown at a wavenumber of 1160 cm-1and nearby wavenumbers in the IR spectrum. This makes it possible to confirm an increase or decrease in the amount of acrylate from the relative intensity of an absorption peak at a wavenumber of 1160 cm-1and nearby wavenumbers in the IR spectrum. As a more preferable aspect, it is preferable that the amount of the acrylate-based polymer can be detected or measured from [the largest absorption peak amount that is shown at a wavenumber of 1160 cm-1and nearby wavenumbers in the IR spectrum] with respect to [(a) the absorption peak amount of any one of a single or a plurality of absorption peaks that is shown other than the largest absorption peak that is shown at a wavenumber of 1160 cm-1and nearby wavenumbers in the IR spectrum or (b) the total value of a plurality of absorption peak amounts selected from a single or a plurality of absorption peaks that are shown in a measurement wavenumber region other than the largest absorption peak]. [The largest absorption peak amount that is shown at a wavenumber of 1160 cm-1and nearby wavenumbers in the IR spectrum] normally becomes a numerator of a fraction, but the denominator and the numerator may be switched as in a reciprocal. In addition, the total value of the (b) may include or exclude the largest absorption peak amount that is shown at a wavenumber of 1160 cm-1and nearby wavenumbers in the IR spectrum. In addition, “with respect to” as in with respect to “the total value of the absorption peak amounts at specific wavenumbers in the IR absorption spectrum” may be “to”, and in the case of “to”, the value may be a percentage (%) for which “the total value of the absorption peak amounts at specific wavenumbers in the IR absorption spectrum” is set to 100%. In addition, “measurement wavenumber region” may be a normal measurement wavenumber region (for example, 600 to 4000 cm-1) in the IR spectrum, but an arbitrary measurement wavenumber region may also be set by appropriately selecting an upper limit value and a lower limit value regarding the numerical values of wavenumbers (cm-1) as shown in the IR absorption spectrum of Fig. 1 or the like.Specific examples of the preferable aspect include (pattern 1) one specific wavenumber is selected and a relative intensity of the intensity of an absorption peak at the wavenumber and the intensity of an absorption peak at 1160 cm-1and nearby wavenumbers is calculated; (pattern 2) a plurality of specific wavenumbers is selected and a relative intensity of the total value of the intensities of absorption peaks at the individual wavenumbers and the intensity of an absorption peak at 1160 cm-1and nearby wavenumbers is calculated; (pattern 3) a plurality of specific wavenumbers is selected, a relative intensity of the intensities of absorption peaks at the individual wavenumbers and the intensity of an absorption peak at near 1160 cm-1and nearby wavenumbers is calculated, and an average value is extracted from the total value of the plurality of specific wavenumbers selected; and the like. One or more, two or more or three can be selected from these, but the preferable aspect of the present technique is not limited thereto.“The intensity of an absorption peak at 1160 cm-1and nearby wavenumbers” may become any of the numerator or denominator of a fraction, but is preferably the numerator of a fraction, and [the largest absorption peak amount that is shown at a wavenumber of 1160 cm-1and nearby wavenumbers in the IR spectrum] is more desirable.A more preferable “characteristic absorption peak amount at 1160 cm-1and nearby wavenumbers” is preferably a single or a plurality of absorption peak amounts having a high height or a wide area within a wavenumber range of 1150 to 1170 cm-1in the IR spectrum and more preferably the largest absorption peak amount.A more preferable “total value of the absorption peak amounts at specific wavenumbers in the IR absorption spectrum” preferably includes at least a range of “wavenumbers of 600 to 4000 cm-1(preferably 600 to 3000 cm-1) in the IR spectrum” and is more specifically preferably “the absorption peak amount at a specific wavenumber in a specific range of wavenumbers of 600 to 4000 cm-1(preferably 600 to 3000 cm-1) in the IR spectrum.” The absorbance along the vertical axis of the IR absorption spectrum is proportional to the concentration or thickness of a substance, and it is thus preferable to perform a quantitative analysis from the height of the peak or the peak area.It is preferable that a more preferable “amount of the acrylate-based polymer” can be detected or measured from the proportion of “the largest characteristic absorption peak amount within a wavenumber range of 1150 to 1170 cm-1in the IR spectrum] to [the total value of the absorption peak amounts at specific wavenumbers of 600 to 4000 cm-1(preferably 600 to 3000 cm-1) in the IR spectrum]. In addition, it is preferable that a more preferable “amount of the acrylate-based polymer” can be detected or measured from the proportion of “the largest absorption peak amount that is shown at a wavenumber of 1160 cm-1and nearby wavenumbers in the IR spectrum] to [the total value of the absorption peak amounts at specific wavenumbers of 600 to 4000 cm-1in the IR spectrum]. “Absorption peak total amount”, “high characteristic absorption peak amount” or the like in the present embodiment refers to the heights of a single or a plurality of absorption peaks within a predetermined range or the area or region calculated with each absorption peak regarded as the apex. In the case of “high characteristic absorption peak amount”, the base at the time of area calculation is not particularly limited to a range of 1150 cm-1or more and 1170 cm-1or less.In addition, in the present embodiment, the characteristic peak of the acrylate-based polymer can be selected and acquired by selecting the largest absorption peak amount at wavenumbers of 1150 to 1170 cm-1in the IR spectrum. In addition, as “the largest characteristic absorption peak amount”, it is preferable that an operator or a control part selects the largest absorption peak amount within a range of 1160 cm-1and nearby wavenumbers since “the characteristic absorption peak” can be more simply discriminated; however, in the case of more accurately discriminating “the characteristic absorption peak”, the largest characteristic absorption peak amount may be determined by comparison with the characteristic peak of, for example, an acrylate-based polymer that is a standard product as in Fig. 1 at wavenumbers of 1150 to 1170 cm-1or may be determined with a peak increased by the internal standard addition of a standard product of an acrylate-based polymer. At this time, a rate, the total value, the height or area and the proportion regarding the IR spectrum can be generally acquired using automatic calculation software (for example, area occupancy calculation software or the like) embedded in an IR spectrum device. In addition, as the conditions of the IR spectrum, Fourier transform and a transmission measurement method are preferable. In addition, as a peak quantification method, a general peak quantification method can be used. For example, the spectrum is made to display absorbance, base points are placed on the outsides of both ends of a peak, and the amount can be determined with the height or area between the base line and the spectrum. At this time, a method by which the influence from an adjacent peak is decreased is desirable. For example, a general method that is used in a chromatography data processing device or the like, specifically, an area percentage method (the rate of each peak = [peak area / total area of peaks] x 100 (%)), a corrected area percentage method or the like can also be referred to.For example, a calibration curve is created using a standard product of the acrylate-based polymer, this calibration curve data is stored in a storage part or the like in advance and acquired by the control part as necessary, and the calibration curve data is used in the control part for the quantitative calculation (for example, the calculation of a height or a content rate) of the acrylate-based polymer in the target. The quantitative calculation result of the acrylate-based polymer in the target can also be used for the calculation of the amount of the acrylate-based polymer in the target or the content rate of the acrylate-based polymer. This makes it possible to more accurately ascertain the amount of the acrylate-based polymer in the target, the content rate of the acrylate-based polymer or an increase or decrease thereof. In the present embodiment, the relationship between the acrylate content rate (%) and the IR absorption spectrum and the correlation between the absorption peak area rate at a specific wavenumber in the IR absorption spectrum and the acrylate content rate (%) by regression analysis (preferably, a simple regression equation, a least-squares method or the like) as shown in Figs. 7 and 8 can be recognized. Furthermore, since the main component of macrostickies is the acrylate-based polymer, “the amount (content rate (%)) of the acrylate-based polymer” in the target can be obtained based on “the absorption peak area rate at a specific wavenumber in the IR absorption spectrum” acquired from the target, and furthermore, “the amount of macrostickies” in the target can be calculated, estimated, predicted or quantified based on “the amount of the acrylate-based polymer” in the target. Furthermore, for example, the relationship between “the amount of macrostickies in the raw material slurry” and “pitch spots” can also be shown as shown in Fig. 8 from this “amount of macrostickies.” The amount (mm2 / kg) of macrostickies can be obtained from JIS P 8231: 2005.“Target” in [“the amount of the acrylate-based polymer” in the target] preferably means the target of “measurement” and may be the same as or different from [the “target” of “the amount of macrostickies” in the target]. The target may be a management target such as a quality control target or a cleaning management target. In the present embodiment, “the amount of macrostickies in the target”, which is a response variable, can be estimated using “the amount of the acrylate-based polymer in the target” as an explanatory variable. As a more preferable aspect of the embodiment, “the amount of macrostickies in the target”, which is a response variable, can be estimated using “the absorption peak area rate at a specific wavenumber in the IR absorption spectrum” as an explanatory variable. The relationship between these two variables can be expressed by a linear equation Y = aX + b (a: slope, b: y-intercept, the range of x can be set (to, for example, c ≦ x ≦ d or the like) in some cases, the numerical equation is not unambiguously limited, and a more suitable numerical equation can be appropriately obtained by acquiring data depending on the size of a facility, the kind of a waste paper raw material, the site, a thing on the site that is to be the target, the season or the like. In addition, the amount of macrostickies in the target may be estimated by replacing the “absorption peak area rate at a specific wavenumber in the IR absorption spectrum” by a different explanatory variable that correlates with the amount of the acrylate-based polymer. “The different explanatory variable that correlates with the amount of the acrylate-based polymer” can be acquired using a well-known analytic method or analysis method. Furthermore, as shown in Fig. 8, when a factor of a pitch trouble that correlates with “the amount of macrostickies in the target” (for example, the number of pitch spots (spots / day)) is set, the amount of a setting factor (a pitch trouble, a pitch countermeasure or the like) or an increase or decrease thereof can also be predicted or estimated from the amount of the acrylate-based polymer obtained by the analysis of the IR absorption spectrum. As this setting factor, one or more factors selected from a pitch trouble, a pitch countermeasure and the like are preferably selected. This makes it possible to more favorably perform the prediction and setting of a pitch trouble or a pitch countermeasure, the optimization of a pitch countermeasure content and the like.3. Method for manufacturing paper based on estimation of amount of macrostickies according to present embodimentIn the description of a method for manufacturing paper based on the estimation of the amount of macrostickies according to the present embodiment, the target, the amount of the acrylate-based polymer, the estimation of the amount of macrostickies, each configuration or each treatment method of pitch or the like and the like that are duplicate with those in the “1.”, “2.” and the like will not be described again as appropriate, and the descriptions in the “1.”, “2.” and the like are also true in the present embodiment and can be employed as appropriate. In addition, in the description of an example of the method for manufacturing paper based on the estimation of the amount of pitch (preferably the amount of macrostickies) in the present embodiment, descriptions to be described can also be true in the present embodiment and can be employed as appropriate. In addition, in the present embodiment, for example, “verb” such as “adjust” may be replaced by “process” or “step”, “step” may be replaced by “verb” or “process”, and “process” may be replaced by “verb” or “step.” In addition, in the present embodiment, “process”, “means” or “mechanism” may be replaced by a system, a device or a part or a method and vice versa, and “device” may be replaced by a system, means, a mechanism or a part and vice versa. In addition, “part” may be replaced by a part or a device for including a mechanism, a device, means, a system or the like and vice versa. In addition, in the present embodiment, the order of processes may be no particular order and the order of processes may be recombined. The present embodiment is capable of providing a method for manufacturing paper in which the level of a pitch countermeasure derived from macrostickies in paper manufacturing is controlled based on an increase or decrease in the amount of an acrylate-based polymer that is contained in a management target in paper manufacturing. In addition, the present embodiment may be a method for controlling the level of a pitch countermeasure derived from macrostickies in paper manufacturing. The “control” of the level of a pitch countermeasure derived from macrostickies may be “adjustment”, and the pitch countermeasure derived from macrostickies may be a macrostickies countermeasure. It is preferable to estimate the amount of pitch derived from macrostickies in paper manufacturing based on the amount of the acrylate-based polymer in the target, and it is possible to more appropriately control the level of a pitch countermeasure derived from macrostickies in paper manufacturing by the estimation of the amount of pitch derived from macrostickies. In the present embodiment, it is possible to perform a macrostickies countermeasure with the amount of pitch derived from macrostickies. The target that is used in the present embodiment may be derived from the same or different sites and may be a singular target or a plurality of targets. In a case where there is a plurality of different sites, it is possible to set the target treatment priority based on the amount of the acrylate-based polymer or based on the amount of the acrylate-based polymer and the level of pitch countermeasure data derived from macrostickies. For example, targets derived from a plurality of different sites are confirmed, whereby the priority of a pitch countermeasure derived from macrostickies on site may be judged from the order of the heights of the amounts of the acrylate-based polymer in the targets or the priority of sites may be judged in decrement order of the risk judged from the level of the amount of the acrylate-based polymer that is present in pitch countermeasure data on each site and a pitch countermeasure derived from macrostickies on the target may be performed based on the priority. The present embodiment is capable of providing a method for manufacturing paper includinga process of estimating the amount of pitch derived from macrostickies in paper manufacturing based on the amount of the acrylate-based polymer that is contained in a management target in paper manufacturing, anda process of controlling the level of a pitch countermeasure derived from macrostickies in paper manufacturing based on an increase or decrease in the estimated amount of pitch derived from macrostickies or a method for controlling the level of a pitch countermeasure derived from macrostickies in paper manufacturing.Furthermore, the present embodiment may be a macrostickies countermeasure method or a method for controlling or adjusting the level of a macrostickies countermeasure in paper manufacturing, a method for reducing, removing, decreasing or suppressing macrostickies or an acrylate-based polymer in paper manufacturing or a method for cleaning macrostickies or an acrylate-based polymer in paper manufacturing. In the present embodiment, “level” in “controlling a macrostickies countermeasure in paper manufacturing to reach a certain level” may be the level of a general pitch countermeasure derived from macrostickies or may be the statistically acquired level of a pitch countermeasure derived from macrostickies. The “level” may be standard, level or the like, the “level” in the level of a pitch countermeasure derived from macrostickies may be “level value”, and in this case, examples thereof include “a predetermined numerical value or higher”, “within a desired numerical range” and the like. In addition, the level or level value may be set as appropriate by an operator or may be determined and selected by the control part or the like from preset levels or level values. In addition, since the level of a problem caused by an obstacle derived from macrostickies varies with a site, it is preferable to appropriately set a macrostickies countermeasure or the level thereof for each site.In addition, in the present embodiment, “site” where a macrostickies countermeasure is performed is more preferably a site where a target (preferably a management target) is present and / or a site having a relationship with the target, the site is not particularly limited as long as the site is for paper manufacturing, and examples thereof include one or more selected from paper manufacturing, an involved process and facility (for example, a device, a tool a mechanism, an area or the like). In addition, in the present embodiment, a single or a plurality of pitch countermeasures and the level thereof (for example, a relationship diagram or a relationship table as shown in Fig. 7 and Fig. 8, a multivariate analysis result or a numerical equation obtained therefrom, a setting condition or judging method of a level or the like) that corresponds each target to be confirmed may be stored in a storage part or the like in advance or may be input and set as appropriate from an input part by a user or an operator. In addition, the control part that has acquired target data and data of the acrylate-based polymer amount in the target obtained by confirming the target is capable of accessing the storage part or the like and selecting and acquiring suitable pitch countermeasure data derived from macrostickies from a group (a group, a classification, category or the like) including a variety of pitch countermeasures derived from macrostickies based on the target data (the site name, the kind or classification, category, tag or the like of the target). The pitch countermeasure data derived from macrostickies may include one or more from the site name, the kind, the classification, the category, the tag, the relationship with the target and the like so that the group can be searched for from the target data. This pitch countermeasure data derived from macrostickies preferably includes a single or a plurality of a variety of data such as the level data and the implementation content data of the level for implementing an appropriate pitch countermeasure derived from macrostickies that corresponds to the target. In the present embodiment, the variety of data are preferably filed with a tag and / or a string such as the name or the classification, and the files may be each independently preserved and managed, may be preserved and managed after being appropriately hierarchized and stored in folders or may be kept and managed in the storage part, a server, a cloud or the like.A more preferable aspect in the present embodiment includes acquiring the data of the amount of the acrylate-based polymer in the target; selecting and acquiring a pitch countermeasure data derived from macrostickies based on the target data and / or the data of the amount of the acrylate-based polymer in the target; adapting the data of the amount of the acrylate-based polymer in the target to the pitch countermeasure derived from the macrostickies, thereby determining, selecting or judging an appropriate countermeasure (the level, the implement content of the level or the like) from the countermeasure data; implementing an appropriate countermeasure determined or the like on a site where the target is present and / or a site having a relationship with the target; controlling the level of the macrostickies countermeasure by the above-described operations. As the control or adjustment of the level, feedback control may be implemented. In addition, in the present embodiment, the level may be set with a permissible range of the amount of the amount of macrostickies and / or the amount of the acrylate-based polymer, the level may be set on each site such as a process and a facility, and this may be stored in the storage part in advance. This makes it possible to appropriately implement the control of the macrostickies level on each site of paper manufacturing. As the level data, one or more can be selected from the level data on each site such as a process and a facility. More specifically, the data of the amount of the acrylate-based polymer in the target confirmed on the site is adapted to a pitch countermeasure data derived from the site or relevant macrostickies, whereby an appropriate pitch countermeasure derived from macrostickies is determined from the pitch countermeasures derived from macrostickies, and the pitch countermeasure derived from macrostickies is implemented on the site, whereby the level of the macrostickies countermeasure can be controlled. For example, in a case where the amount of the acrylate-based polymer in the target is higher (poorer) than the level of a site where the target is present or a site (a process and a facility) having a relationship with the target, for example, the use (for example, the amount, the concentration or the like) of a chemical such as a cleaning agent can be intensified (increased); in a case where the amount of the acrylate-based polymer is lower (more favorable) than the level of this site, the use of a chemical can be weakened (decreased); in a case where the amount of the acrylate-based polymer is within the range of the level of this site, the use of a chemical can be maintained. It is also possible to put the amount of the acrylate-based polymer into the range of the level by feedback control. This level may be a level value. In addition, in the present embodiment, it is also possible to appropriately set the level to a content including multiple stages such as three stages or five stages or multiple kinds such as two kinds or three kinds or including the implement of different countermeasures. For example, it is configured to set a level A (process water a, device a, device b, device c: strong countermeasure level); a level B (device a, process water b, device c: intermediate countermeasure level); a level C (process water b, weak countermeasure level) as a pitch countermeasure derived from macrostickies and enable one or more to be selected from these levels A to C of the pitch countermeasure derived from macrostickies based on the confirmed target data (for example, the site name), and it can be also configured to implement the selected level of the pitch countermeasure derived from macrostickies based on the data of the amount of the acrylate-based polymer in the confirmed target to control the amount of macrostickies in the target. In the present embodiment, examples of “adjusting the level” in “adjusting the level of a macrostickies countermeasure” include replacement of a raw material having a high macrostickies content by blowing the raw material; adjustment of the amount of a foreign matter rejected or the amount of the rejected foreign matter recovered in a foreign matter removal device such as a screen or a cleaner in the stock preparation process or the paper making process; adjustment of the operation intensity of a facility capable of miniaturizing macrostickies such as a kneader or a refiner; adjustment of the water pressure or the water amount of tool cleaning shower water, adjustment of the exchange frequency of a doctor that scrapes an attached substance from a tool and adjustment of the regular cleaning frequency; adjustment of the addition amount of an internally added chemical such as an anti-tackifying agent that decreases the pressure-sensitive adhesiveness of the surfaces of macrostickies; adjustment of the addition amount of an externally added chemical having an action of dissolving, cleaning or preventing the attachment of macrostickies; and the like, and one or more can be selected from them. Here, regarding the macrostickies countermeasure, since macrostickies are different from other pitch in size, physical properties and the like, it is often inappropriate to implement the same countermeasure as other pitch component countermeasures. For example, a macrostickies countermeasure by which macrostickies are mechanically separated or removed is suitable for equipment and devices that selectively trap a large foreign matter with a screen, a cleaner or the like. A macrostickies miniaturization countermeasure with a kneader, a refiner or the like has a limited effect due to pressure-sensitive adhesiveness and elasticity, but is still effective to a certain extent. In a macrostickies countermeasure with a chemical, a fixing agent and a dispersant that are effective for fine pitch are not expected to be effective for macrostickies that are large particles, but an anti-tackifying agent that decreases the pressure-sensitive adhesiveness of particle surfaces is expected to have a certain level of effect as a macrostickies countermeasure. In addition, oxygen is not capable of reacting inside the particles of macrostickies; however, in a case where pressure-sensitive adhesiveness can be decreased due to an oxygen reaction, similar to the anti-tackifying agent, oxygen is also expected to have a certain level of effect as a macrostickies countermeasure. Coating of a facility with a resin and an externally added cleaning agent are expected to be effective as a macrostickies countermeasure in the same manner as for fine pitch. The present embodiment also makes it possible to more appropriately control the level of the macrostickies countermeasure. In addition, the present embodiment implements an efficient macrostickies countermeasure and also thus makes it possible to control the level of the macrostickies countermeasure by combining the degree of an obstacle such as the number of spots or the number of times of paper break, or the degree of contamination such as the suction pressure of felt with the information of an increase or decrease in the amount of the acrylate-based polymer. The present embodiment makes it possible to control the level of a more appropriate macrostickies countermeasure than conventional macrostickies countermeasures. The pitch countermeasure derived from macrostickies or the pitch management control derived from macrostickies in paper manufacturing and an involved process and facility (for example, a process, a device, a mechanism, a facility or the like) in the present embodiment are not particularly limited, examples thereof include removal of a foreign matter with a screen or a cleaner; miniaturization of a foreign matter with a kneader or a refiner; cleaning of a paper machine or a tool thereof such as a wire or felt by a facility, shower or the like; the use of a cleaning agent for the acrylate-based polymer, for example, a cleaning agent and a contamination prevention agent effective for the acrylate-based polymer that are used in facilities such as a wire, felt, a press roll, a dryer drum and canvas; the use of an internally added pitch control agent effective for macrostickies; and the like, and one or more can be selected from these. A macrostickies countermeasure or management control in paper manufacturing and an involved process and facility that are normally performed can be more simply and more appropriately implemented by combining the technique for confirming (detecting, measuring or the like) the amount of the acrylate-based polymer in the target in the present embodiment.Examples of a more preferable countermeasure as the adjustment or control of the level of the macrostickies countermeasure in the present technique include the control of an increase or decrease of the rejection amount in the case of removal of a foreign matter with a screen or a cleaner; the control of an increase or decrease in the load (for example, electric energy) of miniaturization in the case of the miniaturization of a foreign matter with a kneader or a refiner; the control of an increase or decrease in the shower water amount and the shower pressure in the case of cleaning of a paper machine or a tool thereof such as a wire or felt by shower or the like; the control of an increase or decrease in a cleaning agent and an anti-fouling agent effective for the acrylate-based polymer that are used in a variety of processes (a device, a part tool or the like) in the case of using a chemical; the control of an increase or decrease of an internally added pitch control agent effective for macrostickies; and the like.As the pitch countermeasure derived from macrostickies, it is preferable to implement one or more selected from a mechanism of removing a foreign matter from process water, a mechanism of miniaturizing a foreign matter in process water, a mechanism of cleaning a process and a mechanism of adding a chemical to process water. In a more favorable pitch countermeasure derived from macrostickies, it is desirable to select each mechanism in consideration of the balance with a disadvantage such as an increase in the amount of a raw material spilled, miniaturization of pitch other than a fiber or macrostickies, deterioration of a tool or an increase in the cost of a chemical, power, steam or the like and a countermeasure against the disadvantage. It is preferable to increase the level of the pitch countermeasure to accelerate the pitch countermeasure in a case where the amount of the acrylate-based polymer in the management target in paper manufacturing increases and to decrease the level of the pitch countermeasure to further suppress or maintain the pitch countermeasure in a case where the amount decreases, and the macrostickies countermeasure is more preferable. It is preferable to temporarily and continuously measure an increase or decrease in the amount of the acrylate-based polymer that is contained in the management target in paper manufacturing and perform feedback control so that the pitch countermeasure reaches a certain level.Example 1 of one example of the present embodiment has been shown, but the present embodiment is not limited thereto. In Example 1, when “whether or not the acrylate content proportion is a predetermined amount or more” is asked, “Yes” or “No” is judged, and the process proceeds to the next step, but the process may proceed to the next step with a different judgment form from this judgement. As a step 101, the control part intensifies the pitch countermeasure derived from macrostickies in a case where the amount of the acrylate-based polymer in the target is equal to or higher than the level (predetermined value) of the selected pitch countermeasure derived from macrostickies or maintains (Yes) or weakens the pitch countermeasure derived from macrostickies in a case where the amount of the acrylate-based polymer is equal to or lower than the level (predetermined value) (No). Here, “strong (much)” and “weak (few)” refer to a relative relationship, and, for example, a certain countermeasure (for example, the amount of a chemical used) is stronger (more) or weaker (fewer) than another countermeasure (for example, the amount of a chemical used). “Certain” in a certain countermeasure may refer to before and after over time (for example, the latter countermeasure is stronger (more) or weaker (fewer) than the former countermeasure). In addition, the pitch countermeasure derived from macrostickies may be controlled to reach a certain level (within a predetermined range) by performing feedback control. In addition, the real-time response, the automatically controlled response and a response by an intensive treatment in the present embodiment will be each described below in detail using an example, but the present embodiment is not limited thereto. As a preferable aspect, (1) in a case where the converted acrylate content or the converted macrostickies amount under monitoring is within a range of a level in which a macrostickies countermeasure can be implemented while paper manufacturing is performed, it is preferable to perform the real-time response or the automatically controlled response, and on the other hand, (2) in a case where the converted acrylate content or the converted macrostickies amount under monitoring exceeds the level on which a macrostickies countermeasure can be implemented while paper manufacturing is performed, it is preferable to pause paper manufacturing and perform the response by an intensive treatment. These may be implemented by the control part. The real-time response is not particularly limited, and examples thereof include a response in which the amount of acrylate on the surface of a press roll is continuously measured and the amount of a felt cleaning agent added is doubled once the converted acrylate content rate reaches 10% or more and the like. The automatically controlled response is not particularly limited, and examples thereof include a response in which the amount of acrylate on the surface of a press roll is continuously measured and the amount of a felt cleaning agent added is increased or decreased so as to be proportional to the converted acrylate content rate. The response by an intensive treatment is not particularly limited, and examples thereof include a response in which, in a case where the converted macrostickies amount of a final rejected slurry with a screen or a cleaner in a stock preparation process, which is under continuous measurement, has reached 500000 mm2 / kg or more, manufacturing is paused, the total amount of the slurry in the process is blown to be disposed of, and a tool in a paper machine and the stock preparation process is cleaned.3-1. Paper manufacturingA papermaking process in which the method of the present embodiment is used is not particularly limited, and the method of the present embodiment can be applied to a well-known papermaking process or a papermaking process that can be devised in the future. In the papermaking process, a preparation process, a paper making process and a water recovery process are preferably included. One example is shown in Fig. 1, but a process of the present embodiment is not limited thereto. In addition, in the present embodiment, it is possible for the control part to instruct a variety of implementations to each part, which makes it possible to implement a more appropriate pitch countermeasure derived from macrostickies and more appropriate paper manufacturing.Paper manufacturing in the present embodiment will be described with reference to Fig. 9, but the embodiment of the present invention is not limited thereto. The paper manufacturing (papermaking process) in the present embodiment preferably includes a preparation process 2, a paper making process 10 and a water recovery process of recovering water that is generated from each process (for example, refer to Fig. 9).Examples of a target that is used in the present embodiment include one or more selected from process water in the papermaking process, a pulp-containing substance (pulp-containing water, a pulp-containing sheet or a final paper product), a substance attached to a device, a tool or the like in the process and the like. In the case of a target present in a process or a device, it is preferable to select a pitch countermeasure data derived from macrostickies for the process or device and implement the pitch countermeasure derived from macrostickies based on the countermeasure data thereof. A target having the largest amount of the acrylate-based polymer is selected from a plurality of targets, and a pitch countermeasure derived from macrostickies for the target may be implemented. In the present embodiment, a process of confirming (detecting, measuring or the like) the amount of the acrylate-based polymer in a target; a process of estimating, calculating, predicting or quantifying the amount of macrostickies based on the amount of the acrylate-based polymer; a process of selecting a macrostickies countermeasure suitable for the target based on the target and the amount of the acrylate-based polymer; and a process of adapting the amount of macrostickies in the target to the level of a pitch countermeasure derived from macrostickies suitable for the target and controlling the pitch countermeasure derived from macrostickies so as to reach the level are included. This makes it possible to more appropriately implement the pitch countermeasure derived from macrostickies. Hereinafter, as one example of the pitch countermeasure derived from macrostickies, a pitch cleaning countermeasure derived from macrostickies will be described; however, as such a pitch countermeasure derived from macrostickies as described above, for example, a pitch countermeasure derived from macrostickies by the miniaturization of a foreign matter, there are cases where a load (electric energy) at the time of miniaturizing a foreign matter is controlled, and a variety of pitch countermeasures derived from macrostickies can be appropriately implemented in the present embodiment, and the present embodiment is thus not limited thereto. It is preferable that the preparation process 2 includes one or more selected from a dissolution process, a disintegration process, a dust removal process (a cleaner process or a screening process), a concentration process and a beating process and the processes are disposed in the above-listed order. In the preparation process 2, a raw material 1 such as waste paper can be made into a papermaking raw material by a dissolution process 21 through the beating process. The paper making process preferably includes at least an inlet 12, a paper layer formation process (wire part) 13, a wet paper dewatering process (press part) 15 and a wet paper drying process (dry part) 16, and the processes are more preferably disposed in the above-listed order. The inlet is configured to uniformly supply a uniformly-dispersed pulp raw material (for example, a pulp concentration of approximately 0.5% to 1%) onto a wire by spraying or the like. Furthermore, the paper making process may include a dust removal process (screening process) 11 configured so as to remove an impurity or the like in the pulp raw material before the inlet 12. Furthermore, the paper making process may include a calender part, a reel, a cutter, a winder or the like after the dry part. The papermaking raw material can be made into paper 5 in the end by undergoing the paper making process. The paper making process 10 (individual processes 12 to 16) is connected to the water recovery process of a primary circulating water 19 and / or secondary circulating water 20 in which water generated at the time of making paper, such as filtered water, (for example, pitch and pulp-containing water or the like) is recovered as white water or recovered water 19.In the water recovery process, water used in the paper making process 10 is recovered into, for example, a storage tank, a storage device or the like such as a white water silo 18. The recovered and reusable water is circulated to the preparation process 2 and / or the paper making process 10 (for example, the dust removal process 11 or the like), and water that has become unnecessary may be externally discharged as drainage. For example, in a pitch cleaning countermeasure derived from macrostickies, it is possible to use a cleaning agent for macrostickies in a site, a place or the like where pitch contamination is caused or attached or there is a risk of pitch contamination. The cleaning agent can be applied to any of the processes, sites, devices and tools thereof of the papermaking process. For example, the cleaning agent is preferably added to a paper manufacturing tool such as a wire, felt, canvas, a roll or a suction roll, and it is preferable to add the cleaning agent to one or more selected from a variety of tools, a variety of chests, a variety of devices, each pipe and the like in the paper manufacturing process and / or to add the cleaning agent to shower for cleaning and / or shower for contamination prevention in the paper manufacturing process.Regarding the pitch cleaning countermeasure derived from macrostickies, in the paper manufacturing process, the addition site of the cleaning agent is not particularly limited, the cleaning agent can be added or injected to a place where pitch contamination derived from macrostickies is attached in the paper manufacturing process, can be added or directly injected to a tank or a pipe that is installed near the above-described place, and examples of the tank include tanks of shower water for cleaning or for sealing and the like. In addition, the cleaning agent may be brought into contact with a place of pitch contamination derived from macrostickies using a device or mechanism for shower, spraying, injection, dipping or cleaning.Furthermore, as the pitch cleaning countermeasure derived from macrostickies, the cleaning agent is preferably applied in the paper making process (preferably a paper machine or a paper making tool) where contamination becomes worse. The cleaning agent is preferably used in one or more selected from the paper layer formation process 13, the wet paper dewatering process 15 and the white water silo (the storage tank of white water) 18 in the water recovery process in the paper making process. In a case where the pitch cleaning countermeasure derived from macrostickies is used in the paper layer formation process 13 and / or the wet paper dewatering process 15, for example, as shown in 21a, 21b and 21c, it is preferable to directly or indirectly bring chemical-containing water such as shower water, cleaning water or injection water into which the cleaning agent has been blended into contact with a tool such as a wire, felt or a press roll at a device or mechanism for shower, spraying, injection or the like. Cleaning water or shower water containing no chemicals may also be used, but a chemical is preferably used.As the pitch cleaning countermeasure derived from macrostickies, when the cleaning agent is added to shower water and the chemical-containing shower water is used in the paper making process, it is possible to clean a paper making tool in the paper making process such as felt for paper making, which makes it possible to remove a pitch contamination derived from macrostickies. In addition, when cleaning agent-containing shower water is used in the paper making process, it is possible to prevent the attachment of pitch contamination derived from macrostickies that is attached to the paper making process such as the felt for paper making. One example of the pitch cleaning countermeasure derived from macrostickies according to the present embodiment is a method for cleaning a paper making tool, but the countermeasure is not limited thereto.A wet sheet from which a couch roll in the wire part has been separated (for example, a solid content concentration of 12 to 20 mass%) is placed on felt for paper making in the press part, sandwiched between two press rolls and squeezed. The felt for paper making is not particularly limited; however, for example, needle felt made of polyamide, polyester, wool or the like is often used. The moisture content of wet paper that is separated from the press part is normally approximately 60 mass%, and the wet paper having a reduced moisture content after the press part is dried in the dry part. The felt for paper making from which the wet paper has been separated runs while being circulated below the press roll and is cleaned during the run, and the wet sheet is placed on the felt for paper again. In the pitch cleaning countermeasure, a method for applying shower water containing the cleaning agent to a paper making tool is not particularly limited, and for example, one or more selected from a full-width shower, a high-pressure moving needle shower, a low-pressure needle shower and the like can be used. One aspect of a method for cleaning the felt for paper making will be described below, but the present embodiment is not limited thereto, and the method may be used as a method for cleaning pitch contamination derived from macrostickies in the felt for paper making or a method for preventing the attachment of pitch contamination derived from macrostickies. In addition, in a part or all of the following processes where shower water is used, it is preferable that a chemical of the present embodiment is appropriately contained in the shower water. The felt for paper making is first cleaned with a high-pressure moving needle shower. In the high-pressure moving needle shower, while an injection nozzle moves in the width direction of the felt for paper making, it is possible to inject the shower water from the inside of the felt for paper making at a water pressure of 2,000 to 3,000 kPa and to unravel contamination attached to the outside of the felt for paper making. The shower water that has passed through the felt for paper making from the inside to the outside can be suctioned with a suction box. It is preferable that the high-pressure moving needle shower is provided with an interlock mechanism between the felt for paper making and the high-pressure moving needle shower, the injection of the shower water is paused when the felt for paper making pauses and damage of the felt for paper making is prevented.Next, the shower water is supplied throughout the entire width of the felt for paper making from the inside at a water pressure of 200 to 500 kPa with a full-width shower in which a fan nozzle is installed, the felt for paper making is made to contain a sufficient amount of the shower water, and a foreign matter or a clogging component can be extracted, suctioned with a suction box and removed. Furthermore, while a low-pressure moving needle shower is moved in the width direction of the felt for paper making from the outside with a gel for paper making, it is possible to inject the shower water at a water pressure of approximately 800 kPa and scrape off a foreign matter attached to the surface of the felt for paper making. In the end, it is possible to supply the shower water from the full-width shower provided on the inside of the felt for paper making and from the full-width shower provided on the outside and suction the shower water with a single or a plurality of suction boxes to end the cleaning of the felt for paper making. This makes it possible to more favorably clean the pitch contamination derived from macrostickies attached to the felt for paper making by injecting the shower water containing the cleaning agent to the felt for paper making and / or to more favorably prevent attachment of the pitch contamination derived from macrostickies that is attached to the felt for paper making by the contact of the cleaning agent with the felt for paper making.3-2. [0010] A method for manufacturing paper or a method for controlling a level of a macrostickies countermeasure, in which the macrostickies countermeasure in paper manufacturing is controlled to reach a certain level based on an amount of macrostickies acquired by the method according to any one of [1] to [8].
[0011] The method according to [9] or

[0012] The method according to any one of [9] to
[0011] , in which the level of the macrostickies countermeasure is increased to accelerate the macrostickies countermeasure in a case where the amount of the acrylate-based polymer in the target (preferably the management target) in paper manufacturing increases or the level of the macrostickies countermeasure is decreased to suppress the macrostickies countermeasure in a case where the amount decreases.
[0013] The method according to any one of [9] to
[0012] , in which an increase or decrease in the amount of the acrylate-based polymer that is contained in the target (preferably the management target) in paper manufacturing is temporarily measured, and feedback control is performed so that the macrostickies countermeasure reaches a certain level. The embodiment of the present invention will be described using the following examples and comparative examples. The scope of the present invention is not limited to the examples.Test Example 1An IR absorption spectrum was measured regarding each of acrylate, EVA, latex and a rosin sizing agent, which are general pitch components that are contained in paperboards and waste paper raw materials (Figs. 1 to 4). When the IR absorption spectra of these acrylate, EVA, latex and the rosin sizing agent are compared, only the acrylate shown in Fig. 1 had an absorption peak at near a wavenumber of 1160 cm-1. This makes the absorption peak at near a wavenumber of 1160 cm-1suitable as an index of acrylate.<Infrared analysis device>FTIR-ART device: Manufactured by JASCO Corporation, FT / IR4100 (Fourier transform, area occupancy calculation software: software embedded in the device)Transmission measurement method: Liquid film method: A film obtained by drying a solvent mixture solution of benzene / chloroform (1:1) on a KBr plate was measured.Measurement may be performed by infrared analysis in which a target (for example, a quality control target or the like) is irradiated with infrared rays and the intensity of the reflected light was measured.Test Examples 2-1 to 2-3As Test Example 2, a solvent extract of a raw material slurry in a containerboard manufacturing machine (specimen 2-1), a solvent extract of a filtrate of a raw material slurry in a containerboard manufacturing machine (specimen 2-2) and macrostickies collected from a raw material slurry in a containerboard manufacturing machine (specimen 2-3) were used.<Properties of raw material slurry in containerboard manufacturing machine>The raw material slurry that was used in the present test example is a slurry obtained by collecting a finished raw material before the addition of an internally added chemical as a specimen. The properties of the raw material slurry were a SS concentration of 3.7%, a pH of 7.1 and an electrical conductivity of 238 mS / m.As the raw material slurries in the containerboard manufacturing machines used in the specimen 2-1, the specimen 2-2 and the specimen 2-3, the same slurry was used.<Method for producing solvent extract of raw material slurry>50 mL of a solvent mixture of benzene and chloroform (1 vol:1 vol) (extraction temperature: 20°C to 25°C) was mixed with 1 (g) of the raw material slurry in the containerboard manufacturing machine dried at 105°C for three hours and extracted under a condition of being placed still for 60 minutes, a liquid after extraction was lightly dispersed, and the supernatant portion was used as a specimen.<Method for producing solvent extract of filtrate of raw material slurry>5 mL of a solvent mixture of benzene and chloroform (1 vol:1 vol) was mixed with an evaporated and dried substance obtained by drying a filtrate (100 mL) at 105°C for 24 hours, the filtrate being obtained by filtering the raw material slurry in the containerboard manufacturing machine with No. 41 filter paper having a pore diameter of 20 μm manufactured by Watt Mann Co., Ltd. in a sample amount of 0.5 mL of sample per square meter of the paper and extracted under a condition of being placed still for 60 minutes, a liquid after extraction was lightly dispersed, and the supernatant portion was used as a specimen.<Method for collecting macrostickies in raw material slurry>2 mL of a solvent mixture of benzene and chloroform (1 vol:1 vol) was mixed with a substance (0.1 g) obtained by sorting pressure-sensitive adhesive substance from a substance captured with a slit screen having an opening of 150 μm by a method according to JIS P8231: 2005 and collected from the raw material slurry (10 L) in the containerboard manufacturing machine and drying the substance at 105°C for three hours and extracted under a condition of being placed still for 60 minutes, a liquid after extraction was lightly dispersed, and the supernatant portion was used as a specimen. In Test Example 2-1, an absorption peak was rarely shown at near a wavenumber of 1160 cm-1in the IR absorption spectrum of the solvent extract of the raw material slurry in the containerboard manufacturing machine (Fig. 5). Test Example 2-1 suggests that the amount of acrylate was extremely small in the raw material slurry in the containerboard manufacturing machine. In addition, in Test Example 2-2, no absorption peak was shown at near a wavenumber of 1160 cm-1in the IR absorption spectrum of the solvent extract of the filtrate obtained by filtering the raw material slurry in the containerboard manufacturing machine with No. 41 filter paper having a pore diameter of 20 μm manufactured by Watt Mann Co., Ltd. (not shown). Test Example 2-2 suggests that the amount of acrylate present as fine pitch that had been dispersed in paper making process water was small. Furthermore, Test Example 2-2 reflects the properties of acrylate that was elastic even at room temperature and was thus not easily crushed finely. On the other hand, in Test Example 2-3, for macrostickies in the raw material slurry in the containerboard manufacturing machine, a strong absorption peak was shown at near a wavenumber of 1160 cm-1and acrylate was a main component (Fig. 6). Test Example 2-3 suggests that macrostickies, which are a disintegrated substance of a hydrophobic pressure-sensitive adhesive substance, are a main supply source of acrylate-based pitch.Test Example 3In Test Example 3, a mixture obtained by mixing the solvent extract of the raw material slurry in the containerboard manufacturing machine used in Test Example 2-1 and acrylate (manufactured by Regitex Co., Ltd., REGITEX A-6001) as solid matters in a ratio of 1:9 to 9:1, a solvent extract of the raw material slurry in the containerboard manufacturing machine used in Test Example 2-1, to which acrylate was not added, alone and acrylate alone were used as each specimen. Specifically, a mixture obtained by mixing an extract (solid matter concentration of 0.06%) of a solvent mixture of benzene and chloroform (1 vol:1 vol) of a product obtained by drying acrylate at 105°C for 24 hours with an extract (solid matter concentration of 0.03%) of a solvent mixture of benzene and chloroform (1 vol:1 vol) of a dried product of the raw material slurry in the containerboard manufacturing machine so that the ratio as the solid matters became 1:9 to 9:1 and each of the single solvent extracts were used as specimens. The data of each specimen regarding the relationship between “the absorption peak area at a wavenumber of 1160 cm-1” and “the total area of absorption peaks in the IR absorption spectrum of acrylate at wavenumbers of 600 to 4000 cm-1” in each of these specimens was acquired, and the absorption peak area rate (%) at a wavenumber of 1160 cm-1of each specimen was calculated. Specifically, “the absorption peak area at a wavenumber of 1160 cm-1” / “the total area of absorption peaks in the IR absorption spectrum of acrylate at wavenumbers of 600 to 4000 cm-1” x 100 = the absorption peak area rate (%) at a wavenumber of 1160 cm-1.The absorption peak area at a wavenumber of 1160 cm-1, the total area of absorption peaks in the IR absorption spectrum and the proportion of the absorption peak area at a wavenumber of 1160 cm-1in the total area were obtained with area occupancy calculation software embedded in the FTIR-ART device (manufactured by JASCO Corporation). This total area also includes “the absorption peak area at a wavenumber of 1160 cm-1.”The relationship between the absorption peak area rate (%) at a wavenumber of 1160 cm-1and the acrylate content rate (%) of each specimen in each specimen was shown in Fig. 7 and Table 1.The proportion of the absorption peak area at near a wavenumber of 1160 cm-1to the total area of absorption peaks in the IR absorption spectrum of acrylate at wavenumbers of 600 to 4000 cm-1increased with the proportion of acrylate of the measurement sample (each specimen) (Fig. 7). Correlation coefficient: 0.98, regression line: acrylate content rate = 8.5 x proportion of absorption peak area at near a wavenumber of 1160 cm-1to total area of absorption peaks in IR absorption spectrum of acrylate at wavenumbers of 600 to 4000 cm-1- 9.9.According to Test Example 3, the proportion of the absorption peak area at near a wavenumber of 1160 cm-1to the total area of absorption peaks in the IR absorption spectrum at wavenumbers of 600 to 4000 cm-1can be used as a numerical index of the acrylate content proportion. In addition, regarding samples collected in a containerboard manufacturing site where waste paper was reused, the amount (mm2 / kg) of macrostickies in the raw material slurry was measured by the method in [Test Example 1], and the number of spots (spots / day) caused by pitch in containerboard at this time was measured. Furthermore, n spot portions in the containerboard at this time were collected, and a spot solvent extract (an average value divided by n was used) was obtained by the method in [Test Example 1]. IR analysis was measured using this spot solvent extract by the method in [Test Example 3], and “the peak area rate at IR1160 cm-1of the spot solvent extract” was obtained from “the absorption peak area at a wavenumber of 1160 cm-1in the IR spectrum of the spot solvent extract / the absorption peak area at wavenumbers of 600 to 4000 cm-1in the IR spectrum of the spot solvent extract” with the area occupancy calculation software embedded in the FTIR-ART device (manufactured by JASCO Corporation). The total area (total value) includes the absorption peak area at a wavenumber of 1160 cm-1in the IR spectrum of the spot solvent extract. As described above, three data of “the number of pitch spots (spots / day)”, “the amount (mm2 / kg) of macrostickies in the raw material slurry” and “the peak area rate at IR1160 cm-1of the spot solvent extract” were obtained based on one sample, such data acquisition was performed for approximately three months, and the total number of samples was 78. In addition, the samples were classified into a group of “1% or more” and a group of “less than 1%” with “the peak area rate at IR1160 cm-1of the spot solvent extract”, and the correlation (a simple regression equation) of each was studied (refer to Fig. 8). As a result, the correlation coefficient became as high as R2= 0.6 by setting the classification to “1% or more.”Therefore, it was possible to confirm that the use of a relative intensity for which “the peak area rate at near IR1160-1”, that is, “the largest absorption peak amount that is shown at a wavenumber of 1160 cm-1and nearby wavenumbers in the IR spectrum” is used as a criterion is important in the management of a pitch countermeasure derived from macrostickies and a pitch state derived from macrostickies even on site. Furthermore, it was possible to clarify that the management of a pitch countermeasure derived from macrostickies and a pitch state derived from macrostickies can be made more favorable by setting a suitable numerical value condition regarding the criterion as appropriate with the condition of each site, each process or the like.Test Example 4: Cleaning of paper machine tool based on amount of macrostickies estimated of present embodimentIn Test Example 4, a substance attached to a tool of a paper machine was measured with a non-contact type infrared analysis device. The proportion of the absorption peak area at near a wavenumber of 1160 cm-1to the total area of absorption peaks in the IR absorption spectrum at wavenumbers of 600 to 4000 cm-1at this time was 6.0%. The proportion of the amount of (meth)acrylate in the substance attached to the tool of the paper machine was calculated to be 41.1 by the simple regression equation obtained from Table 1, and this was estimated as the amount of macrostickies. As a macrostickies countermeasure, the amount of polyoxyethylene stearylpropyleneamine (EO = 15 mol) added as a chemical to felt shower water was increased from 20 mg / L to 50 mg / L. The amount of macrostickies after injection cleaning decreased to 24.1% based on, similar to what has been described above, the IR absorption spectrum analysis. Since the amount of macrostickies decreased was not within a range of the 10%, the amount of polyoxyethylene stearylpropyleneamine (EO = 15 mol) added to felt shower water was increased to 100 mg / L. After that, the amount of macrostickies was estimated, and, since the amount was 7.1%, which was within the above-described range, the amount was continuously increased. After that, the estimated amount of macrostickies became 1% or less, macrostickies in the raw material was thus determined to decrease, the amount of polyoxyethylene stearylpropyleneamine (EO = 15 mol) added to felt shower water was returned to 20 mg / L, which is a normal amount. Since the estimated amount of macrostickies was 5.4%, which is a normal amount, the amount of polyoxyethylene stearylpropyleneamine (EO = 15 mol) added to felt shower water was continued at 20 mg / L.1 Raw material2 Preparation process5 Paper10 Paper making process11 Dust removal process12 Inlet13 Wire part14 Wet sheet15 Press part16 Dry part17 White water18 White water silo19 Primary circulating water20 Secondary circulating water22 Pitch control agent
