Abstract
Description
A pen and an adapter for attaching it to the wrist strap
[0001] The present invention relates to a pen.
[0002] Generally, a pen is a writing instrument. Depending on the substance used to write on paper, these pens can be categorized into ballpoint pens using ink, pencils using graphite, and brush pens using ink.
[0003] These pens include a pen housing having an elongated shape for holding in the user's hand, and a pen nib supported by the pen housing and containing a substance such as ink that actually writes on paper.
[0004] However, existing pens, due to their elongated design, present challenges in portability. For example, if you bend over while outdoors with a long pen inserted or placed in a pocket, the pen could poke your body or bend, making it difficult to carry. Furthermore, if you frequently take it out of your pocket because it's inconvenient to keep, you may not be able to use it when you actually need it. Furthermore, existing pens, due to their elongated shape, have limitations that prevent them from being attached to wrist straps such as watch straps or bracelets.
[0005] The technical problem of the present invention is to provide a pen that is easy to carry.
[0006] Another technical problem of the present invention is to provide a pen capable of positioning the pen tip as long as possible within a limited shape.
[0007] Another technical challenge of the present invention is to provide a pen that is easy to hold with the user's hand.
[0008] Another technical problem of the present invention is to provide a pen whose pen tip can be removed with a simple configuration.
[0009] Another technical problem of the present invention is to provide a pen capable of checking the amount of pen tip used.
[0010] Another technical problem of the present invention is to provide an adapter that allows the pen to be worn on the user's wrist at all times through a wrist strap such as a watch strap or bracelet.
[0011] In order to achieve the above object, a pen according to one embodiment of the present invention includes: a pen body having a flat rectangular shape; and a pen nib mounting portion provided on the pen body and in which a pen nib is detachably mounted.
[0012] The above-mentioned pen tip mounting portion may be arranged so that two non-adjacent vertices of the pen body are connected to form a diagonal line of the pen body.
[0013] The above pen body may include respective through holes formed on the left and right sides based on the pen tip mounting portion.
[0014] Each of the above through holes can be rotationally symmetrical by 180 degrees with respect to the center of the pen body.
[0015] Each of the above through holes may have a triangular shape.
[0016] The above-mentioned pen lead mounting portion may have a tubular shape so that the pen lead can be inserted.
[0017] The pen according to one embodiment of the present invention described above may further include a pen nib holding portion that holds the pen nib in the pen nib seating portion.
[0018] For example, the pen lead holder may include a small diameter portion forming a first section of the pen lead mounting portion and having an inner diameter smaller than the outer diameter of the pen lead; and an elasticity inducing portion provided in the small diameter portion and configured to stretch the small diameter portion in a radial direction and an opposite direction from the center thereof.
[0019] A convex portion that is convex inward may be formed on the inner surface of some sections of the above-mentioned small diameter portion.
[0020] The above-mentioned elastic induction member may be formed to penetrate the circumference of the small diameter portion, be formed long along the length of the small diameter portion, and be formed as a plurality of slits at intervals along the circumference of the small diameter portion.
[0021] The above slit serves to check the remaining amount of ink in the pen tip, and the position of the tip can be set so that the remaining amount of ink in the pen tip can be checked.
[0022] As another example, the pen lead holder may be configured such that the inner diameter of the pen lead seating portion becomes increasingly smaller as the pen lead is drawn in.
[0023] The pen according to one embodiment of the present invention described above may further include a pen tip removal unit for removing the pen tip from the pen tip mounting unit.
[0024] The above-mentioned pen tip removal portion may be formed to penetrate the rear end of the pen tip mounting portion so that a portion of the rear end of the pen tip already in use is exposed by being inserted into the pen tip mounting portion, and may be formed to be of a size sufficient to allow the rear end of an external replacement pen tip to be inserted, and may be formed as a pen tip rear end insertion hole that guides the pen tip in use to be pulled out to the front end of the pen tip mounting portion when the rear end of the replacement pen tip is inserted.
[0025] Meanwhile, an adapter according to another embodiment of the present invention is an adapter for attaching and detaching a pen according to an embodiment of the present invention described above to a wrist strap worn on a user's wrist, and may include: an adapter body; a pen attachment and detachment portion forming a part of the adapter body and detachably mounting the pen; and a wrist strap attachment and detachment portion forming the other part of the adapter body and detachably mounting the pen to the wrist strap.
[0026] The above pen attachment / detachment portion may include left and right pen body receiving portions provided on both sides of the upper edge of the adapter body and configured to surround and receive both sides of the pen body; and a pen body fitting portion for detachably fitting the pen body into the left and right pen body receiving portions.
[0027] The above pen body fitting portion may include a pen body support portion that is connected across each front end of the left and right pen body receiving portions and supports the front part of the pen body when the rear part of the pen body is pressed down from above by inserting the pen body underneath; and a pen body upper hook portion that is provided at each rear end of the left and right pen body receiving portions and into which the pen body is inserted and hooked when the rear part of the pen body is pressed down from above.
[0028] Each of the above left and right pen body receiving portions can be elastically supported by the adapter body.
[0029] The above pen attachment / detachment portion may further include a finger insertion portion formed between the rear ends of the left and right pen body receiving portions and having a shape for inserting a finger to lift the rear end of the pen body.
[0030] The above pen body fitting portion may further include a pen body fitting protrusion that is formed protrudingly on the adapter body and corresponds to the through hole of the pen body, so that when the pen body is fitted under the pen body support and the rear part of the pen body is pressed from top to bottom, the through hole is fitted.
[0031] The above pen body fitting protrusion may have a length that protrudes further above the upper surface of the pen body so that, while one finger is inserted into the finger insertion portion to lift the rear end of the pen body while the other finger is pressed, the other finger may be inserted into the finger insertion portion to lift the rear end of the pen body.
[0032] The wrist strap attachment / detachment unit may include a wrist contact portion provided spaced apart from a surface of the adapter body facing the user's wrist; a spacer connection portion connecting the wrist contact portion to one side of the adapter body in a spaced-off state; and a wrist strap insertion / extraction hole forming a spaced space between the adapter body and the wrist contact portion and for inserting / extracting the wrist strap.
[0033] The above wrist strap attachment / detachment unit may further include a wrist strap pressing unit that applies a fixing force to the wrist strap while the wrist strap is inserted into the wrist strap insertion / extraction hole.
[0034] The wrist strap pressing portion protrudes convexly from the adapter body toward the wrist contact portion and can elastically press and fix the wrist strap inserted into the wrist strap insertion / extraction hole.
[0035] The pen body mounting portion of the above adapter body, which is in contact with the lower surface of the pen body, can be supported by a reinforcing rib on the spacer connecting portion of the wrist strap attachment / detachment portion.
[0036] As described above, the pen and the adapter for attaching and detaching it to a wrist strap according to embodiments of the present invention can have the following effects.
[0037] According to one embodiment of the present invention, a pen is provided, which includes a pen body and a pen nib holder, and the pen body has a technical configuration having a flat square shape, so that, unlike the existing technology in which the pen body has a long straight shape, even when the body is bent while being inserted or placed in a pocket or the like, problems such as the body being pricked by the pen or the pen being bent can be prevented, and unlike the existing technology in which the pen body has a long straight shape, since the pen body has a flat square shape, the pen body can be manufactured in a size that fits a part of a watch strap, so that it can be mounted on a wrist strap such as a watch strap or a bracelet.
[0038] In addition, according to one embodiment of the present invention, the nib mounting portion provides a technical configuration in which two non-adjacent vertices of the pen body are arranged to be connected to form a diagonal line of the pen body, so that the nib can be used as long as possible within the limited length of the pen body having a square shape, and when writing, the user's finger can be easily held by hanging on the left and right based on the nib mounting portion.
[0039] In addition, according to one embodiment of the present invention, the pen body provides a technical configuration including respective through holes formed on the left and right sides based on the pen tip seating portion, so that when writing, the user's fingers can be more securely caught in the through holes on the left and right sides based on the pen tip seating portion, making it easier to hold the pen body, and further, when the pen body fitting protrusion of the adapter, which will be described later, is fitted through the through holes, not only can the fastening force between the pen body and the adapter be increased, but also the pen body can be prevented from moving backwards of the adapter, thereby preventing the pen body from coming off from the adapter.
[0040] In addition, according to one embodiment of the present invention, since each through hole provides a technical configuration that is 180 degrees rotationally symmetrical with respect to the center of the pen body, the pen body can be mounted on the adapter described later even when turned over, and when mounting on the adapter, there is no need to distinguish between the flat surface and the bottom surface of the pen body, so that mounting on the adapter can be done easily and quickly.
[0041] In addition, according to one embodiment of the present invention, the pen lead mounting portion provides a technical configuration having a tubular shape so that the pen lead can be inserted, so that the outer surface of the pen lead can be prevented from contacting the outside through the pen lead mounting portion, thereby preventing the pen lead from being damaged, such as being torn by an external member.
[0042] In addition, according to one embodiment of the present invention, a technical configuration further including a pen tip holding portion is provided, so that the pen tip holding portion can hold the pen tip seated in the pen tip seating portion, thereby preventing the pen tip seated in the pen tip seating portion from easily falling out due to external force.
[0043] In addition, according to one embodiment of the present invention, the pen lead grip portion is provided with a technical configuration including, for example, a small diameter portion and a stretchable induction portion, so that, with a simple configuration, while the pen lead is being introduced into the pen lead seating portion, the small diameter portion expands in the radial direction by the stretchable induction portion when it reaches the small diameter portion, so that the pen lead can be smoothly introduced, and when the introduction is completed, the small diameter portion contracts in the opposite radial direction by the stretchable induction portion, so that the pen lead can be firmly introduced.
[0044] In addition, according to one embodiment of the present invention, a technical configuration is provided in which a convex portion is formed on the inner surface of some sections of the small diameter portion, so that when the introduction of the pen tip is completed, the convex portion is contracted in the opposite direction of the radial direction together with the small diameter portion by the elastic induction portion, thereby more firmly holding the pen tip.
[0045] In addition, according to one embodiment of the present invention, since the elastic induction part is formed to penetrate the circumference of the small diameter part, is formed long along the length of the small diameter part, and is formed with a plurality of slits at intervals along the circumference of the small diameter part, the elasticity of the small diameter part can be sufficiently induced with only a plurality of slits while the pen tip is introduced into the small diameter part without adding a separate elastic member or the like.
[0046] In addition, according to one embodiment of the present invention, the slit serves to check the remaining amount of ink in the nib, and provides a technical configuration in which the position of the tip is set so as to check the remaining amount of ink in the nib, so that the tip of the nib, which is positioned just before the ink runs out, can be checked, and thus the remaining amount of ink can be accurately checked with the naked eye through the slit until just before the ink runs out.
[0047] In addition, according to a modified example of one embodiment of the present invention, the pen lead grip portion provides a technical configuration in which, for example, the inner diameter of the pen lead seat portion becomes smaller as the pen lead is inserted in the direction of insertion of the pen lead, so that the pen lead can be more and more forcibly fitted into the pen lead seat portion as the pen lead is inserted further into the pen lead seat portion, so that even when the pen lead seat portion is made of a material such as a metal that does not expand, the pen lead can be firmly inserted.
[0048] In addition, according to one embodiment of the present invention, a technical configuration further including a nib removal unit is provided, so that when the ink of the nib runs out while the nib is inserted into the nib seating unit and held by the nib holding unit, the nib can be smoothly withdrawn from the nib seating unit through the nib removal unit, making it easy to replace the nib.
[0049] In addition, according to one embodiment of the present invention, the nib removal part is formed as a nib rear end insertion hole, and the nib rear end insertion hole is formed to penetrate the rear end of the nib seat portion so that a portion of the rear end of the nib already in use is exposed when inserted into the nib seat portion, and is formed to be large enough to allow the rear end of an external replacement nib to enter, and when the rear end of the replacement nib is inserted, the nib in use is guided to be pulled out to the front end of the nib seat portion, so that when the rear end of the external replacement nib is inserted into the nib rear end insertion hole, the rear end of the nib in use is pushed by the inserted replacement nib, so that the nib in use can be easily and quickly pulled out to the front end of the nib seat portion.
[0050] In addition, according to another embodiment of the present invention, an adapter for attaching and detaching a pen according to an embodiment of the present invention to a wrist strap worn on a user's wrist is provided, which includes an adapter body, a pen attachment and detachment portion, and a wrist strap attachment and detachment portion, so that the pen can be attached to the wrist strap through the wrist strap attachment and detachment portion and the pen attachment and detachment portion of the adapter, the pen can be detached from the adapter body through the pen attachment and detachment portion to use the pen as a writing instrument, and after use, the pen can be attached to the adapter body again through the pen attachment and detachment portion, and ultimately, the pen can be kept in a state of being worn on the wrist not only in daily life but also in the mountains or at the sea.
[0051] In addition, according to another embodiment of the present invention, the pen attachment / detachment portion provides a technical configuration including left and right pen body receiving portions and a pen body fitting portion, so that the adapter body can be smoothly received in the pen body through the left and right pen body receiving portions, and the pen body can be easily and quickly attached / detachable to the adapter body in a manner in which the pen body is fitted into the left and right pen body receiving portions through the pen body fitting portion, and in particular, since it is fitted in a way in which the pen body is fitted on the left and right, the stability of assembly can be increased by preventing the pen body from falling out to the left and right of the adapter body.
[0052] In addition, according to another embodiment of the present invention, the pen body fitting portion provides a technical configuration including a pen body support portion and a pen body upper hook portion, so that the pen body can be fitted diagonally under the pen body support portion in the process of being inserted between the left and right pen body receiving portions, and when the rear part of the pen body is pressed from top to bottom in this fitted state, the pen body support portion can fully apply a pressing force to the rear part of the pen body while supporting the front part of the pen body, and by the pressing force, the rear part of the pen body is pressed from top to bottom, so that the pen body can be entered into and hooked on the pen body upper hook portion.
[0053] In addition, according to another embodiment of the present invention, each of the left and right pen body receiving portions is provided with a technical configuration that is elastically supported by the adapter body, so that the left and right pen body receiving portions can smoothly open left and right while the pen body is inserted into the upper hanging portion of the pen body.
[0054] In addition, according to another embodiment of the present invention, the pen attachment / detachment portion provides a technical configuration further including a finger insertion portion, so that the user can easily lift the rear end of the pen body by inserting the user's finger into the finger insertion portion, thereby easily detaching the pen body from the adapter body.
[0055] In addition, according to another embodiment of the present invention, the pen body fitting portion provides a technical configuration further including a pen body fitting protrusion, so that when the pen body is fitted under the pen body support and the rear part of the pen body is pressed from top to bottom, the pen body fitting protrusion is fitted into the through hole of the pen body, thereby increasing the fastening force, and after being fitted, the pen body is prevented from falling out of the back of the adapter body, thereby further increasing the stability of assembly.
[0056] In addition, according to another embodiment of the present invention, the pen body fitting protrusion provides a technical configuration having a length that protrudes upwards more than the upper surface of the pen body, so that when the pen body fitting protrusion is fitted into the through hole, the user can insert one finger (e.g., index finger) into the finger insertion portion to lift the rear end of the pen body while pressing the end of the pen body fitting protrusion with the other finger (e.g., thumb), so that the pen body can be easily removed from the adapter body.
[0057] In addition, according to another embodiment of the present invention, a wrist strap attachment / detachment portion is further included, and the wrist strap attachment / detachment portion provides a technical configuration including a wrist contact portion, a spacer connection portion, and a wrist strap receiving hole, so that the adapter of the present invention can be easily and quickly attached / detached (mounted or removed) to a wrist strap by inserting / extracting the wrist strap through the wrist strap insert / extract hole.
[0058] In addition, according to another embodiment of the present invention, the wrist strap attachment / detachment portion provides a technical configuration that further includes a wrist strap pressure portion, so that when the adapter is mounted on the wrist strap, the adapter can be firmly fixed to the wrist strap through the wrist strap pressure portion.
[0059] In addition, according to another embodiment of the present invention, a technical configuration is provided in which the pen body mounting portion, which is in contact with the lower surface of the pen body among the adapter bodies, is supported by a reinforcing rib on a spacer connecting portion of a wrist strap attachment / detachment portion, so that when the rear portion of the pen body is pressed from top to bottom to fit the pen body into the adapter body, the force applied to the pen body mounting portion is supported by the reinforcing rib, thereby preventing deformation of the shape of the adapter body.

[0073] Fig. 1 is a perspective view schematically illustrating a pen according to one embodiment of the present invention, Fig. 2 is a view of the pen of Fig. 1 as viewed from above, and Fig. 3 is a view of the pen of Fig. 1 taken along line III-III. Fig. 4 is a view of the pen of Fig. 2 taken along line IV-IV.
[0074]
[0075] A pen (100) according to one embodiment of the present invention includes a pen body (110) and a pen tip mounting portion (120), as illustrated in FIGS. 1 to 4. Hereinafter, each component will be described in detail with continued reference to FIGS. 1 to 4.
[0076] The pen body (110) is a component that forms the exterior and the overall body of the pen (100) according to one embodiment of the present invention. As illustrated in FIGS. 1 and 2, the pen body (110) may be formed in a flat rectangular shape having a horizontal length and a vertical length.
[0077] The pen tip mounting portion (120) is a component for mounting a pen tip (see 10 in FIG. 3) containing ink, etc. As shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, this pen tip mounting portion (120) can be provided in the pen body (110), and the pen tip (10) can be detachably mounted thereon.
[0078] Accordingly, since the above components are provided, unlike the existing technology in which the pen body (110) has a long straight shape, since it has a flat square shape, even if the body is bent while being inserted or placed in a pocket, etc., problems such as the body being pricked by the pen (100) or the pen (100) being bent can be prevented, and unlike the existing technology in which the pen body has a long straight shape, since the pen body (110) has a flat square shape, the pen body (110) can be manufactured in a size that fits a part of a watch strap (not shown), so that it can be mounted on a wrist strap (not shown) such as a watch strap or bracelet.
[0079] Hereinafter, referring again to FIGS. 1 and 2, the pen body (110) will be described in more detail.
[0080] The pen body (110), as illustrated in FIGS. 1 and 2, may include respective through holes (111) that penetrate the left and right sides of the pen tip mounting portion (120). Accordingly, when writing, the user's fingers can be more securely caught in the through holes (111) on the left and right sides of the pen tip mounting portion (120), making it easier to hold the pen body (110). Furthermore, when the pen body fitting protrusion (222c) of the adapter (200) according to another embodiment of the present invention, which will be described later, is fitted through the through holes (111) (see FIGS. 9 to 12), the fastening force between the pen body (110) and the adapter (200) can be increased, and the pen body (110) can be prevented from moving backwards of the adapter (200), thereby preventing the pen body (110) from falling out of the adapter (200).
[0081] In addition, each through hole (111) can be rotationally symmetrical 180 degrees with respect to the center of the pen body (110), as illustrated in FIG. 2. Therefore, the pen body (110) can be mounted on the adapter (200) described later even if the top and bottom of the pen body (110) are turned over (see FIGS. 2 and 12), so that when mounting on the adapter, there is no need to distinguish between the upper surface (flat surface) and the lower surface (bottom surface) of the pen body (110), and thus mounting on the adapter (200) can be easily and quickly performed. Furthermore, each through hole (111) can have a triangular shape, as illustrated in FIG. 2, so that deformation such as bending or inward pressing of the square-shaped pen body (110) can be prevented.
[0082] Hereinafter, referring again to FIGS. 1 to 4, the pen tip mounting portion (120) will be described in more detail.
[0083] The pen tip mounting portion (120), as illustrated in FIGS. 1 and 2, can be arranged so that two non-adjacent vertices of the pen body (110) are connected to form a diagonal line of the pen body (110). Accordingly, the pen tip mounting portion (120) can be arranged as long as possible within the limited length of the pen body (110) having a square shape, so that the pen tip mounted thereon can also be used as long as possible, and when writing, the user's finger can be easily held by hanging on the left and right sides of the pen tip mounting portion (120) as a reference for the pen tip mounting portion.
[0084] In addition, the pen lead mounting portion (120) may have a tubular shape so that the pen lead (10) can be inserted, as shown in FIGS. 1, 3, and 4. Accordingly, the outer surface of the pen lead (10) can be prevented from contacting the outside through the pen lead mounting portion (120), thereby preventing the pen lead (10) from being damaged, such as being torn by an external member (not shown).
[0085] In addition, the pen (100) according to one embodiment of the present invention may further include a pen tip holding portion (130) as illustrated in FIG. 4. The pen tip holding portion (130) may hold the pen tip (10 in FIG. 3) in the pen tip seating portion (120) as illustrated in FIGS. 3 and 4. Therefore, the pen tip (10) seated in the pen tip seating portion (120) may be prevented from easily coming off due to external force through the pen tip holding portion (130).
[0086] For example, the pen tip holding portion (130) may further include a small diameter portion (131) and a stretch inducing portion (132), as illustrated in FIGS. 1, 3, and 4. The small diameter portion (131) may form a first section of the pen tip seating portion (120) and may have an inner diameter smaller than the outer diameter of the pen tip (10). The stretch inducing portion (132) may be provided on the small diameter portion (131) and may induce the small diameter portion (131) to stretch in a radial direction and an opposite direction from its center. Accordingly, with a simple configuration, while the pen lead (10) is being introduced into the pen lead mounting portion (120), the pen lead (10) can be smoothly introduced as the small diameter portion (131) is expanded in the radial direction by the elastic induction portion (132) when reaching the small diameter portion (131), and when the introduction is completed, the small diameter portion (131) is contracted in the opposite direction of the radial direction by the elastic induction portion (132), so that the pen lead (10) can be firmly held.
[0087] Furthermore, as illustrated in Fig. 3, an inwardly convex portion (131a) may be further formed on the inner surface of some sections of the small diameter portion (131). Accordingly, when the introduction of the pen lead (10) is completed, the convex portion (131a) contracts in the opposite direction of the radial direction together with the small diameter portion (131) by the elastic induction portion (132), thereby more firmly holding the pen lead (10).
[0088] In addition, the elastic induction part (132) may be formed of a plurality of slits (132a) as illustrated in FIG. 4. Here, each slit (132a) may be formed to penetrate the circumference of the small-diameter part (131), may be formed to extend along the length of the small-diameter part (131), and may be formed at intervals along the circumference of the small-diameter part (131). Therefore, the elasticity of the small-diameter part (131) can be sufficiently induced with only the plurality of slits (132a) while the pen tip (10) is introduced into the small-diameter part (131) without adding a separate elastic member or the like. In detail, while the pen lead (10) is being inserted into the pen lead mounting portion (120), the pen lead (10) can be smoothly inserted as the small diameter portion (131) expands in the radial direction due to the elasticity of the small diameter portion (131) due to the plurality of slits (132a), and when the insertion is completed, the small diameter portion (131) contracts in the opposite direction of the radial direction due to the elasticity of the small diameter portion (131) due to the plurality of slits (132a), thereby firmly holding the pen lead (10).
[0089] Furthermore, the slit (132a) can also be used to check the remaining amount of ink in the pen tip (10), as illustrated in FIGS. 1 to 3, and the position of the tip can be set so as to check the remaining amount of ink in the pen tip (10). Accordingly, it is possible to check the tip of the pen tip (10) positioned just before the ink is completely exhausted, so that the remaining amount of ink in the ink portion can be accurately checked with the naked eye through the slit (132a) until just before the ink is completely exhausted.
[0090] As another example, although not shown, the nib grip portion may be configured such that the inner diameter of the nib seating portion gradually decreases as the nib is inserted in the direction of insertion. Accordingly, as the nib is inserted further into the nib seating portion, the nib can be more and more forcibly fitted into the nib seating portion, thereby firmly holding the nib even when the nib seating portion is made of a material that does not expand, such as metal.
[0091] In addition, the pen (100) according to one embodiment of the present invention may further include a nib removal part (140) as illustrated in FIGS. 3 and 4. The nib removal part (140) can remove the nib (10) from the nib seating part (120). Therefore, when the ink in the nib (10) is exhausted while the nib (10) is inserted into the nib seating part (120) and held by the nib holding part (130), the nib (10) can be smoothly pulled out from the nib seating part (120) through the nib removal part (140), making it easy to replace the nib.
[0092] Specifically, the nib removal part (140) may be formed of a nib rear insertion hole (141) as illustrated in FIGS. 1, 3, and 4 (see also FIG. 11). Here, the nib rear insertion hole (141) is formed to penetrate the rear end of the nib mounting portion (120) so that a portion of the rear end of the nib (10) already in use is exposed by being inserted into the nib mounting portion (120), and is formed to be of a size that allows the rear end of an external replacement nib (not shown) to enter, and when the rear end of the replacement nib is inserted, the nib (10) currently in use can be guided to be pulled out to the front end of the nib mounting portion (120) (see arrows in FIG. 3). Accordingly, when the rear end of a replacement nib (not shown) is inserted into the nib rear end insertion hole (141), the rear end of the nib (10) in use is pushed by the inserted replacement nib (not shown), so that the nib (10) in use can be easily and quickly pulled out to the front end of the nib mounting portion (120).
[0093]
[0094] Hereinafter, with reference to FIGS. 5 to 12, an adapter (200) according to another embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail.
[0095] Fig. 5 is a perspective view schematically illustrating an adapter according to another embodiment of the present invention, Fig. 6 is a perspective view of the adapter of Fig. 5 as viewed from above on the front side, and Fig. 7 is a perspective view of the adapter of Fig. 5 as viewed from the rear side on the side. Fig. 8 is a side view of the adapter of Fig. 5.
[0096] Fig. 9 is a perspective view schematically illustrating a pen-adapter assembly in which the pen of Fig. 1 is mounted on the adapter of Fig. 5, Fig. 10 is a perspective view of the pen-adapter assembly of Fig. 9 as viewed from above the front side, and Fig. 11 is a perspective view of the pen-adapter assembly of Fig. 9 as viewed from behind. Fig. 12 is a view of the pen-adapter assembly of Fig. 9 as viewed from above.
[0097] An adapter (200) according to another embodiment of the present invention, as illustrated in FIGS. 5 to 12, is an adapter for attaching and detaching a pen (100) according to an embodiment of the present invention described above to a wrist strap (not illustrated) worn on a user's wrist, and may include an adapter body (210), a pen attachment / detachment portion (220), and a wrist strap attachment / detachment portion (230). Each component will be described in detail below with continued reference to FIGS. 5 to 12.
[0098] The adapter body (210) is a component forming the body of the adapter (200) according to another embodiment of the present invention. As illustrated in FIGS. 5 to 8, the adapter body (210) may be formed as a single body with the pen attachment / detachment portion (220) and the wrist strap attachment / detachment portion (230).
[0099] The pen attachment / detachment part (220) is a component for detachably mounting the pen (100) on the adapter body (210). This pen attachment / detachment part (220) may form the upper part of the adapter body (210), as illustrated in FIGS. 5, 6, 9, and 10.
[0100] The wrist strap attachment / detachment part (230) is a component for detachably attaching the adapter body (210) to the wrist strap (not shown). This wrist strap attachment / detachment part (230) may form the lower part of the adapter body (210), as illustrated in FIGS. 7 and 8.
[0101] Accordingly, since the above components are provided, the pen (100) can be worn on a wrist strap (not shown) through the wrist strap attachment / detachment portion (230) and the pen attachment / detachment portion (220) of the adapter (200), the pen (100) can be removed from the adapter body (210) through the pen attachment / detachment portion (220) to use the pen (100) as a writing instrument, and after use, the pen (100) can be mounted back onto the adapter body (210) through the pen attachment / detachment portion (220), ultimately allowing the pen (100) to be worn on the wrist at all times not only in daily life but also in the mountains or at the sea.
[0102] Hereinafter, referring again to FIGS. 5 to 12, the pen attachment / detachment part (220) will be described in more detail.
[0103] The pen attachment / detachment unit (220) may include left and right pen body receiving portions (221) and a pen body fitting portion (222), as illustrated in FIGS. 5, 6, 9 to 12. The left and right pen body receiving portions (221) may be provided on each of the upper edges of the adapter body (210) and may be accommodated in a form that surrounds both sides of the pen body (110). The pen body fitting portion (222) may detachably fit the pen body (110) into the left and right pen body receiving portions (221). Accordingly, the adapter body (210) can be smoothly accommodated in the pen body (110) through the left and right pen body receiving portions (221), and the pen body (110) can be easily and quickly attached to and detached from the adapter body (210) by being fitted into the left and right pen body receiving portions (221) through the pen body fitting portion (222). In particular, since the pen body (110) is fitted into the left and right sides, the stability of assembly can be improved by preventing the pen body (110) from falling out to the left and right of the adapter body (210).
[0104] Furthermore, the pen body fitting portion (222) may include a pen body support portion (222a) and a pen body upper hook portion (222b), as illustrated in FIGS. 5, 6, 9, and 10. The pen body support portion (222a) may be connected across each front end of the left and right pen body receiving portions (221), and may support the front part of the pen body (110) when the pen body (110) is inserted thereunder and the rear part of the pen body (110) is pressed down from above. The pen body upper hook portion (222b) may be provided at each rear end of the left and right pen body receiving portions (221), and when the rear part of the pen body (110) is pressed down from above, the pen body (110) may enter and hook thereon. Accordingly, in the process of inserting the pen body (110) between the left and right pen body receiving portions (221), the pen body (110) can be fitted obliquely under the pen body support portion (222a), and when the rear part of the pen body (110) is pressed from top to bottom in this fitted state, the pen body support portion (222a) can fully apply the pressing force to the rear part of the pen body (110) while supporting the front part of the pen body (110), and by the pressing force, the rear part of the pen body (110) can be pressed from top to bottom, and the pen body (110) can be caught by entering the upper catch portion (222b) of the pen body.
[0105] In addition, each of the left and right pen body receiving portions (221) can be elastically supported by the adapter body (210). Accordingly, while the pen body (110) enters the upper hanging portion (222b) of the pen body, the left and right pen body receiving portions (221) can smoothly open left and right.
[0106] In addition, as illustrated in FIGS. 7 and 11, the pen body mounting portion (211) of the adapter body (210) that comes into contact with the lower surface of the pen body (110) can be supported by a reinforcing rib (250) to a spacer connecting portion (232) of a wrist strap attachment / detachment portion (230) described later. Accordingly, while the rear portion of the pen body (110) is pressed from top to bottom to fit the pen body (110) into the adapter body (210), the force applied to the pen body mounting portion (211) is supported by the reinforcing rib (250), thereby preventing deformation of the adapter body (210).
[0107] In addition, the pen attachment / detachment unit (220) may further include a finger insertion unit (223), as illustrated in FIGS. 7 and 11. The finger insertion unit (223) may be formed between the rear ends of the left and right pen body receiving units (221), and may have a recessed shape for inserting a finger so as to lift the rear end of the pen body (110). Accordingly, the user can easily lift the rear end of the pen body (110) by inserting the user's finger into the finger insertion unit (223), thereby easily detaching the pen body (110) from the adapter body (210).
[0108] In addition, the pen body fitting portion (222) may further include a pen body fitting protrusion (222c) as illustrated in FIGS. 5 to 12. The pen body fitting protrusion (222c) may be formed to protrude from the adapter body (210) and may be formed to protrude to correspond to the through-hole (111) of the pen body (110). Accordingly, when the pen body (110) is fitted under the pen body support portion (222a) and the rear portion of the pen body (110) is pressed from top to bottom, the pen body fitting protrusion (222c) is fitted into the through-hole (111) of the pen body (110), thereby increasing the fastening force. In addition, after being fitted, the pen body (110) is prevented from falling out of the adapter body (210), thereby further increasing the stability of assembly.
[0109] In particular, the pen body fitting protrusion (222c), as illustrated in FIGS. 8 to 10, may have a length that protrudes further upward than the upper surface of the pen body (110) when fitted into the through hole (111). Accordingly, when the pen body fitting protrusion (222c) is fitted into the through hole (111), the user can insert one finger (e.g., the index finger) into the finger insertion portion (223) to lift the rear end of the pen body (110) while pressing the end of the pen body fitting protrusion (222c) with the other finger (e.g., the thumb), so that the pen body (110) can be easily removed from the adapter body (210).
[0110] Hereinafter, referring again to FIGS. 5 to 8, the wrist strap attachment / detachment part (230) will be described in more detail.
[0111] The wrist strap attachment / detachment part (230) may include a wrist contact part (231), a spacer connection part (232), and a wrist strap entry / exit hole (233), as illustrated in FIGS. 5 to 8. The wrist contact part (231) may be provided spaced apart from a side of the adapter body (210) facing the user's wrist. The spacer connection part (232) may connect the wrist contact part (231) to one side of the adapter body (210) in a spaced-off state. The wrist strap entry / exit hole (233) may form a space between the adapter body (210) and the wrist contact part (231) and may allow a wrist strap (not shown) to be inserted / exited. Therefore, the adapter (200) of the present invention may be easily and quickly attached / exited (mounted or removed) to a wrist strap by inserting / extracting the wrist strap through the wrist strap entry / exit hole (233).
[0112] Furthermore, the wrist strap attachment / detachment unit (230) may further include a wrist strap pressure unit (234), as illustrated in FIGS. 7 and 8. The wrist strap pressure unit (234) may apply a fixing force to the wrist strap (not illustrated) when the wrist strap is inserted into the wrist strap entry / exit hole (233). Accordingly, when the adapter (200) is mounted on the wrist strap, the adapter (200) may be firmly fixed to the wrist strap through the wrist strap pressure unit (234).
[0113] For example, as shown in FIGS. 7 and 8, the wrist strap pressing portion (234) protrudes convexly from the adapter body (210) toward the wrist contact portion (231) and can elastically press and fix a wrist strap (not shown) inserted into the wrist strap insertion / extraction hole (233).
[0114]
