Abstract
Description
Solar power blind device
[0001] The present invention relates to a solar power generation blind device, and more particularly, to a solar power generation blind device in which each blind slat can be easily moved without interference by simplifying the electrical connection between the blind slats.
[0002] Solar power generation is a technology that converts solar energy into electrical energy without the help of a generator, and is attracting attention as an environmentally friendly alternative energy source.
[0003] Solar power generation systems are typically installed outdoors, but this poses a challenge. Dust, foreign matter, and other particles can settle on the solar panels, causing them to become contaminated. This contamination of solar panels significantly reduces the efficiency of solar power generation.
[0004] In response to the aforementioned issues, several methods for installing solar panels indoors have recently been explored. One such method involves installing solar panels on window blinds.
[0005] Korean Patent Publication No. 10-2018-0131749 discloses a solar power generation blind blade assembly. The solar power generation blind blade assembly described in the publication has the advantage of allowing individual replacement of solar cells by configuring them in an assembled form.
[0006] However, since the blind wing assembly for solar power generation according to the above public notice is in a form in which the wire portion is simply fixed by a connecting connector, there is a problem that the wire portion may become twisted or broken when multiple blind wing assemblies are brought into close contact with each other, spaced apart from each other, or rotated.
[0007] Prior art document: (Patent document 0001) Republic of Korea Patent Publication No. 10-2018-0131749

[0012] In addition, the connecting portion includes a finishing portion that finishes one end of the slat portion and is electrically connected to the slat portion, a shaft portion that is installed on the finishing portion and is electrically connected to the finishing portion, a contact portion that is installed on the shaft portion and is electrically connected to the shaft portion, and a rail portion that is inserted into the contact portion in a sliding manner and is electrically connected to the contact portion, and the slat portion can rotate as the finishing portion rotates with respect to the shaft portion.
[0013] Additionally, a blocking member may be provided between the different pairs of rail sections to block light from entering from the outside.
[0014] In addition, the slat portion includes a substrate portion and a plurality of solar modules that are installed to be electrically connected to the substrate portion and generate electric energy by generating electricity by light, and the solar modules include a first solar module installed at one end and the other end of the substrate portion, respectively, and a second solar module installed between a pair of the first solar modules, and the first solar module may have a protrusion formed at one end that is electrically connected to the electrode of the substrate portion, and the second solar module may have a protrusion formed at both ends that are electrically connected to the electrode of the substrate portion.

[0038] As illustrated in FIGS. 1 to 4, a solar power generation blind device (100) according to a first embodiment of the present invention electrically connects a plurality of slat portions (110) to each other in a wire manner, and includes a slat portion (110), a connection portion (120), and a control portion (130).
[0039] The slat section (110) generates electric energy by generating electricity from light such as fluorescent lamps and solar energy installed indoors. It is provided in multiple pieces and arranged in parallel, and is electrically connected to each other by a connecting section (120) described later.
[0040] As shown in FIGS. 15 to 17, the slat portion (110) includes, in more detail, a substrate portion (111) and a solar module (112).
[0041] The substrate (111) is formed with a conductive circuit on the surface or inside of an insulating substrate to electrically connect to various modules based on a circuit design, and can be provided as a printed circuit board, i.e., a PCB (Printed Circuit Board).
[0042] As illustrated in Fig. 15, the substrate portion (111) described above has a slide space formed so that a solar module (112) described later can be inserted and installed in a sliding manner, and a plurality of electrodes (111a) are formed on the upper surface so that the plurality of installed solar modules (112) can be electrically connected.
[0043] According to the substrate portion (111) in which the slide space as described above is formed, the substrate portion (111) and the solar module (112) can be separated and combined very easily, so that the ease of assembling the blind and maintaining the substrate portion (111) can be greatly improved.
[0044] A solar module (112) generates electrical energy by generating power from light, such as fluorescent lamps or sunlight installed indoors, and may have a combined form by connecting solar cells in the longitudinal and transverse directions. A plurality of such solar modules (112) may be provided and sequentially installed by being inserted into the substrate (111) in a sliding manner.
[0045] As described above, the solar module (112) is installed on a substrate (111) in which an internal circuit is electrically configured, and thus, there is an advantage in that a separate configuration for electrical connection between solar modules (112) is unnecessary.
[0046] Meanwhile, a plurality of solar modules (112) or a plurality of solar cells within a solar module (112) may be electrically connected to each other in a series connection manner, a parallel connection manner, or a series-parallel combination connection manner. For example, in the case of a series connection manner, a plurality of solar modules (112) and a plurality of solar cells within a solar module (112) may all be connected in a series connection manner. Furthermore, in the case of a series-parallel combination connection manner, a plurality of solar cells within a solar module (112) may be connected in a series connection manner, and a plurality of solar modules (112) may be connected in a parallel connection manner. In this case, when a shade occurs on one of the solar modules (112), the remaining solar modules (112) are connected in parallel, so that only the solar module (112) in which the shade occurs experiences a voltage drop, and the remaining solar modules (112) do not experience a voltage drop, so that overall, there is an advantage in that the power generation efficiency can be maintained.
[0047] Meanwhile, as illustrated in FIG. 16, the solar module (112) includes, in more detail, a first solar module (112a) and a second solar module (112b).
[0048] The first solar module (112a) is installed on one end and / or the other end of the substrate (111), and a protrusion (112c) electrically connected to the electrode (111a) formed on the upper surface of the substrate (111) is formed on one end.
[0049] The second solar module (112b) is installed on a substrate (111) between a pair of first solar modules (112a), and a protrusion (112c) electrically connected to an electrode (111a) formed on the upper surface of the substrate (111) is formed on each end of both sides.
[0050] In more detail, the solar module (112) of the present invention can be modularized into a preset size. When the solar module (112) is installed on the substrate (111), depending on the length of the substrate (111), only a pair of first solar modules (112a) may be installed on the substrate (111), a pair of first solar modules (112a) and one second solar module (112b) may be installed on the substrate (111), or a pair of first solar modules (112a) and a plurality of second solar modules (112b) may be installed on the substrate (111). For example, the first solar module (112a) and the second solar module (112b) may be modularized into a standard of 12 V and a size of 300 mm, respectively. Accordingly, there is an effect in that the solar module (112) can be applied regardless of the length of the substrate (111).
[0051] At this time, as illustrated in FIG. 17, the protrusions (112c) of a pair of first solar modules (112a), or the protrusions (112c) of the first solar module (112a) and the protrusions (112c) of the second solar module (112b) can be installed on the substrate (111) in an alternating manner, and the electrodes (111a) formed on the upper surface of the substrate (111) have a portion that protrudes upward, and each protrusion (112c) is fitted into the protruding portion of the electrode (111a), so that the solar module (112) can be easily inserted into the substrate (111) in a sliding manner and then electrically connected.
[0052] Meanwhile, although not shown in the drawing, the slat portion (110) including the substrate portion (111) and the solar module (112) described above may be arranged in a vertical blind form, i.e., a vertical blind form, rather than a horizontal blind form.
[0053] The connecting portion (120) electrically connects the plurality of slat portions (110) to each other at the ends of the plurality of slat portions (110) and is electrically connected to the control portion (130) described below, and transmits the electric energy produced in the solar module (112) to the control portion (130), and allows the control portion (130) to control and monitor the solar module (112). In addition, the connecting portion (120) can easily rotate the plurality of slat portions (110).
[0054] As shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, the connecting portion (120) includes, in more detail, a closing portion (121), a shaft portion (122), a rotating portion (123), and a wire portion (124).
[0055] The finishing part (121) finishes one or the other end of the slat part (110) and is electrically connected to the slat part (110). Like the solar module (112), it is installed by being inserted in a sliding manner into the slide space of the substrate part (111), thereby finishing one or the other end of the slat part (110).
[0056] This closing part (121) includes, in more detail, a base module (121a), an extension electrode (121b), and a fixed module (121c).
[0057] The base module (121a) is installed by being inserted in a sliding manner into the slide space of the substrate portion (111) to finish one or the other end of the slat portion (110), and an insertion hole (I) into which a shaft portion (122) to be described later can be inserted and installed is formed on the outer surface, and an installation space (R) is formed inside so that an extension electrode (121b) to be described later can be installed and at the same time so that the extension electrode (121b) and the shaft portion (122) can be in electrical contact, and a joining groove is formed inside so that a fixed module (121c) to be described later can be joined in a forced-fit manner.
[0058] The extension electrode (121b) electrically connects the solar module (112), i.e., the first solar module (112a), and the shaft portion (122) described later, and is installed in the installation space (R) of the base module (121a) and makes electrical contact with the shaft portion (122).
[0059] The fixed module (121c) is configured to pressurize and fix the expansion electrode (121b) while the expansion electrode (121b) is placed in the installation space (R) of the base module (121a), and is formed with a coupling protrusion on one or both sides to be forcedly coupled to a coupling groove formed inside the base module (121a).
[0060] The shaft portion (122) is installed in the insertion hole (I) of the base module (121a) and is electrically connected to the extension electrode (121b). It is formed of a conductive material and transmits electric energy produced from the solar module (112) to the wire portion (124) described later. At the same time, it serves as a rotation axis when the slat portion (110) on which the rotation portion (123) and the finishing portion (121) described later are installed rotates. That is, the slat portion (110) can rotate as the finishing portion (121) rotates with respect to the shaft portion (122).
[0061] The rotating part (123) is rotatably installed on the shaft part (122) and rotates based on the shaft part (122). A hole into which the shaft part (122) can be inserted is formed on the front side, and holes into which the wire part (124) described later can be inserted are formed on both sides.
[0062] This rotating part (123) can be appropriately rotated in each case where tension is applied to the wire part (124) by spacing out the plurality of slat parts (110) as a whole (i.e., by unfolding the blind), or the wire part (124) is folded by closing the plurality of slat parts (110) as a whole (i.e., by folding the blind). Therefore, according to the rotating part (123) described above, the wire part (124) can be effectively prevented from being broken or twisted when folding or unfolding the blind.
[0063] The wire section (124) is installed in the rotating section (123) and is electrically connected to the shaft section (122), and electrically connects the upper and lower slat sections (110) to each other. It receives the electric energy produced in the upper and lower slat sections (110) and transmits it to the control section (130) described later. This wire section (124) may be made of a flexible material so that it can respond when tension is applied or released depending on the operation of the slat section (110).
[0064] According to the connecting portion (120) including the closing portion (121), the shaft portion (122), the rotating portion (123), and the wire portion (124) as described above, the electrical connection between the blind slats is simplified, so that each blind slat can be easily rotated, and the ease of blind installation, disassembly and assembly, and maintenance can be greatly increased.
[0065] The control unit (130) collects electric energy produced in the slat unit (110) and controls the operation of the solar module (112), and is electrically connected to at least one of the plurality of solar modules (112) through the connection unit (120).
[0066] This control unit (130) may be provided with the same shape and area as the solar module (112) and installed in the part where the uppermost solar module (112) is installed, or may be installed as a separate module on the upper side of the solar power generation blind device (100).
[0067] In addition, the control unit (130) collects electric energy produced by the solar module (112) and stores it in a battery (not shown), and controls the operation of the solar module (112) or monitors the status of the solar module (112).
[0068] In addition, a support (10) for supporting a plurality of slats (110) is provided on the upper side of the solar power generation blind device (100), and a motor (11) controlled by a control unit (130) can be installed on this support (10). A string connecting the plurality of slats (110) is wound around the motor (11), and when the motor (11) operates under the control of the control unit (130), the string is slightly wound or unwound, thereby changing the posture of the plurality of slats (110), so that the shading effect can be finely adjusted, and when the string is continuously wound or unwound, the spacing between the plurality of slats (110) is generally close or spaced apart, so that the shading effect can be greatly adjusted.
[0069] In addition, the control unit (130) may be equipped with a communication module so that it can be wirelessly connected to an external terminal device such as a smartphone, and a dedicated application capable of monitoring solar power generation status, controlling the slat unit (110), and displaying statistics of recorded information may be installed on the external terminal device. The dedicated application connects to an external network to enable program updates and firmware updates of the control unit (130), and can read the unique serial number of the control unit (130) to perform authentication of genuine products, etc. According to the control unit (130) and the external terminal device, monitoring and control of the slat unit (110) are implemented remotely, so that convenience for blind users can be significantly improved.
[0070] In addition, the control unit (130) can control the posture of the slat unit (110) by driving the motor (11) using the results of monitoring the electric energy production amount of the slat unit (110). This is because the amount of electric energy produced in the slat unit (110) can vary depending on the angle at which sunlight is irradiated onto the slat unit (110), and therefore, if the amount of electric energy produced decreases, the posture of the slat unit (110) must be controlled.
[0071] Meanwhile, the slat portion (110) posture control of the above-described control unit (130) can be implemented in a form of adjusting the posture of the remaining plurality of slat portions (110) based on the posture of one slat portion (110) among the plurality of slat portions (110) that produces the most electricity.
[0072] In addition, the control unit (130) can receive information on the altitude of the sun in the relevant area according to time information transmitted from the network by connecting to the network through the communication module, and the control unit (130) can use this information to drive the motor (11) to adjust the attitude of the slat unit (110). Meanwhile, the information on the altitude of the sun in the relevant area according to time information may be information that has been input into the control unit (130) in advance. According to the control process of the control unit (130), the electric energy production efficiency of the slat unit (110) can be maximized.
[0073] Additionally, the control unit (130) may be configured to monitor the connection status with an external power source and generate a notification (also transmitted to an application) if the connection is not established. This is because, if the control unit (130) is not connected to an external power source, the electric energy produced by the slat unit (110) cannot be used.
[0074] According to the control unit (130) described above, when the electric energy production of the slat unit (110) decreases or falls below a certain level, the motor (11) can be controlled by the control unit (130) so that the posture of the slat unit (110) changes to an angle at which the electric energy production is maximized, so that the electric energy production efficiency of the slat unit (110) can be maximized.
[0075] According to the solar power generation blind device (100) according to the first embodiment of the present invention, which includes the slat portion (110), the connection portion (120), and the control portion (130) as described above, the electrical connection between the blind slats can be simplified, so that each blind slat can easily move without interference, and the ease of installation, disassembly and assembly, and maintenance of the blind can be significantly increased.
[0076]
[0077] From now on, with reference to the attached drawings, a solar power generation blind device (200) according to the second embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail.

In addition, the connecting portion (220) can easily rotate the plurality of slat portions (110).
[0083] As shown in FIGS. 11 and 12, the connecting portion (220) includes, in more detail, a closing portion (221), a shaft portion (222), a contact portion (223), a rail portion (224), and a blocking portion (225).
[0084] The finishing part (221) finishes one or the other end of the slat part (110) and is electrically connected to the slat part (110). Like the solar module (112), it is installed by being inserted in a sliding manner into the slide space of the substrate part (111), thereby finishing one or the other end of the slat part (110).

It is formed of a conductive material and transmits the electric energy produced from the solar module (112) to the contact portion (223) described later, and at the same time, it serves as a rotation axis when the slat portion (110) on which the closing portion (221) described later is installed rotates. That is, the slat portion (110) can rotate as the closing portion (221) rotates with respect to the shaft portion (222).
[0090] The contact portion (223) is installed in the shaft portion (222) and is electrically connected to the shaft portion (222), and is inserted into the rail portion (224) described later. This contact portion (223) is formed of a conductive material, and a single or multiple contact terminals that contact the internal conductive plate (E) of the rail portion (224) described later are formed in an extended manner and bent, and a hooking groove is formed in the center portion so that electrical contact can be made by hooking to the shaft portion (222).
[0091] Since this contact portion (223) can be appropriately moved up and down within the rail portion (224) in accordance with each case where the spacing between the plurality of slat portions (110) is entirely spaced apart (i.e., the blind is unfolded) or the spacing between the plurality of slat portions (110) is entirely close together (i.e., the blind is folded), according to the contact portion (223) as described above, since the wire is not used, the wire can be fundamentally prevented from being disconnected or tangled, and there is an effect of being able to easily fold or unfold the blind.
[0092] The rail section (224) provides a first insertion space (S1) on one side so that a contact section (223) can be inserted in a sliding manner, and is electrically connected to the contact section (223) to electrically connect the upper and lower slat sections (110) to each other, and receives electric energy produced in the upper and lower slat sections (110) and transmits it to the control section (130) described later.
[0093] A conductive plate (E) having conductivity in the longitudinal direction is formed in the first insertion space (S1) of the rail portion (224), and when the contact terminal of the contact portion (223) described above comes into contact with the conductive plate (E), the contact portion (223) and the rail portion (224) are electrically connected.
[0094] Meanwhile, the rail section (224) provides a second insertion space (S2) so that a blocking section (225) described later can be inserted in a sliding manner on the other side.
[0095] The blocking member (225) is installed between a pair of different rail members (224) to block external light from entering the room through the solar power generation blind device of the present invention.
[0096] As shown in FIGS. 12 to 14, this blocking part (225) may have a shape in which a catch (225a) is formed at both ends, and this blocking part (225) may be installed by being inserted in a sliding manner into the second insertion space (S2) of the rail part (224) and then not being separated from the second insertion space (S2) by the catch (225a), but is not limited thereto, and may be provided in any shape as long as it blocks external light from entering the room between the solar power generation blind devices.
[0097] According to the connecting portion (220) including the closing portion (221), the shaft portion (222), the contact portion (223), the rail portion (224), and the blocking portion (225) as described above, the electrical connection between the blind slats is simplified, so that each blind slat can be easily rotated, and the ease of blind installation, disassembly and assembly, and maintenance can be greatly increased.
[0098] The control unit (130) collects electric energy produced in the slat unit (110) and controls the operation of the solar module (112), and is electrically connected to at least one of the plurality of solar modules (112) through the connection unit (220).
[0099] The following contents of the control unit (130) are the same as those of the solar power generation blind device (100) according to the first embodiment of the present invention described above, so redundant description is omitted.
[0100] According to the solar power generation blind device (200) according to the second embodiment of the present invention, which includes the slat portion (110), the connection portion (220), and the control portion (130) as described above, the electrical connection between the blind slats can be simplified, so that each blind slat can easily move without interference, and the ease of installation, disassembly and assembly, and maintenance of the blind can be significantly increased.
