[0001] Cross-references
[0002] This application refers to Chinese patent application No. 202310905758.9 filed on July 21, 2023, entitled "Stator assembly, axial flux motor, electric drive device, system and electric equipment", which is incorporated into this application in its entirety by reference. Technical Field
[0003] The present application belongs to the field of motor technology, and more specifically, relates to a stator assembly, an axial flux motor, an electric drive device, a system and an electric device. Background Art
[0004] Axial flux motors, whose magnetic flux is axially oriented, are increasingly popular due to their smaller axial dimensions. Their stator assembly typically consists of two stators. To reduce eddy current losses, the two stators typically use different winding structures, making the assembly process of axial flux motors very complex. Therefore, simplifying the assembly process of axial flux motors is a pressing technical issue.
[0005] Summary of the Invention
[0006] The purpose of the embodiments of the present application is to provide a stator assembly, an axial flux motor, an electric drive device, a system and an electric device to solve the technical problem of complex assembly process of the axial flux motor in the related art.
[0007] To achieve the above-mentioned purpose, the technical solution adopted in the embodiment of the present application is: to provide a stator assembly, which is applied to an axial flux motor, and the stator assembly includes two iron cores, and the air gap sides of the two iron cores are arranged opposite to each other or back to back. The air gap sides of the iron cores are provided with a plurality of winding slots arranged around the central axis of the stator assembly, and the projection of the iron core along the axial direction of the stator assembly is a first projection. In the first projection, the length direction of the winding slot is relatively inclined to the radial direction of the iron core.
[0008] The stator assembly provided by the embodiment of the present application has at least the following beneficial effects: the two iron cores of the stator assembly provided by the embodiment of the present application are arranged relative to each other or back to back, and a plurality of winding slots are opened on the air gap side of the iron core. In the axial projection of the iron core along the stator assembly, the length direction of the winding slot is relatively inclined to the radial direction of the iron core, so that the winding slots of the two iron cores have the same inclination amplitude and opposite inclination direction. In this way, the magnetic flux can be alternately transmitted between the two iron cores, so that the part of the magnetic circuit of the axial flux motor located between the two iron cores extends in a zigzag structure, effectively increasing the magnetic circuit length of the axial flux motor, thereby effectively weakening the armature reaction of the axial flux motor, and then effectively suppressing the eddy current loss of the axial flux motor. Compared with the method of using different winding structures for the two groups of windings, the two groups of windings of the stator assembly provided by the embodiment of the present application can use the same winding structure, thereby effectively simplifying the manufacturing and assembly process of the axial flux motor.
[0009] In some embodiments of the present application, a projection of the stator assembly along the axial direction of the stator assembly is a second projection. In the second projection, the multiple winding slots of one iron core and the multiple winding slots of another iron core are intersected and arranged in a one-to-one correspondence.
[0010] By adopting the above technical solution, the magnetic path length of the stator assembly is further increased, and the magnetic field can be more evenly distributed between the two iron cores, effectively reducing the gradient of the magnetic field of the axial flux motor, thereby further weakening the armature reaction of the axial flux motor, and further suppressing the eddy current loss of the axial flux motor.
[0011] In some embodiments of the present application, the number of winding slots of the iron core is N, one end of the winding slot passes through the inner circumferential wall of the iron core to form a first open end, and the other end of the winding slot passes through the outer circumferential wall of the iron core to form a second open end. In the first projection, the center of the iron core is connected to the midpoint of the first open end to form a first radial line, and the center of the iron core is connected to the midpoint of the second open end to form a second radial line. The angle between the first radial line and the second radial line is θ, where 180° / N≤θ≤360° / N.
[0012] By adopting the above technical solution, the inclination angle of the winding slot can be limited to a reasonable range. In this way, not only the torque loss of the axial flux motor can be reduced, but also the torque pulsation of the axial flux motor can be effectively suppressed, thereby effectively improving the stability of the axial flux motor.
[0013] In some embodiments of the present application, in the first projection, each angle θ is the same, and the angles θ of the two cores are the same.
[0014] By adopting the above technical solution, the working stability of the axial flux motor is effectively improved.
[0015] In some embodiments of the present application, the stator assembly further includes an injection molded part, the iron core includes a plurality of teeth, the plurality of teeth are spaced apart along the circumference of the stator assembly to form a plurality of winding slots, and the plurality of teeth are connected by the injection molded part.
[0016] By adopting the above technical solution, there is no need to provide an additional yoke on the iron core, which can reduce the magnetic impedance of the stator assembly, thereby effectively improving the magnetic saturation phenomenon of the stator assembly.
[0017] In some embodiments of the present application, the multiple teeth of the two cores are connected into one piece through injection molding.
[0018] By adopting the above technical solution, the above injection molded part can be directly formed by the injection molding process and the multiple teeth of the two iron cores can be connected together, thereby effectively simplifying the assembly process of the stator assembly and further simplifying the assembly process of the axial flux motor.
[0019] In some embodiments of the present application, when the air gap sides of the two cores are arranged opposite to each other, the teeth of the two cores are arranged in close contact along the axial direction of the stator assembly.
[0020] By adopting the above technical solution, the axial size of the stator assembly is effectively reduced, thereby effectively reducing the volume of the axial flux motor.
[0021] In some embodiments of the present application, the iron core includes a yoke and a plurality of teeth arranged on the yoke, the plurality of teeth being arranged at intervals along the circumference of the stator assembly to form a plurality of winding slots, and when the air gap sides of the two iron cores are arranged back to back, the yokes of the two iron cores are an integral component.
[0022] By adopting the above technical solution, the teeth of the two cores can share a yoke, thereby effectively simplifying the assembly process of the stator assembly and further simplifying the assembly process of the axial flux motor.
[0023] In some embodiments of the present application, the stator assembly further includes two sets of windings, and the windings include windings wound in winding slots, and the windings are flat wires.
[0024] By adopting the above technical solution, the filling factor of the winding in the winding slot is effectively improved, thereby effectively improving the working efficiency of the axial flux motor.
[0025] In some embodiments of the present application, the stator assembly further includes two sets of windings, which are wound in winding slots and are distributed windings.
[0026] By adopting the above technical solution, the asymmetry of the magnetic field waveform of the axial flux motor can be effectively reduced, thereby effectively reducing the winding harmonics and further suppressing the eddy current loss of the axial flux motor.
[0027] In some embodiments of the present application, a plurality of wire inlets are provided on the air gap side of the iron core, the plurality of wire inlets are connected to the plurality of winding slots in a one-to-one correspondence, and the width of the wire inlets is smaller than the width of the winding slots.
[0028] By adopting the above technical solution, the winding can be effectively confined in the winding slot, thereby effectively reducing the risk of the winding escaping from the winding slot and improving the reliability of the axial flux motor.
[0029] In some embodiments of the present application, the stator assembly further includes a stator shell for accommodating a cooling medium, and the iron core is accommodated in the stator shell.
[0030] By adopting the above technical solution, the heat generated by the stator assembly during operation can be directly transferred to the cooling medium, thereby effectively improving the cooling efficiency of the stator assembly and effectively improving the reliability of the axial flux motor.
[0031] An embodiment of the present application further provides an axial flux motor, comprising a stator assembly according to any one of the above embodiments.

[0033] In some embodiments of the present application, the axial flux motor further includes a rotor. When the air gap sides of the two iron cores are arranged opposite to each other, the rotor is arranged between the two iron cores and coaxially with the two iron cores.
[0034] By adopting the above technical solution, the assembly process of the single-rotor axial flux motor is effectively simplified.
[0035] In some embodiments of the present application, the axial flux motor further includes two rotors. When the air gap sides of the two iron cores are arranged back to back, one rotor is arranged opposite to the air gap side of one iron core, and the other rotor is arranged opposite to the air gap side of the other iron core.
[0036] By adopting the above technical solution, the assembly process of the dual-rotor axial flux motor is effectively simplified.

[0059] An electric motor is a power unit for electric devices, converting electrical energy into mechanical energy to drive them. An axial flux motor is one in which the magnetic flux is axial and the current-carrying conductors are radially arranged. The stator assembly of an axial flux motor typically consists of two cores and two windings. Multiple winding slots are defined on the air-gap side of the cores. One set of windings is wound in the winding slots of one core, while the other set of windings is wound in the winding slots of the other core.
[0060] In the related art, the length direction of the winding slots of the iron core is parallel to the radial direction of the iron core, and the winding slots of the two iron cores are arranged one by one opposite to each other or one by one back to back. If the two sets of windings use the same winding structure, the magnetic circuit of the axial flux motor located between the two iron cores will extend in a roughly straight structure. This will shorten the magnetic circuit of the axial flux motor, thereby increasing the armature reaction of the axial flux motor and increasing the eddy current loss of the axial flux motor. In order to suppress the eddy current loss of the axial flux motor, manufacturers usually use different winding structures for the two sets of windings, but this will complicate the assembly process of the axial flux motor, thereby greatly increasing the assembly difficulty of the axial flux motor and reducing the assembly efficiency of the axial flux motor.
[0061] In order to suppress the eddy current loss of the axial flux motor and simplify the assembly process of the axial flux motor, the two iron cores of the stator assembly provided in the embodiment of the present application are arranged relative to each other or back to back, and a plurality of winding slots are opened on the air gap side of the iron core. Compared with the method of using different winding structures for the two groups of windings, the two groups of windings of the stator assembly provided in the embodiment of the present application can use the same winding structure, thereby effectively simplifying the assembly process of the axial flux motor.
[0062] The axial flux motor provided in the embodiments of the present application can be applied to electric devices, which may be, but are not limited to, vehicles, portable devices, ships, spacecraft, electric toys, and electric tools, etc. The vehicle may be a fuel vehicle, a gas vehicle, or a new energy vehicle, and the new energy vehicle may be a pure electric vehicle, a hybrid vehicle, or an extended-range vehicle, etc. Spacecraft include airplanes, rockets, space shuttles, and spacecraft, etc. Electric toys include fixed or mobile electric toys, such as game consoles, electric car toys, electric ship toys, and electric airplane toys, etc. Electric tools include metal cutting power tools, grinding power tools, assembly power tools, and railway power tools, such as electric drills, electric grinders, electric wrenches, electric screwdrivers, electric hammers, impact drills, concrete vibrators, and electric planers, etc.

[0069] The battery 20 is used to provide electrical energy to the electric drive device 10, and the battery 20 can be arranged at the bottom, head or tail of the vehicle 1000. Please refer to Figure 2, which is an exploded schematic diagram of the battery 20 provided in an embodiment of the present application. The battery 20 includes a case 21 and a battery cell 22, and the battery cell 22 is accommodated in the case 21. Among them, the case 21 is used to provide a storage space for the battery cell 22, and the case 21 can adopt a variety of structures. In some embodiments, the case 21 may include a first part 211 and a second part 212, and the first part 211 and the second part 212 cover each other, and the first part 211 and the second part 212 jointly define a storage space for accommodating the battery cell 22. The second portion 212 can be a hollow structure with one end open, and the first portion 211 can be a plate-like structure. The first portion 211 covers the open side of the second portion 212, so that the first portion 211 and the second portion 212 jointly define a storage space. The first portion 211 and the second portion 212 can also be hollow structures with one end open, with the open side of the first portion 211 covering the open side of the second portion 212. Of course, the box body 21 formed by the first portion 211 and the second portion 212 can have various shapes, such as a cylinder, a rectangular parallelepiped, etc.
[0070] In some embodiments, the box 21 may serve as part of the chassis structure of the vehicle 1000. For example, a portion of the box 21 may form at least a portion of the floor of the vehicle 1000, or a portion of the box 21 may form at least a portion of the cross member and longitudinal member of the vehicle 1000.
[0071] Of course, in some embodiments, the battery 20 may not include the box body 21 , but rather a plurality of battery cells 22 may be electrically connected and formed into a whole through necessary fixing structures before being assembled into the vehicle 1000 .
[0072] In the battery 20, there may be multiple battery cells 22, and the multiple battery cells 22 may be connected in series, in parallel, or in a hybrid connection. A hybrid connection refers to a combination of series and parallel connections among the multiple battery cells 22. The multiple battery cells 22 may be directly connected in series, in parallel, or in a hybrid connection, and then the entire battery cell 22 may be housed within the housing 21. Of course, the battery 20 may also comprise a battery module composed of multiple battery cells 22 connected in series, in parallel, or in a hybrid connection, and then the multiple battery modules may be connected in series, in parallel, or in a hybrid connection to form an entire battery cell, which is then housed within the housing 21. The battery 20 may also include other functional components, such as a busbar for electrically connecting the multiple battery cells 22.
[0073] Each battery cell 22 may be a secondary battery or a primary battery. A secondary battery refers to a battery cell 22 that can be recharged to activate its active material after discharge and continue to be used. A primary battery refers to a battery cell 22 that cannot be recharged to activate its active material after the battery cell 22's energy is exhausted and continues to be used. Polygonal prismatic battery cells, for example, hexagonal prismatic battery cells, are not particularly limited in this application.
[0074] Referring to FIG. 3 , the electric drive device 10 includes an axial flux motor 11. The axial flux motor 11 is the primary power output component of the electric drive device 10 and is used to convert electrical energy provided by the battery 20 into mechanical energy. The number of axial flux motors 11 can be one or more. In some embodiments, the number of axial flux motors 11 is two, and the two axial flux motors 11 are coaxially arranged, i.e., the central axes of the two axial flux motors 11 coincide. The electric drive device 10 may also include a speed change mechanism 13, which is a power transmission mechanism of the electric drive device 10. The speed change mechanism 13 has a power input end and a power output end. The power input end of the speed change mechanism 13 is connected to the rotating shaft of the axial flux motor 11, and the power output end of the speed change mechanism 13 is connected to the wheels of the vehicle 1000. The speed change mechanism 13 transfers the above-mentioned mechanical energy to the wheels of the vehicle 1000 by changing the speed and torque input by the axial flux motor 11. For example, the speed change mechanism 13 transfers the above-mentioned mechanical energy to the wheels of the vehicle 1000 by reducing the output speed and increasing the torque relative to the input of the axial flux motor 11. For another example, the speed change mechanism 13 transfers the above-mentioned mechanical energy to the wheels of the vehicle 1000 by increasing the output speed and reducing the torque relative to the input of the axial flux motor 11. Of course, in other embodiments, the speed change mechanism 13 can also be used to change the direction of the output shaft of the electric drive device 10 relative to the output shaft of the axial flux motor 11, for example, using a bevel gear or worm gear structure to connect the output shaft of the axial flux motor 11 and further change the direction of the torque output. Optionally, the speed change mechanism 13 can be, but is not limited to, a pinion speed change mechanism, a worm speed change mechanism, a planetary gear speed change mechanism, a continuously variable speed change mechanism, etc., and is not specifically limited here. The electric drive device 10 can also include a controller 12, which is used to convert the direct current output by the battery 20 into alternating current and transmit the alternating current to the axial flux motor 11, and at the same time control the operation of the axial flux motor 11, for example, controlling the start and stop, speed, torque, etc. of the axial flux motor 11. Of course, in other embodiments, the controller 12 can also be used to rectify the alternating current generated by the rotation of the axial flux motor 11 into direct current and transmit it to the battery 20 to achieve the kinetic energy recovery function of the vehicle 1000.

The housing 113 is used to provide an installation environment for the stator assembly 111 and the rotor 112, and also serves as a supporting component for the axial flux motor 11. Optionally, the housing 113 may be an integrally formed component or an assembled component assembled from multiple parts. The material of the housing 113 may be, but is not limited to, copper, iron, aluminum, stainless steel, aluminum alloy, plastic, etc., and is not specifically limited here.
[0076] The stator assembly 111 provided in the embodiment of the present application is described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
[0077] First, please refer to Figures 4 to 7 together. An embodiment of the present application provides a stator assembly 111, including two iron cores 1111. The air gap sides of the two iron cores 1111 are arranged opposite to each other or back to back. The air gap sides of the iron cores 1111 are provided with a plurality of winding slots 11113 arranged around the central axis of the stator assembly 111. The projection of the iron core 1111 along the axial direction of the stator assembly 111 is a first projection. In the first projection, the length direction of the winding slots 11113 is relatively inclined to the radial direction of the iron core 1111.
[0078] The iron core 1111 is an important component of the magnetic circuit 114 of the axial flux motor 11. The iron core 1111, the rotor 112, and the air gap between the iron core 1111 and the rotor 112 together constitute the magnetic circuit 114 of the axial flux motor 11. In some embodiments, the iron core 1111 can be an assembled component composed of multiple components, for example, the iron core 1111 can be composed of multiple laminated sheets. In other embodiments, the iron core 1111 can also be an integrally molded component, for example, the iron core 1111 can be integrally molded through a casting process.
[0079] The air gap side of the iron core 1111 refers to the side of the iron core 1111 facing the rotor 112 and spaced apart from the rotor 112. The air gap side of the iron core 1111 is spaced apart from the rotor 112 to form an air gap. The air gap sides of the two iron cores 1111 can be arranged opposite each other or opposite each other. In some embodiments, please refer to Figures 4 and 5. The air gap sides of the two iron cores 1111 are arranged opposite each other. In this embodiment, the number of rotors 112 of the axial flux motor 11 is two. The air gap side of one iron core 1111 is arranged opposite to one rotor 112, and the air gap side of the other iron core 1111 is arranged opposite to the other rotor 112. In other words, the stator assembly 111 is arranged between the two rotors 112. In another embodiment, please refer to Figure 6, the air gap sides of the two iron cores 1111 are arranged relative to each other. In this embodiment, the number of rotors 112 of the axial flux motor 11 is one, and the air gap side of one iron core 1111 is arranged relative to one axial side of the rotor 112, and the air gap side of the other iron core 1111 is arranged relative to the other axial side of the rotor 112. In other words, the rotor 112 is arranged between the two iron cores 1111.
[0080] The winding slots 11113 are used to provide space for accommodating the windings 1114. In some embodiments, the iron core 1111 includes a plurality of teeth 11111, which are spaced apart around the central axis of the stator assembly 111 to form a plurality of winding slots 11113. It is understood that one end of the winding slot 11113 extends through the inner circumferential wall of the iron core 1111 to form a first open end 11114, and the other end of the winding slot 11113 extends through the outer circumferential wall of the iron core 1111 to form a second open end 11115. The number of winding slots 11113 can be determined based on actual application needs. For example, the number of winding slots 11113 can be 18, 24, 36, etc., and is not specifically limited herein.
[0081] The stator assembly 111 also includes two sets of windings 1114, one set of windings 1114 is wound in the winding slots 11113 of one iron core 1111, and the other set of windings 1114 is wound in the winding slots 11113 of the other iron core 1111. When the windings 1114 are energized, the stator assembly 111 generates an electromagnetic field, which is magnetically coupled with the rotor 112 to drive the rotor 112 to rotate. The winding 1114 can be, but is not limited to, an integer-slot winding, a fractional-slot winding, a centralized winding, and a distributed winding, wherein an integer-slot winding refers to a winding 1114 in which the number of winding slots 11113 occupied by each pole and each phase is an integer; a fractional-slot winding refers to a winding 1114 in which the number of winding slots 11113 occupied by each pole and each phase is a fraction; a centralized winding refers to a winding 1114 in which all coils are concentrated on the same tooth 11111 of the iron core 1111, and the two end points of the coils are connected to the same position through a wire to form a common connection point. Such a winding 1114 is called a centralized winding; a distributed winding refers to a winding in which each coil is distributed in multiple winding slots 11113, and adjacent coils are connected according to a certain phase difference. Such a winding 1114 is called a distributed winding.
[0082] For ease of description below, any plane perpendicular to the central axis of the stator assembly 111 is used as a reference plane, and the winding slots 11113 can be arranged at an angle relative to the reference plane, or can be arranged parallel to the reference plane. The projection of the core 1111 on the reference plane is a first projection. In this first projection, the length direction of the winding slots 11113 is relatively inclined with respect to the radial direction of the core 1111. The length direction of the winding slots 11113 refers to the length direction of the pattern formed by the winding slots 11113 in the first projection, specifically the direction from the first open end 11114 to the second open end 11115 or from the second open end 11115 to the first open end 11114. In this first projection, the angle formed by the length direction of the winding slots 11113 and the radial direction of the core 1111 can be determined according to actual application needs and is not specifically limited here.
[0083] Please refer to Figure 8. The projection of the stator assembly 111 on the above-mentioned reference plane is the second projection. Since the two iron cores 1111 are arranged opposite to each other or back to back, and in the first projection, the length direction of the winding slots 11113 is relatively inclined with the radial direction of the iron core 1111, so that the winding slots 11113 of the two iron cores 1111 have the same inclination amplitude and opposite inclination direction, then in the second projection, a winding slot 11113 of one iron core 1111 and a winding slot 11113 of the other iron core 1111 adjacent to or relative to the aforementioned winding slot 11113 are grouped together. In this group of winding slots 11113, at least the extended lines of the two winding slots 11113 intersect.
[0084] The two iron cores 1111 of the stator assembly 111 provided in the embodiment of the present application are arranged relative to each other or back to back, and a plurality of winding slots 11113 are provided on the air gap side of the iron core 1111. In the axial projection of the iron core 1111 along the stator assembly 111, the length direction of the winding slots 11113 is relatively inclined with respect to the radial direction of the iron core 1111, so that the winding slots 11113 of the two iron cores 1111 have the same inclination amplitude and opposite inclination direction. In this way, the magnetic flux can be alternately transmitted between the two iron cores 1111, as shown in Figures 4 to 7, so that the axial magnetic flux is The part of the magnetic circuit 114 of the axial flux motor 11 located between the two iron cores 1111 extends in a zigzag structure, which effectively increases the length of the magnetic circuit 114 of the axial flux motor 11, thereby effectively weakening the armature reaction of the axial flux motor 11, and further effectively suppressing the eddy current loss of the axial flux motor 11. Compared with the method of using different winding structures for the two sets of windings 1114, the two sets of windings 1114 of the stator assembly 111 provided in the embodiment of the present application can use the same winding structure, thereby effectively simplifying the manufacturing and assembly process of the axial flux motor 11.
[0085] In some embodiments of the present application, referring to FIG. 8 , in the second projection, the multiple winding slots 11113 of one iron core 1111 intersect and correspond to the multiple winding slots 11113 of another iron core 1111 in a one-to-one manner.
[0086] In other words, in the second projection, multiple winding slots 11113 of one iron core 1111 are arranged in one-to-one correspondence with multiple winding slots 11113 of another iron core 1111, and one winding slot 11113 of one iron core 1111 and one winding slot 11113 of the other iron core 1111 relative to the aforementioned winding slot 11113 are grouped together. In this group of winding slots 11113, the figures formed by two winding slots 11113 in the second projection are arranged to intersect.
[0087] In some embodiments, the figure formed by the first open end 11114 of the winding slot 11113 of one iron core 1111 in the second projection intersects with the figure formed by the first open end 11114 of the winding slot 11113 of another iron core 1111 in the second projection, that is, in the second projection, the intersection of the winding slots 11113 of the two iron cores 1111 can be located on the first open end 11114 of the winding slot 11113.
[0088] In other embodiments, the figure formed by the second open end 11115 of the winding slot 11113 of one iron core 1111 in the second projection intersects with the figure formed by the second open end 11115 of the winding slot 11113 of another iron core 1111 in the second projection, that is, in the second projection, the intersection of the winding slots 11113 of the two iron cores 1111 is located on the second open end 11115 of the winding slot 11113.
[0089] In some further embodiments, the figure formed by the middle part of the winding slot 11113 of one iron core 1111 in the second projection intersects with the figure formed by the middle part of the winding slot 11113 of another iron core 1111 in the second projection, that is, in the second projection, the intersection of the winding slots 11113 of the two iron cores 1111 is located on the middle part of the winding slot 11113.
[0090] By adopting the above technical solution, the length of the magnetic circuit 114 of the stator assembly 111 is further increased, so that the magnetic field can be more evenly distributed between the two iron cores 1111, effectively reducing the gradient of the magnetic field of the axial flux motor 11, thereby further weakening the armature reaction of the axial flux motor 11, and further suppressing the eddy current loss of the axial flux motor 11.
[0091] In some embodiments of the present application, please refer to Figure 7, the number of winding slots 11113 of the iron core 1111 is N, and in the first projection, the center of the iron core 1111 is connected to the midpoint of the first open end 11114 of a winding slot 11113 to form a first radial line 11116, and the center of the iron core 1111 is connected to the midpoint of the second open end 11115 of the winding slot 11113 to form a second radial line 11117, and the angle formed by the first radial line 11116 and the second radial line 11117 is θ, where 180° / N≤θ≤360° / N.
[0092] The midpoint of first open end 11114 is the intersection of the centerline of the shape formed by winding groove 11113 in the first projection and the shape formed by first open end 11114 in the first projection. First radial line 11116 passes through the center of iron core 1111 and the midpoint of first open end 11114. Similarly, the midpoint of second open end 11115 is the intersection of the centerline of the shape formed by winding groove 11113 in the first projection and the shape formed by second open end 11115 in the first projection. Second radial line 11117 passes through the center of iron core 1111 and the midpoint of second open end 11115.
[0093] The angle formed by the first radial line 11116 and the second radial line 11117 is θ, where 180° / N≤θ≤360° / N. For example, if the number of winding slots 11113 of the iron core 1111 is 18, then N=18, 10°≤θ≤20°, such as θ=10°, θ=15°, θ=20°, etc.; for another example, if the number of winding slots 11113 of the iron core 1111 is 24, then N=24, 7.5°≤θ≤15°, such as θ=7.5°, θ=10°, θ=15°, etc.; for another example, if the number of winding slots 11113 of the iron core 1111 is 36, then N=36, 5°≤θ≤10°, such as θ=5°, θ=7.5°, θ=10°, etc.
[0094] In the second projection, the angle formed by the two first radial lines 11116 corresponding to the two intersecting winding grooves 11113 is α. When the intersection of the winding grooves 11113 of the two iron cores 1111 is located on the first open end 11114 of the winding groove 11113, α=0. When the intersection of the winding grooves 11113 of the two iron cores 1111 is located on the second open end 11115 of the winding groove 11113, α=2θ. When the intersection of the winding grooves 11113 of the two iron cores 1111 is located in the middle of the winding groove 11113, 0≤α≤2θ.
[0095] In the related art, the torque of the axial flux motor 11 is inversely proportional to the inclination angle of the winding slot 11113 of the iron core 1111 relative to the radial direction of the iron core 1111, and the torque pulsation of the axial flux motor 11 is also inversely proportional to the inclination angle of the winding slot 11113 of the iron core 1111 relative to the radial direction of the iron core 1111, that is, the larger the inclination angle of the winding slot 11113 of the iron core 1111 relative to the radial direction of the iron core 1111, the smaller the torque of the axial flux motor 11, and the smaller the torque pulsation of the axial flux motor 11. On the contrary, the smaller the inclination angle of the winding slot 11113 of the iron core 1111 relative to the radial direction of the iron core 1111, the greater the torque of the axial flux motor 11, and the greater the torque pulsation of the axial flux motor 11.
[0096] By adopting the above technical solution, the inclination angle of the winding slot 11113 can be limited within a reasonable range. In this way, not only the torque loss of the axial flux motor 11 can be reduced, but also the torque pulsation of the axial flux motor 11 can be effectively suppressed, thereby effectively improving the stability of the axial flux motor 11.
[0097] In some embodiments of the present application, referring to FIG. 7 , in the first projection, each angle θ is the same, and the angle θ of the two cores 1111 is the same.
[0098] In other words, for one iron core 1111, the inclination angles of each winding slot 11113 relative to the corresponding first radial line 11116 are equal; for two iron cores 1111, the inclination angles of each winding slot 11113 of one iron core 1111 relative to the corresponding first radial line 11116 are equal to the inclination angles of each winding slot 11113 of the other iron core 1111 relative to the corresponding first radial line 11116, that is, the winding slots 11113 of the two iron cores 1111 are the same.
[0099] By adopting the above technical solution, the working stability of the axial flux motor 11 is effectively improved.
[0100] In some embodiments of the present application, referring to Figure 4, the stator assembly 111 also includes an injection molded part 1112, the iron core 1111 includes a plurality of teeth 11111, the plurality of teeth 11111 are arranged at intervals along the circumference of the stator assembly 111 to form a plurality of winding slots 11113, and the plurality of teeth 11111 are connected by the injection molded part 1112.
[0101] The tooth portion 11111 is a protruding portion of the iron core 1111 . In the circumferential direction of the iron core 1111 , a winding groove 11113 is formed between two adjacent tooth portions 11111 .
[0102] The injection molded part 1112 is a component made by an injection molding process. In some embodiments, during the production process of the stator assembly 111, the multiple teeth 11111 can be arranged in a circumferential direction and fixed with a fixing tool, and then the injection molded part 1112 is formed on the multiple teeth 11111 by an injection molding process to connect the multiple teeth 11111 into a whole. In other embodiments, during the production process of the stator assembly 111, the multiple teeth 11111 can be arranged in a circumferential direction and fixed with a fixing tool, the winding 1114 is wound in each winding slot 11113, and then the injection molded part 1112 is formed on the whole assembled by the iron core 1111 and the winding 1114 by an injection molding process to connect the iron core 1111 and the winding 1114 into a whole.
[0103] By adopting the above technical solution, there is no need to additionally provide a yoke on the iron core 1111 , and the magnetic impedance of the stator assembly 111 can be reduced, thereby effectively improving the magnetic saturation phenomenon of the stator assembly 111 .
[0104] In some embodiments of the present application, referring to FIG. 4 , the multiple teeth 11111 of the two iron cores 1111 are connected into one body via an injection molded part 1112 .
[0105] In some embodiments, during the production process of the stator assembly 111, the multiple teeth 11111 of the two iron cores 1111 can be arranged in a circumferential direction and fixed with a fixing tool, and then the above-mentioned injection molded parts 1112 are formed on the multiple teeth 11111 of the two iron cores 1111 through an injection molding process to connect the multiple teeth 11111 of the two iron cores 1111 into a whole. In other embodiments, during the production process, the multiple teeth 11111 of the two iron cores 1111 can be arranged in a circumferential direction and fixed with a fixing tool, and the two groups of windings 1114 are respectively wound in the respective winding slots 11113 of the corresponding iron cores 1111. Then, the above-mentioned injection molded part 1112 is formed on the whole assembled by the two iron cores 1111 and the two groups of windings 1114 through an injection molding process to connect the two iron cores 1111 and the two groups of windings 1114 into a whole.
[0106] By adopting the above technical solution, the above-mentioned injection molded part 1112 can be directly formed by the injection molding process and the multiple teeth 11111 of the two iron cores 1111 can be connected together, thereby effectively simplifying the assembly process of the stator assembly 111 and further simplifying the assembly process of the axial flux motor 11.
[0107] In some embodiments of the present application, referring to FIG. 4 , when the air gap sides of the two iron cores 1111 are disposed opposite to each other, the teeth 11111 of the two iron cores 1111 are disposed in close contact along the axial direction of the stator assembly 111 .
[0108] It can be understood that this embodiment is applicable to a dual-rotor axial flux motor. In this embodiment, the axial side of the tooth portion 11111 of one iron core 1111 is in contact with the axial side of the tooth portion 11111 of the other iron core 1111, that is, there is no gap between the teeth portions 11111 of the two iron cores 1111. Of course, taking into account the assembly tolerance, there may also be a small gap between the teeth portions 11111 of the two iron cores 1111.
[0109] By adopting the above technical solution, the axial size of the stator assembly 111 is effectively reduced, thereby effectively reducing the volume of the axial flux motor 11.
[0110] In some embodiments of the present application, referring to FIG5 , the iron core 1111 further includes a yoke 11112 , and a plurality of teeth 11111 are disposed on the yoke 11112 . When the air gap sides of the two iron cores 1111 are disposed back to back, the yokes 11112 of the two iron cores 1111 are an integral component.
[0111] The yoke 11112 is a connecting portion of the iron core 1111, and is used to connect the multiple teeth 11111. The yoke 11112 is roughly a disc-shaped structure, and the multiple teeth 11111 are arranged on the yoke 11112 along the circumference of the iron core 1111. As shown in Figure 5, the yokes 11112 of the two iron cores 1111 are an integral component, which means that the yokes 11112 of the two iron cores 1111 form a whole. In some embodiments, the yokes 11112 of the two iron cores 1111 can be formed by stacking multiple sheets to form a whole, and the multiple teeth 11111 of one iron core 1111 are arranged on one axial side of the whole, and the multiple teeth 11111 of the other iron core 1111 are arranged on the other axial side of the whole. In other embodiments, the yokes 11112 of the two iron cores 1111 can be made into an integral body through a casting process, and the multiple teeth 11111 of one iron core 1111 are arranged on one axial side of the integral body, and the multiple teeth 11111 of the other iron core 1111 are arranged on the other axial side of the integral body, wherein the casting process can be but is not limited to a die-casting process, a casting process, etc.
[0112] By adopting the above technical solution, the teeth 11111 of the two iron cores 1111 can share a yoke 11112, thereby effectively simplifying the assembly process of the stator assembly 111 and further simplifying the assembly process of the axial flux motor 11.
[0113] In some embodiments of the present application, please refer to FIG. 9 and FIG. 10 . The winding 1114 includes a winding 11141 wound in a winding slot 11113 . The winding 11141 is a flat wire.
[0114] In this embodiment, the winding 11141 includes multiple segments, each of which is prefabricated into a flat structure. The segments are placed in the winding slot 11113 and stacked sequentially along the depth direction of the winding slot 11113 until the winding slot 11113 is fully filled. It should be noted that the depth direction of the winding slot 11113 is parallel to the axial direction of the stator assembly 111.
[0115] By adopting the above technical solution, the filling factor of the winding 1114 in the winding slot 11113 is effectively improved, thereby effectively improving the working efficiency of the axial flux motor 11.
[0116] Of course, in other embodiments, the winding 11141 may also be a round wire.
[0117] In some embodiments of the present application, the winding 1114 is a distributed winding.
[0118] By adopting the above technical solution, the asymmetry of the magnetic field waveform of the axial flux motor 11 can be effectively reduced, thereby effectively reducing the winding harmonics and further suppressing the eddy current loss of the axial flux motor 11.
[0119] In some embodiments of the present application, please refer to Figure 10, a plurality of wire inlets 11118 are opened on the air gap side of the iron core 1111, and the plurality of wire inlets 11118 are connected to the plurality of winding grooves 11113 one by one, and the width of the wire inlets 11118 is smaller than the width of the winding grooves 11113.
[0120] The wire inlet 11118 is used to provide space for the winding wire 11141 of the winding 1114 to enter the winding slot 11113. The wire inlet 11118 passes through the air gap side surface of the iron core 1111 to connect to the winding slot 11113. It can be understood that each wire inlet 11118 connects to one winding slot 11113.
[0121] The width of wire inlet 11118 refers to the dimension of wire inlet 11118 along the circumference of iron core 1111. Similarly, the width of winding slot 11113 refers to the dimension of winding slot 11113 along the circumference of iron core 1111. During the production process of stator assembly 111, wire 11141 of winding 1114 is placed into winding slot 11113 through wire inlet 11118. After multiple winding operations are performed on wire 11141 of winding 1114, a coil is formed. After the coil fully fills winding slot 11113, the width of wire inlet 11118 is smaller than the width of winding slot 11113, making it difficult for the coil to escape from winding slot 11113 through wire inlet 11118.
[0122] By adopting the above technical solution, the winding 1114 can be effectively confined in the winding slot 11113, thereby effectively reducing the risk of the winding 1114 escaping from the winding slot 11113 and improving the reliability of the axial flux motor 11.
[0123] In some embodiments of the present application, please refer to FIG. 4 to FIG. 6 . The stator assembly 111 further includes a stator housing 1113 for accommodating a cooling medium. The iron core 1111 is accommodated in the stator housing 1113 .
[0124] The stator housing 1113 is used to provide an internal environment for the stator assembly 111. Optionally, the stator housing 1113 can be an integrally formed component or an assembled component assembled from multiple parts. The material of the stator housing 1113 can be, but is not limited to, copper, iron, aluminum, stainless steel, aluminum alloy, plastic, etc., and is not specifically limited here. In some embodiments, when the stator housing 1113 includes multiple parts, some parts of the stator housing 1113 can be made of metal materials such as copper, iron, aluminum, stainless steel, aluminum alloy, etc., and other parts of the stator housing 1113 can be made of plastic, and are not specifically limited here.
[0125] The cooling medium is a medium used to absorb the heat generated by the stator assembly 111. It can be understood that the iron core 1111 and the winding 1114 are accommodated in the stator housing 1113 and in contact with the cooling medium, so that the heat generated by the iron core 1111 and the heat generated by the winding 1114 are directly transferred to the cooling medium, thereby achieving the purpose of cooling the iron core 1111 and the winding 1114. In some embodiments, the cooling medium can be statically accommodated in the stator housing 1113. In other embodiments, the stator housing 1113 is provided with a liquid inlet and a liquid outlet, and the cooling medium can enter the stator housing 1113 through the liquid inlet and leave the stator housing 1113 through the liquid outlet, so that the cooling medium can cool the stator assembly 111 in a circulating flow manner. Optionally, the cooling medium can be, but is not limited to, cooling oil, cooling water, etc., and is not specifically limited here.
[0126] In some embodiments, when the air gap sides of the two iron cores 1111 are arranged to face each other, the number of the stator housing 1113 can be one, and the two iron cores 1111 are accommodated in the same stator housing 1113 .
[0127] In other embodiments, when the air gap sides of the two iron cores 1111 are arranged opposite to each other, the number of stator shells 1113 can be two, one iron core 1111 is accommodated in one stator shell 1113, and the other iron core 1111 is accommodated in the other stator shell 1113.
[0128] By adopting the above technical solution, the heat generated by the stator assembly 111 during operation can be directly transferred to the cooling medium, thereby effectively improving the cooling efficiency of the stator assembly 111 and effectively improving the reliability of the axial flux motor 11.
[0129] In some embodiments of the present application, referring to FIG. 4 and FIG. 7 to FIG. 10 , a stator assembly 111 includes an injection molded part 1112, two iron cores 1111, and two sets of windings 1114. The air gap sides of the two iron cores 1111 are disposed opposite or opposite each other. The iron cores 1111 include a plurality of teeth 11111, which are spaced apart around the central axis of the stator assembly 111 to form a plurality of winding slots 11113. One end of each winding slot 11113 extends through the inner circumferential wall of the iron core 1111 to form a first open end 11114, and the other end of each winding slot 11113 extends through the outer circumferential wall of the iron core 1111 to form a second open end 11115. The projection of the iron core 1111 along the axial direction of the stator assembly 111 is a first projection, and the projection of the stator assembly 111 along the axial direction of the stator assembly 111 is a second projection. In the first projection, the length direction of the winding slots 11113 is relatively inclined with respect to the radial direction of the iron core 1111. The center of the iron core 1111 is connected to the midpoint of the first open end 11114 to form a first radial line 11116. The center of the iron core 1111 is connected to the midpoint of the second open end 11115 to form a second radial line 11117. The angle between the first radial line 11116 and the second radial line 11117 is θ. The number of winding slots 11113 in the iron core 1111 is N, where 180° / N≤θ≤360° / N. In the second projection, the multiple winding slots 11113 of one iron core 1111 intersect with the multiple winding slots 11113 of another iron core 1111 in a one-to-one correspondence. This intersection includes the intersection of the projections of the two winding slots 11113 or the intersection of the extensions of the two winding slots 11113.
