[0039] The present application is described below with reference to specific embodiments and with reference to the accompanying drawings:
[0040] An embodiment of the present application provides a reversing valve 1000 , as shown in FIG. 1 to FIG. 8 . The reversing valve 1000 includes a valve seat 100 and a valve core 200 . In which, the valve seat 100 is provided with a first flow channel 110 and a second flow channel 120 connected to and perpendicular to the first flow channel 110, the valve seat 100 is provided with a first inlet 111 and a first outlet 112 connected to the first flow channel 110, and the valve seat 100 is provided with a second inlet 121 connected to the second flow channel 120; the valve core 200 is provided with a third flow channel 210 coaxial with the second flow channel 120, the valve core 200 is provided with a valve core inlet 211 and a valve core outlet 212 connected to the third flow channel 210, the setting position of the valve core inlet 211 corresponds to the setting position of the second inlet 121, and the valve core 200 is movably set in the second flow channel 120 so that the valve core outlet 212 switches between a position corresponding to the first outlet 112 and a position staggered with the first outlet 112.
[0041] In the reversing valve 1000 of the embodiment of the present application, by making the valve core 200 movably set in the second flow channel 120, the valve core 200 can automatically switch the position of the valve core outlet 212 in the valve seat 100 according to the pressure, so as to switch the conduction condition of the first flow channel 110 and the second flow channel 120. The flow channel switching can be automatically achieved by the reversing valve 1000 without the need to set up an electronic control device, so that the structure of the reversing valve 1000 is simple and the size is compact; at the same time, there is no relatively narrow flow channel in the two flow channels of the reversing valve 1000 during use, and the flow resistance and pressure loss of the reversing valve 1000 are small.
[0042] In the related art, the reversing valve 1000 generally adopts a spring-loaded or magnetic-type reversing valve 1000. The fluid overcomes the elastic force of the spring or the magnetic attraction to push the valve core 200 to move, revealing an annular channel between the valve core 200 and the valve seat 100. However, the channel between the valve core 200 and the valve seat 100 is generally narrow, resulting in high flow resistance and high pressure drop when the fluid flows through this channel. When this type of reversing valve 1000 is used in a fuel cell system, the excessive flow resistance can offset the pressure increase of the circulation pump 16 or the ejector 04, resulting in poor circulation performance of the anode reactant gas, thereby affecting the performance of the fuel cell system. In addition, the reversing valve 1000 used in the related art is a one-way valve. The use of two or more one-way valves in a fuel cell system will result in a relatively large fuel cell system.
[0043] For example, a vertical one-way valve in the related art includes a valve body with a valve cavity defined therein, a spherical valve disc disposed within the valve cavity, and a valve seat 100 sealably connected to the spherical valve disc. The valve body includes an upper valve body with a fluid outlet and a lower valve body with a fluid inlet. The valve seat 100 is disposed at the fluid inlet. The upper valve body is provided with a recess for accommodating the spherical valve disc, located directly above the fluid inlet. The spherical valve disc and valve seat 100 are made of magnetic material, and the spherical valve disc is reset by magnetic force and in contact with the valve seat 100. On the one hand, this vertical one-way valve has a one-way flow valve body structure, requiring the installation of two or more vertical one-way valves and corresponding pipelines in a fuel cell system, which makes the fuel cell system relatively large. On the other hand, the anode reactant gas needs to continuously push up the valve core 200, and the flow path between the valve core 200 and the valve seat 100 is narrow, resulting in significant resistance to the circulation of the anode reactant gas.
[0044] In some embodiments, the reversing valve 1000 proposed in this application can be used in the circulation structure of the anode reaction gas of the fuel cell system to reduce the flow resistance of the anode reaction gas during the circulation process, reduce the compression of the anode reaction gas, and thus improve the overall performance of the fuel cell system.
[0045] In other embodiments, the reversing valve 1000 of the present application can also be used in other fluid systems for preventing fluid backflow and changing the fluid flow path. Those skilled in the art can adaptably set the reversing valve 1000 according to the fluid flow direction of the fluid system.
[0046] As global environmental and energy issues become increasingly severe, fuel cell vehicles (FCVs) are considered the most promising energy and power generation devices of the future due to their pollution-free operation, high energy conversion efficiency, and wide availability of raw materials. In the following embodiments of this application, a reversing valve 1000 and a fuel cell system incorporating the same are described using hydrogen as the anode reactant gas.
[0047] In fuel cell systems, considering power requirements, component performance, and efficiency, the anode reactant gas circulation structure of a vehicle-mounted fuel cell system can utilize a circulation pump 16, an ejector 04, or a combination of a circulation pump 16 and an ejector 04. Compared to the ejector 04, the circulation pump 16 provides excellent circulation across the full operating range and features active adjustability. Compared to the circulation pump 16, the ejector 04 offers advantages such as simple structure, reliable operation, low noise, and no additional power consumption. In medium and high power ranges, the ejector 04 can achieve a good ejection coefficient, generating sufficient pressure rise to pressurize the unreacted anode reactant gas after gas-liquid separation and deliver it to the fuel cell's anode reactant gas inlet 07 for participation in the next electrochemical reaction. However, in low power ranges, the ejector 04 suffers from inherent issues such as a poor ejection coefficient, resulting in insufficient ejection capacity and insufficient anode reactant gas pressure increase, which in turn affects the performance of the entire fuel cell system. Therefore, in actual application, the anode reaction gas is generally circulated in a manner such as a circulating pump 16 and an ejector 04 in series, parallel, or a combination of series and parallel. This allows the fuel cell system to use the circulating pump 16 alone in the low-power range to pressurize the anode reaction gas that has not completely reacted at the anode after gas-liquid separation and transport it to the anode reaction gas inlet 07 of the fuel cell to participate in the next electrochemical reaction. In the medium and high power ranges, the circulating pump 16 stops running, and the ejector 04 is used alone to pressurize the anode reaction gas that has not completely reacted at the anode after gas-liquid separation and transport it to the anode reaction gas inlet 07 of the fuel cell to participate in the next electrochemical reaction. In particular, the circulating connection method of the circulating pump 16 and the ejector 04 in parallel does not limit the structural form of the circulating pump 16 and can ensure that the anode reaction gas has a good circulation effect within the full range of operating conditions, thus having a wider range of applications.
[0048] In some embodiments, as shown in Figures 9 and 10, in the anode reactant gas circulation structure used in conjunction with the circulating pump 16 and the ejector 04, a reversing valve 1000 is required to be provided in the circulation structure to prevent the anode reactant gas from flowing back. This valve can also control the on / off of the anode reactant gas pressure path of the circulating pump 16 and the on / off of the heating path of the ejector 04. When the circulating pump 16 is operating in the low-power range, the circulating anode reactant gas separated by the gas-liquid separator 11 enters the circulating pump 16, is pressurized by the rotor or blades, and is then transported to the anode inlet pipeline. At this time, the anode inlet pipeline, the ejector 04, the circulating pump 16, and the outlet of the gas-liquid separator 11 are connected in series. If there is no reversing valve 1000 device in between, the higher-pressure anode reactant gas established by the circulating pump 16 will flow back to the inlet of the gas-liquid separator 11, resulting in the inability to establish the pressure of the anode reactant gas inlet 07 and wasting power consumption of the circulating pump 16. Therefore, a reversing valve 1000 device is required to be provided in the pipeline between the ejector 04 and the circulating pump 16. Similarly, when the ejector 04 is operating in the mid- to high-power range, the circulating anode reactant gas separated by the gas-liquid separator 11 enters the ejector 04, where it is pressurized and then transported to the anode inlet pipeline. At this point, the anode inlet pipeline, the ejector 04, and the outlet of the gas-liquid separator 11 are connected in series. Without a reversing valve 1000 in between, the higher-pressure anode reactant gas established by the ejector 04 would flow back to the inlet of the gas-liquid separator 11, preventing the anode reactant gas from building up pressure at the inlet 07 and wasting the pressure increase at the ejector 04. Therefore, a reversing valve 1000 is required in the pipeline between the ejector 04 and the outlet of the gas-liquid separator 11.
[0049] In the above embodiment, the first inlet 111, the second inlet 121 and the first outlet 112 of the reversing valve 1000 are respectively connected to the pipelines of the anode reaction gas. The anode reaction gas can enter the one-way valve through the first inlet 111 or the second inlet 121 and discharge the one-way valve through the first outlet 112. When the pressure in the anode reaction gas circulation pipeline is relatively small, that is, the fuel cell system is in the low power stage, as shown in FIG3 , the pressure of the anode reaction gas cannot overcome the resistance of the valve core 200, so that the valve core 200 can remain in the state of being located in the second flow channel 120, and the valve core outlet 212 of the valve core 200 is blocked by the outer wall of the valve seat 100, and at the same time, the second inlet 121 of the valve seat 100 is blocked by the valve core 200, and the flow path of the anode reaction gas in the first flow channel 110 is blocked and disconnected. At this time, the anode reaction gas enters the first flow channel 110 of the one-way valve through the first inlet 111, and then discharges the one-way valve through the first outlet 112 connected to the first flow channel 110; when the pressure in the anode reaction gas circulation pipeline is relatively large, that is, the fuel cell system is in the medium and high power stage, as shown in FIG5 As shown, the pressure of the anode reaction gas can overcome the resistance of the valve core 200, and can drive the valve core 200 to move in the second flow channel 120, so that the valve core 200 moves to the connection between the first flow channel 110 and the second flow channel 120. At this time, the part of the first flow channel 110 of the valve seat 100 facing the first inlet 111 is blocked by the valve core 200, and the valve core outlet 212 of the valve core 200 is connected to the part of the first flow channel 110 facing the first outlet 112. At the same time, the valve core 200 avoids the second inlet 121 of the second flow channel 120, so that the anode reaction gas can enter the second flow channel 120 through the second inlet 121, and then enter the part of the first flow channel 110 facing the first outlet 112 through the valve core outlet 212 of the valve core 200, and the one-way valve can be discharged through the first outlet 112.
[0050] When the reversing valve 1000 of the present application is used in the anode reaction gas circulation structure of the fuel cell, the two reversing valves 1000 that need to be set in parallel for the ejector 04 and the circulation pump 16 are replaced by one reversing valve 1000 of the embodiment of the present application, so that the flow path of the anode reaction gas in the circulation structure is switched through the reversing valve 1000, and the flow resistance of the two anode reaction gas flow paths is low, basically zero, and the reversing valve 1000 is driven by the pressure difference of the anode reaction gas, and does not need to be controlled by setting an electromagnetic valve. It can automatically adjust the opening or closing of the two anode reaction gas flow paths according to the operating conditions of the fuel cell system. The two anode reaction gas flow paths are respectively the anode reaction gas flow path with the ejector 04 and the anode reaction gas flow path with the circulation pump 16, and can also effectively prevent the anode reaction gas from flowing back.
[0051] In some embodiments, as shown in Figures 1 to 5, the valve seat 100 can be an entire rectangular parallelepiped structure, with a first flow channel 110 and a second flow channel 120 provided within the valve seat 100. The second flow channel 120 is connected to the middle portion of the first flow channel 110 to form a T-shaped structure, and the axis of the second flow channel 120 is perpendicular to the axis of the first flow channel 110. A first inlet 111 and a first outlet 112 are located at opposite ends of the first flow channel 110, and the second inlet 121 is located at the end of the second flow channel 120 that is not connected to the first flow channel 110.
[0052] In some embodiments, as shown in FIG3 and FIG5 , a pier head or a pagoda head structure may be provided at the first inlet 111 , the second inlet 121 and the first outlet 112 , respectively, to facilitate connection with the pipeline and prevent the pipeline from falling off after connection.
[0053] In some embodiments, the first flow channel 110 and the second flow channel 120 may be cylindrical flow channels, and the first inlet 111 , the second inlet 121 and the outlet may be circular opening structures.
[0054] In other embodiments, the first flow channel 110 and the second flow channel 120 may also be in a rectangular parallelepiped flow channel structure.
[0055] In some embodiments, as shown in Figure 7, the valve core 200 includes a valve core side wall 230 and a valve core top wall 240. The valve core side wall 230 is arranged on the valve core top wall 240 to form a cylindrical structure with one end open. The opening relative to the valve core top wall 240 serves as the valve core inlet 211. At the same time, a through hole 320 is opened on the valve core side wall 230 as the valve core outlet 212, that is, the axis of the valve core inlet 211 is perpendicular to the axis of the valve core outlet 212.
[0056] In some embodiments, as shown in Figure 7, the valve core 200 can be a cylindrical structure, that is, the valve core side wall 230 forms a hollow cylindrical structure around the valve core top wall 240, and the hollow cylindrical structure matches the second flow channel 120 of the valve seat 100, so that the outer diameter of the valve core side wall 230 is equal to the inner diameter of the second flow channel 120 and forms a certain clearance fit tolerance, so that the valve core 200 and the second flow channel 120 of the valve seat 100 form a clearance fit structure, ensuring that the valve core 200 moves smoothly in the second flow channel 120 of the valve seat 100 under a certain sealing premise.
[0057] In other embodiments, the valve core 200 may also be a rectangular parallelepiped or other structure, but it is only necessary to ensure that the valve core side wall 230 matches the structure in the second flow channel 120 of the valve seat 100 .
[0058] In some embodiments, as shown in Figure 7, a top wall chamfer 241 can be provided on the top wall 240 of the valve core, and a side wall chamfer 231 corresponding to the top wall chamfer 241 can be provided on the side wall 230 of the valve core. That is to say, a top wall chamfer 241 and a side wall chamfer 231 are respectively provided at the opposite ends of the moving direction of the valve core 200 to guide the moving direction of the valve core 200, so that the valve core 200 can move smoothly in the second flow channel 120 to avoid jamming and other phenomena.
[0059] As an optional embodiment, an elastic return member 400 can be provided between the valve core 200 and the valve seat 100. The elastic return member 400 with appropriate stiffness and preload is selected to design the conditions for the movement of the valve core 200 relative to the valve seat 100, that is, by selecting the elastic return member 400 with appropriate stiffness and preload to design the connection conditions between the second inlet 121 and the first outlet 112, the switching between the two anode reaction gas flow paths is realized, and the opening and closing of the two anode reaction gas flow paths are completed, that is, the operation switching of the circulation pump 16 and the ejector 04 is realized, so that the volume of the two anode reaction gas paths can be made compact without adding additional electronic control devices.
[0060] As an optional embodiment, as shown in Figures 1 to 8 , the reversing valve 1000 further includes a fixed seat 300 and an elastic return member 400. The fixed seat 300 is disposed in the second flow channel 120 and defines a through hole 320 corresponding to the second inlet 121. The elastic return member 400 is connected between the valve core 200 and the fixed seat 300. The elastic return member 400 maintains the valve core outlet 212 at a position offset from the first outlet 112 through a preload force.
[0061] In some embodiments, as shown in Figures 1 to 8, by disposing the fixing seat 300 in the second flow channel 120 and connecting the elastic return member 400 between the fixing seat 300 and the valve core 200, the valve core outlet 212 of the valve core 200 is staggered from the first outlet 112 due to the pre-tightening force of the elastic return member 400. In other words, when the reversing valve 1000 is not in operation, the reversing valve 1000 can maintain a state in which the first inlet 111 is connected to the first outlet 112. At the same time, the fixing seat 300 is provided with a through hole 320 corresponding to the second inlet 121, so that fluid can enter the valve core inlet 211 through the through hole 320.
[0062] When a fluid of a certain pressure enters the second flow channel 120 from the second inlet 121, the fluid passes through the through hole 320 and the valve core inlet 211 into the interior of the valve core 200 and acts on the valve core top wall 240 of the valve core 200. The pressure generated by the fluid is recorded as P, the area of the valve core top wall 240 is recorded as S, and the thrust generated by the fluid is recorded as F1, then F1=P·S. At the same time, the stiffness coefficient of the elastic reset member 400 is recorded as k, and the stroke of the valve core 200 when the valve core outlet 212 is fully exposed to correspond to the first outlet 112 is recorded as L. Then, when F1>F preload + kL, the thrust generated by the fluid overcomes the sum of the preload and the tensile force of the elastic reset member 400, and pushes the valve core 200 to a position where the valve core outlet 212 is fully exposed to correspond to the first outlet 112. The valve core outlet 212 can be fully exposed to correspond to the first outlet 112. At this time, the second inlet 121 is connected to the first outlet 112, and the first inlet 111 is disconnected from the first outlet 112; when the pressure of the fluid entering the second flow channel 120 through the second inlet 121 drops, when F1 < F preload + kL, the valve core 200 moves toward the second inlet 121 relative to the valve seat 100 under the action of the elastic return member 400, until the valve core 200 moves to a state where the valve core outlet 212 is staggered with the first outlet 112 under the action of the elastic return member 400. At this time, the first inlet 111 and the first outlet 112 are restored to communication, and the second inlet 121 is disconnected from the first outlet 112.
[0063] In some embodiments, as shown in FIG7 , the top wall 240 of the valve core is provided with a connecting post 251, which is used to connect with the elastic return member 400 to achieve the connection between the valve core 200 and the elastic return member 400. Optionally, the connecting post 251 is provided with a connecting hook hole 252, and the elastic return member 400 is connected to the connecting post 251 through the connecting hook hole 252, thereby achieving the connection between the elastic return member 400 and the valve core 200.
[0064] In some embodiments, as shown in FIG8 , the fixed seat 300 includes an outer frame 311 and a plurality of connecting frames 312 disposed within the outer frame 311. A through hole 320 is formed between the outer frame 311 and the connecting frames 312. The through hole 320 is used to allow fluid to pass through the fixed seat 300 and enter the inlet of the valve seat 100. A fixing column 332 may be provided on the fixed seat 300, for example, a fixing column 332 may be provided on the plurality of connecting frames 312. The fixing column 332 is used to connect with the elastic return member 400 to achieve connection between the fixed seat 300 and the elastic return member 400. Optionally, a fixing hook hole 331 is provided on the fixing column 332, and the elastic return member 400 is connected to the fixing column 332 through the fixing hook hole 331.
[0065] In some embodiments, as shown in Figures 2 to 5, the connecting column 251 of the valve core 200 corresponds to the fixed column 332 of the fixed seat 300, so that the axis of the elastic return member 400 between the connecting column 251 and the fixed column 332 is parallel to or coincides with the axis of the second flow channel 120, so that the force generated by the elastic return member 400 is parallel to the axis of the second flow channel 120, so that the valve core 200 can be moved along the axial direction of the second flow channel 120 through the elastic return member 400, thereby avoiding displacement or deflection of the valve core 200 during movement.
[0066] In some embodiments, as shown in Figures 2 to 5 , the outer frame 311 of the fixing base 300 matches the structure of the second flow channel 120. When the second flow channel 120 is a cylindrical flow channel, the outer frame 311 of the fixing base 300 is a circular frame; when the second flow channel 120 is a rectangular flow channel, the outer frame 311 of the fixing base 300 can be a rectangular frame.
[0067] In some embodiments, the size of the outer frame 311 of the fixing seat 300 matches the size of the second flow channel 120 and forms a clearance tolerance fit, so that the fixing seat 300 and the second flow channel 120 can form a clearance fit connection structure.
[0068] In some embodiments, optionally, the cross-section of the outer frame 311 of the fixing seat 300 is rectangular, so that the outer frame 311 of the fixing seat 300 can remain horizontal in the second flow channel 120 and prevent the outer frame 311 from deflecting relative to the second flow channel 120 .
[0069] As an optional embodiment, as shown in Figures 2 to 5, the reversing valve 1000 also includes a retaining spring 500; the second flow channel 120 is provided with a retaining spring groove 140, the retaining spring groove 140 is located between the fixed seat 300 and the valve core 200, and the retaining spring groove 140 is used to accommodate the retaining spring 500 shown.
[0070] In some embodiments, as shown in Figures 2 to 5, a retaining spring 500 is provided in the second flow channel 120, and the fixing seat 300 is fixed in the second flow channel 120 through the retaining spring 500, so that the fixing seat 300 is fixed relative to the second flow channel 120, thereby fixing one end of the elastic return member 400 through the fixing seat 300.
[0071] In some embodiments, in order for the fixing seat 300 to provide a relatively stable fixing effect on one end of the elastic return member 400, the fixing seat 300 as a whole should be relatively firmly fixed in the second flow channel 120, and it is necessary to prevent the fixing seat 300 from moving relative to the second flow channel 120. By providing a retaining spring groove 140 in the second flow channel 120, the retaining spring 500 is correspondingly inserted into the retaining spring groove 140 so that the retaining spring 500 is located between the valve core 200 and the fixing seat 300. Thus, the retaining seat 300 is limited and fixed by the retaining spring 500, and the retaining seat 300 is prevented from moving toward the valve core 200 under the drive of the elastic return member 400.
[0072] In some other embodiments, the fixing seat 300 can also be fixed in the second flow channel 120 by other means, such as through elastic snaps, limiting connectors 190 and other structures. Those skilled in the art can make appropriate choices based on the structural characteristics of the second flow channel 120 and the fixing seat 300, which will not be repeated here.
[0073] As an optional embodiment, as shown in FIG. 2 to FIG. 5 , an anti-slip ring 130 is provided in the second flow channel 120 , and the anti-slip ring 130 is located on a side of the fixing seat 300 opposite to the retaining ring groove 140 .
[0074] In some embodiments, an anti-slip ring 130 is provided in the second flow channel 120 so that the anti-slip ring 130 protrudes relative to the second flow channel 120, thereby preventing the fixing seat 300 from escaping from the second flow channel 120. The inner diameter of the anti-slip ring 130 is smaller than the inner diameter of the second flow channel 120, so that the anti-slip ring 130 protrudes relative to the second flow channel 120, thereby preventing the fixing seat 300 from escaping from the second flow channel 120.
[0075] In some embodiments, as shown in Figures 2 to 5, the anti-slip ring 130 and the retaining spring 500 are respectively located on both sides of the fixing base 300, and can play a role in fixing the fixing base 300 in the second flow channel 120 from two directions. In some embodiments, the distance between the anti-slip ring 130 and the retaining spring groove 140 is greater than or equal to the thickness of the fixing base 300.
[0076] In some embodiments, the anti-slip retaining ring 130 and the valve seat 100 are an integral structure, that is, the anti-slip retaining ring 130 and the valve seat 100 are integrally formed.
[0077] In some embodiments, as shown in Figures 2 to 5 , an anti-slip ring 130 is optionally located in the second flow channel 120 at a position corresponding to the second inlet 121. As an optional embodiment, as shown in Figures 2 to 5 , a buffer pad 150 is provided on the inner side of the side wall of the valve seat 100 corresponding to the second inlet 121.
[0078] In some embodiments, as shown in Figures 2 to 5, the valve core 200 moves in the second flow channel 120. When the valve core 200 moves to a position where the valve core outlet 212 corresponds to the first outlet 112, the valve core 200 can contact the side wall of the valve seat 100 corresponding to the second inlet 121. In order to avoid collision between the valve core 200 and the valve seat 100, a buffer pad 150 is provided on the inner side of the side wall corresponding to the valve seat 100 and the second inlet 121. The buffer pad 150 buffers the collision stress generated by the valve core 200 on the valve seat 100, thereby avoiding damage to the valve seat 100 and / or collision noise.
[0079] As an optional embodiment, the side wall of the valve seat 100 corresponding to the second inlet 121 is a movable side wall 160 , and the movable side wall 160 is detachably provided on the valve seat 100 .
[0080] In some embodiments, as shown in Figures 1 to 5, to facilitate installation of the valve core 200, fixed seat 300, retaining spring 500, and other structures in the valve seat 100, the side wall of the valve seat 100 corresponding to the second inlet 121 can be a movable side wall 160, and the movable side wall 160 can be detachably mounted on the valve seat 100. The reversing valve 1000 can be assembled by removing the movable side wall 160, sequentially placing the fixed seat 300, retaining spring 500, elastic return member 400, and valve core 200 in the second flow channel 120, and then mounting the movable side wall 160 on the valve seat 100.
[0081] In some embodiments, a plurality of fixed connection holes may be respectively opened at corresponding positions on the valve seat 100 body and the movable side wall 160 , and the movable side wall 160 may be fixed to the valve seat 100 body through the connecting member 190 .
[0082] In some embodiments, in order to ensure the overall sealing of the valve seat 100, a sealing ring groove 180 corresponding to the movable side wall 160 is opened on the main body of the valve seat 100, and a sealing ring 181 is provided in the sealing ring groove 180. The movable cover plate is pressed against the sealing ring 181 to seal the gap between the movable side wall 160 and the main body of the valve seat 100 through the sealing ring 181, thereby avoiding leakage problems of the reversing valve 1000 at the movable side wall 160.
[0083] In some embodiments, the movable side wall 160 has at least four distributed fixed connection holes to achieve a detachable connection between the movable side wall 160 and the main body of the valve seat 100 .
[0084] As an optional embodiment, as shown in Figures 2, 4 and 7, the valve seat 100 is provided with a limit pin 170, and the valve core 200 is provided with a positioning groove 220 matching the limit pin 170; and / or, the valve seat 100 is provided with a limit groove, and the valve core 200 is provided with a positioning pin matching the limit groove.
[0085] As shown in FIG. 2 , FIG. 4 and FIG. 7 , the limiting pin 170 and / or the limiting groove are located in the second flow channel 120 or at positions corresponding to the first flow channel 110 and the second flow channel 120 .
[0086] In some embodiments, as shown in Figures 2, 4 and 7, a limit pin 170 is provided in the second flow channel 120, so that the positioning pin protrudes relative to the interior of the second flow channel 120, and the protruding direction of the positioning pin is perpendicular to the axis of the first flow channel 110 and the axis of the second flow channel 120, respectively. A positioning groove 220 matching the limit pin 170 is provided on the valve core 200. When the valve core 200 is installed in the second flow channel 120, the positioning groove 220 is sleeved on the limit pin 170. The limit pin 170 and the positioning groove 220 can limit the movement path of the valve core 200 so that the valve core 200 can move in the axial direction of the second flow channel 120, which can prevent the valve core 200 from rotating relative to the second flow channel 120, thereby preventing the valve core outlet 212 from being offset and unable to correspond to the first outlet 112.
[0087] Similarly, in some embodiments, as shown in Figures 2, 4 and 7, a limit groove is provided in the second flow channel 120, and a positioning pin matching the limit pin 170 is provided in the valve core 200. When the valve core 200 is installed in the second flow channel 120, the positioning pin is located in the limit groove. The limit groove and the positioning pin can limit the movement path of the valve core 200 so that the valve core 200 can move in the axial direction of the second flow channel 120, thereby preventing the valve core 200 from rotating relative to the second flow channel 120, thereby preventing the valve core outlet 212 from being offset and unable to correspond to the first outlet 112.
[0088] In some embodiments, as shown in Figures 2, 4, and 7, the positioning pin and / or positioning groove 220 is disposed on a side wall 230 of the valve core 200 that is 90 degrees apart from the valve core outlet 212. Correspondingly, the limiting pin 170 and / or limiting groove is disposed on an inner wall of the valve seat 100 that is perpendicular to the axis of the first outlet 112.
[0089] As an optional embodiment, as shown in FIG. 4 and FIG. 6 , the second flow channel 120 is provided with a limit pin hole 171 , and the limit pin 170 is connected to the limit pin hole 171 by interference fit.
[0090] In some embodiments, as shown in Figures 4 and 6, a limit pin hole 171 is provided in the second flow channel 120, so that the limit pin 170 is connected with the limit pin hole 171 through an interference fit, thereby fixing the limit pin 170 in the second flow channel 120. The limit pin hole 171 allows the limit pin 170 to be installed in the second flow channel 120 after the fixing base 300 and other structures are installed, thereby preventing premature installation of the limit pin 170 from affecting the installation of the fixing base 300 and other structures.
[0091] As an optional implementation, the length of the limiting groove and / or the positioning groove 220 is greater than or equal to the moving distance of the valve core 200 relative to the second flow channel 120 .
[0092] In some embodiments, by making the length of the limit groove and / or the positioning groove 220 greater than or equal to the moving distance of the valve core 200 relative to the second flow channel 120, the limit groove and / or the positioning groove 220 can be avoided from affecting the moving distance of the valve core 200 and interfering with the effect of the elastic return member 400 on the valve core 200.
[0093] In the above-mentioned embodiments of the present application, optionally, as shown in Figures 2 to 5, the height of the valve core 200 in the axial direction of the second flow channel 120 is less than or equal to the distance between the lowest point of the first flow channel 110 and the retaining spring 500, so that when the elastic return member 400 of the valve core 200 is in an unstretched state, the top wall 240 of the valve core does not exceed the lowest point of the first flow channel 110, thereby ensuring that the first flow channel 110 between the first inlet 111 and the second outlet remains unobstructed.
[0094] Optionally, as shown in Figures 2 to 5, the height of the valve core 200 in the axial direction of the second flow channel 120 is greater than the inner diameter of the first flow channel 110, and the diameter of the valve core outlet 212 is greater than or equal to the inner diameter of the first flow channel 110, so as to ensure that when the elastic return member 400 is in a stretched state and the valve core 200 moves to abut the movable side wall 160 of the valve seat 100, when the second inlet 121 and the first outlet 112 are connected, the valve core 200 can completely block the part of the first flow channel 110 corresponding to the first inlet 111, ensuring that the channel between the first inlet 111 and the first outlet 112 is closed; at the same time, the valve core outlet 212 can completely expose the first flow channel 110 corresponding to the first outlet 112, ensuring the smooth flow of fluid from the second inlet 121 to the first outlet 112.
[0095] Based on the same inventive concept, an embodiment of the present application further provides a fuel cell system, which includes a fuel cell and the above-mentioned reversing valve 1000.
[0096] Since the fuel cell system provided in the present application includes the reversing valve 1000 of the above technical solution, the fuel cell system provided in the present application has all the beneficial effects of the above reversing valve 1000, which will not be described in detail here.
[0097] In some embodiments, as shown in Figures 9 and 10, in the fuel cell system, the switch valve 01, the proportional valve 03, the ejector 04 and the anode reaction gas inlet 07 of the fuel cell stack 08 are connected in sequence through pipelines, the anode reaction gas outlet 09 of the fuel cell stack 08 is connected to the inlet of the gas-liquid separator 11 through a pipeline, the liquid discharge port and the nitrogen discharge port of the gas-liquid separator 11 are respectively connected to the mixing device 15 through pipelines, the exhaust port of the gas-liquid separator 11 is connected to the circulation pump 16, the reversing valve 1000 and the secondary flow inlet 05 of the ejector through the exhaust tee 12, and at the same time, the exhaust port of the gas-liquid separator 11 is connected to the reversing valve 1000 and the secondary flow inlet 05 of the ejector through the exhaust tee 12. Among them, a medium pressure sensor 02 is provided on the pipeline between the switch valve 01 and the proportional valve 03, a low pressure sensor for stack entry 06 is provided on the pipeline between the ejector 04 and the anode reaction gas inlet 07, a low pressure sensor for stack exit 10 is provided on the pipeline between the anode reaction gas outlet 09 and the gas-liquid separator 11, a water drain valve 14 is provided on the pipeline between the liquid discharge port of the gas-liquid separator 11 and the mixing device 15, a nitrogen discharge valve 13 is provided on the pipeline between the nitrogen discharge port of the gas-liquid separator 11 and the mixing device 15, the exhaust port of the gas-liquid separator 11 is connected to the exhaust tee 12, the first tee outlet 19 of the exhaust tee 12 is directly connected to the first inlet 111 of the reversing valve 1000 through a pipeline, and the second tee outlet 20 of the exhaust tee 12 is connected to the circulation pump 16 and the second inlet 121 of the reversing valve 1000 through a pipeline.
[0098] When the fuel cell system is in a low-power working state, the anode metering is relatively high, and the ejection force of the ejector 04 is insufficient. It is necessary to rely on the circulation pump 16 to pressurize the circulating anode reaction gas. The flow path of the anode reaction gas is shown in the direction of the arrow in Figure 9. The fresh anode reaction gas in the anode reaction gas source is reduced in pressure and passes through the switch valve 01, the proportional valve 03, and the ejector 04 in turn. After being ejected through the high-speed nozzle of the ejector 04, it enters the fuel cell stack 08 through the anode reaction gas inlet 07 for electrochemical reaction. After the electrochemical reaction, the anode reaction gas is discharged through the anode reaction gas outlet 09, and then separated and removed by the gas-liquid separator 11 to remove liquid water, nitrogen and other gases. The separated anode reaction gas is divided into two anode reaction gas flow paths through the exhaust tee 12. One of the anode reaction gas flow paths is connected to the ejector 04 through the circulation pump 16 and the reversing valve 1000 in sequence. The outlet of the circulation pump 16 is connected to the reversing valve 1000 through the second inlet 121. The anode reaction gas with a higher pressure output after being pressurized by the circulation pump 16 enters the reversing valve 1000 through the second inlet 121. The anode reaction gas pressure generated at the outlet of the circulation pump 16 is P idle, ensuring that P idle·S>F preload force + kL. When the circulation pump 16 is idling, the anode reaction gas generated at the outlet of the circulation pump 16 can push the valve core 200 to move the valve core 200, so that the valve core outlet 212 is connected to the first outlet 112 accordingly. At this point, the outlet pressure of circulating pump 16 is ≥ Pidle. First inlet 111 communicates with first outlet 112 via valve core 200, which in turn communicates with the secondary inlet 05 of the ejector. The circulating anode reactant gas, pressurized by circulating pump 16, enters ejector 04 through the secondary inlet 05 of the ejector. High-speed gas ejected from the nozzle of ejector 04 pressurizes the gas and, after mixing with fresh anode reactant gas, reenters fuel cell stack 08 through anode reactant gas inlet 07 to participate in the electrochemical reaction. Another anode reactant gas flow path connects to ejector 04 via reversing valve 1000. As valve core 200 moves to a position corresponding to valve core outlet 212 and first outlet 112, it blocks the position corresponding to first flow channel 110 and first inlet 111. At this point, the first inlet 111 is disconnected from the first outlet 112.
[0099] When the fuel cell system is operating at medium to high power, the anode metering is relatively low. The ejector 04 can operate alone to meet the circulating hydrogen pressurization requirements, causing the circulating pump 16 to stop operating to reduce the power consumption of the circulating pump 16. At this time, the valve core 200 maintains the connection between the first inlet 111 and the first outlet 112 under the preload force of the elastic return member 400. The flow path of the anode reactant gas is shown in the direction of the arrow in Figure 10. After being depressurized, the fresh anode reactant gas in the anode reactant gas source passes through the switch valve 01, the proportional valve 03, and the ejector 04 in sequence. After being ejected through the high-speed nozzle of the ejector 04, it enters the fuel cell stack 08 through the anode reactant gas inlet 07 for electrochemical reaction. After the electrochemical reaction, the anode reactant gas is discharged through the anode reactant gas outlet 09. It is separated and removed by the gas-liquid separator 11 to remove liquid water, nitrogen and other gases. The separated anode reactant gas is divided into two anode reactant gas flow paths through the exhaust tee 12. One of the anode reaction gas flow paths is connected to the ejector 04 through the reversing valve 1000. Since the valve core 200 is kept in a connected state between the first inlet 111 and the first outlet 112 under the pre-tightening force of the elastic reset part 400, the circulating anode reaction gas directly enters the first flow channel 110 through the first inlet 111, and can flow into the secondary flow inlet 05 of the ejector through the first outlet 112. The gas is ejected at high speed from the nozzle of the ejector 04, driven by pressurization and mixed with the fresh anode reaction gas, and then enters the fuel cell stack 08 again through the anode reaction gas inlet 07 to participate in the electrochemical reaction. The other anode reaction gas flow path is connected to the ejector 04 through the circulation pump 16 and the reversing valve 1000 in sequence, and the outlet of the circulation pump 16 is connected to the reversing valve 1000 through the second inlet 121. The circulation pump 16 stops working, so the anode reaction gas pressure at the second inlet 121 is less than the F preload force + Kl, and cannot push the valve core 200 to move relative to the valve seat 100. The valve core 200 remains in the initial state under the action of the elastic reset member 400, that is, the valve core outlet 212 is blocked by the inner wall of the second flow channel 120 and is not connected to the first outlet 112.
[0100] In the above embodiment, as shown in Figures 9 and 10, the medium pressure sensor 02 is used to detect the anode reaction gas pressure at the front end of the proportional valve 03, the stack entry low pressure sensor 06 is used to detect the stack entry pressure of the anode reaction gas, the stack exit low pressure sensor 10 is used to detect the stack exit pressure of the anode reaction gas, the nitrogen discharge valve 13 is used to regularly discharge the impure reaction gas in the oxygen reaction gas pipeline, and the water drain valve 14 is used to regularly discharge the liquid water collected in the gas-liquid separator 11. The discharged impure reaction gas and liquid water enter the mixing device 15 for discharge.
