DETAILED DESCRIPTION

[0117] The present application will be described in detail below with reference to the various embodiments shown in the accompanying drawings. However, these embodiments do not limit the present application, and any structural, methodological, or functional modifications made by a person skilled in the art based on these embodiments are included within the scope of protection of the present application.

[0118] Traditional household lawn mowers use screws and insert nuts to secure thin cutting elements to the blade disc, which then mow using a centrifugal motion. This method of mowing results in significant wear and tear on the cutting elements, necessitating frequent replacement. However, this requires specialized tools for disassembly and assembly, which are cumbersome to carry and operate. Furthermore, loosening the screws while removing the cutting elements from the blade disc can cause the disc to rotate, posing a risk of injury.

[0119] In order to solve the above problems, the applicant has developed a new type of cutting piece disassembly and assembly structure, which does not require the use of other tools, can quickly realize the disassembly and assembly of the cutting piece, and avoids safety hazards during the disassembly and assembly process.

[0120] As an optional embodiment, the cutting piece disassembly structure 10 is used to connect the cutting piece 600 to the cutter head 20. Specifically, please refer to Figure 1, which is a structural diagram of an embodiment of the cutting piece disassembly structure of the present application.

[0121] As shown in the figure, the cutting piece disassembly structure includes a sleeve 200 and a limiting piece 100 , wherein the limiting piece 100 can be locked at one end of the sleeve 200 and can also be disassembled from the sleeve 200 .

[0122] The cutting member 600 can be mounted on the sleeve 200. When the stopper 100 is locked to one end of the sleeve 200, the stopper 100 can limit the cutting member 600 on the sleeve 200, thereby achieving the installation of the cutting member 600. When the stopper 100 is removed from the sleeve 200, the cutting member 600 can be separated from the sleeve 200, thereby achieving the removal of the cutting member 600. Therefore, the cutting member 600 can be quickly installed and removed by the installation and removal of the stopper 100.

[0123] It can be understood that in order to achieve the detachable design of the above-mentioned cutting piece 600, the aperture of the opening of the cutting piece 600 should be smaller than the diameter of the limiting piece 100, and the sleeve 200 should be provided with a mounting protrusion 203 with a diameter larger than the aperture of the opening of the cutting piece 600, so as to achieve the limitation of the cutting piece 600 on the sleeve 200.

[0124] Furthermore, in order to enable the cutting piece 600 to be rotatably set so that centrifugal force can be used for cutting operations, the extension length of the limiting space 300 for installing the cutting piece 600 formed between the mounting protrusion 203 on the sleeve 200 and the limiting piece 100 should be greater than the thickness of the cutting piece 600.

[0125] The installation structure of the limiting member 100 is introduced in detail below. Please refer to Figures 2 and 3. Figure 2 is a schematic diagram of the cross-sectional structure of an embodiment of the cutting and disassembly structure of the present application in a locked state, and Figure 3 is a schematic diagram of the cross-sectional structure of an embodiment of the cutting and disassembly structure of the present application in an unlocked state.

[0126] As shown in the figure, the limiter 100 can be a cylindrical structure that can be mounted on one end of the sleeve 200. A locking assembly can be disposed within the through hole 201 within the sleeve 200. The locking assembly can be arranged between the limiter 100 and the sleeve 200 and can have a locked state and an unlocked state. When the locking assembly is in the locked state, the limiter 100 can be locked to the sleeve 200 to limit the movement of the cutting member 600. When the locking assembly is in the unlocked state, the limiter 100 can be separated from the sleeve 200, thereby allowing the cutting member 600 to be removed.

[0127] Specifically, in this embodiment, a receiving groove 101 is provided on the inner wall of the limit member 100, and a through hole 202 connected to the receiving groove 101 is provided on the side wall of the sleeve 200. When the limit member 100 is sleeved on one end of the sleeve 200, the receiving groove 101 and the through hole 202 can be aligned and connected.

[0128] When in the locked state, the locking assembly can extend out of the through hole 202 and into the receiving groove 101, thereby limiting the relative movement of the limit member 100 and the sleeve 200; when in the unlocked state, the locking assembly can withdraw from the receiving groove 101, thereby avoiding the disengagement movement of the limit member 100.

[0129] The structure of the locking assembly is described in detail below. As shown in the figure, in this embodiment, the locking assembly may include a pressing shaft 400 and a locking piece 500. The pressing shaft 400 is inserted into the through hole 201 from the other end of the sleeve 200, and the pressing shaft 400 can be slidably arranged along the axial direction of the sleeve 200; the locking piece 500 can be partially accommodated in the through hole 201 and partially accommodated in the through hole 202, and the locking piece 500 can be fitted with the pressing shaft 400.

[0130] The side wall of the pressing shaft 400 facing the locking piece 500 can be arranged to be uneven, so that when the pressing shaft 400 slides axially, the unevenness of the contact surface between the pressing shaft 400 and the locking piece 500 changes, which can drive the locking piece 500 to move radially along the sleeve 200 and extend into the receiving groove 101 or exit from the receiving groove 101, thereby realizing switching between the locked state and the unlocked state.

[0131] Specifically, in this embodiment, the side wall of the pressing shaft 400 facing the through hole 202 is provided with an unlocking groove 401 and a locking groove 402 arranged in sequence along the axial direction, and the groove depth of the unlocking groove 401 is greater than the groove depth of the locking groove 402.

[0132] Specifically, the bottom of the unlocking groove 401 and the bottom of the locking groove 402 are connected by an inclined guide surface 406 to facilitate the movement of the pressing shaft 400 relative to the locking piece 500, thereby facilitating the mutual switching of the locking state and the unlocking state of the locking assembly, and especially facilitating the switching of the locking assembly from the unlocking state to the locking state.

[0133] When the pressing shaft 400 slides to a position where the bottom surface of the locking groove 402 abuts against the locking member 500, the bottom surface of the locking groove 402 pushes the locking member 500 outward from the through-hole 202, so that the locking member 500 extends into the receiving groove 101 on the inner wall of the limiting member 100 and is confined within the space enclosed by the pressing shaft 400, the sleeve 200, and the limiting member 100, thereby locking the limiting member 100.

[0134] When the pressing shaft 400 slides to the position where the bottom surface of the unlocking groove 401 and the locking member 500 are in contact, since the groove depth of the unlocking groove 401 is greater than the groove depth of the locking groove 402, the locking member 500 can be released from the restricted state and can be released from the receiving groove 101, thereby unlocking the limit member 100.

[0135] In order to ensure that the locking piece 500 can extend into the receiving groove 101 in the locked state and can completely detach from the receiving groove 101 in the unlocked state, the axial extension length of the locking piece 500 along the through-hole 202 should be greater than the distance between the bottom wall of the locking groove 402 and the end of the through-hole 202 close to the receiving groove 101, and should be less than or equal to the distance between the bottom wall of the unlocking groove 401 and the end of the through-hole 202 close to the receiving groove 101.

[0136] In other embodiments, the side wall of the pressing shaft 400 facing the through hole 202 may also adopt other designs. For example, a ridge 102 structure may be arranged on the side wall of the pressing shaft 400. When the pressing shaft 400 moves to the position where the ridge 102 structure fits with the locking piece 500, the locking piece 500 can be pushed into the receiving groove 101. When the pressing shaft 400 moves to other positions, the locking piece 500 can be detached from the receiving groove 101. Alternatively, a single groove structure may be arranged on the side wall of the pressing shaft 400. When the pressing shaft 400 moves to the position where the groove fits with the locking piece 500, the locking piece 500 can be detached from the groove. When the pressing shaft 400 moves to other positions, the locking piece 500 can be pushed into the receiving groove 101, and so on. All of these can achieve the effects of this embodiment.

[0137] In addition, it is worth noting that in the above embodiment, a single unlocking groove 401 and a single locking groove 402 are provided on the pressing shaft 400 at different axial positions. In other embodiments, multiple unlocking grooves 401 and multiple locking grooves 402 can also be provided on the pressing shaft 400, and a mark for calibrating the current state can also be provided on the pressing shaft 400 to facilitate the user to perform unlocking and locking operations.

[0138] In this embodiment, the locking piece 500 can be a spherical ball structure, and accordingly, the through-hole 202 can be a circular hole matching the locking piece 500. When the locking piece 500 is in the locked state, the circular through-hole 202 can maximize the contact area between the through-hole 202 and the locking piece 500, thereby ensuring the locking stability; the receiving groove 101 can be a square groove. When the locking piece 500 is in the locked state, the locking piece 500 can be offset against the bottom surface of the square receiving groove 101, thereby ensuring the stability of the locked state.

[0139] In other embodiments, the through-hole 202 and the receiving groove 101 may also be structures of other shapes. For example, the through-hole 202 may also be a square hole, or the receiving groove 101 may also be a spherical groove that matches the spherical locking piece 500. Please refer to Figure 4. Figure 4 is a schematic cross-sectional structure diagram of another embodiment of the cutting piece disassembly structure of the present application in the locked state. As shown in Figure 4, the spherical receiving groove 101 design can maximize the contact area between the locking piece 500 and the receiving groove 101 in the locked state, thereby improving the stability of the locked state.

[0140] Alternatively, in other embodiments, the locking member 500 may not be a spherical structure. For example, the locking member 500 may be a cylindrical pin structure, a prismatic structure, an elliptical structure, etc. Accordingly, the structure of the through-hole 202 and the receiving groove 101 can be adaptively adjusted so that the locking member 500 can abut against the through-hole 202 and the receiving groove 101 when the locking member 500 is in the locked state, and can be separated from the receiving groove 101 when the locking member 500 is in the unlocked state, thereby achieving the effect of the present embodiment. In order to facilitate the sliding operation of the pressing shaft 400, it is preferred that the end of the locking member 500 close to the pressing shaft 400 is in an arc shape, and the end of the locking member 500 away from the pressing shaft 400 is in an arc shape. Furthermore, in order to prevent the locking member 500 from passing through the through-hole 202 and disengaging from the sleeve 200 when the limiter 100 is separated from the sleeve 200, it is preferred that the diameter of the through-hole 202 is smaller than the diameter of the locking member 500.

[0141] In the above embodiment, the inner wall of the limit member 100 is only provided with one receiving groove 101, so the limit member 100 can only be sleeved and locked on the end of the sleeve 200 at a specific angle; in other embodiments, the inner wall of the limit member 100 can also be provided with multiple receiving grooves 101 arranged along the circumferential direction, so that the limit member 100 can be sleeved and locked on the end of the sleeve 200 at multiple angles; or, the receiving groove 101 can also be an annular notch arranged around the inner wall of the limit member 100, please refer to Figure 5, Figure 5 is a schematic cross-sectional structure diagram of another embodiment of the cutting piece disassembly structure of the present application in the locked state, as shown in Figure 5, the inner wall of the limit member 100 is provided with a circle of annular receiving grooves 101, and the inner wall of the receiving groove 101 is an arc-shaped that matches the spherical locking piece 500, which can also achieve the effect of this embodiment.

[0142] It should be noted that the above-mentioned embodiments only list one installation method of the limit member 100. In other embodiments, the limit member 100 may not be mounted on the end of the sleeve 200 for locking. For example, the limit member 100 may also be directly connected to one end of the sleeve 200. The limit member 100 can be connected and locked through the receiving groove 101, the locking assembly and the sleeve 200. The locking assembly can be designed with corresponding structures. For example, the pressing shaft 400 can extend out of the end of the sleeve 200 and be inserted into the interior of the limit member 100. The locking member 500 can be arranged inside the limit member 100 and be against the pressing shaft 400 and embedded in the receiving groove 101, etc., which can achieve the effect of this embodiment.

[0143] Alternatively, in other embodiments, the locking assembly may also adopt other structures to realize the operation of locking the limit member 100 by being sleeved on the end of the sleeve 200 and being released and unlocked by being disengaged from the end of the sleeve 200. For example, the locking assembly may be a spring structure. When the limit member 100 slides axially along the sleeve 200 and is sleeved to the end of the sleeve 200, the locking assembly may be compressed until it reaches the locked position. Under the action of the spring force, the locking assembly extends to lock the limit member 100, and so on. The effect of this embodiment can also be achieved.

[0144] In order to facilitate the user to control the axial movement of the pressing shaft 400 and limit the maximum displacement of the pressing shaft 400, please refer to Figure 6, which is a schematic cross-sectional structure diagram of another embodiment of the cutting piece disassembly structure of the present application in a locked state. As shown in the figure, the pressing shaft 400 is arranged in sections, which includes a pressing part 403 and a rod part 404 arranged in sequence along the axial direction, and the outer diameter of the rod part 404 is smaller than the outer diameter of the pressing part 403.

[0145] Accordingly, the through hole 201 of the sleeve 200 includes a first hole section 2011 and a second hole section 2012 arranged in sequence along the axial direction. The inner diameter of the second hole section 2012 is smaller than the inner diameter of the first hole section 2011. The rod portion 404 of the pressing shaft 400 is partially inserted into the second hole section 2012, and the pressing portion 403 is slidably disposed in the first hole section 2011.

[0146] The larger outer diameter of the pressing portion 403 facilitates the user's pressing operation. By pressing the pressing portion 403, the user can cause the rod 404 to slide axially, thereby switching the state of the locking assembly. The stepped surface between the first hole section 2011 and the second hole section 2012 of the through hole 201 can interfere with the movement of the pressing portion 403, thereby limiting the maximum pressing stroke of the pressing portion 403.

[0147] Furthermore, in order to enable the locking assembly to automatically reset from the unlocked state to the locked state, thereby avoiding safety hazards and facilitating user operation, the disassembly and assembly structure further includes a reset member 700. Referring to FIG7 , FIG7 is a schematic cross-sectional view of another embodiment of the cutting member disassembly and assembly structure of the present application in the locked state. As shown in the figure, a reset member 700 is further arranged in the through hole 201 of the sleeve 200. The reset member 700 is accommodated in the first hole section 2011 and is sleeved on the rod portion 404. One end of the reset member 700 abuts against the pressing portion 403, and the other end abuts against the step surface between the first hole section 2011 and the second hole section 2012.

[0148] When the user presses the pressing shaft 400 until the bottom surface of the unlocking groove 401 is in contact with the locking piece 500, the restoring force of the restoring piece 700 can drive the pressing shaft 400 to return to the locked state where the bottom surface of the locking groove 402 is in contact with the locking piece 500.

[0149] It is worth noting that in the above embodiment, in order to achieve the reset force of the reset member 700 to drive the locking assembly to move from the unlocked state to the locked state after the user presses the operation, the unlocking groove 401 should be arranged above the locking groove 402, and a baffle 405 located below the locking groove 402 is arranged on the side wall of the pressing shaft 400. The baffle 405 can interfere with the locking member 500 to limit the maximum stroke of the reset movement of the pressing shaft 400.

[0150] In other embodiments, the user can also switch from the locked state to the unlocked state by pulling and pressing the shaft 400. Accordingly, the unlocking slot 401 can also be located below the locking slot 402, which can also achieve the effect of this embodiment.

[0151] The above embodiment only lists one installation method of the reset member 700. In other embodiments, the reset member 700 can also be arranged in other positions. For example, the reset member 700 can also be arranged outside the through hole 201. Please refer to Figure 8, which is a schematic cross-sectional structure diagram of another embodiment of the cutting member disassembly structure of the present application in a locked state.

[0152] As shown in the figure, the through hole 201 can be arranged without segments, the pressing part 403 of the pressing shaft 400 can completely expose the first hole section 2011, and the reset member 700 can be arranged between the pressing part 403 and the end face of the sleeve 200, which can also achieve the effect of this embodiment.

[0153] In the above embodiments, the cutting piece 600 is installed between the mounting protrusion 203 of the sleeve 200 and the limiting space 300 formed by the limiting piece 100. During operation, when the blade rotates and collides with a hard object, the blade will vibrate up and down under force. At this time, the blade will directly collide with the limiting piece 100, and there is a safety hazard that the limiting piece 100 will fall off under force.

[0154] In order to solve the above problems, please refer to Figures 9 to 11. Figure 9 is a structural schematic diagram of another embodiment of the cutting piece disassembly and assembly structure of the present application, Figure 10 is a sectional structural schematic diagram of another embodiment of the cutting piece disassembly and assembly structure of the present application in a locked state, and Figure 11 is a structural schematic diagram of an embodiment of the cutting piece of the present application.

[0155] As shown in Figures 9 and 10, the sleeve 200 includes a connecting portion 204 that can be inserted into the stopper 100 and a main body 205 that extends out of the stopper 100. A pair of limiting protrusions 2051 are provided on the outer wall of one end of the connecting portion 204 near the main body 205. The pair of limiting protrusions 2051 cooperate to form a wing-shaped structure. As shown in Figure 11, the cutting member 600 is provided with a waist-shaped hole 601 that matches the wing-shaped structure formed by the pair of limiting protrusions 2051.

[0156] Based on the above design, when the limiting member 100 is installed, the limiting effect of the limiting protrusion 2051 can only be mounted on the part below the limiting protrusion 2051 of the sleeve 200. When the cutting member 600 is subjected to force and vibration, it can only collide with the limiting protrusion 2051, avoiding the problem of collision between the cutting member 600 and the limiting member 100, thereby avoiding the possibility of the limiting member 100 falling off due to force, and improving safety.

[0157] In order to ensure structural symmetry, this embodiment provides a pair of symmetrical limiting protrusions 2051 on the outer wall of the sleeve 200. In other embodiments, other numbers of limiting protrusions 2051 may also be provided, such as one, three, etc. Correspondingly, a notch 601 matching the limiting protrusion 2051 may be arranged on the cutting piece 600, which can also achieve the effect of this embodiment.

[0158] Furthermore, in the above embodiment, due to the presence of the limiting protrusion 2051, when disassembling the cutting piece 600, the cutting piece 600 must be rotated to a specific angle before it can be removed from the sleeve 200. Therefore, the cutting posture and disassembly posture of the cutting piece 600 can be defined. When the cutting piece 600 is in the cutting posture, that is, when the cutting piece 600 is in the working state, its cutting end 602 is set outward under the action of centrifugal force, and the positive projection of the limiting protrusion 2051 on the cutting piece 600 only partially falls into the notch 601; and when the cutting piece 600 is in the disassembly posture, the positive projection of the limiting protrusion 2051 on the cutting piece 600 falls into the notch 601.

[0159] Referring to Figure 22, in some embodiments, the cutterhead 20 includes a mounting surface 22, which refers to the surface of the cutterhead 20 for mounting the cutting element assembly and disassembly structure 10. Mounting surface 22 defines a mounting point 23 for mounting the cutting element assembly and disassembly structure 10. Mounting point 23 refers to the location of the cutting element assembly and disassembly structure 10. The cutterhead 20 rotates about a rotation axis 24. The direction of the line connecting the projection point 25 of the cutterhead's rotation axis 24 on mounting surface 22 and mounting point 23 is defined as a first direction A.

[0160] For the convenience of illustration, the limiting member 100 is omitted in Figure 23. The cutting member 600 shown in dashed lines is in a disassembly posture, and the cutting member 600 shown in solid lines is in a cutting posture. As shown in Figure 23, when the locking assembly is in an unlocked state, the cutting member 600 extends along the first straight line B. The cutting member 600 is rotated so that the first straight line B forms a certain angle with the first direction A, so that the cutting member 600 can be removed; when the locking assembly is in a locked state, the cutting member 600 can rotate relative to the blade 20.

[0161] Therefore, when the locking assembly is unlocked, the cutting member 600 rotates until the first straight line B forms a predetermined angle a with the first direction A, allowing the cutting member 600 to be removed. During assembly and disassembly, the cutting end 602 of the cutting member 600 is at least partially retracted into the interior of the blade disc 20, effectively preventing the user from directly contacting the sharp cutting end 602 during assembly and disassembly. This prevents injuries caused by improper operation or accidental contact, thereby reducing the risk of injury. The user simply presses the pressing shaft 400 and rotates the cutting member 600 by the predetermined angle a to easily disassemble the cutting member. This eliminates the need for complex adjustments or the use of additional tools, allowing for quick and convenient disassembly of the cutting member 600. This allows for faster assembly and disassembly, resulting in higher efficiency and reduced downtime for the cutting machine, thereby improving work efficiency. Furthermore, rotating the cutting member 600 to disassemble and disassemble the cutting member reduces unnecessary friction and wear, thereby extending the service life of the cutting member 600 and the blade disc 20.

[0162] When the cutting element 600 is in the cutting position, as the blade disc 20 rotates to perform a cutting operation, the first straight line B along which the cutting element 600 is located substantially overlaps the radial direction of the blade disc 20. At this point, the cutting element 600 extends substantially along the first direction A, or, due to slight deflection during mowing, the first straight line B forms a certain angle with the first direction A. This deflection angle is typically within 45 degrees. Because the stop protrusion 2051 extends substantially perpendicular to the first direction A, the notch 601 of the cutting element 600 does not align with the stop protrusion 2051 during the blade disc 20 rotation. Consequently, the cutting element 600 is constantly restrained by the stop protrusion 2051, preventing the cutting element 600 from dislodging and striking the stop member 100 during the cutting operation, thereby preventing the cutting element 600 from dislodging from the blade disc 20. The cutting element 600 can only be disengaged from the stop protrusion 2051 by rotating the cutting element 600 through the predetermined angle a, allowing the cutting element 600 to be removed. As an optional embodiment, the preset angle a is greater than or equal to 45° and less than or equal to 90°, and this rotation angle includes a clockwise rotation angle and a counterclockwise rotation angle. By limiting the rotational unlocking angle of the cutting member 600, when the locking assembly is in the locked state and the cutter disc is rotating at high speed, the cutting member 600 is offset from the limiting protrusion 2051, thereby preventing the cutting member 600 from passing through the limiting protrusion 2051. This prevents the cutting member 600 from swinging up and down while rotating at high speed, thereby easily hitting the limiting member 100 and causing the cutting member 600 to fall off the cutter disc. Thus, when the locking assembly is in the locked state, the cutting member will not fall off the cutter disc at least when the cutter disc rotates at a speed of no more than 3500 r / min.

[0163] It is understandable that in the unlocked state, if the preset angle a is less than 45°, the cutting end 602 of the cutting member 600 is set to face outward and cannot be hidden. The user is likely to come into contact with the sharp cutting end 602 during the disassembly and assembly process and may be easily injured.

[0164] As a further preferred design, when the cutting piece disassembly structure 10 is installed on the cutter disc 20, the direction of the cutting end 602 of the cutting piece 600 when it is in the disassembly posture can be set to face the inside of the cutter disc 20. Please refer to Figure 12, which is a schematic diagram of the installation structure of an embodiment of the cutting piece disassembly structure of the present application.

[0165] For the convenience of illustration, the limiting member 100 is omitted in Figure 12. The dotted cutting member 600 in the figure is in a disassembly posture, and the solid cutting member 600 is in a cutting posture. As shown in the figure, when the cutting member 600 is installed on the blade 20, a 90° angle can be formed between the position of the cutting member 600 in the cutting state and the position of the cutting member 600 in the cutting posture, so that when the cutting member 600 is rotated to the disassembly posture, the cutting end 602 of the cutting member 600 is set inward, avoiding safety hazards when the user disassembles and assembles the cutting member 600.

[0166] Optionally, because the cutting piece 600 has a notch 601 that overlaps with the limiting protrusion 2051 during the rotation process, in order to avoid the cutting piece 600 from getting stuck on the limiting protrusion 2051, please refer to Figure 13, Figure 13 is a top view structural schematic diagram of another embodiment of the cutting piece disassembly and assembly structure provided in the present application, Figure 14 is a cross-sectional structural schematic diagram of the AA surface in Figure 13, and Figure 15 is a cross-sectional structural schematic diagram of the BB surface in Figure 13.

[0167] 23 , as an optional embodiment, when the locking assembly is in the locked state, the limiting member 100 is locked on the sleeve 200, and the cutting member 600 is installed in the limiting space 300 formed between the limiting member 100 and the sleeve 200 to limit the movement of the cutting member 600. In the limiting space 300, the sleeve 200 protrudes relative to the limiting member 100 toward the cutting member 600 to be closer to the cutting member 600. When the locking assembly is in the unlocked state, the limiting member 100 can be separated from the sleeve 200, and the cutting member 600 can be removed.

[0168] It is understood that in the locked state, the end of the sleeve 200 facing the cutting member 600 protrudes more than the end of the stopper 100 facing the cutting member 600, that is, the sleeve 200 is closer to the cutting member 600. As a result, the cutting member 600 will preferentially contact the sleeve 200 relative to the stopper 100. This arrangement protects the stopper 100 and prevents collision between the stopper 100 and the cutting member 600.

[0169] It should be noted that if the limiting member 100 collides with the cutting member 600 , the limiting function of the limiting member 100 may be easily affected, causing the limiting member 100 to separate from the sleeve 200 , and then the cutting member 600 to separate, thereby damaging the cutting member 600 .

[0170] As shown in the figure, the limiting member 100 is further provided with a circle of ridges 102 near one end of the limiting protrusion 2051, and an accommodating cavity 103 for accommodating the limiting protrusion 2051 is formed between the circle of ridges 102. The limiting protrusion 2051 partially extends out of the accommodating cavity 103, and the side portion of the limiting protrusion 2051 is wrapped by the ridges 102, which can prevent the cutting member 600 from getting stuck on the limiting protrusion 2051 to a certain extent.

[0171] In one embodiment, in order to further prevent the cutting member 600 from being stuck on the limiting protrusion, the height of the limiting protrusion 2051 extending out of the accommodating cavity 103 may be less than the thickness of the cutting member 600 .

[0172] The side portion of the limiting protrusion 2051 is wrapped by the rib 102, and the thickness of the protruding portion of the limiting protrusion 2051 is less than the thickness of the cutting piece 600, which can prevent the cutting piece 600 from colliding with the limiting piece 100 while preventing the cutting piece 600 from being stuck on the limiting protrusion 2051.

[0173] To prevent the stopper 100 from rotating relative to the sleeve 200 during operation, in one embodiment, refer to Figures 16 and 17. Figure 16 is a schematic diagram of the three-dimensional structure of an embodiment of the sleeve of the present application, and Figure 17 is a schematic diagram of the three-dimensional structure of an embodiment of the stopper of the present application. As shown in the figures, the cross-section of the connecting portion 204 of the sleeve 200 inserted into the interior of the stopper 100 can be a non-circular structure. Accordingly, a limiting cavity 105 can be provided inside the stopper 100 to match the non-circular connecting portion 204.

[0174] Optionally, the notch 601 includes a long side and a short side, and the long side of the notch 601 is larger than the short side of the notch 601. The structure of the limiting protrusion 2051 corresponds to the structure of the notch 601, so that the limiting protrusion 2051 can pass through the notch 601, and when the limiting protrusion 2051 rotates relative to the notch 601, the limiting protrusion 2051 and the notch 601 are staggered, so that the sleeve 200 can limit the cutting member 600.

[0175] Specifically, in this embodiment, the opposite side walls of the connecting part 204 are planes, and the two planes are connected by an arc surface design, so that the cross-section of the connecting part 204 is a non-circular structure; accordingly, limiting plates 104 are provided at both axial ends of the limiting member 100, and limiting holes 1041 matching the cross-section of the connecting part 204 are provided on the limiting plates 104. The limiting holes 1041 of a pair of limiting plates 104 cooperate to form a limiting cavity 105 matching the connecting part 204, thereby limiting the relative rotation of the connecting part 204 and the limiting member 100.

[0176] In other embodiments, the connection portion 204 may also adopt other structural designs, such as a prismatic shape, and the corresponding limiting plate 104 may be adaptively designed to achieve the effect of limiting the relative rotation of the connection portion 204 and the limiting member 100.

[0177] In another embodiment, the cross-section of the connecting portion 204 of the sleeve 200 inserted into the limiting member 100 can be a circular structure, and an anti-rotation recessed area 2041 can be provided on the connecting portion 204 to limit the relative rotational movement of the limiting member 100 and the sleeve 200. Please refer to Figures 18 and 19. Figure 18 is a schematic diagram of the three-dimensional structure of another embodiment of the sleeve of the present application, and Figure 19 is a schematic diagram of the three-dimensional structure of another embodiment of the limiting member of the present application.

[0178] As shown in the figure, the side wall of the connection part 204 is provided with an anti-rotation recessed area 2041 , and the limiting cavity 105 inside the limiting member 100 matches the cross section of the connection part 204 , thereby achieving the purpose of limiting the rotation of the limiting member 100 .

[0179] In this embodiment, the through-hole 202 of the sleeve 200 can be arranged at the anti-rotation recessed area 2041. In other embodiments, the through-hole 202 can also be arranged at other locations. In this embodiment, the anti-rotation recessed area 2041 can be a planar recessed area. In other embodiments, other recessed area designs can also be adopted, such as an arc-shaped recessed area. The limiting cavity 105 inside the limiting body can be adaptively designed to achieve the effects of this embodiment.

[0180] The present application also provides a lawn mower. Please refer to FIG20 , which is a schematic structural diagram of an embodiment of the lawn mower of the present application.

[0181] As shown in the figure, the lawn mower includes a cutter disc 20 and a cutting element disassembly structure 10 according to any one of the above embodiments.

[0182] Specifically, the cutter disc 20 is provided with a plurality of cutting piece disassembly structures evenly spaced along the circumference. In order to facilitate the user to perform the disassembly and assembly operation of the cutting piece 600, the pressing shaft 400 of the cutting piece disassembly structure 10 can be partially protruded from one side of the cutter disc 20.

[0183] In this embodiment, the cutting piece disassembly structure 10 can be fixed on the cutter disc 20 through the sleeve 200. Specifically, please refer to Figures 20 and 21. Figure 21 is a structural diagram of an embodiment of the cutter disc of the present application.

[0184] As shown in the figure, the cutter head 20 may be provided with a plurality of mounting holes 21 evenly spaced along the circumference. A cutting element disassembly and assembly structure 10 may be mounted in each mounting hole 21, and the sleeve 200 may be fixed in the mounting hole 21. In other embodiments, the sleeve 200 may also be mounted in other ways, such as bolt fixing, snap fixing, bracket fixing, etc., which can achieve the effects of this embodiment.

[0185] In addition, in other embodiments, the cutting piece disassembly structure 10 may not be installed through the sleeve 200. For example, it may be fixedly installed on the cutter disc 20 through the limiting member 100. The sleeve 200 is detachable and can also achieve the effect of this embodiment.

[0186] The following describes the movement of the cutting piece disassembly structure provided by the present application, taking the cutting piece disassembly structure 10 shown in FIG14 as an example, in combination with specific application scenarios. Specifically, the cutting piece disassembly process provided by the embodiment of the present application may include:

[0187] 1. Conversion of the locking assembly from the locked state to the unlocked state: When the locking assembly is in the locked state, the bottom surface of the locking groove 402 of the pressing shaft 400 is in contact with the locking piece 500, pushing the locking piece 500 toward the outside of the through-hole 202, so that the locking piece 500 extends into the receiving groove 101 on the inner wall of the limiting piece 100 and is restricted in the space enclosed by the pressing shaft 400, the sleeve 200 and the limiting piece 100. In this state, due to the locking limit of the locking piece 500, the limiting piece 100 cannot be detached from the sleeve 200, the operator cannot remove the limiting piece 100, and the cutting piece 600 cannot be disassembled. At this time, the operator presses the pressing shaft 400 by hand, driving the pressing shaft 400 to slide axially until the unlocking groove 401 of the pressing shaft 400 is aligned with the locking piece 500. In this state, the locking piece 500 can move toward the bottom surface of the unlocking groove 401 until it is in contact with the bottom surface of the unlocking groove 401. At this time, the locking piece 500 is disengaged from the receiving groove 101, thereby unlocking the limiting piece 100. The operator can remove the limiting piece 100 and rotate the cutting piece 600 until the notch 601 overlaps with the limiting protrusion 2051 on the sleeve 200, completing the removal of the cutting piece 600 and the installation of the new cutting piece 600.

[0188] 2. Conversion of the locking assembly from the unlocked state to the locked state: After completing the disassembly and assembly operation of the cutting piece 600, the operator can sleeve the limit piece 100 on the end of the sleeve 200 and release the pressing shaft 400. Under the resetting action of the resetting piece 700, the pressing shaft 400 is reset in the axial direction until the bottom surface of the locking groove 402 of the pressing shaft 400 is in contact with the locking piece 500, pushing the locking piece 500 toward the outside of the through-hole 202, so that the locking piece 500 extends into the receiving groove 101 on the inner wall of the limit piece 100 and is restricted in the space enclosed by the pressing shaft 400, the sleeve 200 and the limit piece 100, thereby achieving the locking of the limit piece 100 and completing the disassembly and assembly process of the cutting piece 600.
