Description

Panel joining method

[0001] The present invention relates to a panel joining method for joining a plurality of panels using a joining member.

[0002] Crosspieces are generally used to join form panels used in construction when pouring concrete (see Patent Documents 1 to 3). Crosspieces are sometimes used to increase the rigidity of form panels, but when the rigidity of form panels is ensured by fastening them with pipe materials, the crosspieces only function to temporarily secure the form panels. Not only is the nailing work required to attach the crosspieces burdensome, but the bulky form panels with crosspieces attached make them difficult to transport and store. In addition, the nail removal work is burdensome, and many of the crosspieces end up as waste after construction. Patent Documents 4 and 5 propose joining members for connecting form panels.

[0003] JP 2004-27766 A JP 2010-31463 A JP 2010-126934 A JP 09-209568 A Utility Model Registration No. 3219733

[0004] However, while the joining members proposed in Patent Documents 4 and 5 can perform reliable joining, they impose a heavy workload on the joining work.

[0040] Examples of the panel joining method according to the present invention will be described below. The panel joining method according to the present invention is used to form form panels used in construction when pouring concrete, partition panels for dividing spaces, or wall or ceiling panels for temporary buildings. In the following examples, form panels used in construction when pouring concrete will be described.

[0041] 1 and 2 are side views of the main part of a structure in a constructed state, showing a panel joining method according to an embodiment of the present invention, and Figs. 3 to 5 are elevation views of the same structure. The formwork panel according to this embodiment is a panel 10 used in construction when pouring concrete, and is joined to adjacent panels 10 using joining members 20 instead of battens.

[0042] As shown in FIG. 1 , in the construction of formwork for a concrete structure, a pair of wall bodies 10a, 10b are erected on a foundation 1, and concrete is poured into the space 2 between the inner surface of wall body 10a and the inner surface of wall body 10b. In the beam section, wall body 10c is supported by a beam support 3, which is held in place by a pipe support 4. Fasteners 5 are attached to the pair of wall bodies 10a, 10b to maintain a constant distance between the pair of wall bodies 10a, 10b. The fasteners 5 are composed of a separator 5a, a pair of cones 5b, a pair of fastener bodies 5c, and a pair of washers 5d. The wall bodies 10a, 10b, and 10c are formed by joining multiple panels 10. Crosspieces are generally used to join the panels 10. Although crosspieces are sometimes used to increase the rigidity of the panels 10, in this embodiment, vertical pipe members 6a are arranged at predetermined intervals on the outer surfaces of the panels 10 of the wall bodies 10a, 10b, and these vertical pipe members 6a are fastened with horizontal pipe members 6b to ensure the rigidity of the panels 10. The pipe members 6 support the load applied to the panels 10 when concrete is poured. Figure 1 shows the connecting members 20 as follows: connecting member 20B that joins the inner corners of the joints of the two panels 10, connecting member 20C that joins the outer corners of the joints of the beam bottom projection angles, and connecting member 20D that joins the two panels 10 so that they are on the same plane.

[0043] 2 and 3 show the connecting member 20D, as well as a foot fixing device 50 for fixing the panel 10 to the batten 7 on the base 1, a holding member 60 for fixing the vertical pipe material 6a, and a guide member 70.

[0044] FIG. 4 shows a joining member 20D and a spring presser 30. A first groove-shaped recess 11a is formed in a first panel outer surface 11s of the first panel 11 shown in FIG. 4, and a second groove-shaped recess 12a is formed in a second panel outer surface 12s of the second panel 12 joined adjacent to the first panel 11. The first panel outer surface 11s and the second panel outer surface 12s are flat surfaces without protrusions for forming the first groove-shaped recess 11a or the second groove-shaped recess 12a. Therefore, the first groove-shaped recess 11a is formed lower than the first panel outer surface 11s, and the second groove-shaped recess 12a is formed lower than the second panel outer surface 12s, so that the first panel 11 and the second panel 12 can be stacked with a height equal to the panel thickness.

[0045] In FIG. 4 , the joining member 20D is shown attached by engaging with a first groove-shaped recess 11a formed in the lower portion of the first panel 11 and a second groove-shaped recess 12a formed in the upper portion of the second panel 12. When the first panel 11 and the second panel 12 are arranged horizontally, the joining member 20 is attached by engaging with a first groove-shaped recess 11a formed in the side portion of the first panel 11 and a second groove-shaped recess 12a formed in the side portion of the second panel 12. The first groove-shaped recesses 11a are formed along the side surface of the first panel 11 at the top, bottom, and both sides of the first panel 11. Preferably, the first groove-shaped recesses 11a are formed continuously from one end side surface of the first panel 11 to the other end side surface of the first panel 11. However, the first groove-shaped recesses 11a may be formed partially. Furthermore, as shown in FIG. 4 , it is preferable to form a plurality of first groove-shaped recesses 11a at appropriate intervals, for example, between the top and bottom. The second groove-shaped recesses 12a are formed along the side surfaces of the second panel 12 at the top, bottom, and both sides of the second panel 12. Preferably, the second groove-shaped recesses 12a are formed continuously from one end side surface of the second panel 12 to the other end side surface of the second panel 12. However, the first groove-shaped recesses 11a may be formed partially. As shown in FIG. 4 , it is preferable to form a plurality of second groove-shaped recesses 12a at appropriate intervals, for example, between the top and bottom. While FIG. 4 illustrates the first panel 11 and the second panel 12 as having the same shape, the first panel 11 and the second panel 12 may have different shapes and sizes. By forming the first groove-shaped recesses 11a along the four side surfaces of the first panel 11 and the second groove-shaped recesses 12a along the four side surfaces of the second panel 12, multiple first panels 11 and second panels 12 can be assembled in both the left-right and vertical directions.

[0046] 5 shows, as the joining members 20, joining member 20A arranged at the outer corner of the joint between two panels 10, joining member 20B arranged at the inner corner of the joint between two panels 10, and joining member 20D arranged so that the two panels 10 are on the same plane, as well as a foot fixing device 50 that fixes the panel 10 to the shim 7 on the base 1 and a pressing member 60 that fixes the vertical pipe member 6a. When joining member 20A is arranged at the outer corner of the joint between the first panel 11 and the second panel 12, the first panel 11 and the second panel 12 are butted together perpendicularly so that the first groove-shaped recess 11a and the second groove-shaped recess 12a are located on the surfaces of the outer corner. When the joining member 20B is disposed at the interior angle where the first panel 11 and the second panel 12 join, the first panel 11 and the second panel 12 are butted together perpendicularly so that the first groove-shaped recess 11a and the second groove-shaped recess 12a are positioned on the surfaces of the interior angle. In this way, by using the joining members 20A and 20B, the first panel 11 and the second panel 12 can be assembled perpendicularly.

[0047] 6A and 6B are diagrams showing an example of a joining member used in the panel joining method according to the present invention, with Fig. 6A showing the member attached to the panel, Fig. 6B showing the first ridge-like convex portion and the second ridge-like convex portion spaced apart, and Fig. 6C showing the first ridge-like convex portion and the second ridge-like convex portion close together. The joining member 20A according to this example is positioned at the outer corner of the joint between the first panel 11 and the second panel 12.

[0048] The joining member 20A has a first joining member 21 forming a first ridge-shaped protrusion 21a, a second joining member 22 forming a second ridge-shaped protrusion 22a, and a displacement member 23 disposed in a sliding space 21b formed in the first joining member 21. The first panel 11 is formed with a first groove-shaped recess 11a with which the first ridge-shaped protrusion 21a engages, and the second panel 12 is formed with a second groove-shaped recess 12a with which the second ridge-shaped protrusion 22a engages. The first groove-shaped recess 11a and the second groove-shaped recess 12a preferably have inclined sides at least on the outer periphery of the panel 10, and the bottom surfaces of the first groove-shaped recess 11a and the second groove-shaped recess 12a are preferably wider than the opening surfaces.

[0049] 7 is an exploded perspective view of the joining member shown in FIG. 6. The joining member 21 on one side holds a first pin 21c, and the joining member 22 on the other side holds a second pin 22c. A first groove 23a and a second groove 23b are formed in the displacement member 23. The first groove 23a is formed parallel to the sliding direction, and the second groove 23b is formed inclined in the sliding direction. The first pin 21c is disposed in the first groove 23a, and the second pin 22c is disposed in the second groove 23b. The sliding range of the displacement member 23 is restricted by the first pin 21c, preventing the displacement member 23 from falling off the joining member 21 on one side. Since the second pin 22c moves along the second groove 23b, by displacing the displacement member 23 relative to the sliding space 21b, the other-side joining member 22 is displaced relative to the one-side joining member 21, and the first ridge-shaped convex portion 21a and the second ridge-shaped convex portion 22a move closer to or farther apart from each other. Note that the first ridge-shaped convex portion 21a and the second ridge-shaped convex portion 22a preferably form inclined surfaces corresponding to the inclined side surfaces of the first groove-shaped concave portion 11a and the second groove-shaped concave portion 12a.

[0050] As described above, a first groove-shaped recess 11a is formed on the first panel outer surface 11s of the first panel 11, and a second groove-shaped recess 12a is formed on the second panel outer surface 12s of the second panel 12 that is joined adjacent to the first panel 11. The joining member 20A has a first ridge-shaped protrusion 21a that engages with the first groove-shaped recess 11a and a second ridge-shaped protrusion 22a that engages with the second groove-shaped recess 12a. The first ridge-shaped protrusion 21a and the second ridge-shaped protrusion 22a are spaced apart from each other, and by engaging the first ridge-shaped protrusion 21a with the first groove-shaped recess 11a and the second ridge-shaped protrusion 22a with the second groove-shaped recess 12a, the first panel 11 and the second panel 12 can be joined together and the panels 10 can be assembled into a wall. In this way, the first panel 11 and the second panel 12 are joined by engaging the first ridge-shaped convex portion 21 a and the second ridge-shaped convex portion 22 a of the joining member 20A with the first groove-shaped concave portion 11 a and the second groove-shaped concave portion 12 a, respectively, to assemble the panels 10 into a wall shape. Furthermore, the proximity of the first ridge-shaped convex portion 21 a and the second ridge-shaped convex portion 22 a to each other improves workability. Furthermore, by displacing the displacement member 23 relative to the sliding space 21 b, the second joining member 22 is displaced relative to the first joining member 21, and the first ridge-shaped convex portion 21 a and the second ridge-shaped convex portion 22 a are moved closer to each other, facilitating the engagement of the first ridge-shaped convex portion 21 a with the first groove-shaped concave portion 11 a and the second ridge-shaped convex portion 22 a with the second groove-shaped concave portion 12 a.

[0051] 8A shows the state where the joining member 20B is attached to the panel, FIG. 8B shows the state where the first ridge-like convex portion and the second ridge-like convex portion are spaced apart, and FIG. 8C shows the state where the first ridge-like convex portion and the second ridge-like convex portion are close to each other. The joining member 20B according to this embodiment is disposed at the inner corner of the joining between the first panel 11 and the second panel 12.

[0052] The joining member 20B includes a first joining member 21 forming a first ridge-shaped protrusion 21a, a second joining member 22 forming a second ridge-shaped protrusion 22a, a joining member body 24 that holds the first joining member 21 and the second joining member 22, and a displacement member 23 disposed in a sliding space 24a (see FIG. 9 ) formed in the joining member body 24. The first panel 11 is formed with a first groove-shaped recess 11a that engages with the first ridge-shaped protrusion 21a, and the second panel 12 is formed with a second groove-shaped recess 12a that engages with the second ridge-shaped protrusion 22a.

[0053] 9 is an exploded perspective view of the joining member shown in FIG. One joining member 21 has a one-side joining member sliding space 21d, and the other joining member 22 has a second-side joining member sliding space 22d. The displacement member 23 has a first wedge portion 23c and a second wedge portion 23d. The first wedge portion 23c and the second wedge portion 23b are formed at an angle with respect to the sliding direction of the displacement member 23. The joining member body 24 has a sliding space 24a in which the one joining member 21, the other joining member 22, and the displacement member 23 can be disposed. The first wedge portion 23c moves in the one-side joining member sliding space 21d, causing the one joining member 21 to move relative to the joining member body 24. The second wedge portion 23d moves in the other-side joining member sliding space 22d, causing the other joining member 22 to move relative to the joining member body 24. Therefore, by displacing the displacement member 23 relative to the sliding space 24a, the one-side joining member 21 and the other-side joining member 22 are displaced relative to the joining member body 24, and the first ridge-shaped convex portion 21a and the second ridge-shaped convex portion 22a move closer to or farther apart. Note that the first ridge-shaped convex portion 21a and the second ridge-shaped convex portion 22a preferably form inclined surfaces corresponding to the inclined side surfaces of the first groove-shaped concave portion 11a and the second groove-shaped concave portion 12a.

[0054] As described above, a first groove-shaped recess 11a is formed on the first panel outer surface 11s of the first panel 11, and a second groove-shaped recess 12a is formed on the second panel outer surface 12s of the second panel 12 that is joined adjacent to the first panel 11. In this way, the first panel 11 and the second panel 12 are joined by engaging the first ridge-shaped convex portion 21 a and the second ridge-shaped convex portion 22 a of the joining member 20A with the first groove-shaped concave portion 11 a and the second groove-shaped concave portion 12 a, respectively, to form a wall-like assembly of the panels 10. Furthermore, the proximity of the first ridge-shaped convex portion 21 a and the second ridge-shaped convex portion 22 a to each other improves workability. By displacing the displacement member 23 relative to the sliding space 24 a, the first joining member 21 and the second joining member 22 are displaced relative to the joining member body 24, and the first ridge-shaped convex portion 21 a and the second ridge-shaped convex portion 22 a are moved closer to each other, facilitating the engagement of the first ridge-shaped convex portion 21 a with the first groove-shaped concave portion 11 a and the engagement of the second ridge-shaped convex portion 22 a with the second groove-shaped concave portion 12 a.

[0055] 10A shows the state where the joining member is attached to the panel, FIG. 10B shows the state where the first ridge-like convex portion and the second ridge-like convex portion are spaced apart, and FIG. 10C shows the state where the first ridge-like convex portion and the second ridge-like convex portion are close to each other. The joining member 20C according to this embodiment is disposed at the outer corner of the joining between the first panel 11 and the second panel 12.

[0056] The joining member 20C has a one-side joining member 21 that forms a first ridge-shaped protrusion 21a and a other-side joining member 22 that forms a second ridge-shaped protrusion 22a. A first groove-shaped recess 11a that engages with the first ridge-shaped protrusion 21a is formed in the first panel 11, and a second groove-shaped recess 12a that engages with the second ridge-shaped protrusion 22a is formed in the second panel 12.

[0057] Figure 11 is an exploded perspective view of the joining member shown in Figure 10. One joining member 21 has a sliding groove 21e with an inclined surface, and the other joining member 22 has a roller portion 22e that slides along the sliding groove 21e. The sliding groove 21e is formed to be inclined in the sliding direction. Therefore, by displacing the one joining member 21 relative to the other joining member 22, the first ridge-shaped protrusion 21a and the second ridge-shaped protrusion 22a move closer to or farther apart. Note that the first ridge-shaped protrusion 21a and the second ridge-shaped protrusion 22a preferably form inclined surfaces corresponding to the inclined side surfaces of the first groove-shaped recess 11a and the second groove-shaped recess 12a.

[0058] As described above, a first groove-shaped recess 11a is formed on the first panel outer surface 11s of the first panel 11, and a second groove-shaped recess 12a is formed on the second panel outer surface 12s of the second panel 12 that is joined adjacent to the first panel 11. In this way, the first panel 11 and the second panel 12 are joined by engaging the first ridge-shaped convex portion 21 a and the second ridge-shaped convex portion 22 a of the joining member 20A with the first groove-shaped concave portion 11 a and the second groove-shaped concave portion 12 a, thereby assembling the panels 10 into a wall shape. Furthermore, the first ridge-shaped convex portion 21 a and the second ridge-shaped convex portion 22 a are spaced apart from each other, thereby improving workability. Furthermore, by displacing the one-side joining member 21 relative to the other-side joining member 22, the first ridge-shaped convex portion 21 a and the second ridge-shaped convex portion 22 a are spaced apart from each other, thereby facilitating the engagement of the first ridge-shaped convex portion 21 a with the first groove-shaped concave portion 11 a and the engagement of the second ridge-shaped convex portion 22 a with the second groove-shaped concave portion 12 a.

[0059] Figure 12 is a structural diagram showing yet another embodiment of a joining member used in the panel joining method of the present invention, where Figure 12(a) shows the member attached to the panel, Figures 12(b) and 12(c) show the member with the first ridge-shaped convex portion and the second ridge-shaped convex portion spaced apart, and Figures 12(d) and 12(e) show the member with the first ridge-shaped convex portion and the second ridge-shaped convex portion close to each other.

[0060] The joining member 20D according to this embodiment positions the first panel 11 and the second panel 12 side by side on the same plane. By using the joining member 20D, the first panel 11 and the second panel 12 are joined so that the first panel outer surface 11s and the second panel outer surface 12s are flush with each other. In this manner, the joining member 20D facilitates joining the first panel 11 and the second panel 12, which are arranged side by side on the same plane. The joining member 20D includes a first joining member 21 that forms a first ridge-shaped protrusion 21a and a second joining member 22 that forms a second ridge-shaped protrusion 22a. The first panel 11 is formed with a first groove-shaped recess 11a that engages with the first ridge-shaped protrusion 21a, and the second panel 12 is formed with a second groove-shaped recess 12a that engages with the second ridge-shaped protrusion 22a. It is preferable that the first groove-shaped recess 11a and the second groove-shaped recess 12a have inclined sides at least on the outer periphery of the panel 10, and that the bottom surfaces of the first groove-shaped recess 11a and the second groove-shaped recess 12a are formed wider than the opening surfaces.

[0061] Figure 13 is an exploded perspective view of the joining member shown in Figure 12.

[0062] As described above, a first groove-shaped recess 11a is formed on the first panel outer surface 11s of the first panel 11, and a second groove-shaped recess 12a is formed on the second panel outer surface 12s of the second panel 12 that is joined adjacent to the first panel 11.

[0063] Figure 14 is a structural diagram showing an embodiment of a spring retainer used in the panel joining method according to the present invention. Figure 14 shows a case in which a spring retainer 30 is attached to the first panel outer surface 11s of the first panel 11. The spring retainer 30 has a pair of one-side legs 31 and a pair of other-side legs 32. The pair of one-side legs 31 and the pair of other-side legs 32 extend in the same direction from a deformation portion 33. A first ridge-shaped protrusion 31a is formed at the end of each of the pair of one-side legs 31, and a second ridge-shaped protrusion 32a is formed at the end of each of the pair of other-side legs 32. The first ridge-shaped convex portion 31a abuts against one side of the first groove-shaped recess 11a, the second ridge-shaped convex portion 32a abuts against the other side of the first groove-shaped recess 11a, and the deformation portion 33 urges the one-side leg portion 31 and the other-side leg portion 32 in a direction separating them, thereby allowing the spring retainer 30 to be attached to the first groove-shaped recess 11a.

[0064] 15 is a structural diagram showing an embodiment of an interior corner temporary fastening member used in the panel joining method according to the present invention. The interior corner temporary fastening member 40 according to this embodiment is placed at the interior corner where the first panel 11 and the second panel 12 join. The interior corner temporary fastening member 40 has a first ridge-shaped protrusion 41a and a second ridge-shaped protrusion 42a. The interior corner temporary fastening member 40 is used to temporarily fasten the first panel 11 and the second panel 12 together before attaching the joining member 20B. Therefore, the first ridge-shaped protrusion 41a engages with the first groove-shaped recess 11a of the first panel 11, and the second ridge-shaped protrusion 42a engages with the second groove-shaped recess 12a of the second panel 12.

[0065] Figure 16 is a structural diagram showing an embodiment of a foot fastener used in the panel joining method according to the present invention. Figure 16 shows a case in which a foot fastener 50 is attached to the second panel outer surface 12s of the second panel 12. The foot fastener 50 according to this embodiment has a ridge-shaped protrusion 51a. It is also preferable that the foot fastener 50 has a nailing hole 52 formed therein. The foot fastener 50 can be fastened to the shim 7 by driving a nail into the nailing hole 52.

[0066] Figure 17 is a structural diagram showing an embodiment of a presser member used in the panel joining method according to the present invention. Figure 17 shows a case in which a presser member 60 is attached to the second panel outer surface 12s of the second panel 12. The presser member 60 positions the pipe material 6 to be attached to the second panel outer surface 12s. Figures 17(a) and 17(b) show a presser member 60 for a square steel pipe, and Figure 17(c) shows a presser member 60 for a round steel pipe. The presser member 60 has a pipe abutment surface 62 that abuts against the pipe material 6 and a ridge-like protrusion 61 that engages with the first groove-like recess 11a.

[0067] 18 is a diagram showing an example of an alignment member 70 used in the panel joining method according to the present invention. The alignment member 70 has a member body 72 having a flat surface 71 and ridge-like protrusions 73 that engage with the first groove-like recesses 11 a and the second groove-like recesses 12 a.

[0068] Fig. 19 is a structural diagram showing another embodiment of a joining member used in the panel joining method according to the present invention, with Fig. 19(a) showing the state attached to the panel, Fig. 19(b) showing the state in which the first ridge-shaped convex portion and the second ridge-shaped convex portion do not protrude, and Fig. 19(c) showing the state in which the first ridge-shaped convex portion and the second ridge-shaped convex portion protrude. Fig. 20 is a structural diagram showing the movement of the joining member shown in Fig. 19, with Fig. 20(a) showing the state in which the ridge-shaped convex portion sliding space on one side and the ridge-shaped convex portion sliding space on the other side are visible, and Fig. 20(b) showing the state in which the joining member on one side and the joining member on the other side have been rotated by a predetermined angle.

[0069] The joining member 20E according to this embodiment is positioned at the outer corner of the joint between the first panel 11 and the second panel 12. The joining member 20E includes a first joining member 21 having a first ridge-shaped protrusion 21a and a second joining member 22 having a second ridge-shaped protrusion 22a. A first ridge-shaped protrusion sliding space 21f is formed in the first joining member 21, and a first ridge-shaped protrusion displacement member 21g is disposed in the first ridge-shaped protrusion sliding space 21f. A first elastic member 21h is disposed in the first ridge-shaped protrusion sliding space 21f. The first elastic member 21h has a pair of protruding pieces 21i disposed outside the first ridge-shaped protrusion sliding space 21f.

[0070] A second-side ridge-shaped protrusion sliding space 22f is formed in the second-side joining member 22, and a second-side ridge-shaped protrusion displacement member 22g is disposed in the second-side ridge-shaped protrusion sliding space 22f. A second-side elastic member 22h is disposed in the second-side ridge-shaped protrusion sliding space 22f. The second-side elastic member 22h has a pair of protruding pieces 22i disposed outside the second-side ridge-shaped protrusion sliding space 22f.

[0071] The first rib-shaped protrusion 21a is formed at the end of the one-side rib-shaped protrusion displacement member 21g. Therefore, by displacing the one-side rib-shaped protrusion displacement member 21g relative to the one-side rib-shaped protrusion sliding space 21f, the first rib-shaped protrusion 21a protrudes from the one-side rib-shaped protrusion sliding space 21f. When the first rib-shaped protrusion 21a protrudes from the one-side rib-shaped protrusion sliding space 21f, the pair of protruding pieces 21i of the one-side elastic member 21h spreads out on both sides of the first rib-shaped protrusion 21a.

[0072] The second rib-shaped protrusion 22a is formed at the end of the other-side rib-shaped protrusion displacement member 22g. Therefore, by displacing the other-side rib-shaped protrusion displacement member 22g relative to the other-side rib-shaped protrusion sliding space 22f, the second rib-shaped protrusion 22a protrudes from the other-side rib-shaped protrusion sliding space 22f. When the second rib-shaped protrusion 22a protrudes from the other-side rib-shaped protrusion sliding space 22f, the pair of protruding pieces 22i of the other-side elastic member 22h spreads out on both sides of the second rib-shaped protrusion 22a.

[0073] In this manner, by having the first rib-shaped protrusion 21 a and the second rib-shaped protrusion 22 a protrude from the one-side rib-shaped protrusion sliding space 21 f and the other-side rib-shaped protrusion sliding space 22 f, the first rib-shaped protrusion 21 a and the second rib-shaped protrusion 22 a can be engaged with the first groove-shaped recess 11 a and the second groove-shaped recess 12 a. Furthermore, by having the first rib-shaped protrusion 21 a and the second rib-shaped protrusion 22 a protrude from the one-side rib-shaped protrusion sliding space 21 f and the other-side rib-shaped protrusion sliding space 22 f, the pair of protruding pieces 21 i, 22 i spread apart, and therefore the pair of protruding pieces 21 i, 22 i can firmly engage the first rib-shaped protrusion 21 a and the second rib-shaped protrusion 22 a with the first groove-shaped recess 11 a and the second groove-shaped recess 12 a. The one-side joining member 21 and the other-side joining member 22 are connected by a rotation shaft 25. The one-side joining member 21 and the other-side joining member 22 can rotate by a predetermined angle by the rotation shaft 25. Therefore, the first ridge-shaped convex portion 21a and the second ridge-shaped convex portion 22a can easily engage with the first groove-shaped concave portion 11a and the second groove-shaped concave portion 12a.

[0074] Figure 21 is a structural diagram showing another embodiment of a joining member used in the panel joining method of the present invention, where Figure 21(a) shows the state attached to the panel and Figure 21(b) shows the state in which the first ridge-shaped protrusion protrudes. Figure 22 is a structural diagram showing the movement of the joining member shown in Figure 21, where Figure 22(a) is a structural diagram showing the sliding space of the ridge-shaped protrusion on one side and the first ridge-shaped protrusion not protruding, and Figure 22(b) is a structural diagram showing the state in which the joining member on one side and the joining member on the other side have been rotated by a predetermined angle. Note that Figure 22(b) shows the state in which the first ridge-shaped protrusion protrudes.

[0075] The joining member 20F according to this embodiment is disposed at the outer corner of the joint between the first panel 11 and the second panel 12. The joining member 20F includes a first joining member 21 having a first ridge-shaped protrusion 21a and a second joining member 22 having a second ridge-shaped protrusion 22a.

[0076] By displacing the one-side rib-shaped protrusion displacement member 21 g relative to the one-side rib-shaped protrusion sliding space 21 f, the first rib-shaped protrusion 21 a protrudes from the one-side rib-shaped protrusion sliding space 21 f. When the first rib-shaped protrusion 21 a protrudes from the one-side rib-shaped protrusion sliding space 21 f, the pair of protruding pieces 21 i of the one-side elastic member 21 h spreads out on both sides of the first rib-shaped protrusion 21 a.

[0077] In this manner, by having the first rib-shaped convex portion 21a protrude from the one-side rib-shaped convex portion sliding space 21f, the first rib-shaped convex portion 21a can be engaged with the first groove-shaped recess 11a. Furthermore, by having the first rib-shaped convex portion 21a protrude from the one-side rib-shaped convex portion sliding space 21f, the pair of protruding pieces 21i spread apart, allowing the pair of protruding pieces 21i to firmly engage the first rib-shaped convex portion 21a with the first groove-shaped recess 11a. The one-side joining member 21 and the other-side joining member 22 are connected by a rotation shaft 25. The rotation shaft 25 allows the one-side joining member 21 and the other-side joining member 22 to rotate by a predetermined angle. Therefore, the first rib-shaped convex portion 21a and the second rib-shaped convex portion 22a can easily engage with the first groove-shaped recess 11a and the second groove-shaped recess 12a.

[0078] Figure 23 is a structural diagram showing another embodiment of a joining member used in the panel joining method of the present invention, where Figure 23(a) shows the state attached to the panel, Figure 23(b) shows the state in which the first ridge-shaped protrusion and the second ridge-shaped protrusion do not protrude, and Figure 23(c) shows the state in which the first ridge-shaped protrusion and the second ridge-shaped protrusion protrude. Figure 24 is a structural diagram showing the ridge-shaped protrusion sliding space on one side of the joining member shown in Figure 23, where Figure 24(a) shows the state in which the first ridge-shaped protrusion does not protrude, and Figure 24(b) shows the state in which the first ridge-shaped protrusion protrudes. The joining member 20G of this embodiment is positioned at the interior angle of the joint between the first panel 11 and the second panel 12.

[0079] The joining member 20G forms a first-side rib-like-protrusion sliding space 21f in which the first rib-like protrusion 21a is disposed, and a second-side rib-like-protrusion sliding space in which the second rib-like protrusion 22a is disposed. The second-side rib-like-protrusion sliding space is not shown, but has the same configuration as the first-side rib-like-protrusion sliding space 21f. The joining member 20G forms a first-side rib-like-protrusion sliding space 21f and a second-side rib-like-protrusion sliding space in the member body. In this embodiment, the member body is a hexahedron. The first-side rib-like-protrusion sliding space 21f and the second-side rib-like-protrusion sliding space are disposed in perpendicular directions. A first-side rib-like-protrusion displacement member 21g is disposed in the first-side rib-like-protrusion sliding space 21f, and a second-side rib-like-protrusion displacement member 22g is disposed in the second-side rib-like-protrusion sliding space. A first elastic member 21h is disposed in the first ridge-shaped convex sliding space 21f, and a second elastic member is disposed in the second ridge-shaped convex sliding space. The second elastic member is not shown, but has the same configuration as the first elastic member 21h. The first elastic member 21h has a pair of protruding pieces 21i disposed outside the first ridge-shaped convex sliding space 21f. Like the first elastic member 21h, the second elastic member also has a pair of protruding pieces 22i disposed outside the second ridge-shaped convex sliding space.

[0080] The first rib-shaped protrusion 21a is formed at the end of the one-side rib-shaped protrusion displacement member 21g.

[0081] The second rib-shaped protrusion 22a is formed at the end of the other-side rib-shaped protrusion displacement member 22g. Therefore, by displacing the other-side rib-shaped protrusion displacement member 22g with respect to the other-side rib-shaped protrusion sliding space, the second rib-shaped protrusion 22a protrudes from the other-side rib-shaped protrusion sliding space. When the second rib-shaped protrusion 22a protrudes from the other-side rib-shaped protrusion sliding space, the pair of protruding pieces 22i of the other-side elastic member spreads out on both sides of the second rib-shaped protrusion 22a.

[0082] In this way, by having the first rib-shaped protrusion 21 a and the second rib-shaped protrusion 22 a protrude from the one-side rib-shaped protrusion sliding space 21 f and the other-side rib-shaped protrusion sliding space, the first rib-shaped protrusion 21 a and the second rib-shaped protrusion 22 a can be engaged with the first groove-shaped recess 11 a and the second groove-shaped recess 12 a. Furthermore, by having the first rib-shaped protrusion 21 a and the second rib-shaped protrusion 22 a protrude from the one-side rib-shaped protrusion sliding space 21 f and the other-side rib-shaped protrusion sliding space, the pair of protruding pieces 21 i, 22 i spread out, and therefore the pair of protruding pieces 21 i, 22 i can firmly engage the first rib-shaped protrusion 21 a and the second rib-shaped protrusion 22 a with the first groove-shaped recess 11 a and the second groove-shaped recess 12 a.

[0083] Figure 25 is a structural diagram showing another embodiment of a foot fixing device used in the panel joining method according to the present invention, in which Figure 25(a) shows the state when attached to the first panel or the second panel, Figure 25(b) shows the state in which the ridge-like protrusions do not protrude and the ridge-like protrusion sliding space is visible, and Figure 25(c) shows the state in which the ridge-like protrusions protrude and the ridge-like protrusion sliding space is visible.

[0084] The foot fixing device 50A is attached to the first groove-shaped recess 11a of the first panel 11 or the second groove-shaped recess 12a of the second panel 12 to fix the first panel 11 or the second panel 12 to the base. The foot fixing device 50A according to this embodiment has a ridge-shaped protrusion 51a. The foot fixing device 50A is attached to the first panel 11 or the second panel 12 by engaging the ridge-shaped protrusion 51a with the first groove-shaped recess 11a or the second groove-shaped recess 12a. The foot fixing device 50A preferably also has nail holes 52 formed therein. The foot fixing device 50A can be fastened to a shim 7 or the like by driving nails into the nail holes 52. The foot fixing device 50A has a ridge-shaped protrusion sliding space 51f, and a ridge-shaped protrusion displacement member 51g is disposed in the ridge-shaped protrusion sliding space 51f. The ridge-shaped protrusions 51a are formed at the ends of the ridge-shaped protrusion displacement members 51g. By displacing the ridge-shaped protrusion displacement members 51g relative to the ridge-shaped protrusion sliding spaces 51f, the ridge-shaped protrusions 51a protrude from the ridge-shaped protrusion sliding spaces 51f. By having the ridge-shaped protrusions 51a protrude from the ridge-shaped protrusion sliding spaces 51f in this way, they can be engaged with the first groove-shaped recesses 11a and the second groove-shaped recesses 12a, making it easy to attach the foot fixing device 50A to the first panel 11 or the second panel 12. An elastic member 51h is disposed in the ridge-shaped protrusion sliding spaces 51f. The elastic member 51h has a pair of protruding pieces 51i. When the ridge-shaped protrusion 51 a protrudes from the ridge-shaped protrusion sliding space 51 f, the pair of protruding pieces 51 i of the elastic member 51 h spreads out on both sides of the ridge-shaped protrusion 51 a. In this way, by making the ridge-shaped protrusion 51 a protrude from the ridge-shaped protrusion sliding space 51 f, the pair of protruding pieces 51 i spread out, and the pair of protruding pieces 51 i can be firmly engaged with the first groove-shaped recess 11 a or the second groove-shaped recess 12 a.

[0085] 26A and 26B are diagrams showing another embodiment of a presser member used in the panel joining method according to the present invention. Fig. 26A shows a state in which the ridge-shaped protrusions are not protruding, Fig. 26B shows a state in which the ridge-shaped protrusions are not protruding with the ridge-shaped protrusion sliding space visible, Fig. 26C shows a state in which the ridge-shaped protrusions are protruding, and Fig. 26D shows a state in which the ridge-shaped protrusions are protruding with the ridge-shaped protrusion sliding space visible. The presser member 60A is attached to the first groove-shaped recess 11a of the first panel 11 or the second groove-shaped recess 12a of the second panel 12 to secure the pipe material 6 to the first panel outer surface 11s or the second panel outer surface 12s. The presser member 60A is used to secure a pipe material 6 having a circular cross section, such as a round steel pipe. The pressing member 60A has a ridge-shaped protrusion 61a that engages with the first groove-shaped recess 11a or the second groove-shaped recess 12a, and a pipe contact surface 62 that contacts the pipe material 6.

[0086] The presser member 60A according to this embodiment has a ridge-shaped protrusion 61a formed therein. The presser member 60A is attached to the first panel 11 or the second panel 12 by engaging the ridge-shaped protrusion 61a with the first groove-shaped recess 11a or the second groove-shaped recess 12a. A ridge-shaped protrusion sliding space 61f is formed in the presser member 60A, and a ridge-shaped protrusion displacement member 61g is disposed in the ridge-shaped protrusion sliding space 61f. By displacing the ridge-shaped protrusion displacement member 61g relative to the ridge-shaped protrusion sliding space 61f, the ridge-shaped protrusion 61a protrudes from the ridge-shaped protrusion sliding space 61f. In this way, by having the ridge-shaped protrusions 61a protrude from the ridge-shaped protrusion sliding spaces 61f, they can be engaged with the first groove-shaped recesses 11a and the second groove-shaped recesses 12a, making it easy to attach the presser member 60A to the first panel 11 or the second panel 12. An elastic member 61h is disposed in the ridge-shaped protrusion sliding spaces 61f. The elastic member 61h has a pair of protruding pieces 61i. When the ridge-shaped protrusions 61a protrude from the ridge-shaped protrusion sliding spaces 61f, the pair of protruding pieces 61i of the elastic member 61h spread out on both sides of the ridge-shaped protrusions 61a. By having the ridge-shaped protrusions 61a protrude from the ridge-shaped protrusion sliding spaces 61f, the pair of protruding pieces 61i spread out, allowing the pair of protruding pieces 61i to firmly engage with the first groove-shaped recesses 11a or the second groove-shaped recesses 12a.

[0087] 27A and 27B are diagrams showing another embodiment of a presser member used in the panel joining method according to the present invention. Fig. 27A shows the state in which the ridge-shaped protrusions do not protrude, Fig. 27B shows the state in which the ridge-shaped protrusions do not protrude with the ridge-shaped protrusion sliding space visible, Fig. 27C shows the state in which the ridge-shaped protrusions protrude, and Fig. 27D shows the state in which the ridge-shaped protrusions protrude with the ridge-shaped protrusion sliding space visible. The presser member 60B is attached to the first groove-shaped recess 11a of the first panel 11 or the second groove-shaped recess 12a of the second panel 12 to secure the pipe material 6 to the first panel outer surface 11s or the second panel outer surface 12s. The presser member 60B is used to secure pipe material 6 having a polygonal cross section, such as a square steel pipe. The pressing member 60B has a ridge-shaped protrusion 61a that engages with the first groove-shaped recess 11a or the second groove-shaped recess 12a, and a pipe contact surface 62 that contacts the pipe material 6.

[0088] The presser member 60B according to this embodiment has a ridge-shaped protrusion 61a formed therein. The presser member 60B is attached to the first panel 11 or the second panel 12 by engaging the ridge-shaped protrusion 61a with the first groove-shaped recess 11a or the second groove-shaped recess 12a. A ridge-shaped protrusion sliding space 61f is formed in the presser member 60B, and a ridge-shaped protrusion displacement member 61g is disposed in the ridge-shaped protrusion sliding space 61f. By displacing the ridge-shaped protrusion displacement member 61g relative to the ridge-shaped protrusion sliding space 61f, the ridge-shaped protrusion 61a protrudes from the ridge-shaped protrusion sliding space 61f. In this way, by having the ridge-shaped protrusions 61a protrude from the ridge-shaped protrusion sliding spaces 61f, they can be engaged with the first groove-shaped recesses 11a and the second groove-shaped recesses 12a, making it easy to attach the presser member 60B to the first panel 11 or the second panel 12.

[0089] Figure 28 is a structural diagram showing yet another embodiment of a joining member used in the panel joining method according to the present invention, in which Figure 28(a) is a structural diagram of the state attached to a panel, Figure 28(b) is a structural diagram of the state in which the first ridge-shaped convex portion does not protrude and the second ridge-shaped convex portion protrudes, and Figure 28(c) is a structural diagram in which the sliding space of the ridge-shaped convex portion on one side and the sliding space of the ridge-shaped convex portion on the other side in Figure 28(b) are visible.

[0090] The joining member 20H according to this embodiment is arranged so that the first panel 11 and the second panel 12 are aligned on the same plane. By using the joining member 20H, the first panel 11 and the second panel 12 are joined so that the first panel outer surface 11s and the second panel outer surface 12s are aligned on the same plane. In this way, by using the joining member 20H, the first panel 11 and the second panel 12 arranged side by side on the same plane can be easily joined.

[0091] The joining member 20H forms a one-side rib-like protrusion sliding space 21f in which the first rib-like protrusion 21a is disposed, and a second-side rib-like protrusion sliding space 22f in which the second rib-like protrusion 22a is disposed. The joining member 20H forms the one-side rib-like protrusion sliding space 21f and the second-side rib-like protrusion sliding space 22f in the member body. In this embodiment, the member body is a hexahedron. The one-side rib-like protrusion sliding space 21f and the second-side rib-like protrusion sliding space 22f are parallel, and the first rib-like protrusion 21a and the second rib-like protrusion 22a protrude in the same direction. A first-side rib-shaped protrusion displacement member 21g is disposed in the first-side rib-shaped protrusion sliding space 21f, and a second-side rib-shaped protrusion displacement member 22g is disposed in the second-side rib-shaped protrusion sliding space 22f. A first-side elastic member 21h is disposed in the first-side rib-shaped protrusion sliding space 21f, and a second-side elastic member 22h is disposed in the second-side rib-shaped protrusion sliding space 22f. The first-side elastic member 21h has a pair of protrusions 21i disposed outside the first-side rib-shaped protrusion sliding space 21f. Like the first-side elastic member 21h, the second-side elastic member 22h also has a pair of protrusions 22i disposed outside the second-side rib-shaped protrusion sliding space 22f.

[0092] The first rib-shaped protrusion 21a is formed at the end of the one-side rib-shaped protrusion displacement member 21g.

[0093] The second rib-shaped protrusion 22a is formed at the end of the other-side rib-shaped protrusion displacement member 22g. Therefore, by displacing the other-side rib-shaped protrusion displacement member 22g with respect to the other-side rib-shaped protrusion sliding space 22f, the second rib-shaped protrusion 22a protrudes from the other-side rib-shaped protrusion sliding space 22f. When the second rib-shaped protrusion 22a protrudes from the other-side rib-shaped protrusion sliding space 22f, the pair of protruding pieces 22i of the other-side elastic member 22h spreads out on both sides of the second rib-shaped protrusion 22a.

[0094] In this manner, by having the first rib-shaped protrusion 21 a and the second rib-shaped protrusion 22 a protrude from the one-side rib-shaped protrusion sliding space 21 f and the other-side rib-shaped protrusion sliding space 22 f, the first rib-shaped protrusion 21 a and the second rib-shaped protrusion 22 a can be engaged with the first groove-shaped recess 11 a and the second groove-shaped recess 12 a.

[0095] The one-side rib-shaped protrusion displacement member 21g is provided with a one-side return cam member 21j, and the other-side rib-shaped protrusion displacement member 22g is provided with a other-side return cam member 22j. The one-side return cam member 21j is rotatably attached to the one-side rib-shaped protrusion displacement member 21g, and the other-side return cam member 22j is rotatably attached to the other-side rib-shaped protrusion displacement member 22g. By rotating the one-side return cam member 21j or the other-side return cam member 22j with the first rib-shaped protrusion 21a or the second rib-shaped protrusion 22a protruding, the first rib-shaped protrusion 21a or the second rib-shaped protrusion 22a can be returned to the one-side rib-shaped protrusion sliding space 21f or the other-side rib-shaped protrusion sliding space 22f.

[0096] Figure 29 is a structural diagram showing yet another embodiment of a joining member used in the panel joining method according to the present invention, where Figure 29(a) is a structural diagram showing a state in which the first ridge-shaped convex portion does not protrude and the second ridge-shaped convex portion protrudes, Figure 28(b) is a structural diagram in which the ridge-shaped convex portion sliding space on one side and the ridge-shaped convex portion sliding space on the other side in Figure 28(a) are visible, Figure 29(c) is a structural diagram seen from the side in which the first ridge-shaped convex portion protrudes, and Figure 29(d) is a structural diagram seen from the side in which the first ridge-shaped convex portion does not protrude.

[0097] 28 , the joining member 20J according to this embodiment arranges the first panel 11 and the second panel 12 side by side on the same plane. By using the joining member 20J, the first panel 11 and the second panel 12 are joined so that the first panel outer surface 11s and the second panel outer surface 12s are on the same plane. In this way, by using the joining member 20J, the first panel 11 and the second panel 12 arranged side by side on the same plane can be easily joined.

[0098] The joining member 20J forms a one-side rib-like protrusion sliding space 21f in which the first rib-like protrusion 21a is disposed, and a second-side rib-like protrusion sliding space 22f in which the second rib-like protrusion 22a is disposed. The joining member 20J forms the one-side rib-like protrusion sliding space 21f and the second-side rib-like protrusion sliding space 22f in the member body.

[0099] The first rib-shaped protrusion 21a is formed at the end of the one-side rib-shaped protrusion displacement member 21g.

[0100] The second rib-shaped protrusion 22a is formed at the end of the other-side rib-shaped protrusion displacement member 22g.

[0101] In this manner, by having the first rib-shaped protrusion 21 a and the second rib-shaped protrusion 22 a protrude from the one-side rib-shaped protrusion sliding space 21 f and the other-side rib-shaped protrusion sliding space 22 f, the first rib-shaped protrusion 21 a and the second rib-shaped protrusion 22 a can be engaged with the first groove-shaped recess 11 a and the second groove-shaped recess 12 a.

[0102] The one-side rib-shaped protrusion displacement member 21g is composed of a one-side rib-shaped protrusion displacement member main body 21g1 having the first rib-shaped protrusion 21a formed at its end, a one-side rib-shaped protrusion displacement member operating body 21g3 having a pivot point 21g2 on the member main body, and a one-side rib-shaped protrusion displacement member link body 21g4. One end of the one-side rib-shaped protrusion displacement member link body 21g4 has a pivot point 21g5 on the one-side rib-shaped protrusion displacement member main body 21g1, and the other end of the one-side rib-shaped protrusion displacement member link body 21g4 has a pivot point 21g6 on the one-side rib-shaped protrusion displacement member operating body 21g3. The other-side rib-shaped protrusion displacement member 22g has the same configuration as the one-side rib-shaped protrusion displacement member 21g. With this configuration, by rotating the one-side ridge-shaped protrusion displacement member operating body 21g3 around the rotation fulcrum 21g2, the first ridge-shaped protrusion 21a can be protruded from the one-side ridge-shaped protrusion sliding space 21f, or the first ridge-shaped protrusion 21a can be returned to the one-side ridge-shaped protrusion sliding space 21f.

[0103] Figure 30 is a diagram showing yet another embodiment of a joining member used in the panel joining method according to the present invention, where Figure 30(a) is a diagram showing a state in which the second ridge-shaped convex portion is not protruding, Figure 30(b) is a diagram showing a state in which the second ridge-shaped convex portion is protruding, and Figure 30(c) is a diagram showing a state in which the second ridge-shaped convex portion is returned to the other-side ridge-shaped convex portion sliding space by the other-side return cam member.

[0104] The joining member 20K according to this embodiment is disposed at the outer corner of the joint between the first panel 11 and the second panel 12, similar to the embodiments shown in Figures 19 to 22. The joining member 20K includes a first joining member 21 having a first ridge-shaped protrusion 21a and a second joining member 22 having a second ridge-shaped protrusion 22a. A first ridge-shaped protrusion sliding space (not shown) is formed in the first joining member 21, and a first ridge-shaped protrusion displacement member 21g is disposed in the first ridge-shaped protrusion sliding space (not shown). A first elastic member (not shown) is disposed in the first ridge-shaped protrusion sliding space (not shown). The first elastic member (not shown) has a pair of protruding pieces 21i disposed outside the first ridge-shaped protrusion sliding space (not shown).

[0105] A second-side ridge-shaped protrusion sliding space (not shown) is formed in the second-side joining member 22, and a second-side ridge-shaped protrusion displacement member 22g is disposed in the second-side ridge-shaped protrusion sliding space (not shown). A second-side elastic member (not shown) is also disposed in the second-side ridge-shaped protrusion sliding space (not shown). The second-side elastic member (not shown) has a pair of protruding pieces 22i disposed outside the second-side ridge-shaped protrusion sliding space (not shown).

[0106] By displacing the one-side ridge-shaped protrusion displacement member 21 g relative to the one-side ridge-shaped protrusion sliding space (not shown), the first ridge-shaped protrusion 21 a protrudes from the one-side ridge-shaped protrusion sliding space (not shown). When the first ridge-shaped protrusion 21 a protrudes from the one-side ridge-shaped protrusion sliding space (not shown), the pair of protruding pieces 21 i of the one-side elastic member (not shown) spreads out on both sides of the first ridge-shaped protrusion 21 a.

[0107] By displacing the other-side ridge-shaped protrusion displacement member 22 g relative to the other-side ridge-shaped protrusion sliding space (not shown), the second ridge-shaped protrusion 22 a protrudes from the other-side ridge-shaped protrusion sliding space (not shown). When the second ridge-shaped protrusion 22 a protrudes from the other-side ridge-shaped protrusion sliding space (not shown), the pair of protruding pieces 22 i of the other-side elastic member (not shown) spreads out on both sides of the second ridge-shaped protrusion 22 a.

[0108] In this way, by having the first rib-shaped protrusion 21 a and the second rib-shaped protrusion 22 a protrude from one side rib-shaped protrusion sliding space (not shown) and the other side rib-shaped protrusion sliding space (not shown), the first rib-shaped protrusion 21 a and the second rib-shaped protrusion 22 a can be engaged with the first groove-shaped recess 11 a and the second groove-shaped recess 12 a. Furthermore, by having the first rib-shaped protrusion 21 a and the second rib-shaped protrusion 22 a protrude from one side rib-shaped protrusion sliding space (not shown) and the other side rib-shaped protrusion sliding space (not shown), the pair of protruding pieces 21 i, 22 i spread out, and therefore the pair of protruding pieces 21 i, 22 i can firmly engage the first rib-shaped protrusion 21 a and the second rib-shaped protrusion 22 a with the first groove-shaped recess 11 a and the second groove-shaped recess 12 a.

[0109] One-side rib-shaped protrusion displacement member 21g is provided with a one-side return cam member (not shown), and the other-side rib-shaped protrusion displacement member 22g is provided with a other-side return cam member 22j. The one-side return cam member (not shown) is rotatably attached to one-side rib-shaped protrusion displacement member 21g, and the other-side return cam member 22j is rotatably attached to the other-side rib-shaped protrusion displacement member 22g. By rotating one-side return cam member 21j or other return cam member 22j with first rib-shaped protrusion 21a or second rib-shaped protrusion 22a in a protruding state, first rib-shaped protrusion 21a or second rib-shaped protrusion 22a can be returned to one-side rib-shaped protrusion sliding space (not shown) or other-side rib-shaped protrusion sliding space (not shown). From the state shown in Figure 30(a), pressing the other-side ridge-shaped protrusion displacement member 22g against the member body causes the second ridge-shaped protrusion 22a to protrude. At this time, as shown in Figure 30(b), the other-side return cam member 22j abuts against the body and rotates a predetermined angle. Then, by pressing the other-side return cam member 22j in the direction of the arrow shown in Figure 30(c), the second ridge-shaped protrusion 22a can be returned toward the other-side ridge-shaped protrusion sliding space (not shown).

[0110] Fig. 31 is a structural diagram showing yet another embodiment of a joining member used in the panel joining method according to the present invention, in which Fig. 31(a) shows a state corresponding to Fig. 19(a), Fig. 31(b) shows a state in which the first ridge-shaped convex portion and the second ridge-shaped convex portion do not protrude, and Fig. 31(c) shows a state in which the first ridge-shaped convex portion and the second ridge-shaped convex portion protrude. Fig. 32 is a structural diagram showing the movement of the joining member shown in Fig. 30, in which Fig. 32(a) shows a structural diagram in which the sliding spaces of the ridge-shaped convex portion on one side and the sliding spaces of the ridge-shaped convex portion on the other side are visible, and Fig. 32(b) shows a structural diagram in which the joining member on one side and the joining member on the other side have been rotated by a predetermined angle.

[0111] The joining member 20L according to this embodiment is disposed at the outer corner of the joint between the first panel 11 and the second panel 12. The joining member 20L includes a first joining member 21 having a first ridge-shaped protrusion 21a and a second joining member 22 having a second ridge-shaped protrusion 22a.

[0112] A second-side ridge-shaped protrusion sliding space 22f is formed in the second-side joining member 22, and a second-side ridge-shaped protrusion displacement member 22g is disposed in the second-side ridge-shaped protrusion sliding space 22f. A second-side elastic member 22h is disposed in the second-side ridge-shaped protrusion sliding space 22f. The second-side elastic member 22h has a pair of protruding pieces 22i disposed outside the second-side ridge-shaped protrusion sliding space 22f.

[0113] The first rib-shaped protrusion 21a is formed at the end of the one-side rib-shaped protrusion displacement member 21g.

[0114] The second rib-shaped protrusion 22a is formed at the end of the other-side rib-shaped protrusion displacement member 22g.

[0115] In this manner, by having the first rib-shaped protrusion 21 a and the second rib-shaped protrusion 22 a protrude from the one-side rib-shaped protrusion sliding space 21 f and the other-side rib-shaped protrusion sliding space 22 f, the first rib-shaped protrusion 21 a and the second rib-shaped protrusion 22 a can be engaged with the first groove-shaped recess 11 a and the second groove-shaped recess 12 a.

[0116] 29 , the one-side rib-shaped protrusion displacement member 21g is composed of a one-side rib-shaped protrusion displacement member main body 21g1 having the first rib-shaped protrusion 21a formed at its end, a one-side rib-shaped protrusion displacement member operating body 21g3 having a pivot point 21g2 on the member main body, and a one-side rib-shaped protrusion displacement member link body 21g4.

[0117] Figure 33 is a structural diagram showing yet another embodiment of a joining member used in the panel joining method of the present invention, with Figure 33(a) showing a state corresponding to Figure 23(a), Figure 33(b) showing a state in which the first ridge-shaped convex portion and the second ridge-shaped convex portion do not protrude, and Figure 33(c) showing a state in which the first ridge-shaped convex portion and the second ridge-shaped convex portion protrude. The joining member 20M of this embodiment is placed at the interior angle of the joint between the first panel 11 and the second panel 12.

[0118] The joining member 20M forms a one-side rib-like-protrusion sliding space (not shown) in which the first rib-like protrusion 21a is disposed, and a second-side rib-like-protrusion sliding space (not shown) in which the second rib-like protrusion 22a is disposed. The one-side rib-like-protrusion sliding space and the second-side rib-like-protrusion sliding space are the same as the one-side rib-like-protrusion sliding space 21f and the second-side rib-like-protrusion sliding space 22f described in other embodiments. The joining member 20M forms a one-side rib-like-protrusion sliding space and an second-side rib-like-protrusion sliding space in the member body. In this embodiment, the member body is a hexahedron. The one-side rib-like-protrusion sliding space and the second-side rib-like-protrusion sliding space are disposed in perpendicular directions. A one-side rib-shaped convexity displacement member 21g is disposed in the one-side rib-shaped convexity sliding space, and a second-side rib-shaped convexity displacement member 22g is disposed in the other-side rib-shaped convexity sliding space. A one-side elastic member (not shown) is disposed in the one-side rib-shaped convexity sliding space, and a second-side elastic member (not shown) is disposed in the other-side rib-shaped convexity sliding space. The one-side elastic member and the other-side elastic member have the same configuration as the one-side elastic member 21h and the other-side elastic member 22h described in other embodiments. The one-side elastic member has a pair of protruding pieces 21i disposed outside the one-side rib-shaped convexity sliding space. Similar to the one-side elastic member, the other-side elastic member also has a pair of protruding pieces 22i disposed outside the other-side rib-shaped convexity sliding space.

[0119] The first rib-shaped protrusion 21a is formed at the end of the one-side rib-shaped protrusion displacement member 21g. Therefore, by displacing the one-side rib-shaped protrusion displacement member 21g with respect to the one-side rib-shaped protrusion sliding space, the first rib-shaped protrusion 21a protrudes from the one-side rib-shaped protrusion sliding space. When the first rib-shaped protrusion 21a protrudes from the one-side rib-shaped protrusion sliding space, the pair of protruding pieces 21i of the one-side elastic member spreads out on both sides of the first rib-shaped protrusion 21a.

[0120] The second rib-shaped protrusion 22a is formed at the end of the other-side rib-shaped protrusion displacement member 22g.

[0121] In this way, by having the first rib-shaped protrusion 21 a and the second rib-shaped protrusion 22 a protrude from the one-side rib-shaped protrusion sliding space 21 f and the other-side rib-shaped protrusion sliding space, the first rib-shaped protrusion 21 a and the second rib-shaped protrusion 22 a can be engaged with the first groove-shaped recess 11 a and the second groove-shaped recess 12 a.

[0122] 29 , the one-side rib-shaped protrusion displacement member 21g is composed of a one-side rib-shaped protrusion displacement member main body 21g1 having the first rib-shaped protrusion 21a formed at its end, a one-side rib-shaped protrusion displacement member operating body 21g3 having a pivot point 21g2 on the member main body, and a one-side rib-shaped protrusion displacement member link body 21g4.

[0123] Figure 34 is a structural diagram showing yet another embodiment of a foot fixing device used in the panel joining method according to the present invention, in which Figure 34(a) shows a state in which the ridge-shaped convex portion protrudes, Figure 34(b) shows a state in which it does not protrude, Figure 34(c) shows a state in which the ridge-shaped convex portion protrudes with the ridge-shaped convex portion sliding space visible, and Figure 25(b) shows a state in which the ridge-shaped convex portion does not protrude with the ridge-shaped convex portion sliding space visible.

[0124] The foot fixing device 50B is attached to the first groove-shaped recess 11a of the first panel 11 or the second groove-shaped recess 12a of the second panel 12 to fix the first panel 11 or the second panel 12 to the base. The foot fixing device 50B according to this embodiment has a ridge-shaped protrusion 51a. The foot fixing device 50B is attached to the first panel 11 or the second panel 12 by engaging the ridge-shaped protrusion 51a with the first groove-shaped recess 11a or the second groove-shaped recess 12a. The foot fixing device 50B preferably also has nail holes 52 formed therein. The foot fixing device 50B can be fastened to a shim 7 or the like by driving nails into the nail holes 52. The foot fixing device 50B has a ridge-shaped protrusion sliding space 51f, and a ridge-shaped protrusion displacement member 51g is disposed in the ridge-shaped protrusion sliding space 51f. The ridge-shaped protrusions 51a are formed at the ends of the ridge-shaped protrusion displacement members 51g. By displacing the ridge-shaped protrusion displacement members 51g with respect to the ridge-shaped protrusion sliding spaces 51f, the ridge-shaped protrusions 51a protrude from the ridge-shaped protrusion sliding spaces 51f.

[0125] In this way, by having the ridge-shaped protrusions 51a protrude from the ridge-shaped protrusion sliding spaces 51f, they can be engaged with the first groove-shaped recesses 11a and the second groove-shaped recesses 12a, making it easy to attach the foot fixing device 50A to the first panel 11 or the second panel 12. An elastic member 51h is disposed in the ridge-shaped protrusion sliding spaces 51f. The elastic member 51h has a pair of protruding pieces 51i. When the ridge-shaped protrusions 51a protrude from the ridge-shaped protrusion sliding spaces 51f, the pair of protruding pieces 51i of the elastic member 51h spread out on both sides of the ridge-shaped protrusions 51a. In this way, by having the ridge-shaped protrusions 51a protrude from the ridge-shaped protrusion sliding spaces 51f, the pair of protruding pieces 51i spread out, allowing the pair of protruding pieces 51i to firmly engage with the first groove-shaped recesses 11a or the second groove-shaped recesses 12a.

[0126] The ridge-shaped protrusion displacement member 51g is composed of a ridge-shaped protrusion displacement member main body 51g1 having the ridge-shaped protrusion 51a formed at its end, a ridge-shaped protrusion displacement member operating body 51g3 having a rotation fulcrum 51g2 on the member main body, and a ridge-shaped protrusion displacement member link body 51g4. One end of the ridge-shaped protrusion displacement member link body 51g4 has a rotation fulcrum 51g5 on the ridge-shaped protrusion displacement member main body 51g1, and the other end of the ridge-shaped protrusion displacement member link body 51g4 has a rotation fulcrum 51g6 on the ridge-shaped protrusion displacement member operating body 51g3. With this configuration, by rotating the ridge-shaped protrusion displacement member operating body 51g3 about the rotation fulcrum 51g2, the ridge-shaped protrusion 51a can be protruded from the ridge-shaped protrusion sliding space 51f, or the ridge-shaped protrusion 51a can be returned to the ridge-shaped protrusion sliding space 51f.

[0127] 35A and 35B are diagrams showing yet another embodiment of a presser member used in the panel joining method according to the present invention. Fig. 35A shows the state in which the ridge-shaped protrusions do not protrude, Fig. 35B shows the state in which the ridge-shaped protrusions do not protrude with the ridge-shaped protrusion sliding space visible, Fig. 35C shows the state in which the ridge-shaped protrusions protrude, and Fig. 35D shows the state in which the ridge-shaped protrusions protrude with the ridge-shaped protrusion sliding space visible. The presser member 60C is attached to the first groove-shaped recess 11a of the first panel 11 or the second groove-shaped recess 12a of the second panel 12 to secure the pipe material 6 to the first panel outer surface 11s or the second panel outer surface 12s. The presser member 60C is used to secure a pipe material 6 having a circular cross section, such as a round steel pipe. The pressing member 60C has a ridge-shaped protrusion 61a that engages with the first groove-shaped recess 11a or the second groove-shaped recess 12a, and a pipe contact surface 62 that contacts the pipe material 6.

[0128] The presser member 60C according to this embodiment forms a ridge-shaped protrusion 61a. The presser member 60C is attached to the first panel 11 or the second panel 12 by engaging the ridge-shaped protrusion 61a with the first groove-shaped recess 11a or the second groove-shaped recess 12a. A ridge-shaped protrusion sliding space 61f is formed in the presser member 60C, and a ridge-shaped protrusion displacement member 61g is disposed in the ridge-shaped protrusion sliding space 61f. The ridge-shaped protrusion 61a is formed at the end of the ridge-shaped protrusion displacement member 61g. By displacing the ridge-shaped protrusion displacement member 61g relative to the ridge-shaped protrusion sliding space 61f, the ridge-shaped protrusion 61a protrudes from the ridge-shaped protrusion sliding space 61f. In this way, by having the ridge-shaped protrusions 61a protrude from the ridge-shaped protrusion sliding spaces 61f, they can be engaged with the first groove-shaped recesses 11a and the second groove-shaped recesses 12a, making it easy to attach the presser member 60C to the first panel 11 or the second panel 12. In this way, by having the ridge-shaped protrusions 61a protrude from the ridge-shaped protrusion sliding spaces 61f, the pair of protruding pieces 61i spread out, allowing the pair of protruding pieces 61i to firmly engage with the first groove-shaped recesses 11a or the second groove-shaped recesses 12a.

[0129] Although explanations of the reference numerals will be omitted, the rib-shaped protrusion displacement member 61g, like that described in the embodiment of Fig. 34, is composed of a rib-shaped protrusion displacement member main body having the rib-shaped protrusion 61a formed at its end, a rib-shaped protrusion displacement member operating body having a pivot point on the member main body, and a rib-shaped protrusion displacement member link body. One end of the rib-shaped protrusion displacement member link body has a pivot point on the rib-shaped protrusion displacement member main body, and the other end of the rib-shaped protrusion displacement member link body has a pivot point on the rib-shaped protrusion displacement member operating body. With this configuration, by rotating the rib-shaped protrusion displacement member operating body about the pivot point 2, the rib-shaped protrusion 51a can be protruded from the rib-shaped protrusion sliding space 61f or the rib-shaped protrusion 61a can be returned to the rib-shaped protrusion sliding space 61f.

[0130] 36A and 36B are diagrams showing yet another embodiment of a presser member used in the panel joining method according to the present invention. Fig. 36A shows the state in which the ridge-shaped protrusions do not protrude, Fig. 36B shows the state in which the ridge-shaped protrusions do not protrude with the ridge-shaped protrusion sliding space visible, Fig. 36C shows the state in which the ridge-shaped protrusions protrude, and Fig. 36D shows the state in which the ridge-shaped protrusions protrude with the ridge-shaped protrusion sliding space visible. The presser member 60D is attached to the first groove-shaped recess 11a of the first panel 11 or the second groove-shaped recess 12a of the second panel 12 to secure the pipe material 6 to the first panel outer surface 11s or the second panel outer surface 12s. The presser member 60D is used to secure pipe material 6 having a polygonal cross section, such as a square steel pipe. The pressing member 60D has a ridge-shaped protrusion 61a that engages with the first groove-shaped recess 11a or the second groove-shaped recess 12a, and a pipe contact surface 62 that contacts the pipe material 6.

[0131] The presser member 60D according to this embodiment has a ridge-shaped protrusion 61a formed therein. The presser member 60D is attached to the first panel 11 or the second panel 12 by engaging the ridge-shaped protrusion 61a with the first groove-shaped recess 11a or the second groove-shaped recess 12a. A ridge-shaped protrusion sliding space 61f is formed in the presser member 60D, and a ridge-shaped protrusion displacement member 61g is disposed in the ridge-shaped protrusion sliding space 61f. In this way, by having the ridge-shaped protrusions 61a protrude from the ridge-shaped protrusion sliding spaces 61f, they can be engaged with the first groove-shaped recesses 11a and the second groove-shaped recesses 12a, making it easy to attach the presser member 60D to the first panel 11 or the second panel 12.

[0132] Although explanations of the reference numerals will be omitted, the rib-shaped protrusion displacement member 61g, like that described in the embodiment of Fig.

[0133] Another embodiment of the panel joining method according to the present invention will now be described. Figure 37 is a side view of the main part of a structure in a construction state, illustrating the panel joining method according to this embodiment. The formwork panels according to this embodiment are panels 10 used in construction when pouring concrete, and are joined to adjacent panels 10 using joining members 20 instead of battens.

[0134] As shown in FIG. 37 , during formwork construction for a concrete structure, a wall 10c is supported by a beam support 3 at the beam section, and the beam support 3 is held by a pipe support 4. In this embodiment, the wall 10c is a second panel used as the bottom surface. A pair of walls 10a and 10b are joined to the wall 10c. In this embodiment, the pair of walls 10a and 10b are first panels. Concrete is poured into the space 2 enclosed by the pair of walls 10a and 10b and the wall 10c. Fasteners 5 are attached to the pair of walls 10a and 10b to maintain a constant distance between the pair of walls 10a and 10b. The fasteners 5 are composed of a separator 5a, a pair of cones 5b, a pair of fastener bodies 5c, and a pair of washers 5d. The walls 10a, 10b, and 10c are formed by joining multiple panels 10. Crosspieces are generally used to join the panels 10. Although crosspieces are sometimes used to increase the rigidity of the panel 10, in this embodiment, horizontal pipe members 6b are placed at predetermined intervals on the outer surface of the panel 10 of the wall bodies 10a, 10b, and these horizontal pipe members 6b ensure the rigidity of the panel 10. The pipe members 6 support the load applied to the panel 10 when concrete is poured. In this embodiment, the first panel is butted perpendicularly to the second panel, and a connecting member 20N is placed at the outer corner where the first and second panels meet. A support frame member 80 is attached to the beam support member 3, which supports the second panel from below.

[0135] Figure 38 is a diagram of the essential components of Figure 37, with Figure 38(a) being an enlarged view of the essential components of Figure 37, Figure 38(b) being a cross-sectional view of the support frame member, and Figure 38(c) being a perspective view of the support frame member. In the panel joining method according to this embodiment, steel pipe members are used as the beam support members 3. While square steel pipes are preferred, round steel pipes can also be used. The beam support members (pipe members) 3 are inserted into the support frame member 80. In this embodiment, the support frame member 80 is provided on a portion of the beam support member (pipe member) 3, but it may also be provided along the entire length of the support member (pipe member) 3. Using steel pipe members as the beam support members 3 ensures sufficient strength and reduces the number of pipe supports 4. A joint member holder 91 for holding the joint member 20N is attached to the upper surface of the support frame member 80. A pipe support holder 100 for holding the upper end of the pipe support 4 is attached to the lower surface of the support frame member 80. A pair of upper surface protrusions 81 are formed on both longitudinal sides of the upper surface of the frame member 80 for the receiving material, and a pair of lower surface protrusions 82 are formed on both longitudinal sides of the lower surface of the frame member 80 for the receiving material. A pair of locking portions 91a corresponding to the pair of upper surface protrusions 81 are formed on the joining member holder 91. The joining member holder 91 can slide relative to the frame member 80 for the receiving material, with the pair of locking portions 91a locked to the pair of upper surface protrusions 81.

[0136] The pipe support holding material 100 is formed with a pair of locking portions 100a corresponding to the pair of lower surface protrusions 82. The pipe support holding material 100 can slide relative to the receiving frame member 80 with the pair of locking portions 100a locked to the pair of lower surface protrusions 82. The joining member holding material 91 is formed with a joining member holding portion 91b that holds the joining member 20N. The pipe support holding material 100 is formed with a tubular portion 100b into which the upper end of the pipe support 4 can be inserted. When the pipe support 4 is a square steel pipe, the tubular portion 100b is preferably a square tubular portion as shown in the figure, but when the pipe support 4 is a round steel pipe, it is preferably a round tubular portion.

[0137] Fig. 39 is a diagram showing the state in which the beam support member, the frame member for the support member, the joint member holder, and the joint member are attached, Fig. 39(a) shows the state in which the first panel and the second panel are present, and Fig. 39(b) shows the state in which the first panel and the second panel are absent. Fig. 40 is a structural diagram showing the state in which the frame member for the support member, the joint member holder, and the joint member are attached, and is a structural diagram seen from a different angle than Fig. 40(a) and Fig. 40(b).

[0138] According to this embodiment, the joining member 20N used for the second panel, which becomes the bottom surface, can be held by the joining member holder 80. Furthermore, according to this embodiment, sufficient strength can be maintained by using a pipe material, and the joining member holder can be attached using a support frame member. Furthermore, according to this embodiment, the pipe support holder can be attached using a support frame member. Furthermore, according to this embodiment, the position of the joining member holder can be easily adjusted, making it easy to attach the joining member. Furthermore, according to this embodiment, the position of the pipe support holder can be easily adjusted, making it easy to attach the pipe support.

[0139] Figure 41 is a structural diagram showing the joining member shown in Figures 39 and 40, and Figure 41(b) is a structural diagram showing a state in which one side joining member and the other side joining member have been rotated by a predetermined angle compared to Figure 41(a).

[0140] The joining member 20N has a first joining member 21 on which the first ridge-shaped protrusion 21a is arranged and a second joining member 22 on which the second ridge-shaped protrusion 22a is arranged. Although some components are not shown, the first joining member 21, as in the other embodiments, has a first ridge-shaped protrusion sliding space formed therein, and a first ridge-shaped protrusion displacement member 21g is arranged in the first ridge-shaped protrusion sliding space. Furthermore, a first elastic member is arranged in the first ridge-shaped protrusion sliding space. The first elastic member has a pair of protruding pieces 21i arranged outside the first ridge-shaped protrusion sliding space.

[0141] A second-side ridge-shaped convex portion sliding space is formed in the second-side joining member 22, and a second-side ridge-shaped convex portion displacement member 22g is disposed in the second-side ridge-shaped convex portion sliding space. A second-side elastic member is also disposed in the second-side ridge-shaped convex portion sliding space. The second-side elastic member has a pair of protruding pieces 22i disposed outside the second-side ridge-shaped convex portion sliding space.

[0142] The first rib-shaped protrusion 21a is formed at the end of the one-side rib-shaped protrusion displacement member 21g. Therefore, by displacing the one-side rib-shaped protrusion displacement member 21g relative to the one-side rib-shaped protrusion sliding space, the first rib-shaped protrusion 21a protrudes from the one-side rib-shaped protrusion sliding space. When the first rib-shaped protrusion 21a protrudes from the one-side rib-shaped protrusion sliding space, the pair of protruding pieces 21i of the one-side elastic member spreads out on both sides of the first rib-shaped protrusion 21a.

[0143] The second rib-shaped protrusion 22a is formed at the end of the other-side rib-shaped protrusion displacement member 22g. Therefore, by displacing the other-side rib-shaped protrusion displacement member 22g relative to the other-side rib-shaped protrusion sliding space, the second rib-shaped protrusion 22a protrudes from the other-side rib-shaped protrusion sliding space. When the second rib-shaped protrusion 22a protrudes from the other-side rib-shaped protrusion sliding space, the pair of protruding pieces 22i of the other-side elastic member spreads out on both sides of the second rib-shaped protrusion 22a.

[0144] In this manner, by having the first rib-shaped protrusion 21 a and the second rib-shaped protrusion 22 a protrude from the one-side rib-shaped protrusion sliding space and the other-side rib-shaped protrusion sliding space, the first rib-shaped protrusion 21 a and the second rib-shaped protrusion 22 a can be engaged with the first groove-shaped recess 11 a and the second groove-shaped recess 12 a. Furthermore, by having the first rib-shaped protrusion 21 a and the second rib-shaped protrusion 22 a protrude from the one-side rib-shaped protrusion sliding space and the other-side rib-shaped protrusion sliding space, the pair of protruding pieces 21 i, 22 i spread apart, so that the pair of protruding pieces 21 i, 22 i can firmly engage the first rib-shaped protrusion 21 a and the second rib-shaped protrusion 22 a with the first groove-shaped recess 11 a and the second groove-shaped recess 12 a. The one-side joining member 21 and the other-side joining member 22 are connected by a rotation shaft 25. The rotation shaft 25 allows the one-side joining member 21 and the other-side joining member 22 to rotate by a predetermined angle. Therefore, the first ridge-shaped convex portion 21 a and the second ridge-shaped convex portion 22 a can easily engage with the first groove-shaped concave portion 11 a and the second groove-shaped concave portion 12 a.

[0145] The one-side ridge-shaped protrusion displacement member 21g is provided with a one-side return cam member 21j, and the other-side ridge-shaped protrusion displacement member 22g is provided with a other-side return cam member 22j. The one-side return cam member 21j is rotatably attached to the one-side ridge-shaped protrusion displacement member 21g, and the other-side return cam member 22j is rotatably attached to the other-side ridge-shaped protrusion displacement member 22g. By rotating the one-side return cam member 21j or the other-side return cam member 22j with the first ridge-shaped protrusion 21a or the second ridge-shaped protrusion 22a protruding, the first ridge-shaped protrusion 21a or the second ridge-shaped protrusion 22a can be returned to the one-side ridge-shaped protrusion sliding space 21f or the other-side ridge-shaped protrusion sliding space 22f. The joining member 20N according to this embodiment is formed with a protrusion 26 that engages with the joining member holding portion 91b.

[0146] Figure 42 shows the operation of attaching the joining member shown in Figure 41 to the position shown in Figure 38 or 39(a). First, in the state shown in Figure 42(a), the other-side joining member 22 is abutted against the underside of the second panel (wall body 10c) 12. Then, as shown in Figure 42(a), the other-side ridge-shaped convexity displacement member 22g is pressed to engage the second ridge-shaped convexity 22a with the second groove-shaped concaveity 12a of the second panel 12. After engaging the second ridge-shaped convexity 22a with the second groove-shaped concaveity 12a, the one-side joining member 21 is rotated as shown in Figure 42(c) to abut the one-side joining member 21 against the outer surface of the first panel (wall body 10a) 11. Then, as shown in Figure 42(d), the one-side ridge-shaped convexity displacement member 21g is pressed to engage the first ridge-shaped convexity 21a with the first groove-shaped concaveity 11a of the first panel 11.

[0147] Figure 43 shows a joining member different from the joining members shown in Figures 39 to 42 and is a structural diagram corresponding to Figure 40. Also, Figure 44 is a diagram showing the operation of the joining member shown in Figure 43 corresponding to Figure 42. A joining member 20N according to this example is the joining member 20L shown in Figures 31 and 32 with a protrusion 26 formed thereon.

[0148] As described with reference to Figures 37 to 43, the panel joining method of this embodiment involves forming a first groove-shaped recess 11a in the first panel outer surface 11s of the first panel 11, forming a second groove-shaped recess 12a in the second panel outer surface 12s of the second panel 12 that is joined adjacent to the first panel 11, and having first ridge-shaped protrusions 21a that engage with the first groove-shaped recess 11a and second ridge-shaped protrusions 22a that engage with the second groove-shaped recess 12a, by engaging the first ridge-shaped protrusions 21a with the first groove-shaped recess 11a and the second ridge-shaped protrusions 22a with the second groove-shaped recess 12a, joining the first panel 11 and the second panel 12 and assembling the panels into a wall shape, Using the second panel 12 as the bottom surface, the first panel 11 is butted against the second panel 12 perpendicularly, and joining members 20N, 20P are positioned at the outer corners of the joint between the first panel 11 and the second panel 12. A support frame member 80 is attached to a beam support member 3 that supports the second panel 12 from below, and a joining member holder 90 that holds the joining members 20N, 20P is attached to the top surface of the support frame member 80. According to this embodiment, the first panel 11 and the second panel 12 are joined by engaging the first ridge-shaped convex portions 21a and the second ridge-shaped convex portions 22a of the joining members 20N, 20P with the first groove-shaped concave portions 11a and the second groove-shaped concave portions 12a, thereby assembling the panels into a wall, and the joining members 20N, 20P used for the second panel 12, which forms the bottom surface, with the joining member holder 91.

[0149] Figure 45 is a side view of the essential parts of a structure in a construction state, showing a panel joining method according to another embodiment of the present invention. Figure 46 is a diagram of the essential parts of Figure 45, with Figure 46(a) being an enlarged view of the essential parts of Figure 45, Figure 46(b) being a cross-sectional view of a frame member for receiving material, and Figure 46(c) being a perspective view of the frame member for receiving material. The formwork panel according to this embodiment is a panel 10 used in construction when pouring concrete, and uses battens as joining members 20X. Since the basic configuration is the same as that of the embodiment in Figures 37 and 38, the same reference numerals are used and some of the description will be omitted.

[0150] The method of joining formwork panels according to this embodiment, which is used in construction when pouring concrete, uses crosspieces as joining members 20X, joins the first panel 11 (wall body 10a) and the second panel (wall body 10c) 12, assembles the panels into a wall, uses the second panel as the bottom surface, butts the first panel perpendicular to the second panel, attaches a support member frame member 80 to the beam support member 3 that supports the second panel from below, uses pipe material as the beam support member 3 and inserts the pipe material into the support member frame member 80, attaches a joining member holder 92 that holds the joining member 20X to the upper surface of the support member frame member 80, attaches a pipe support holder 100 that holds the upper end of the pipe support 4 to the lower surface of the support member frame member 80, and arranges the joining member holder 92 and the pipe support holder 100 to be slidable relative to the support member frame member 80. The joining member holder 92 is formed with a pair of locking portions 92a corresponding to the pair of upper surface protrusions 81. The joining member holder 92 can slide relative to the receiving member frame member 80 with the pair of locking portions 92a locked to the pair of upper surface protrusions 81. The joining member holder 92 also has formed therein a joining member holder 92b that holds the joining member 20X.

[0151] As shown in Figures 46(c) and 46(d), it is preferable to have multiple types of joint member holders 92, each with a different height from the top surface of the support frame member 80 to the joint member holder 92b. Having joint member holders 92 with different heights of joint member holders 92b allows different types of joint member holders 92 to be used depending on the thickness of the crosspiece used as the joint member 20X. While this embodiment shows joint member holders 92 with different heights of joint member holders 92b, joint member holders 92 with adjustable heights of joint member holders 92b may also be used. According to this embodiment, the joint member 20X used for the second panel, which serves as the bottom surface, can be held by the joint member holders 92. The use of pipe material ensures sufficient strength. The joint member holders 92 can be attached to the support frame member 80, and the pipe support holders 100 can be attached to the support frame member 80. This facilitates adjustment of the position of the joint member holders 92, which facilitates installation of the joint members 20X and the pipe support holders 100, which facilitates installation of the pipe supports 4.

[0152] INDUSTRIAL APPLICABILITY The present invention can be used as a method for joining panels that form formwork panels used in construction when pouring concrete, partition panels that divide spaces, or wall or ceiling panels for temporary buildings.
