Abstract

The air conditioner cover consists of a set of wooden boards, a set of air grille structures, a front panel; a main functional units of the air conditioner are assembled whereby the set of wooden boards has a front wooden board as the main component, assembled with a side wooden board with a block installed between the front wooden board and the side wooden board, wherein the front wooden board and the side wooden board have slots that are placed in parallel to the length of wooden board. The set of air grille structures has a side air grille assembled with a side wooden board and has a front air grille assembled with the front wooden board, which slots of the side wooden board and the front wooden board are slots corresponding to the mounting parts of the side wooden board and the front wooden board. It is a design of the set of air grille structures that calculates the expansion between the set of air grille structures and the set of wooden boards to maintain the alignment of panels to be parallel to each other, which will not make wooden board blocking the wind directions in case of expansion or contraction.

[0005] An air conditioner cover is a part that is not directly related to the air conditioning system, but it is installed to control wind directions, allowing the good circulation of temperature and weather inside the air-conditioner areas. It may have various and different characteristics, and the materials used in the production are varied for selection because the air conditioner cover is a part that is exposed to heat or cold all the time.

Optimal air conditioner placement involves an open area without hindrances that might redirect or block airflow. Normally, the air conditioning system functions by expelling hot air from the interior space and introducing cold air as replacement. When obstacles are present, this process of expelling hot air and introducing cold air becomes more energy-intensive, which, in turn, reduces the durability of the air conditioner.

[0011] According to the Japanese Patent Publication No. JP19841840420U, tiled “Air Conditioner”, details an air conditioning apparatus wherein a wooden grille is positioned on the frontal surface. This grille is enveloped by a square wooden frame, this grille is positioned at the upper center, with one side supported by a rotating grille frame. Meanwhile, another section of the grille is assembled on the upper corner of the upper frame, with the extraction grille correspondingly aligned. These elements form part of an air conditioning unit with a cutting- edge design. according to the US Patent Publication No. US4625784A, tilted “Indoor air conditioner cover and system” mentions an indoor air conditioner cover set for indoor part of air conditioner, comprising an impermeable air barrier, which is, plastic sheet, wherein the plastic sheet is modified to wrap the indoor part if air conditioners, and wherein such sealing methos including an adhesive tape. The indoor air conditioner cover set prevents the cooling of the room from the outside air in the air conditioner inside the room and heat loss through air conditioner. The cover has an opening that can hold the edge of the indoor part of air conditioner, the indoor air conditioner cover has the peripheral and is detachable folding, which is modified to extend the depth of the cover. Therefore, the cover set with a plastic sheet sealed to the indoor face of the air conditioner is an effective set for the installation of various types of air conditioners and for the prevention of unwanted cooling.

Its unique feature is a magnet that holds the air conditioner cover through a magnetic spring switch. This switch can be pressed and released to secure the cover onto the base with rivets nits on both the left and right sides - two on each side. Additionally, the cover is assembled with a stamped metal steel plate mounted behind the outer air conditioner cover, again with two on each side for joining. Furthermore, there is a wire rope that connects and holds together the inner and outer air conditioner covers on both the left and right sides. This arrangement prevents the outer air conditioner cover from falling in case the magnet deteriorates.

[0024] Details Description of the Invention

[0025] From fig.l illustrate one aspect of the structure and components of air conditioner cover. This invention relates to the components of air conditioner cover, comprising a set of wooden boards 1, a set of air grille structure 2, a front panel 3, main functional unit of the air conditioner 4, assembled together. The main functional unit of the air conditioner 4 supports the front panel 3, wherein the front panel 3 is provided to be assembled with the set of air grille structure 2 for supporting the installation of the set of wooden boards 1.

The assembly between the side wooden board 12 and the side air grille 22 and the assembly between the front wooden board 11 and the front air grille 21 will be inserted and fixed together between slots 13 and brackets 23 to increase the strength in assembling jig together.

Claims1. An air conditioner cover comprising a front panel (3), main functional units of the air conditioner (4), characterized in that, the main functional units of the air conditioner (4) supporting the assembly with the front panel (3), wherein the front panel (3) is provided to be assembled with a set of air grille structure (2) for supporting the installation of a set of wooden boards (1); the set of wooden boards (1) comprising a front wooden board (11), a side wooden board (12) assembled together, wherein the front wooden board (11) is provided to be the main component supporting the assembly with at least one of any the side wooden board (12) with a block (14) installed between the front wooden board (11) and the side wooden board (12), wherein the front wooden board (11) and the side wooden board (12) provide slots (13) that are placed in parallel to the length of wooden board on at least one of any slot; the set of air grille structures (2) comprising a front air grille (21), a side air grille (22) assembled together, wherein the side air grille (22) is provided to be assembled with the side wooden board (12), where the slot (13) of the side wooden board (12) are slots that support the fit of a mounting bracket (23) of the side air grille (22); and the front air grille (21) is provided to be assembled with the front wooden board (11), where the slots (13) of the front wooden board (11) are slots that support the fit of the mounting bracket (23) of the front air grille (21).

2. The air conditioner cover according to claim 1, wherein the front wooden board (11) and the side wooden board (12) are provided to be assembled together by applying Polyurethane glue or PU glue at the corners.

3. The air conditioner cover according to any of claim 1 or 2, wherein the front wooden board (11) and the side wooden board (12) forms an angle from 90 degrees.

4. The air conditioner cover according to claim 1, wherein the block (14) is provided to be installed with screw.

5. The air conditioner cover according to claim 1, wherein the side air grille (22) and the side wooden board (12) are provided to be assembled together by attaching double-sided tape between the side air grille (22) and the side wooden board (12).

6. The air conditioner cover according to claim 5, wherein the side air grille (22) and the side wooden board (12) are provided to be mounted with screws.

7. The air conditioner cover according to claim 1, wherein the front air grille (21) and the front wooden board (11) are provided to be assembled together by attaching double- sided tape between the front air grille (21) and the front wooden board (11).

8. The air conditioner cover according to claim 7, wherein the front air grille (21) and the front wooden board (11) are provided to be mounted with screws.

9. The air conditioner cover according to claim 1, wherein the front air grille (21) is provided with a connection point to the side air grille (22) by having a gap to support different sections in expansion and contraction between the front wooden board (11) and the side wooden board (12).

10. The air conditioner cover according to claim 1, wherein the front air grille (21), the side air grille (22) is a plastic.
