Abstract
Description
Processing system and processing method
[0001] The present invention relates to a processing system and a processing method.
[0002] At construction sites, construction work is carried out using various construction machines. However, unexpected breakdowns or maintenance of the various construction machines can sometimes cause delays in construction. For this reason, additional construction machines have been introduced to make up for the delays (see Patent Document 1).
[0003] Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2002-188183
[0004] However, introducing additional construction machinery involves a lot of complicated work, such as arranging for the additional machinery and securing operators, and there is a risk that the profitability of the construction work will deteriorate.
[0005] Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide a processing system and a processing method that can reduce unexpected breakdowns and maintenance.
[0006] A processing system according to the present invention includes a first processing device having a first processing section for processing an object, and a second processing device separate from the first processing device and having a second processing section for processing an object that has passed through the first processing device. Also, a processing method according to the present invention includes a step of processing the object by the first processing device having a first processing section for processing the object, and a step of processing the object that has passed through the first processing device by the second processing device separate from the first processing device and having a second processing section.
[0007] According to the present invention, the object processed by the first processing device is processed by the second processing device, thereby reducing the load on the first processing device and the second processing device, thereby realizing a processing system and processing method that can reduce unexpected breakdowns and maintenance.

[0009] The treatment system according to the first embodiment will be described in detail below with reference to Figures 1 to 3. Note that the first embodiment is a treatment system using two stationary (plant-type) rotary crushing devices that are assembled at a construction site, but three or more devices may also be used.
[0010] Fig. 1 is a cross-sectional view showing a treatment system 1 in which the first rotary crushing device 10 and the second rotary crushing device 100 of the first embodiment are laid out at a construction site, and Fig. 2 is a block diagram of the treatment system 1 of this first embodiment. Note that in Fig. 1, for convenience of explanation, the vertical direction is shown as the Z-axis direction, and two orthogonal axes in a horizontal plane are shown as the X-axis direction and the Y-axis direction.
[0011] The treatment system 1 can crush raw soil, mix the raw soil with additives, and discharge the resultant improved soil to the outside. The improved soil can be used for purposes such as backfilling of structures, backfilling of buildings, backfilling of civil engineering structures, embankments for river embankments, embankments for roads, embankments for land development, railway embankments, airport embankments, and water surface reclamation.
[0012] (Rotary Crushing Device) In the first embodiment, the processing system 1 includes a first rotary crushing device 10, a second rotary crushing device 100, and an indicator device 200 (see FIG. 2). As shown in FIG. 1, the processing system 1 has a layout in which the first rotary crushing device 10 and the second rotary crushing device 100, which is a separate device independent of the first rotary crushing device 10, are connected in series along the X direction. However, the layout is not limited to this, and the first rotary crushing device 10 and the second rotary crushing device 100 may be laid out so as to intersect at a predetermined angle (e.g., 90 degrees).
[0013] As shown in Figures 1 and 2, the first rotary crushing device 10 has a soil supplying device 20, a conveying device 30, an additive supplying device 40, a first rotary crushing section 50, a first discharge device 60, a first communication device 70, and a first control device 80.
[0014] The soil supplying device 20 has a hopper 21 having a wall surface with which the raw soil comes into contact, a loosening device (not shown) that loosens the raw soil, and a discharge device 22 that discharges the loosened raw soil to the conveying device 30. The soil supplying device 20 receives raw soil discharged from, for example, a backhoe through the inlet of the hopper 21, and discharges it to the conveying device 30 by the belt conveyor of the discharge device 22.
[0015] The transport device 30 has a belt conveyor that transports the raw soil discharged from the discharge device 22 of the soil supply device 20 to the first supply port 68 of the first rotary crushing device 10.
[0016] The additive supply device 40 has an additive storage section 41, and supplies additives (lime-based solidification materials such as quicklime and slaked lime, cement-based solidification materials such as ordinary cement and blast furnace cement, soil improvement materials made from polymer materials, chemical fibers made from natural fibers and resins, etc.) stored in the additive storage section 41 to the conveying device 30, thereby supplying the additives from the first supply port 68 of the first rotary crushing device 10 to the inside of the first rotary crushing device 10.
[0017] The first rotary crushing device 10 of this first embodiment is a device used to improve and effectively utilize raw soil such as construction waste soil. The first rotary crushing device 10 crushes and refines the raw soil, dispersing it finely and homogeneously. The aforementioned additives are also added to the first rotary crushing device 10 as needed. When additives are added, the first rotary crushing device 10 mixes the raw soil with the additives to produce improved soil, thereby adjusting the properties and strength of the improved soil.
[0018] The first rotary crushing unit 50 includes a stand 51, a fixed drum 52, a rotating drum 53, a support roller 54, a rotating shaft 55, and an impact member 56 that comes into contact with the raw soil to crush it.
[0019] The base 51 holds the components of the first rotary crushing unit 50 and may be made of, for example, iron. A first supply port 68 is provided on the top surface of the base 51 for feeding raw soil and additives (hereinafter, the raw soil and additives will be referred to as the processing target) into the fixed drum 52.
[0020] The fixed drum 52 is a cylindrical container into which the object to be treated is introduced via a first supply port 68 and is then guided into a rotating drum 53 provided below the fixed drum 52 (on the −Z side).
[0021] The rotating drum 53 is a cylindrical container that rotates (spins) around the central axis of the cylinder (around the Z-axis) by a motor (not shown). The rotating drum 53 is supported by the frame 51 via a plurality of support rollers 54, and receives the rotational force of this motor (not shown) to rotate smoothly. The rotation direction of the rotating drum 53 and the rotation direction of the impact member 56 may be the same or opposite.
[0022] The rotating shaft 55 is a cylindrical member extending in the vertical direction (Z-axis direction), penetrates the top of the base 51, and is held on the top of the base 51 in a freely rotatable state via a ball bearing (not shown). The lower end of the rotating shaft 55 is located inside the rotating drum 53 and serves as a free end. In other words, the rotating shaft 55 is cantilevered. The rotating shaft 55 can be rotated around the Z-axis at 100 to 1200 rpm by a motor (not shown).
[0023] Each of the two-stage impact members 56 is rotatably attached to the rotary shaft 55. In the first embodiment, each of the two-stage impact members 56 is provided with a thick steel plate, but the impact members 56 may be configured by combining a thick plate and a chain, or may be configured by a chain.
[0024] The impact member 56 rotates centrifugally due to the rotation of the rotary shaft 55, and the thick plates move at high speed near the inner circumferential surface of the rotary drum 53, crushing and mixing the material to be treated. For this reason, the first rotary crushing device 10 can also be called a rotary crushing and mixing device. The number and stage of the thick plates of the impact member 56 can be adjusted depending on the type and properties of the raw soil, the amount to be treated, the type and amount of additives, the target quality of the improved soil, etc.
[0025] The first discharge device 60 has a belt conveyor that transports the treatment object discharged from below the rotating drum 53 to the second supply port 118 of the second rotary crushing device 100. In this first embodiment, the first discharge device 60 functions as a discharge conveyor that discharges the treatment object crushed by the first rotary crushing device 10, and also functions as a transport conveyor that transports the treatment object to the second rotary crushing unit 110. Therefore, when the first rotary crushing device 10 and the second rotary crushing device 100 are used, only one first discharge device 60 is required, and the treatment system 1 can be configured inexpensively.
[0026] The first communication device 70 is a wireless communication unit that accesses a wide area network such as the Internet to communicate with the second communication device 130 (described later) and the third communication device 210 (described later). In this first embodiment, the first communication device 70 receives the operating conditions of the first rotary crushing device 10 from the third communication device 210 (described later).
[0027] The first control device 80 includes a CPU, and in this first embodiment, controls the first rotary crushing device 10 based on commands from a main control device 220, which will be described later.
[0028] Next, the configuration of the second rotary crushing device 100 will be described. Since the second rotary crushing device 100 processes the material to be treated that has been treated by the first rotary crushing device 10, it is possible to omit the soil supplying device 20 having the hopper 21, the loosening device (not shown), and the discharge device 22, and the additive supplying device 40. Alternatively, the additive supplying device 40 on the first rotary crushing device 10 side may be omitted, and the additive supplying device 40 may be provided on the second rotary crushing device 100 side. This makes it possible to supply additives to the material to be treated that has been roughly treated by the first rotary crushing device 10.
[0029] For this reason, the second rotary crushing device 100 of this first embodiment is configured to include a second rotary crushing section 110, a second discharge device 120, a second communication device 130, and a second control device 140.
[0030] The second rotary crushing unit 110 includes a stand 111 , a fixed drum 112 , a rotary drum 113 , a support roller 114 , a rotary shaft 115 , and an impact member 116 .
[0031] The base 111 holds the components of the second rotary crushing unit 110 and may be made of, for example, iron. A second supply port 118 is provided on the top surface of the base 111 for feeding the material to be treated into the fixed drum 112.
[0032] The fixed drum 112 is a cylindrical container into which the object to be treated is introduced via a second supply port 118 and is guided into a rotating drum 113 provided below (on the −Z side of) the fixed drum 112 .
[0033] The rotating drum 113 is a cylindrical container that rotates (spins) around the central axis of the cylinder (around the Z axis) by a motor (not shown). The rotating drum 113 is supported by the frame 111 via a plurality of support rollers 114, and receives the rotational force of this motor (not shown) to rotate smoothly. The rotation direction of the rotating drum 113 and the rotation direction of the impact member 116 may be the same or opposite.
[0034] The rotating shaft 115 is a cylindrical member extending in the vertical direction (Z-axis direction), penetrates the top of the base 111, and is held on the top of the base 111 in a freely rotatable state via a ball bearing (not shown). The lower end of the rotating shaft 115 is located inside the rotating drum 113 and serves as a free end. In other words, the rotating shaft 115 is cantilevered. The rotating shaft 115 can be rotated around the Z-axis at 100 to 1200 rpm by a motor (not shown).
[0035] Each of the two-stage impact members 116 is rotatably attached to a rotary shaft 115. In the first embodiment, each of the two-stage impact members 116 is provided with a thick steel plate, but the impact members 116 may be configured by combining a thick plate and a chain, or may be configured by a chain.
[0036] The impact member 116 rotates centrifugally due to the rotation of the rotary shaft 115, and the thick plates move at high speed near the inner circumferential surface of the rotary drum 113, crushing and mixing the material to be treated. For this reason, the second rotary crushing device 100 can also be called a rotary crushing and mixing device. The number and stage of the thick plates of the impact member 116 can be adjusted depending on the type and properties of the raw soil, the amount to be treated, the type and amount of additives, the target quality of the improved soil, etc.
[0037] The second discharge device 120 is a device that transports the objects to be treated that have been crushed and mixed in the second rotary crushing section 110 to, for example, the loading platform of a truck (not shown) by means of a belt conveyor.
[0038] The second communication device 130 is a wireless communication unit that accesses a wide area network such as the Internet to communicate with the first communication device 70 and a third communication device 210 (described later). In this first embodiment, the second communication device 130 receives the operating conditions of the second rotary crusher 100 from the third communication device 210 (described later).
[0039] The second control device 140 includes a CPU, and in this first embodiment, controls the second rotary crushing unit 110 based on commands from the main control device 220, which will be described later.
[0040] In the first embodiment, the instruction device 200 drives the first rotary crushing device 10 and the second rotary crushing unit 110, and may be a host computer or a tablet terminal such as a smartphone.
[0041] In this first embodiment, the instruction device 200 has a third communication device 210 and a main control device 220. The third communication device 210 is a wireless communication unit that accesses a wide area network such as the Internet to communicate with the first communication device 70 and the second communication device 130. In this first embodiment, the third communication device 210 transmits the operating conditions of the first rotary crusher 10 to the first communication device 70, and transmits the operating conditions of the second rotary crusher 100 to the second communication device 130.
[0042] The main control unit 220 is equipped with a CPU, and in this first embodiment, works in cooperation with the first control unit 80 and the second control unit 140 to control the first rotary crusher 10 and the second rotary crusher unit 110.
[0043] The control by the indicating device 200 of the processing system 1 of the first embodiment configured as above will be described below. Fig. 3 is a flowchart executed by the main control device 220 of the indicating device 200 of the first embodiment.
[0044] (Flowchart) The main controller 220 sets the drive conditions for the first rotary crusher 10 and the second rotary crusher 100 (Step S1). The main controller 220 sets the rotation speeds of the rotary shaft 55 and the rotary shaft 115 of the second rotary crusher 110 so that the rotation speed of the rotary shaft 115 of the second rotary crusher 110 is higher than the rotation speed of the rotary shaft 55 of the first rotary crusher 50. This is because, in this first embodiment, the first rotary crusher 50 is used for rough processing and the second rotary crusher 110 is used for finish processing. For example, the main controller 220 sets the rotation speed of the rotary shaft 55 of the first rotary crusher 50 to 300 rpm and the rotation speed of the rotary shaft 115 of the second rotary crusher 110 to 600 rpm.
[0045] In step S1, the main control device 220 also sets the drive conditions for the soil supplying device 20, the conveying device 30, the additive supplying device 40, the first discharge device 60, and the second discharge device 120. The main control device 220 sets different conveying speeds for the conveyor belts of the conveying device 30 and the first discharge device 60 so that the throughput or load current per unit time of the first rotary crushing unit 50 and the second rotary crushing unit 110 is the same. As described above, the rotation shaft 115 of the second rotary crushing unit 110 rotates at twice the speed of the rotation shaft 55 of the first rotary crushing unit 50. Therefore, it is preferable to set the conveying speed of the first discharge device 60 to twice the conveying speed of the conveying device 30. This allows the amount of material to be treated supplied to the second supply port 118 per unit time to be approximately half the amount of material to be treated supplied to the first supply port 68. As a result, the second rotary crushing unit 110 crushes the object to be treated, which has a small input amount per unit time, at high speed, thereby making the object to be treated finer. Note that it is desirable for the main control device 220 to set the conveying speeds of the belt conveyors of the discharge device 22 and the conveying device 30 to be the same, and it is desirable to set the conveying speeds of the first discharge device 60 and the second discharge device 120 to be the same.
[0046] The main control device 220 transmits the drive conditions set in step S1 to the first rotary crusher 10 and the second rotary crusher 100 using the third communication device 210, and starts driving the first rotary crushing unit 50 and the second rotary crushing unit 110 (step S2). The first control device 80 of the first rotary crusher 10 and the second control device 140 of the second rotary crusher 100 each drive their respective components based on the received drive conditions.
[0047] The main control device 220 detects the drive status of the first rotary crusher 10 and the second rotary crusher 100 (step S3). Specifically, the main control device 220 detects the load of the motor (not shown) that rotates the rotation shaft 55 of the first rotary crusher 50 and the shape of the object crushed by the second rotary crusher 110. The shape of the object crushed by the second rotary crusher 110 can be detected by taking an image using an imaging device installed below the second rotary crusher 110, by visually checking the object, or by applying an alkaline reaction solution to the object and checking whether the treated object has turned uniformly red.
[0048] As described above, the first rotary crusher 10 and the second rotary crusher 100 have different detection items for the driving conditions. This is because the first rotary crusher 50 is designed for rough processing of objects to be processed, and if objects larger than a predetermined size are continuously crushed, the motor (not shown) that rotates the rotating shaft will be overloaded and may cause a malfunction. On the other hand, the second rotary crusher 100 is designed for finish processing of objects to be processed, and therefore objects larger than a predetermined size are rarely crushed, and the quality of the objects to be processed is emphasized.
[0049] The main control device 220 determines whether to change the drive conditions of the first rotary crusher 10 and the second rotary crusher 100 (step S4). If the motor (not shown) that rotates the rotating shaft 55 is overloaded, the main control device 220 determines that the drive conditions of the first rotary crusher 10 need to be changed. Furthermore, if the finished product of the object crushed by the second rotary crusher 110 does not meet the predetermined quality, the main control device 220 determines that the drive conditions of the second rotary crusher 110 need to be changed. Here, the explanation will continue assuming that the main control device 220 determines that a change in the drive conditions is necessary and returns to step S1. If the main control device 220 determines that a change in the drive conditions is not necessary, the process proceeds to step S5.
[0050] The main control device 220 returns to step S1 and sets the drive conditions for the first rotary crusher 10 and the second rotary crusher 100. The main control device 220 sets the rotation speed of the rotation shaft 55 of the first rotary crushing unit 50 to 250 rpm, assuming that the motor (not shown) that rotates the rotation shaft is overloaded. The main control device 220 also sets the rotation speed of the rotation shaft 115 of the second rotary crushing unit 110 to 700 rpm in order to improve the quality of the finished product. Note that when the motor (not shown) that rotates the rotation shaft is not overloaded, the main control device 220 may increase the rotation speed of the rotation shaft 55 of the first rotary crushing unit 50 in addition to increasing the rotation speed of the rotation shaft 115 of the second rotary crushing unit 110 in order to improve the quality of the finished product.
[0051] It is preferable to change the conveying speed of the belt conveyor of the transport device 30 and the conveying speed of the belt conveyor of the first discharge device 60 in accordance with the change in the rotation speed of the rotation shaft 55 of the first rotary crushing unit 50 and the rotation speed of the rotation shaft 115 of the second rotary crushing unit 110. In this case, it is preferable to set the conveying speed of the belt conveyor of the transport device 30 and the conveying speed of the belt conveyor of the first discharge device 60 in accordance with the ratio between the rotation speed of the rotation shaft 55 and the rotation speed of the rotation shaft 115.
[0052] Since the explanations of steps S2 and S3 are redundant, they will be omitted here, and the explanation will begin with step S4. In step S4, the main control device 220 determines whether to change the drive conditions of the first rotary crusher 10 and the second rotary crusher 100. Here, it is assumed that the overload of the motor (not shown) that rotates the rotation shaft has been eliminated, and the finished shape of the processing object crushed by the second rotary crusher 110 meets the predetermined quality, and the main control device 220 proceeds to step S5.
[0053] The main control device 220 determines whether the crushing and mixing process by the first rotary crusher 10 and the second rotary crusher 100 has ended (step S5). The main control device 220 determines that the crushing and mixing process has ended when the backhoe has finished discharging the raw soil into the hopper 21 and the output of a weight scale (not shown) provided on the belt conveyor of the second discharge device 120 indicates that the object to be treated has been transported, and ends this flowchart. Note that if the main control device 220 determines that the object to be treated is being transported based on the output of a weight scale (not shown) provided on the belt conveyor of the second discharge device 120, it repeats the determination of step S5. Note that the main control device 220 may repeat step S3 and subsequent steps instead of repeating the determination of step S5.
[0054] As described above, according to the processing system 1 of the first embodiment, the first rotary crushing device 10 is used for rough processing to crush processing targets of a predetermined size or larger. However, because the crushing rotation speed of the first rotary crushing unit 50 is lower than the crushing rotation speed of the second rotary crushing unit 110, wear on the two-stage impact members 56 can be reduced, and the frequency of replacement work for the two-stage impact members 56 can be reduced.
[0055] Furthermore, according to the processing system 1 of the first embodiment, the second rotary crushing unit 110 is used for finishing processing to crush the processing target that has been crushed by the first rotary crushing device 10. This reduces the amount of large impact force acting on the two-stage impact member 116, thereby reducing wear on the two-stage impact member 116 and reducing the frequency of replacement work for the two-stage impact member 116.
[0056] In the first embodiment, the processing system 1 is controlled by the instruction device 200. Alternatively, the processing system 1 may be controlled by cooperative control between the first control device 80 and the second control device 140. In this case, the instruction device 200 may be omitted.
[0057] 4 to 9, the second embodiment will be described below. The same components as those in the first embodiment are designated by the same reference numerals, and their description will be omitted or simplified. In the second embodiment, the raw soil is clayey, and an anti-adhesion agent is supplied to prevent the clayey soil from adhering to the soil supplying device 20, the first rotary crushing unit 50, and the second rotary crushing unit 110. For simplicity, the first rotary crushing unit 50 will be described, but it goes without saying that the same can be applied to the second rotary crushing unit 110.
[0058] 4A, 4B, and 4C are diagrams showing the configuration of the soil supplying device 20 according to the second embodiment, with Fig. 4A being a top view, Fig. 4B being a front view, and Fig. 4C being a side view. Note that Fig. 4C is a partial cross-sectional view to make the configuration of the soil supplying device 20 easier to understand.
[0059] In the second embodiment, the loosening device not shown in the first embodiment is shown as a loosening device 156 .
[0060] (Loosening device 156) The loosening device 156 is provided below the hopper 21 and loosens the raw soil that has been added. It has a shaft 57, a metal rotating blade 58 provided on this shaft 57, and a motor 59 that rotates the shaft 57.
[0061] Even if the raw soil is clayey soil, the rotation of the rotary blades 58 cuts through the raw soil and moves it toward the discharge device 22, thereby suppressing the occurrence of arch action within the hopper 21.
[0062] The loosening device 156 is also provided with a part of the upstream supply device 71 (see FIGS. 5 and 6). The upstream supply device 71 is a device that supplies liquid polymer electrolyte and water to the inner wall surface of the hopper 21, the pair of rotating rolls 62, and the scraping blade 63. This polymer electrolyte acts as an anti-adhesion agent.
[0063] Fig. 5 is a diagram showing an outline of the configuration of the upstream supply device 71, and Fig. 6 is a block diagram of the processing system 1 of the second embodiment. As shown in Figs. 4 to 6, the upstream supply device 71 has a first tank 72 that stores a polymer electrolyte as an anti-adhesion agent, a second tank 73 that stores water, two on-off valves 74 (74a, 74b), a pressure adjustment valve 75, and a nozzle 76. Note that the components of the upstream supply device 71 are connected by piping. In addition, in the second embodiment, the first tank 72 and the second tank 73 are provided in the casing 61, but they may be provided outside the casing 61.
[0064] In the second embodiment, the shaft 57 has a hollow structure, and for example, an on-off valve 74a is provided at one end and an on-off valve 74b is provided at the other end, and this hollow structure can be used as part of the piping of the upstream supply device 71. By using the hollow structure of the shaft 57 as piping, it is possible to prevent the piping from becoming tangled around the shaft 57 due to rotation of the shaft 57. Furthermore, the nozzle 76 can be connected to the shaft 57 or the rotary vane 58 via a pressure regulating valve 75. The anti-adhesive agent stored in the first tank 72 and the water stored in the second tank 73 are each supplied to the nozzle 76 by a pump (not shown).
[0065] The on-off valve 74a is connected to the first tank 72 and is in an open state when the anti-adhesive agent stored in the first tank 72 is to be supplied to the nozzle 76, and is in a closed state when the anti-adhesive agent stored in the first tank 72 is not to be supplied to the nozzle 76.
[0066] The on-off valve 74b is connected to the second tank 73, and is in an open state when water stored in the second tank 73 is supplied to the nozzle 76, and is in a closed state when water stored in the second tank 73 is not supplied to the nozzle 76. In the second embodiment, the on-off valves 74a and 74b are controlled to open by a first control device 80. As will be described in detail later, the first control device 80 opens the on-off valve 74a to discharge the anti-sticking agent from the nozzle 76, and then closes the on-off valve 74a and opens the on-off valve 74b to discharge water from the nozzle 76.
[0067] The pressure regulating valve 75 is provided between the on-off valve 74 and the nozzle 76, and adjusts the pressure of the liquid to be supplied when the on-off valve 74 is open, and supplies the liquid to the nozzle 76. The pressure control by the pressure regulating valve 75 is performed by a first control device 80.
[0068] The pair of rotating rolls 62 are provided below the hopper 21 and have a cylindrical shape. As shown in FIG. 4( a), the pair of rotating rolls 62 are arranged along the X direction and spaced apart in the Y direction. This forms a passage P through which the raw soil is discharged between the pair of rotating rolls 62. The pair of rotating shafts 64 are rotated around the X axis by the driving force of the pair of motors 65, thereby rotating the pair of rotating rolls 62 around the X axis. Of the pair of rotating shafts 64, one rotating shaft 64 is rotated clockwise by one motor 65, and the other rotating shaft is rotated counterclockwise by the other motor 65. As a result, one rotating roll 62 of the pair of rotating rolls 62 rotates clockwise and the other rotating roll 62 rotates counterclockwise. As shown in FIG. 4( c), the pair of rotating rolls 62, a scraping blade 63 (described later), and the pair of rotating shafts 64 are provided within a casing 61.
[0069] The reducer 66 reduces the power of the pair of motors 65 in order to rotate the pair of rotating rolls 62 at a predetermined rotation speed. In the second embodiment, the reducer 66 has a chain and a sprocket, but a mechanical element such as a gear may also be used as the reducer 66.
[0070] The scraping blades 63 are metal plate-like members provided in plurality on the outer periphery of the pair of rotating rolls 62. The scraping blades 63 rotate together with the pair of rotating rolls 62, thereby coming into contact with the raw soil carried into the casing 61, crushing the raw soil into pieces of a predetermined size, and discharging the crushed raw soil from the passage P of the pair of rotating rolls 62. The scraping blades 63 provided in plurality on the pair of rotating rolls 62 are arranged so that the scraping blades 63 do not interfere with each other.
[0071] 7A and 7B are cross-sectional views showing the configuration of the first rotary crushing unit 50 of the second embodiment, in which FIG. 7A shows a state in which the rotating shaft 55 is stopped, FIG. 7B shows a state in which the impact member 56 has begun to float due to the rotation of the rotating shaft 55, and FIG. 7C shows a state in which the impact member 56 is horizontally floated due to the rotation of the rotating shaft 55.
[0072] In the second embodiment, a third tank 11 is provided for supplying a liquid polymer electrolyte to the inner wall surface of the rotating drum 53 and the impact member 56, with which the treatment material comes into contact, and a fourth tank 13 is provided for supplying a liquid (e.g., water) to the wall surface of the rotating drum 53 and the impact member 56. The third tank 11 and the fourth tank 13 may be provided anywhere, without being limited to being provided on the top surface of the stand 51.
[0073] In the second embodiment, when the raw soil is clayey, a downstream supply device 25 (see FIGS. 6 and 8) is provided to supply liquid polymer electrolyte and water to the inner wall surface of the rotary drum 53, which is a main part of the first rotary crushing device 10, and to the impact member 56 provided inside the rotary drum 53. This polymer electrolyte acts as an anti-adhesion agent.
[0074] Fig. 8 is a diagram showing an outline of the configuration of the downstream supply device 25. As shown in Fig. 8, the downstream supply device 25 has the third tank 11, the fourth tank 13, two on-off valves 26 (26a, 26b), a pressure adjusting valve 27, and a nozzle 28. The components of the downstream supply device 25 are connected by piping.
[0075] A portion of the rotating shaft 55 may be hollow (a hole may be drilled from one end of the rotating shaft 55 in the Z direction, without penetrating to the other end in the Z direction), and this hollow structure may be used as part of the piping of the downstream supply device 25. By using the hollow structure of the rotating shaft 55 as piping, it is possible to prevent the piping from becoming tangled with the rotating shaft 55 due to rotation of the rotating shaft 55. The anti-adhesive agent stored in the third tank 11 and the water stored in the fourth tank 13 are each supplied to the nozzle 28 by a pump (not shown).
[0076] The on-off valve 26a is connected to the third tank 11 and is in an open state when the anti-adhesive agent stored in the third tank 11 is supplied to the nozzle 28, and is in a closed state when the anti-adhesive agent stored in the third tank 11 is not supplied to the nozzle 28.
[0077] The on-off valve 26b is connected to the fourth tank 13, and is in an open state when water stored in the fourth tank 13 is supplied to the nozzle 28, and is in a closed state when water stored in the fourth tank 13 is not supplied to the nozzle 28. In the second embodiment, the opening and closing of the on-off valves 26a and 26b is controlled by a first control device 80. As will be described in detail later, the first control device 80 opens the on-off valve 26a to discharge the anti-sticking agent from the nozzle 28, and then closes the on-off valve 26a and opens the on-off valve 26b to discharge water from the nozzle 28.
[0078] The pressure regulating valve 27 is provided between the on-off valve 26 and the nozzle 28, and adjusts the pressure of the liquid to be supplied when the on-off valve 26 is open, and supplies the liquid to the nozzle 28. The pressure control by the pressure regulating valve 27 is performed by a first control device 80.
[0079] The nozzles 28 include a nozzle 28a that supplies anti-sticking agent and water mainly to the wall surface of the rotating drum 53, and a nozzle 28b that supplies anti-sticking agent and water mainly to the impact member 56. As shown in Fig. 7, the nozzle 28a is provided horizontally along the X direction, while the nozzle 28b is provided at an angle that is inclined toward the -Z direction. In the second embodiment, the nozzles 28 are connected to the rotating shaft 55 via a pressure adjusting valve 27.
[0080] When the rotation shaft 55 is stopped as shown in FIG. 7A, the impact member 56 is positioned along the Z direction, which is the vertical direction, and therefore the liquid supplied from the nozzle 28b is not easily supplied to the impact member 56.
[0081] 7B, when the rotation shaft 55 rotates and the impact member 56 begins to float and reaches an angle of −30 to −60 degrees, preferably about −45 degrees, from the X direction, the liquid supplied from the nozzle 28b becomes more easily supplied to the impact member 56. When the rotation of the rotation shaft 55 reaches several tens of rpm (for example, 10 rpm), the impact member 56 reaches an angle of −30 to −60 degrees from the X direction. Furthermore, it takes about several seconds from the start of rotation of the rotation shaft 55 until the rotation of the rotation shaft 55 reaches several tens of rpm.
[0082] 7C, when the impact member 56 is horizontally levitated until it is approximately parallel to the X direction due to the rotation of the rotary shaft 55, the liquid supplied from the nozzle 28b is more easily supplied to the impact member 56. When the rotation of the rotary shaft 30 reaches 350 rpm or more, the impact member 56 is horizontally levitated. The time required for the rotation of the rotary shaft 30 to reach 350 rpm is approximately 5 to 8 seconds from the start of rotation of the rotary shaft 55.
[0083] In this second embodiment, the first rotary crushing device 10 crushes and mixes the raw soil by setting the rotation axis 55 in the range of 300 rpm to 1200 rpm. When the rotation axis 55 is set to 300 rpm, the impact member 56 is at an angle of -80 to -85 degrees from the X direction. However, crushing and mixing of the raw soil is possible even if the impact member 56 is not levitated horizontally, and crushing and mixing at 300 rpm is possible.
[0084] (Flowchart) The control by the indicating device 200 of the processing system 1 of the second embodiment configured as described above will be described below. Fig. 9 is a flowchart executed by the main control device 220 of the indicating device 200 of the second embodiment.
[0085] The main controller 220 sets the drive conditions for the first rotary crusher 10 and the second rotary crusher 100 (step S11). The main controller 220 sets the rotation speeds of the rotary shaft 55 and the rotary shaft 115 of the second rotary crusher 110 so that the rotation speed of the rotary shaft 115 is greater than the rotation speed of the rotary shaft 55 of the first rotary crusher 50. Note that this step S11 is the same as step S1 in the flowchart of Figure 3, so a detailed description will be omitted.
[0086] The main control device 220 transmits the drive conditions set in step S11 to the first rotary crusher 10 and the second rotary crusher 100 via the third communication device 210, and starts driving the first rotary crushing unit 50 and the second rotary crushing unit 110 (step S12). The first control device 80 of the first rotary crusher 10 and the second control device 140 of the second rotary crusher 100 each drive their respective components based on the received drive conditions.
[0087] The main control device 220 determines whether or not the determination in step S13 is the first time (step S13). In this case, since it is the first time (n=1), the determination is set to Yes and the process proceeds to step S14. Step S13 is a step for determining whether or not anti-adhesion agent has been supplied prior to the start of the crushing and mixing process in step S16, which will be described later. Note that the main control device 220 increments n each time it makes the determination in step S13.
[0088] The main control device 220 controls the downstream supply device 25 and the upstream supply device 71 to supply the anti-adhesive agent (step S14).
[0089] The main control device 220 opens the on-off valve 26 a of the downstream supply device 25 and closes the on-off valve 26 b. The main control device 220 also adjusts the pressure of the pressure regulator valve 27 so that the anti-sticking agent can be supplied from the nozzle 28.
[0090] Since the rotating shaft 55 has started to rotate and the impact member 56 is floating horizontally in step S12, the main control device 220 causes the downstream supply device 25 to supply anti-adhesive agent to the inner wall surface of the rotating drum 53 and the impact member 56.
[0091] The main control device 220 also opens the on-off valve 74a and closes the on-off valve 74b of the upstream supply device 71. The main control device 220 also adjusts the pressure of the pressure regulator valve 75 so that the anti-sticking agent can be supplied from the nozzle 76.
[0092] Since the shaft 57 has started to rotate in step S12, the main control device 220 causes the upstream supply device 71 to supply anti-adhesion agent to the wall surface of the hopper 21, the pair of rotating rolls 62, and the scraping blade 63.
[0093] The amount of anti-adhesion agent to be supplied may be determined according to the properties of the raw soil (for example, moisture content and particle size), may be determined by trial construction, or may be determined empirically.
[0094] When the supply of the anti-tack agent is completed, the main control device 220 controls the downstream supply device 25 and the upstream supply device 71 to supply water (step S15).
[0095] The main controller 220 closes the on-off valve 26a of the downstream supply device 25 and opens the on-off valve 26b. The main controller 220 also closes the on-off valve 74a of the upstream supply device 71 and opens the on-off valve 74b.
[0096] The main control device 220 controls the downstream supply device 25 to supply water to the wall surface of the rotating drum 53 and the impact member 56, and also controls the upstream supply device 71 to supply water to the wall surface of the hopper 21, the pair of rotating rolls 62, and the scraping blade 63. When the main control device 220 finishes supplying water, it closes the on-off valve 26b of the downstream supply device 25 and closes the on-off valve 74b of the upstream supply device 71.
[0097] The reason for supplying water in step S15 of this flowchart is to swell the polymer electrolyte contained in the anti-adhesion agent, thereby enhancing the effectiveness of preventing sticking, adhesion, or solidification of the raw soil. The water supply may be performed prior to the supply of the anti-adhesion agent, simultaneously with the anti-adhesion agent, or may be omitted. When the anti-adhesion agent and water are supplied simultaneously, the main control device 220 simply opens the on-off valves 26b and 74b in step S14.
[0098] In the treatment system 1, the first rotary crushing unit 50 is disposed downstream of the soil supplying device 20. Therefore, it is preferable that the main control device 220 supply the anti-adhesion agent by the upstream supplying device 71 first, and then by the downstream supplying device 25.
[0099] The main control device 220 starts the crushing and mixing process (step S16). The main control device 220 transmits or displays a signal indicating that crushing and mixing are possible. When the main control device 220 receives a signal indicating that crushing and mixing are possible from the main control device 220 or confirms the display, raw soil excavated by, for example, a backhoe, which is a construction machine with a bucket, is supplied to the hopper 21. Note that this backhoe may be manned, unmanned, or remotely operated.
[0100] The main controller 220 determines whether to change the drive conditions of the first rotary crusher 10 and the second rotary crusher 100 (step S18). This step S18 is the same as step S4 in the flowchart of Figure 3, so a detailed explanation will be omitted. The main controller 220 determines that a change in the drive conditions is not necessary and proceeds to step S19.
[0101] The main control device 220 determines whether it is necessary to supply anti-adhesion agent again (step S19). The main control device 220 monitors the measurement results of a weighing scale (not shown) provided on the belt conveyor of the transport device 30, and if the weight measured by the weighing scale (not shown) has decreased by more than a predetermined amount (for example, 15% or more) or is decreasing monotonically, it determines that clayey soil has adhered to the soil / sand supplying device 20 and that it is necessary to supply anti-adhesion agent.
[0102] Furthermore, if the measurement result of a weighing scale (not shown) provided on the belt conveyor of the conveying device 30 is greater than a predetermined value (for example, 15% or more) compared to the measurement result of a weighing scale (not shown) provided on the belt conveyor of the first discharge device 60, the main control device 220 determines that clayey soil has adhered to the first rotary crushing section 50 and that it is necessary to supply an anti-adhesion agent.
[0103] The main control device 220 may also determine that it is necessary to supply anti-adhesion agent to the soil supplying device 20 when the pair of motors 65 have been driven at 85% or more of their rated current for a certain period of time, and may determine that it is necessary to supply anti-adhesion agent to the first rotary crushing device 10 when the motor (not shown) that rotates the rotating shaft 55 has been driven at 85% or more of its rated current for a certain period of time. Furthermore, if the load current of the pair of motors 65 or the motor (not shown) that rotates the rotating shaft 55 is monotonically increasing, for example, every five minutes (e.g., 82% → 83% → 84%), and it is predicted that the load current will be 85% or more of the rated current in the next five minutes, it may determine that it is necessary to supply anti-adhesion agent.
[0104] Here, the main control device 220 determines that the supply of anti-tack agent is necessary again, and supplies anti-tack agent in step S20, and supplies water in step S21. The main control device 220 supplies anti-tack agent and water using at least one of the downstream supply device 25 and the upstream supply device 71. Note that step S20 is the same as step S14, and step S21 is the same as step S15, so a description of the operations of the downstream supply device 25 and the upstream supply device 71 will be omitted.
[0105] The main control device 220 determines whether the crushing and mixing process by the first rotary crusher 10 and the second rotary crusher 100 has been completed (step S22). Note that step S22 is the same as step S5 in the flowchart of Figure 3, so a detailed description will be omitted. If the crushing and mixing process has not been completed, the main control device 220 performs the processes from step S17 onwards, and if the crushing and mixing process has been completed, the main control device 220 ends this flowchart, assuming that the crushing and mixing process by the first rotary crusher 10 and the second rotary crusher 100 has been completed.
[0106] As described above, according to the treatment system 1 of the second embodiment, even if the raw soil is clayey soil, adhesion of this clayey soil to the soil supply device 20 and the first rotary crushing unit 50 can be reduced, thereby reducing the number of maintenance operations required for the soil supply device 20 and the first rotary crushing unit 50, and realizing a treatment system 1 with good driving efficiency.
[0107] 10 , the third embodiment will be described below, with the same components as those in the first and second embodiments being denoted by the same reference numerals, and their description will be omitted or simplified. In the third embodiment, self-propelled rotary crushing devices are used as the first rotary crushing device 10 and the second rotary crushing device 100.
[0108] In this third embodiment, the first rotary crusher 10 and the second rotary crusher 100 have the same configuration, although some of the components have different reference numerals. Therefore, the configuration of the first rotary crusher 10 will be described, and the description of the second rotary crusher 100 will be omitted or simplified.
[0109] The first rotary crushing device 10 has a running device 102, and on the running device 102, via a frame, a soil and sand supplying device 20, an additive supplying device 40, a first rotary crushing section 50, and a first discharge device 60 are provided.
[0110] The traveling device 102 is an endless track or the like, and travels around a construction site, a work site, or the like in response to remote control operation by a worker, or the like.
[0111] The motor 104 is a motor not shown in the first and second embodiments. The motor 104 is connected via a belt 213 to a pulley 32 provided at the upper end of the rotation shaft 55 of the first rotary crushing unit 50. The rotational force of the motor 104 is transmitted to the pulley 32 via the belt 213, causing the rotation shaft 55 and the impact member 56 to rotate.
[0112] The generator 106 supplies power to each component of the first rotary crusher 10. In the third embodiment, the first rotary crusher 10 is also controlled by the first control device 80, and the block diagram of Fig. 2 or the block diagram of Fig. 6 can be applied.
[0113] The second rotary crushing device 100 has a traveling device 102, and on the traveling device 102, via a frame, there are provided a soil supplying device 20, an additive supplying device 40, a second rotary crushing section 110, and a second discharge device 120. The additive supplying device 40 may be energy-saving.
[0114] The motor 104 is connected via a belt 213 to a pulley 32 provided at the upper end of the rotating shaft 115 of the second rotary crushing section 110. The rotational force of the motor 104 is transmitted to the pulley 32 via the belt 213, causing the rotating shaft 115 and the impact member 116 to rotate. The additive supply screw 132 adjusts the speed at which the additive is supplied, and by matching the speed to the speed of the belt conveyor of the discharge device 22, the mixing balance between the raw soil and the additive can be kept approximately constant.
[0115] The generator 106 supplies power to each component of the second rotary crusher 100. In this third embodiment, the second rotary crusher 100 is also controlled by the second control device 140, and the block diagram of Fig. 2 or the block diagram of Fig. 6 can be applied.
[0116] In the third embodiment, self-propelled rotary crushing devices are used as the first rotary crushing device 10 and the second rotary crushing device 100. Therefore, for example, if a delay occurs in construction due to weather or other reasons when construction is performed using the first rotary crushing device 10, the second rotary crushing device 100 can be easily added, thereby eliminating the delay in construction.
[0117] Because the second rotary crushing device 100 is self-propelled, no assembly work is required at the construction site, allowing construction to begin quickly. Furthermore, because both the first rotary crushing device 10 and the second rotary crushing device 100 are self-propelled, the positions of the first rotary crushing device 10 and the second rotary crushing device 100 can be easily adjusted. Furthermore, it is also easy to add a third rotary crushing device, and because each is self-propelled, there is a high degree of freedom in the layout of the three rotary crushing devices, allowing construction to begin quickly.
[0118] In this third embodiment, the main control unit 220 also sets the rotation speeds of the rotating shaft 55 and the rotating shaft 115 so that the rotation speed of the rotating shaft 115 of the second rotary crushing unit 110 is greater than the rotation speed of the rotating shaft 55 of the first rotary crushing unit 50.
[0119] Also, in the third embodiment, the flowcharts of FIGS. 3 and 9 can be applied.
[0120] The above-described embodiment is a preferred example of the present invention. However, the present invention is not limited to this, and various modifications are possible. In the second embodiment, the piping for the anti-adhesion agent and the piping for the water after passing through the on-off valve 26 are common, but the piping for the anti-adhesion agent and the piping for the water after passing through the on-off valve 26 may each be separate piping. Similarly, the piping for the anti-adhesion agent and the piping for the water after passing through the on-off valve 74 may each be separate piping.
[0121] Furthermore, the first to third embodiments can be applied in combination as appropriate. Even when the first and second rotary crushing devices 10 and 100 have the same configuration, as in the third embodiment, they are considered to be independent and separate devices in this specification. Even when the first and second rotary crushing devices 10 and 100 have partially different configurations, as in the first embodiment, it is preferable that the crushing method (processing method) be the same, as in the first rotary crushing unit 50 and the second rotary crushing unit 110.
