Description

De-steeler with cooling intake manifold

[0001] The present invention relates to a de-ionizer having a cooling intake manifold, and more particularly, to a de-ionizer having a cooling intake manifold that enables smooth injection and discharge of cooling oil supplied into the coil section to cool the electromagnet coil section that magnetizes the filter section to prevent it from overheating due to magnetization in order to filter out magnetic foreign substances contained in raw materials such as secondary batteries.

[0002] In general, a de-ionizer is a device that uses electromagnetic force to filter out and remove magnetic substances such as iron contained in minerals, polymers, or foods in the form of powder or slurry. Recently, its importance has increased as iron contained in secondary battery materials has been known to be the cause of secondary battery fires.

[0003] As an example of such a de-ionizer, the de-ionizer illustrated in Fig. 1 can be cited. This de-ionizer (101) is disclosed in registered patent No. 10-2016875 (automatic de-ionization system for refining secondary battery raw materials), and is equipped with a cooling unit (150) to cool the inside of a coil unit (110) that is magnetized and generates heat when power is applied.

[0004] This cooling unit (150) operates the oil circulation pump (152) when the temperature of the coil unit (110) rises to supply cooling oil into the coil unit (110) through the oil supply pipe (153), and recovers the cooling oil used for cooling within the coil unit (110) through the oil recovery pipe (154). The recovered cooling oil is cooled through the oil cooler (155) and then injected back into the coil unit (110).

[0005] However, since the conventional de-steeler (101) that cools the coil section (110) by the cooling section (150) as described above has a single oil supply pipe (153) as a tube body, the cooling oil injected into the coil section (110) flows into the space between the outer surface of the coils stacked in multiple layers within the coil section (110) and the inner surface of the case (114), that is, since the flow does not occur smoothly between the coils, the exchange of the cooling oil does not occur smoothly, especially in the middle height part among the coil shaft parts, and therefore, despite the supply of cooling oil, the central part of the coil section (110) is overheated, the temperature inside the coil section (110) rises, and as a result, the strength of the magnetic field created by the coil decreases due to the high temperature, and the de-steeler performance also decreases, which is a problem.

[0006] The present invention has been proposed to solve the problems of the conventional de-ionizer as described above, and the purpose is to allow the cooling oil injected into the coil case to flow smoothly without being blocked in the case in order to cool the coil part that generates high heat during magnetization, thereby allowing the cooling oil to be smoothly exchanged even at the center of the stacked coils, and conversely, by allowing the newly injected cooling oil to stay well, the temperature increase of the coil due to heat generation during magnetization is suppressed, thereby maintaining the strength of the magnetic field constant, and further, stably maintaining the de-ionization performance of the de-ionizer.

[0007] In order to achieve these objects, the present invention provides a de-steeler having a cooling intake manifold, comprising: a base forming a supporting frame; a core portion arranged in the form of a conduit to supply and retrieve raw materials on the base portion; a coil portion wound around the core portion and becoming an electromagnet when power is applied; and a filter portion that filters out magnetic substances included in the raw materials fed into the core portion by a plurality of meshes that are laminated at intervals inside the core portion and are magnetized by the electromagnetic force of the coil portion to which power is applied; wherein the coil portion includes an intake manifold that collects a plurality of inlets formed on a side wall into one and connects them to a fuel source so as to suppress an increase in internal temperature by injecting new cooling oil into the interior.

[0008] In addition, it is preferable that the coil section comprises a case having a cavity formed along an axis through which the core section passes to form an outer body; a plurality of annular coils that are stacked at intervals within the case and become electromagnets when power is applied; and an intake manifold installed in the case to connect a plurality of the inlets and the fuel source into one to cool the coil by supplying cooling oil from the fuel source and injecting it into the case.

[0009] In addition, it is preferable to include a plurality of resistance protrusions that protrude on the inner surface of the case between the outlet of the case and the inlet and cause flow resistance to the cooling oil flowing through the space between the inner surface of the case and the outer surface of the coil.

[0010] In addition, it is preferable that the case has a plurality of inlets arranged horizontally on the cooling oil inlet side of the side wall, the suction manifold is vertically installed on the inner surface of the side wall so that the fuel inlets are in contact with each corresponding inlet, and has a plurality of injection ports arranged longitudinally and penetrated so as to discharge cooling oil introduced into the interior through the inlets into the interior of the case.

[0011] In addition, it is preferable that the case has a plurality of inlets vertically arranged on the cooling oil inlet side of the side wall, the suction manifold is attached horizontally to the inner surface of the side wall so that the fuel inlet is in contact with each corresponding inlet, and has a plurality of injection ports arranged longitudinally and penetrated so as to discharge cooling oil introduced into the interior through the inlets into the interior of the case.

[0012] In addition, it is preferable that the case is formed by penetrating the coolant inlet side of the side wall so that a plurality of the inlets are arranged horizontally, and the suction manifold is vertically attached to the inner surface of the side wall so that the first fuel inlets are in contact with the corresponding respective inlets, and has a plurality of first injection ports arranged longitudinally and penetrating therethrough so that coolant introduced into the interior through the inlets is discharged into the interior of the case; and a horizontal fuel inlet pipe, which is horizontally attached to the outer surface of the side wall so that the plurality of second injection ports are in contact with the corresponding respective inlets, and has a plurality of second injection ports arranged longitudinally and penetrating therethrough so that coolant introduced into the interior through the second fuel inlets is discharged into the interior of the fuel inlet pipe.

[0013] In addition, it is preferable that the case is formed by penetrating the coolant inlet side of the side wall so that a plurality of the inlets are arranged vertically, and the suction manifold comprises a plurality of horizontal fuel tank pipes having a plurality of first injection ports arranged longitudinally and penetrated therethrough so that the first fuel tank pipes are attached horizontally to the inner surface of the side wall so that the first fuel tank pipes are in contact with the corresponding respective inlets, and the coolant introduced into the interior through the inlets is discharged into the interior of the case; and a plurality of vertical fuel tank pipes having a plurality of second injection ports arranged longitudinally and penetrated therethrough so that the coolant introduced into the interior through the second fuel tank pipes is discharged into the interior of the case.

[0014] In addition, in order to adjust the discharge pressure of the cooling oil discharged from each of the plurality of the inlets and the plurality of the first inlets so as to correct the temperature gradient inside the case, which has a Gaussian curve shape with the central axis of the case as the x-axis, into a straight line shape converging parallel to the central axis, it is preferable that each of the plurality of the inlets and the first inlets have the largest diameter at the mid-height closest to the center point, with the point corresponding to the Gaussian peak as the center point, and have a diameter that gradually decreases as it moves away from the center in the vertical direction.

[0015] In addition, the case is preferably formed with one or more outlets penetrating the outlet side of the side wall opposite the inlet, and each outlet is preferably formed in the form of a nozzle so that the diameter gradually decreases from the inside to the outside of the case.

[0016] Additionally, it is preferable that the case has an exhaust manifold installed on the side wall to connect each of the outlets into one.

[0017] In addition, the plurality of horizontal oil retention pipes are preferably configured so that the temperature gradient inside the case, which has a Gaussian curve shape with the central axis of the case as the x-axis, is corrected into a straight line shape converging parallel to the central axis, and the number of the first injection ports is the greatest when each of the horizontal oil retention pipes is at a mid-height closest to the central point, with the point corresponding to the Gaussian peak as the center, and the number of the first injection ports gradually decreases as the distance up and down from the central point increases.

[0018] In addition, it is preferable that the case has a plurality of inlets arranged in a longitudinal direction on the cooling oil inlet side of the side wall, and the suction manifold is vertically attached to the outer surface of the side wall so that the plurality of inlets are in contact with the corresponding respective inlets, and has a plurality of inlets arranged in the longitudinal direction so as to discharge cooling oil introduced into the interior through the fuel inlet into the interior of the case.

[0019] In addition, it is preferable that the case has a plurality of inlets arranged in a longitudinal direction on the cooling oil inlet side of the side wall, and the suction manifold is horizontally attached to the outer surface of the side wall so that the plurality of inlets are in contact with the corresponding respective inlets, and has a plurality of inlets arranged in a longitudinal direction so as to discharge cooling oil introduced into the interior through the fuel inlet into the interior of the case.

[0020] According to the de-ironizer of the present invention, when the coil part, which magnetizes the filter part to filter out magnetic foreign substances in the raw material, is supplied with power and becomes an electromagnet, the heat generated is dissipated to the cooling oil contained in the coil part. Since an intake manifold is arranged at a portion connecting the oil supply source and the coil part to circulate the cooling oil, the cooling oil injected into the coil part case can be evenly circulated within the case, and accordingly, by relieving heat accumulation at the center of the coil, the temperature rise of the coil part can be prevented, and the weakening of the electromagnetic force of the coil part due to this can be prevented in advance, and further, the de-ironization performance of the de-ironizer can be stably maintained.

[0021] In addition, the inlet or first inlet can be placed at each point facing the space between the coils, so that the cooling oil can be injected more powerfully into the space above, thereby effectively cooling the mid-height portion along the axis of the laminated coil where heat accumulation is the most severe.

[0022] In particular, since the temperature distribution inside the coil section has a temperature gradient in the form of a Gaussian curve with the case center axis as the x-axis, the diameter or number of the inlet or the first inlet is made largest at the middle height and gradually decreases toward the top and bottom in accordance with this shape, so that the discharge pressure of the cooling oil can be adjusted to be strongest at the middle height where the temperature is highest and gradually weaken toward the top and bottom in response to the above temperature gradient, that is, since the discharge pressure of the cooling oil injected from the intake manifold can be adjusted according to the temperature gradient of the laminated coil, cooling of the coil section can be realized more efficiently.

[0023] In addition, by forming the case outlet in the form of a nozzle or attaching a discharge manifold to the outlet, the coolant can be discharged from the case more quickly and smoothly, which in turn further improves the cooling efficiency of the coil section.

[0024] In addition, by arranging a resistance projection on the side of the inner surface of the case at a 90-degree angle from the inlet, the cooling oil injected into the case can be held in place by creating a flow resistance so that it does not quickly pass over that part, thereby further increasing the cooling efficiency of the coil by the cooling oil, and consequently improving the de-steelization performance of the de-steelization machine.

[0038] Hereinafter, a de-icer equipped with a cooling suction manifold according to one embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the attached drawings.

[0039] The de-ionizer of the present invention comprises a base (2), a core portion (3), a coil portion (4), and a filter portion (5), as shown by reference numeral 1 in FIG. 2.

[0040] Here, the above-mentioned donation (2) is a part that forms the outer frame of the iron removal device (1), and is in the form of a hollow cylindrical column, as shown in Fig. 2.

[0041] The above core part (3) is a container part where the ironing is done, and as illustrated in FIG. 2, it is arranged on an axis line penetrating the center of the shelf surface of the base (2), and is made of a hollow cylinder to accommodate a filter part (5) to be described later, and at the same time, it forms the axis of the coil part (4). Therefore, it is preferable that the core part (3) have a cylindrical shape so that the raw material to be ironed is fed into the inlet to supply the raw material, and the raw material is discharged from the outlet to recover the raw material after ironing through the filter part (5). At this time, in the case of a wet de-ironizer that uses wet slag as a raw material, the inlet into which the raw material is fed may be the lower end of the core part (3).

[0042] The above coil part (4) is a part that generates the electromagnetic force required for demagnetization, and as shown in Fig. 2, it is formed by being wound around the core part (3). When power is applied, it becomes an electromagnet and generates electromagnetic force, thereby magnetizing the filter part (5) to filter out magnetic foreign substances.

[0043] In this way, the coil (13) of the coil part (4) made of an electromagnet generates high heat, and the magnetic force of the coil part (4) decreases by 100 G (gauss) every time the internal temperature of the coil part (4) increases by 1℃ due to the generated heat, so it is very important to maintain the coil part (4) at an appropriate temperature. Accordingly, the coil part (4) suppresses the internal temperature increase by injecting and discharging cooling oil into the inside, and cooling oil is supplied from the fuel source into the inside of the case (11) through one or more inlets (25) formed on the side wall (23) of the case (11), and these inlets (25) are gathered into one through the intake manifold (15) and connected to the fuel source.

[0044] For this purpose, the coil section (4) is composed of a case (11), a coil (13), and an intake manifold (15), as shown in Fig. 3.

[0045] Here, the case (11) is a part forming the outer body of the coil part (4), and is formed as an annular cylinder having a donut-shaped cross-section, as illustrated in FIGS. 3 to 5. Accordingly, the case (11) is configured to allow the core part (3) to pass through a cavity (21) formed cylindrically along the axis. Meanwhile, in the case (11), one or more inlets (25) are formed through the cooling oil inlet side of the side wall (23) in accordance with the shape of the intake manifold (15) described later, and one or more outlets (27) are formed through the cooling oil outlet side of the side wall (23) on the opposite side thereof.

[0046] In addition, the case (11) may be formed in a nozzle shape so that each outlet (27) gradually becomes smaller in diameter from the inside to the outside of the case (11), as shown in FIG. 3 in another embodiment, and in this case, the discharge of the cooling oil through the outlet (27), i.e., the return to the fuel source, can be made more smoothly.

[0047] In addition, as another embodiment, the case (11) may have a plurality of resistance protrusions (30), for example, in the form of a pleated curtain, protruding between the outlet (27) and the inlet (25) on the inner surface of the side wall (23), as shown in FIG. 4, so as to generate flow resistance in the cooling oil flowing through the space between the inner surface of the side wall (23) and the outer surface of the coil (13) through the resistance protrusions (30). Accordingly, the cooling oil newly injected and having flow resistance generated by the resistance protrusions (30) has a lower flow velocity and better turbulence than the section without the resistance protrusions (30), so that it stays in this section for a while, which has the effect of further increasing the cooling efficiency for the section of the coil (13) adjacent to the resistance protrusions (30).

[0048] In addition, as another embodiment, the case (11) may be provided with a discharge manifold (28) on the side wall (23) to connect the respective discharge ports (27) into one, as shown in FIG. 4, when there are multiple discharge ports (27). Accordingly, the cooling oil is discharged simultaneously from more locations on the discharge side wall (23) of the case (11), so that the cooling oil already used for cooling the coil (13) inside the case (11) can be discharged more quickly, thereby bringing about the effect of further increasing the cooling efficiency of the coil section (4).

[0049] The above coil (13) is a part that directly becomes an electromagnet when power is applied, and as shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, a plurality of coils, for example, four coils, are arranged to be stacked with vertical spacing by a plurality of, for example, eight supports (29) within the case (11). Each coil (13) is made by rolling up a coil member in the shape of a long strip extending in a straight line into a scroll shape, as shown in FIG. 3, to form a ring-shaped member like a pineapple slice.

[0050] The above suction manifold (15) is a member that branches the cooling oil supplied from the fuel source to the case (11) into several inlet pipes just before the inlet (25), thereby connecting the fuel source and several inlet pipes into one, thereby allowing the cooling oil supplied from the fuel source to be injected into the case (11) in several branches, thereby increasing the cooling efficiency of the cooling oil for the coil (13). Depending on the branching pattern, it has various shapes and arrangements as shown in FIGS. 3 to 12.

[0051] That is, in the embodiments illustrated in FIGS. 3 to 5, for example, four inlets (25) are arranged horizontally and parallel to penetrate the cooling oil inlet side of the side wall (23) of the case (11). In addition, four intake manifolds (15) are vertically installed and attached to the inner surface of the side wall (23) to correspond to each inlet (25). At this time, it is preferable that each inlet (25) is evenly arranged, for example, two each, between the supports (29) located on the inlet side.

[0052] In addition, the intake manifold (15) has a fuel inlet (31) that penetrates the outer surface to be in contact with each inlet (25), and on the opposite side, that is, on the inner surface of the intake manifold (15), for example, five injection ports (33) are arranged in the longitudinal direction and penetrate therethrough. At this time, it is preferable that the injection ports (33) face between the ceiling of the case (11) and the uppermost coil (13), between the bottom of the case (11) and the lowermost coil (13), and between coils (13) and coils (13), so the number of injection ports (33) should be one more than the number of coils (13). Accordingly, the intake manifold (15) discharges the coolant that has flowed in through the fuel inlet (31) from the inlet (25) into the case (11) through a plurality of inlets (33), and the discharged coolant can be quickly sent around the cavity (21) between the ceiling of the case (11) and the uppermost coil (13), between the bottom of the case (11) and the lowermost coil (13), and between coils (13). As a result, the entire coil section (4) can be cooled relatively more quickly than when there is no intake manifold (15).

[0053] In the embodiment illustrated in Fig. 6, for example, five inlets (25) are vertically arranged and penetrate the cooling oil inlet side of the side wall (23) of the case (11). At this time, it is preferable that each inlet (25) faces between the ceiling of the case (11) and the uppermost coil (13), between the floor of the case (11) and the lowermost coil (13), and between coils (13) and coils (13), so that the number of inlets (33) is one more than the number of coils (13). In addition, five intake manifolds (15) are attached to the inner surface of the side wall (23) so as to correspond to each inlet (25).

[0054] In addition, the intake manifold (15) has a fuel inlet (31) formed through the outer surface thereof to be in contact with each inlet (25), and on the opposite side, that is, on the inner surface of the intake manifold (15), for example, four injection ports (33) are formed and arranged longitudinally through the outer surface thereof. At this time, it is preferable that the injection ports (33) are evenly arranged, for example, two each, between the supports (29) located on the inlet side. Accordingly, the intake manifold (15) discharges the cooling oil that has been introduced into the interior through the fuel inlet (31) from the inlet (25) into the interior of the case (11) through a plurality of inlets (33), and the discharged cooling oil can be quickly sent around the cavity (21) between the ceiling of the case (11) and the uppermost coil (13), between the bottom of the case (11) and the lowermost coil (13), and between coils (13) and coils (13), and likewise, the entire coil section (4) can be quickly cooled.

[0055] The embodiment illustrated in Fig. 7 is the same as the embodiment illustrated in Figs. 3 to 5 in that an inlet (25) is formed through the case (11), and four vertical fuel supply pipes (35) are attached to the inner surface of the case (11). That is, the intake manifold (15) is composed of a plurality of vertical fuel supply pipes (35) and a horizontal fuel supply pipe (37). Here, the vertical fuel supply pipes (35) are vertically attached to the inner surface of the side wall (23) so that the first fuel supply ports (39) are in contact with the corresponding respective inlets (25), similar to the intake manifold (15) of Fig. 5, and a plurality of first injection ports (41) are arranged in the longitudinal direction and penetrate therethrough so that the cooling oil introduced into the interior through the inlets (25) is discharged into the interior of the case (11).

[0056] The above horizontal fuel supply pipe (37) is a pipe that connects the plurality of vertical fuel supply pipes (35) into one, and as illustrated in FIG. 7, is attached to the outer surface of the side wall (23) of the case (11), and is horizontally attached to the outer surface of the side wall (23) so that the plurality of second injection ports (42) are in contact with the respective corresponding inlets (25). Accordingly, the horizontal fuel supply pipe (37) has, for example, four second injection ports (42) arranged longitudinally and penetrating on the inner surface so as to be in contact with the respective inlets (25). In addition, a second fuel supply port (44) connected to a fuel source is penetrating on the opposite side of the second injection port (42), i.e., on the outer surface of the horizontal fuel supply pipe (37).

[0057] The embodiment illustrated in Fig. 8 is the same as the embodiment illustrated in Fig. 6 in that an inlet port (25) is formed through the case (11), and four horizontal fuel supply pipes (45) are attached to the inner surface of the case (11). That is, the intake manifold (15) is composed of a plurality of horizontal fuel supply pipes (45) and a vertical fuel supply pipe (47). Here, the horizontal fuel supply pipes (45) are attached horizontally to the inner surface of the side wall (23) so that the first fuel supply ports (49) are in contact with the corresponding respective inlets (25), similar to the intake manifold (15) of Fig. 6, and a plurality of first injection ports (41) are arranged in the longitudinal direction and penetrate therethrough so that the cooling oil introduced into the interior through the inlets (25) is discharged into the interior of the case (11).

[0058] The above vertical fuel supply pipe (47) is a pipe that connects the plurality of horizontal fuel supply pipes (45) together, and as illustrated in FIG. 8, is attached to the outer surface of the side wall (23) of the case (11), and is vertically attached to the outer surface of the side wall (23) so that the plurality of second injection ports (42) are in contact with the respective corresponding inlets (25). Accordingly, the vertical fuel supply pipe (47) has, for example, four second injection ports (42) arranged longitudinally and penetrating on the inner surface so as to be in contact with the respective inlets (25). In addition, a second fuel supply port (44) connected to a fuel source is penetrating on the opposite side of the second injection port (42), i.e., on the outer surface of the vertical fuel supply pipe (47).

[0059] The embodiment illustrated in FIG. 9 is largely similar to the embodiment illustrated in FIG. 7, but among the plurality of first injection ports (41) arranged longitudinally and penetrating to discharge the cooling oil inside the vertical oil tank (35) into the inside of the case (11), the first injection port (41) located at the middle height where heat accumulation is the most severe among the stacked coils has the largest diameter, the first injection ports (41) located at the upper and lower ends have the smallest diameters, and the diameters of the first injection ports (41) gradually decrease as they get farther up and down from the middle.

[0060] However, this change in the diameter of the first injection port (41) is not limited to the embodiment illustrated in FIG. 9, but can be applied to the injection port (33) and the first injection port (41) of all embodiments, including the embodiments of FIGS. 11 and 12 described below.

[0061] In addition, in the embodiment illustrated in FIG. 10, the number of first injection ports (41) arranged longitudinally and penetrating to discharge the coolant inside the horizontal oil tank (45) into the inside of the case (11) varies depending on the layer in which the horizontal oil tank (45) is arranged. That is, the horizontal oil tank (45) arranged at the top and bottom has the fewest number of first injection ports (41). Conversely, the horizontal oil tank (45) arranged at the middle height has the largest number of first injection ports (41). And the number of first injection ports (41) of the remaining horizontal oil tanks (45) gradually decreases as they get farther up and down from the center. For example, in Fig. 10, the horizontal fuel tank (45) of medium height has six first injection ports (41), the horizontal fuel tanks (45) adjacent to the upper and lower sides of the horizontal fuel tank (45) have four first injection ports (41), and the outermost horizontal fuel tank (45) has two first injection ports (41).

[0062] However, this change in the number of first injection ports (41) is not limited to the embodiment illustrated in FIG. 10, and can be applied to all injection ports (33) of horizontally arranged intake manifolds (15) or first injection ports (41) of horizontal fuel tank pipes (45), including the embodiment illustrated in FIG. 12 described later.

[0063] The embodiment illustrated in FIG. 11 is identical to the embodiment illustrated in FIG. 5 except that the intake manifold (15) is attached to the outer surface of the side wall (23) of the case (11), and thus a plurality of inlets (25) are arranged in a horizontal and vertical direction on the side wall (23) of the case (11). Therefore, a detailed description will be given of the embodiment illustrated in FIG. 5.

[0064] The embodiment illustrated in Fig. 12 is identical to the embodiment illustrated in Fig. 6 except that the intake manifold (15) is attached to the outer surface of the side wall (23) of the case (11), and therefore a plurality of inlets (25) are arranged in a horizontal and vertical direction on the side wall (23) of the case (11). Therefore, a detailed description will be given of the embodiment illustrated in Fig. 6.

[0065] The above filter section (5) is a section where the de-ironization of the raw material takes place, and as illustrated in FIGS. 2 and 3, is composed of a plurality of meshes laminated at intervals within the core section (3). Accordingly, the meshes are magnetized by the electromagnetic force of the coil section (4), which has become an electromagnet, and filter out various types of magnetic substances, such as iron, contained in the raw material fed into the core section (3).

[0066] Now, the operation of a de-icer having a cooling intake manifold according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention will be described as follows.

[0067] According to the demagnetizer (1) of the present invention, a filter part (5) is magnetized through a magnetic field created by applying a current to a coil part (4), and then, for example, raw materials for secondary batteries such as lithium used as a negative electrode material and a positive electrode material of a secondary battery, as well as raw materials for polymers, food, ceramics, etc., are introduced into the core part (3) to remove magnetic substances in the raw materials. In this process, in order to suppress heat generation in the coil part (4) to which a current is applied and maintain the temperature at an appropriate level, the coil (13) must be cooled by circulating cooling oil within the coil part (4).

[0068] To this end, the cooling oil supplied from the fuel source must be injected into the case (11) through various types of intake manifolds (15) and inlets (25), and the injected cooling oil must be returned to the fuel source through the discharge manifold (28) and outlet (27). In the case of the intake manifold (15) illustrated in FIGS. 3 to 5, the cooling oil supplied from the fuel source through each inlet (25) is injected into the case (11) through each injection port (33) via the intake manifold (15) erected inside the case (11).

[0069] At this time, since each inlet (33) is directed between the ceiling of the case (11) and the uppermost coil (13), between the floor of the case (11) and the lowermost coil (13), or between coils (13) and coils (13), the injected cooling oil evenly cools the coils (13). In addition, as illustrated in FIG. 4, since each intake manifold (15) is positioned at an appropriate interval between the supports (29) in the 90-degree section of the inlet side of the case (11), and since the exhaust manifold (28) maintains a plurality of outlets (27) at an appropriate interval, the cooling oil can be smoothly injected, flowed, and discharged within the case (11). At this time, the resistance protrusion (30) obstructs the flow of the cooling oil and causes it to stay, so that cooling of the side of the coil (13) at a 90-degree angle from the inlet (25) or outlet (27) is also smoothly performed.

[0070] In addition, in the case of the intake manifold (15) illustrated in FIG. 6, the cooling oil supplied from the fuel source through each inlet (25) passes through the intake manifold (15) lying inside the case (11) and is injected into the case (11) through each inlet (33).

[0071] At this time, each intake manifold (15) is arranged so as to face between the ceiling of the case (11) and the uppermost coil (13), between the floor of the case (11) and the lowermost coil (13), or between coils (13) and coils (13), so that the injected cooling oil evenly cools the coils (13). In addition, the injection holes (33) penetrated through each intake manifold (15) are arranged at appropriate intervals between the supports (29) in the 90-degree section of the inlet side of the case (11), so that the cooling oil can be smoothly injected, flowed, and discharged within the case (11).

[0072] In addition, in the case of the intake manifold (15) illustrated in FIG. 7, the cooling oil supplied from the fuel source primarily through the second fuel port (44) to the horizontal fuel supply pipe (37) laid outside the case (11) is secondarily branched into the corresponding vertical fuel supply pipe (35) through each second injection port (42), and the cooling oil introduced into the vertical fuel supply pipe (35) erected inside the case (11) through the first fuel port (39) is injected into the inside of the case (11) through each first injection port (41).

[0073] In addition, in the case of the intake manifold (15) illustrated in FIG. 8, the cooling oil supplied from the fuel source primarily through the second fuel port (44) to the vertical fuel supply pipe (47) erected outside the case (11) is secondarily branched into the corresponding horizontal fuel supply pipe (45) through each second injection port (42), and the cooling oil introduced into the horizontal fuel supply pipe (45) laid inside the case (11) through the first fuel port (49) is injected into the inside of the case (11) through each first injection port (41).

[0074] Meanwhile, in the case of the intake manifold (15) illustrated in FIG. 9, the coolant has the same flow path as in the embodiment illustrated in FIG. 7. However, the diameter of the first injection port (41) penetrating each vertical fuel tank pipe (35) changes according to the height. That is, the diameter of the first injection port (41) located at the middle height among the first injection ports (41) is the largest, and the diameter of the first injection ports (41) gradually decreases as it moves away from the middle in the vertical direction. Accordingly, the largest amount of coolant is injected into the first injection port (41) at the middle of the vertical fuel tank pipe (41), and the smallest amount of coolant is injected into the first injection ports (41) at the upper and lower ends.

[0075] However, as shown in (A) of Fig. 13, the temperature gradient (T1) inside the case (11) is highest at the midpoint in the vertical direction, and the temperature gradually decreases as it goes up and down, so that the temperature is lowest at the top and bottom, and thus takes the form of a Gaussian curve with the central axis of the case (11) as the x-axis and the radial direction of the case (11) as the y-axis. This is because the space between the coils (13) and the coils (13) is small, and the support (29) obstructs the flow of the cooling oil, so the temperature of the midpoint cannot but be the highest, and conversely, the temperature cannot but be the lowest between the ceiling and floor of the case (11) and the uppermost and lowermost coils (13) because the flow of the cooling oil is smooth.

[0076] Therefore, in order to overcome the temperature difference according to the height inside the case (11) as described above, the suction manifold (15) illustrated in FIG. 9 gradually reduces the diameter of the first injection port (41) of the vertical fuel line (41) from the middle height to the top and bottom, thereby increasing or decreasing the discharge pressure of the coolant discharged from the first injection port (41) according to the temperature gradient (T1). That is, the discharge pressure is adjusted to be strongest at the first injection port (41) at the middle height closest to the center point corresponding to the Gaussian peak of the temperature gradient (T1), and gradually weaken as it goes up and down, so that the temperature gradient (T2) inside the case (11) is corrected to have a straight line shape that converges parallel to the x-axis, i.e., the central axis of the case (11), as illustrated in (B) in FIG. 13. As a result, the deviation in the temperature inside the case (11) according to the height is minimized.

[0077] In addition, in the case of the intake manifold (15) illustrated in FIG. 10, the coolant has the same flow path as in the embodiment illustrated in FIG. 8. However, since the number of first injection ports (41) penetrating each horizontal fuel tank pipe (45) varies depending on the floor in which the horizontal fuel tank pipe (45) is arranged, that is, the number of first injection ports (41) gradually decreases from the horizontal fuel tank pipe (45) arranged at the middle height to the upper and lower ends, the largest amount of coolant is injected from the horizontal fuel tank pipe (45) located at the middle height, and the amount of coolant injected from the horizontal fuel tank pipe (45) gradually decreases from the upper and lower ends.

[0078] Accordingly, as in the embodiment of FIG. 9, the discharge pressure of the cooling oil injected from the horizontal main pipe (45) is strongest at the horizontal main pipe (45) of the middle height closest to the center point corresponding to the Gaussian peak of the temperature gradient (T1), and gradually weakens as it goes up and down, and as a result, as shown in (B) in FIG. 13, the temperature gradient (T2) inside the case (11) is corrected to have a straight line shape that converges parallel to the x-axis, i.e., the central axis of the case (11).

[0079] Meanwhile, in the embodiments illustrated in FIGS. 11 and 12, as in the embodiments illustrated in FIGS. 5 and 6, respectively, the cooling oil injected from the fuel source through the fuel port (31) into each intake manifold (15) attached to the outside of the case (11) is discharged from the injection port (33) and injected into the inside of the case (11) through the inlet port (25), thereby cooling the inside of the case (11).

[0080] While specific implementations of the present invention have been described above with examples, these are for illustrative purposes only and are not intended to limit the scope of protection of the present invention. It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that various substitutions, modifications, and alterations are possible without departing from the technical spirit of the present invention.

[0081] According to the de-ironizer of the present invention, the heat generated when the coil part, which magnetizes the filter part to filter out magnetic foreign substances in the raw material, is applied with power and becomes an electromagnet is dissipated to the cooling oil contained in the coil part, and since an intake manifold is arranged at a part connecting the oil supply source and the coil part to circulate the cooling oil, the cooling oil injected into the coil part case can be evenly circulated inside the case, and accordingly, by relieving heat accumulation at the center of the coil, the temperature rise of the coil part can be prevented, and the weakening of the electromagnetic force of the coil part due to this can be prevented in advance, and furthermore, the de-ironizer performance can be stably maintained, which is a useful invention.
