[0003] The present application relates to the field of energy storage technology, and in particular to a control method, device, equipment and storage medium for an energy storage valve cooling system. Background Art

[0004] High-voltage direct-mount energy storage technology integrates the voltage source converter (VSC) converter valve and the DC energy storage valve into a high-voltage direct-mount energy storage valve, which has the advantages of high modularity and high operational reliability.

[0005] In related technologies, considering the compact structural design, the power modules and battery modules in the high-pressure direct-mounted energy storage valve can share the energy storage valve cooling system to remove the heat generated by the power modules and battery modules during the operation of the high-pressure direct-mounted energy storage valve.

[0006] However, in the related art, the energy storage valve cooling system consumes a large amount of power.

[0007] Summary of the Invention

[0008] In view of the above problems, the present application provides a control method, device, equipment and storage medium for an energy storage valve cooling system, which can solve the problem of high power consumption of the energy storage valve cooling system in the related art.

[0009] In a first aspect, the present application provides a method for controlling an energy storage valve cooling system, the method comprising:

[0010] Obtaining a switching state of an operating mode of an energy storage valve in an energy storage valve system;

[0011] The working mode of the internal cooling device in the energy storage valve cooling system is adjusted according to the switching state.

[0012] In the technical solution of the embodiment of the present application, by adaptively adjusting the working mode of the internal cooling device in the energy storage valve cooling system according to the switching state of the operating mode of the energy storage valve, the cooling flow of the internal cooling device in the energy storage valve cooling system can be adapted to the heat generated by the energy storage valve during operation, thereby saving the power consumption of the energy storage valve cooling system and improving the operating efficiency of the energy storage valve cooling system and the energy storage valve system.

[0013] In some embodiments, adjusting the operating mode of the internal cooling device in the energy storage valve cooling system according to the switching state includes:

[0014] Determine the target operating mode of the internal cooling equipment according to the switching state;

[0015] Switch the current working mode of the internal cooling device to the target working mode.

[0016] In the technical solution of the embodiment of the present application, the current operating mode of the internal cooling device is adjusted to a target operating mode that matches the operating mode of the energy storage valve according to the switching state of the operating mode of the energy storage valve in the energy storage valve system, so that the cooling flow of the internal cooling device in the energy storage valve cooling system can be more adapted to the heat generated by the energy storage valve during operation, thereby further saving the power consumption of the energy storage valve cooling system and improving the operating efficiency of the energy storage valve cooling system and the energy storage valve system.

[0017] In some embodiments, determining a target operating mode of the internal cooling device according to the switching state includes:

[0018] Determining a first operating mode before the energy storage valve is switched and a second operating mode after the switching according to the switching state;

[0019] A target operating mode is determined based on the heat generation of the energy storage valve in the first operating mode and the heat generation of the energy storage valve in the second operating mode.

[0020] In the technical solution of the embodiment of the present application, by determining the target operating mode based on the heat generation of the operating mode before and after the energy storage valve is switched, the target operating mode that matches the operating mode of the energy storage valve can be determined more accurately, thereby facilitating further saving the power consumption of the energy storage valve cooling system.

[0021] In some embodiments, determining the target operating mode based on the heat generated by the energy storage valve in the first operating mode and the heat generated by the energy storage valve in the second operating mode includes:

[0022] If the heat generated by the energy storage valve in the first operating mode is less than that in the second operating mode, the rated operating mode of the internal cooling device is used as the target operating mode, wherein the operating frequency of the internal cooling device in the rated operating mode is the rated operating frequency.

[0023] In the technical solution of the embodiment of the present application, when the heat generated by the energy storage valve in the first operating mode is less than the heat generated in the second operating mode, by using the rated operating mode of the internal cooling equipment as the target operating mode, the cooling medium flow of the internal cooling main pump can meet the cooling medium flow required by the energy storage valve in the second mode, thereby facilitating the normal operation of the energy storage valve system.

[0024] In some embodiments, determining the target operating mode based on the heat generated by the energy storage valve in the first operating mode and the heat generated by the energy storage valve in the second operating mode includes:

[0025] If the heat generated by the energy storage valve in the first operating mode is greater than the heat generated in the second operating mode, the low-frequency operating mode of the internal cooling device is used as the target operating mode, wherein the operating frequency of the internal cooling device in the low-frequency operating mode is a low-frequency operating frequency, and the low-frequency operating frequency is less than the rated operating frequency of the internal cooling device.

[0026] In the technical solution of the embodiment of the present application, when the heat generated by the energy storage valve in the first operating mode is greater than the heat generated in the second operating mode, by using the low-frequency operating mode of the internal cooling equipment as the target operating mode, it is possible to achieve the goal of reducing the power consumption of the energy storage valve cooling system while enabling the battery module and the power module to operate reliably for a long time.

[0027] In some embodiments, switching the current operating mode of the internal cooling device to the target operating mode includes:

[0028] In the case where the target operating mode of the internal cooling device is determined according to the switching state, the current operating mode of the internal cooling device is switched to the target operating mode after a target time delay.

[0029] In the technical solution of the embodiment of the present application, by delaying the target time and then switching the current working mode of the internal cooling main pump to the target working mode, the operating temperature of the power module and the battery module in the energy storage valve in the energy storage valve system can be reduced by a certain temperature as a whole, thereby avoiding overheating of the devices in the power module and the battery module during the process of switching from the second mode to the first mode, resulting in device loss or thermal runaway of the battery module.

[0030] In some embodiments, switching the current operating mode of the internal cooling device to the target operating mode after delaying the target time period includes:

[0031] starting a timer when a target operating mode of the internal cooling device is determined according to the switching state;

[0032] After the timer reaches the target duration, the current working mode of the internal cooling device is switched to the target working mode.

[0033] In some embodiments, switching the current operating mode of the internal cooling device to the target operating mode includes:

[0034] The frequency converter in the internal cooling device is controlled according to the operating frequency corresponding to the target operating mode of the internal cooling device to adjust the rotation speed of the motor rotating component in the internal cooling device.

[0035] In the technical solution of the embodiment of the present application, the working mode of the internal cooling device is switched by using a frequency converter based on the internal cooling device. This not only allows the cooling flow of the energy storage valve cooling system to adapt to the heat generated by the energy storage valve during operation, thereby saving the power consumption of the energy storage valve cooling system, but also the method of switching the working mode of the internal cooling device is relatively simple and convenient, which is also conducive to improving the switching efficiency.

[0036] In some embodiments, switching the current operating mode of the internal cooling device to the target operating mode includes:

[0037] A control instruction is sent to a control device of the energy storage valve cooling system, wherein the control instruction is used to instruct to switch the current operating mode of the internal cooling device to the target operating mode.

[0038] In some embodiments, the first operation mode is a peak shaving and valley filling operation mode or a frequency modulation operation mode, and the second operation mode is a zero power operation mode; or

[0039] The first operation mode is a zero power operation mode, and the second operation mode is a peak shaving and valley filling operation mode or a frequency modulation operation mode.

[0040] In some embodiments, obtaining a switching state of an operating mode of an energy storage valve in an energy storage valve system includes:

[0041] The switching state is determined according to the detection information of the energy storage valve operation mode detection device.

[0042] In a second aspect, the present application provides a control device for an energy storage valve cooling system, the device comprising:

[0043] An acquisition module, configured to acquire a switching state of an operation mode of an energy storage valve in an energy storage valve system;

[0044] The adjustment module is used to adjust the working mode of the internal cooling device in the energy storage valve cooling system according to the switching state.

[0045] In a third aspect, the present application provides a control device including a memory and a processor, wherein the memory stores a computer program, and when the processor executes the computer program, the steps in the control method embodiment of the energy storage valve cooling system are implemented.

[0046] In a fourth aspect, the present application provides a computer-readable storage medium having a computer program stored thereon. When the computer program is executed by a processor, the steps in the control method embodiment of the energy storage valve cooling system are implemented.

[0047] In a fifth aspect, the present application provides a computer program product, including a computer program, which, when executed by a processor, implements the steps in the above-mentioned control method embodiment of the energy storage valve cooling system.

[0062] The following embodiments of the technical solution of the present application will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. The following embodiments are only used to more clearly illustrate the technical solution of the present application and are therefore only examples and are not intended to limit the scope of protection of the present application.

[0063] Unless otherwise defined, all technical and scientific terms used herein have the same meaning as commonly understood by those skilled in the art to which this application belongs; the terms used herein are only for the purpose of describing specific embodiments and are not intended to limit this application; the term "include" and any variations thereof in the specification and claims of this application and the above-mentioned figure descriptions are intended to cover non-exclusive inclusions.

[0064] In the description of the embodiments of this application, the technical terms "first" and "second" are used only to distinguish different objects and should not be understood as indicating or implying relative importance or implicitly indicating the number, specific order, or primary and secondary relationship of the indicated technical features. In the description of the embodiments of this application, the meaning of "plurality" is two or more (including two), unless otherwise clearly and specifically defined.

[0065] The control method, device, equipment and storage medium of the energy storage valve cooling system provided in the embodiments of the present application can be applied to the control application scenario of the high-pressure direct-mounted energy storage valve cooling system; of course, it can also be applied to other application scenarios.

[0066] Typically, a high-pressure, direct-mounted energy storage valve includes multiple energy storage components, including, but not limited to, a power module and a battery module. During operation, each power module and battery module generates heat, necessitating a cooling system to dissipate this heat.

[0067] The traditional low-voltage energy storage converter (Power Conversion System, PCS) is air-cooled, and the battery module is liquid-cooled, and the two do not share a cooling system. When the battery module is not in operation, the cooling system corresponding to the battery module can stop running. In the related art, considering the compactness of the structural design, the power modules and battery modules in the high-voltage direct-mounted energy storage valve can share the energy storage valve cooling system. When the high-voltage direct-mounted energy storage valve is in zero-power operation mode, the battery module does not need to be cooled, but considering that the power module generates a high amount of heat during operation, if it is not cooled, the junction temperature will be high when the power module starts running, which can easily damage the device. Therefore, the power module needs to be cooled.

[0068] However, due to the large cooling flow of the energy storage valve cooling system, the energy storage valve cooling system runs at a constant flow for 24 hours, which will cause the energy storage valve cooling system to consume a lot of power, thereby reducing the operating efficiency of the high-pressure direct-mounted energy storage system.

[0069] In order to solve the problem of high power consumption of the energy storage valve cooling system in the related art, the embodiment of the present application proposes adjusting the working mode of the internal cooling device in the energy storage valve cooling system according to the different operating modes of the energy storage valve in the energy storage valve system, so that the cooling flow of the energy storage valve cooling system can adapt to the heat generated by the energy storage valve during operation, thereby saving the power consumption of the energy storage valve cooling system and improving the operating efficiency of the energy storage valve cooling system and the energy storage valve system.

[0070] FIG1 is a schematic diagram of an application environment provided by an embodiment of the present application. As shown in FIG1 , the application environment of the embodiment of the present application may include, but is not limited to, an energy storage valve system 10, a first control device 11 of the energy storage valve system, an energy storage valve cooling system 12, and a second control device 13 of the energy storage valve cooling system. It should be understood that the first control device 11 can control components in the energy storage valve system 10, the second control device 13 can control components in the energy storage valve cooling system 12, and the first control device 11 and the second control device 13 can communicate with each other.

[0071] For example, the energy storage valve system 10 in the embodiment of the present application may include but is not limited to multiple energy storage valves; the energy storage valve cooling system 12 may include but is not limited to an internal cooling device, wherein the internal cooling device can be used to provide power for the circulation of the cooling medium so that the cooling medium can take away the heat generated by the operation of the energy storage valve in the energy storage valve system 10.

[0072] For example, the internal cooling device in the embodiment of the present application may include, but is not limited to, an internal cooling main pump, or other types of equipment that can provide power.

[0073] It should be noted that the first control device 11 can adopt the control method of the energy storage valve cooling system provided in the embodiment of the present application.

[0074] It should be understood that the first control device 11 and the second control device 13 in the embodiment of the present application can be integrated into one control device.

[0075] For ease of understanding, the energy storage valve cooling system and some terms are first explained in the embodiments of the present application.

[0076] Figure 2 is a structural schematic diagram of the energy storage valve cooling system adopted in an embodiment of the present application. As shown in Figure 2, the energy storage valve cooling system in an embodiment of the present application may include but is not limited to an internal cooling device 20, an external cooling heat exchange module 21, a deionization module 22 and an operating parameter monitoring module 23.

[0077] Among them, the internal cooling device can be used to provide power for the circulation of the cooling medium, so that the cooling medium can take away the heat generated by the operation of the energy storage valve in the energy storage valve system.

[0078] The external cooling heat exchange module 21 can be used to cool the cooling medium with increased temperature and release the heat to the external environment. Exemplarily, the external cooling heat exchange module 21 can include but is not limited to a refrigeration unit.

[0079] The deionization module 22 can be used to reduce the conductivity of the cooling medium to ensure that the conductivity of the cooling medium meets the operating requirements. Exemplarily, the deionization module 22 can include but is not limited to a deionization resin tank and a conductivity meter.

[0080] The operating parameter monitoring module 23 can be used to monitor the temperature and flow rate of the cooling medium in the energy storage valve cooling system. FIG3 is a schematic diagram of the structure of the operating parameter monitoring module provided in an embodiment of the present application. As shown in FIG3 , the operating parameter monitoring module 23 may include, but is not limited to, a temperature monitoring instrument 230 and a flow monitoring instrument 231.

[0081] Figure 4 is a structural schematic diagram of the internal cooling device provided in an embodiment of the present application. As shown in Figure 4, the internal cooling device 20 in the embodiment of the present application may include but is not limited to a frequency converter 200 and a motor rotating component 201, wherein the frequency converter 200 can receive a control instruction issued by the first control device 11 and adjust the rotation speed of the motor rotating component 201 according to the control instruction, thereby placing the internal cooling device in different working modes.

[0082] It should be noted that the structure of the energy storage valve cooling system provided in the above embodiments of the present application is for schematic illustration only. Of course, cooling systems with other structures can also be used. As long as the cooling system includes an internal cooling device, the control method of the energy storage valve cooling system provided in the embodiments of the present application can be used.

[0083] The operating modes of the energy storage valve involved in the embodiments of the present application may include, but are not limited to, any of the following: peak shaving and valley filling operating mode, frequency modulation operating mode, and zero power operating mode. The peak shaving and valley filling operating mode may refer to the battery module in the energy storage valve being in a charging and discharging state; the frequency modulation operating mode may refer to the regulation of the grid frequency; and the zero power operating mode may refer to the power module and battery module in the energy storage valve being in a non-operating state. It should be noted that the heat generated by the energy storage valve in the peak shaving and valley filling operating mode or the frequency modulation operating mode will be greater than the heat generated by the energy storage valve in the zero power operating mode.

[0084] The operating modes of the internal cooling device in the embodiments of the present application may include, but are not limited to, a rated operating mode or a low-frequency operating mode. The rated operating frequency of the internal cooling device in the rated operating mode is greater than the low-frequency operating frequency in the low-frequency operating mode. For example, the rated operating frequency may be 50 Hz, and the low-frequency operating frequency may be 25 Hz or another frequency less than 50 Hz.

[0085] In the embodiment of the present application, when the working mode of the internal cooling device is the rated working mode, the flow rate of the cooling medium of the internal cooling device can meet the cooling medium flow rate required by the energy storage valve in the peak shaving and valley filling operation mode or the frequency modulation operation mode.

[0086] In an embodiment of the present application, when the operating mode of the internal cooling device is a low-frequency operating mode, the flow rate of the cooling medium of the internal cooling device can meet the cooling medium flow rate required when the energy storage valve switches from a zero-power operating mode to a peak-shaving and valley-filling operating mode or a frequency modulation operating mode, so as to avoid overheating of devices and battery modules in the power module during the switching process, resulting in device loss or thermal runaway of the battery module.

[0087] In some embodiments, FIG5 is a flow chart of a control method for an energy storage valve cooling system provided in some embodiments of the present application. In the embodiments of the present application, the method is described by applying it to the first control device of the energy storage valve system in FIG1 . As shown in FIG5 , the method of the embodiment of the present application may include the following steps:

[0088] Step S501: Acquire the switching state of the operation mode of the energy storage valve in the energy storage valve system.

[0089] The energy storage valve system in the embodiments of the present application may include multiple energy storage valves, any of which may include, but are not limited to, power modules and battery modules. To achieve a compact design, the power modules and battery modules in the embodiments of the present application may share a common energy storage valve cooling system to remove heat generated by the energy storage valves in the energy storage valve system during operation.

[0090] The switching state of the operating mode of the energy storage valve in the embodiment of the present application can be used to indicate the second operating mode after the energy storage valve is switched, and of course can also be used to indicate other information, such as the first operating mode before the energy storage valve is switched.

[0091] It should be understood that the operating modes of multiple energy storage valves in the energy storage valve system can be the same. For example, when the operating mode of any energy storage valve in the energy storage valve system is switched from the first operating mode to the second operating mode, the operating modes of the other energy storage valves in the energy storage valve system are also switched from the first operating mode to the second operating mode.

[0092] In this step, the first control device can obtain the switching status of the operating mode of the energy storage valve in the energy storage valve system in real time, the first control device can obtain the switching status of the operating mode of the energy storage valve in the energy storage valve system at preset time intervals, or the first control device can obtain the switching status of the operating mode of the energy storage valve in the energy storage valve system upon receiving an adjustment instruction.

[0093] In one possible implementation, the first control device may determine the switching state based on detection information from the energy storage valve operating mode detection device, where the detection information may include, but is not limited to, the operating voltage and / or operating current of the energy storage valve. It should be understood that the energy storage valve operating mode detection device may include, but is not limited to, a voltage detection device and a current detection device disposed in the energy storage valve system, where the voltage detection device is used to detect the operating voltage of the energy storage valve in the energy storage valve system, and the current detection device is used to detect the operating current of the energy storage valve in the energy storage valve system. It should be noted that the energy storage valve operating mode detection device may communicate with the first control device to facilitate transmission of detection information to the first control device.

[0094] In another possible implementation, the first control device may receive a switching state of an operating mode of the energy storage valve in the energy storage valve system sent by other devices.

[0095] Of course, the first control device may also obtain the switching state of the operating mode of the energy storage valve in the energy storage valve system in other ways.

[0096] Step S502: Adjust the working mode of the internal cooling device in the energy storage valve cooling system according to the switching state.

[0097] In this step, the first control device can adaptively adjust the working mode of the internal cooling device in the energy storage valve cooling system according to the switching state of the operating mode of the energy storage valve in the energy storage valve system according to the preset adjustment strategy, so that the cooling flow after the working mode of the internal cooling device is adjusted can adapt to the heat generated by the energy storage valve during operation; wherein the preset adjustment strategy is used to indicate the adjusted working mode of the internal cooling device corresponding to different switching states (or referred to as the target working mode).

[0098] The above-described control method for the energy storage valve cooling system obtains the switching state of the operating mode of the energy storage valve in the energy storage valve system and adjusts the operating mode of the internal cooling device in the energy storage valve cooling system according to the switching state. It can be seen that in the embodiments of the present application, by adaptively adjusting the operating mode of the internal cooling device in the energy storage valve cooling system according to the switching state of the operating mode of the energy storage valve, the cooling flow rate of the internal cooling device in the energy storage valve cooling system can be adapted to the heat generated by the energy storage valve during operation, thereby reducing the power consumption of the energy storage valve cooling system and improving the operating efficiency of the energy storage valve cooling system and the energy storage valve system.

[0099] In some embodiments, FIG6 is a flow chart of a method for adjusting the operating mode of an internal cooling device in an energy storage valve cooling system according to some embodiments of the present application. Based on the above embodiments, the present embodiment further describes the relevant content of "adjusting the operating mode of the internal cooling device in the energy storage valve cooling system according to the switching state" in step S502. As shown in FIG6, step S502 in the embodiment of the present application may include the following steps:

[0100] Step S5021: Determine the target operating mode of the internal cooling device according to the switching state.

[0101] In this step, the first control device can determine the target operating mode of the internal cooling device in the energy storage valve cooling system that matches the operating mode of the energy storage valve according to the switching state of the operating mode of the energy storage valve in the energy storage valve system, wherein the cooling flow of the internal cooling device in the energy storage valve cooling system in the target operating mode can meet the operating cooling requirements of the power module and the battery module in the energy storage valve system, so that the cooling flow of the internal cooling device in the energy storage valve cooling system can adapt to the heat generated by the energy storage valve during operation.

[0102] Optionally, the first control device can determine the first operating mode before the energy storage valve is switched and the second operating mode after the switching according to the switching state, and determine the target operating mode according to the heat generation of the energy storage valve in the first operating mode and the heat generation of the energy storage valve in the second operating mode.

[0103] In an embodiment of the present application, the first control device can determine the first operating mode before the energy storage valve is switched and the second operating mode after the switching according to the switching state of the operating mode of the energy storage valve in the energy storage valve system, wherein the heat generation of the energy storage valve in the first operating mode and the second operating mode can be the same, or the heat generation of the energy storage valve in the first operating mode and the second operating mode can be different.

[0104] Furthermore, the first control device may determine the target operating mode according to the heat generation of the energy storage valve in the first operating mode and the heat generation of the energy storage valve in the second operating mode.

[0105] It should be noted that when the heat generation of the energy storage valve in the first operating mode is different from the heat generation of the energy storage valve in the second operating mode, the first control device needs to adjust the working mode of the internal cooling device in the energy storage valve cooling system, that is, the target working mode is different from the current working mode; when the heat generation of the energy storage valve in the first operating mode is the same as the heat generation of the energy storage valve in the second operating mode, the first control device does not need to adjust the working mode of the internal cooling device in the energy storage valve cooling system, that is, the target working mode is the same as the current working mode.

[0106] The following embodiments of the present application mainly illustrate how to determine the target operating mode when the heat generation of the energy storage valve in the first operating mode is different from the heat generation of the energy storage valve in the second operating mode.

[0107] For example, the first operating mode in the embodiment of the present application may be a peak shaving and valley filling operating mode or a frequency modulation operating mode, and the second operating mode may be a zero power operating mode.

[0108] As another example, the first operating mode in the embodiment of the present application may be a zero-power operating mode, and the second operating mode may be a peak-shaving and valley-filling operating mode or a frequency modulation operating mode.

[0109] In one possible implementation, if the heat generated by the energy storage valve in the first operating mode is less than the heat generated in the second operating mode, the rated operating mode of the internal cooling device is used as the target operating mode, wherein the operating frequency of the internal cooling device in the rated operating mode is the rated operating frequency.

[0110] In this implementation, if the heat generated by the energy storage valve in the first operating mode is less than the heat generated in the second operating mode, that is, the energy storage valve switches from the first operating mode with less heat generation to the second operating mode with more heat generation, that is, more cooling medium flow is required, then the first control device can use the rated operating mode of the internal cooling device as the target operating mode, so that the cooling medium flow of the internal cooling device can meet the cooling medium flow required by the energy storage valve in the energy storage valve system in the second operating mode.

[0111] For example, assuming that the first operating mode is a zero-power operating mode and the second operating mode is a peak-shaving and valley-filling operating mode or a frequency-modulation operating mode, when the first control device detects that the operating mode of the energy storage valve in the energy storage valve system is switched from the zero-power operating mode to the peak-shaving and valley-filling operating mode or the frequency-modulation operating mode, the rated operating mode of the internal cooling device can be used as the target operating mode, so that the flow rate of the cooling medium of the internal cooling device can meet the cooling medium flow rate required by the energy storage valve in the peak-shaving and valley-filling operating mode or the frequency-modulation operating mode.

[0112] In another possible implementation, if the heat generated by the energy storage valve in the first operating mode is greater than the heat generated in the second operating mode, the low-frequency operating mode of the internal cooling device is used as the target operating mode, wherein the operating frequency of the internal cooling device in the low-frequency operating mode is a low-frequency operating frequency, and the low-frequency operating frequency is less than the rated operating frequency of the internal cooling device.

[0113] In this implementation, if the heat generated by the energy storage valve in the first operating mode is greater than the heat generated in the second operating mode, that is, the energy storage valve switches from the first operating mode with more heat generation to the second operating mode with less heat generation, that is, a smaller cooling medium flow rate is required, then the first control device can use the low-frequency operating mode of the internal cooling device as the target operating mode, so that the cooling medium flow rate of the internal cooling device can meet the cooling medium flow rate required when the energy storage valve switches from the second operating mode to the first operating mode, so as to avoid overheating of the devices and battery modules in the power module during the switching process, resulting in device loss or thermal runaway of the battery module.

[0114] For example, assuming that the first operating mode is a peak shaving and valley filling operating mode or a frequency modulation operating mode, and the second operating mode is a zero power operating mode, when the first control device detects that the operating mode of the energy storage valve in the energy storage valve system is switched from the peak shaving and valley filling operating mode or the frequency modulation operating mode to the zero power operating mode, the low-frequency operating mode of the internal cooling device can be used as the target operating mode, so that the flow rate of the cooling medium of the internal cooling device can meet the cooling medium flow rate required when the energy storage valve is switched from the zero power operating mode to the peak shaving and valley filling operating mode or the frequency modulation operating mode.

[0115] It can be seen that in this implementation, when the energy storage valve switches from the first operating mode with more heat generation to the second operating mode with less heat generation, by using the low-frequency operating mode of the internal cooling equipment as the target operating mode, it is possible to reduce the power consumption of the energy storage valve cooling system while also facilitating the long-term and reliable operation of the battery module and the power module.

[0116] Step S5022: Switch the current working mode of the internal cooling device to the target working mode.

[0117] In this step, the first control device can switch the current operating mode of the internal cooling device in the energy storage valve cooling system to a target operating mode that matches the operating mode of the energy storage valve in the energy storage valve system. Thus, in this embodiment of the present application, by switching the current operating mode of the internal cooling device to a target operating mode that matches the operating mode of the energy storage valve in the energy storage valve system, the cooling flow of the energy storage valve cooling system can be adapted to the heat generated by the energy storage valve during operation, thereby saving power consumption of the energy storage valve cooling system and improving the operating efficiency of the energy storage valve cooling system and the energy storage valve system.

[0118] For example, the first control device may send a control instruction to the second control device of the energy storage valve cooling system, wherein the control instruction may be used to instruct the internal cooling device to switch its current operating mode to a target operating mode. The second control device may then switch the current operating mode of the internal cooling device to the target operating mode according to the control instruction, thereby implementing the operating mode switch of the internal cooling device. The control instruction may include, but is not limited to, identification information of the target operating mode, or an operating frequency corresponding to the target operating mode.

[0119] It should be noted that if the first control device of the energy storage valve system and the second control device of the energy storage valve cooling system in the embodiment of the present application can be integrated into one control device, then the control device can directly control the current working mode of the internal cooling device to switch to the target working mode.

[0120] In one possible implementation, when the target operating mode of the internal cooling device is determined to be the rated operating mode based on the switching state, the first control device can promptly switch the current operating mode of the internal cooling device to the target operating mode, so that the cooling flow of the energy storage valve cooling system can quickly adapt to the heat generated by the energy storage valve during operation.

[0121] In another possible implementation, when it is determined according to the switching state that the target operating mode of the internal cooling device is the low-frequency operating mode, the first control device may switch the current operating mode of the internal cooling device to the target operating mode after a delay of a target time.

[0122] In this implementation, when the target operating mode of the internal cooling device is determined to be the low-frequency operating mode based on the switching state, considering that when the energy storage valve is subsequently switched from the second operating mode to the first operating mode with greater heat generation, it takes a certain response time for the internal cooling device to switch from the low-frequency operating mode to the rated operating mode. In order to prevent the cooling medium flow of the internal cooling device from being unable to meet the cooling requirement of the energy storage valve during the subsequent switching to the rated operating mode, the first control device can switch the current operating mode of the internal cooling device to the target operating mode after a delay of a target time, so that the overall operating temperature of the power module and the battery module in the energy storage valve in the energy storage valve system can be reduced by a certain temperature, thereby avoiding overheating of the devices in the power module and the battery module during the switching from the second operating mode to the first operating mode, resulting in device loss or thermal runaway of the battery module.

[0123] For example, the first control device may start a timer when determining the target operating mode of the internal cooling device according to the switching state, and may switch the current operating mode of the internal cooling device to the target operating mode after the timer reaches a target duration.

[0124] Of course, the first control device may also switch the current working mode of the internal cooling device to the target working mode after delaying the target time by other means.

[0125] In summary, in the embodiment of the present application, the target operating mode of the internal cooling device is determined based on the switching state of the operating mode of the energy storage valve in the energy storage valve system; further, the current operating mode of the internal cooling device is switched to the target operating mode. It can be seen that in the embodiment of the present application, by adjusting the current operating mode of the internal cooling device to the target operating mode that matches the operating mode of the energy storage valve based on the switching state of the operating mode of the energy storage valve in the energy storage valve system, the cooling flow of the internal cooling device in the energy storage valve cooling system can be more adapted to the heat generated by the energy storage valve during operation, thereby further saving the power consumption of the energy storage valve cooling system and improving the operating efficiency of the energy storage valve cooling system and the energy storage valve system.

[0126] In some embodiments, based on the above embodiments, in the embodiments of the present application, the relevant content of "switching the current working mode of the internal cooling device to the target working mode" in the above step S5022 is further explained.

[0127] For example, the internal cooling device of an embodiment of the present application may include, but is not limited to, a frequency converter and a motor rotating component. The first control device may control the frequency converter in the internal cooling device based on the operating frequency corresponding to the target operating mode of the internal cooling device to adjust the rotational speed of the motor rotating component in the internal cooling device, thereby switching the current operating mode of the internal cooling device to the target operating mode. It should be understood that the operating frequency of the frequency converter may be the same as the operating frequency corresponding to the target operating mode.

[0128] In one possible implementation, the first control device can send an adjustment instruction to the frequency converter in the internal cooling device so that the frequency converter can adjust the operating frequency according to the adjustment instruction to adjust the rotation speed of the motor rotating parts in the internal cooling device, wherein the adjustment instruction may include but is not limited to identification information of the target operating mode, or the operating frequency corresponding to the target operating mode.

[0129] In another possible implementation, the first control device can send a control instruction to the second control device of the energy storage valve cooling system, so that the second control device sends an adjustment instruction to the frequency converter in the internal cooling device according to the control instruction, so that the frequency converter can adjust the operating frequency according to the adjustment instruction to adjust the rotation speed of the motor rotating parts in the internal cooling device.

[0130] Of course, the first control device may also control the frequency converter in the internal cooling device in other ways according to the operating frequency corresponding to the target operating mode of the internal cooling device.

[0131] For ease of understanding, the following embodiments of the present application illustrate situations where the target operating mode is a different operating mode.

[0132] In one possible implementation, if the target operating mode is the rated operating mode, the first control device can control the operating frequency of the inverter in the internal cooling device according to the rated operating frequency corresponding to the rated operating mode to adjust the rotation speed of the motor rotating parts, thereby controlling the internal cooling device to operate in the rated operating mode.

[0133] The following embodiments of the present application illustrate the process of determining the rated operating frequency and cooling medium flow rate corresponding to the rated operating mode of the internal cooling device.

[0134] In order to ensure that the battery module and the power module of the energy storage valve in the energy storage valve system operate normally in the peak shaving and valley filling operation mode or the frequency modulation operation mode, it is assumed that the cooling medium flow rate required for cooling a single battery module is QE, the cooling medium flow rate required for cooling a single power module is QI, the monitored cooling medium inlet temperature is T1, the maximum allowable steady-state operation temperature of a single battery module is TE, the maximum allowable steady-state operation temperature of a single power module is TI, the operating heat power of a single battery module is PE, and the operating heat power of a single power module is PI.

[0135] According to TE=T1+KE*QE*PE, we can obtain QE=(TE-T1) / (KE*PE).

[0136] Among them, KE is the first preset equivalent calculation coefficient, which is affected by the thermal resistance of the water cooling plate in the battery module and the heat transfer resistance of the battery body.

[0137] According to TI=T1+KI*QI*PI, we can obtain QI=(TI-T1) / (KI*PI).

[0138] Among them, KI is the second preset equivalent calculation coefficient, which is affected by the thermal resistance of the water cooling plate in the power module and the heat transfer resistance of the battery body.

[0139] From the above, it can be seen that the cooling medium flow rate Q1 of the internal cooling equipment in the energy storage valve cooling system at the rated operating frequency F1 corresponding to the rated operating mode is Q1 = N1*QE+N2*QI, where N1 represents the calculation coefficient of the number of battery modules of the energy storage valve in the energy storage valve system, and N2 represents the calculation coefficient of the number of power modules of the energy storage valve in the energy storage valve system.

[0140] It should be noted that a preset mapping relationship exists between the outlet flow rate (or cooling medium flow rate) of the internal cooling device and the corresponding operating frequency. Therefore, the rated operating frequency of the corresponding internal cooling device in the rated operating mode can be determined based on the cooling medium flow rate required by the energy storage valve in the energy storage valve system in the peak shaving and valley filling mode or the frequency modulation mode.

[0141] In another possible implementation, if the target operating mode is a low-frequency operating mode, the first control device can control the operating frequency of the inverter in the internal cooling device according to the low-frequency operating frequency corresponding to the low-frequency operating mode to adjust the rotation speed of the motor rotating parts, thereby controlling the internal cooling device to operate in the low-frequency operating mode.

[0142] The following embodiments of the present application illustrate the process of determining the low-frequency operating frequency and cooling medium flow rate corresponding to the low-frequency operating mode of the internal cooling device.

[0143] When the internal cooling device switches from the low-frequency operating mode to the rated operating mode, it takes some time for the internal cooling device to return to the cooling medium flow rate Q1 at the rated operating frequency F1 corresponding to the rated operating mode due to the influence of the internal cooling device structure and system inertia. Therefore, it takes time for the cooling medium flow rate of the battery module to return to the rated flow rate QE and the cooling medium flow rate of the power module to return to the rated flow rate QI. During this process, the devices in the power module and the battery module are prone to overheating, causing device damage and thermal runaway of the battery module. Therefore, the following control is required:

[0144] Taking into account that the energy storage valve in the energy storage valve system switches from the peak shaving and valley filling operation mode or the frequency modulation operation mode to the zero power operation mode, the battery module and the power module stop operating and generating heat. Therefore, when it is necessary to switch the working mode of the internal cooling device from the rated working mode to the low-frequency working mode, the working mode of the internal cooling device can be switched from the rated working mode to the low-frequency working mode after delaying the target time, and the operating temperature of the battery module can be reduced from TE to TE1 and the operating temperature of the power module can be reduced from TI to TI1.

[0145] The cooling medium flow rate Q2 = N1 * QE1 + N2 * QI1 of the internal cooling device in the energy storage valve cooling system at the low frequency working frequency F2 corresponding to the low frequency working mode.

[0146] Among them, the cooling medium flow rate required for cooling a single battery module is QE1 = (TE-TE1) / (KE1*PE); the cooling medium flow rate required for cooling a single power module is QI1 = (TI-TI1) / (KI1*PI); KE1 is the third equivalent calculation coefficient, which is affected by the thermal resistance of the water cooling plate in the battery module and the heat transfer resistance of the battery body under flow changes; KI1 is the fourth equivalent calculation coefficient, which is affected by the thermal resistance of the water cooling plate in the power module and the heat transfer resistance of the battery body under flow changes.

[0147] It should be noted that a preset mapping relationship exists between the cooling medium flow rate of the internal cooling device and the corresponding operating frequency. Therefore, the low-frequency operating frequency of the corresponding internal cooling device in the low-frequency operating mode can be determined based on the cooling medium flow rate required by the energy storage valve in the energy storage valve system in the zero-power operating mode.

[0148] In summary, in the embodiment of the present application, the method of switching the working mode of the internal cooling device by using a frequency converter based on the internal cooling device can not only make the cooling flow of the energy storage valve cooling system adapt to the heat generated by the energy storage valve during operation, thereby saving the power consumption of the energy storage valve cooling system, but also the method of switching the working mode of the internal cooling device is relatively simple and convenient, which is also conducive to improving the switching efficiency.

[0149] For ease of understanding, in the following embodiments of the present application, the operating mode of the energy storage valve includes a peak shaving and valley filling operating mode, a frequency modulation operating mode or a zero-power operating mode, and the operating mode of the internal cooling device may include a rated operating mode or a low-frequency operating mode. For example, the control method of the energy storage valve cooling system in the embodiments of the present application is further explained.

[0150] 1. Start of operation:

[0151] 1) When the first control device of the energy storage valve system detects that the operating mode of the energy storage valve in the energy storage valve system is the peak shaving and valley filling operating mode or the frequency modulation operating mode, it can determine that the target operating mode of the internal cooling device in the energy storage valve cooling system is the rated operating mode, and send a first control instruction to the second control device of the energy storage valve cooling system, wherein the first control instruction can be used to instruct the operating mode of the internal cooling device to be switched to the rated operating mode, so that the second control device can switch the operating mode of the internal cooling device to the rated operating mode according to the first control instruction.

[0152] 2) When the first control device of the energy storage valve system detects that the operating mode of the energy storage valve in the energy storage valve system is the zero-power operating mode, it can determine that the target operating mode of the internal cooling device in the energy storage valve cooling system is the low-frequency operating mode, and send a second control instruction to the second control device of the energy storage valve cooling system, wherein the second control instruction can be used to instruct the operating mode of the internal cooling device to be switched to the low-frequency operating mode, so that the second control device can switch the operating mode of the internal cooling device to the low-frequency operating mode according to the second control instruction.

[0153] 2. During operation

[0154] (1) FIG7 is a schematic diagram of the switching of the operating mode of the energy storage valve in the energy storage valve system and the operating mode of the internal cooling device in the energy storage valve cooling system provided by an embodiment of the present application. As shown in FIG7 , when the first control device detects that the operating mode of the energy storage valve in the energy storage valve system is switched from the peak shaving and valley filling operating mode to the zero power operating mode, it can determine that the target operating mode of the internal cooling device in the energy storage valve cooling system is the low-frequency operating mode, and can send a second control instruction to the second control device of the energy storage valve cooling system, wherein the second control instruction can be used to instruct the current operating mode of the internal cooling device to be switched to the low-frequency operating mode, so that the second control device can switch the operating mode of the internal cooling device from the rated operating mode to the low-frequency operating mode according to the second control instruction. It should be noted that the operating mode of the internal cooling device needs to be delayed for a target period of time before switching to the low-frequency operating mode.

[0155] For example, when determining that the target operating mode of the internal cooling device is the low-frequency operating mode, the first control device may send the second control instruction to the second control device after delaying for a target time period.

[0156] As another example, the first control device may send a second control instruction to the second control device when it is determined that the target operating mode of the internal cooling device is a low-frequency operating mode, wherein the second control instruction may carry a target duration, so that when the second control device receives the second control instruction, it delays the target duration and then switches the operating mode of the internal cooling device to the low-frequency operating mode according to the second control instruction.

[0157] Furthermore, when the first control device detects that the operating mode of the energy storage valve in the energy storage valve system is switched from the zero-power operating mode to the peak-shaving and valley-filling operating mode, it can determine that the target operating mode of the internal cooling device in the energy storage valve cooling system is the rated operating mode, and can send a first control instruction to the second control device of the energy storage valve cooling system, wherein the first control instruction can be used to instruct the current operating mode of the internal cooling device to be switched to the rated operating mode, so that the second control device can switch the operating mode of the internal cooling device from the low-frequency operating mode to the rated operating mode according to the first control instruction.

[0158] (2) FIG8 is a second schematic diagram of the switching of the operating mode of the energy storage valve in the energy storage valve system and the operating mode of the internal cooling device in the energy storage valve cooling system provided by the embodiment of the present application. As shown in FIG8 , when the first control device detects that the operating mode of the energy storage valve in the energy storage valve system is switched from the frequency modulation operating mode to the zero power operating mode, it can determine that the target operating mode of the internal cooling device in the energy storage valve cooling system is the low frequency operating mode, and can send a second control instruction to the second control device of the energy storage valve cooling system, wherein the second control instruction can be used to instruct the current operating mode of the internal cooling device to be switched to the low frequency operating mode, so that the second control device can switch the operating mode of the internal cooling device from the rated operating mode to the low frequency operating mode according to the second control instruction. It should be noted that the operating mode of the internal cooling device needs to be delayed for a target period of time before switching to the low frequency operating mode.

[0159] Furthermore, when the first control device detects that the operating mode of the energy storage valve in the energy storage valve system is switched from the zero-power operating mode to the frequency modulation operating mode, it can determine that the target operating mode of the internal cooling device in the energy storage valve cooling system is the rated operating mode, and can send a first control instruction to the second control device of the energy storage valve cooling system, wherein the first control instruction can be used to instruct the current operating mode of the internal cooling device to be switched to the rated operating mode, so that the second control device can switch the operating mode of the internal cooling device from the low-frequency operating mode to the rated operating mode according to the first control instruction.

[0160] (3) FIG9 is a third schematic diagram of the switching of the operating mode of the energy storage valve in the energy storage valve system and the operating mode of the internal cooling device in the energy storage valve cooling system provided in an embodiment of the present application. As shown in FIG9 , when the first control device detects that the operating mode of the energy storage valve in the energy storage valve system is switched from the peak shaving and valley filling operating mode to the zero power operating mode, it can determine that the target operating mode of the internal cooling device in the energy storage valve cooling system is the low-frequency operating mode, and can send a second control instruction to the second control device of the energy storage valve cooling system, wherein the second control instruction can be used to instruct the current operating mode of the internal cooling device to be switched to the low-frequency operating mode, so that the second control device can switch the operating mode of the internal cooling device from the rated operating mode to the low-frequency operating mode according to the second control instruction. It should be noted that the operating mode of the internal cooling device needs to be delayed for a target period of time before switching to the low-frequency operating mode.

[0161] Furthermore, when the first control device detects that the operating mode of the energy storage valve in the energy storage valve system is switched from the zero-power operating mode to the frequency modulation operating mode, it can determine that the target operating mode of the internal cooling device in the energy storage valve cooling system is the rated operating mode, and can send a first control instruction to the second control device of the energy storage valve cooling system, wherein the first control instruction can be used to instruct the current operating mode of the internal cooling device to be switched to the rated operating mode, so that the second control device can switch the operating mode of the internal cooling device from the low-frequency operating mode to the rated operating mode according to the first control instruction.

[0162] (4) FIG10 is a fourth schematic diagram of the switching of the operating mode of the energy storage valve in the energy storage valve system and the operating mode of the internal cooling device in the energy storage valve cooling system provided in an embodiment of the present application. As shown in FIG10 , when the first control device detects that the operating mode of the energy storage valve in the energy storage valve system is switched from the frequency modulation operating mode to the zero power operating mode, it can determine that the target operating mode of the internal cooling device in the energy storage valve cooling system is the low frequency operating mode, and can send a second control instruction to the second control device of the energy storage valve cooling system, wherein the second control instruction can be used to instruct the current operating mode of the internal cooling device to be switched to the low frequency operating mode, so that the second control device can switch the operating mode of the internal cooling device from the rated operating mode to the low frequency operating mode according to the second control instruction. It should be noted that the operating mode of the internal cooling device needs to be delayed for a target period of time before switching to the low frequency operating mode.

[0163] Furthermore, when the first control device detects that the operating mode of the energy storage valve in the energy storage valve system is switched from the zero-power operating mode to the peak-shaving and valley-filling operating mode, it can determine that the target operating mode of the internal cooling device in the energy storage valve cooling system is the rated operating mode, and can send a first control instruction to the second control device of the energy storage valve cooling system, wherein the first control instruction can be used to instruct the current operating mode of the internal cooling device to be switched to the rated operating mode, so that the second control device can switch the operating mode of the internal cooling device from the low-frequency operating mode to the rated operating mode according to the first control instruction.

[0164] In summary, in the embodiment of the present application, the first control device of the energy storage valve system sends different control instructions to the second control device of the energy storage valve cooling system based on the switching state of the operating mode of the energy storage valve in the energy storage valve system, so as to adjust the operating mode of the internal cooling device to a target operating mode that matches the operating mode of the energy storage valve, so that the cooling flow of the energy storage valve cooling system can adapt to the heat generated by the energy storage valve during operation, thereby saving the power consumption of the energy storage valve cooling system and facilitating the long-term and reliable operation of the battery module and the power module.
