Description

Elevator

[0001] The present invention relates to an elevator device. More specifically, it relates to a movable elevator device used for loading and unloading logistics.

[0002] Loading and unloading of parcels and cargo is a crucial part of the logistics and transportation industry. In particular, loading and unloading efficiency is a crucial factor in improving overall costs and carrier reliability. This importance is especially emphasized today, when speedy delivery is paramount.

[0003] Typically, the cargo bed of a truck is placed at a certain height from the floor. If the cargo is loaded and unloaded from this bed using only human labor, there are problems such as reduced loading and unloading efficiency and frequent injuries to workers.

[0004] Therefore, in the past, a dock system was used to enable loading and unloading of goods directly without having to go up and down the dock by installing a dock of the same height as the loading box at a location where goods are loaded and unloaded in large quantities, such as a logistics warehouse, or a self-lift system was used to install a lift on the truck itself to enable loading and unloading of goods.

[0005] However, dock systems have very limited space available for docking, so loading and unloading problems persist in areas without docks. Furthermore, the practical challenge of equipping every truck with a lift system presents a significant challenge.

[0006] To solve these problems, a table lift system was introduced that is fixedly installed at the point where logistics are loaded and unloaded, and a method of installing these table lifts at multiple logistics sites was used.

[0007] However, since these conventional table lift systems were also installed in a fixed manner by being buried in the floor, the loading and unloading locations could only be limited to the locations where the table lifts were installed, and accordingly, the degree of freedom in loading and unloading locations for logistics was still low, limiting the improvement of delivery and / or transportation efficiency.

[0008] Furthermore, table lift systems operate via scissor lifts. These scissor lifts are inherently bulky, requiring sunken floors to compensate for the gap between the lift and the installation site. Therefore, conventional table lift systems also suffer from the disadvantage of being uneconomical due to the additional time and expense involved in drilling holes in the floor.

[0009] The problem that this specification seeks to solve is to provide an elevator device that can improve the efficiency of logistics delivery and / or transportation by expanding the range of locations where logistics can be loaded and unloaded.

[0010] In addition, the present invention provides an elevator device that can improve economic efficiency through a mobile installation-friendly lift structure that does not require floor drilling work.

[0011] According to an aspect of the present disclosure for achieving the above-mentioned task, an elevator device is provided that is movably installed and performs an elevator operation of a material, and may include a receiving frame in which a material is received on the inside and an elevator operation is performed, a structural frame provided along at least a portion of an edge of the receiving frame and structurally supporting the receiving frame, a wheel part provided at a lower portion of the structural frame and enabling the elevator device to move, and a driving part provided on the structural frame and connected to the receiving frame and causing the elevator operation of the receiving frame.

[0012] Through this, the range of locations where logistics can be loaded and unloaded can be expanded, thereby improving the efficiency of logistics delivery and / or transportation.

[0013] Additionally, the cost-effectiveness can be improved through a lift structure that allows for mobile installation without the need for floor drilling work.

[0014] In addition, it includes a lip plate hingedly connected to the bottom edge of the front of the receiving frame, and the lip plate can be opened by being upright when the receiving frame is lowered and lying down when the receiving frame is raised.

[0015] In addition, the structural frame includes a front structural portion provided in front of the receiving frame, and the lip plate can be supported against the inside of the front structural portion when erected and supported in the direction of gravity by the upper end of the front structural portion when opened.

[0016] In addition, the front structure portion may include a first front structure portion that extends horizontally along the front of the receiving frame and has a height lower than the height of the lip plate that is opened by raising the receiving frame, and a second front structure portion that is connected to the first front structure portion and has a height corresponding to the height of the lip plate that is opened by raising the receiving frame.

[0017] Additionally, the second front structure may be positioned in front of the first front structure.

[0018] In addition, the front structure includes a first roller provided on the rear side, and when the receiving frame rises, the lip plate can move in contact with the first roller.

[0019] Additionally, when the receiving frame is at its lowest height, the lip plate can be leaned against the first roller.

[0020] In addition, the upper portion of the front structure includes a second roller, and when the receiving frame is raised or lowered, the lip plate can be opened while moving in contact with the second roller.

[0021] Additionally, when the receiving frame is at its highest height, the lip plate can be supported in the direction of gravity by the second roller in a lying down and open state.

[0022] In addition, it includes a first roller provided on the rear side of the front structure and a second roller provided on the upper side of the front structure, and the gap between the first roller and the second roller may be equal to or smaller than the length of the lip plate.

[0023] Additionally, the second roller may be positioned forward of the first roller.

[0024] Additionally, the structural frame may include a first structural portion extending horizontally in a lower region of one lateral side of the receiving frame, a second structural portion extending horizontally in a lower region of the other lateral side of the receiving frame, and a front structural portion extending horizontally along the front of the receiving frame and connecting the first structural portion and the second structural portion.

[0025] Additionally, the structural frame may include a mast that is provided to be vertically erected in at least one of the first structural portion and the second structural portion.

[0026] Additionally, when the receiving frame is at the lowest height, the height of the bottom of the receiving frame may be lower than the height of the bottom of the structural frame.

[0027] Additionally, one side of the receiving frame may be open to allow the entry and exit of logistics, or may be openable and closable by a door.

[0028] Additionally, the receiving frame may include a lamp hinged to the bottom of the one side.

[0029] Additionally, it includes a cover connected along the bottom edge of the receiving frame, wherein the cover can be unfolded downwards of the receiving frame as the receiving frame rises.

[0030] Through this specification, the range of locations where loading and unloading of logistics is possible can be expanded, thereby improving the efficiency of logistics delivery and / or transportation.

[0031] Additionally, the cost-effectiveness can be improved through a lift structure that allows for mobile installation without the need for floor drilling work.

[0044] Below, embodiments of the present disclosure are described in detail with reference to the attached drawings so that those skilled in the art can easily implement the present disclosure. However, the present disclosure may be implemented in various different forms and is not limited to the embodiments described herein.

[0045] Hereinafter, embodiments of the present disclosure will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.

[0046] FIG. 1 is a side view of an elevator device according to one embodiment of the present disclosure, illustrating a state in which the receiving frame is at the lowest height. FIG. 2 is a side view of an elevator device according to one embodiment of the present disclosure, illustrating a state in which the receiving frame is at the highest height. FIG. 3 is a front view of an elevator device according to one embodiment of the present disclosure. FIG. 4 is a rear view of an elevator device according to one embodiment of the present disclosure. FIGS. 5 to 7 are cross-sectional views of an elevator device according to one embodiment of the present disclosure, illustrating an operation process of the elevator device.

[0047] Hereinafter, an elevator device (100) according to one embodiment of the present specification may include a receiving frame (110), a lip plate (120), a structural frame (130), a wheel unit (140), and a driving unit (150), and this does not exclude that at least two or more components may be implemented as a single physical / mechanical device (for example, the receiving frame and the structural frame may be implemented as a single mechanical unit), and does not exclude additional configurations.

[0048] Referring to FIGS. 1 to 4, an elevator device (100) according to one embodiment of the present disclosure can perform a lifting operation for logistics. Specifically, logistics can be lifted by the elevator device (100) and loaded or unloaded from the loading compartment of a tall cargo vehicle.

[0049] The lifting device (100) may include a receiving frame (110). Logistics may be received inside the receiving frame (110). The receiving frame (110) of the lifting device (100) according to one embodiment of the present disclosure may be formed in a box shape by a steel frame member. Through this, the structural stability of the receiving frame (110) can be secured, and the logistic may be prevented from being detached by the side walls. However, the present invention is not limited thereto, and the receiving frame (110) may be configured with a bottom surface and a side wall of a certain height surrounding the bottom surface, or may be configured to have only a bottom surface.

[0050] The receiving frame (110) can perform an elevating operation. Specifically, the receiving frame (110) can move up and down with respect to the structural frame (130). The receiving frame (110) can be elevated by the driving unit (150). The logistics, while being accommodated in the receiving frame (110), can be moved up and down as the receiving frame (110) is elevated. The elevating operation of the receiving frame (110) by the driving unit (150) will be described later.

[0051] Referring to FIGS. 1, 3, and 4, when the receiving frame (110) is at its lowest height, the height of the lower end of the receiving frame (110) may be lower than the height of the lower end of the structural frame (130). More preferably, when the receiving frame (110) is at its lowest height, the lower end of the receiving frame (110) may be positioned in contact with or very close to the floor of the location where the lifting device (100) is installed.

[0052] Specifically, the logistics can be taken out from the receiving frame (110) to the outside or brought into the receiving frame (110) from the outside when the receiving frame (110) is at the lowest height. At this time, when the logistics are transported through a wheeled device such as a roll container (RT), it may be desirable to minimize the step between the floor of the space where the elevator device (100) is installed and the receiving frame (110) in order to easily transport the roll container (RT) to the receiving frame (110). In the elevator device (100) according to one embodiment of the present specification, when the receiving frame (110) is at the lowest height, the lower end of the receiving frame (110) is positioned lower than the lower end of the structural frame (130), thereby making the movement of the logistics easier.

[0053] One side of the receiving frame (110), more specifically, the back side of the receiving frame (110), may be open to allow logistics to enter and exit, or may be openable and closable by a door (111).

[0054] For example, referring to FIG. 4, the lifting device (100) may include a door (111). The door (111) may be provided to open and close the back surface of the receiving frame (110). The door (111) may be opened during the process of receiving the logistics into the receiving frame (110), and the door (111) may be closed during the process of receiving the logistics into the receiving frame (110). The door (111) may prevent the logistics received inside the receiving frame (110) from falling outside the receiving frame (110) during the process of moving the lifting device (100) or raising and lowering the receiving frame (110).

[0055] Referring to FIG. 4, the door (111) may be provided as a pair and hinged to the edges of both sides of the receiving frame (110). However, the present invention is not limited thereto, and the door (111) may be provided as a pair and hinged to the edges of one side of the receiving frame (110), or may be hinged to the edge of the ceiling of the receiving frame (110) and rotated up and down. In addition, unlike as illustrated in FIG. 4, the door (111) may not be provided, and in this case, a lamp (180) hinged to the lower edge of the receiving frame (110) may replace the role of the door (111).

[0056] The lifting device (100) may include a lip plate (120). The lip plate (120) may be hingedly connected to the bottom edge of the front of the receiving frame (110). The lip plate (120) may serve as a bridge connecting the receiving frame (110) and the loading compartment when the receiving frame (110) is raised to the height of the loading compartment of the truck. Logistics received in the receiving frame (110) may be loaded into the loading compartment of the truck via the lip plate (120), or logistics loaded into the loading compartment of the truck may be received in the receiving frame (110) via the lip plate (120).

[0057] Referring to FIGS. 5 to 7, the lip plate (120) can be semi-automatically raised or lowered. In other words, the lip plate (120) can be raised or lowered by a mechanical mechanism. At this time, the raised state of the lip plate (120) can be understood as a closed state of the lip plate (120), and the laid state of the lip plate (120) can be understood as an open state of the lip plate (120).

[0058] The lip plate (120) may be upright when the receiving frame (110) is lowered. The lip plate (120) may be leaned against the inner side of the front structure (133) when it is upright. Specifically, the lip plate (120) may be leaned against the first roller (160) when it is upright. Through the structure in which the lip plate (120) is leaned against the inner side of the front structure (133), the lip plate (120) may be automatically opened as the receiving frame (110) rises without a separate driving mechanism.

[0059] The lip plate (120) can be opened by being laid down when the receiving frame (110) is raised. When the lip plate (120) is opened, it can be supported in the direction of gravity by the upper end of the front structural member (133). Specifically, the lip plate (120) can be supported in the direction of gravity by the second roller (170). When the lip plate (120) is opened, the material moves between the receiving frame (110) and the loading area of the truck through the lip plate (120). At this time, the structure of the lip plate (120) can be reinforced as the lip plate (120) is supported in the direction of gravity by the upper end of the front structural member (133).

[0060] The process of opening the lip plate (120) as the receiving frame (110) rises is described in detail below.

[0061] Referring to FIG. 5, the lip plate (120) can be leaned against the first roller (160) when the receiving frame (110) is at its lowest height.

[0062] The lip plate (120) can rise along the receiving frame (110) while leaning against the front structure (133) during the process of the receiving frame (110) rising. In the initial stage of the rising of the receiving frame (110), the lip plate (120) can move while in contact with the first roller (160). During this process, the lip plate (120) can be gradually laid forward.

[0063] Referring to FIG. 6, when the receiving frame (110) rises to a certain height, the lip plate (120) can contact the first roller (160) and the second roller (170) simultaneously.

[0064] In the state illustrated in Fig. 6, when the receiving frame (110) is raised slightly further, the lip plate (120) can move in a state in which it does not contact the first roller (160) but contacts the second roller (170). In this process as well, the lip plate (120) can be slightly laid forward.

[0065] Referring to FIG. 7, when the receiving frame (110) is at its highest height, the lip plate (120) can be supported in the direction of gravity by the second roller (170) in a lying down and open state.

[0066] Through the above-described process, the lip plate (120) can be automatically opened as the receiving frame (110) rises, thereby reducing the manufacturing cost of the lifting device (100) and reducing the possibility of damage and / or failure due to malfunction of the lip plate (120). In addition, the lip plate (120) can be opened in stages through a structure in which it sequentially contacts the first roller (160) and the second roller (170), thereby preventing problems such as failure or noise generation due to rapid movement of the lip plate (120).

[0067] The process of erecting the lip plate (120) during the process of lowering the receiving frame (110) can be understood as proceeding in the reverse order of the opening process of the lip plate (120) described with reference to FIGS. 5 to 7.

[0068] Alternatively, the lip plate (120) can be opened and closed electronically through a separately provided motor.

[0069] The elevator device (100) may include a structural frame (130). The structural frame (130) may structurally support the receiving frame (110) and further serve as the overall structure of the elevator device (100).

[0070] The structural frame (130) may be provided along at least a portion of the edge of the receiving frame (110). For example, the structural frame (130) may be provided across the three sides of the receiving frame (110) except for the back side.

[0071] The structural frame (130) may include a first structural portion (131) and a second structural portion (132). The first structural portion (131) may extend horizontally in a lower region of one lateral side of the receiving frame (110). The second structural portion (132) may extend horizontally in a lower region of the other lateral side of the receiving frame (110).

[0072] The structural frame (130) may include a front structural portion (133). The front structural portion (133) may be provided at the front of the receiving frame (110). The front structural portion (133) may extend horizontally along the front of the receiving frame (110). The front structural portion (133) may connect the first structural portion (131) and the second structural portion (132).

[0073] In this way, the structural frame (130) can stably support the receiving frame (110) through the first structural part (131), the second structural part (132), and the front structural part (133), while the back surface of the receiving frame (110) can be opened. Through the structure in which the structural frame (130) is not formed on the back surface of the receiving frame (110), logistics can be easily transported in and out of the receiving frame (110) through the back surface of the receiving frame (110).

[0074] The front structure (133) may include a first front structure (1331). The first front structure (1331) may extend horizontally along the front of the receiving frame (110). The first structure (131) and the second structure (132) may be connected by the first front structure (1331).

[0075] The first front structural member (1331) may be provided in the form of a wall of a certain height. This first front structural member (1331) may serve to protect the elevator device (100) from collision with a cargo vehicle approaching the elevator device (100). However, in contrast, if the second front structural member (1332) is provided with a sufficient height, the first front structural member (1331) may be provided with a height corresponding to that of the first structural member (131) and / or the second structural member (132).

[0076] The first front structure (1331) may be provided at a height lower than the height of the opened lip plate (120) when the receiving frame (110) is raised. This allows the lip plate (120) to be fully opened without interference from the first front structure (1331) when the receiving frame (110) reaches the target height.

[0077] The front structure (133) may include a second front structure (1332). The second front structure (1332) may be connected to the first front structure (1331). The second front structure (1332) may protrude above the first front structure (1331). For example, referring to FIG. 3, the second front structure (1332) may be formed in a pillar shape. Alternatively, the second front structure (1332) may be formed in a plate shape.

[0078] The second front structural member (1332) may be provided in multiples. For example, as illustrated in FIG. 3, two second front structural members (1332) may be provided. However, if the receiving frame (110) is formed to be longer horizontally so that the gravity direction support force of the lip plate (120) needs to be reinforced, three or more second front structural members (1332) may be provided, and if the receiving frame (110) is formed to be shorter horizontally, only one second front structural member (1332) may be provided.

[0079] The second front structure (1332) may be provided with a height corresponding to the height of the open lip plate (120) when the receiving frame (110) is at its maximum height. In this way, when the receiving frame (110) reaches the target height and the lip plate (120) is opened, the lip plate (120) can be supported in the direction of gravity by the second front structure (1332) in a horizontal state.

[0080] The second front structure (1332) may be positioned in front of the first front structure (1331). For example, referring to FIGS. 1 and 2, the second front structure (1332) may be connected to the front of the first front structure (1331). Through this, the second roller (170) provided at the upper end of the second front structure (1332) may be positioned in front of the first roller (160) provided at the rear of the first front structure (1331), thereby enabling stepwise opening and closing of the lip plate (120).

[0081] Alternatively, the second front structure (1332) may be provided to protrude from the upper end of the first front structure (1331). In this case, the first roller (160) is provided on the rear end of the first front structure (1331), and the second roller (170) is provided on the upper end of the second front structure (1332). Therefore, the stepwise opening and closing of the lip plate (120) can be implemented by appropriately setting the arrangement positions of the first roller (160) and the second roller, and the heights of the first front structure (1331) and the second front structure (1332).

[0082] The second front structural member (1332) may be provided to move up and down with respect to the first front structural member (1331). The height of the loading box of a truck may vary from truck to truck, and accordingly, the target height of the receiving frame (110) may vary. In this case, by adjusting the height of the second front structural member (1332), the lip plate (120) may be fully opened without interference with the second front structural member (1332), and the opened lip plate (120) may be effectively supported by the second front structural member (1332) whose height is adjusted.

[0083] The second front structure (1332) is provided on the front of the first front structure (1331) and its height can be fixed by a bracket (1333) on which the second front structure (1332) can be slidably mounted and a fixing member (1334) that simultaneously penetrates the second front structure (1332).

[0084] Unlike the above, if the first front structural member (1331) is provided with a height corresponding to the height of the cargo bed of the truck, the first roller (160) is provided at the upper end of the first front structural member (1331), and the lip plate (120) is provided with a length that can be leaned against the first roller (160) when the receiving frame (110) is at the lowest height, the second front structural member (1332) may not be provided.

[0085] The structural frame (130) may include a mast (134). The mast (134) may be provided to be erected perpendicular to at least one of the first structural portion (131) and the second structural portion (132). For example, referring to FIG. 3, the mast (134) may be provided to be erected perpendicular to the first structural portion (131) and the second structural portion (132).

[0086] The mast (134) can guide the movement path of the receiving frame (110). Specifically, a guide portion (112) provided on the side of the receiving frame (110) can be slidably coupled to the mast (134), and when the raising / lowering operation of the receiving frame (110) is performed, the mast (134) acts as a rail on which the guide portion (112) can move, thereby guiding the raising / lowering operation of the receiving frame (110).

[0087] The mast (134) can transmit the driving force of the driving unit (150) to the receiving frame (110). Specifically, one end of the chain (155) that transmits the force of the driving unit (150) to the receiving frame (110) is fixed to the mast (134), so that the force of the driving unit (150) can be fully transmitted to the receiving frame (110). The lifting and lowering operation of the receiving frame (110) by the driving unit (150) will be described later.

[0088] The lifting device (100) may include a first roller (160). The first roller (160) may be provided on the rear side of the front structural member (133). Specifically, the first roller (160) may be provided on the rear side of the first front structural member (1331). The first roller (160) may be provided with wheels. When the receiving frame (110) is at the lowest height, the lip plate (120) leaning against the first roller (160) may rise along the first roller (160) as the receiving frame (110) rises.

[0089] The lifting device (100) may include a second roller (170). The second roller (170) may be provided at the upper end of the front structure (133). Specifically, the second roller (170) may be provided at the upper end of the second front structure (1332). After the receiving frame (110) reaches a certain height, the lip plate (120) may be raised while leaning against the second roller (170). In addition, when the receiving frame (110) reaches the target height, the lip plate (120) may be supported in the direction of gravity by the second roller (170).

[0090] Referring to FIG. 6, the gap between the first roller (160) and the second roller (170) may be equal to or smaller than the length of the lip plate (120). Through this, the lip plate (120) can continuously contact at least one of the first roller (160) and the second roller (170) during the process of the receiving frame (110) being raised and lowered, so that the opening and closing of the lip plate (120) can be smoothly performed.

[0091] Unlike the above, if the length of the lip plate (120) is sufficient (for example, if the lip plate (120) is provided with a length that can touch the second roller (170) in FIG. 5), the first roller (160) may not be provided.

[0092] The lifting device (100) may include a wheel portion (140). The wheel portion (140) may be provided at the lower portion of the structural frame (130). For example, the wheel portion (140) may be provided at at least four corner portions of the lower portion of the structural frame (130). The wheel portion (140) may enable the lifting device (100) to move. The wheel portion (140) may be configured as a wheel. Each wheel portion (140) may be provided to be rotatable around an up-down axis to enable the free movement of the lifting device (100).

[0093] Since the elevator device (100) equipped with a wheel part (140) is not buried in the floor, even if a truck impacts the elevator device (100) during the process of approaching the truck, the impact can be mitigated through the movement of the elevator device (100) by the wheel part (140), thereby preventing damage to the elevator device (100).

[0094] Referring to FIG. 3, the elevator device (100) may include a fixing device (141). The fixing device (141) may prevent movement of the elevator device (100). Specifically, after the elevator device (100) is moved and placed in a place where it is used, its movement may be restricted by the fixing device (141).

[0095] The fixing device (141) may be provided at the bottom of the structural frame (130). The fixing device (141) may be provided at the four corners of the structural frame (130). The fixing device (141) may be provided in the form of an anchor that moves up and down. Specifically, the fixing device (141) may be in an elevated state while the lifting device (100) is moving, and may be in a lowered state after the lifting device (100) has moved to a position where it is to be installed. When the fixing device (141) is lowered, it may be lowered at least by a height corresponding to the height of the lower end of the wheel part (140), or may be lowered to a level lower than the lower end of the wheel part (140). When the fixed device (141) is lowered to a level lower than the lower end of the wheel unit (140), the lifting device (100) is supported by the fixed device (141), and at this time, the wheel unit (140) can be understood to fall from the floor of the space where the lifting device (100) is installed.

[0096] The fixing device (141) may be electrically operated or may be operated by direct physical manipulation by the operator.

[0097] Alternatively, the fixing device (141) may be provided on the wheel unit (140) itself. Specifically, the fixing device (141) may be provided on each wheel unit (140) and may be provided to suggest movement of the wheels constituting the wheel unit (140).

[0098] The lifting device (100) may include a driving unit (150). The driving unit (150) may be provided on the structural frame (130). The driving unit (150) may be connected to the receiving frame (110) to cause the receiving frame (110) to rise and fall. The operation of the driving unit (150) may be performed by operating the control panel (151).

[0099] Specifically, the driving unit (150) may include a hydraulic cylinder (152) provided in at least one of the first structural unit (131) and the second structural unit (132), a lever unit (153) provided at the upper end of the hydraulic cylinder (152) and having pulleys (154) provided on both sides, a chain (155) having one end connected to a horizontal member (1341) provided in the mast (134) and the other end connected to the receiving frame (110), and having the middle portion hooked to the pulley (154) of the lever unit (153), and a motor unit (156) that causes the hydraulic cylinder (152) to operate. In the elevator device (100) according to one embodiment of the present specification, the hydraulic cylinder (152) may be respectively disposed in the masts (134) provided in the first structural unit (131) and the second structural unit (132).

[0100] When the hydraulic cylinder (152) rises by the operation of the motor unit (156), the lever unit (153) can rise accordingly. At this time, as the chain (155) hung on the pulley (154) is lifted, the receiving frame (110) connected to the other end of the chain (155) can rise. Conversely, when the hydraulic cylinder (152) is lowered by the operation of the motor unit (156), the receiving frame (110) can descend accordingly.

[0101] In this way, since the raising and lowering of the receiving frame (110) is accomplished by the hydraulic cylinder (152) and the chain (155), a separate space (e.g., a sunken space) for raising and lowering the receiving frame (110) is not necessary at the bottom of the receiving frame (110). Accordingly, the cost for a separate landfill installation can be reduced, thereby improving economic efficiency.

[0102] Referring to FIG. 5, the lifting device (100) may include a ramp (180). The ramp (180) may be hingedly connected to the bottom of one side of the receiving frame (110). The ramp (180) may be rotated by the hinge connection to unfold horizontally or erect vertically. Specifically, the ramp (180) may unfold horizontally when the receiving frame (110) is at its lowest height, and may be erected vertically otherwise.

[0103] The lamp (180) may be manually operated and unfolded by an operator, or may be electronically controlled with a separate motor for lamp (180) operation.

[0104] When the receiving frame (110) is at the lowest height, the difference in level between the floor of the space where the lifting device (100) is installed and the floor of the receiving frame (110) can be eliminated through the ramp (180). That is, when the receiving frame (110) is at the lowest height, logistics transported using a wheeled device such as a roll container (RT) can be loaded into or removed from the receiving frame (110) by riding the ramp (180).

[0105] Referring to FIGS. 2, 6, and 7, the lifting device (100) may include a cover (190). The cover (190) may be connected along the bottom edge of the receiving frame (110). The cover (190) may be spread out toward the bottom of the receiving frame (110) as the receiving frame (110) rises. The cover (190) may prevent accidents by preventing workers from approaching the bottom of the receiving frame (110) during the process of raising and lowering the receiving frame (110), or may prevent accidents caused by logistics, etc., being caught in the bottom of the receiving frame (110).

[0106] An elevator device (100) according to one embodiment of the present specification can be movably installed by at least some of the above-described features.

[0107] The elevator device (100) can be installed movably. This allows the elevator device (100) to be installed in various spaces without being restricted to a specific location, thereby expanding the range of possible loading and unloading of goods. Consequently, the delivery and / or transportation schedule of goods can be more freely adjusted, thereby maximizing the efficiency of delivery and / or transportation of goods.

[0108] Any or all of the embodiments of this specification described above are not mutually exclusive or distinct. Any or all of the embodiments of this specification described above may have their respective components or functions combined or used together.

[0109] For example, it means that a configuration A described in a particular embodiment and / or drawing can be combined with a configuration B described in another embodiment and / or drawing. That is, even if a combination between configurations is not directly described, it means that a combination is possible, except in cases where a combination is described as impossible.

[0110] The above detailed description should not be construed as limiting in any respect and should be considered illustrative only. The scope of this specification should be determined by a reasonable interpretation of the appended claims, and all changes within the equivalent scope of this specification are intended to be embraced therein.
