Description

Dual electromagnetic torque generating motor

[0001] The present invention relates to a motor that generates electromagnetic torque in a dual manner.

[0002] Conventional radial motors are divided into AC motors and DC motors.

[0003] In AC motors, they are divided into synchronous motors and induction motors, and in DC motors, they are divided into brush motors and brushless motors (BLDC), and there are numerous other types of electric motors.

[0004] Meanwhile, there are many different types of motors, but their mechanisms are similar.

[0005] Conventional motors have a structure in which torque is generated only at one pole among the N pole of the inner diameter of the stator (rotating magnetic field) core and the S pole of the outer diameter, so the magnetic flux area is inefficient.

[0006] Accordingly, the applicant improved the structure of the motor to efficiently utilize the magnetic flux area in the motor, thereby developing a motor capable of generating greater torque than a conventional motor under the same power conditions.

[0007] The purpose of the present invention is to provide a dual electromagnetic torque generating motor that can be used while reducing the consumption of electric energy by generating twice as much torque as a conventional motor under the same power conditions by increasing the torque generation density per volume of the core without reducing the utilization rate of the magnetic excitation coil of the core to less than half.

[0008] A dual electromagnetic torque generating motor according to the present invention comprises: a core in which a plurality of first rotating magnetic fields each having opposite polarities are alternately arranged at regular intervals along a circumferential direction on an inner periphery, and a plurality of second rotating magnetic fields each having opposite polarities are alternately arranged at regular intervals along a circumferential direction on an outer periphery, and a coil is wound; a first rotating field section in which a plurality of first rotating field elements each having opposite polarities correspond to the plurality of first rotating magnetic fields and are alternately arranged at regular intervals along a circumferential direction on an outer periphery, and are concentric with the core and arranged at regular intervals along an inner periphery of the core; A plurality of second rotating field elements, each having a reverse polarity, are arranged alternately at regular intervals along the inner circumference in a circumferential direction corresponding to the plurality of second rotating magnetic fields, and are concentric with the core and arranged at a distance from the outer circumference of the core, and when an alternating current is applied to the core, the first rotating field element portion and the second rotating field element portion rotate simultaneously with respect to the core due to an electromagnetic force generated between the first rotating field element portion and the second rotating field element due to an electromagnetic action with the core.

[0010] In addition, the core may include a core body having a plurality of coil winding sections in which coils are wound, the coil winding sections forming slots at regular intervals along a circumferential direction, the plurality of first rotating magnetic fields being arranged on an inner circumference, and the plurality of second rotating magnetic fields being arranged on an outer circumference; a plurality of guide holes formed penetrating the core body at regular intervals along a circumferential direction of the core body; a plurality of core bracket guides penetratingly coupled to the plurality of guide holes; a pair of bracket retainer plates that are arranged oppositely with the core body interposed therebetween and each support both ends of the plurality of core bracket guides penetratingly coupled to the plurality of guide holes; and a bracket fixing means for fixing one of the pair of bracket retainer plates to the housing.

[0011] It may include an intake port formed through the housing to suck external air into the housing; an exhaust port formed through the housing to discharge air contained in the housing to the outside; and a fan connected to the output shaft to rotate by rotation of the output shaft and discharge air in the housing through the exhaust port.

[0012] The purpose of the present invention, as another embodiment, is to provide a core in which a plurality of first rotating magnetic fields, each having reverse polarity, are alternately arranged at regular intervals along the inner circumference in a circumferential direction, and a plurality of second rotating magnetic fields, each having reverse polarity, are alternately arranged at regular intervals along the outer circumference in a circumferential direction, and a coil is wound; a first fixed field, in which a plurality of first rotating magnetic fields, each having reverse polarity, correspond to the plurality of first rotating magnetic fields and are alternately arranged at regular intervals along the outer circumference in a circumferential direction, and are concentric with the core and are arranged at regular intervals along the inner circumference of the core; A dual electromagnetic torque generating motor can also be achieved, characterized in that a plurality of second rotating fields, each having a reverse polarity, are arranged alternately at regular intervals along the inner circumference in a circumferential direction corresponding to the plurality of said second rotating fields, and a second fixed field is arranged concentrically with the core and at a distance from the outer circumference of the core, and when a direct current is applied to the core, the core rotates with respect to the first fixed field and the second fixed field by an electromagnetic force generated between the first fixed field and the second fixed field by an electromagnetic action with the core.

[0013] Here, the core and the first fixed field and the second fixed field may be accommodated in a housing; and an output shaft connected to the core and outputting torque generated from the core may be included.

[0014] And, the core includes a core body having a plurality of coil winding sections in which coils are wound, the coil body forming slots at regular intervals along the circumferential direction, and a plurality of the first rotating magnetic fields being arranged on the inner circumference and a plurality of the second rotating magnetic fields being arranged on the outer circumference; a plurality of guide holes formed penetrating the core body at regular intervals along the circumferential direction of the core body; a plurality of core bracket guides penetratingly coupled to the plurality of guide holes; and a pair of bracket retainer plates which are oppositely arranged with the core body interposed therebetween and each support both ends of the plurality of core bracket guides penetratingly coupled to the plurality of guide holes, wherein the pair of bracket retainer plates is rotatably supported on the bearing, and one of the pair of bracket retainer plates can be connected to the output shaft.

[0037] FIGS. 1 to 3 illustrate a dual electromagnetic torque generating motor according to a first embodiment of the present invention.

[0038] As shown in these drawings, a dual electromagnetic torque generating motor (1a) according to a first embodiment of the present invention includes a housing (100), a core (200), a first rotating field part (300), a second rotating field part (400), first and second rotating field output shafts (500), and an output shaft (600).

[0039] The housing (100) has a hollow cylinder shape.

[0040] Inside the housing (100), a core (200), a first rotating field part (300), and a second rotating field part (400) are accommodated.

[0041] The core (200) includes a core body (210), a plurality of guide holes (250), a plurality of core bracket guides (260), a pair of bracket retainer plates (270), and a bracket fixing means (280).

[0042] The core body (210) has a ring shape with an inner diameter and an outer diameter.

[0043] The core body (210) includes a plurality of coil winding sections (215) on which coils (not shown) are wound.

[0044] A plurality of coil winding sections (215) are provided at regular angular intervals along the circumference of the core body (210) in the radial direction of the core body (210).

[0045] Between the plurality of coil windings (215), a plurality of slots (220) having a certain angular interval are formed along the circumference of the core body (210).

[0046] On the inner circumference of the core body (210), a plurality of first rotating magnetic fields (230) each having opposite polarities, for example, a plurality of first rotating magnetic fields (230) having N poles and S poles, are arranged alternately at regular intervals along the circumferential direction.

[0047] On the outer periphery of the core body (210), a plurality of second rotating magnetic fields (240) each having reverse polarity, for example, a plurality of second rotating magnetic fields (240) having N and S poles, are arranged alternately at regular intervals along the circumferential direction.

[0048] In addition, the first rotating magnetic field (230) and the second rotating magnetic field (240), which are positioned on the same radial line of the core body (210), are arranged oppositely so as to have different polarities at each end of the coil winding section (215).

[0049] The first rotating magnetic field (230) and the second rotating magnetic field (240) each have an arc length corresponding to the same angular interval with respect to the central axis of the core (200) and are arranged to face each other along the circumference of the core body (210).

[0050] A plurality of guide holes (250) are formed to penetrate the core body (210) at regular intervals along the circumferential direction of the core body (210).

[0051] A plurality of guide holes (250) are formed at regular angular intervals along the circumference of the core body (210) with the coil winding part (215) interposed between the plurality of second rotating magnetic fields (240).

[0052] The core bracket guide (260) has a cross-sectional shape corresponding to the guide hole (250).

[0053] These multiple core bracket guides (260) have a length longer than the core body (210) so as to protrude from both sides of the core body (210), as shown in FIG. 3.

[0054] The core bracket guide (260) is penetrated and connected to the guide hole (250) so that both ends are exposed from the core body (210).

[0055] The bracket retainer plate (270) has a disc shape of a certain thickness.

[0056] A pair of bracket retainer plates (270) are arranged opposite each other with the core body (210) interposed therebetween.

[0057] A pair of bracket retainer plates (270) each support both ends of a plurality of core bracket guides (260) that are penetrated and connected to a plurality of guide holes (250) of the core body (210).

[0058] The bracket fixing means (280) fixes one of the pair of bracket retainer plates (270) to the housing (100).

[0059] Here, as an example of the bracket fixing means (280), it may be a set screw that is screw-connected to the housing (100) and the bracket retainer plate (270) to fix the housing (100) and the bracket retainer plate (270).

[0060] In this way, by fixing the bracket retainer plate (270) to the housing (100) by the bracket fixing means (280), even if a rotational electromotive force is generated between the core (200) and the first rotating field part (300) and between the core (200) and the second rotating field part (400), the core (200) does not rotate.

[0061] The first rotating part (300) is concentric with the core (200) and is arranged at a distance from the inner circumference of the core body (210).

[0062] On the outer circumference of the first rotating magnetic field part (300), a plurality of first rotating magnetic fields (230) each having opposite polarities, for example, a plurality of first rotating magnetic fields (350) each having an N pole and an S pole, are arranged alternately along the circumferential direction, corresponding to the plurality of first rotating magnetic fields (230).

[0063] The second rotating part (400) is concentric with the core (200) and is arranged at a distance from the outer circumference of the core body (210).

[0064] On the outer periphery of the second rotating field member (400), a plurality of second rotating field members (450) each having reverse polarity, for example, a plurality of second rotating field members (450) each having an N pole and an S pole, are arranged alternately along the circumferential direction, corresponding to a plurality of second rotating field members (240).

[0065] In the present embodiment, the second rotary actuator (400) is rotatably supported by a bearing (650) on a bracket retainer plate (270) that is not fixed to the housing (100). In addition, the second rotary actuator (400) is coupled to the first and second rotary actuator output shafts (500) described later by a key.

[0066] Meanwhile, the first rotating field member (350) and the second rotating field member (450), which are positioned on the same radial line of the first rotating field member (300) and the second rotating field member (400), are arranged opposite each other with the core (200) interposed therebetween so as to have different polarities.

[0067] The first rotating field (350) and the second rotating field (450) each have an arc length corresponding to the same angular interval with respect to the central axis of the core (200), and are arranged oppositely along the circumferential direction of the first rotating field part (300) and the second rotating field part (400).

[0068] And, the angular gap between the first rotating field (350) and the second rotating field (450) has a larger angular size than the angular gap between the first rotating field (230) and the second rotating field (240).

[0069] The first and second rotary field output shafts (500) have a hollow shape.

[0070] The first and second rotary field output shafts (500) are connected to the first rotary field unit (300) and the second rotary field unit (400), and transmit torque generated from the first rotary field unit (300) and the second rotary field unit (400) to the output shaft (600).

[0071] The first and second rotary field output shafts (500) can be coupled to the inside of the first rotary field unit (300) by a key (510) and can be coupled to the inside of the second rotary field unit (400) by a key (not shown). In addition, the first and second rotary field output shafts (500) can be coupled to the output shaft (600) by a key (610).

[0072] These first and second rotary actuator output shafts (500) can be rotatably supported by bearings (650) on a housing (100) and a bracket retainer plate (270) fixed to the housing (100).

[0073] The output shaft (600) is coupled to the first and second rotary field output shafts (500) by a key (610), and outputs the torque transmitted from the first and second rotary field output shafts (500) to the outside.

[0074] This output shaft (600) can be rotatably supported by a bearing or the like, which is not shown.

[0075] In this way, the dual electromagnetic torque generating motor (1a) according to the first embodiment of the present invention has a structure in which the first rotating field part (300) is rotatably received in the core (200) while being concentric with the core (200), and the second rotating field part (400) is concentric with the core (200) and rotates while surrounding the core (200). For example, the first rotating field part (300), the core (200), and the second rotating field part (400) are concentric and are radially arranged with a gap between them.

[0076] Here, the unexplained reference numeral 110 is an inlet, and the reference numeral 120 is an outlet. In addition, the unexplained reference numeral 130 is a fan, and the fan (130) may be provided on the outside of the second rotating field unit (400). Accordingly, when the second rotating field unit (400) rotates, the fan (130) rotates, so that external air is introduced through the inlet (110) of the housing (100), circulates inside the housing (100), and is discharged to the outside through the outlet (120), thereby cooling the housing (100).

[0077] Meanwhile, in the present embodiment, the first and second rotary field output shafts (500) are provided between the first rotary field unit (300) and the second rotary field unit (400) and the output shaft (600), so that the torque generated from the first rotary field unit (300) and the second rotary field unit (400) is output to the outside through the output shaft (600) via the first and second rotary field output shafts (500), but the present invention is not limited thereto, and although not illustrated, in another embodiment, the first rotary field unit and the second rotary field unit may be connected to the output shaft by a key without interposing the first and second rotary field output shafts, so that the torque generated from the first rotary field unit and the second rotary field unit may be output to the outside through the output shaft.

[0078] By this configuration, the torque generation process of the dual electromagnetic torque generation motor (1a) according to the first embodiment of the present invention is described as follows.

[0079] When an alternating current is applied to the coil of the core (200) accommodated in the second rotating field unit (400) while the first rotating field unit (300) is accommodated, a rotating magnetic field is generated between the first rotating field unit (230) of the core (200) and the first rotating field unit (350) of the first rotating field unit (300), thereby generating a rotating electromotive force in the first rotating field unit (300), and at the same time, a rotating magnetic field is formed between the second rotating field unit (240) of the core (200) and the second rotating field unit (450) of the second rotating field unit (400), thereby generating a rotating electromotive force in the second rotating field unit (400).

[0080] At this time, the core (200) coupled to the core bracket guide (260) and the bracket retainer plate (270) does not rotate as the bracket retainer plate (270) is fixed to the housing (100) by the bracket fixing means (280). Then, the magnetic flux area in the first rotating magnetic field (230) of the core (200) and the magnetic flux area in the second rotating magnetic field (240) interact, so that the magnetic force doubles compared to a conventional motor. Meanwhile, since the magnetic flux area and the torque are proportional, the larger the effective magnetic flux area, the greater the output torque. Accordingly, the torque generated from the first rotating field part (300) that interacts electromagnetically with the first rotating magnetic field (230) of the core (200) and the torque generated from the second rotating field part (400) that interacts electromagnetically with the second rotating magnetic field (240) of the core (200) are transmitted together to the output shaft (600) via the first and second rotating field output shafts (500) and are output to the outside.

[0081] Accordingly, the dual electromagnetic torque generating motor (1a) according to the first embodiment of the present invention can be used while reducing the consumption of electric energy by generating twice as much torque as a conventional motor under the same power conditions by increasing the torque generation density per volume of the core (200) without the utilization rate of the core magnet excitation coil being less than half.

[0082] FIGS. 4 and 5 illustrate a dual electromagnetic torque generating motor according to a second embodiment of the present invention.

[0083] In the dual electromagnetic torque generating motor (1b) according to the second embodiment of the present invention, unlike the first embodiment described above, the first rotating field unit (300) and the second rotating field unit (400) are directly connected to the output shaft (600) without passing through the first and second rotating field output shafts (500).

[0084] The first rotary field member (300) is connected to the output shaft (600) by a key (610), and the second rotary field member (400) is also connected to the output shaft (600) by a key (not shown), so that the torque generated in the first rotary field member (300) and the second rotary field member (400) is output to the outside through the output shaft (600).

[0085] In addition, unlike the above-described embodiment, the core bracket guide (260) of the dual electromagnetic torque generating motor (1b) according to the second embodiment of the present invention has a structure in which it is arranged along the circumferential direction of the core body (210) in the middle between the plurality of first rotating magnetic fields (230) and the plurality of second rotating magnetic fields (240) in the radial direction of the core body (210), and is coupled to a rib (225) connecting a pair of adjacent coil winding parts (215).

[0086] Meanwhile, in FIG. 5, the dual electromagnetic torque generating motor (1b) according to the second embodiment of the present invention does not have an inlet, an outlet, and a fan like the dual electromagnetic torque generating motor (1a) according to the first embodiment described above in FIG. 2, but the dual electromagnetic torque generating motor (1b) according to the second embodiment of the present invention may be configured with an inlet, an outlet, and a fan like the dual electromagnetic torque generating motor (1a) according to the first embodiment described above.

[0087] Accordingly, in the dual electromagnetic torque generating motor (1b) according to the second embodiment of the present invention, when an alternating current is applied to the coil of the core (200), a rotating magnetic field is generated between the first rotating magnetic field (230) of the core (200) and the first rotating field (350) of the first rotating field part (300), thereby generating a rotating electromotive force in the first rotating field part (300), and at the same time, a rotating magnetic field is formed between the second rotating magnetic field (240) of the core (200) and the second rotating field (450) of the second rotating field part (400), thereby generating a rotating electromotive force in the second rotating field part (400), and the core (200) does not rotate because the bracket retainer plate (270) is fixed to the housing (100) by the bracket fixing means (280), so that the torque generated in the first rotating field part (300) and the torque generated in the second rotating field part (400) are The torque is output together to the outside through the output shaft (600).

[0088] Accordingly, the dual electromagnetic torque generating motor (1b) according to the second embodiment of the present invention generates twice as much torque as a conventional motor under the same power conditions, thereby reducing the consumption of electric energy and enabling use.

[0089] FIGS. 6 to 8 illustrate a dual electromagnetic torque generating motor according to a third embodiment of the present invention.

[0090] A dual electromagnetic torque generating motor (1c) according to a third embodiment of the present invention, unlike the second embodiment described above, has a structure in which a core bracket guide (260) has a rod shape with a circular cross-section, as shown in FIG. 8, and is coupled to the middle of a coil winding portion (215) between a plurality of first rotating magnetic fields (230) and a plurality of second rotating magnetic fields (240).

[0091] In addition, the plurality of coil windings (215) have a structure in which they are connected by ribs (225) arranged along the circumference of the core body (210).

[0092] Accordingly, in the dual electromagnetic torque generating motor (1c) according to the third embodiment of the present invention, when an alternating current is applied to the coil of the core (200), the core (200) does not rotate as the bracket retainer plate (270) is fixed to the housing (100) by the bracket fixing means (280), as in the second embodiment described above, so that the torque generated in the first rotating field part (300) and the torque generated in the second rotating field part (400) are output together to the outside through the output shaft (600).

[0093] Accordingly, the dual electromagnetic torque generating motor (1c) according to the third embodiment of the present invention generates twice as much torque as a conventional motor under the same power conditions, thereby reducing the consumption of electric energy and enabling use.

[0094] FIGS. 9 and 10 illustrate a dual electromagnetic torque generating motor according to a fourth embodiment of the present invention.

[0095] A dual electromagnetic torque generating motor (1d) according to a fourth embodiment of the present invention, unlike the above-described embodiments, has a configuration in which a first fixed field (310) is arranged on the inside of the core (200) with a core (200) interposed therebetween, and a second fixed field (410) is arranged on the outside of the core (200), so that the first fixed field (310), the core (200), and the second fixed field (410) are arranged concentrically and radially with a gap between them.

[0096] The core (200) has a plurality of first rotating magnetic fields (230) each having reverse polarity alternately arranged at regular intervals along the circumference on the inner periphery, and a plurality of second rotating magnetic fields (240) each having reverse polarity alternately arranged at regular intervals along the circumference on the outer periphery, and coils are wound.

[0097] The core (200) includes a core body (210), a plurality of guide holes (250), a plurality of core bracket guides (260), and a pair of bracket retainer plates (270).

[0098] The core body (210) forms slots (220) at regular intervals along the circumferential direction and has a plurality of coil winding sections (215) in which coils are wound.

[0099] Additionally, on the inner circumference of the core body (210), a plurality of first rotating magnetic fields (230), each having opposite polarities, are alternately arranged at a certain angular interval along the circumference of the core body (210).

[0100] On the outer periphery of the core body (210), a plurality of second rotating magnetic fields (240), each having opposite polarities, are alternately arranged at a certain angular interval along the circumference of the core body (210).

[0101] A plurality of guide holes (250) are formed to penetrate the core body (210) at regular intervals along the circumferential direction of the core body (210).

[0102] A plurality of guide holes (250) are formed at regular angular intervals along the circumference of the core body (210) with the coil winding part (215) interposed between the plurality of first rotating magnetic fields (230).

[0103] A plurality of core bracket guides (260) are each penetrated and connected to a plurality of guide holes (250).

[0104] The bracket retainer plate (270) is positioned opposite to the core body (210) and supports both ends of a plurality of core bracket guides (260) that are connected through a plurality of guide holes (250).

[0105] A pair of bracket retainer plates (270) are rotatably supported on bearings (650).

[0106] Additionally, one of the pair of bracket retainer plates (270) is connected to the output shaft (600).

[0107] The output shaft (600) is connected to the core (200), for example, to one of a pair of bracket retainer plates (270), and outputs torque generated from the core (200) to the outside.

[0108] Here, the unexplained reference numeral 100 is a housing that accommodates the core (200), the first fixed field (310), and the second fixed field (410). In addition, the unexplained reference numeral 700 is a commutator that changes the current direction of the coil of the core (200).

[0109] In addition, although not shown in the present embodiment, the dual electromagnetic torque generating motor (1d) according to the fourth embodiment of the present invention may be configured with an inlet, an outlet, and a fan for cooling the housing (100) as in the first embodiment described above. In this case, the fan is provided on the outside of the bracket retainer plate, and when the bracket retainer plate rotates, the fan rotates, so that external air is drawn in through the inlet of the housing, circulates inside the housing, and is discharged to the outside through the outlet, thereby cooling the housing.

[0110] By this configuration, the torque generation process of the dual electromagnetic torque generation motor (1d) according to the fourth embodiment of the present invention is described as follows.

[0111] When a direct current is applied to the coil of the core (200) accommodated in the second fixed field (410) while the first fixed field (310) is accommodated, a rotating magnetic field is generated between the first rotating field (230) of the core (200) and the first rotating field (350) of the first fixed field (310), thereby generating a rotating electromotive force in the core (200), and at the same time, a rotating magnetic field is formed between the second rotating field (240) of the core (200) and the second rotating field (450) of the second fixed field (410), thereby generating a rotating electromotive force in the core (200).

[0112] At this time, the first fixed field (310) and the second fixed field (410) are fixed to the housing (100) so that they do not rotate due to the rotation of the core (200) coupled to the core bracket guide (260) and the bracket retainer plate (270). Then, the magnetic flux area is doubled in the second rotating magnetic field (240) of the first fixed field (310) and the second rotating field (450) of the second fixed field (410), so that the torque generated in the core (200) interacting electromagnetically with the second rotating magnetic field (240) of the first fixed field (310) and the torque generated in the core (200) interacting electromagnetically with the second rotating magnetic field (240) of the first fixed field (310) are transmitted to the output shaft (600) and output to the outside.

[0113] Accordingly, the dual electromagnetic torque generating motor (1d) according to the fourth embodiment of the present invention can output twice as much torque as a conventional motor under the same power conditions.

[0114] FIG. 11 illustrates a dual electromagnetic torque generating motor according to a fifth embodiment of the present invention.

[0115] A dual electromagnetic torque generating motor (1e) according to a fifth embodiment of the present invention, unlike the first to fourth embodiments described above, has a configuration in which a first squirrel-cage rotor part (370) is arranged on the inside of the core (200) with a core (200) interposed therebetween, and a second squirrel-cage rotor part (470) is arranged on the outside of the core (200), so that the first squirrel-cage rotor part (370), the core (200), and the second squirrel-cage rotor part (470) are arranged concentrically and radially with a gap between them.

[0116] In addition, the first squirrel-cage rotor (370) corresponds to a plurality of first rotating magnetic fields (230) of the core (200), and a plurality of first squirrel-cage rotors (380) are arranged at regular intervals along the outer circumference in the circumferential direction.

[0119] By this configuration, electromotive force is induced between the first rotating magnetic field (230) of the core (200) and the plurality of first squirrel cage rotors (380) of the first squirrel cage rotor part (370), and between the second rotating magnetic field (240) and the plurality of second squirrel cage rotors (480) of the second squirrel cage rotor part (470), and electromagnetic torque is generated in duplicate and transmitted to the outside through the output shaft (600).

[0120] Meanwhile, various embodiments of cores (200) are illustrated in FIGS. 12 to 18, showing the assembly relationship between the core body (210) and the core bracket guide (260).

[0123] And, a plurality of core bracket guides (260) arranged on the inner circumference of the second rotating magnetic field (240) are inserted into guide holes (250) formed in the rib (225).

[0124] The core (200) illustrated in FIG. 13 has a configuration in which a plurality of core bracket guides (260) are arranged at regular angular intervals along the circumference of the core body (210) with the coil winding portion (215) interposed around the outer circumference of the first rotating magnetic field (230), and at regular angular intervals along the circumference of the core body (210) between the plurality of first rotating magnetic fields (230).

[0125] And, a plurality of core bracket guides (260) are inserted into guide holes (250) formed in the rib (225).

[0126] The core (200) illustrated in FIG. 14 has a configuration in which a plurality of core bracket guides (260) are arranged at a certain angular interval along the circumferential direction of the core body (210) between a plurality of first rotating magnetic fields (230).

[0128] In addition, a plurality of core bracket guides (260) are arranged at regular angular intervals along the circumference of the core body (210) with the coil windings (215) interposed around the inner circumference of the plurality of second rotating magnetic fields (240), and at regular angular intervals along the circumference of the core body (210) between the plurality of second rotating magnetic fields (240).

[0129] The core (200) illustrated in FIG. 16 has a configuration in which, in addition to the configuration of the core illustrated in FIG. 14 described above, a ring-shaped core bracket guide (260) is provided in the middle between a plurality of first rotating magnetic fields (230) and a plurality of second rotating magnetic fields (240), and a plurality of coil winding parts (215) are connected along the circumferential direction of the core body (210).

[0130] The core (200) illustrated in FIG. 17 has a configuration in which a plurality of core bracket guides (260) are arranged at regular angular intervals along the circumference of the core body (210) with the coil winding portion (215) interposed around the outer circumference of the first rotating magnetic field (230), and at regular angular intervals along the circumference of the core body (210) between the plurality of first rotating magnetic fields (230).
